00:04:36.940 Well, the Kentucky governor, Governor Beshear, sent a letter to Mitch McConnell requesting an update on his health as the weeks long hospitalization continues.

00:04:50.180 And if McConnell indeed will not return back to work, there's a cutoff date for a special election, which is September 8th.
