00:00:00.000 Hello everybody, I'm John Fawcett with this Great America Show midday update for Friday, October 31st.
00:00:05.440 President Trump is calling on the Senate to initiate the nuclear option and get rid of the filibuster.
00:00:11.160 It's been 31 days since the Schumer shutdown with no end in sight.
00:00:16.640 President Trump last night called on Republicans to initiate the nuclear option, get rid of this filibuster once and for all.
00:00:22.320 It takes 60 votes to invoke cloture and to end the filibuster.
00:00:26.520 After President Trump writing on Truth Social in all caps, quote,
00:00:30.760 Because of the fact that Democrats have gone stone cold crazy, the choice is clear.
00:00:35.680 Initiate the nuclear option, get rid of the filibuster and make America great again.
00:00:40.260 In a follow up post on Truth Social, President Trump said that during his trip to Asia this week,
00:00:44.720 everyone kept asking him how the Democrats shut down the government.
00:00:48.360 Quote, I just got back from Asia where I met with leaders of many countries including China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Australia,
00:00:55.680 Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, and others.
00:01:00.220 It was a great honor to meet with them, but more particularly to see that America is respected again.
00:01:05.780 Respected like never before.
00:01:07.760 Great trade deals were made, long-term relationships now exist,
00:01:10.620 and money is pouring into our country because of tariffs,
00:01:13.160 and frankly, the landslide results of the 2024 presidential election.
00:01:16.980 The one question that kept coming up, however, was how did the Democrats shut down the United States,
00:01:23.340 and why did the powerful Republicans allow them to do it?
00:01:26.600 The fact is, in flying back, I thought a great deal about the question, why?
00:01:31.240 President Trump said the Democrats want trillions of dollars to be taken from the healthcare system
00:01:35.240 and given to the illegal aliens.
00:01:38.660 President Trump encouraging Senate Republicans to play the Trump card and end the filibuster
00:01:43.380 and get this government open for the American people.
00:01:47.340 I'm not entirely sure I agree with that option, but if President Trump says it,
00:01:50.920 well, let's take a look at it.
00:01:53.080 FBI Director Cash Patel reportedly ousting one of the leading special agents
00:01:57.300 who oversaw Arctic Frost's investigation into President Trump.
00:02:01.300 Arctic Frost was the taxpayer-funded witch hunt that launched in April of 2022
00:02:05.160 that seized government-issued cell phones belonging to President Trump and Mike Pence
00:02:09.000 while conducting a barrage of interviews across the country.
00:02:11.920 The 2020 Trump alternate electors prompted the Biden DOJ to open Arctic Frost
00:02:16.920 to end this investigation into Trump and hundreds of other individuals and organizations.
00:02:22.440 Aaron Tapp is the special agent in charge leading the San Antonio field office.
00:02:26.760 According to Aaron Tapp's LinkedIn page, he has served the FBI for more than 20 years.
00:02:31.660 Well, good riddance to you, sir.
00:02:33.080 We'll see you never again.
00:02:35.280 President Trump, in the late days of October, between two majestic trips to Asia,
00:02:39.780 posing for a series of iconic portraits featured now in Time magazine.
00:02:45.960 President Trump bolstered his legacy, first brokering peace across the Middle East
00:02:49.540 and then supercharging U.S. relations with East Asia-dominant powers.
00:02:54.060 President Trump now finally being recognized as he should have been back in 2016
00:02:59.720 for making America great again, for making America safe again,
00:03:03.560 for making, quite honestly, the country safe again and the world safe again
00:03:08.020 through leaders and dictators, Joe Biden, Barack Hussein Obama,
00:03:14.300 who got us into just a total mess in this country that Donald Trump is now pulling us out of.
00:03:20.360 Byron Donald is still a congressman from Florida,
00:03:22.160 but he's seeking the nomination to become the next governor of Florida,
00:03:24.900 and it's looking like he's going to do so,
00:03:27.120 is now seeking to impeach corrupt Judge James Bosberg
00:03:30.880 for signing on to spying on GOP senators.
00:03:35.000 I mean, this is a long topic we've talked about many times on The Great America Show,
00:03:39.060 about rogue judges finally being held accountable
00:03:41.820 for, you know, all the corruption that they've pushed across America.
00:03:47.520 It's good to see that there's some members of Congress
00:03:49.400 who are finally going to hold these people accountable
00:03:51.220 for the bad things they've done to this country.
00:03:53.620 And the FBI has arrested multiple suspects
00:03:56.080 in an alleged Halloween terror plot in Michigan.
00:03:59.440 Federal agents in Michigan stormed in the houses of multiple individuals
00:04:02.480 after they allegedly plotted a violent attack over the Halloween weekend.
00:04:06.260 FBI Director Cash Patel writing on Twitter,
00:04:09.100 quote,
00:04:09.920 The FBI thwarted a potential terrorist attack
00:04:12.500 against multiple subjects in Michigan
00:04:14.700 who were allegedly plotting a violent attack over Halloween weekend.
00:04:18.820 He thanked the men and women of the FBI
00:04:20.540 and law enforcement everywhere standing guard 24-7
00:04:23.600 and crushing our mission to defend the homeland.
00:04:27.260 The FBI's Detroit field office said the FBI and Michigan
00:04:30.160 were present in cities of Dearborn and Inkster this morning
00:04:32.980 conducting law enforcement activities,
00:04:35.000 according to an FBI spokesman.
00:04:37.040 The Dearborn Police Department also acknowledged federal operations,
00:04:39.800 noting that it's been made aware
00:04:40.940 the FBI conducted operations in their city.
00:04:43.820 So I guess we'll find out more news to come
00:04:46.800 about just what the terrorist attack was 0.99
00:04:48.780 and what these scumbags were planning to do 0.99
00:04:51.140 to innocent people over this holiday weekend. 1.00
00:04:54.680 Very, very sad.
00:04:55.720 We still have to deal with this inside of America.
