00:00:00.000 Good day, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs with a Great America midday update for October 31st.
00:00:06.080 The Israel-Hamas war rages now deep inside Gaza, where Israel defense forces are killing
00:00:12.340 dozens of Hamas terrorists, including those in the vast tunnel network beneath Gaza City.
00:00:19.160 A number of news outlets, including the New York Times, outrageously criticizing the IDF
00:00:25.900 for its secrecy about their ground assaults within Gaza, as if any military would want
00:00:32.480 to alert enemies of their positions and intentions. The pro-Palestinian and anti-Israel left in the
00:00:40.080 media, I honestly believe, would prefer that Israel now surrender to either Hamas or the 0.96
00:00:46.180 United Nations, or perhaps representatives of the U.S. corporate Marxist media.
00:00:51.920 Judge Tanya Chutkin back at it, reimposing what is clearly an unconstitutional gag order
00:00:58.680 on President Trump. Judge Chutkin is outspoken in her hatred of Trump, and she ruled against Trump
00:01:05.620 when his attorneys asked her to recuse herself. Now she declares that Trump's gag order will stay
00:01:11.940 in place while his attorneys appeal, because in her hateful view and opinion, Trump can't win on
00:01:18.620 appeal. She says the right of a fair trial. Get ready for this. The right of a fair trial is that
00:01:25.460 of the government as well as the defendant. She screwed that up more than just a little.
00:01:31.620 It is without question the government's obligation under the Constitution to assure a fair trial to the
00:01:39.160 defendant. Judge Chutkin is a hateful Marxist-dim judge who obviously means to destroy Trump because 0.71
00:01:46.900 that's what her fellow travelers and the Marxist ideology mean for her to do in her courtroom. 0.98
00:01:53.900 The Supreme Court has to stop this madness that the Marxist-dims have unleashed against President 0.80
00:02:00.240 Trump to stop his presidential campaign to block his re-election to the White House.
00:02:05.900 It's outrageous. Have I used that word too much today? Perhaps, but it's outrageous.
00:02:11.280 Today on The Great America Show, our guest is attorney Mike Davis, founder of the Article III project to
00:02:17.860 recruit federal judges to our courts. We'll be taking up the widespread political corruption in
00:02:23.800 the FBI, the Department of Justice, and of course, in our federal courts. Please join us today for that.
00:02:30.960 Join us each and every day. I'm Lou Dobbs with this Great America Midday Update.
