00:00:00.000 I'm Lou Dobbs with the Great America Show midday update for October 3rd.
00:00:05.360 President Trump back in a Manhattan courtroom today, he charged that New York Judge Arthur
00:00:11.120 Ingeron's ruling was based on false information given to the judge by Attorney General Letitia
00:00:18.140 James. And Mr. Trump reminded the judge there was no fraud whatsoever and there were no victims.
00:00:24.280 And President Trump also insisted that James has been on a politically motivated vendetta
00:00:29.580 against him for the past five years. Judicial Watch received almost 500 pages of Secret Service
00:00:36.960 records related to Hunter Biden's gun that reportedly ended up in a Delaware dumpster
00:00:42.740 in October of 2018. Neither Joe or Hunter Biden had Secret Service protection at the time.
00:00:50.740 But the agency wasn't only protecting the Bidens, it seems they were also covering up for them as well.
00:00:57.540 Judicial Watch on the case.
00:00:59.580 From our By the Way department, Hunter Biden has more Secret Service protection today than all of the
00:01:06.900 nine Supreme Court justices combined, according to the Boston Herald. And a U.S. Senate candidate in
00:01:13.900 Ohio, Bernie Moreno, has raised $4 million this quarter. He's running for Marxist Dem Senator
00:01:20.260 Sherrod Brown's seat. Moreno proposing reparations for descendants of Civil War soldiers who freed the
00:01:27.840 slaves. And the idea seems to be picking up momentum. And so is the idea of removing Kevin McCarthy as
00:01:35.480 Speaker of the House. McCarthy hasn't kept his promises to House conservatives and the Freedom
00:01:40.840 Caucus in particular. In fact, McCarthy has crafted two side deals with President Biden, one to raise the
00:01:47.940 debt ceiling and the second to pass a stopgap spending bell with Democrat votes. Congressman Matt Gaetz announced
00:01:55.580 the motion to vacate the chair and reportedly a vote will be taken as soon as this afternoon will be
00:02:02.260 following developments. Our guest on The Great America Show today is the head of the Freedom Caucus,
00:02:07.640 Congressman Scott Perry. What will the Congress do? High drama in the House today. Please join us for all of that and more.
