The House of Representatives just passed a funding bill that averts a government shutdown and provides $231 million in additional money for the Secret Service, including funds for operations related to presidential campaigns. This, of course, in the wake of obviously two assassination attempts on President Trump. And the FBI agent leading the investigation into the second assassination attempt on the President happens to be a Marxist dem who has a history of anti-Trump bias and tried to reportedly force veterans out of the bureau.

00:00:06.300 The House of Representatives just moments ago passed a funding bill to avert a government shutdown next week.

00:00:11.960 The bill passed after Speaker Mike Johnson removed what was called the SAVE Act

00:00:16.240 that would require Americans nationwide to show proof of citizenship to register to vote. 0.96

00:00:21.340 That's right, Mike Johnson's a rat and a weasel and a snake. 0.84

00:00:24.420 The vote was 341 to 82 with all opposition coming from the Republicans. 0.91

00:00:30.000 This package negotiated by Speaker Mike Johnson and top Democrats, of course,

00:00:34.440 funds the government at current levels through December 20th, setting up another spending fight right before the holidays.
