00:00:05.480 The appeals court once again ruling in favor of illegal aliens coming into this country illegally.
00:00:12.340 The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday evening rejected President Trump's invocation of the Alien Enemies Act
00:00:18.120 to deport Venezuelan illegals in a two-to-one decision.
00:00:21.880 The three-judge panel included Majority Southwich, which was a George W. Bush appointee,
00:00:26.160 Ramirez, who was appointed by Joe Biden, and dissenting his old home, a Trump appointee.
00:00:32.200 The Majority ruled that there has been no invasion or no predatory incursion.

00:01:34.700 Earlier this year, the Supreme Court temporarily blocked the Trump administration from deporting
00:01:38.600 dangerous Venezuelan gang members under this Alien Enemies Act.
00:01:42.360 In an unsigned order, the high court said that Trump's DOJ did not give Venezuelans enough time to challenge their removals.
00:01:49.780 The case then went back to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals,
00:01:52.400 and a three-judge panel ruled against President Trump in this most recent ruling.
00:01:56.420 Although several district court judges have ruled against President Trump's decision to invoke this Alien Enemies Act

00:02:03.180 a federal judge in Pennsylvania on Tuesday became the first to say that Trump can invoke an AEA

00:02:15.160 President Trump is winning on the crime-fighting front, at least in Washington, D.C.
00:02:19.700 Last week, Washington, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser shocked Democrats and their media allies
00:02:25.320 by acknowledging that Trump's crackdown on crime in her city was helpful and effective.
00:02:30.360 The one issue that liberals have held is that Trump's D.C. takeover was only in effect for 30 days,
00:02:36.700 unless he declared an emergency.
00:02:38.400 Now, Muriel Bowser had issued an executive order for local law enforcement
00:02:43.400 to work with federal officials indefinitely,
00:02:46.900 which means President Trump doesn't have to declare an emergency.
00:02:49.980 She clearly thinks this is an arrangement that is working out well.
00:02:53.440 Now, this is a huge win for President Trump,
00:02:55.240 but more importantly, a massive win for the people who live and work in that Marxist-run city.
00:03:00.780 But we give credit where credit is due,
00:03:02.680 Muriel Bowser, for working with President Trump
00:03:04.880 to get crime off the streets in Washington, D.C.
00:03:08.160 is a good thing for all Americans.
00:03:10.440 And House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer,
00:03:12.440 who I give credit to each and every day on The Great America Show,
00:03:16.240 because he truly deserves it.
00:03:17.880 It's a man who I think is trying to do the best job he could possibly do.
00:03:20.980 So, releasing 33,000 pages of Epstein documents
00:03:24.080 that were handed over from the Department of Justice.
00:03:26.680 So, new information that we're learning from these documents,
00:03:30.520 from these 33,000 pages,
00:03:31.860 just nine days before his death,
00:03:34.040 Epstein did not appear to be an immediate threat to himself,
00:03:37.480 per a Bureau of Prisons suicide risk assessment.
00:03:40.940 This, of course, coming out in those Oversight Committee Epstein files.
00:03:44.140 But we're to believe that Jeffrey Epstein killed himself
00:03:47.560 because that's what Dan Bongino told us.
00:03:50.600 Also coming out in the files released by James Comer,
00:03:54.640 the so-called missing minute in the Epstein prison surveillance video
00:03:57.840 released by the FBI over the summer
00:03:59.400 has been found in the tranche of documents that was just released.
00:04:03.740 Remember, over the summer,
00:04:04.620 the FBI and DOJ released a memo that concluded
00:04:06.760 Jeffrey Epstein didn't have a client list
00:04:08.960 and that he was not used for blackmail.
00:04:10.920 The FBI earlier determined that Epstein did commit suicide,
00:04:14.800 as I said, Dan Bongino reassuring us.
00:04:17.740 The DOJ and FBI also released that 10-hour video
00:04:20.400 from outside Epstein's jail cell.
00:04:22.900 With that minute missing,
00:04:24.020 you remember Pam Bondi came out and said,
00:04:25.980 no, that's normal for the last 30 years.
00:04:28.860 That minute has been missing every night.
00:04:30.860 Well, somehow it's turned up
00:04:32.240 and it's turned up in James Comer's files.
