00:01:18.580 which President Trump says the executive branch is obliged to do under Article 2 of the Constitution.

00:02:56.340 Now, in other news, the Justice Department releasing a statement this afternoon on a ruling that came out of a district court on the weaponization fund that President Trump had set up, that $1.8 billion that would go to the people who are wronged.
00:03:09.040 The Department of Justice disagreed strongly with the decision from the Anti-Weaponization Fund that was put forth by the United States District Court in the Eastern District of Virginia,
00:03:18.380 wherein the court stated that under no circumstances may the Department of Justice proceed with the Anti-Weaponization Fund recently established in order to make up for the tremendous abuse, harm, and hate that was unfairly shown to so many people under the weaponized Joe Biden Department of Justice and the Joe Biden White House.
00:03:35.980 This fund was open to anybody who was weaponized, targeted, persecuted, whether they were Democrat, Republican, conservative, independent or otherwise, the department will abide by this court's ruling.
00:03:45.420 So this is a concession by President Trump and the Department of Justice that they say they will not argue and they're going to go along with it.
00:03:53.400 So all those people who were wronged by the Biden Justice Department, not going to get justice any time soon.
00:04:00.780 And Iran has suspended peace negotiations with the United States this afternoon, saying Israel's attack in southern Lebanon violated the fragile ceasefire, included in a 60-day ceasefire extension that reopened the Strait of Hormuz, allegedly, as well as some concessions, allegedly, on enrichment of uranium, also added in the Israel-Hezbollah ceasefire.
00:04:22.600 Meanwhile, Israel reportedly made its deepest incursion inside Lebanon over the past two decades, seizing Beaufort Castle in southern Lebanon. Israel planned to continue strikes in Beirut this afternoon into the night after ordering the evacuation in some towns over there.
00:04:39.740 So Iran says the ceasefire is off, and I guess we wait for the next steps in this long, long, long-awaited process.
