00:01:23.320 Yesterday, we called out a few rhinos who've all but cheered the decision of Colorado
00:01:28.440 keeping President Trump off their ballot. Those include, of course, Nikki Haley, Ron DeSantis,
00:01:35.120 Chip Roy. DeSantis, who I think has stooped to the lowest level possible, even doubling down on his
00:01:41.200 his nasty Trump rhetoric saying the American people will reject Trump this election. Here he is.
00:01:49.060 I just don't think the American people will elect Trump again. I think that the Democrats want that
00:01:57.400 matchup for a reason. But let's just say I'm wrong. Certainly, if he were to get in, he would not be
00:02:02.880 dependable on a lot of the issues that conservatives have cared about. I think he's going to go his own
00:02:08.420 way on Second Amendment on all these other things. That's just the nature of it. And for me, I think

00:02:53.000 and he was, guess where, on CNN, of course, this week, saying that the ruling out of Colorado
00:02:58.860 Supreme Court is just legally wrong, untenable, and that President Trump has been denied his 14th
00:03:05.260 Amendment rights and that the January 6th committee was nothing more than a bunch of hearsay. Here is
00:03:11.900 Barr unbelievably defending President Trump. I disagree with the court's ability to make those
00:03:18.240 findings. The core problem here is the denial of due process. To deprive somebody of the right to
00:03:26.380 hold public office requires due process. It requires an adjudication of two core issues. One,
00:03:33.580 was there an insurrection? Did the public disturbance rise to the level of an insurrection? And second,
00:03:40.940 what was the role of the individual in there? Was it engagement? Did they do something to break
00:03:46.700 their oath of office? Those are complicated facts, and this was denied due process. It was a five-day
00:03:55.260 hearing. There was no jury. It was before the judge. They were not able to subpoena witnesses and
00:04:03.940 compel the attendance of witnesses. They relied on, you know, the hearings, the January 6th committee
00:04:11.580 hearings, which is mostly hearsay. There was no right to cross-examine during those hearings and so
00:04:18.620 forth. So all the, as the dissent said, and by the way, the three Democratic justices who dissented,
00:04:25.760 their opinions, I think, are masterful. And as they pointed out, they said, you know,
00:04:29.740 the process here was a procedural Frankenstein. And so now we wait for the Supreme Court to make
00:04:35.580 a decision. Earlier this week, we brought you the story of the Senate staffer who was fired for

00:05:25.080 the Supreme Court telling the high court that Jack Smith's appointment as special counsel
00:05:29.860 is unconstitutional and the Supreme Court must reject his petition against President Donald Trump.
00:05:36.680 The brief argues that Smith lacks altogether authority to represent the United States
00:05:42.300 by asking the Supreme Court to weigh in because the office that Smith holds, well, it's not his
00:05:49.680 office and it wasn't created by Congress so it doesn't really exist and his appointment violates the

00:06:51.240 and I want to say, first of all, how sorry we all are that you're in this mess and I wish we could
00:06:58.160 find a solution. How are you holding up? Spirit of the Lord, there's liberty there, brother, and so
00:07:04.080 I'm doing good. You know, it's very difficult. It's my third Christmas season away from my family,
00:07:09.520 third Thanksgiving I've missed. Without a trial, I've been incarcerated over a thousand days without a
00:07:15.500 trial. So while there's so much joy and purpose in the struggle for liberty for the Jan Sixers and for
00:07:21.560 our country, it's also a little bit melancholy this time of year, brother. I can only imagine. And I
00:07:28.980 admire your spirit and God bless you. I want to start by why you think you've been held for over a
00:07:45.640 Of course. Well, it's very, it's very complicated. The main reason is because the Department of
00:07:52.880 Justice does not want my story out in the public. My arrest from January 6 stems from a very particular
00:08:01.760 scenario, one of the most violent areas of the Capitol, the West Terrace Tunnel. And inside that
00:08:09.560 tunnel, a woman was murdered, a 34-year-old woman from Georgia named Roseanne Boylan. She was killed
00:08:16.100 by the Capitol Police in my arms, Lou. She was bludgeoned to death with batons. She was chemically 0.99
00:08:23.100 asphyxiated with pepper spray and even trampled. And during that very insane scenario, I tried to save
00:08:33.280 Roseanne Boylan's life. I was not able to. She died. And I was able to move over my efforts because
00:08:39.560 I couldn't help her to a young black man named Philip Anderson. And that was caught on video.
00:08:44.540 I actually dragged his lifeless body. He was unconscious out of that dog pile and to safety.
00:08:50.900 And he's done a court sworn affidavit claiming I saved his life. So they do not want that murder
00:08:56.240 of an unarmed American woman that they covered up at the Capitol to be broadcasted to the world at my
00:09:02.000 trial. That's the main core reason I have not been afforded my right to a fair jury trial in a normal
00:09:09.180 amount of time, not three years. We're talking three years without trial. You're in solitary
00:09:17.820 confinement. Is that correct? Yeah, because, you know, we've been so blessed to have a large voice
00:09:24.120 for the Jan Six community. The prisons that I've been at, they've shuffled me around to 13 different
00:09:29.120 prisons, Lou, diesel therapy, torture, and they've stuck me in solitary confinement most everywhere I've been.
00:09:35.600 So I've been surviving on the Bible and working hard for the Jan Sixers. But yeah, this is this is real 0.99
00:09:41.920 life tyranny. You know, Jan Sixers, hundreds of Americans are really locked away in prison as political

00:12:31.620 or impeding certain officers using a dangerous weapon, obstruction of an official proceeding,
00:12:37.460 aiding and abetting disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or
00:12:44.320 dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, act of physical violence in the Capitol
00:12:50.440 grounds or buildings and also obstructing official proceedings. We're talking with Jake Lang. He is a J6 1.00

00:13:44.920 Kavanaugh's and over and over. So we're just being selectively prosecuted for these things. These types
00:13:50.480 of things do transpire sometimes, God forbid. But the reason and the weapon that they're claiming I use
00:13:57.380 is a riot shield that I found on the ground to aim basically or defend against the Capitol Police
00:14:06.420 attacks. I mean, after they killed Roseanne Boylan is when I had to pick up defensive positioning
00:14:12.240 at the Capitol. They were going to kill more women and more unarmed, innocent Americans. I'm a young
00:14:18.460 man. I'm not a coward. By God's grace, I was able to stand up and defend those defenseless people.
00:14:24.560 And many of my J6 brothers have. We kind of formed a wall of men around the elderly people that were 0.99
00:14:31.740 there. There's a lot of elderly veterans there, women there. And some of them became horrible victims
00:14:38.220 of police brutality, even unto death. So I've been, you know, alleged to have used a riot shield and a
00:14:45.060 baseball bat that materialized in the crowd. Basically, they were using metal batons and they
00:14:52.240 cracked me in the skull. I had a huge, huge blood raining down off me and they had riot shields too.
00:14:59.540 So, I mean, you know, we were unarmed there. Nobody brought weapons. So things that we found on the
00:15:04.660 ground, we had to use, God forbid, to defend our lives, defend the people around us and defend this
00:15:10.360 country from a communist coup d'etat. So that's my allegations. And I stand by what I did on January 6th.
00:15:16.920 As a man, I'll always stand up and protect the innocent and the women around me. And if it means
00:15:23.300 sitting in prison because of it, well, I believe I did the right thing, Lou, in God's eyes.
00:15:27.660 Defending others in yourself is understandable and appropriate. And I've seen the video and part of
00:15:36.480 the video that shows you trying to save the lives and saving the lives of at least one person. I know
00:15:45.680 that there are two that you save. And also in that melee, I don't know how anyone possibly could have

00:17:21.360 two and a half years ago. They tried giving me nine years in prison on a one day plea deal.
00:17:25.540 A man like myself who has no criminal record, never been in any real trouble before. And I'm
00:17:32.280 facing down nine years in federal prison for saving a life at the Capitol and standing up
00:17:37.320 for my country and our constitution. It was unconscionable to me and to my legal team. And so
00:17:42.960 we refuse that. And we've been paying the price. They've had a target on my back ever since
00:17:48.280 trying to silence me. I've had to do hunger strikes for 12 days before because they took
00:17:53.580 my phone rights and access to my attorney and my family away from me. I lost 25 pounds
00:17:59.360 during that hunger strike. And finally, they coalesced and they gave me my phone rights back
00:18:04.000 to speak to the people I love and the American people. And so this has been a grueling journey.
00:18:10.260 And I've been grateful to have such a strong support structure around me with my family,
00:18:14.760 my beautiful fiancee, Rachel, on the phone with me, my attorney and the church of our Lord Jesus
00:18:20.980 has been those have been my my my my pillars of my life.

00:18:45.280 really what I did, because if I did that in the name of Antifa or Black Lives Matter, Maxine Waters
00:18:51.400 and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez would be, you know, lauding my my conduct as, you know, freedom fighter
00:18:57.900 and all this stuff. But it's who we support and the values that we represent as conservative
00:19:03.700 constitutionalists and as Trump supporters. That's really put me and all the gent fixers that 1.00
00:19:08.900 the severe disadvantage in Washington, D.C. The federal judges, the federal prosecutors
00:19:14.200 and the D.C. jury, they're all corrupt and biased and they hate what we represent, godly
00:19:20.640 Christian nation. And so they don't want to bond us out. They don't want to give us a fair 1.00
00:19:25.880 shot at proving these allegations to be false and our actions to be justified, because this
00:19:32.160 is a two tier justice system that has developed in America. And I truly believe that the American

00:20:12.720 class. Justice is reserved purely for the the elites of the Marxist Dems.

00:21:51.560 how do you feel about the fact that no one has stood up from the Supreme Court and said, for example,
00:21:58.460 we want to intercede. There is something wrong in the court system or it has this. And how do you
00:22:05.200 feel about this recent decision on the part of the Supreme Court to take up your appeal on 5012C
00:22:11.920 and to give it a one hopes a fair and impartial consideration? Your thoughts?
00:22:21.400 Well, I believe that just like most Americans, we've been completely disenfranchised by the justice
00:22:27.260 system, seeing the January Sixers railroaded and mistreated, overcharged and selectively prosecuted
00:22:34.120 for years now. Pretty much we've been completely eroded in our faith and trust in Lady Justice in
00:22:39.500 America. And this is that the Supreme Court has now decided to pick up our appeal for the 1512
00:22:45.580 obstruction of Congress charge that 327 Jan Sixers, including myself and President Donald Trump,
00:22:53.380 have been charged with is a glimmer of hope in a restoration period of our faith in this most sacred
00:23:00.520 institution of ours, the justice system. So we're praying, we're appealing to our Father God in
00:23:07.260 heaven and crying out to him that he continues to turn the heart of the justices to make the right
00:23:13.060 decision now that they've agreed to hear this case. Now they need to make the decision and come down in
00:23:18.400 our favor and totally scratch this weaponized charge, obstruction of Congress, a blanket political
00:23:24.520 charge, schemed up by George Soros prosecutors to hem up hundreds of Americans and Donald Trump.
00:23:31.260 That charge needs to be taken off the books. It's been misapplied and over broadly used. And it's
00:23:37.440 really just a bad look for all Americans that if you go to a protest and you're standing up for your
00:23:45.120 constitutional rights and the protest turns into a frenzy, then all of a sudden you can get hit with a
00:23:50.380 20-year maximum felony. It doesn't seem American. It seems plainly un-American and tyrannical. So 0.54
00:23:57.680 this is our glimmer of hope. This is a big time, a big moment in the Jan Sixers community, Lou. And so

00:24:58.140 some sort of intercession with the January Sixers prisoners. I don't know of anybody who's come close
00:25:06.640 to an idea or any way to help. How do you feel about the fact that we have all failed you?
00:25:15.160 Well, there is definitely some level of resentment in the Patriot Jan Sixers community about a lot of
00:25:22.360 the figureheads and the conservative movement, even a lot of media companies and stuff that
00:25:26.820 originally wouldn't touch January 6th with a 10-foot pole. And our congressmen have, you know,
00:25:33.220 tried to brush us underneath, you know, and the Republican establishment brush us underneath the
00:25:38.520 rug like we don't exist. But I think that the will of the American people to see the Jan Sixers free 1.00
00:25:44.160 has superseded all of the Washington fence sitting that's been happening. And we are seeing a tide
00:25:50.860 turn. And I believe that just as Kevin McCarthy was booted out of his speakership position for
00:25:57.300 refusing to let to make good on his promise to release the J six tapes. Now that Speaker Johnson
00:26:03.760 is making good on his promise to do that, he feels the pressure from the American people and the
00:26:10.000 representatives that they represent that if they don't do a real January six select committee,
00:26:15.100 a fact finding committee, not a leftist propaganda machine with Liz Cheney and all the Democrats. That 0.88
00:26:21.160 was that was a Soviet show trial. Ridiculous. But if they do a real fact finding committee,
00:26:26.100 they will find that the January sixers were not the aggressors and that there was actually federal
00:26:30.780 agents in the crowd that incited the violence that day, including the Capitol police brass that,
00:26:37.720 you know, gave the orders to start firing, you know, tear gas and pepper ball bullets and stuff on a
00:26:42.720 static crowd that the truth will be made known to the American people during that new J six select 0.98
