00:00:26.200 Hello everybody, I'm Lou Dobbs and this is the Great America Show.
00:00:33.200 Great to have you with us.
00:00:34.820 Smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to threaten the health of millions of Americans from the Midwest all the way to the eastern seaboard.
00:00:43.760 New York City this week recording the worst ever air quality reading as Canada, ironically, was celebrating their National Clean Air Day.
00:00:53.260 I think it could use a little work, don't you?
00:00:55.400 Canada is still struggling to get those wildfires under control as some 10 million acres have already been scorched
00:01:02.600 and half the fires raging from British Columbia to Quebec and Nova Scotia are still burning out of control.
00:01:10.620 Smoke from those wildfires causing the highest level of health alerts in the nation's capital.
00:01:16.600 Code purple alerts going out across the district as the dense toxic smog rolled over the capital.
00:01:22.780 The purple alert signifies the most dangerous levels of pollutants in the air.
00:01:28.700 On Capitol Hill, a political confrontation between the House Oversight Committee and the FBI ended when the FBI turned over subpoenaed documents for Chairman James Comer's committee to read.
00:01:40.980 This resolution to the conflict came after a month-long contentious battle with FBI Director Christopher Wray and a potential contempt of Congress vote for the director.
00:01:51.280 Wray finally caved, as Chairman Comer put it.
00:01:55.100 Yesterday, the FBI met with a committee at a secure skiff on Capitol Hill and allowed all members of the committee to view that form.
00:02:03.920 The document, the FD-1023 as it's known, reportedly giving a better understanding of the Biden crime family
00:02:11.660 and the role they played in working with the Ukrainian oil company, Burisma.
00:02:17.120 That's right.
00:02:18.080 It all goes back to Ukraine.
00:02:20.660 Following a House Oversight meeting yesterday, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene spoke to the press about some of what they had read on that form.
00:02:29.440 Reading this form today shows the pure distinction.
00:02:33.720 This information, this source that came forward, it's a paid informant by the FBI.
00:02:41.100 This has nothing to do with Giuliani.
00:02:43.680 This has nothing to do with the information that he brought forward in 2020.
00:02:47.720 It's totally separate, and it's extremely credible because he's a paid informant.
00:02:53.000 I made some notes after I left the skiff based on the information, and I'll share that with you guys right now.
00:03:01.920 Basically, what was happening there is back in 2015-2016, Burisma was looking to buy a U.S.-based oil and gas company,
00:03:13.580 and this came from being advised by Hunter Biden and his partners.
00:03:18.000 Biden said Shokin was corrupt.
00:03:24.820 That was around the time of this meeting was when Joe Biden, as vice president, had said that the prosecutor Shokin was corrupt.
00:03:33.060 They hired Hunter on the board to make the problems go away.
00:03:37.240 That's what they specifically said.
00:03:39.140 The prosecutor Biden wanted fired was Victor Shokin.
00:03:42.880 Here is Vice President Biden in 2018 publicly bragging about having that prosecutor, who was investigating Burisma, fired.
00:03:53.540 I got all the good ones, and so I got Ukraine.
00:03:57.620 And I remember going over convincing our team, our brothers, to convincing us that we should be providing for loan guarantees.
00:04:06.740 And I went over, I guess, the 12th, 13th time to Kiev, and I was supposed to announce that there was another billion-dollar loan guarantee.
00:04:17.260 And I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action against a state prosecutor, and they didn't.
00:04:26.160 So they said they had, they were walking out to the press conference, said, no, I said, I'm not going to, we're not going to give you the billion dollars.
00:04:33.420 They said, you have no authority.
00:04:34.880 You're not the president.
00:04:35.720 The president said, I said, call him.
00:04:38.660 I said, I'm telling you, you're not getting the billion dollars.
00:04:41.380 I said, you're not getting the billion.
00:04:42.760 I'm going to be leaving here, and I think it was, what, six hours.
00:04:45.120 I looked, I said, I'm leaving in six hours.
00:04:47.080 If the prosecutor's not fired, you're not getting the money.
00:04:50.100 Oh, son of a bitch.
00:04:51.160 Got fired, and they put in place someone who was solid at the time.
00:04:58.020 Biden accused Shokin of being corrupt, demanding he be fired, at least publicly, but it appears Biden was actually taking care of business
00:05:07.520 and allegedly earning $10 million in bribes for the Biden crime family.
00:05:13.820 Prosecutor Shokin has since been exonerated of all of Biden's charges,
00:05:18.260 and according to the paid FBI informant, the owner of Burisma didn't think too highly of Hunter Biden.
00:05:26.740 The owner of Burisma said that Hunter was stupid and that his other business partner was smart.
00:05:33.500 He also said that he paid $5 million to one Biden, and he paid $5 million to another Biden.
00:05:41.180 And it was all a bribery to get Shokin fired and end the investigation into Burisma.
00:05:48.720 Perhaps the most troubling piece of information contained in that document is the question that we've all long wondered about.
00:05:57.020 Was Joe Biden ever paid directly?
00:05:59.900 Here's what the owner of Burisma allegedly told the FBI informant.
00:06:04.780 He said at the time there were no direct payments made to the big guy, but in a meeting later, after he had become more upset as things were unfolding,
00:06:16.500 he told the informant that he has two pieces of evidence showing proof of payment to Hunter and specifically Joe Biden.
00:06:25.900 And there you have it.
00:06:27.200 The reason that the FBI did not want to turn over that document.
00:06:32.340 Our guest today is joining us some 400 miles south of Ukraine.
00:06:37.880 Joining us from Bucharest, Romania, is none other than Judicial Watch's Chris Farrell.
00:06:43.740 Chris is the Director of Investigations and Research for Judicial Watch.
00:06:47.820 And Chris, welcome.
00:06:49.080 First of all, I just have to say thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule while you're in Europe.
00:06:54.760 Well, I can tell you that it's always a pleasure to be on your show, Lou.
00:06:58.780 But I'd always take time out to do it because yours is a very important voice.
00:07:03.760 And it's a great opportunity to be able to get on with you and talk about all things Judicial Watch.
00:07:10.400 And it's a glorious day here in Central Europe.
00:07:15.320 We've been for a little while, a couple of weeks here in beautiful Budapest, Hungary.
00:07:20.240 And the weather's been great.
00:07:22.880 Hungary's a great place.
00:07:24.560 The Prime Minister here, Viktor Orban, is very Trumpian.
00:07:29.100 And the U.S. media smears the hell out of him, calling them all kinds of names, much like they did Trump.
00:07:35.560 But don't believe a word of it.
00:07:36.940 It's a great country.
00:07:38.220 It is a great country.
00:07:39.660 He's got a remarkable record as a leader.
00:07:42.100 As you say, the left-wing national media, the left-wing corporatist media reviles him and attempts to absolutely devastate him with every article that they, if they do feel like writing one.
00:07:58.020 Why that tension?
00:07:59.780 And why is it as straightforward as left and right?
00:08:02.800 Well, there's a couple of reasons.
00:08:04.700 Number one, of course, the left can't stand.
00:08:07.160 It drives them crazy that there's a successful, prosperous country led by a conservative government in the very heart of Europe.
00:08:17.740 That makes them go out of their minds right off the bat.
00:08:21.200 But there's a couple of other factors at play.
00:08:23.620 Number one, the European Union tried to jam an LGBTQ, et cetera, et cetera, school curriculum on Hungary.
00:08:36.280 And the Hungarians held a referendum.
00:08:39.240 They asked the Hungarian people whether they wanted it.
00:08:41.680 And they overwhelmingly, up in the 90th percentile, rejected it.
00:08:46.980 And they said, no, we're not buying into the whole gender ideology nonsense.
00:08:51.700 And so that makes the European Union crazy.
00:08:55.080 The second point that makes the European Union crazy is Hungary has defined borders and they refuse to be overrun and they refuse to accept people who try to unlawfully break into their country.
00:09:09.040 So the migration thing is out.
00:09:11.080 They don't accept it.
00:09:12.000 And then the third point, which makes Americans crazy, makes the European Union crazy, is the Hungarians have said, look, we'll give humanitarian relief.
00:09:24.420 We've accepted 1.75 billion Ukrainians through the country.
00:09:29.480 And they've done all sorts of humanitarian efforts, but they're not interested in supplying weapons to Ukraine.
00:09:38.080 The position of the Hungarian government is the faster we get to a ceasefire and peace negotiations, the better.
00:09:47.040 And they're not interested in jumping on the war machine bandwagon and seeing more people die.
00:09:55.160 So that those points are distinctly, you know, EU contrarian.
00:10:01.760 And it makes them nuts.
00:10:03.940 They keep trying to bring as much pressure to bear as they can on the country here.
00:10:07.500 Victor Orban, then, is a rational, pragmatic conservative, as you describe him.
00:10:15.040 I wish the rest of the European governments had leaders as rational and also as effective as Victor Orban.
00:10:25.080 What do you think?
00:10:26.500 Yeah, I mean, look, the smear that they use is they say, oh, because you're not willing to jump on the war bandwagon
00:10:34.860 and send, you know, arms and munitions to Ukraine.
00:10:39.900 They say, oh, he's a puppet of Putin.
00:10:42.660 Well, he's about as much of a puppet of Putin as Trump was.
00:10:46.740 It's a ridiculous notion.
00:10:50.440 The Hungarians were occupied by the Soviet army for 46 years.
00:10:55.820 They only got cut loose in 1991 with the collapse of the Warsaw Pact.
00:11:00.420 They know exactly what the Russians are all about, and they can't stand them.
00:11:06.660 So when the left, you know, throws out this, oh, you're close to Russia routine,
00:11:12.900 it really irritates the Hungarians because it's a savage lie.
00:11:18.660 They're just not interested in seeing a lot of Ukrainians die and realize Ukraine is right next door.
00:11:25.500 They share a border with them.
00:11:27.140 So this is not some faraway political concept.
00:11:30.940 This is their next door neighbor.
00:11:33.040 And they see what the consequences of the war are.
00:11:35.940 And they say, look, the faster you get to a solution, the faster you end this thing, the better everyone is.
00:11:42.860 And I think that's a pretty rational approach to the whole thing.
00:11:46.280 As you say, these lies, these Russian lies, the left, the Marxist left cannot come up with a new act.
00:11:55.100 It's collusion, collusion, collusion with Russia, which is just as irrelevant as it can be to U.S. politics right now,
00:12:05.620 as it has been for about a decade or so.
00:12:08.660 That is, I'm trying to go back to when was Hillary Clinton's secretary of state.
00:12:13.160 That's the last time it was relevant because she was pressing hard.
00:12:18.160 Let's turn, if we may, to judicial watch here.
00:12:22.160 I know that's not much of a move for you from where you are to judicial watch,
00:12:28.800 but you're doing so many interesting things, as usual, at Judicial Watch.
00:12:32.180 And I wanted to take up, first and foremost, the Durham report,
00:12:36.420 your analysis of, and Judicial Watch's analysis of the Durham report.
00:12:42.860 What an incredible disappointment.
00:12:46.000 You know, he details 306 pages of, you know, criminal activity.
00:12:51.600 He says he's aware that crimes are committed,
00:12:54.780 and he details at length exactly who was doing what to who when and who had knowledge
00:13:00.500 and, you know, the deliberate attempt to unlawfully influence the outcome of a federal election
00:13:07.480 and all the people involved in doing it.
00:13:10.280 And he doesn't charge a soul.
00:13:12.580 I mean, 306 pages, all kinds of activity, all kinds of criminality.
00:13:17.060 And the lesson is, oh, well, never mind.
00:13:20.880 That is an enormous disservice to the American public.
00:13:24.780 Do you want to see why people lose heart?
00:13:28.620 Do you want to understand why people get disgusted and disgruntled?
00:13:32.200 This is exhibit A for that kind of situation.
00:13:37.640 The other point, I think, is that on the plus side,
00:13:42.080 it does document on Department of Justice letterhead exactly how bad all these people were
00:13:49.160 and exactly what they were up to.
00:13:50.760 So we now know that on July 26, 2016, Hillary Clinton launched this incredible lie against Trump
00:13:58.620 and that all the leadership, Obama, Biden, you know, Brennan, the whole, Comey, the whole case together,
00:14:06.180 they all were in on it.
00:14:07.580 Every single one of them is a corrupt SOB.
00:14:10.360 And it's undeniable now.
00:14:14.680 And, of course, it also drives a stake through the heart of the whole ridiculous Russia, Russia, Russia,
00:14:20.400 you know, never-ending hoax that occupied years, actually occupied the entire Trump presidency.
00:14:28.720 Absolutely.
00:14:28.820 So that, I mean, there is a positive thing that documents all the BS.
00:14:35.780 The downside, though, is zero accountability.
00:14:38.540 It's interesting to me.
00:14:40.860 The only analog I can think of is a prosecutor, a district attorney, perhaps a Soros district attorney
00:14:49.760 somewhere in the United States, a group of people rob a bank.
00:14:53.940 They don't bother wearing masks.
00:14:56.180 They're all sitting there on the bank surveillance video.
00:14:59.280 So they turn it over to the DA, and the DA asks, well, what do you want me to do with this?
00:15:07.300 And he names the names of all the people who walked into the bank and robbed it,
00:15:11.700 citing all of the crimes and code that was violated.
00:15:17.560 And it sends out a letter to the community saying, you know, this was awful,
00:15:23.160 and this is who's responsible.
00:15:24.840 But we're not of a mind to actually prosecute or hold accountable any of these people.
00:15:31.060 It's just too much trouble.
00:15:34.320 And walks away from the whole thing.
00:15:36.980 It is the most bizarre special counsel in the history of bizarre special counsels,
00:15:43.520 even the one that was created out of the original falsehood and fraud, the Mueller special counsel.
00:15:50.720 We're going to be talking about that as we continue here with Chris Farrell, Judicial Watch's Chris Farrell,
00:15:57.160 coming right back.
00:15:58.380 Stay with us, folks.
00:16:02.520 This is a warning, my fellow Americans.
00:16:05.000 The news just broke, and it's grim.
00:16:07.300 The banking collapse of 2023 is now more devastating than the banking collapse of 2008.
00:16:14.800 First Republic, PacWest, Silicon Bank, just a few of the latest casualties in this banking crisis.
00:16:20.500 And don't wait for the email reading, quote,
00:16:23.460 Sorry, your account has been frozen, end quote.
00:16:26.680 Take action now to protect what we've all worked so hard to build.

00:17:14.220 Once again, call now, 866-387-2465.
00:17:22.800 We're back.
00:17:23.880 We're talking with Chris Farrell of Judicial Watch, and we're talking about the Durham report.
00:17:29.180 Like you, I was immensely disappointed.
00:17:32.040 Like you, I think it's also a valuable document because it sets forth the reality.
00:17:39.560 It is the record of what happened, and it is an acknowledgment by each of those agencies
00:17:44.800 in point of fact that they were scurrilous and corrupt and remain so.
00:17:50.000 Your thoughts?
00:17:51.300 Yeah, and the only other thing I find a little frustrating is that there's a few bad actors
00:17:56.120 and a few sort of sub-conspiracy elements that got left out.
00:18:03.180 So like Joseph Mifsud, he's airbrushed out of the story, right?
00:18:08.820 Steph Halper.
00:18:10.400 Some of these characters who were running around building the components
00:18:15.560 or contributing sort of plot lines to this phony Russia Trump story,
00:18:23.700 the guys that were out trying to hook people like Papadopoulos and Carter Page,
00:18:29.060 their lesser characters, their activities certainly don't compare to Obama and Biden
00:18:37.340 and Brennan and Comey sitting around the White House yucking it up
00:18:42.580 that they're going to go out and screw Trump with a phony Russia allegation.
00:18:47.340 I mean, that's off the charts.
00:18:50.900 It's a surreal imagery.
00:18:53.240 You can imagine these people sitting around conspiring in the Oval Office.
00:18:59.060 But there are these lesser characters who are up to their necks in ginning the stuff up,
00:19:07.020 and they somehow have all kind of fallen off the radar screen.
00:19:11.160 The one other point that makes me nuts is that there are people who, quote-unquote,
00:19:16.360 declined, whatever that means.
00:19:18.900 They declined to be interviewed.
00:19:21.180 And, I mean, normally you're asked to be interviewed, and then you're subpoenaed to be interviewed.
00:19:27.880 And if you're not cooperating, then you're indicted.
00:19:30.700 I mean, that's the progression, right?
00:19:33.280 They ask once nicely, then they subpoena you.
00:19:36.060 Then if you're still being a jerk and you're not going to play ball, then they subpoena you.
00:19:40.260 Or, excuse me, then they indict you.
00:19:41.760 And somehow there's a special breed of Washington animal that gets to just kind of twist and turn away
00:19:51.320 and just elects not to participate.
00:19:55.060 That, to me, is another head-scratcher.
00:19:57.000 Well, it's a head-scratcher unless you assume—well, it's actually more than assume.
00:20:04.580 You presume, and rightly so, that John Durham is a creature of William Barr's creation.
00:20:12.800 And William Barr is a creature of the establishment in Washington, D.C.
00:20:20.020 I don't think that William Barr for a moment meant for anything to come of this other than to be something, if you will,
00:20:29.160 a placeholder and a way to kick it all the way—the can all the way four years distant, and he managed to do so.
00:20:40.100 And Bill Barr, you were talking about the names.
00:20:43.340 No one's talking to Bill Barr, really?
00:20:45.800 This is the guy that dispatched FBI agents to Twitter, to social media.
00:20:50.260 This is the guy who didn't intervene, even though he knew President Biden was lying in the second debate,
00:20:55.580 the last debate of the presidential election of 2020.
00:20:58.700 This is the guy who said in the beginning of December, not even a full month after the election,
00:21:05.300 that it was just a terrific election.
00:21:07.100 We found no incidents of fraud.
00:21:08.960 What he didn't say was the FBI did not investigate anywhere that I know of, nor produce any report anyone knows of,
00:21:17.800 about the integrity of that election or lack of it.
00:21:21.000 I mean, we are talking about a major malfactor in all of this.
00:21:29.300 And also remember, the FBI and the Department of Justice had in their possession Hunter Biden's laptops,
00:21:40.080 and they watched President Trump get impeached over this phony Ukraine phone call thing.
00:21:47.440 When they had in their possession Hunter Biden's laptop, and all the deals with Burisma and his father and the Ukrainian prosecutor,
00:22:03.180 they knew all this stuff.
00:22:04.720 And they sat there and didn't, not one peep came out of them,
00:22:08.540 and they watched the President go through a phony impeachment over it.
00:22:12.040 And you mentioned that they look, there are like characters out of a John Licari novel, Mifsud and Halper,
00:22:24.480 and they play the part beautifully.
00:22:26.460 But it also suggests to you that these are creatures not just of MI6 or CIA.
00:22:34.760 These are stars for the five eyes.
00:22:38.260 They play big and broad, and they were protected all the way through, don't you think?
00:22:45.200 You are correct, 100%.
00:22:46.440 And when we look at that, why don't we know more about the five eyes and the role of the Australians,
00:22:52.920 as well as the Brits and the Italians, and our good erstwhile allies that had to be in this up to their eyeballs,
00:23:00.100 because the principles of the intelligence community, the U.S. intelligence community,
00:23:07.580 were both in the know and on the go in this conspiracy.
00:23:13.040 I mean, they were sponsoring and directing it.
00:23:16.260 And there is some indication in the DERM report that some MI6 or SIS agents in the U.K.
00:23:24.760 realized where this was going, and they themselves developed cold feet and essentially said,
00:23:31.900 no way in hell, we're not going any further.
00:23:34.100 I mean, they had already done enough bad stuff, don't get me wrong.
00:23:37.600 But even they, at some point, realized, hey, wait a minute, now we've gone a bridge too far on this one.
00:23:44.020 Yeah, they really, I think, did acknowledge that.
00:23:47.660 Certainly far, far better and to greater effect than did the U.S. I see.
00:23:54.740 Let's turn to another judicial watch component that I'm really interested in.
00:24:00.880 A hearing announced in the lawsuit seeking release of the manifesto of the Nashville Covenant School shooter.
00:24:08.980 Again, the manifesto is in the hands of a judge.
00:24:12.720 We still now, what is it, a month and a half later, don't know what's in it, and I don't know why, but I do know this.
00:24:20.900 Law enforcement in the United States is doing this more and more and more, giving up to the public the information they deserve.
00:24:28.580 The public's right to know is just being discredited by law enforcement and prosecutors alike.
00:24:35.060 I just want to compliment you for getting involved.
00:24:38.100 Well, thanks.
00:24:39.440 We actually asked for all the documentation, police reports, et cetera, et cetera, around that shooting.
00:24:47.100 I think either the day it happened or within a day or two thereafter, we were very quick on that, in part because we were fortunate enough to have some former law enforcement officers on our staff who kind of,
00:25:00.280 you know, they can tell where something's going before the average bear can kind of realize, you know, what's going on.
00:25:06.620 And so we were very prompt at pursuing that.
00:25:10.100 And, you know, I've seen very disturbing reporting.
00:25:13.740 There's an effort, I believe, and I think it's a politically motivated effort in the crazy gender ideology battles that we're currently involved in,
00:25:22.980 where some people have reported or it's been leaked to the press that the information in this guy's manifesto and in the documentation or the diaries,
00:25:32.100 that it's, quote, too dangerous, close quote, to release to the public, which is, you know, preposterous at face value.
00:25:44.820 There's nothing that's too dangerous.
00:25:46.580 You know, proven in days gone by, you know, when the Pentagon Papers are published or when various journals have published,
00:25:57.020 you know, instructions on how to make an atomic bomb in your basement, you know,
00:26:01.160 this idea that somehow the government is going to preempt the publication of something just doesn't work that way.
00:26:08.300 And it's a loser every time coming out of the box.
00:26:11.800 So the notion that somehow these papers are so outrageous and salacious that they can't be published is objectionable at face value.
00:26:20.560 And I think the dirty little secret is there's probably some pretty crazy, wild rhetoric in there because it's a confused, transgendered individual.
00:26:35.620 My guess is he's probably got a vendetta against Christians, probably has a chip on their shoulder about who they targeted during that shooting.
00:26:47.600 And there's probably some it's not a good PR look for the gender ideology game.
00:26:54.820 Well, and you can tell they don't really often care too much about the good optics of what they are espousing and the way in which they are acting.
00:27:05.780 We're talking with just initial watches, Chris Sparrow.
00:27:08.940 We're going to be back about in about just a minute here.
00:27:12.800 We're going to be talking about some more of that crazed, heated rhetoric emanating usually from Washington, but from almost anywhere in the United States.
00:27:22.640 Now, we continue with Chris Sparrow in one moment.
00:27:25.580 Please stay with us.
00:27:32.340 We're back with Judicial Watchers.
00:27:34.140 Chris Sparrow.
00:27:34.660 Chris, you you've inspired me to bring up some more just crazy rhetoric.
00:27:38.280 It is now being reported that Hillary Clinton is holding forth and she has sworn that if Trump were to win in 2024, it would be, quote, end quote, the end of democracy in America.
00:27:56.080 Your reaction?
00:27:56.840 Anything Hillary Clinton says, I mean, they have not yet invented a device in science that's capable of detecting, you know, how irrelevant she is.
00:28:13.520 Right.
00:28:13.760 There's if she is, she is beyond she's somewhere below zero.
00:28:19.100 So, I mean, whatever she has to say, I mean, who cares?
00:28:22.960 She, I guess she gets, you know, a momentary blip or a headline or a chyron across the bottom of the screen.
00:28:30.420 But, you know, if that's what she thinks, great.
00:28:34.180 I look forward to her departure from the country.
00:28:37.760 She can go hang out with her friends on the French Riviera or wherever it is that she goes.
00:28:43.540 That's fine.
00:28:44.180 We'll see you later.
00:28:44.740 Well, she appears once again in the Durham report.
00:28:49.380 We find out that the Biden administration dropped four, count them, four investigations of the Clintons in the summer of 2021.
00:29:01.040 Biden had been president for about six months.
00:29:03.180 I guess that's where the clock was running.
00:29:04.980 Give him six months and then we'll just drop it all.
00:29:07.180 The FBI and the Department of Justice dropping four investigations of Hillary Clinton.
00:29:14.860 What do you think?
00:29:16.080 Well, you know, they somehow it seems the Department of Justice is able to generate four investigations a month for President Trump.
00:29:26.600 So I guess the contrary or the reverse is true for Hillary Clinton.
00:29:31.460 They can dismiss four in a matter of a short period of time.
00:29:36.140 The disparity of treatment, right?
00:29:38.120 The disparity of treatment between the Clinton gang, any really of the sort of anointed leftists of the elite, the treatment that they get versus the treatment that Trump gets, or for that matter, any number of conservatives, whether they're politicians or political activists or anything else.
00:29:58.060 The double standard, the wide swing of scrutiny from, you know, microscopically, infinitesimally close in, analyzing every stroke of a pen versus the broad sweeping, you know, oh, just cut it loose.
00:30:16.360 No big worries.
00:30:17.240 Dismiss it.
00:30:18.360 Destroy all the evidence.
00:30:19.500 We don't need to look into this kind of thing.
00:30:23.060 It is the average American sees it and knows that they would never be treated the way that Hillary Clinton and her gang are treated.
00:30:31.140 It's just they know the double standard.
00:30:34.240 They see it.
00:30:35.920 And I think, you know, I think anybody who's even halfway honest, even to a partisan Democrat, you realize that there's two very different stories in American justice from today.
00:30:45.460 There are at least two.
00:30:48.020 And it's it is incredible to me the way in which the the deep state and the Marxist Dems who run the Democrat Party and this puppet impaired president.
00:30:58.600 They've gotten away with the political persecution of Donald Trump for eight.
00:31:04.020 We're in the eighth year with two impeachments, four years of FBI investigation, one special counsel as president and one now in his post presidency.
00:31:15.600 Then the Marxist Dems colluding to bring state and local legal actions against him.
00:31:23.860 And not one peep from the ABA, not one peep from business leaders.
00:31:29.820 This is a sordid and corrupt moment in American history.
00:31:34.340 And one man stands as the victim.
00:31:36.800 He is indeed a warrior, a man of immense strength.
00:31:42.320 But Donald Trump is in no way deserving of what treatment he's received from both the Dems, the Marxist Dems and the deep state, but also with the silence of the Republican Party.
00:31:54.980 Yeah, once again, I mean, that's really the lesson besides the critique of the left, which we're very comfortable and familiar with doing.
00:32:03.900 You know, let's also take a deep breath and look at the absolute total leadership failure on the right.
00:32:10.920 What inspiring and strong and dynamic leadership from the right is leading the way, is providing, you know, insight and inspiration and, you know, not just tough talk, but tough action.
00:32:29.000 Who's out there leading the way?
00:32:31.460 Who's holding the flag and saying, follow me?
00:32:34.380 And the answer is nobody.
00:32:35.980 I mean, that's, you know, Trump is still left to go out and defend himself.
00:32:40.080 We still have to go out and go to a CNN town hall and rock them back on their heels, even, you know, walking into the lion's den.
00:32:53.340 But there's nobody out really saying, hey, look, enough is enough.
00:32:57.160 And here's what we need to do.
00:32:58.820 And here's how we should do it.
00:33:00.280 And it's a completely uninspiring crowd on the right.
00:33:05.820 Yeah.
00:33:06.300 Well, the politicians, the business leaders who are all in on wokeness, CRT, ESG, it's they actually should be, in my opinion, prosecuted for fraud and violation of their fiduciary duties.
00:33:24.880 All of the CEOs and chief financial officers of those corporations who are indulging in that nonsense of the left, the Marxist left.
00:33:33.880 It is truly abhorrent.
00:33:36.720 But to your point, I've been calling for this for a long time, and I'm going to start raising my voice now.
00:33:42.340 It is time for every Republican leader, every business leader, every leader in this society of ours, law, education, you name it, stand up and demand, demand that this corrupt federal government sit down and back off.
00:34:01.000 From Donald Trump and from the 80 million Americans who voted for him, but also for the 300 million Americans who deserve better than this from what is a great constitutional republic that is being reduced to rubble by this puppet-impaired president who is compromised by China, by Romania, Ukraine, you name it.
00:34:25.240 It's time right now to stand up for President Trump, and I mean every single American, whether you're left-wing or right, it doesn't matter.
00:34:35.320 What we are seeing is sordid.
00:34:37.480 It is sullying this country, this great nation, our heritage, and our future.
00:34:42.780 And it is time for the ignorance to end right now.
00:34:46.620 I beg of you, I pray that we can do this and do it as Americans united in the right thing for the right reasons, and this is without question a republic that is worthy of being saved.
00:35:03.060 And we need to make certain we are worthy of this republic, and the one leader who has actually done something for this country in the past decade.
00:35:14.560 Your thoughts, Chris?
00:35:16.620 I agree with you, because what they're talking about with regard to the treatment of Trump is the civilification at a level that, you know,
00:35:26.400 it's remarkable that he has the character and stamina that he does, because many other people would just fold.
00:35:32.100 They'd either just say, you know what, I've had enough, go to hell, and they'd leave the field altogether.
00:35:38.920 You know, or they'd, frankly, they'd have a breakdown.
00:35:41.680 You know, I think they would be incapacitated in some way based on the criticism, the pressure, the harassment, the legal fees.
00:35:53.380 They'd be all these different ways they try to break him.
00:35:55.600 And as you pointed out, whether you're on the left or the right, just remember that, you know, history has a way of kind of flipping this around the other direction.
00:36:05.860 So whether it's next year or whether it's 10 years from now, you have a government that goes in the opposite direction.
00:36:12.640 All these tools are now available, right?
00:36:15.560 Everybody, you know, what goes around comes around.
00:36:17.720 Good for the goose, good for the gander.
00:36:19.120 So now, which political operative of the left wishes to be demonized and treated the way that Trump has been treated?
00:36:26.840 And tell me how, why I can't do it to somebody on the left now, because you've already set the standard.
00:36:33.440 Here's where the bar is, and we know we can go so far, so why can't I do it to you?
00:36:38.200 And that's the corrosive thing for our country.
00:36:42.520 As you pointed out, the consequences, the long-term, it shreds the Constitution.
00:36:49.000 It tears at the fabric of the nation, because it's not just about Trump.
00:36:53.620 It's about the government being used as a political, all the intelligence and law enforcement apparatus being used as a political weapon to destroy your opponent.
00:37:04.660 That's banana republic stuff.
00:37:06.300 And we can't afford to go there, whether you love Trump or you hate him, or whether you're looking at the current political crisis, or who knows what's going to go on 10 years from now, when the whole thing can be turned on its head.
00:37:20.560 We can't continue to operate this way.
00:37:24.340 Yeah.
00:37:24.840 I wish I had your confidence, Chris, that we'd be here in 10 years.
00:37:28.660 We need to get this done now.
00:37:30.640 And I can't underline that enough for this audience.
00:37:33.920 I'm not sure we can make it to 2024.
00:37:36.300 Unless we come to terms with the corruption we face and to root it out now.
00:37:40.940 An example, the most recent example, the judge in the Stormy Daniels case setting a court date right in the middle of the primary election next year for the court date for Donald Trump.
00:37:57.600 This is another political stunt, but it is also interference in an election by a New York State judge who, you know, I have to tell you, I have a very hard time constraining my tongue about what I think should happen to this judge who is unworthy of the name, certainly in all that it once implied.
00:38:26.600 But anyway, I won't.
00:38:29.140 I'll resist that.
00:38:30.020 And I know you're not accustomed to me doing that, Chris, but I'm going to constrain myself.
00:38:35.240 You've set a great example for me throughout our professional lives.
00:38:40.180 And you are a great American.
00:38:43.600 We appreciate you being with us, Chris.
00:38:45.100 Chris Barrow of Judicial Watch, thank you and God bless you.
00:38:48.820 Thank you, sir.
00:38:49.440 Much appreciated.
00:38:50.900 And that's all for us this week.
00:38:52.560 Our guest here Monday will be the former chief of the Capitol Police, Stephen Sund.
00:38:57.780 Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi made Sund the earliest scapegoat for January 6th.
00:39:03.100 We talked with him about that, about what went wrong that day and who should be held accountable.
00:39:09.640 This is hundreds of Americans remain in the D.C. gulag, effectively political prisoners of the Marxist Dems, the deep state and the Biden regime.
00:39:20.640 Stephen Sund, our guest here Monday.
00:39:22.840 Please join us.
00:39:23.760 Have a great weekend.
00:39:25.420 See you Monday.
00:39:26.240 Till then.
00:39:27.040 Thanks, everybody.
00:39:28.020 God bless you.
00:39:29.100 And God bless America.
00:39:30.440 God bless America.
