00:01:18.020 Trump. As Smith tried to play the victim as well as the prosecutor, the junkyard Jackal Friday asked

00:01:25.820 a judge to issue a protective order. Protect whom? A protective order in the case against President

00:01:32.740 Trump regarding January 6? Protect whom? The request from Smith came after President Trump posted the

00:01:40.320 following message on his Truth Social account. Quote, if you go after me, I'm coming after you.

00:01:48.360 End quote. The vicious Venal Smith wants us all to think Trump is threatening him personally and

00:01:55.680 threatening his case against the former president, telling the judge that Trump can't be allowed to

00:02:00.820 possess his constitutional right of free speech that would endanger his case. The gangster of a special

00:02:07.460 counsel has quickly become one of the Marxist-Dim's worst nightmares. No one believes Smith, and everyone

00:02:14.180 knows what he is. Transparently authoritarian, obviously a thug without conscience or principle,

00:02:21.180 and he looks the part. Here's Smith's plea to the judge, fearing Trump's, quote,

00:02:26.940 improper dissemination or use of discovery materials, including to the public. Such a restriction is

00:02:33.740 particularly important in this case because the defendant has previously issued public statements

00:02:39.380 on social media regarding witnesses, judges, attorneys, and others associated with legal

00:02:46.520 matters pending against him. End quote. Why, there's nothing to do but to gag him. Trump can't be allowed to

00:02:54.720 speak freely. Good grief. What kind of country is this? And the judge, by the way, is also an obvious

00:03:01.780 low-life partisan. Nothing fair or decent should be expected by any of us from the criminal D.C.

00:03:08.560 political courts. President Trump, meanwhile, in South Carolina over the weekend, hosting a rally,

00:03:15.460 had this to say about the junkyard jackal and his venal special counsel travesty.

00:05:44.480 Biden donor. His name is David Rohde. He left his role as a partner at a private law firm in 2002 to join

00:05:51.560 the DOJ. As a senior counsel in the criminal division, he donated $13,000 to Joe Biden and

00:05:59.560 other Democrats during the 2018 to 2022 election cycle. Now we know why he doesn't want anybody to

00:06:07.920 know who's working on his special counsel team. The Marxist dem, Jack Smith has done all he could

00:06:14.360 to keep that team's identity secret. And we know why, don't we?

00:08:04.360 crossfire hurricane Russian collusion records. He was getting ready to go to a civil lawsuit against

00:08:09.340 Hillary Clinton down in Florida. These records could have come out during discovery. So what did we get?

00:08:14.200 We got this unprecedented, unnecessary, and unlawful home raid on a former president for presidential

00:08:20.420 records he's allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act. This is all lawfare to destroy

00:08:25.960 President Trump because they fear they can't beat him in the next election. And recent polling

00:09:19.440 2017 Facebook post, crashing Trump. Six weeks later, after that recusal, somehow that, that, that, that

00:09:37.280 greenlighting and at Merrick Garland's direction to do this unprecedented, unnecessary, unlawful home

00:10:49.220 locations for, for a security blanket. But I, I don't think he has those. I think that they

00:10:53.960 successfully retrieved them from Mar-a-Lago. These are presidential records. It does not matter

00:10:59.280 whether they're classified. People keep, keep saying Trump didn't have a right to have these records.

00:11:03.140 They are either, how it works under the Presidential Records Act, they are either personal records,

00:11:09.180 that he can deem personal and take with him, like the Clinton-Sotter case, when Clinton took 79

00:11:14.320 audio tapes, eight years of his presidency, highly classified conversations with foreign leaders

00:11:19.560 and national security officials. And the Obama judge in 2012 held the mere fact the president took

00:11:25.880 them when he left office and didn't turn them over to the archives makes them personal records under

00:11:30.720 the Presidential Records Act. That's exactly what Trump did here. These are personal records. But even if

00:11:35.620 these are presidential records that the government owns, unlike the personal records, the former

00:11:41.140 president would own, even if these are presidential records that are owned by the government under the

00:11:46.140 Presidential Records Act, the former president and his designated representatives can have his records

00:11:51.180 any time they want. So this whole idea that he committed espionage for having his presidential

00:11:57.800 records in Mar-a-Lago is absurd.

00:12:01.020 And, and I, I, you were the, I think, well, I'll put it this way. I know you were the first to say,

00:12:07.320 at least to me, that this was a absolute absurdity that the president had a perfect right under the

00:12:14.280 Presidential Records Act to do as he did and had that constitutional authority as the commander in

00:12:21.500 chief and president of the United States. What I cannot understand is reasonably intelligent

00:12:28.900 attorneys walking around on the left side of our political spectrum saying, decrying all of this,

00:12:37.340 suggesting that the president how could be tried under the Espionage Act and that it's just nefarious

00:12:44.440 for him to have held records when the Presidential Records Act anticipates precisely that situation

00:12:52.800 where those records in his office that are his, he can take with him. And by definition,

00:13:01.240 that's declassifying them. I just don't understand how this contrivance could have taken hold so,

00:13:08.920 so brightly and boldly in the minds of so many of the Marxist left.

00:13:14.440 Well, because they're, they're out to get Trump and it's not just the Marxist left. It's the DC

00:15:56.400 most recent court action, and that is Secret Service agents being forced to testify before the January 6th

00:16:05.900 grand jury. Special counsel Jack Smith doing his customary work that is going after anyone that he can

00:16:16.020 trying to build a case against the former president. Yeah, I mean, this is a bogus prosecution.

00:16:22.300 Jack Smith was the prosecutor who the Democrats brought in to go after Virginia Governor Bob McDonald

00:16:30.260 under a bogus corruption theory to take Bob McDonald out as a presidential candidate, and he succeeded in

00:16:38.440 that. But then Jack Smith got overturned eight to nothing by the Supreme Court. It would have been

00:16:44.020 nine to nothing, but Justice Scalia passed away. It is very hard to get any criminal conviction

00:16:49.420 overturned by the Supreme Court, let alone unanimously by the conservatives and the liberals and the moderates.

00:16:56.660 So Jack Smith managed that feat. He went off to Europe, to The Hague, and to exile, which is where he should 1.00

00:17:36.360 of highly classified audio tapes of his presidency recorded by his White House deputy chief of staff

00:17:42.500 for operations in his sock drawer. And it was okay for him to have those, but it wasn't okay,

00:17:48.580 apparently, for Trump to have his presidential records. Remember, they didn't go after Hillary 0.79

00:18:36.700 and all of a sudden became a geopolitical expert on Ukraine to secure millions and foreign bribes and

00:18:42.620 other corruption. That doesn't concern Garland. Garland secretly worked with Biden's attorneys,

00:18:48.180 Biden and his attorneys, to cover this up until he got caught after the fourth batch was found.

00:18:54.020 Nothing happens with Biden. And then they're going to go after Trump. Jack Smith's going to go after

00:18:58.380 Trump on this January 6th. People need to remember this about January 6th. The people who showed up to

00:19:04.420 Capitol had a lawful permit from the National Park Service to be there. It was a legal protest that got out of

00:19:11.820 control and turned into a riot. It is not illegal to object to presidential elections. It is actually

00:19:18.900 allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887. If it were illegal to object to presidential elections,

00:19:26.720 Democrats would be in jail for objecting in 1969, 2001, 2005, and 2017. And there is a First Amendment

00:19:36.000 right to object. There's a statutory right to object. And even if Trump put pressure on Pence or the

00:19:44.060 Virginia or the Georgia governor, that is allowed by the First Amendment. That is arm twisting,

00:19:49.720 political arm twisting that is allowed by the First Amendment. And for them to try to turn this into some

00:19:55.800 sort of a crime, seditious conspiracy is absolutely absurd. And you'll get overturned by the Supreme Court

00:20:02.100 again. You've used two terms I think are interesting there in talking about the electors. Arm twisting

00:20:08.260 and putting pressure on. I can't think of a more subjective set of terms that would have to be

00:20:19.180 somehow concretely codified in a trial as being material. I mean, it's so ambiguous and it is so

00:20:29.280 subjective. There's no standard to repair to test that. So it's just preposterous on every level.

00:20:36.720 But here we are in the middle of it. And part of the reason we're in this deep and this prolonged

00:20:43.360 is because the Marxist media, the propaganda media, and all of whom said, you know, look so sanctimonious

00:20:51.700 and self-righteous as they sit there in their anchor chairs talking about Donald Trump. These are vile

00:20:59.420 creatures. It's just spewing nonsense day after day after day. And I don't know whether they themselves

00:21:06.740 believe it or not, but I have to think that their masters know better and they are the ones who've

00:21:14.260 written the script for those hacks spewing pure nonsense. What do you think?

00:22:04.420 number three office, this political appointee of Biden's to Alvin Bragg's office to resuscitate

00:22:09.960 the zombie case to go after Trump. So that's one part of the law fair. Then we talked about

00:22:14.480 Jack Smith going after Trump for the non-crime of having his presidential records, which is allowed

00:22:19.740 under the Presidential Records Act. And then Jack Smith and Fannie Willis, down in Fulton County,

00:22:24.840 Georgia, another Democrat, are also looking at the non-crime of a president objecting to the

00:22:30.580 presidential election, which is allowed under the Electoral Count Act of 1887 and the First

00:22:35.340 Amendment. They're going after Trump for being for these non-crimes because they know they're not

00:22:41.060 going to beat him in the next election. If they're so confident that the American people don't trust

00:22:47.560 Trump, let the American people decide instead of your Democrat prosecutors decide who's who's going

00:22:53.380 to run for president. What will be the status of the Secret Service agents who've been compelled

00:22:58.220 apparently to testify before that January 6th grand jury? I mean, that is that is a difficult

00:23:04.300 situation. And what are their responsibilities and what are their immunities? Well, that's the issue.

00:23:10.620 This was actually tested during the Monica Lewinsky impeachment, the Clinton's impeachment over Monica

00:23:16.240 Lewinsky. And when Ken Star got the Secret Service agents to testify, they are law enforcement officers

00:23:22.880 of the United States. So there's not Secret Service immunity under the Constitution.

00:23:28.220 Again, that would have to be provided by statute. But I would just say we're going down a very

00:23:32.980 dangerous path. If you have a Secret Service protectee, whether it's a president or former

00:23:38.860 president or some other protectee who does not want Secret Service agents to be around him because

00:23:45.380 he fears that they're going to be snitches, that's not a good place to be as a country. So maybe Congress

00:23:51.080 needs to understand that we do not want Secret Service agents testifying against presidents and former

00:23:58.120 presidents unless it's an absolute necessity. And think about this too, Mike, where were the Secret

00:24:04.440 Service agents who surrounded Joe Biden during all of his now we know extraordinarily criminal acts of

00:24:13.960 pay for play, just sheer bribery and extortion on foreign trips, mostly. We don't know what happened

00:24:24.060 domestically. That may be interesting as well. But the Secret Service has been aware of this. Our

00:24:30.220 intelligence agencies have had to be aware of the corruption of the Biden crime family before it looks

00:24:38.740 to me like decades, not years, decades, but certainly beginning in 2016 when Joe Biden is sitting in the

00:24:47.260 in the White House with President Obama, the five heads of the intelligence, premiered intelligence

00:24:53.900 agencies, the FBI, the attorney general, and they know for a fact what Hillary Clinton is cooking up and it's 1.00

00:25:01.960 crossfire hurricane and the Russian collusion hoax peddled by the DNC and the deep state. I mean, this is outrageous.

00:26:19.600 Service just one more time before we get to the Supreme Court ruling, Mike, if we may. The Secret

00:26:25.800 Service is refusing, refusing to tell Congress who was coming and going and meeting with Joe Biden

00:26:34.200 and President Obama at the White House. They're covering up for Hunter Biden. How is it that a

00:26:41.160 special counsel can compel them to testify against President Trump? Yeah, it's a very good question.

00:26:46.980 And here's the problem. We have a special counsel handpicked by Garland, Jack Smith, who has proven

00:26:56.160 himself to be a partisan. His wife produced a video, a documentary for Michelle Obama and donated it to

00:27:03.900 Biden's campaign. This guy is clearly a political operative, and he wants to eviscerate attorney

00:27:11.520 client privilege. He wants to bring in the Secret Service agents. He wants to go after Trump at all

00:27:17.080 costs. And this is Merrick Garland controlling this guy. At the same time, Merrick Garland appoints a

00:27:22.080 special counsel after he gets caught secretly colluding with Biden. He appoints this Democrat-picked

00:27:28.280 U.S. attorney in Maryland, Robert Heard to be the special counsel to look into Biden. We haven't

00:27:33.860 heard a peep out of Robert Heard in like five months, overall nearly six months. And apparently

00:27:39.260 he hasn't leaked any classified or secret grand jury information to anyone else, unlike Jack Smith.

00:37:38.260 Well, the elections clause is clear that state legislatures get to decide House districts every 10 years.

00:37:45.820 And Chief Justice John Roberts agreed with that position in a dissenting opinion.

00:37:50.540 He wrote in the Arizona case in 2015.

00:37:53.140 But Chief Justice John Roberts has the backbone of a jellyfish.

00:37:58.480 So here we are in 2023.

00:38:00.820 And he is flip flopped on his position like he flip flopped on immigration positions when it became when it was Trump versus Biden.

00:38:11.160 And frankly, the Supreme Court should have just kicked this case because it was votes in the North Carolina Supreme Court changed hands from Democrat to control to Republican control and reversed its decision.

00:38:28.120 But our weak sisters, the Chevy Chase wing of the Supreme Court, went along with the Democrats and gave the Democrats a big win in this case, along in a voting rights case before. 0.86

00:40:22.560 parents showing up to school board meetings outraged at what's being taught with this filth and garbage that's being taught at these schools.

00:40:30.880 Merrick Garland and Chris Wray will go after these people lawfully protesting, yet they're not going to do a damn thing against these people harassing and intimidating Supreme Court justices in their homes.

00:40:44.160 We have two systems of justice that's having an effect on our country, and the House Republicans need to grow a backbone and start doing something about it.
