The Great America Show - PRESIDENT TRUMP SIDESTEPS ROGUE JUDGES ONCE AGAIN - GETS THE LAST LAUGH!

00:00:00.000 Welcome to El Salvador, home to breathtaking sunsets, world-class surf breaks, and gangbanger 1.00

00:00:11.280 Kilmer Abrego Garcia.

00:00:14.560 El Salvador is the destination for Democrats seeking the thrill of bringing violent criminal 0.98

00:00:21.840 illegal aliens back to America. 0.94

00:00:23.980 Come witness Trump derangement syndrome in its purest form.

00:00:28.300 From Chris Van Hollen to Cory Booker, you may even see John Ossoff.

00:00:34.360 So what are you waiting for, Senate Democrats?

00:00:37.360 Join your colleagues and step into the rhythm of rescue today.

00:00:44.220 Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show.

00:00:46.760 It's great to have you with us today.

00:00:48.560 That was a campaign that's being run by the NRSC right now, and it's only partially a joke.

00:00:54.060 Believe it or not, the Marxist Democrats are all in on bringing back illegals into this country. 0.99

00:01:01.500 Those deported to El Salvador, criminals, terrorists, bad people who have been harbored in this country. 0.99

00:01:09.200 Now, we've been reporting over the last few days here that many Senate Democrats and now members of Congress of the House

00:01:15.940 heading down to El Salvador to try to extract these domestic terrorists who were deported down to El Salvador.

00:01:25.740 So as I've been saying on this show every day, the masks are off, folks.

00:01:29.840 That Marxist Democrats are letting you know, letting myself know, and all of America know, 0.90

00:01:35.800 that they don't care about you.

00:01:37.040 They don't care about I. 0.68

00:01:37.960 They don't care about America.

00:01:39.320 They don't care about truth, justice, and the American way.

00:01:42.060 They care about protecting illegals at all costs. 0.75

00:01:46.200 Now, the American people go to the voting booth every year, every two years, every four years, and so on, to elect these members. 1.00

00:01:55.220 So either they're stupid or they think that we're stupid, and we're just going to forget that when it comes time to vote for them, 1.00

00:02:02.740 that they went down to El Salvador, that they went down to bring back domestic terrorists to this country. 1.00

00:02:11.080 Now, one of these people signing on to the Lake and Riley Act, a poor woman who was brutally murdered,

00:02:17.620 a young girl, actually, I should say, brutally murdered by an illegal alien.

00:02:22.040 Don't care about that.

00:02:23.380 They don't go down to the border to check out what's happening down there,

00:02:26.220 the invasion that was under the Biden administration.

00:02:29.680 Why would they?

00:02:30.380 They're America last, and that is why they hate Donald Trump so much.

00:02:35.220 They cannot stand to bear that Donald Trump truly wants to make America great again,

00:02:39.500 and his administration, and everything he's doing.

00:02:42.520 They can't truly bear to see it, which is why they are going down to El Salvador,

00:02:47.420 which is why they are championing for illegals.

00:02:51.300 Just this week, a Trump-appointed judge, now, this is going past Marxist Dems.

00:02:57.000 This is now going to RINOS. 0.99

00:02:58.220 A Trump-appointed judge had ordered the return of a second migrant.

00:03:03.500 Now, this is different than the Abregos fella, a second deported migrant to El Salvador.

00:03:08.780 This federal judge out of Maryland is demanding the return of a 20-year-old Venezuelan man

00:03:14.920 who was deported to El Salvador, who, they say, this judge says,

00:03:18.880 his removal violated a previous court settlement, according to the filing.

00:03:22.840 Now, this is U.S. district judge out of, as I said, Maryland, Stephanie Gallagher, a Trump appointee,

00:03:28.260 also ordering that the government not remove other individuals covered by this settlement.

00:03:32.400 Now, this settlement is a 2019 class action lawsuit filed on behalf of the individuals

00:03:37.860 who entered the country illegally as unaccompanied minors who later sought asylum.

00:03:43.560 The group sued the government to be able to have their asylum applications adjudicated

00:03:48.620 while they remained in the United States and started the process.

00:03:53.460 Now, the party settled in 2024.

00:03:55.120 This is now separate from the ACLU lawsuits where they're going to these Marxist district judges

00:04:02.580 like James Bosberg in D.C. to halt all deportations of illegals.

00:04:08.380 So now, this, as I said, was a Trump-appointed judge.

00:04:11.840 Why in the world are these judges getting so political?

00:04:16.860 When these people go to law school, when these judges and lawyers go to law school,

00:04:20.800 they're sworn to an oath of the Constitution.

00:04:22.880 Nowhere in the Constitution, to my knowledge, and I'm sure your knowledge,

00:04:27.540 does it say we must harbor and protect illegal aliens.

00:04:31.720 And if anybody can find a place in the Constitution that says that,

00:04:35.140 please reach out to me and let me know because I've yet to see it.

00:04:38.680 The Trump administration is unrelenting in it, though.

00:04:40.780 They don't care what these judges are saying, and as they shouldn't because these judges are breaking the law.

00:04:45.700 They're partisan hacks who are being owned and operated by whoever,

00:04:49.540 special interest groups, maybe some of them are being blackmailed, as we've heard in the past.

00:04:56.340 Who knows?

00:04:57.660 But there's a reason they're doing it.

00:04:58.940 But the Trump administration doesn't care.

00:05:00.420 They're unrelenting and unwavering in their quest to secure this nation.

00:05:05.780 Take a listen to Stephen Miller this week.

00:05:07.620 Doubling down on what the Trump administration is going to do and continue to do,

00:05:13.100 regardless of these partisan hack judges who think that they are judge, jury, and verdict.

00:05:17.660 Take a listen to Mr. Miller.

00:05:18.840 So, look, you've cataloged the horrors that have been inflicted.

00:05:22.660 The rapes, the beatings, the murders, the fentanyl deaths by the hundreds of thousands,

00:05:27.740 the destruction of entire neighborhoods in this country because of the Democrat Party's policy of open borders these last four years.

00:05:34.320 You mentioned the threat of international terrorism that is on our shores.

00:05:38.920 The millions of gotaways who entered under the previous administration on top of the millions more unvetted that were caught and released into the country

00:05:46.600 and the millions more that were allowed to either fly into the country or overstay their visas.

00:05:51.380 It is a clear and present danger to the national security of this country.

00:05:55.080 And we have federal judges telling President Trump that he can't deport these threats from our communities.

00:06:01.560 This is the choice facing every American.

00:06:05.580 Either we all side and get behind President Trump to remove these terrorists from our communities,

00:06:12.080 or we let a rogue, radical left judiciary shut down the machinery of our national security apparatus.

00:06:18.260 President Trump is going to see this through to his conclusion,

00:06:21.680 and we will find and remove every terrorist from this country,

00:06:25.880 and President Trump will make this nation safer than ever before,

00:06:28.460 and he'll do it over the fighting and opposition of the Democrat Party,

00:06:32.320 over the fighting and opposition of the communist left-wing judges,

00:06:35.480 over the fighting and opposition of the far-left federal bureaucracy.

00:06:39.120 He will not be deterred, Sean.

00:06:40.760 He will see this through, I promise you.

00:06:45.220 Unwavering in their quest to make America great again.

00:06:48.380 Now, President Trump and his administration are working multiple workarounds

00:06:52.560 to what these Marxist judges, as I said, are trying to do and trying to circumvent

00:06:59.920 and stop the America First agenda.

00:07:03.340 The Trump administration is pulling off an incredibly creative move

00:07:06.400 to try to humiliate some of these activist judges who are stopping them from these deportations.

00:07:12.140 Axios has reported this week that Trump revealed how they're going to manage

00:07:16.660 to avoid violating federal judges' restraining orders from barring them.

00:07:21.400 One that they're taking issue with is a U.S. District Judge, Brian Murphy,

00:07:25.540 who's, of course, a Biden appointee,

00:07:27.600 who ordered the Trump administration to ensure that people with final removal orders

00:07:31.020 have a chance to argue that the deportations to a country other than their own

00:07:35.140 could jeopardize their safety.

00:07:37.740 Now, what about the safety of the American people when they come here? 0.87

00:07:41.060 How about the people who are being trafficked and smuggled through the border?

00:07:44.760 Children, women, kids. 0.91

00:07:47.000 How about those people?

00:07:48.480 So the Trump administration is what they're doing now,

00:07:50.820 is they're exploiting a loophole in the ruling

00:07:52.380 and deporting several illegal aliens anyway, regardless of the order.

00:07:57.860 Murphy only, this Judge Brian Murphy,

00:08:01.360 his order only applied to the Department of Homeland Security,

00:08:04.020 so not any other federal agencies.

00:08:05.840 So what President Trump's administration is doing now to circumvent this

00:08:09.660 is they're using the DOD, the Department of Defense,

00:08:12.560 to ship out these illegals, outwitting this Judge Murphy.

00:08:18.540 I mean, these judges don't even understand, folks, what they're doing,

00:08:22.800 the harm and destruction they're causing to America.

00:08:24.920 But President Trump is, as I say on this show,

00:08:28.180 backed by some of the smartest people that he's ever had in his administration.

00:08:31.840 Stephen Miller, Susie Wiles, some of his internal staff,

00:08:36.860 are just doing a terrific job, not caring what the Marxist Dems do,

00:08:40.880 not caring what the Marxist Dems say, as they should. 0.99

00:08:44.760 I mean, these are sick, sick people who mean to hurt America. 0.98

00:08:48.280 Never did I think, and I'm sure a lot of you who are tuned in here today, 0.96

00:08:52.260 did you ever think that you would see the Democrats

00:08:54.680 out there simping free legal aliens,

00:08:59.740 going to different countries?

00:09:00.940 I mean, they have hit new lows, and it's truly, truly sad to see.

00:09:13.440 The sad part is, folks, is that it's not just these judges

00:09:17.120 who are coming out against the Trump administration,

00:09:19.460 coming out against America on the deportations of illegals.

00:09:23.600 We now this week have a federal judge, this is completely separate now,

00:09:28.280 a federal judge out of San Francisco,

00:09:30.820 who has blocked President Trump from pulling federal funding from sanctuary cities.

00:09:35.900 You cannot make this stuff up.

00:09:38.940 U.S. District Judge William Orrick said,

00:09:41.320 withholding federal funds from sanctuary cities is an unconstitutional act.

00:09:46.880 President Trump, of course, issued a flurry of executive orders in his first term,

00:09:50.320 and now in his second term, to withhold federal funds from jurisdictions

00:09:54.520 who are harboring illegal aliens,

00:09:57.240 who are not allowing ICE to come in and deport these people.

00:10:01.200 Santa Clara, San Francisco, and 14 other cities and counties

00:10:04.100 sued Trump administration,

00:10:06.300 and they're moving for a preliminary injunction,

00:10:08.240 blocking President Trump's executive order on this.

00:10:11.440 Judge Orrick, who was this judge in San Francisco,

00:10:15.140 started out his opinion in the six-page opinion he wrote with,

00:10:18.980 quote, here we go again.

00:10:21.860 What kind of federal judge who takes an oath to the Constitution,

00:10:25.860 who takes an oath to the law,

00:10:28.800 starts an opinion piece like that?

00:10:32.360 Doesn't seem too professional, right?

00:10:33.880 Now, in 2017, Judge Orrick permanently blocked a similar executive order

00:10:38.380 from Trump's efforts to defund sanctuary cities.

00:10:41.280 The judge said, again, withholding federal funds from sanctuary cities

00:10:44.980 and jurisdictions is unconstitutionally said it violates the 5th and 10th Amendments

00:10:49.420 and also violates due process.

00:10:52.360 Quote, precedent in the Ninth Circuit and other orders in this court

00:10:55.500 show why the cities and counties have established

00:10:57.360 that they are likely to prevail of the merits of at least their separation of powers,

00:11:02.500 spending clause in the 5th and 10th Amendment claims.

00:11:05.360 Challenge sections in the 2025 executive orders

00:11:07.800 and Bondi directive that the executive order agencies

00:11:11.620 to withhold and freeze or conditional federal funding

00:11:15.180 appropriated to local communities by Congress

00:11:18.660 violate the Constitution's separation of power principles

00:11:21.460 and spending clause, as explained by the Ninth Circuit

00:11:24.320 in an early iteration of this case in 2018.

00:11:29.560 Once again, I'm not sure where it says in the Constitution

00:11:33.200 that the President and Congress don't have the powers to appropriate funding.

00:11:39.560 That's merely what the job description,

00:11:42.360 if it were to be on LinkedIn or Indeed, would say.

00:11:45.860 That is the job of the President of the United States.

00:11:48.160 It's the job of Congress.

00:11:49.660 So once again, where do these federal judges come off

00:11:52.380 thinking that they are judge, jury, executioner, and verdict?

00:11:55.780 It's truly mind-blowing that these attorneys and these lawyers

00:12:01.360 swore to the same Constitution, the same oath,

00:12:05.000 as some of the other judges who are saving history,

00:12:09.900 who are saving this country.

00:12:11.880 Now, I wish these were the only two cases

00:12:14.540 that we had to tell you about rogue judges today.

00:12:17.380 Another federal judge this afternoon

00:12:19.340 partially blocked President Trump's executive order

00:12:22.200 on election integrity,

00:12:23.560 including the requirement to add proof of citizenship

00:12:26.460 to voter registration forms.

00:12:29.360 On March 25th,

00:12:30.700 the Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections

00:12:33.760 executive order mandated voter ID

00:12:36.080 and documentary proof of citizenship

00:12:38.320 to vote in federal elections,

00:12:41.340 audits and improves the security of voting machines

00:12:44.280 and others to the DOJ

00:12:46.020 to enforce the laws against states

00:12:48.340 that could mail-in ballots received after Election Day.

00:12:51.460 It also prioritizes the enforcement of laws

00:12:54.180 preventing foreign money

00:12:55.380 and influencing elections,

00:12:57.700 federally funded organizations from lobbying

00:12:59.580 or supporting candidates.

00:13:02.260 Additionally, this order includes provisions

00:13:04.260 that the Department of Homeland Security

00:13:05.800 in coordination with the DOJ administrator

00:13:08.140 shall review each state's publicly available

00:13:11.100 voter registration list

00:13:12.240 and available records

00:13:13.500 concerning voter list maintenance activities

00:13:16.180 as required by U.S. law,

00:13:18.080 along with federal immigration databases

00:13:19.860 and state records requested

00:13:21.700 including through subpoena

00:13:23.180 were necessary and are authorized by law

00:13:25.720 for consistency with federal requirements.

00:13:29.740 Now, the NGOs,

00:13:31.940 the far-left non-profit organizations,

00:13:34.100 one of them,

00:13:34.760 the Campaign Legal Center

00:13:35.720 and the State Democracy Defenders Fund

00:13:37.780 filed lawsuits immediately

00:13:39.360 against the administration

00:13:40.340 to block the election integrity efforts.

00:13:43.400 The DNC and other Democrats

00:13:44.780 also following in suit

00:13:46.380 with these Marxists.

00:13:47.540 On Thursday, Judge Colleen Coatley,

00:13:51.980 a radical Clinton appointment,

00:13:53.240 who previously mocked

00:13:54.600 an elderly Catholic woman

00:13:55.720 as she threw the book at her

00:13:57.300 for praying in an abortion clinic,

00:13:59.700 sided with these far-left 1.00

00:14:01.020 Marxist damn organizations. 1.00

00:14:03.520 This is the judge 1.00

00:14:04.300 who partially blocked the order.

00:14:06.300 Once again,

00:14:07.900 why are these judges

00:14:10.260 involved in election integrity?

00:14:13.220 Number one,

00:14:14.700 if they are involved,

00:14:15.780 they should be all in favor of this, right?

00:14:18.340 You would think

00:14:18.960 these people of America,

00:14:20.500 once again,

00:14:21.080 they've got a sworn oath

00:14:22.300 to the Constitution,

00:14:23.480 so they support American values.

00:14:26.040 They support free and fair elections.

00:14:29.840 But once again,

00:14:30.860 we've seen now

00:14:31.740 that a partisan hack judge

00:14:33.220 is playing politics

00:14:35.120 and caving to these far-left organizations

00:14:38.160 rather than supporting truth,

00:14:41.280 justice in the American way.

00:14:42.400 I'm not sure

00:14:43.720 there should be one person

00:14:45.000 in this country

00:14:45.840 who should be against

00:14:47.300 election integrity.

00:14:48.560 I'm not sure

00:14:49.360 there should be one person

00:14:50.140 in this country

00:14:50.740 who should be against

00:14:52.240 preserving our elections

00:14:53.480 and ensuring that

00:14:55.080 only Americans,

00:14:56.820 only American citizens

00:14:58.000 are voting in our elections.

00:15:00.900 How could anyone

00:15:02.460 be against that?

00:15:04.760 And even if they are,

00:15:05.800 how could they come out

00:15:06.680 and publicly say

00:15:08.280 they're against it

00:15:09.320 without voter retribution?

00:15:11.040 But it's up to us, folks.

00:15:13.820 It's up to the voters.

00:15:14.920 It's up to us

00:15:15.640 to save this country

00:15:16.820 from these Marxists.

00:15:18.300 And we did a hell of a job

00:15:19.440 on November 5th

00:15:21.360 overwhelmingly electing

00:15:22.940 President Trump

00:15:23.460 back to office,

00:15:24.160 but that was just the beginning.

00:15:26.760 We need to continue.

00:15:28.520 We've got to continue

00:15:29.500 to hold these rogue judges accountable,

00:15:31.580 and I'm not saying violence

00:15:32.940 to the FBI watching.

00:15:35.480 I'm not saying

00:15:37.320 anything like that.

00:15:38.300 But what I'm saying is

00:15:39.140 hold the politicians accountable

00:15:40.620 who vote these judges in,

00:15:42.360 who appoint these judges.

00:15:44.460 Hold their feet to the fire

00:15:46.000 and remind them

00:15:47.160 what they've done

00:15:48.940 by appointing these judges,

00:15:50.500 these rogue prosecutors.

00:15:52.900 Because they're the ones

00:15:53.940 responsible for it.

00:15:55.400 And we are responsible

00:15:56.640 as voters

00:15:57.300 to do the same

00:15:59.200 and hold them accountable

00:16:00.640 at the ballot box

00:16:02.220 and let them be known.

00:16:05.320 Call their offices.

00:16:06.900 Call your members of Congress.

00:16:08.040 Call your senators.

00:16:08.900 Call the switchboard

00:16:09.960 at the Capitol

00:16:11.200 and demand to speak to them.

00:16:14.340 Because if we do

00:16:15.280 have an overabundance

00:16:16.240 of numbers

00:16:16.840 and people

00:16:18.340 who are contributing

00:16:19.120 to this movement

00:16:20.280 of truth, justice,

00:16:21.700 and the American way

00:16:22.580 and fair elections

00:16:24.460 and deporting illegals

00:16:26.500 into this country,

00:16:28.120 that's the only way

00:16:29.020 we have a sound America.

00:16:30.340 Now,

00:16:30.500 there are some bad actors

00:16:32.580 outside of the political realm.

00:16:35.100 Take, for instance,

00:16:36.240 George Soros.

00:16:38.060 What's going on

00:16:38.680 with George Soros

00:16:39.460 or his son Alex Soros

00:16:41.000 who's married to Uma Abedin?

00:16:42.680 Well,

00:16:43.720 out in Minnesota,

00:16:44.580 Soros-backed prosecutor

00:16:46.160 Marty Moroniti

00:16:48.160 is being blasted

00:16:49.680 for deciding

00:16:50.120 not to file criminal charges

00:16:51.540 against an admitted

00:16:53.100 Tesla vandal

00:16:54.440 and a Minnesota

00:16:56.100 government staffer

00:16:57.040 who caused

00:16:57.420 over $20,000

00:16:58.580 in damages

00:16:59.400 to vehicles

00:17:00.500 built by Elon Musk.

00:17:03.520 I mean,

00:17:04.320 you cannot make

00:17:04.980 this stuff up.

00:17:06.760 Hennepin County

00:17:07.360 attorney

00:17:07.860 Mary Moroni,

00:17:09.520 who has financial ties

00:17:10.360 to George Soros,

00:17:11.400 is facing backlash

00:17:12.600 for not charging

00:17:13.980 33-year-old

00:17:14.840 Minnesota state

00:17:15.620 government employee

00:17:16.500 Dylan Bryan Adams

00:17:17.860 after he admitted

00:17:18.760 to attacking

00:17:20.240 six Tesla vehicles.

00:17:22.740 I mean,

00:17:23.040 he didn't attack humans.

00:17:23.800 He attacked a vehicle

00:17:24.480 that can't fight back

00:17:25.460 in a political-motivated

00:17:27.580 vandalism spree

00:17:28.360 last month.

00:17:30.000 I mean,

00:17:30.920 you cannot make

00:17:32.160 this stuff up.

00:17:32.980 Now,

00:17:33.100 the Hennepin County

00:17:33.740 attorney's office

00:17:34.680 says it will,

00:17:35.400 quote,

00:17:35.500 seek diversion

00:17:36.260 over charges

00:17:37.240 against Adams,

00:17:39.520 who's a Minnesota

00:17:41.040 Department of Human

00:17:42.040 Services

00:17:42.640 data analyst,

00:17:44.300 claiming

00:17:44.620 its division approach,

00:17:46.100 quote,

00:17:46.620 helps to ensure

00:17:47.560 the individual

00:17:48.280 keeps their job

00:17:49.220 and can pay

00:17:50.460 restitution.

00:17:51.400 when asked

00:17:52.900 about Adams'

00:17:53.640 employment status,

00:17:54.440 the Minnesota DHS

00:17:55.280 did not clarify,

00:17:56.400 only telling the outlet,

00:17:57.440 quote,

00:17:57.600 we are reviewing

00:17:58.220 this matter

00:17:58.720 at this time.

00:18:00.040 State employees

00:18:00.540 are expected

00:18:01.020 to follow

00:18:01.380 our code of conduct

00:18:02.260 and hold themselves

00:18:03.340 to the highest

00:18:04.080 ethical standards

00:18:05.040 through their words

00:18:06.180 and their actions.

00:18:08.160 The Soros-tied

00:18:08.900 Minnesota prosecutor

00:18:09.760 was blasted

00:18:10.420 for her decision

00:18:11.080 all over social media

00:18:12.880 by politicians

00:18:13.700 on the right.

00:18:16.000 Folks,

00:18:17.360 these people

00:18:18.000 are not mentally sane, 0.70

00:18:19.500 and I say it

00:18:20.340 only half kidding.

00:18:22.960 Trump derangement

00:18:23.760 syndrome,

00:18:24.180 and now it's

00:18:24.720 Elon Musk

00:18:25.300 derangement syndrome,

00:18:26.040 is a real deal.

00:18:28.280 It's a real thing.

00:18:30.700 I mean,

00:18:31.000 what goes through

00:18:31.600 these people's minds

00:18:33.200 that they wake up

00:18:35.380 one day

00:18:35.760 and they say,

00:18:36.680 I'm going to go out

00:18:38.040 and break the windows

00:18:38.660 on a Tesla.

00:18:39.840 I'm going to go out

00:18:40.620 and spray paint the Tesla.

00:18:41.860 I'm going to go out

00:18:42.900 and light a Tesla on fire 0.97

00:18:44.760 and burn those lithium-ion

00:18:46.600 batteries

00:18:47.180 that I know

00:18:48.600 is so bad

00:18:49.440 for the environment.

00:18:50.340 I can't say

00:18:52.500 I've ever woke up

00:18:53.220 with such hate

00:18:54.320 and anger,

00:18:55.520 and I'm sure

00:18:56.260 you folks

00:18:56.800 haven't either

00:18:57.800 because you're

00:18:58.880 normal level-headed people,

00:19:00.420 but

00:19:01.340 these people,

00:19:02.820 I think,

00:19:04.400 deserve some sort 0.84

00:19:06.280 of lobotomy 0.77

00:19:06.920 or some sort

00:19:08.480 of mental counseling

00:19:09.360 to figure out

00:19:10.140 what goes on

00:19:10.920 in their mind

00:19:11.660 that they have

00:19:12.920 this much hate

00:19:13.840 and this much anger

00:19:15.280 in their bones

00:19:16.200 for a man

00:19:17.680 they don't even know,

00:19:18.900 for a man

00:19:19.260 who's done

00:19:19.560 absolutely nothing.

00:19:20.680 These leftists

00:19:21.500 used to praise

00:19:22.420 Elon Musk.

00:19:23.020 They loved him.

00:19:24.220 He was saving

00:19:24.740 the environment.

00:19:25.380 He was saving

00:19:25.740 the world

00:19:26.080 with his electric cars.

00:19:27.320 Now,

00:19:27.520 I don't agree

00:19:28.060 with Elon Musk

00:19:28.940 on electric cars.

00:19:30.240 I don't think

00:19:31.580 that there's a need

00:19:33.580 for them in America,

00:19:34.260 but that's my opinion.

00:19:35.420 That's my opinion

00:19:36.020 on the product.

00:19:37.100 It's not my opinion

00:19:37.840 on the individual.

00:19:39.420 Looking at the individual,

00:19:40.500 Elon Musk

00:19:40.860 is a totally brilliant man.

00:19:42.400 He's, in fact,

00:19:42.920 the smartest man

00:19:43.620 on this planet.

00:19:45.540 He's done things

00:19:46.340 that nobody's

00:19:46.960 ever been able

00:19:47.520 to do before.

00:19:48.900 He's built things

00:19:49.580 that nobody's

00:19:50.100 ever been able

00:19:50.600 to do before.

00:19:51.480 He's managed things

00:19:52.320 like nobody

00:19:52.760 has ever done before.

00:19:53.900 So, yes,

00:19:54.880 Elon is a brilliant man.

00:19:55.900 He's a smart man.

00:19:56.940 I don't have to agree

00:19:57.860 with his product.

00:19:59.140 I think he makes

00:19:59.780 cool cars.

00:20:00.980 Would I buy one?

00:20:01.820 No.

00:20:02.500 If they were gas?

00:20:03.520 Absolutely.

00:20:04.780 I'm just not there

00:20:05.660 on electric yet.

00:20:06.600 And to his credit,

00:20:09.180 Elon doesn't shove

00:20:09.960 it down people's throat.

00:20:11.120 He has the product there.

00:20:12.320 If you want it,

00:20:12.980 you go buy it. 0.98

00:20:13.540 And he does pretty damn

00:20:14.380 good in sales.

00:20:15.820 I think his Model 3

00:20:16.940 is the leading selling car

00:20:18.240 here in America.

00:20:19.520 So, people are buying

00:20:20.200 the products.

00:20:20.660 People like it.

00:20:22.300 See, that's a normal

00:20:23.680 disagreement,

00:20:25.080 a fundamental disagreement.

00:20:26.580 And that's how you handle it

00:20:27.880 for the Marxist Dems

00:20:29.340 who are watching this show

00:20:30.860 if you guys have the courage,

00:20:32.680 which I highly encourage

00:20:34.000 everybody to join this show.

00:20:36.120 Republicans, Democrats,

00:20:37.040 Independents,

00:20:37.840 because we could all learn

00:20:38.700 something from each other

00:20:39.660 and maybe create

00:20:42.120 some sort of peace

00:20:43.180 in between.

00:20:49.500 I want to turn now

00:20:50.600 to the Department of Defense

00:20:52.160 and Pete Hagseth.

00:20:53.000 It's a man who's had 0.96

00:20:54.160 mud thrown at him

00:20:55.120 from day one.

00:20:57.200 The people didn't want him there.

00:20:58.300 The deep state

00:20:58.800 didn't want him there.

00:20:59.520 He's an outsider.

00:21:00.360 He doesn't belong there

00:21:01.580 is what they told us.

00:21:03.060 He's not qualified.

00:21:05.060 He does not deserve

00:21:06.260 that job.

00:21:06.960 Well, which one of our

00:21:08.980 last Secretary of Defenses

00:21:10.440 actually deserve that job?

00:21:12.940 Which one of them

00:21:13.720 has done a good job

00:21:14.980 that you can think of?

00:21:16.420 Because I can't think of

00:21:17.460 one off the top of my mind

00:21:18.820 who served us

00:21:20.240 in the last,

00:21:20.840 we'll say, 25 years 0.87

00:21:22.080 who was worth a damn. 0.64

00:21:23.900 Maybe Donald Rumsfeld

00:21:25.080 could come to mind

00:21:27.780 out of all of them

00:21:29.180 except for Hagseth. 0.60

00:21:30.440 So he's not a bureaucrat.

00:21:32.960 He's not a career bureaucrat.

00:21:34.140 He was a guy

00:21:34.600 who served in the military

00:21:35.840 honorably.

00:21:36.960 He came out

00:21:37.820 and was on Fox News.

00:21:40.080 So they didn't want him there.

00:21:41.580 So they've been gunning

00:21:42.520 for him since day one.

00:21:44.420 Now,

00:21:45.260 just a few weeks ago,

00:21:46.680 we had the data leak,

00:21:48.840 the signal app leak

00:21:50.340 with Jeffrey Goldberg

00:21:52.060 of The Atlantic,

00:21:52.760 who, by the way,

00:21:53.300 Donald Trump is doing

00:21:54.160 an interview with

00:21:54.980 this week.

00:21:56.100 It should be interesting 0.99

00:21:56.900 to see what that loser writes 0.99

00:21:58.600 because Goldberg 1.00

00:21:59.280 is a total loser 1.00

00:22:00.200 who hates America. 1.00

00:22:02.280 I think Donald Trump

00:22:03.920 probably took the interview

00:22:04.980 to troll him a little bit.

00:22:06.100 to get inside 0.85

00:22:07.400 of his head.

00:22:08.900 We'll see what happens.

00:22:09.760 We'll see the piece

00:22:10.240 he writes out.

00:22:11.040 But anyway,

00:22:11.620 so going back to Hagseth now,

00:22:12.980 anonymous sources

00:22:13.680 now saying

00:22:14.460 another leak

00:22:15.920 of information

00:22:17.020 about Defense Secretary

00:22:18.240 Hagseth,

00:22:19.140 use of double

00:22:20.240 encrypted signal app

00:22:21.940 is out there.

00:22:25.720 Now,

00:22:26.180 this attack

00:22:26.760 on Hagseth

00:22:27.340 comes after,

00:22:28.300 as I said last month,

00:22:29.300 Jeffrey Goldberg

00:22:30.140 claiming he was

00:22:32.100 accidentally added

00:22:33.200 to that signal

00:22:33.960 group chat.

00:22:34.600 So now

00:22:37.300 the latest leak

00:22:38.000 is from

00:22:38.340 The Washington Post

00:22:39.340 where they're saying

00:22:40.880 Pete Hagseth

00:22:41.480 installed signal

00:22:42.200 on his desktop

00:22:42.940 at the Pentagon

00:22:44.100 as a way

00:22:44.680 to circumvent

00:22:45.380 quote,

00:22:45.760 the lack

00:22:46.280 of cell phone

00:22:46.900 service

00:22:47.420 in the Pentagon.

00:22:49.480 Hagseth's spokesman,

00:22:51.200 Sean Parnell,

00:22:52.080 is hitting back

00:22:52.680 saying The Washington Post

00:22:54.340 has quote,

00:22:56.320 lied once again.

00:22:57.600 and Parnell has said

00:23:01.100 quote,

00:23:02.180 Pete Hagseth

00:23:02.600 has never used

00:23:03.340 or does not

00:23:04.120 currently use

00:23:04.940 his government

00:23:06.320 laptop with signal.

00:23:09.000 Now,

00:23:09.800 here's what

00:23:10.500 The Washington Post

00:23:11.440 wrote.

00:23:12.620 Quote,

00:23:12.900 the Defense Secretary

00:23:13.720 installed the encrypted

00:23:14.840 but unclassified

00:23:16.160 messaging app

00:23:17.180 on a desktop computer

00:23:18.080 in the Pentagon office

00:23:19.180 to work around

00:23:20.360 the restrictions

00:23:21.000 that prevent him

00:23:21.880 from using

00:23:22.320 personal devices

00:23:23.320 to communicate

00:23:24.360 with people

00:23:24.980 outside the headquarters.

00:23:26.060 Three sources,

00:23:27.780 of course,

00:23:28.340 anonymous sources,

00:23:29.400 right?

00:23:29.640 Because none of these

00:23:30.140 people have the

00:23:30.900 testicular fortitude

00:23:32.420 to come forward

00:23:33.180 and give their names

00:23:33.960 because they're a bunch 1.00

00:23:34.540 of liars 1.00

00:23:35.340 who are guilty 0.57

00:23:37.140 of treason.

00:23:39.000 Three sources

00:23:39.580 quote,

00:23:39.980 told The Washington Post

00:23:41.280 that Hagseth 1.00

00:23:41.800 effectively quote,

00:23:42.980 cloned the signal app

00:23:43.960 from his personal phone

00:23:45.020 following a discussion

00:23:46.380 with his aides

00:23:47.120 about how they

00:23:47.980 could circumvent

00:23:48.740 the lack of cell phone

00:23:49.740 service in most

00:23:50.860 parts of the Pentagon

00:23:51.620 so they could

00:23:52.660 coordinate with the

00:23:53.440 White House

00:23:53.820 and other Trump

00:23:54.720 staffers quickly.

00:23:56.920 Quote,

00:23:57.120 Hagseth also

00:23:57.900 reportedly had

00:23:58.600 signal installed

00:23:59.220 on a second

00:23:59.700 computer in his

00:24:00.320 Pentagon office

00:24:01.000 and expressed

00:24:01.960 an interest

00:24:02.380 in installing

00:24:02.980 a program

00:24:03.600 that would

00:24:03.940 allow him

00:24:04.500 to send

00:24:05.240 conventional text

00:24:06.020 messages from

00:24:06.660 his perch.

00:24:08.200 Other Hagseth aides

00:24:09.160 including his

00:24:09.700 recently resigned

00:24:10.460 chief of staff

00:24:11.080 Joe Casper

00:24:11.780 were also keen

00:24:13.180 on using signal

00:24:14.060 on the Pentagon

00:24:14.600 computers

00:24:15.140 though the Post

00:24:16.160 sources were unclear

00:24:17.180 on how widespread

00:24:18.140 the practices

00:24:18.780 became across

00:24:20.100 Hagseth's team.

00:24:21.960 Hagseth's spokesman

00:24:22.740 Sean Parnell

00:24:23.400 of course saying

00:24:24.640 that he does

00:24:26.040 not use it

00:24:26.560 on his computer.

00:24:28.420 I mean folks

00:24:29.080 think about 1.00

00:24:30.160 how stupid 1.00

00:24:30.840 of a story 1.00

00:24:31.720 that is

00:24:32.320 that you're

00:24:34.560 writing about

00:24:35.000 a man

00:24:35.320 downloading

00:24:35.760 a computer

00:24:36.960 program

00:24:37.940 by the way

00:24:38.400 that is

00:24:38.800 approved

00:24:39.320 by the US

00:24:40.860 government.

00:24:42.140 So once again

00:24:42.620 like back

00:24:43.420 when they had

00:24:43.840 the Trump tax

00:24:44.460 returns

00:24:44.880 and they were

00:24:46.060 crying

00:24:46.520 that Donald

00:24:47.600 Trump didn't

00:24:48.020 pay taxes

00:24:48.540 for 20 years

00:24:49.340 change the

00:24:51.340 system

00:24:51.760 change the

00:24:53.340 code

00:24:53.700 if you don't

00:24:55.480 want these

00:24:55.780 government

00:24:56.040 employees

00:24:56.400 using signal

00:24:57.160 get rid of

00:24:58.420 it.

00:24:59.500 Why didn't

00:25:00.160 Obama get rid

00:25:00.800 of it?

00:25:02.020 Why didn't

00:25:02.360 Biden get rid

00:25:02.880 of it?

00:25:03.620 It was there

00:25:04.040 when he was

00:25:04.420 there.

00:25:05.400 What I'm

00:25:06.060 being told

00:25:06.540 from my

00:25:06.980 inside sources

00:25:07.760 is that

00:25:08.380 the Marxist

00:25:10.620 left and

00:25:11.420 leakers are

00:25:12.100 very upset

00:25:13.000 about

00:25:13.820 signal for

00:25:15.280 one reason

00:25:15.840 because they're

00:25:16.860 not able to

00:25:17.720 leak as

00:25:18.280 freely and

00:25:18.880 easily as

00:25:19.620 they were

00:25:19.880 before.

00:25:20.400 So how it

00:25:20.760 was before

00:25:21.320 you may

00:25:22.160 recall the

00:25:22.820 Alexander

00:25:23.360 Vindman phone

00:25:23.900 call.

00:25:25.260 Vindman was

00:25:25.660 sitting on a

00:25:26.100 phone call

00:25:26.440 with President

00:25:26.800 Trump

00:25:27.140 took a

00:25:28.680 transcription

00:25:29.100 of a

00:25:29.520 perfectly

00:25:29.880 good phone

00:25:30.680 call

00:25:30.940 and blew

00:25:32.540 it out of

00:25:32.840 proportion.

00:25:34.020 With signal

00:25:34.560 you know

00:25:35.240 everybody who's

00:25:35.940 on a text

00:25:36.400 chain so

00:25:37.520 you can

00:25:37.820 process of

00:25:38.400 elimination.

00:25:39.100 No

00:25:39.360 if leaks

00:25:40.900 are coming

00:25:41.260 out there's

00:25:41.860 four people

00:25:42.300 on this

00:25:42.600 chat you've

00:25:43.620 got a 25%

00:25:44.480 of nailing

00:25:44.960 the person

00:25:45.380 25% chance

00:25:47.120 of nailing

00:25:47.440 the person.

00:25:48.520 So what I'm

00:25:48.840 told from my

00:25:49.300 sources is that

00:25:50.120 these leakers 0.99

00:25:51.540 are very upset

00:25:52.340 because now

00:25:53.020 they're unable

00:25:53.520 to get access

00:25:54.220 because they're

00:25:54.980 doing things

00:25:55.400 through signal

00:25:55.840 and not phone

00:25:56.560 calls where you

00:25:57.100 can put a

00:25:57.400 phone on speaker

00:25:57.940 phone and

00:25:58.420 this person

00:25:59.220 can listen

00:25:59.640 and that

00:25:59.940 person can

00:26:00.340 listen and

00:26:01.040 they're going

00:26:01.380 out of their

00:26:01.960 mind because

00:26:03.400 they're unable

00:26:04.120 to leak.

00:26:04.860 They're unable

00:26:05.300 to get ahead

00:26:05.960 of the curve

00:26:06.540 and leak what

00:26:07.500 the Trump

00:26:07.820 administration is

00:26:08.680 doing.

00:26:09.060 So as I

00:26:09.860 said that's

00:26:10.220 what I'm

00:26:10.420 told from my

00:26:10.920 sources and

00:26:11.420 it makes

00:26:11.720 perfect sense.

00:26:13.760 These people

00:26:14.480 cannot run to

00:26:15.260 Goldberg and

00:26:16.280 they can't

00:26:16.680 run to MSNBC

00:26:18.000 and CNN

00:26:19.100 and New York

00:26:20.340 Times with

00:26:21.540 nonsense fake

00:26:22.320 stories because

00:26:23.140 they would be

00:26:23.560 outed.

00:26:25.400 As I said

00:26:26.300 before folks

00:26:26.980 treasonous

00:26:28.000 behavior from

00:26:28.760 these people

00:26:29.340 truly despicable 0.95

00:26:31.140 despicable 0.98

00:26:31.880 despicable people. 0.99

00:26:32.860 let's turn 0.97

00:26:34.100 out to a

00:26:35.260 story that

00:26:35.640 we cover

00:26:36.020 often on

00:26:36.720 this show

00:26:37.280 the story

00:26:38.800 that the

00:26:39.420 great Lou

00:26:39.920 Dobbs 0.99

00:26:40.460 covered for

00:26:42.480 a very long

00:26:43.060 time to try

00:26:43.620 to get to

00:26:43.880 the bottom

00:26:44.200 of it and

00:26:45.160 in his

00:26:45.400 passing

00:26:45.900 you know

00:26:47.800 not able to

00:26:48.360 get to the

00:26:48.700 bottom of

00:26:49.020 the truth

00:26:49.540 as we're

00:26:50.160 still waiting

00:26:50.520 for answers.

00:26:51.660 So attorney

00:26:51.980 Ty Clevenger

00:26:52.900 who's represented

00:26:53.620 me before

00:26:54.160 very good

00:26:54.780 man honorable

00:26:55.360 person has

00:26:56.800 exposed now

00:26:57.720 the FBI's

00:26:58.420 role in

00:26:58.820 hiding

00:26:59.360 Seth Rich

00:27:00.600 remember the

00:27:01.140 DNC staffer

00:27:01.980 his records

00:27:03.120 and how it

00:27:05.380 pertains to

00:27:05.840 the Russian

00:27:06.180 hoax.

00:27:07.980 Now Seth

00:27:08.320 Rich you

00:27:08.680 remember was

00:27:09.060 murdered they

00:27:10.240 said it was a

00:27:10.800 holdup although

00:27:11.920 he was never

00:27:12.420 robbed of

00:27:12.920 anything shot

00:27:14.160 in the back 0.99

00:27:14.480 of his head

00:27:14.980 wallet phone

00:27:16.200 there the

00:27:17.640 FBI has been

00:27:18.380 hiding his

00:27:18.900 computer for

00:27:19.440 years now

00:27:20.000 refusing to

00:27:20.620 turn it over

00:27:21.140 to Mr.

00:27:21.580 Ty Clevenger

00:27:22.120 who was

00:27:23.360 ordered by a

00:27:23.920 judge to

00:27:24.300 have that

00:27:24.720 document

00:27:25.180 turned over

00:27:25.820 never turned

00:27:26.840 over.

00:27:27.360 So Ty has

00:27:27.860 recently filed

00:27:28.560 a letter

00:27:28.900 a blistering

00:27:29.880 letter to

00:27:30.400 Attorney General

00:27:31.120 Pam Bondi

00:27:31.780 and FBI

00:27:32.300 Director

00:27:33.080 Kash Patel

00:27:33.620 accusing the

00:27:34.280 FBI of

00:27:35.620 flagrantly

00:27:36.460 concealing

00:27:37.000 critical records

00:27:37.920 about Seth

00:27:39.660 Rich and

00:27:40.880 the now

00:27:41.160 discredited

00:27:41.780 Russian collusion

00:27:42.560 narrative.

00:27:43.220 In 2024

00:27:43.820 February

00:27:44.600 so over a

00:27:45.960 year ago

00:27:46.380 Clevenger

00:27:46.860 demanded that

00:27:47.400 the FBI

00:27:47.800 hand over

00:27:48.380 Seth Rich's

00:27:49.060 documents they

00:27:50.200 continue to

00:27:50.760 conceal from

00:27:51.220 the public.

00:27:52.520 The FBI's

00:27:53.180 refusal to

00:27:53.780 hand over

00:27:54.140 these continue

00:27:54.920 a pattern

00:27:55.660 of obfuscation

00:27:57.700 for years the

00:27:58.520 agency denied

00:27:59.220 even possession

00:28:00.060 Seth Rich's

00:28:01.580 laptop until

00:28:02.620 Clevenger's

00:28:03.320 legal actions

00:28:04.100 and efforts

00:28:04.600 forced the

00:28:05.500 FBI to

00:28:06.100 admit that

00:28:06.600 they had

00:28:06.940 it all

00:28:07.340 along.

00:28:08.540 Yet the

00:28:08.920 agency still

00:28:10.040 refuses to

00:28:11.060 disclose any

00:28:12.240 metadata from

00:28:13.420 Seth Rich's

00:28:14.080 electronic

00:28:14.540 devices.

00:28:16.040 Now even

00:28:16.460 more damning

00:28:17.200 Clevenger has

00:28:17.900 already uncovered

00:28:18.540 proof that

00:28:19.460 the FBI

00:28:20.120 improperly

00:28:20.760 withheld pages

00:28:21.600 from the

00:28:22.460 Crowdstrike report

00:28:23.260 that related to

00:28:24.000 the alleged

00:28:24.440 2016 DNC

00:28:25.720 hack.

00:28:26.080 the event

00:28:27.300 that it

00:28:27.700 conveniently

00:28:28.180 became the

00:28:28.880 political weapon

00:28:29.500 against Donald

00:28:30.120 Trump.

00:28:30.980 Why would

00:28:31.360 President Trump's

00:28:32.140 FBI and DOJ

00:28:33.100 be hiding this?

00:28:35.160 Earlier this

00:28:35.640 month Clevenger

00:28:36.260 filed a motion

00:28:37.060 in federal court

00:28:37.820 to hold the

00:28:38.540 FBI in

00:28:39.020 contempt what

00:28:40.140 he calls a

00:28:40.600 deliberate and

00:28:41.300 willful defiance

00:28:42.280 of a court

00:28:42.880 order mandating

00:28:44.340 the release of

00:28:45.700 key information

00:28:46.340 related to the

00:28:47.060 murder of

00:28:47.620 Seth Rich.

00:28:48.300 And that key

00:28:48.720 information is

00:28:50.140 also the

00:28:50.580 laptop which

00:28:51.480 they had went

00:28:52.100 back and forth.

00:28:53.100 They said they

00:28:53.480 didn't have it.

00:28:54.120 Then they had it.

00:28:54.760 They had it.

00:28:55.220 They didn't have it.

00:28:55.880 They've lied

00:28:56.580 all along the

00:28:57.300 way about the

00:28:59.120 validity of it

00:29:00.140 and the

00:29:01.040 possession of it.

00:29:02.000 So we'll keep

00:29:02.460 you up to date.

00:29:02.980 We're going to

00:29:03.220 try to get

00:29:03.560 Ty on the

00:29:04.060 show in the

00:29:05.120 coming days to

00:29:05.820 give us an

00:29:06.460 update on

00:29:06.860 what's going

00:29:07.300 on and just

00:29:08.540 why the

00:29:09.140 Trump DOJ

00:29:10.020 and FBI

00:29:10.640 is concealing

00:29:12.480 stuff like

00:29:13.020 this.

00:29:14.500 This is what

00:29:15.100 they tried to

00:29:15.940 use to take

00:29:16.380 down President

00:29:16.900 Trump.

00:29:17.620 Now I don't

00:29:18.580 think Donald

00:29:19.080 Trump knows

00:29:19.840 that the FBI

00:29:21.460 is concealing

00:29:21.980 this so we're

00:29:22.580 going to try

00:29:22.920 to ping him

00:29:24.460 on that and

00:29:25.000 let him know

00:29:25.480 that this

00:29:25.920 is what's

00:29:26.260 happening.

00:29:26.800 This was

00:29:27.340 a dossier

00:29:28.940 that they

00:29:29.320 used to try

00:29:29.820 to take

00:29:30.160 him down.

00:29:31.640 Truly, 0.99

00:29:32.260 truly sickening.

00:29:33.140 Before we wrap

00:29:33.700 up today,

00:29:34.260 we've got some

00:29:34.900 good news for

00:29:35.800 America,

00:29:36.440 America first,

00:29:37.600 and for anyone

00:29:38.140 trying to do

00:29:38.740 business in

00:29:39.420 America.

00:29:40.360 Interior

00:29:40.680 Secretary Doug

00:29:41.480 Bergwam said

00:29:42.100 this week that

00:29:43.500 his department's

00:29:44.340 streamlining of

00:29:45.320 permits will bring

00:29:46.180 department review

00:29:46.960 time for

00:29:47.900 potentially years

00:29:48.740 just down to

00:29:49.280 28 days.

00:29:50.380 Now following

00:29:51.480 President Trump's

00:29:52.160 national emergency

00:29:53.000 declaration,

00:29:53.700 the Department

00:29:53.980 of Interior

00:29:54.600 under Bergwam

00:29:55.840 has moved to

00:29:57.880 implement emergency

00:29:58.660 permit procedures

00:29:59.680 to accelerate the

00:30:38.100 our unwavering

00:30:41.440 We are cutting

00:30:41.940 through the

00:30:42.320 unnecessary delays

00:30:43.180 to fast-track

00:30:55.920 a federal judge

00:30:56.940 to come out

00:30:57.560 and put a freeze

00:30:59.520 on it because

00:31:00.000 they say it's

00:31:00.800 unconstitutional.
