00:00:30.820 of disinformation in this country by far. The Russians can't keep up with the Biden

00:00:36.220 administration when it comes to the number of psychological operations against the American

00:00:41.960 people, specifically against Trump supporters and voters, Republicans and independents mostly,

00:00:48.440 and neither can the energetic propagandist of the Chinese Communist Party and the PLA,

00:00:55.460 though they're no match for the Marxist Dems propaganda machine. Unfortunately for the

00:01:00.580 United States and all of us who are American citizens, we're the principal targets of the

00:01:06.020 Marxist Dems disinformation attacks, and the latest attack seems like it's a too familiar tool of the

00:01:12.860 Marxist Dems, namely intimidation. Just before the election, the Biden Department of Homeland Security

00:01:19.880 leaked plans to broaden its effort to control speech and to censor so-called dangerous speech

00:01:26.700 and to influence, if not control, social media under the pretext of blocking propaganda, you know,

00:01:33.840 from all of those other sources, whether from nation-state actors or domestic political actors.

00:01:40.240 Contemporaneously, the FBI and Department of Homeland Security warned the American people of

00:01:46.740 threats of violence in the wake of the election. An Arizona judge ruled poll watchers must be kept

00:01:52.780 250 feet from the ballot areas because some were said to be armed. Those warnings, of course,

00:02:00.520 weren't very specific. They didn't name groups or organizations or likely targets of the highly

00:02:06.320 suspect DHS FBI warnings. Suspect because FBI whistleblowers had already told congressional

00:02:14.680 investigators that top FBI officials were fabricating so-called domestic terrorist numbers so as to

00:02:22.780 create a false narrative that they were both numerous and, of course, energetic and active. The

00:02:29.340 Justice Department, in obvious coordination, announced monitors, 62 of them, to be sent to certain

00:02:35.640 states and counties to discourage lawlessness at the polls. Read that Republican-originated chaos.

00:02:43.100 You know, lots of that around, lots of evidence of it, and sure, there's a lot of precedent. We can

00:02:48.840 think of, oh, none. How about pure propaganda? That's what it is, purely part of the Biden election

00:02:55.640 psyop campaign. Six days before the election, President Biden gave a televised speech not to calm the

00:03:03.700 country, not to reassure voters or to assure the integrity of the election, but to warn Americans that

00:03:10.940 those candidates who didn't accept the results of the election would be creating chaos. He demonized

00:03:17.520 Republican candidates and their voters. President Biden said, quote, Donald Trump and the MAGA

00:03:23.700 Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of the republic. End quote.

00:03:32.120 Scary, huh? Biden's speech was all propaganda, of course, one element of a major psyops campaign

00:03:39.240 unleashed by the White House. His message, GOP threatens democracy. And by golly, it worked. Not as well as it

00:03:47.820 might have, but some analysts say it kept Democrat losses to a historic minimum in both the Senate

00:03:53.760 and the House. And now the corrupt Attorney General, Merrick Garland, has appointed a special counsel to

00:04:01.220 do what? Not to investigate Hunter Biden. No, no, no. He has appointed a special counsel to investigate

00:04:09.420 President Donald Trump. There's an original thought. Because the FBI carried out an unprecedented

00:04:16.480 search and seizure of presidential documents in the home of the president. The FBI still can't get its

00:04:23.140 story straight about those documents. And also, the special counsel will investigate January 6th and

00:04:30.240 the president's role. This is the same nonsense that will end with that committee of the same name

00:04:36.500 next year when the Republicans take over. All of this is pure deep state abuse of power. The Marxist

00:04:44.000 Dems have run roughshod over the Constitution for six years, almost seven full years, now in the seventh

00:04:51.480 year of their political persecution of Donald Trump. But truth is on the way. The Republicans did take the

00:04:59.400 House, albeit by a narrow margin. But the ramifications of that narrow win will be large.

00:05:06.400 Congressman Jim Jordan, to be chair of the Judiciary Committee, and James Comer, to be chair of the

00:05:11.260 Oversight Committee, promptly announced their investigations of the Biden administration,

00:05:17.160 demanding the Department of Homeland Security testify immediately on why he's kept the U.S.

00:05:22.940 border wide open, inviting as many as six million illegals into the United States, who the feds have

00:05:29.400 distributed around the country in the dark of night. Congressman Comer made it clear his committee

00:05:35.140 is investigating the corruption of the president and his son and says he's confident in the evidence of crimes

00:05:42.880 committed by the Bidens. Jordan's committee investigators have learned much about what the Marxist Dems and

00:05:49.320 the intelligence community and the Biden campaign were doing to subvert President Trump's re-election

00:05:55.640 in 2020. And with us now is the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, soon to be the chairman

00:06:02.360 in the 118th Congress that will convene on January 3rd of next year, Congressman Jim Jordan.

00:06:09.580 Congressman Jordan, thanks for being with us and congratulations on setting forth your plans to

00:06:14.600 investigate the Biden scandals and the disinformation hoax, as you put it, run by the Biden campaign

00:06:20.940 and the intel agencies. Will that be central to your investigation? Well, yeah, because I mean, remember,

00:06:27.480 October 19th, 2020, 15 days before the most important election we have in our great nation,

00:06:34.060 the election for who's going to be commander in chief, 51 former intel officials, Brennan,

00:06:39.040 Clapper, 49 others signed this letter that says, oh, the Hunter Biden story in the New York Post has all

00:06:44.460 the classic earmarks of Russian disinformation, bull roar. It was true. But that became that,

00:06:50.640 that letter became sort of the pretext to suppress that story on social media, not let it be viewed

00:06:58.360 by the American people. They kept information from we the people just days before we elect

00:07:04.000 the next president. So it is so wrong. And remember, it was the FBI who went to Zuckerberg,

00:07:11.920 who went to Facebook. I don't know if they went directly to Zuckerberg. They went to Facebook and

00:07:15.420 Zuckerberg talked about this. They went to Facebook and said, be on the lookout in the same time frame,

00:07:22.020 be on the lookout for Russian disinformation. So you got the letter from 51 former intel officials,

00:07:26.320 Brennan, Clapper, all these folks, you got that letter. And then you got the FBI coming and talk

00:07:30.840 to you. What do you think Facebook's going to do? So what I want to know is, did they go to Twitter?

00:07:34.860 I also want to know, did the FBI talk to those 51 former intel officials? How did the intel

00:07:40.160 officials make it? Did they just pull it out of thin air? We know they keep their security

00:07:43.440 clearances. Who were they talking to in the government that became the basis for that letter?

00:07:47.220 I want to know, I want to know those people. And so that the only way you stop this, Lou,

00:07:52.020 and you know, this is you have to get the facts. The truth out there is you have to expose it.

00:07:56.420 So the country clearly sees what went on and then maybe you can stop it.

00:08:01.300 And that's a terrific point in that we have had the knowledge of the 51 CIA veterans, five former

00:08:10.120 directors. It's been in public for years, but for two years. The reality is that the national left-wing

00:08:20.180 corporate media will not touch the story. They refuse to acknowledge it. I have to say there are

00:08:25.640 two exceptions to that. One is the Washington Post, one is the New York Times. They acknowledge that

00:08:29.520 they were wrong and then never came back to the story. And as long as they don't confront the facts

00:08:36.480 and report the facts to the American people, you have a very difficult job in front of you.

00:08:43.320 Well, that's why today we did the press conference. Mr. Comer, ranking member Comer,

00:08:48.160 put it together in a report. You try to compile it all so it's right there in front of the press.

00:08:53.500 And we lay it out now. And this is just a preliminary report because, again, we haven't

00:08:57.860 been really able to subpoena anyone, talk to anyone. This is just based on what we know thus far.

00:09:02.700 And I think one of the key takeaways from that report was that there are 150, it's been reported,

00:09:10.240 150 suspicious activity reports on the Biden business operation. So on Hunter Biden and Jim

00:09:18.700 Biden, the committee staff has only seen two. And we highlighted those in the report. But where's the

00:09:26.680 other 148? And the Treasury Department, again, these suspicious activity reports are banks and

00:09:33.620 financial institutions, if they see suspicious activity, they're supposed to report it to the

00:09:39.280 Treasury Department. They've done that 150 times about the Bidens, about Hunter Biden and Jim Biden

00:09:45.580 and what they're doing with these business deals all over the world, many of them with adversaries to

00:09:50.120 the United States. So we've looked at two. Historically, you've been able to go view those

00:09:56.180 as a committee, as a congressional committee. You've been able to go look at or have them sent

00:10:01.320 to you suspicious activity reports until the Biden administration. And suddenly Joe Biden says,

00:10:06.580 no, we're going to change the policy, change the protocols here. Congress is not going to be able

00:10:11.140 to look at suspicious activity. Now, why do you think they did that? So this is something that

00:10:15.960 once we get the majority, we will be able to finally get access to those and figure out a few

00:10:22.200 more things, I think. But we haven't been able to see those additional 148.

00:10:27.860 And good on you for proceeding against actually the Treasury Department, because it's Janet Yellen,

00:10:34.940 the Treasury Secretary, who I think in one of the most disappointing acts by anyone that has served

00:10:43.640 previously in government. I thought Janet Yellen was above this sort of thing at the direction of

00:10:48.600 the White House, put down this seal on those suspicious activity reports. It is at her order that it

00:10:55.320 happened. That is tremendously disappointing. I suspect you will be focusing on her as well

00:11:02.180 in seeking answers. The 50 countries, involving 50 countries, this is a broader

00:11:10.520 range of what could be criminal activity that I suspected. I thought it was a handful of countries.

00:11:18.120 This is so wide ranging. It's it's breathtaking on the part of of the Hunter crime family.

00:11:24.320 Yeah. And it's and it's all these countries, but it's also, you know, Ukraine, Russia, China.

00:11:31.520 There's the one email in there where Hunter Biden sends the email to the people who are renting him

00:11:38.700 office space for his for his business. And he says we're going to need keys for we need keys for

00:11:45.780 one for himself, one for President Biden, one for his uncle, Jim Biden, and then one key for the

00:11:53.760 emissary for the for this chairman of the Chinese energy company. I think it's CEFC is the name of

00:12:02.220 this company. So, again, like that shows the connection with not only China, but the close

00:12:07.720 connection with President Biden and his son and the business opportunity or business business endeavors

00:12:12.780 that he's involved in. And Congressman Comer, who will be the chairman of oversight, you will be the head

00:12:19.400 of the chairman of the chairman of judiciary. That's a pretty powerful set of committees and

00:12:25.440 chairman, as far as I'm concerned. And the American people have got to be profoundly encouraged that

00:12:32.000 you and and Congressman Comer will be leading those investigations. I think that gives great,

00:12:41.080 great encouragement to the American people. And we appreciate what you're doing. And I want to turn to,

00:12:47.820 if I may, in your opinion, what you've seen is the president, in your judgment right now,

00:12:54.660 based on the whistleblowers you've talked with, everything that you know about the laptop and

00:12:59.000 its contents and where that leads, how how complicit is the president of the United States, in your

00:13:05.580 judgment, complicit in these schemes? Well, I guess the short answer is we don't know. But there's a lot

00:13:13.060 of things that raise concern. And I would just point to what they've told us. So remember when

00:13:19.240 this story first broke back in October of 2020, it was, oh, it's not his laptop. Well, then pretty

00:13:25.900 soon the story changed to, well, OK, maybe it's his laptop, but this is this is a Russian disinformation

00:13:31.540 campaign. And, you know, we just talked about that, the 51 former intel officials and what FBI told

00:13:36.580 Facebook and everything else. And then it quickly moved to, well, OK, it is his laptop. It's probably

00:13:42.280 not all Russian disinformation. And maybe Hunter Biden did some things wrong, but Joe Biden had

00:13:48.560 nothing to do with it. And then it even went further. It was OK. It was it's a laptop is real.

00:13:54.820 It's not Russian disinformation. Hunter Biden did, you know, some some some shady things. It looks like

00:13:59.580 he's being investigated and it looks like the president knew about it. And now we're all the way to the

00:14:06.160 point is, OK, the president knew about it all. But this was this is a story in Politico. But none of

00:14:12.280 I think how the quote went, Lou, was none of the 100 Biden's business dealings impacted the president's

00:14:20.540 decision making. Well, that's a far cry from where you started telling us when you said my son's done

00:14:26.080 nothing wrong and it's Russian disinformation. Holy cow. Look at look at the distance between those

00:14:32.700 two statements. So that's where we're now at, which all seems suspicious. And then then remember

00:14:37.820 this. Every letter we have sent that that Mr. Comer and the House Oversight Committee staff has

00:14:44.020 sent to the Biden administration get no response from. Then we find out they changed the policy on

00:14:50.760 suspicious activity reports, which we talked about. And now we find out in the story in Politico,

00:14:55.520 they're setting up a special group to attack people who are investigating. So they're coming after

00:14:59.900 Mr. Comer, Mr. McCarthy, myself and others who are going to do oversight, which we're supposed to do

00:15:04.320 under the Constitution. They're going to come after us. That looks a little suspicious in and of itself

00:15:09.320 as well. So that's sort of the lay of the land. And you can reach your own conclusion. I'll leave it up

00:15:14.060 to the American people. But it sure looks like something's going on here. And again, I think that's

00:15:20.020 why we want to investigate it, because, you know, the president, I flip it around. You've made this

00:15:26.900 point so well, so many times, Lou. Imagine if this was the Trump family in the same set of circumstances,

00:15:31.680 the same fact pattern. Can you imagine what the mainstream press would be doing? So again,

00:15:37.620 our job is to get the truth and do it in a way that's consistent with the Constitution.

00:15:41.900 There is so much here that is irregular, that are anomalies, that are suspicious. And one of the

00:15:52.480 most amazing coincidences is that that letter with those 51 intelligence veterans signing it

00:16:00.080 is that it came, as you said, on October 19. And that was just about two weeks before the election.

00:16:06.720 But it was also a matter of days before the second and final presidential debate.

00:16:11.260 That letter not only suppressed the American media, if they needed suppressing,

00:16:17.180 but it also gave former Vice President Joe Biden, candidate for president, a shield against

00:16:25.040 President Trump's charges in that debate against being corrupt and the corruption of his son

00:16:33.120 as a result of influence peddling. It's stunning, the relationship here. And I want to compliment

00:16:42.620 you, if I may, in your press conference, you brought together the corporate media that is

00:16:49.420 not reporting. You talked about the intelligence agencies, the FBI, the Department of Justice over

00:16:55.180 which you have oversight responsibilities, and will soon have oversight authority as the chairman of

00:17:00.440 judiciary. I mean, it's a powerful, powerful picture of the most powerful agencies and departments

00:17:10.480 in our government, aside from the Pentagon, aside from the Pentagon, that you will be holding oversight

00:17:20.000 over. I mean, this is a moment in history that is profound and its implications and so important

00:17:28.800 that it's almost unthinkable.

00:17:32.160 Well, Lou, thank you. That was very kind. But thanks for all the good work you're doing.

00:17:36.520 But I remember that moment you highlighted. I remember when Joe Biden said 51 former Intel

00:17:42.980 officials have said it's a Russian misinformation, disinformation. I remember that. And he used that

00:17:49.460 in that debate with President Trump. And the only reason he used it is because they put that memo

00:17:55.020 together. So again, one of the important questions is, were there people in the government,

00:18:00.900 in the FBI, who briefed the Brennan and Clappers and the folks who wrote that letter? I don't know.

00:18:07.240 But we need to find out. And my colleague made a great point. Matt Gates made a great point a couple

00:18:13.180 months ago in a hearing. He just, he said, ask the fundamental question. When is the FBI not going to get

00:18:20.880 involved in our elections? When are they going to just let we, the people, figure out who we want leading

00:18:25.560 us and representing us? In 2016, they spied on President Trump's campaign. In 2018, it was the

00:18:31.420 Mueller investigation. In 2020, they suppressed and pushed back and throttled back the Hunter Biden

00:18:36.380 story. And in 2022, they raid the home of a former president 91 days before the midterm election.

00:18:43.340 Maybe it'd be nice if they just stayed out of it. Just let the country, the people, we, the people of

00:18:48.860 this great nation, the greatest country ever, let us figure it out. Who do we want to be president?

00:18:53.340 Who do you want representing us in Congress? Let us figure it out. Don't weigh in. Don't try to

00:18:58.620 influence it. Leave it to the people. Well, that's a wonderful point. And I also want to ask you a

00:19:06.540 couple of points here, too, about the process. And that is your subpoena power, the power that you

00:19:13.420 will have as chairman and as well, Congressman Comer and others. Are you going to be restricted in any way?

00:19:22.260 Or is this going to be full out, full authority to go where the facts lead you?

00:19:27.240 No, it's going to go where the facts lead us. We're going to do it. The courts have been clear.

00:19:31.420 You have to, there needs to be a legislative purpose to investigations. There is oversight

00:19:35.520 that needs to be done as part of our constitutional duty. We're going to do it in a way that's consistent

00:19:39.160 with the Constitution. But we're going to do it aggressively, because that's what's warranted.

00:19:42.740 We issued a report a couple weeks ago, a thousand page report about how political the Justice

00:19:46.780 Department has become. You do not have, and maybe we talked about this a few minutes ago,

00:19:52.280 but we've been hit so many things so hard. I don't remember, but America is the greatest country

00:19:59.620 ever, the greatest nation in history. But America is not America if you have a Justice Department

00:20:04.520 that's political. If you have a Justice Department that does not enforce the law equally, equally under

00:20:10.020 the law is how it's supposed to operate. If you don't have that, you don't have what's central

00:20:14.820 to this great nation. And that's what concerns me. And right now, lots of Americans think that

00:20:20.180 we have a Justice Department that is functioning in a political fashion. And it's not just Americans

00:20:24.360 who think that. It's not just Lou Dobbs. It's not just Jim Jordan. It's 14 whistleblowers,

00:20:29.460 14 FBI agents who've come talk to us. I've never seen that happen in all my time in Congress,

00:20:34.800 where that many people come and say the same darn thing. And they say, and they're given different

00:20:39.380 examples, but they see the overall picture of how political the top levels of the Justice Department

00:20:43.760 and the Washington field office when it comes to the FBI, how political they become. One of them

00:20:48.680 said it's rotted at its core. Think about that. That's frightening. So we owe it to the country

00:20:55.080 and the people of this country to get to the bottom of it, expose the facts, so hopefully it stops.

00:21:02.040 Amen. And thank you for all that you're doing and will do for the nation. One, and when you talk

00:21:09.480 about the Department of Justice, we can't leave out the politicization of the January 6th committee,

00:21:16.900 which is political in its origin and its creation, without a Republican put forward by the

00:21:25.160 minority leader and the head of the conference, Kevin McCarthy. Are you going to investigate

00:21:33.000 what happened with that committee? Are you going to bring it to a conclusion? What will be the fate of

00:21:43.660 that committee and what can be done to help those who are political prisoners of this corrupt Department

00:21:52.760 of Justice, elements of the judiciary, and certainly the Biden administration?

00:21:57.500 Yeah. Leader McCarthy has been clear that he wants to get rid of that committee, as you point out,

00:22:03.380 completely partisan committee. One thing I want to do is I want our top-notch staff that we have

00:22:10.560 on the judiciary committee, I want them to be able to look at the transcripts of the depositions that

00:22:17.060 were done by the January 6th committee. Because I think we talked about this maybe the last time I

00:22:23.920 was on with you, we've caught the January 6th committee in all kinds of, at least eight different

00:22:28.820 lies in the public hearings that they've done. Some of them about me, just false, just false the way

00:22:35.060 they did it. So if we've caught them in that many lies and we weren't a part of the committee, we didn't

00:22:41.300 get to sit in on the depositions, we've never got to read the transcripts, imagine how many other

00:22:45.960 false things they're telling the American people. So I do want to be able to examine what they've went

00:22:51.500 through. Now, again, we weren't in those, you know, those depositions. We didn't get asked the kind of

00:22:57.020 questions we would ask, because we weren't allowed to be on the committee. It was all nine, nine Democrats

00:23:02.240 who had voted to impeach President Trump. But I do want to go through that. But as far as the committee

00:23:08.060 goes, Leader McCarthy said he's going to get rid of it. Well, hallelujah. And again, I want to just say

00:23:15.940 thank you for all that you're doing. Thank you. You're a great American. So you're much appreciated.

00:23:35.240 talking to my dad, and I don't know if he came up with this line or if he got it for someone. But

00:23:40.200 I look at the positive. We took back the House. We're going to be able to begin to push back on

00:23:44.500 on President Biden and the crazy left, do the investigations that we just talked about that

00:23:50.180 need to be done. And I look at the positive, too. Just a couple of years ago, Democrats were saying

00:23:54.860 they were going to turn Florida and Texas red. Well, that didn't work out so well for him. Or

00:23:58.720 excuse me, turn him blue. That didn't work out so well for him. And it looks like we're beginning to

00:24:03.360 turn New York. And we're picking up seats in California. We picked up all those seats in New

00:24:07.780 York. So God bless Lee Zeldin, the top of the ticket, who helped us in New York. So there are some

00:24:12.360 positives, even though it didn't go as well as we had hoped in this election. There are some real

00:24:16.500 positives. And we have to build on that and recognize that we live in the greatest country

00:24:20.340 ever. It is worth fighting for. You do that every day. So I appreciate it. And thank you for having
