Judicial Watch's Chris Farrell joins Lou Dobbs on the Great America Show to discuss the latest in the ongoing leftist witch hunt against President Trump and the continued political persecution of the President by the Marxist Dems. Lou also talks about the new special counsel appointed by Merrick Garland to investigate the President and the ongoing Mar-A-Lago scandal.
00:03:46.020The Marxist Dems are obviously the ones who are driving both this puppet president and the Democrat Party.
00:03:55.720But they're also simultaneously driving a number of agendas.
00:03:59.700And when you talk about education, these people, these people are driving an agenda of the abnormal, the deviant, and anything but the decent and American way.
00:04:13.020It is preposterous that our national media has moved to them.
00:04:19.960I watched just a little live television in prime time on ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, and you think, what in the hell?
00:04:30.500Who are these people and where did they come from and where do they live?
00:04:34.820The fact of the matter is, I've never seen people who are behaving the way they do, conducting themselves the way they are, and making a mockery out of the American family.
00:04:48.460Hard-working individuals, whether they be man or woman, white or black, are a bunch of, at least according to the voice of business, which are the commercials that are in the so-called sitcoms.
00:05:03.920The only laugh I get is that they put this crap on and actually think that anyone would waste their time watching this week after week after week.
00:05:14.620Yeah, defining deviancy down, trying to normalize the perverse and absurd, trying to make everybody think that, you know, a 12-year-old girl going in for breast removal surgery,
00:05:31.240is something to be celebrated, you know, embracing criminality, where, you know, we're not going to prosecute certain crimes anymore.
00:05:42.260And then you have this idiot in Pennsylvania running around saying his dream is to open all the prisons.
00:05:48.640I mean, the average person, the average normal person who's got, you know, a spouse, two kids, a mortgage, a car payment, you know, trying to make ends meet,
00:06:02.920watching their grocery bill go through the roof, watching crime, no longer is it an inner-city urban issue.
00:06:10.320Crime is in shopping malls and in suburbia at an outrageous rate, fentanyl overdoses out of control.
00:06:17.880And they're saying, who has brought us this?
00:06:21.380Who has celebrated this as something that's supposed to be, you know, diverse and part of equity and all the other nonsense,
00:06:31.280And they're fed up with it, and they don't want any part of it.
00:06:34.400They're worried about a government that's sending $70 billion, with a B, dollars to Ukraine while we ignore our own border.
00:06:45.440That's what they're worried about and frustrated with right there.
00:06:48.240And a corporate media, and when I say a corporate media, I'm talking about the predominant media in this country is owned and controlled by basically six corporations.
00:07:01.360They have the American people by their ears.
00:07:06.500They will only permit you to listen to what they say.
00:07:09.820They have their hands over your eyes, hoping you won't see what they don't put in front of you on their television sets or your monitors.
00:07:18.240It is a time in American history at which we have seen a mass psychosis created by the most trusted institutions in the country,
00:07:32.160namely the U.S. government, namely the corporate America.
00:07:38.300And at one time, even Hollywood was celebrated for its creativity and its dominance in world media.
00:07:46.580It is now nothing more than a cultural extension, a pop culture extension, if you will, of that power that is consolidated with one primary purpose,
00:08:01.760and that is to put disinformation in front of every American, to put misinformation in front of every American,
00:08:09.600and to control their lives through media of all kinds, through public education and higher education, and, of course, good old government.
00:08:21.820Yeah, you know, and these corporate titans, these self-anointed ones, you know, it amazes me that they're running these, you know,
00:08:31.480multi-billion dollar operations, and they subscribe to this ESG insanity, which is, you know, counter-capitalist.
00:08:41.940In fact, it's Marxist ideology trying to be woven into, you know, the idea that publicly held corporations have to have their equity score
00:08:55.940and their governance and sustainability and their, I mean, this happy, clappy, I mean, it's garbage, but it's all, again, there's a uniformity of thought.
00:09:07.700There's not a lot of, I mean, they talk about diversity as long as you are diverse in the way that they want you to be diverse.
00:09:14.680If you're actually counter-cultural, if you say, no, I don't subscribe to all the crap you're putting out,
00:09:20.340I simply don't believe in it, and I won't participate in it, that's not a diverse point of view.
00:09:26.300You're then some kind of a criminal, and that's how they've painted the opposition, not as, you know,
00:09:33.040what used to be referred to as the loyal opposition, but now they're criminals.
00:09:36.620It is absolutely, to me, mind-boggling to sit here and just think about Kanye West,
00:09:45.280who's a person I never thought about once in any of his strange doings, but the fact is, this is wrong what's happening.
00:09:56.820It is sudden, it is swift, it is merciless, and it will be final.
00:10:03.780There will be no redemption for this man if the left has their way, because I'm saying, the freak show is on its way.
00:10:12.200The circus has rolled into town, and they're going to make mincemeat of Kanye West.
00:10:18.680And it's just vile to see this venal hostility just directed laser-like against one man's life and livelihood.
00:10:32.440And, you know, they've decided that his remarks, I don't care if you agree with him or disagree with him or anything else.
00:11:08.100Do you see the same kind of Stalinist techniques used?
00:11:11.540But, you know, in this instance, we're talking about just little people, right, not billionaires, but little people, like the January 6th defendants.
00:11:22.280Because you read, and I know that you've talked to our mutual friend, Julie Kelly, you read some of the confessionals and some of the remarks that people have been essentially forced to say in court trying to get plea deals where they basically recant and attack everything they've ever believed in in their lives in order to get favoritism for the judges to lessen their sentencing.
00:11:49.860To be clear, we're talking about, excuse me, Chris, I just want to explain to the audience a bit.
00:11:55.540We're talking about between 800 and 900 political prisoners that are being held by the Biden regime with the full complicity and energy of the federal judiciary over punishing them.
00:12:17.860Going along with what has been over prosecution by the Department of Justice and their rancidly corrupt left-wing prosecutors and attorneys that they've unleashed, along with the FBI, of course, it is disgusting.
00:12:34.960As far as I know, no CEO in the country or not one of their associations that represent their purest monetary interests, not the Chamber of Commerce, not the Business Roundtable.
00:12:53.640Can they really tolerate this kind of thing?
00:12:55.920We don't have any moral, we have no moral leadership emanating from anywhere.
00:13:02.180Even the preachers in this country are scared to death.
00:13:05.980And by the way, what they have been going through, one understands why they keep their heads down.
00:13:11.560No, I was going to say, you know, one thing facetiously.
00:13:14.860Kamala Harris didn't do any videos for raising bail money for these people, which, of course, is what you did do for the Antifa BLM people.
00:13:24.280But on a more serious note, there's really creepy details.
00:13:29.440These public defenders that have been offered to these defendants, you know, they're giving them a signed reading list where they are supposed to go read left-wing books and reexamine their lives.
00:13:42.680And then they come in and they do this sort of confessional routine where they say they've had a chance to reexamine their positions.
00:13:50.240And they repudiate and reject all the ideas that had them be motivated to show up on January 6th.
00:13:58.740Literally, there's like a Chinese Communist Party concentration camp where they have people go in and they make confessions, rejecting everything they've ever believed in or what they stand for, attacking their past beliefs and what they think is important.
00:14:15.060Philosophical change of heart, that they've been given reading lists by their public defenders, all, you know, left-wing, both novels and texts.
00:14:31.360And they see the error of their ways, and then they throw themselves on the mercy of the court.
00:14:36.940This is the creepiest stuff in American jurisprudence.
00:14:40.100And when you read the details and you see some of these pleas that are made, you realize how the government is destroying people.
00:14:49.060It is grinding people up in the process.
00:14:52.000And this is all brought to you by the Biden administration, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Merrick Garland.
00:14:58.740These are the people that are grinding up American citizens for disagreeing with them.
00:15:03.660Yeah, and you know there's some other people grinding, doing some grinding here too.
00:15:08.060We've got to keep the focus, I think, as well on the national left-wing media.
00:15:15.280And I don't think that the American people truly understand the gravity of what we are facing on the part of these oligarchs.
00:15:25.260If they were in Russia or Europe or some part of Asia, they'd be called oligarchs.
00:15:31.060But here they're just called the CEOs of major corporations, the likes of which they will manage for, I think, it's an average of somewhere around five years.
00:15:40.880They get their money, they get out, and corporate America rolls on.
00:15:45.680We have now no basis whatsoever for the Citizens United case.
00:15:51.700This, to me, is so far beyond its usefulness.
00:15:56.540These are not American citizens, these corporations.
00:15:59.260And they should not be permitted the same rights as American citizens.
00:16:02.420And I'm saying it out loud, and I'm saying it right here, and I want everybody to understand.
00:16:07.780Anybody who tells you a corporation is a person and has the same citizen rights is a damn fool.
00:17:43.060They're afraid to air their opinion because they realize, hey, listen, you know, I don't want to be targeted.
00:17:48.900I don't want to be put under the microscope.
00:17:50.300I don't want to have everything I've ever said taken apart and have to explain it, et cetera, et cetera.
00:17:55.260And that is a wildly intimidating tactic, and they do it deliberately.
00:18:01.540Well, there's sort of an interesting juxtaposition, too, between two periods.
00:18:06.200We have moved from a period of the 60s and 70s when it was celebrated.
00:18:12.120Free speech, challenging the orthodoxy.
00:18:16.000And individualism was standing tall coming out of an age of conformity, which was the period after World War II.
00:18:24.960But the United States had won everything.
00:18:28.220They had won dominion over the world militarily, economically.
00:18:33.060Our media, our social virtues, whether it was celebrated in our churches, our synagogues, whatever, we stood for freedom of speech, freedom of religion, human rights.
00:18:47.860And now, as we are entering this period of totalitarian, authoritarian politics in which they are demanding conformity once again, but coming off of failure after failure after failure on the part of the West,
00:19:05.220whether it be the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, you name it, we have failed over the course of time because we have a military that has been drained of its energy, its vitality, and it's, frankly, it's nationalism.
00:19:26.900They have become forces for good, not American forces.
00:19:34.100Our military is in a very sad state of affairs.
00:19:38.300And, you know, one need only look as far as the senior uniformed officer in the form of General Mark Milley, who's a disgrace to his uniform,
00:19:48.480is a guy who's committed the most egregious treasonous acts since Benedict Arnold,
00:19:54.260communicating with his red Chinese counterpart, and promising to give him a heads up if the U.S.
00:20:00.840was going to take any military action.
00:20:03.400He made promises and assurances to him that are mind-boggling in the scope and scale of what he said to him.
00:20:11.040And he cooperated with the likes of Bob Woodward, and then he's cooperative again with this person, Glasser.
00:20:16.720They're two different books a year apart.
00:20:19.480The first one was Peril that Woodward did, and the next one is Divider, one that just came out about a month ago.
00:20:26.340And he sat down with his people, gave them quotes, gave them access to draft letters and documents where, you know,
00:20:34.180he's quoted as saying, you know, with respect to President Trump, you know, F him, I'll fight him from the inside.
00:20:42.300That is the very definition of subversion.
00:20:45.300And so the senior uniformed guy in the military is plotting and scheming to fight against the commander-in-chief.
00:20:52.140He's taking phone calls from Nancy Pelosi, who's not in the chain of command in any way, shape, or form.
00:21:27.200And he is the scum of the earth, and he's currently still sitting there as chairman of the Joint Chiefs.
00:21:35.260And being celebrated by none other than the impaired puppet president Joe Biden and all who inhabit that White House, if you can still call it the White House.
00:21:48.740You raise a point, and I know that you've tweeted about this and you've talked about it, but this is the era of the open letter as disinformation.
00:21:58.700And the military has just, I guess, had letter envy and decided to catch up with the intelligence community and proffer their form of subversion, if you will, by announcing a new conflict in our society.
00:22:21.520So two years ago, almost to the day, two years ago, he had that letter signed by 51 intelligence officials saying that the Hunter Biden laptop was a Russian influence operation.
00:22:35.600And those 51 phony SOBs lied through their teeth, and they unlawfully influenced the outcome of an election because, surprise, surprise, the Hunter Biden laptop was 100 percent correct.
00:22:47.940And, in fact, the more they looked into it, it was even worse than they thought two years ago.
00:22:53.460So setting that aside, we saw the improper influence of those intelligence officials, all of whom, frankly, should have their security clearances revoked immediately and permanently.
00:23:04.420That would dry up their meal ticket because all 51 of those phonies either have their own corporation or they're sitting on boards of corporations because various companies around the country love to have, oh, this guy is the former, you know, deputy director of the CIA or this or that.
00:23:32.780This one just came out about a month ago, and they have eight former secretaries of defense and five former chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
00:24:10.400Most of the letter is really kind of a civics lesson in the relationship between the military and the civilian portions of our government under the Constitution.
00:24:22.620There's about five or six points of commentary in that letter, and they basically say, well, you know, I walk away with the impression of, well, if you're going to make an omelet, you've got to break a few eggs, right?
00:24:37.020And that's what this letter points to, in my opinion.
00:24:40.820And it came out five days after Biden's creepy speech in Philadelphia, where he criminalized half the population, half the voting population, that the MAGA Republicans, and they don't support the Constitution, and they don't support the rule of law.
00:25:03.460Five days later, these guys come out with a letter trying to redefine the relationship between the civilian population and the leadership of the military.
00:25:13.180These guys don't do this because they don't have anything else to do this afternoon.
00:25:17.740In order to circle up eight secretaries of defense and five JCS chairmen and get them to agree on anything, it's like herding cats, you know, but they got them together, they drafted up the letter, they signed it.
00:25:31.960They're not doing that just because they're bored, right?
00:26:09.580These generals aren't winning wars, and they're not comporting themselves as in the tradition of the military.
00:26:15.480In fact, I think many of them, it's my judgment, my opinion, are in violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, in which they are inserting themselves into domestic politics.
00:26:30.300And they have no business doing it, and I think everyone who did so absolutely violated traditions and the code as well.
00:26:42.660I'm disgusted with them, and I think they need to have their little jets, jetliners, they fly around and taken away from them.
00:26:52.680Most people don't realize how these three- and four-star generals are treated.
00:27:03.820And then they're the same who are saying to our enlisted men right now and women that you've got to file for food stamps if you don't think you're making enough money.
00:27:21.680It is a stain on the traditions of the military, and I don't give a damn who objects to this.
00:27:29.480I happen to believe it absolutely 100%.
00:27:32.980And too many politicians are too afraid to speak the truth that they know full well.
00:27:38.560And this is very unpleasant and not something everyone enjoys hearing, but it's a fact that we have not decisively won a war in 77 years.
00:27:52.360That's the last decisive victory, 77 years ago.
00:27:57.320And every general officer and every secretary of defense between now and then at best has fought to a tie or some sort of not with a bang but with a whimper withdrawal.
00:28:10.860And the most scandalous, of course, is Biden's Afghanistan withdrawal.
00:28:15.500But these guys who are lecturing us on the civil military environment, they're half the reason why it's as screwed up as it is.
00:28:23.280But they want to lecture you and tell you what you can expect and that, you know, the environment is very difficult.
00:28:31.580And there's an impact on January 6th and what comes from that.
00:28:47.940My blood boils to think that these generals are so anxious for war.
00:28:54.460They are so anxious to follow the politics of the moment and what they see as the civilian culture of the moment that they think this somehow plays to their hand.
00:29:06.020And the fact that, of course, without any hesitation, Joe Biden immediately put, I believe, first the 82nd Airborne into the eastern flank, getting ready to do war toe-to-toe with the Ruskies, I suppose.
00:29:23.720He's impaired, and everyone in Washington, D.C., the swamp, and I'm talking about both parties, want to pretend he is somehow a coherent, cogent, cognitively suited president of the United States.
00:29:58.260Biden doesn't know where he is from one minute to the next.
00:30:00.760I think the highlight of the day is running upstairs to the residents and getting his bowl with chocolate chip ice cream, and I think that's really what he goes to work for every day.
00:30:10.780That's kind of the limit of his capacity.
