00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show. I'm Lou Dobbs. Thank you for being with us.
00:00:05.880 Good news for the Marxist Dems. Like me, I'm sure you're thrilled to hear that.
00:00:10.480 The Republicans in the House of Representatives eked out a majority in the midterm elections,
00:00:16.160 defying their very own expectations of a red wave. And like good Republicans are wont to do,
00:00:22.740 they rewarded themselves for failure and minimal performance.
00:00:26.200 They did so with the nomination of the House Minority Leader to seek the office of Speaker of the House,
00:00:32.560 this rather than seek new winning leadership.
00:00:35.760 That's right, the House Republicans voting to nominate Kevin McCarthy to be their Speaker.
00:00:41.480 To gauge how remarkable winning this nomination truly is, let's take a look at the math.
00:00:47.700 On average, since World War II, the party that's out of the White House gains 26 seats.
00:00:54.260 26. Didn't happen. Not close.
00:00:58.440 Typically, that party also gains, on average, four seats in the Senate.
00:01:02.860 Again, didn't happen.
00:01:05.300 This year, the Republicans didn't gain any and may lose one seat,
00:01:10.340 depending on the outcome of the December 6th Georgia Senate runoff.
00:01:15.080 So what did the Republican Party learn in all of this?
00:01:18.740 That only one congressman was willing to challenge McCarthy.
00:01:22.480 Congressman Andy Biggs.
00:01:24.720 And McCarthy won that battle.
00:01:27.000 But the battle may not be entirely over.
00:01:30.160 There are some who think McCarthy has been bloodied by his performance in the election
00:01:34.900 and that the political battles to ascend to the Speakership will defeat his ambition.
00:01:41.540 We also learn Mitch McConnell is at liberty to do whatever suits him and his minions.
00:01:46.940 Many Republicans upset with McConnell.
00:01:49.120 McConnell spent donor money to defeat Trump-endorsed candidates in New Hampshire, Arizona, and Pennsylvania
00:01:56.420 and refused to fund candidates in battleground state Nevada.
00:02:01.620 McConnell put his petty political and personal agenda well ahead of winning the Senate.
00:02:07.400 And it costs the Republicans dearly.
00:02:09.900 But what will it cost McConnell?
00:02:12.100 Will it ultimately cost him anything?
00:02:14.500 We'll have to wait and see.
00:02:16.640 But I should note there are definitely different atmospherics in both the House and Senate GOP conferences now.
00:02:25.280 And that could be good for the party and great for the country.
00:02:29.820 Two leaders.
00:02:30.700 California Rhino McCarthy and Kentucky Rhino McConnell.
00:02:35.720 Good luck, Republicans.
00:02:37.680 Republican fortunes improved this week, though.
00:02:40.080 President Trump announcing he is running for president.
00:02:44.160 And we all know that means the next two years will be a lot more interesting and entertaining as a result.
00:02:50.960 It also means that the man who did so much for America and our citizens is willing to serve the nation one more time.
00:02:58.680 And for that, we should all, and I mean all, Americans should be grateful.
00:03:03.240 Trump is a man who's been the target of the Marxist Dems and Deep State for more than six years.
00:03:10.020 They've politically prosecuted him.
00:03:11.860 They've persecuted him.
00:03:13.220 They fear him more than any other.
00:03:15.700 And this time, the American people know that the FBI and the Department of Justice are politically corrupt.
00:03:22.860 That corruption rancid and pervasive throughout the federal government,
00:03:27.560 including many of our intelligence agencies and the Pentagon.
00:03:31.140 And that is an important piece of public knowledge that will help the president this time and which was a disservice to him the last.
00:03:41.120 Importantly, President Trump this time knows who his friends are and who his enemies are.
00:03:46.600 He'll be building a strong and talented political organization to win the Republican nomination and then the presidency
00:03:54.160 and bring to Washington those who will serve the nation and roll back the deep state and defeat the Marxist Dems.
00:04:02.000 And yes, the RINOs as well.
00:04:05.520 We now know that the Republicans have won by a narrow margin the House, one of the slimmest margins of victory in American history.
00:04:13.220 The same is true in the Senate.
00:04:14.920 And we've also had a second election in a row in which anomalies and irregularities and charges of cheating have sullied the result.
00:04:24.360 And now begins the struggle to right the nation, to secure our borders, to stop the cartels,
00:04:30.760 to restore, we hope, decency and education to our public schools, law and order,
00:04:36.900 to reform our government, to build prosperity for all, and to get about the business of making America great again.
00:04:45.540 Together.
00:04:46.380 We have a lot of work to do to rationalize our public policy,
00:04:50.160 to reorganize our political system that is now dysfunctional and a society that is fractured and in profound need of repair.
00:04:58.840 To take up all of this, we have with us attorney Mike Davis.
00:05:02.180 He's head of the Article III Project, conservative activist.
00:05:05.600 Mike, great to have you with us here, as always.
00:05:08.720 Let's start with the election.
00:05:10.540 What in the world happened and what kind of result is this almost perfectly even division of our legislature?
00:05:18.380 Well, it was disappointing for sure, Lou.
00:05:20.800 I think the big problem is that there are a couple of problems.
00:05:24.760 The big problem is that we have election season in this country instead of election day.
00:05:31.340 And we saw going into the election that House Republicans had a sizable lead over House Democrats,
00:05:39.180 at least six percentage points, which would lead everyone to believe, including the Democrats,
00:05:45.400 that a red wave was coming.
00:05:47.180 And that red-white wave never materialized across the country.
00:05:52.060 And Republicans are barely going to take back the House.
00:05:56.840 And the problem is that with these elections, with election season where we have several weeks of early voting and mail voting,
00:06:07.400 it does not reflect the will of the people anymore.
00:06:11.360 It is about the Democrats using their labor unions and their machine to go find every vote that they can and turn in those votes.
00:06:19.340 And we need to change this until we change these election laws where we have election day with limited mail-in voting like they've done in Florida.
00:06:32.300 We're going to see this across the country.
00:06:34.500 We're going to see Republican states turn from deep red to deep blue all across the country.
00:06:40.380 I lived in Colorado for 10 years before I got sucked back into the swamp with Justice Gorsuch's confirmation.
00:06:46.760 And in less than a decade, Colorado went from a deep red state to a deep blue state because of all-mail ballots.
00:06:55.560 Unless Republicans get the backbone to change that, we're going to lose across the country.
00:07:01.940 And I don't want to hear the Democrats cry about democracy and disenfranchising voters.
00:07:07.600 We saw what they did on Election Day in Maricopa County.
00:07:10.760 All these machines, one-third of the machines went down on Election Day in Maricopa County for the supposed malfunction for several hours.
00:07:19.980 They went down, and it's disproportionately Republicans who show up on Election Day.
00:07:23.880 They waited in line for hours.
00:07:26.100 They were sent to other polling locations.
00:07:28.560 When they got to the other polling locations, they were told that they were already checked in at the other locations so they could not vote.
00:07:36.500 The Republicans filed a motion with the courts for a very reasonable brief extension of a few hours so these people can vote.
00:07:45.700 Senator Mark Kelly and other Democrats opposed that motion that the Democrat-appointed judge said,
00:07:53.480 no, these voters could not vote, and they disenfranchised these voters.
00:07:56.520 And the point is that, look, this early voting, this mail voting is bad.
00:08:02.320 It's bad for our country.
00:08:03.320 It's wrong.
00:08:03.660 But Republicans need to stop being stupid and tying both hands behind our back and telling our voters to only show up on Election Day.
00:08:12.280 What we need to do is play by the Democrats' rules, win these elections, and then change the rules so this doesn't happen again.
00:08:18.300 You know, I agree with you up to a point, the point where I guess I believe we learned all of these lessons in 2020.
00:08:29.260 We learned about mail-in ballots.
00:08:31.660 We learned about taking tactical advantage.
00:08:34.260 We learned about strategic advantage as well, whether it's bringing in the 51 veterans of the intelligence services to sign a silly letter that's an outright lie for a presidential candidate that gave him cover in a presidential debate and changed history.
00:08:53.320 I mean, we know all that they're trying to do and much of what they accomplish each election.
00:08:59.180 We don't have intelligent political leadership, whether it's Mitch McConnell, whether it is Kevin McCarthy, or Ronna McDaniel.
00:09:07.640 They are the three amigos of disaster.
00:09:10.940 They are absolutely incompetent.
00:09:14.020 They are all losers, and they've got to go.
00:09:16.920 Anybody who supports the Republican Party, if they're still there, when the new Congress convenes, those three people,
00:09:24.520 I'm seriously thinking, Mike, that I'm not going to be a Republican.
00:09:29.940 I'm not going to attach my name to this kind of ignorance, just utter stupidity on the part of leadership.
00:09:38.320 And by the way, every one of them is a rhino.
00:09:41.660 And tell me, Mike, do the Democrats have dinos?
00:09:45.260 Because I don't think they do.
00:09:46.620 We're the only party that brings in a little separate group of people who are basically Democrats, and then many of them get to be leaders.
00:09:56.620 I mean, that's just sheer madness on the part of the Republican Party.
00:10:00.180 You're talking about stupid?
00:10:01.980 The Republican Party, once again, is demonstrating stupid in this election, don't you think?
00:10:08.620 Well, I would say this.
00:10:09.860 There is definitely a unit party in Washington, D.C., and it needs to end.
00:10:14.180 The Republicans need to pick a side.
00:10:17.120 They need to understand that there are real Americans in the real world who are paying attention to what they're doing,
00:10:23.900 and these uniparty Republicans need to stop following the special interest in Washington,
00:10:29.820 stop siding with Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple with big tech as they're censoring, silencing, deplatforming, canceling conservatives.
00:10:38.700 So I have no problem with your call for a fresh look at leadership.
00:10:46.280 Let me say this about Mitch McConnell.
00:10:47.680 I worked very closely with Mitch McConnell in the Senate when I was the chief counsel for nominations to then-Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley from my home state of Iowa.
00:10:58.080 And I'll tell you that Mitch McConnell, I worked very closely with him for two years.
00:11:01.860 Mitch McConnell was rock solid on judges.
00:11:04.980 We would not have gotten through the judges that we got through for President Trump if it weren't for Mitch McConnell and Chuck Grassley being rock solid.
00:11:12.180 And that is particularly true for the nomination of Justice Kavanaugh.
00:11:16.480 If either McConnell or Grassley would have blinked at all, that nomination would have certainly failed.
00:11:24.280 Democrats would have won back the Senate in 2018 instead.
00:11:28.240 Republicans knocked out several Democrat incumbents and picked up two Senate seats.
00:11:33.140 We would have lost the Supreme Court.
00:11:35.900 We would have lost the presidential election.
00:11:37.920 We would have lost the country.
00:11:39.220 It was a huge, huge, huge leadership test.
00:11:43.660 And Mitch McConnell and Chuck Grassley delivered on that leadership test in 2018.
00:11:48.200 So I personally like Mitch McConnell because I've worked with him and I know him.
00:11:53.020 He has a tough job because his job as the leader of the Senate Republicans is to lead all 50 Republicans.
00:11:59.580 So he does things that he may not like, but he has to do it because maybe Lisa Murkowski or Susan Collins or someone else demands that he does something.
00:12:08.760 I always say that being the Senate Republican leader is like your job is to herd schizophrenic cats called unruly schizophrenic cats called Senate Republicans.
00:12:20.240 So he has a tough job.
00:12:21.300 I will say, though, that once primary voters make a decision, whether you like that decision or not, your job is to help your party win.
00:12:29.700 And your job is to put the resources into these races to make sure that your party wins.
00:12:35.360 And so if you don't win, you're going to get all the credit if the party wins.
00:12:39.620 Maybe you should have some self-reflection if the party loses.
00:12:43.260 And so that's what I would say about Senator Mitch McConnell.
00:12:46.260 I do think he's going to win this leadership fight at the end of the day because a lot of Senate Republicans like him and respect him and like the fact that he leads and takes a lot of bullets for them.
00:12:57.220 But I understand your point, Lou, that we need to, you know, that people need to own up to the mistakes that were made over this last election.
00:13:04.740 And as for Ronna McDaniel, I don't know her, so I just I don't I can't weigh in there.
00:13:13.380 I will say that Harmeet Dillon is a warrior lawyer out in San Francisco.
00:13:18.780 I would love to recruit Harmeet Dillon if her husband and her would move to D.C.
00:13:22.940 If we could borrow them for two years, I would love to see Harmeet Dillon have a very senior role in the Republican National Committee.
00:13:30.740 She knows how to fight.
00:13:31.740 She's a brilliant legal mind.
00:13:33.120 She's great on TV and she's not a reno.
00:13:36.260 She's not a limp.
00:13:36.920 She knows how to fight.
00:13:38.080 As for Kevin McCarthy, who knows what's going to happen with him?
00:13:40.640 He may just implode under his own weight.
00:13:42.880 This is the kind of leadership that the Democratic Party doesn't have.
00:13:49.720 They are united.
00:13:50.820 They are uniformly together on their their goals, their purpose, their elections.
00:13:56.380 They come together and they mean to win.
00:13:59.060 I would say this, the same people complaining about candidate quality backed Charlie Crist over Marco Rubio in the 2010 Florida Senate Republican primary.
00:14:11.100 And we wouldn't have all star senators like Ted Cruz, Mike Lee and Rand Paul if the D.C. insiders instead of actual voters picked our Senate candidates.
00:14:25.080 And so I understand it's a tricky balance.
00:14:27.120 I think my biggest gripe with Senate leadership right now is once Republican primary voters picked the candidates, the primaries over, it's time to get on board and do everything you can to win.
00:14:41.280 And there are Supreme Court nominees who I may or may not have wanted, but once they're picked or lower court nominees, once they're picked, it's time to get on board and get them confirmed.
00:14:52.160 Once Senate primary candidates or Senate candidates are picked in the primary, it's time to get on board and do everything you can to help them win.
00:15:00.720 Absolutely. And Mitch McConnell, as you know, basically cratered the the chances of three important candidates to to succeed to the Senate.
00:15:14.080 And I and I think it's just utterly unforgivable as I do about Kevin McCarthy, who was trying who was picking winners and losers with the the money machine that is the Republican House campaign committee.
00:15:31.700 Awful, disgusting. And there have to be changes or no Republican.
00:15:36.440 No Republican should even think about contributing a dime to this party again.
00:15:41.960 Let's turn to this election and why in the world we have not at this point come to terms with an election that means we're going to see a very fine balance in the in the balance of power in the House of Representatives, whether it becomes Democratic, stays Democrat or becomes Republican.
00:16:06.260 We have a different atmospheric. This is tribal. This is primitive.
00:16:13.040 It is it is absolutely in your face. Raw politics. I don't know where we're headed. Do you?
00:16:21.820 Well, like we talked about earlier, we have to get rid of these are these mail ballots, what they did. Democrats and weak, stupid rhinos went along with this notion that we have COVID.
00:16:37.100 So therefore, we can illegally change election laws under our Constitution elections for the time, place and manner for federal elections, president, Senate, House races is set by state legislatures, not unelected boards, not not Supreme State Supreme Court justices, state legislatures or Congress.
00:16:59.880 Congress can override that. Congress can override that. What we saw during COVID is is we have these these Democrats and weak Republicans use COVID as an excuse to illegally change these state election laws and they mailed ballots out to an entire list of voters, even if those were college students who had moved, even if those are people who have died.
00:17:21.300 I live in D.C. I live in D.C., unfortunately. I got a ballot in the last election of the 2020 election for someone who had died eight years prior who lived in my house before I bought it.
00:17:32.800 So the only thing stopping me from taking that ballot and filling it out and sending it in is you have signature verification that doesn't work a good deal of the time or election observers.
00:17:45.360 And what Democrats did is not only did they go to all mail ballots with the 2020 election blaming COVID, this illegal change in our election systems across the country, then they got rid of signature verification.
00:17:58.860 They turned signature verification on these machines down to the point where it was meaningless.
00:18:04.100 And then they said because of COVID, you couldn't have Republican election observers look at this process.
00:18:10.860 And so the Republican election observers, those are the evidence gatherers.
00:18:14.620 If there were irregularities with the election, those are the people who are supposed to gather the evidence to go to court.
00:18:19.620 I did this for five election cycles when I lived in Colorado with all mail ballots.
00:18:25.180 If you get rid of the election observers, you have no one to gather evidence to go into court.
00:18:29.940 And so when you go into court after the 2020 election and say, look, there were all these irregularities, and then the judges say, well, they, you know, you don't have evidence.
00:18:38.960 Well, it's because the Democrats threw out the evidence gatherers, and we need to learn our mistakes from this election.
00:18:45.480 And some places did, like down in Florida, the Florida Republicans with Governor DeSantis, they changed the election laws.
00:18:52.260 And so these shenanigans don't happen in Florida, and we saw with Florida that DeSantis was able to win by 20 points down there when in other states it was a lot closer than it should have been.
00:19:03.940 We even lost when we should have won.
00:19:05.600 And I think a big driver of this is because of these all-mail ballots.
00:19:09.960 There's no question.
00:19:11.220 This is a constitutional republic.
00:19:13.400 I don't have to tell you this.
00:19:15.200 This is not a democracy.
00:19:17.020 And what we are watching is that constitutional republic is sinking every day that passes, and it is going to emerge as something entirely different.
00:19:29.000 Your thoughts on that?
00:19:32.180 You're absolutely right.
00:19:34.780 Again, House Republicans were up six to seven points on this election.
00:19:40.740 It should have been a red wave.
00:19:41.940 It should have been a tsunami for House Republicans, and House Republicans are barely clinging onto power in the House, maybe 219 when you need 218 to have a majority.
00:19:51.900 If we don't change these all – not only are they going to all-mail ballots or going to rank-choice voting, they're trying to make it where elections are not about the will of the American people.
00:20:03.760 It's about pure power and Democrats' ability to go hunt down votes and deliver it.
00:20:08.840 And we have to change the system like they did in Florida.
00:20:12.720 Every state should do that Florida election model, every governor, every state legislature, because we're going to lose our country.
00:20:20.500 You're going to see these red states like Colorado, like Nevada, like Arizona.
00:20:25.220 They're going to start falling like dominoes if we don't start to fix these election laws.
00:20:29.920 And, by the way, I didn't mention it, but mentioning California, Harvey Dillon, I think, would be good.
00:20:39.300 I think that there should be a number of choices from which to draw for a Republican National Committee chair.
00:20:46.920 Why can't people see what is obvious before their very eyes?
00:20:51.280 Well, I think another problem with the election is we get that Biden is bad and he was very unpopular and the Democrat policies were unpopular, and that's good.
00:21:01.880 That was a good thing to run on.
00:21:03.780 But we also should have had a positive agenda, an alternative agenda, and what Republicans would do if we were given power in the House and the Senate.
00:21:12.800 And I think that was missing.
00:21:14.360 One of the things that Republicans must do in the House, if we win back the House, which looks likely now, is we have to have oversight over the Justice Department.
00:21:25.320 We have to have oversight over the Department of Homeland Security.
00:21:29.080 These two agencies have been politicized and weaponized beyond recognition.
00:21:34.000 You talked about the DOJ and the FBI.
00:21:35.640 This FBI, this DOJ, they will send the full force of the FBI to hunt down every Trump supporter who trespassed and took selfies on the Senate floor on January 6th and many others, right, under this insurrection theory.
00:21:54.480 And they will put them in solitary confinement and lock them up before their trials for over a year, and yet they will not do anything about the abortion industry activists who are obstructing justice by threatening, intimidating Supreme Court justices and their families outside of their homes.
00:22:17.920 They're giving amnesty to those abortion activists, yet they're going after, you know, they're going, these abortion activists are firebombing Catholic churches and firebombing pro-life pregnancy centers, yet they're sending the FBI, the Justice Department, after pro-life Christians who are praying outside of abortion clinics.
00:22:39.360 This cannot continue, you can't have President Biden, his son Hunter, and President Biden's brother James get amnesty for absolute, blatant, illegal foreign corruption by taking money from Ukraine and China while Joe Biden was the vice president.
00:22:57.220 Yet we're going to send the FBI and the Justice Department, after every Trump supporter, after President Trump's senior aides like the White House chief of staff, Mark Meadows, the senior outside advisor, Steve Bannon, the trade director, Peter Navarro, even White House counsel, the president, Pat Cipollone, you're going to wait 250 years of constitutional executive privilege to get Trump.
00:23:21.640 We're even going after Trump for having presidential records at Mar-a-Lago, which he absolutely has the right to have under the Presidential Records Act.
00:23:30.440 They've weaponized it. We have two systems of justice in America, and this cannot continue.
00:23:35.440 Unfortunately, I think we have only one system of justice. It's a corrupt one.
00:23:41.280 And I want to put what you said in the active voice. Who is it that corrupted it?
00:23:47.740 Who are the corrupt leaders of the Justice Department, the FBI, and the White House?
00:23:54.680 We know who they are. And too many people want to speak in the passive voice.
00:24:00.580 These are crooks and criminals that people this administration.
00:24:07.120 It is rancid from top to bottom, whether we're talking about the FBI or the Department of Justice.
00:24:12.900 There are no holdouts, it appears. There are a handful of whistleblowers, thank God, who have stepped forward, and God bless them.
00:24:21.240 But I mean, we're talking about tens of thousands of people and dozens of people have stepped forward as whistleblowers.
00:24:29.000 And our Congress and our committees have done so little, it's just sickening.
00:24:34.480 And when we talk about this corruption, when we talk about the direction, as long as we leave these three people in place,
00:24:42.900 Ronna McDaniel, Kevin McCarthy, and Mitch McConnell, nothing will happen because they are powerless to take action.
00:24:52.180 Absolutely powerless.
00:24:53.420 And that is the result of what they did to Republican candidates in this midterm election,
00:25:00.140 in which we had an opportunity to change the trajectory of history, and we chose, obviously, not to.
00:25:08.440 This leadership chose not to.
00:25:11.540 I just think we have to be much better, and we have to take on the tough issues of replacing the leadership of the Republican Party,
00:25:19.860 because it serves no one now except the Marxist Dems, who are already in control of our government.
00:25:28.000 And it's just such a shame.
00:25:30.220 What do you think?
00:25:32.280 Well, I'll tell you, a star of this election, a rising star in the Republican Party is Elise Stefanik from New York.
00:25:39.940 She helped recruit and fund those New York congressional races, along with Lee Zeldin,
00:25:45.700 the gubernatorial candidate that helped Republicans to win the House majority and save our country by the narrowest of margins.
00:25:54.560 So I hope when they have these leadership discussions in the House that people understand that Elise Stefanik is a rising star.
00:26:02.360 And she was the first congressional leader to come out and endorse President Trump for 2024.
00:26:08.580 I think people need to look at Elise Stefanik for a very senior House leadership position.
00:26:15.960 I couldn't agree more.
00:26:18.040 We always give our guests the last word.
00:26:20.900 And, Mike, if you will, your concluding thoughts.
00:26:23.560 Well, I appreciate that everything you do, I think it's really, really, really important that Republicans,
00:26:30.220 conservatives get behind Herschel Walker for his runoff race in Georgia on December 6th.
00:26:35.680 The reason it's so important is if Herschel Walker wins, it will be a 50-50 Senate.
00:26:41.980 And that means there has to be a power-sharing agreement between Republicans and Democrats.
00:26:47.000 It also means that Republicans, if there is a radical Supreme Court or other judicial nominee that Biden and Democrats are trying to jam down our throats,
00:26:56.180 they can walk out, they can grind the Senate to a halt because you need 51 senators in order to have a quorum.
00:27:02.900 This is a critical, bright-glass Senate race down in Georgia.
00:27:08.680 And we have to win this race because if Democrats get 51 votes instead of 50-50, they don't need a power-sharing agreement.
00:27:17.400 And we could see Democrats nuke the legislative filibuster, meaning it goes from 60 votes down to 51 votes.
00:27:23.840 And they can try to pack the Supreme Courts.
00:27:27.520 They can try to add states like Puerto Rico with more Democrat senators.
00:27:32.380 They can really destroy our country.
00:27:34.160 So we cannot do what we did in 2020, which is sit back and watch and lose these Georgia Senate runoffs.
00:27:41.680 We have to support Herschel Walker.
00:27:43.620 If we want a fighting chance to stop President Trump's record-smashing transformation of the federal judiciary,
00:27:50.380 including potentially the Supreme Court, it will all be lost if the Democrats, if the Marxists left, win the federal judiciary.
00:27:57.220 That is our last line of defense, and we need to protect it.
00:28:00.400 That means getting out there and supporting Herschel Walker.
00:28:02.360 Would you be surprised if Mitch McConnell showed up in Georgia supporting Herschel Walker?
00:28:10.720 I hope that Donald Trump, Ron DeSantis, I hope every Republican in this country gets behind Herschel Walker so we can get him over the finish line and we can have a 50-50 Senate.
00:28:27.160 Remember, we have Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin who are in cycle.
00:28:31.200 They're up for re-election in 2024.
00:28:33.960 We can keep tremendous pressure on Joe Manchin who faces a very tough re-election in West Virginia if it's only a 50-50.
00:28:41.740 If Joe Manchin is the deciding votes, we can stop radical judicial nominees if Herschel Walker wins and we have a 50-50 Senate.
00:28:49.680 If it's 51-49, it doesn't matter at that point what Joe Manchin does.
00:28:54.160 In order to save the federal judiciary from radical judicial nominees, we need to have Herschel Walker win on December 2nd.
00:29:03.700 Mike Davis, as always, thanks for being with us.
00:29:06.080 Great American, and God bless you.
00:29:08.500 Thank you, Lou.
00:29:09.140 I appreciate it.
00:29:10.200 Thanks, everybody, for being with us today.
00:29:12.060 Here tomorrow will be Russ Vogt, the president of the Center for the Renewing of America.
00:29:16.820 Please join us here tomorrow for all of that and more.
00:29:20.600 Till then, thanks, and God bless you, and may God bless America.
00:29:25.260 All right.
