00:00:33.800 Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show.
00:00:36.980 Good of you to be with us.
00:00:38.160 Welcome.
00:00:38.440 Well, new emails obtained by the House Ways and Means Committee show that the CIA prevented the DOJ from questioning Hunter Biden's sugar brother, Kevin Morris.
00:00:51.600 Morris was to be questioned as a witness in the probe of Hunter Biden, but the CIA stopped all of that.
00:00:58.820 How did they do that?
00:00:59.900 The new revelations come from the emails of IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley.
00:01:05.280 During a prosecution team conference call around late August of that year, Assistant U.S. Attorney Leslie Wolfe told the team that she and DOJ tax attorney Jack Morgan had recently returned from CIA headquarters in Langley.
00:01:23.380 They had been summoned to the headquarters to talk about none other than Hollywood hotshot lawyer Kevin Morris.
00:01:30.700 Wolf stated they were provided a classified briefing in relation to Morris, and as a result, they could no longer pursue him as a witness.
00:01:40.880 And just like that, presto, talking to Morris was off the table.
00:01:46.160 It begs the question, why was the CIA intervening in a simple tax fraud case?
00:01:52.840 And we may never know.
00:01:54.500 Marxist attorney General Merrick Garland, though, has had a big role in all of this, responding to the latest unsealed documents that showed Garland approved the use of deadly force in the FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago.
00:02:10.560 Garland disputed that document that is written in black and white, by the way, saying, quote,
00:02:15.520 That allegation is false, and it is extremely dangerous.
00:02:20.600 The document that has been referred to in the allegation is the Justice Department's standard policy limiting the use of force, said Garland.
00:02:29.340 Bull.
00:02:30.500 So, first, Garland calls it an allegation, then a sentence later calls it standard operating procedure.
00:02:37.480 So, which one is it?
00:02:39.140 These liars just keep tripping themselves up, and they've had so much practice you wouldn't think that would happen.
00:02:44.680 President Trump, in a recent interview with Katz and Cosby's podcast, revealing that Joe Biden had requested their upcoming presidential debate be both without an audience and both debaters be sitting down.
00:03:00.720 We're all set up for a debate.
00:03:02.760 And if he gets through the debate, they'll say it was brilliant.
00:03:05.460 It was gracious, you know.
00:03:06.980 She gets through the debate.
00:03:08.380 But if he does, we have a debate.
00:03:10.740 I hear now we're sitting at tables.
00:03:12.000 I don't want to sit at a table.
00:03:13.120 I said, no, let's stand.
00:03:14.680 But they want to sit at a table.
00:03:16.880 So we'll be sitting at a table as opposed to, you know, doing it the way you should be, in my opinion, in a debate.
00:03:23.580 You walk out to a podium and you stand for an hour and a half or two hours.
00:03:27.560 But they have him sitting at a table.
00:03:29.400 So that's not so good.
00:03:30.460 I just heard that.
00:03:31.260 That was another one of their many.
00:03:33.200 But I agree to their request because I want to debate this.
00:03:35.640 I want to debate him.
00:03:36.640 President Trump seems very eager to just get Biden to that debate stage no matter what he does.
00:03:42.880 He's accepted some, well, disadvantageous terms.
00:03:46.860 I want to get our guest's take on all of this.
00:03:49.800 Our guest is Roger Stone, top Republican strategist, longtime aide to President Trump, host of the Stone Zone podcast.
00:03:58.580 And now here is Roger Stone.
00:04:00.840 Roger, great to have you with us.
00:04:02.540 Thanks for joining us.
00:04:03.540 And I don't know where to start right now.
00:04:07.860 There's so much going on and it's all crazy.
00:04:10.460 But so I'm going to start with President Trump revealing on a podcast that the Biden White House asked him if the two debaters could sit down for that arduous confrontation.
00:04:25.280 I mean, this gets worse and worse for this guy.
00:04:29.460 Well, look, President Trump has already accepted terms that I think are advantageous to Joe Biden.
00:04:36.340 The idea that CNN can turn off President Trump's microphone while Joe Biden is speaking, frankly, interrupts President Trump's debate style.
00:04:45.960 I'm interested in a debate back and forth.
00:04:48.140 I'm not interested in one can statement, then another can statement, then another can statement.
00:04:53.360 We want to see these guys mix it up.
00:04:55.600 That's what the American people want.
00:04:57.320 That's a great American political tradition in this country.
00:05:00.820 Politics ain't beanbag.
00:05:03.000 And the president, President Trump, is so anxious to get at Joe Biden and his miserable record that I think he has agreed to terms that are disadvantageous to him, such as the one I just referred to, no studio audience.
00:05:18.360 He has Jake Tapper and Dana Bash as the moderators.
00:05:26.200 It means it's three on one, Biden plus the two of them versus Donald Trump.
00:05:31.320 And now Joe is so feeble, he can't even stand up through an entire debate.
00:05:36.340 So I like the president, President Trump's suggestion, which is Joe Biden should be subjected to drug testing prior to the debate, because if that State of the Union performance was any indicator, he sure looked hopped up on something to me.
00:05:52.760 Well, higher than a kite, however, President Trump said it.
00:05:56.960 He's right.
00:05:57.840 I mean, I couldn't believe this man was the same fellow that we'd just seen for the two months previous.
00:06:03.920 Suddenly he shows up there and he is bouncing off the walls for crying out loud.
00:06:09.240 There's no question he's on something when he has these brief moments of lucidity.
00:06:14.600 Do you think I think it's and you can kind of see him wind down.
00:06:19.220 In other words, you can see what happens when whatever medication they have him on to keep him more alert begins to wear off.
00:06:26.240 He begins to fade.
00:06:28.260 I don't think this guy could do an hour long debate, to tell you the truth.
00:06:31.820 So we shall see as this goes forward.
00:06:34.600 But I really think that Biden here was caught by surprise.
00:06:38.700 He made this challenge confident that Trump would say no.
00:06:42.780 Then he would have said, oh, I offered to debate, but Trump wouldn't do it.
00:06:46.400 So the debate question's over.
00:06:48.040 He would feel immune from an attack by President Trump that he that Biden refused to debate.
00:06:54.560 Surprise.
00:06:55.820 Trump is a brawler and I don't care what the debate rules are.
00:06:59.380 I think he'll come out on top in debate.
00:07:02.180 I couldn't agree more.
00:07:03.420 And as we're watching what is happening with this, this White House, everything, the wheels are coming off.
00:07:11.320 The the the visibility now into the corruption in this White House, in the Department of Justice, the FBI.
00:07:19.780 It's been pretty vivid.
00:07:21.000 But once you start authorizing deadly force for the FBI, its SWAT teams in a raid on the president's estate, Mar-a-Lago,
00:07:33.540 you've just gotten to the point where the American people are going to tell you to go to hell, I believe.
00:07:40.160 Well, look, I'm not a former president.
00:07:41.900 But, Louis, I'm sure you remember on January 25th, 2019, I opened my front door looking down the barrel of three M4 fully automatic assault weapons pointed at my head by FBI agents.
00:07:55.360 Completely unnecessary.
00:07:57.500 For the first time, nonviolent alleged crime of lying to Congress.
00:08:02.900 An absurdity.
00:08:04.120 All they had to do, of course, was contact my lawyer and I would have turned myself in and saved the taxpayers one point one million dollars, which was the cost of the raid on my home.
00:08:15.980 Also mentioned that my wife, who is virtually deaf without hearing aids, she woke up looking down the barrel of two assault weapons.
00:08:24.880 She didn't know it was a home invasion.
00:08:27.200 She had no idea what had transpired because, of course, she cannot hear.
00:08:31.620 So, this is not new for them.
00:08:34.580 These are bully tactics, but very, very concerning.
00:08:39.140 Now, President Trump was not in Florida at the time of the raid.
00:08:42.840 Those who say, oh, this was a planned assassination attempt, I think that's taking it a bit far.
00:08:48.500 But unnecessary to have the show of force or the authority to use deadly force when you're going in looking for documents.
00:08:57.240 Makes you wonder, Lou, what document is it that they're concerned about?
00:09:02.720 What document is it that Donald Trump had that they don't want the American people to see?
00:09:07.780 That's the question I keep asking.
00:09:09.880 Yeah, and as do I.
00:09:11.400 Actually, I've convinced myself they didn't get it in that raid, in the first raid, and that the president has whatever document it is they're seeking safely stashed somewhere.
00:09:27.080 I'm hoping that's the case because of just the brutality of what they attempted and the absolute lawless FBI that is corrupt.
00:09:36.880 I used to say there are good people within the FBI, and I'm sure there are, but, man, they're not very visible, are they?
00:09:44.280 It is pretty shocking.
00:09:46.540 I think the judge in the Florida documents case has done the public an enormous service.
00:09:51.240 She's, of course, being attacked because she was appointed by Donald Trump.
00:09:54.660 That doesn't make much sense because the judge who sat in judgment on General Flynn, on Paul Manafort, on myself, they were all appointed by Barack Obama.
00:10:04.140 And, of course, the whole Russian collusion hoax was born in his office with him present.
00:10:09.880 But you didn't see people saying, oh, well, that judge was appointed by Obama, so it's inappropriate for him to sit in these trials.
00:10:16.700 Again, the two-tiered justice system.
00:10:20.700 One of my favorites, Richard Nixon argued that his tapes, the famous Watergate tapes, White House tapes, were his personal property, and they were protected by executive privilege.
00:10:32.180 Executive privilege was respected by the U.S. Supreme Court for hundreds of years until the question of Richard Nixon's tapes arose.
00:10:41.200 And then I frankly think Nixon versus Fitzgerald was wrongly decided because of the political hysteria of the times.
00:10:48.860 Now, however, the Congress has sent a subpoena for the audio tape of Joe Biden's interview with the special counsel, Robert Herr, and the White House is refusing to turn it over, claiming executive privilege.
00:11:03.780 Cannot have it both ways.
00:11:05.680 If it's good for Richard Nixon, then it's good for Joe Biden.
00:11:08.880 And do you think that the Supreme Court would reach that same conclusion?
00:11:15.380 I'm concerned that they would not, irrespective of the law, the Constitution, and the logic.
00:11:22.280 Well, it's almost an analogous situation.
00:11:25.160 I mean, the argument that's being made right now against release of the tape is, well, we have a transcript.
00:11:30.100 Nixon had released transcripts of all of his tapes as well.
00:11:33.000 The court said that was insufficient.
00:11:34.520 So going, I'm not an attorney, you know that, but going on the basis of precedent, it would seem logical to me that the court would be a kind of, would have to ultimately decide that the tape should be turned over, to have any kind of legal consistency whatsoever.
00:11:52.240 It's an interesting question, to say the least.
00:11:54.940 Absolutely.
00:11:55.680 We're talking with Roger Stone, and we're talking about history being made by, it seems, the day.
00:12:01.740 And it's not all good history.
00:12:04.860 Hopefully, the result in the next chapter will be very good indeed for the republic.
00:12:09.800 We'll be right back with Roger Stone.
00:12:11.460 Stay with us.
00:12:13.740 Folks, you know I beg everyone to get ready for the next crisis.
00:12:17.560 And when it comes, our lives will likely change overnight, whether it's natural disaster, war, or another disease.
00:12:24.840 We have to be ready as we can be.
00:12:26.720 We saw what happened in 2020 when we found ourselves dependent on global supply chains.
00:12:31.940 We're still dependent on China and other countries for more than 90% of all our pharmaceuticals.
00:12:37.360 With clusters of respiratory illnesses popping up around the world and here, we need to be prepared.
00:12:43.440 And now is the time to make certain you have what your family needs when the next crisis hits.
00:12:49.080 Our good friends, Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Drew Penske over at the Wellness Company have put together just what you and I need with the Wellness Company's Medical Emergency Kit.

00:13:45.340 Be ready tomorrow.
00:13:48.580 We're back now with Roger Stone.
00:13:50.940 And, Roger, this is a fascinating moment in history if one can maintain both a sense of proportion and irony and some sense of humor about what is happening.
00:14:07.080 But it's difficult always.
00:14:10.100 The CIA, it turns out, we now learned, blocked the Department of Justice from interviewing Hunter Biden's attorney, Kevin Morris, the Hollywood hotshot attorney who was also Hunter's sugar daddy.
00:14:25.620 And I thought, well, if they start doing that, what more could they do?
00:14:31.860 I mean, they are absolutely have taken the gloves off.
00:14:35.320 They're saying that nothing will happen to Biden and we will use the CIA, which now has superior power to the Department of Justice domestically.
00:14:46.100 This is getting rather nifty, isn't it?
00:14:49.860 Yeah, I think it's abundantly clear that the Department of Justice and the U.S. attorney in Delaware have sought to shield Hunter Biden.
00:14:58.840 It's interesting.
00:14:59.540 Biden's attorneys move that the tax case against him be dismissed, saying that Roger Stone, his wife, had been allowed to evade taxes.
00:15:09.200 Completely and totally false.
00:15:11.380 Lou, I do owe the IRS money.
00:15:13.020 There's no question about that.
00:15:14.700 I got no special break.
00:15:16.460 Three quarters of what I owe them is interest and penalties that they won't negotiate.
00:15:21.400 There's no tax evasion.
00:15:23.060 I reported every penny of income.
00:15:25.280 Hunter Biden failed to report almost $10 million in income.
00:15:30.320 I accurately, my wife and I, provided an accurate assessment of all our meager assets.
00:15:36.480 So, as the federal judge says, this is apples and oranges.
00:15:41.620 I, unfortunately, don't have a sugar daddy who can swoop in and write a $2 million check to pay my back taxes.
00:15:48.040 I will be paying for the rest of my life with interest and penalties.
00:15:52.340 Not so.
00:15:53.260 Hunter Biden, the U.S. attorney in Delaware, waited the five years to let the tax debt expire so that they could not bring an action,
00:16:02.080 whereas the Biden Justice Department moved against me because some of my back taxes were about to expire.
00:16:10.580 By the way, I made nine years of payments every month on time without fail.
00:16:15.560 So, any claim that I evaded taxes, completely false.
00:16:19.120 Well, and to see the heavy hand of a corrupt Department of Justice and, frankly, the Internal Revenue Service,
00:16:28.580 the brave whistleblowers notwithstanding from the IRS who've made a tremendous contribution to the public's right to know.
00:16:36.300 I mean, we're in terrible times in terms of the integrity, the ethics, and, frankly, whether or not they're law-abiding or renegades.
00:16:49.480 We're looking at a government right now that is politically corrupt to the bone.
00:16:54.660 Would you not agree?
00:16:56.080 It certainly appears that way.
00:16:58.740 Look, I'm a veteran of 45 years in American politics.
00:17:01.920 Today is a very special day because, as you'll remember, Lou, Ronald Reagan went to the South Bronx.
00:17:08.740 He was the last Republican presidential candidate to do so.
00:17:11.840 I was a major advocate for that campaign stop.
00:17:15.000 I worked to put the event together.
00:17:17.880 I really think it's important that, symbolically, that President Trump go to the South Bronx today.
00:17:25.260 It is symbolic of the fact that we're going to go into all of the cities, Milwaukee, Detroit, Miami, Philadelphia, and so on.
00:17:35.180 And the polls show that Trump's appeal in all those places is really substantial.
00:17:40.660 He's already making historic gains, and we haven't even gotten to the convention yet.
00:17:45.320 So I think this is a very important event today, and I'm really anxious to see how it works out.
00:17:52.780 Well, you and me both, and I'm sure millions and millions of other Americans as well, to see the president, President Trump, in the South Bronx after spending so much time in Manhattan with another political persecution authored by George Soros and the DOJ and White House, of course.
00:18:18.260 It is really something to see him to go there.
00:18:22.940 We've seen him in various venues, areas, but this could be the topper because he's already been cheered in Manhattan, which people didn't think would happen.
00:18:33.960 I think he's going to be cheered as well and loudly and with a great noise surrounding him.
00:18:43.820 Don't you?
00:18:44.520 First of all, I think he's going to have a huge crowd.
00:18:48.380 My understanding is that just folks who had confirmed their participation, the numbers were off the charts.
00:18:55.240 This, they tell me, is a little different.
00:18:56.540 It's not his standard rally.
00:18:58.080 There's no early admission or there's no VIP section.
00:19:01.700 It's more like a traditional campaign stop.
00:19:05.440 He's obviously going to have counter-protesters.
00:19:07.600 That's fine.
00:19:08.280 We believe in free speech anyway, even if they don't.
00:19:11.660 But I think he's going to have a huge crowd.
00:19:14.820 And look, the numbers don't lie.
00:19:16.920 He's making serious inroads among African-Americans.
00:19:20.500 He's making even more serious inroads at this point among Hispanic-Americans.
00:19:24.720 These are traditionally, as you know, Lou, solid Democratic coalition, Democrat coalition voter groups.
00:19:31.740 I think these folks are looking for prosperity.
00:19:35.920 They're looking for opportunity.
00:19:37.600 Say what they're not looking for, $4 a gallon gas.
00:19:40.740 That's what they're not looking for.
00:19:41.940 And Biden is just walking through this, seemingly sleepwalking through it.
00:19:50.060 There's not enough energy in the White House, whether brought by him or any of his Obama acolytes who round out the staff.
00:19:58.400 They're the substance of the staff.
00:20:00.180 We're looking at a president right now that has a brewing disaster on his hands, another one like Afghanistan.
00:20:11.400 A thousand of our troops in Niger being held hostage until at least September.
00:20:18.380 And the hostage ransom is a $100 million plus base we built there.
00:20:25.600 I don't understand how Biden can possibly, despite the support of the Marxist corporate media, I don't understand how he can withstand all that is being made known.
00:20:40.340 Well, look, I think there's substantial risk for him in a debate prior to the two nominating conventions.
00:20:46.740 This has never happened in history before.
00:20:49.240 And if he has a disastrous debate, which is highly likely, there's enough time to replace him at the upcoming Democratic National Convention.
00:21:00.620 It's interesting that Ohio is borrowing him from the ballot unless the Democratic National Committee files a certain document which certifies that he will be the nominee, which for some strange reason they're refusing to do.
00:21:14.300 So I've long thought that it was possible that Joe could withdraw prior to the convention, throw his delegates, you know, to the wind, basically release his delegates, and then the convention could work its will, could draft a candidate.
00:21:31.040 I've suggested that the most popular Democrat in the country is probably Michelle Obama.
00:21:37.980 Her husband's not eligible to be nominated again, but she is.
00:21:41.580 And I've suggested that as a very real possibility, which I still think is entirely possible.
00:21:47.940 Huge risk in going to this pre-convention debate.
00:21:52.400 But then Joe Biden is the one who issued the challenge.
00:21:55.680 Again, I think he's shocked that President Trump jumped on it and said, OK, pal, when and where?
00:22:02.160 And as we go to break here, what do you think?
00:22:06.060 Will he accept the drug challenge?
00:22:08.920 Not a chance in the world.
00:22:10.200 So, I mean, it is these guys are like two wrestlers kind of eyeing each other.
00:22:16.540 But Joe Biden is not up to this.
00:22:18.620 He's not he's not up to any kind of open format back and forth with Donald Trump.
00:22:23.860 So the truth is he'll be looking for a reason to avoid a debate.
00:22:28.480 Therefore, he could refuse to take a drug test, in which case Trump could dump the CNN debate and then start goading him about other debates.
00:22:35.600 Why you would go to a debate at CNN, I'm not certain, other than the fact that Joe issued the challenge and the president stepped right up.
00:22:45.660 That's not what they expected.
00:22:46.860 This was a this was a ploy and it was a ploy that failed.
00:22:50.040 Big time, big time.
00:22:52.920 We're talking with political strategist Roger Stone and a terrific American.
00:22:58.840 We're coming right back with him and his views on what what awaits us on the on the trip to November 5th.
00:23:08.180 We'll be right back.
00:23:09.320 Stay with us.
00:23:11.300 The Wellness Company and their doctors are medical professionals you can trust and their new medical emergency kits are the gold standard when it comes to keeping you safe and healthy.
00:23:19.460 This medical emergency kit contains an assortment of life saving medications, including ivermectin, Z-Pak.
00:23:25.360 Rest assured, knowing that you have emergency antibiotics, antivirals and antiparasitics on hand to help you and your family stay safe from whatever life throws at you next.
00:23:38.180 We're back.
00:23:45.440 We're talking with Roger Stone and Roger, again, really appreciate you taking time to join us.
00:23:50.520 I want to turn to Merrick Garland, who is now the villain of the piece, the film of the piece, P-I-E-C-E, as he is now no longer seen as the victim, which he obviously loves to project himself as.
00:24:07.080 He is now the dirty villain in so much, we find out in the entire run up to to Mar-a-Lago, the FBI raid in deadly force.
00:24:20.720 We find out, as you point out, you were met with a similar faces on the part of Justice Department, FBI officers at six in the morning.
00:24:33.840 This is so very different because they're projecting that this is just standard procedure.
00:24:42.680 They are insisting that there was nothing to this deadly force thing, but yet they had a medic with the SWAT units.
00:24:52.120 They had also a trauma center identified as the go-to trauma center for anyone wounded, injured, or otherwise.
00:25:01.280 This is quite different, and no one has ever had, no president has ever had a greeting like Mar-a-Lago got from the Department of Justice and the FBI.
00:25:14.320 This is pretty thin girl for them to try to keep insisting it's just another day at the Department of Justice.
00:25:23.500 Well, the other thing we clearly learned from the documents the judge ordered unredacted is when Joe Biden said he didn't know about this raid in advance, he was lying.
00:25:33.860 He knew all about it.
00:25:35.300 It's just another example of the lies that have been told.
00:25:39.360 The idea that a former president was going to be tried under the Espionage Act, which I don't even think is the governing law, you'll remember the judge, Amy Berman Jackson, who was the judge in my case, ruled that Bill Clinton could do anything with his presidential documents he wanted.
00:25:57.840 In fact, he could keep some of them in his sock drawer at home if he wanted to.
00:26:01.720 Why is it different for Donald Trump?
00:26:03.780 The governing law here, I think, is the Presidential Records Act, in which case the president can decide what to keep and what to send back to the National Archives.
00:26:13.340 There's more to this, Lou.
00:26:14.600 I don't know.
00:26:15.520 And I think it goes to the question of what document are we talking about?
00:26:19.300 Are these the Crossfire Hurricane files?
00:26:21.860 Is that what they're so anxious to get their hands on?
00:26:24.800 But the idea that the witnesses went to a grand jury in D.C., and then they took the transcript of the grand jury proceedings and played it for a Florida grand jury, so therefore the grand jurors had no opportunity to ask questions, in order to get an indictment within the proper jurisdiction, I can't find a lawyer who's ever heard of that happening ever previously.
00:26:50.980 And lawyers who I respect, a number of them have said, and they're Democrats as well, and some of them leading Democrats, they've said this is awful.
00:27:05.500 They admit that in private but won't say anything publicly.
00:27:08.660 And I think the shame is that we don't have leaders in this society of ours in 2024 who won't say this is a disgrace for the judiciary, it's a disgrace for the prosecutors, it is a disgrace for the Democratic Party, and the Republican Party can't find a voice, it seems, adequate to the threat to the republic.
00:27:32.900 Your thoughts as we wrap up here?
00:27:35.080 I think you're absolutely right.
00:27:36.020 Our problem today are not the screwball socialist Marxist Democrats.
00:27:41.520 We know exactly where they're coming from.
00:27:43.580 Our problem today are the gutless, feckless, weak-kneed, lily-livered, white-wine-swilling establishment Republicans who don't seem to have the courage to confront these issues.
00:27:57.920 We have, theoretically, the purse strings, but there's no effort to impound funding for the Department of Justice or for special counsel Jack Smith.
00:28:08.680 There's no appetite for that.
00:28:11.520 There doesn't really seem to be an appetite to impeach Joe Biden, although there's more than enough evidence to do so today.
00:28:18.100 Far more evidence than was ever considered in the successful efforts to file articles of impeachment against Donald Trump, which took, as I recall, six whole days.
00:28:30.740 Meanwhile, the Republicans continue to fritter and do nothing.
00:28:34.900 It's really disheartening and disgraceful.
00:28:37.800 I concur, absolutely.
00:28:41.700 Roger, always great to talk with you, always informative, and if I may use the word, fun.
