00:00:43.640 Both sides giving their closing arguments yesterday in the backward system of corrupt New York judiciary.

00:00:57.020 Far different from federal court when the defense gets the final word to the jury pool.

00:01:08.420 The jury will consider 34 counts, which carry a prison sentence combined of four years if convicted.

00:01:50.460 The judge in the Trump Mar-a-Lago documents case, a judge, in my opinion, with the highest integrity with regard to the rule of law.

00:01:59.580 Cannon Tuesday issuing yet another smackdown to the junkyard jackal special counsel, Jack Smith.

00:02:06.800 Judge Cannon denied Smith's request to gag President Trump, keeping him from criticizing law enforcement after it was revealed that Biden's DOJ tampered with evidence during the Mar-a-Lago raid.

00:02:20.200 Cannon also warning Smith and his team, if they keep overstepping their boundaries, sanctions will be on the way for the prosecutors.

00:02:30.500 That Mar-a-Lago case was, by the way, postponed indefinitely earlier this month by Judge Cannon.

00:02:36.340 She said there are too many outstanding pretrial motions and classified issues that have to be resolved, concluding a trial date can't even begin to be finalized at this point.

00:02:47.280 We're now inside of 160 days until the 2024 presidential election.

00:02:53.620 It seems not much has changed in many states regarding election rules and the process of voting despite the corruption of 2020.

00:03:02.760 Well, there are a few states that are an exception, Georgia, one of them.

00:03:06.780 So if nothing has changed and we have corrupt judges across the country interfering in our elections, how could 2024 be any different than 2020?

00:03:35.580 What is the latest in Georgia that you're following?

00:03:40.040 Georgia has turned into some kind of state and one that bears watching from all of us.

00:03:48.060 So just really briefly, we're starting to see a little bit of incremental success bit by bit as this new information drips out.

00:03:58.240 There are admissions, which essentially the good guys are forcing some of our opponents that you might call them inside of places like the election board to admit that there were instances of fraud.

00:04:14.860 So as you started to see places like Snopes and PolitiFact and FactCheck.org, these places have had to start changing their their fact check ratings on certain stories.

00:04:26.840 And I think you're going to start seeing that as more and more information comes out of places like Georgia.

00:04:33.680 And I do believe you're going to start to see some prosecutions, even at some of the states at the state state's attorneys general level.

00:04:42.300 And some of the district attorneys, the prosecuting attorneys in places like Virginia, they're called the Commonwealth attorneys are going to start prosecuting for election fraud.

00:04:53.440 I think that the American people are sick and tired of here we are.

00:04:57.860 This thing, the coup happened, the original coup, I'll call it.

00:05:00.880 That happened on November 3rd, 2020 is three and a half years later.

00:05:04.720 And we're going into another election.

00:05:06.280 And a lot of these systemic fundamental problems have not been fixed, Lou.

00:05:11.220 And so there's going to be a renewed hunger for that as we go into the election and then beyond.

00:05:17.640 It is the degree to which people follow the curling case in Georgia.

00:05:22.800 I think it is the seminal case, really, for this election cycle.

00:05:26.860 And Judge Amy Totenberg, we're waiting on her ruling after extraordinary theatrics in her courtroom, in which Alex Halderman, the University of Michigan expert on electronic voting, he, in point of fact, flipped a voting machine right in front of the judge and everybody.

00:05:49.840 I don't know how you get away from evidence that's that spectacular about the vulnerability of at least some electronic voting machines, but particularly those in Georgia.

00:06:01.240 Yes, sir.

00:06:02.480 And it's not just Dominion.

00:06:04.020 It's also.

00:06:05.480 And at the end of the day, there's only one reason that you would keep the source code that that runs those machines closed instead of open.

00:06:16.520 And that one reason everyone knows, OK, if you apply Hawkins razor is so that you can manipulate the count that goes in.

00:06:25.220 And there's a phrase that I think is worth bears repeating here, too.

00:06:28.740 And we're starting to see this in the big tech world as the big tech world exerts more and more control over our daily lives, literally minutes, minutes, second to second with these handhelds that we have in our hands.

00:06:40.580 It's called the ephemeral moment.

00:06:42.700 And what that is, is, you know, when you get a phone call, you have a record of that phone call or a text or an email.

00:06:47.820 You have a record of all those things.

00:06:49.200 Well, a lot of these push notes, you know what they are.

00:06:51.440 You see them on the top of the screen.

00:06:52.500 And if you don't click on it in two seconds, it's gone and you don't see it again.

00:06:55.060 And that's on purpose because they don't want to totally clutter up and ruin your whole life.

00:06:58.660 Well, that the crazy part about this is, is, Lou, with these ES&S machines where you have a touchscreen and you vote with a touchscreen,

00:07:04.820 as soon as you remove your finger from that glass, your vote is gone, just like you missed the notification on your phone and you didn't get to read the article or whatever they were trying to push you to.

00:07:17.040 That's how ephemeral, that's how nonexistent these votes are.

00:07:22.240 There is no ballot in a lot of these states.

00:07:24.040 West Virginia, for example.

00:07:25.140 There's others where it's a touchscreen.

00:07:30.220 And now we're supposed to trust closed source code to tell us maybe somewhere, possibly, potentially, there was another barcode that's not even in English printed out that's going to be proof of our vote.

00:07:43.520 Look, if Iraq can do purple ink on the finger elections, then why can't Georgia or Pennsylvania or Wisconsin or Michigan? 0.94

00:07:52.380 And one of the best arguments I've heard in all of this, and it's the simplest statement,

00:07:57.000 if you're counting votes, why do you need anything but an adding machine?

00:08:02.640 It's that straightforward.

00:08:08.180 What you do need is integrity.

00:08:10.200 And that is what we're lacking in too many places, far too many places in this country.

00:08:19.120 Amy Totenberg, federal district court judge.

00:08:21.740 She has done tremendous work on this.

00:08:25.120 I mean, she has, she dived in and didn't let go.

00:08:29.200 What do you think the outcome will be?

00:08:31.200 Have you got a sense of it?

00:08:33.740 Look, I have to say, it is heartening to see a jurist, a member of the bar, a judge, take a stand and actually dig the feet in.

00:08:44.780 I'm in the Tar Heel state.

00:08:45.880 This is what we do.

00:08:46.620 We have tar on our heels and we dig them in and we don't move.

00:08:49.700 It's good to see that.

00:08:51.720 You've got a lot of states to fix.

00:08:53.660 It's not just one state.

00:08:54.560 This is a federal election.

00:08:55.900 It's 50 different elections.

00:08:57.500 And so we've got to fix this patchwork all across the land.

00:09:01.120 And a lot of folks just don't have trust in the judiciary to do that in a lot of places.

00:09:06.240 Lou, I have to say, while it's good to see some fixes in the judiciary here and there, these fixes are going to be legislative.

00:09:12.740 And it is up to the folks to pick up the metaphorical two by four at election time or the broom and sweep these jokers out who refuse to fix these problems in the state legislatures.

00:09:26.720 But I would like to take the broom, the hammer and every other implement I can think of to these folks to get to where we need to be when it comes to election integrity.

00:09:36.680 I want to turn to right now this development of this mysterious shooting at Fort, I was about to say Fort Bragg, Fort Liberty now.

00:09:46.620 Give us your sense of what's going on there.

00:09:50.500 We're seeing intrusions on these bases, particularly Navy bases, two to three a week.

00:09:56.900 I mean, it's insane with foreign nationals, primarily coming from Russia and from China. 1.00

00:10:03.420 No surprise, I suppose, that it would be primarily from those two countries.

00:10:07.940 But the audacity of it and the constancy is extraordinary.

00:10:13.060 Your thoughts?

00:10:14.660 Well, first of all, I have to say, I'm always going to call it Fort Bragg.

00:10:17.460 I will never call it Fort Liberty.

00:10:18.760 The whole woke mind virus that's taken hold in the Department of Defense with renaming of bases is just absurd.

00:10:24.940 And there's a lot of people who live around.

00:10:27.460 I live down down here, Lou, right outside of Fort Bragg and in Moore County.

00:10:32.920 So this thing, there's a couple of issues here.

00:10:35.520 First of all, the fact that some of the mainstream media is trying to say this was a Russian.

00:10:39.000 Look, these are Chechens. These are not Russians.

00:10:41.820 It's almost, you know, impossible that anybody in the power structure in Russia would have had any any idea of what was going on with this.

00:10:50.640 This is probably a different country.

00:10:52.200 It could have been like a Chinese sponsored event that we're looking at here.

00:10:57.840 And all of the news focusing on that Russia thing is intended to hide one key thing.

00:11:02.220 That is that we had Chuck Chechen who are violent Muslim jihadis with a terror cell operating on U.S. soil inside of Moore County, North Carolina, right outside of Fort Bragg. 0.92

00:11:15.960 And at the house of a colonel and casing that colonel's house for what can only be assumed to have been a an operation that would have been to have been carried out had they gotten the green light to do so.

00:11:30.260 And so I've been talking to folks down here on the ground.

00:13:57.080 Again, it's not an accident when you get two to three intrusions on a base.

00:14:05.480 It's the chutzpah it takes for somebody to approach a gate of a military base in this country and just, you know, just as a probing, scouting recon.

00:14:23.340 Well, Lou, let me give you a little bit of background, and I have some exclusive intel that I'm going to share here with your audience for the first time.

00:14:36.100 So this thing first started developing right down the road from where there are some Army Special Forces and Green Beret soldiers,

00:14:43.840 and they're in the middle of running these what are called unconventional warfare exercises.

00:14:51.560 They happen a lot because Fort Bragg is one of the biggest bases, if not the biggest Army base, and it's training soldiers all the time.

00:14:57.480 And so that's normal around here to have all of these UW unconventional warfare exercises.

00:15:03.820 And they thought it was part of that.

00:15:06.000 Some of these soldiers did.

00:15:07.360 And they thought it was like maybe a side mission they didn't know about.

00:15:12.260 And that happens.

00:15:13.720 And so these unconventional warfare things happen.

00:15:17.300 It's a test for the candidates.

00:15:18.680 They're out there trying to become Green Berets.

00:15:20.400 They're out in the field.

00:15:21.080 And they're working in the field, like in across a 30-county swath of North Carolina.

00:15:28.540 And there's 200 candidates that are working basically with volunteer guerrilla fighters out in the communities who are playing as guerrilla fighters.

00:15:39.420 And it's really important to understand this, to understand the story.

00:15:43.300 And they learn small unit tactics, and they learn job-specific training, and they have to put it all together in this immersive environment.

00:15:51.220 And the Army, the brass there, calls it Pineland, which if you've been down to Pinehurst or Southern Pines, you understand what that means.

00:15:57.100 And it's a fictional war game, basically.

00:15:59.340 And so they use their training, and then they can become special forces operators or Green Berets.

00:16:07.700 And so it turns out this is nothing like that.

00:16:10.460 This was not a part of any sort of unconventional warfare kind of exercise, and it's a real deal.

00:16:15.620 And there's a couple of these Chechens that were staking out the SF colonel's home, special forces colonel's home. 0.64

00:16:22.740 And they were taking photos of his kids with a telephoto lens.

00:16:26.040 Brand new stuff, Lou.

00:16:26.940 It's not anywhere.

00:16:27.560 You're not going to hear it anywhere else.

00:16:29.080 This was around 8 o'clock on a Friday night.

00:16:31.780 And the colonel confronted the man.

00:16:34.400 And, of course, the man spoke very little English or pretended to.

00:16:37.120 And there was a confrontation and a scuffle.

00:16:39.280 And he said he was from the power company, but this is public.

00:16:42.080 There was no power company uniform or truck or whatever.

00:16:45.680 And then he saw that the phone was, like, all in Russian, the colonel did.

00:16:50.020 And there was a scuffle.

00:16:51.160 And the colonel was armed.

00:16:52.800 And he ended up discharging his firearm and shooting one of these gentlemen.

00:16:56.360 The other gentleman fled and was eventually he had a rental car that was rented somewhere in the Middle West.

00:17:01.800 And he was eventually apprehended.

00:17:04.100 So that Chechen operative is apprehended and is in custody.

00:17:09.160 And then there are so many questions that just stem from this whole thing.

00:17:11.960 And it's crazy that there are Chechens operating inside of Moore County, North Carolina. 1.00

00:17:19.280 And really, nobody knows about it.

00:17:21.860 And is the early hypothesis on this that these Chechenins were that the colonel was a target?

00:17:31.280 So, yes, the it's possible that the Chechens were just training.

00:17:36.480 But the thinking is, is that they were in the midst of running an operation, just like what we think we saw with the power outage about a year and a half ago, which was an operation.

00:17:45.920 It was a much simpler operation and EOD explosives and ordinance, you know, and demolition operation to take out the power.

00:17:54.880 And and it was clearly planned.

00:17:56.900 It was not a couple of bubbles in the back of a pickup truck with shotguns and drinking bush lights.

00:18:00.820 That was the media play. Remember, the media says, oh, it was just some rednecks shooting out the power stations and the substations.

00:18:07.620 As usual, as you know, there's usually always something else going on, Lou.

00:18:11.260 And in this case, we a lot of the folks around here seem to think that, you know, if maybe if that that that colonel is not armed,

00:18:20.360 maybe these Chechens get the green light for it to run their operation that night. 0.99

00:18:23.720 And these I don't got to be clear, these Chechens are crazy jihadists who hate infidels and everybody is a dog to them because they're this is the violent jihadi Muslims. 1.00

00:18:36.140 And so you could easily end up on a scenario where a colonel, special forces colonel and his wife and kids are put in orange jumpsuits and being beheaded on jihadi TV for the world to see.

00:18:48.420 And and I mean, what greater demonstration of American weakness than that in the middle of this Biden administration?

00:18:54.940 And they got to ask the question, what is Biden doing with this guy who's in this?

00:18:59.580 This guy should not be treated.

00:19:00.700 He's probably going to have Gloria Allred as his attorney, but he should probably be at Guantanamo.

00:19:06.740 Yeah. Well, Biden is not the first person we look to for defending the nation or assuring our sovereignty or the safety and security of our our military.

00:19:21.140 And I want to go to the other part of this.

00:19:24.520 We are these base intrusions have taken on a real, to me, serious nature.

00:19:33.820 And last week, an admiral was talking about it.

00:19:37.540 I wanted to first dismiss it as a number of nations are involved in these intrusions into bases penetrating the gate.

00:19:44.040 But it turns out after some considerable discussion, he was really talking about Russians and Chinese predominantly in these two to three incidents per week.

00:19:56.560 Is there anyone you're talking with?

00:19:58.500 Can you tell us what could possibly be behind an effort to penetrate these bases so boldly, forthrightly and in daylight?

00:20:09.560 Right. What sense does it make?

00:20:11.660 Well, going back a couple of years, you also have, you know, Huawei and the cell phone networks running operations right outside of army bases up in Ohio, as CNN reported even.

00:20:24.900 And and and so there are operations, serious foreign intel gathering operations.

00:20:34.240 And now it looks like potentially even, you know, active operations afoot.

00:20:39.300 And they're testing and they're probing. They're seeing what they can get away with.

00:20:43.060 You have to think as they kind of get caught here, you know, hopefully some of these folks will go to ground.

00:20:49.600 And and it seems they are the consensus that I'm hearing is, is that obviously a lot of these people are just not trained for this war space in America.

00:21:00.980 And, you know, Chechens are really good at war in Chechnya and terrorism in Chechnya and Afghanistan. 1.00

00:21:10.960 You know, they're running around looking like, you know, wearing a ton of cologne and they're they look like they just got out of the disco and they're dressed like soccer.

00:21:25.340 And so they are here. They are here illegally in a lot of cases.

00:21:37.620 This is our, you know, Department of Defense's job is to know and our intel community's job is to know where these folks are and to get out in front of these problems and to nip it in the bud and take care of these issues.

00:22:47.040 The president of the United States drops by Hallie's house last night at 8 o'clock just to have a conversation.

00:22:56.720 It looks suspicious to me, downright like witness tampering since the trial's a week away.

00:23:02.980 He's never been to her house before, but suddenly at 8 o'clock on a Sunday night, he wants to go have a conversation.

00:23:09.020 Your thoughts?

00:23:09.660 Well, it is what it looks like, right?

00:23:13.840 It's absolutely witness tampering.

00:23:15.600 And you know what's the crazy thing with the Biden family?

00:23:18.040 Like all of the key witnesses against the Biden family are also the Biden family.

00:23:24.800 It's the entire crew.

00:23:26.380 And one of the things that you might note is that we've had this laptop that was it came out ahead of the election in 2020 and it was poo-pooed and everybody who talked about it was attacked by the media.

00:23:38.020 And then National File, we published the diary that was literally verboten.

00:23:42.060 You couldn't talk about it except to talk about how the diary itself was obtained.

00:23:45.520 And now we have the family testifying potentially against other members of the family here with Hallie and Hunter.

00:23:59.080 But the pattern remains the same is that almost every member of this family has the goods and knows the goods.

00:25:05.760 And the purpose was to meet with the Chinese, the Communist Chinese, the CFC Corporation linked to the Chinese government to do a $10 million a year deal.
