00:00:00.000 I'm Lou Dobbs with this Great America Midday Update.
00:00:03.920 Another FBI SWAT team in armored vehicles in an early morning attack on a citizen in his home in
00:00:10.300 Tennessee results in another killing that seems senseless and another FBI use of excessive force
00:00:17.420 to say the least. The victim was Theodore Deschler. The Gateway Pundit reports he was a 100%
00:00:24.360 disabled veteran who had severe PTSD and depression and he was reportedly unarmed and the FBI was
00:00:32.680 serving an arrest warrant at six in the morning. His mother says he was trying to get out of the
00:00:39.200 house because of the flashbang grenades and tear gas. The FBI refused to tell Deschler's mother
00:00:45.520 anything about why they were there, why they shot and killed her son. Congress, in my opinion,
00:00:52.560 should start investigations immediately of the FBI early morning raids. The FBI seems to have
00:00:59.660 decided suddenly that an arrest warrant is the same thing as a death sentence. President Biden,
00:01:05.860 denying special counsel, has asked for any interviews in his classified documents case.
00:01:11.760 The special counsel was appointed in January. His name is Robert Herr. He's the special counsel and,
00:01:17.540 to my knowledge, hasn't spoken to the media at all, hasn't investigated the president
00:01:22.300 at all and there are no public documents that would suggest he sought any subpoenas or interviews
00:01:28.900 with any witnesses whatsoever. But he's only been on the case for almost eight months and the FBI has
00:01:36.420 conducted, as far as we know, no raids on the White House or any of the president's several vacation
00:01:43.400 homes or talked with Secretary of State Tony Blinken. Blinken was the head of the University of
00:01:49.740 Pennsylvania's non-profit Penn-Biden Center, where boxes of classified documents in the possession
00:01:56.700 of Vice President then Joe Biden were stored and ultimately found. There are claims that
00:02:04.080 Communist China donated as much as $100 million to the University of Pennsylvania. No word of any
00:02:10.840 investigation there either. Perhaps there should be. We do know what the four congressional committees
00:02:17.680 are doing in their investigations of President Biden and his crime family. They've built more
00:02:23.260 than sufficient evidence of bribery, influence peddling, and rank public corruption. And we do
00:02:29.300 know that Congress is nearing a decision on whether to establish an impeachment inquiry. It can't come too
00:02:36.680 soon. The chairman of the House Judiciary Committee and the Weaponization of Government Subcommittee,
00:02:42.360 Jim Jordan, will be our guest Monday on The Great America Show. We hope you'll join us for the very
00:02:48.460 latest on the Biden investigations and how soon an impeachment inquiry may be brought against
00:02:55.260 President Biden. I'm Lou Dobbs with this Great America Midday Update.
