00:00:33.180 Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show.

00:00:36.300 Great to have you with us.

00:00:38.020 Puppet President Joe Biden out of the basement this week saying he's ready to debate President Trump.

00:00:43.780 In fact, he said debating Trump would make his day, pal.

00:00:49.240 He sounded a little like Clint Eastwood there, I thought.

00:00:52.600 Maybe not as robust and interesting or as smart, but nonetheless.

00:00:58.060 At least that's what the teleprompter told him to read.

00:01:01.660 And here he is.

00:01:03.060 Donald Trump lost two debates to me in 2020.

00:01:05.660 And since then, he hadn't shown up for debate.

00:01:07.420 Now he's acting like he wants to debate me again.

00:01:09.800 Well, make my day, pal.

00:01:11.300 I'll even do it twice.

00:01:12.720 So let's pick the dates, Donald.

00:01:14.900 I hear you're free on Wednesdays.

00:01:16.620 Biden's reference to debating on a Wednesday is a jab at President Trump because that is the one day a week that Trump is off from Alvin Bragg's lawfare trial in New York.

00:01:28.180 Wasn't that cute and clever of this absolutely stultifying president of ours?

00:01:35.380 Biden and Trump on Wednesday accepted an invitation from CNN for a debate on June 27th.

00:01:41.240 Trump also accepted ABC News' invitation to debate Biden on September 10th.

00:01:49.100 Trump has called for more than just two debates, though, against the puppet president, saying the American people should see how impaired Joe Biden really is.

00:01:58.080 And the Biden campaign also sent a letter to the commission on presidential debates demanding that there be no audience at those debates.

00:02:06.500 The letter reads the debate should be conducted for the benefit of the American voters watching on television and at home, not as entertainment for an in-person audience with raucous or disruptive partisans and donors who consume valuable debate time with noisy spectacles of approval or jeering.

00:02:26.880 Biden's team, Biden's team, Biden's team, Biden's team seemed to forget that he is the king of big dollar donors and elitists.

00:02:32.400 They're going to be some sorely disappointed people if that condition holds up.

00:02:38.180 Well, rhino sellout.

00:02:39.640 Congressman Mike Gallagher has himself a brand new job, just as I predicted.

00:02:45.040 Gallagher was the congressman from Wisconsin who refused to give up his seat before the date in which there could be a special election, subsequently giving the Dems an extra vote in the House.

00:02:55.200 The rhino has joined Microsoft-backed venture capital firm Titletown Tech as a strategic advisor.

00:03:04.040 And speaking of rhinos, Mike Pence is demanding taxpayers pay out his embarrassing presidential campaign debt, according to a report from the New York Times.

00:03:15.060 Pence seeking taxpayer funds in December after realizing that his campaign could no longer pay its bills.

00:03:21.740 Pence has something like $1.3 million in unpaid debts from that campaign.

00:03:27.960 Our guest today is Congressman Jim Jordan.

00:03:31.300 He's the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.

00:03:34.300 And Jordan and his committee have just referred Michael Cohen to the Justice Department for lying to Congress.

00:03:42.720 And now Congressman Jim Jordan, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.

00:03:46.660 Congressman, it's great to have you with us.

00:03:48.940 Good to be with you.

00:03:49.380 You and Chairman Comer are going after Michael Cohen for lying to Congress and referring to the Department of Justice.

00:04:00.320 Tell us about that. 0.95

00:04:02.040 Well, Michael Cohen's a convicted perjurer.

00:04:04.080 He lied multiple times to the United States Congress a couple sessions back.

00:04:09.020 I mean, six times he lied to the Oversight Committee when when he came and testified, when the Democrats were kind of kicking off their whole effort to go after President Trump back in 2019.

00:04:18.340 And of course, he's he's we had a hearing today where we had in his former lawyer, Robert Costello and Michael Cohen has waived attorney client privilege.

00:04:29.520 And Robert Costello talked about the number of false things Michael Cohen has said up in the trial in in in New York, this ridiculous trial that's going on up there.

00:04:39.940 So, yeah, we referred him again to the Justice Department and we'll see what happens.

00:04:45.760 I don't know that Merrick Garland is going to do much, but I think it just underscores again how crazy all these efforts are to go after President Trump.

00:04:53.200 You know, it's interesting, Lou.

00:04:53.980 All these cases are falling apart, right?

00:04:57.140 I mean, Fannie Willis's boyfriend, Nathan Wade, goes to D.C. on the taxpayer dime, talks to the January 6th committee, to the White House, all in an effort to go after President Trump.

00:05:08.560 Alvin Bragg's case up here in New York, his star witness is Michael Cohen, who everybody knows can't tell the truth.

00:05:15.960 And then, of course, last week, Jack Smith, we find out the classified documents that he sees, the documents that he sees are not in the same order as when he sees them.

00:05:28.080 The physical documents don't match up with the scan documents.

00:05:31.080 Some people might call that tampering with evidence.

00:05:33.700 And I actually think in this situation with Jack Smith, the irony is Jack Smith mishandled documents while he's charging President Trump with mishandling documents.

00:05:43.700 You can't you can't make this stuff up. So all these cases are falling apart because they were all ridiculous from the get go. 0.57

00:05:50.860 It is remarkable.

00:05:53.120 And as you say, the prosecutors right now look like the people who should have been prosecuted.

00:05:58.820 I mean, Jack Smith, as far as I'm concerned, is nothing more than a well, he's a lawbreaker.

00:06:05.420 He is a he is a criminal against this country for going after President of the United States.

00:06:10.900 Yeah, we heard about them from Jim Trusty, who represented President Trump in the classified documents case for a while.

00:06:16.900 We heard about that today in his testimony in front of our committee about just some of the some of the ridiculous things done by Jack Smith prosecution team where they had one lawyer in there and they said, I thought I can't believe you won't have your your client work with us.

00:06:32.400 You know, there's a judgeship. I know you're interested. I mean, that actually, according to that, that actually happened.

00:06:38.120 So and on and on it goes with these things. Here's the other interesting thing, Lou.

00:06:43.180 Every one of these individuals. So so Jack Smith, Merrick Garland names Jack Smith special counsel three days after President Trump announces he's running for office.

00:06:54.540 And then Alvin Bragg said, I would never see there's never going to be a situation where I will indict President Trump and call Michael Cohen as a prosecution witness.

00:07:03.920 But then he changed and decided to do just that after President Trump announced that he was running for president.

00:07:10.840 And Fonnie Willis didn't bring charges against President Trump until after he announces that he's running for president of the United States.

00:07:19.140 That tells you more than anything how political this whole operation is without a question.

00:07:25.240 And as you point out, these prosecutors in every instance collaborating with the Biden White House, with the Biden Justice Department, whether it's Colangelo, the number three in justice going up to work with Alvin Bragg for crying out loud.

00:07:41.120 It is one contemptible set of circumstances after another, all of it orchestrated by the Biden White House.

00:07:50.220 Let's go to your committee now investigating the manipulated evidence by the the FBI in that classified records case.

00:08:00.260 Is there going to be an opportunity to hold anyone to account for it?

00:08:04.900 Well, we're going to try. You know, I get this question a lot, Lou.

00:08:08.720 And look, I share the frustration that so many people have. No, no, no, that is fine.

00:08:14.060 We're going to do everything we can possibly do as a legislative body.

00:08:17.320 We can't ever indict people. We know that's the executive branch.

00:08:20.560 But we can do oversight and we can we can get the information to the American people.

00:08:26.880 We can propose legislative changes. We can even hold people in contempt, which we're scheduled to do tomorrow for the attorney general of the United States,

00:08:33.820 because he won't give us information that we think we should we should have.

00:08:36.920 So we're going to do everything and we can use the power of the purse.

00:08:40.180 Frankly, that's that's the power of the founders and vision that that that the legislative branch would would would have to use it and use the most.

00:08:48.020 So all those weapons are there, not weapons, but those are tools that we can use to to to have things move in the right direction.

00:08:55.200 So we're going to look at all those things.

00:08:58.240 The investigation into Fannie Willis, will there be in in that case, will there be consequence for her?

00:09:07.980 Because she has just simply I mean, she has been absolutely abusing her power as a prosecutor. 0.88

00:09:15.760 The instances that the enumeration should bring what everybody is responsible for her lack of integrity should they should be investigating as well.

00:09:26.740 Well, we've subpoenaed Nathan Wade. He no longer works for the for this Fulton County D.A.

00:09:33.540 We want to know about all his communications, documents and communications he's had with with folks here in D.C., with with January 6th committee, with the White House.

00:09:42.440 So we want to get that information. We wanted that we will actually bring him in for an interview.

00:09:47.320 So we'll pursue all that. But I think the country clears clearly sees that that case is a mess.

00:09:54.240 It's completely falling apart because it was it was ridiculous from the get go.

00:09:57.420 But when you think about we have a whistleblower who's talked to who's come public in that case,

00:10:03.320 saying that Fannie Willis misspent federal dollars.

00:10:07.300 So I think that's falling apart on its own.

00:10:09.320 But we're going to do everything we can to get the truth to the American people.

00:10:13.000 Well, and we're going to find out what else the chairman, Jordan, and his committee are doing to get the truth to the American people.

00:10:21.340 Right after these quick words. Stay with us.

00:10:23.460 We'll be right back with Chairman Jim Jordan. Stay with us.

00:10:28.100 Folks, you know, I beg everyone to get ready for the next crisis.

00:10:31.540 And when it comes, our lives will likely change overnight, whether it's natural disaster, war or another disease.

00:10:38.680 We have to be ready as we can be.

00:10:41.360 We saw what happened in 2020 when we found ourselves dependent on global supply chains.

00:10:46.260 We're still dependent on China and other countries for more than 90 percent of all our pharmaceuticals.

00:10:51.700 With clusters of respiratory illnesses popping up around the world and here, we need to be prepared.

00:10:57.760 And now is the time to make certain you have what your family needs when the next crisis hits.

00:11:03.400 Our good friends, Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Drew Penske over at the Wellness Company have put together just what you and I need with the Wellness Company's medical emergency kit.

00:11:58.520 Prepare today.

00:11:59.660 Be ready tomorrow.

00:12:03.200 We're back with Chairman Jim Jordan, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.

00:12:08.200 Congressman David Weiss, we find out today, is retaliating against Hunter Biden, IRS whistleblowers, both of them, Shapley and Ziegler.

00:12:20.960 That's got to make your blood boil.

00:12:24.740 Yeah, it's wrong.

00:12:26.780 The whistleblower statute is clear.

00:12:29.320 And when you're in the IRS and you come forward, you have to work through the Ways and Means Committee.

00:12:33.960 Mr. Shapley and Mr. Ziegler did everything to the letter of the law.

00:12:39.400 And, of course, their testimony has stood up to cross-examination, multiple hours of cross-examination in an open hearing from the Democrats.

00:12:47.300 David Weiss's story has changed multiple times.

00:12:49.400 The Biden family story has changed multiple times.

00:12:52.120 The White House story has changed multiple times.

00:12:54.440 But Shapley and Ziegler's hasn't.

00:12:55.900 And their story hasn't changed because it's the truth.

00:12:58.640 And for them to be retaliated against is just simply wrong.

00:13:01.440 And this is on, this is happening with the IRS.

00:13:04.260 At the same time, we get a report from the Inspector General at the Justice Department.

00:13:08.800 And he talks about the retaliation against the FBI whistleblowers who came and talked to our committee.

00:13:14.780 about issues like the Justice Department saying that parents who show up at school board meetings need to be investigated.

00:13:22.420 The memorandum from the Richmond field office of the FBI where they said if you're a pro-life Catholic, you're an extremist.

00:13:29.880 So, yeah, retaliation is not supposed to take place.

00:13:33.260 And we're going to we're going to dig into this as well.

00:13:35.140 They came forward.

00:13:35.880 We told their story.

00:13:36.760 And for them to be retaliated against is as wrong as it gets.

00:13:40.560 I think so.

00:13:42.360 Whatever happened to the idea that whatever else happened in government, you had to protect whistleblowers.

00:13:50.160 It looks like open season on whistleblowers in point of fact.

00:13:54.060 Yeah, because what the FBI will do, almost the first thing they do when they go after these guys is they come forward with valuable information,

00:14:01.980 telling the truth is they'll take away their security clearance.

00:14:04.800 And that is that is the worst thing, almost the worst thing that happened to an agent,

00:14:08.960 because without your security clearance, you cannot do your job.

00:14:11.980 And that's exactly what they're doing to these guys who've come forward from the FBI.

00:14:16.440 Now, there's a court case with Shapley and Ziegler where the people are supposed to be representing them

00:14:21.660 or the very people they said were abusing the process and the investigation.

00:14:25.640 So that's sort of a conflict of interest issue they got going.

00:14:28.780 And they're concerned about what's what's going to what's going to move forward there.

00:14:32.220 So that's a concern that's been raised from Mr. Shapley, Mr. Ziegler with the IRS and the court case that that exists there.

00:14:39.180 We have just received word that President Trump will indeed debate Joe Biden.

00:14:47.740 Now, this gets really interesting because Joe Biden doesn't seem like on most days that he's capable of getting across the stage

00:14:55.140 or pinning together a complete sentence.

00:14:59.260 But if indeed he shows any lucidity all in that debate, that'll be, I believe, June 27th at CNN of all places.

00:15:08.760 By the way, I can't even imagine why the president agreed to such nonsense.

00:15:12.780 And the people who will let him do it, I think I would fire them out of hand if I were being helpful.

00:15:20.440 This is an outrage.

00:15:22.000 But to the point, if he is lucid in that debate, does that mean that Robert Herr, the special counsel, will be able to prosecute him?

00:15:30.140 Well, look, I mean, my first reaction is, you know, shazam, we're going to have a debate between the candidates for president United States like we do every four years.

00:15:45.040 Normally, that would not be that newsworthy.

00:15:46.840 But with President Biden, as you point out, all the gaps and the lack of ability to communicate in what seems like a logical fashion,

00:15:55.420 that's why it's actually newsworthy, because he's going to do this.

00:15:58.540 So I think President Trump will win the debates, whether it's on CNN or whatever network, because, I mean, Joe Biden, it's tougher to put two sentences together.

00:16:09.340 Excuse me.

00:16:10.400 All right.

00:16:10.960 And trying to defend his record is going to be next to impossible.

00:16:13.860 I want to turn to, to me, a deeply troubling partnership, and that's Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray announcing a government censorship apparatus of some kind to target cyber-enabled campaigns and censor Americans in the run-up to the 2024 election.

00:16:34.160 This is outrageous on his face. 0.90

00:16:36.580 It is, it's more than ignorant. 0.98

00:16:38.620 This is violence against the American people, in my opinion. 0.73

00:16:43.860 Yeah, we're watching this closely, too, because we have the history.

00:16:47.260 We know what happened in 2020 when the FBI had the laptop in their possession, and yet they allowed a story,

00:16:55.380 they allowed a statement by 51 former Intel officials to say,

00:16:58.680 this laptop story in the New York Post has all the earmarks of a Russian information operation,

00:17:04.860 when they knew it wasn't.

00:17:05.880 They actually knew it wasn't a Russian hack-and-leak operation.

00:17:09.700 They knew that at the time, and yet they allowed that narrative to take hold, and because they had been pressuring big tech companies to censor certain speech,

00:17:19.880 the big tech companies, I think when that narrative took hold, the big tech companies kept that story from circulating like it normally would on those social media platforms.

00:17:32.340 So with that backdrop and that history, which I think was huge election interference,

00:17:38.220 because it happened literally about 20 days before the presidential election,

00:17:42.140 we're watching this closely, what the FBI and the DOJ are talking about this fall.

00:17:48.520 It's a concern to me, particularly when you think about all the other censorship,

00:17:52.280 the pressure from government on these big tech companies to censor conservatives,

00:17:57.120 not just relative to that issue, but other issues, particularly COVID, how wrong that all was.

00:18:02.920 We're talking with Chairman Jim Jordan.

00:18:04.800 We'll be right back after this quick message.

00:18:06.720 Stay with us.

00:18:08.800 The Wellness Company and their doctors are medical professionals you can trust,

00:18:12.480 and their new medical emergency kits are the gold standard when it comes to keeping you safe and healthy.

00:18:16.680 This medical emergency kit contains an assortment of life-saving medications, including ivermectin, Z-Pak.

00:18:22.780 Rest assured, knowing that you have emergency antibiotics, antivirals, and antiparasitics on hand

00:18:28.240 to help you and your family stay safe from whatever life throws at you next.

00:18:41.900 We're back.

00:18:42.740 We're talking with Congressman Jim Jordan, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.

00:18:46.200 You and Chairman Comer have been shoulder-to-shoulder in investigating Biden corruption,

00:18:53.180 and the country is all the better for it, because what you've brought forward in the way of evidence

00:18:58.240 is absolutely persuasive to anyone who has an open mind, is reasonable, and pays attention to it.

00:19:06.620 There is, though, in this rejection of subpoenas by Garland, by the Department of Justice.

00:19:14.960 It's absolutely stonewalling your constitutional responsibility of oversight.

00:19:23.560 How in the world can—there's just no way in which it seems to me that there can be a fair election

00:19:30.700 if the American people don't even know the simplest of things, like how fit is this man, Biden, to be president of the United States?

00:19:41.920 Yeah.

00:19:42.420 And so many other issues that are relevant to not only the corruption, but to the conduct of this administration.

00:19:50.040 That's why we've asked for the audio tape of the interview Special Counsel Herr had with Joe Biden.

00:19:56.960 We think you will hear voice patterns, inflections, tone, pauses.

00:20:01.540 We think that's important for the American people to get, particularly in light of what Mr. Herr found.

00:20:06.520 Remember, Joe Biden, Mr. Herr determined, met the elements of the crime.

00:20:11.520 He knowingly kept classified information.

00:20:14.180 He knowingly disclosed classified information.

00:20:17.020 The reasons he did so, Mr. Herr spells out in his report, he said Joe Biden had motivations for not following classified procedures

00:20:25.980 because he was writing a book, a book for which he got paid $8 million.

00:20:31.700 So we have motive, an $8 million motive.

00:20:35.720 We have the elements of the crime.

00:20:37.160 But Mr. Herr concluded that he would not recommend charges for President Biden because he was a forgetful elderly gentleman.

00:20:46.720 Okay, fine.

00:20:47.760 You know, we all forget things.

00:20:49.000 We get that.

00:20:49.900 But we're talking about the guy running for president of the United States.

00:20:52.960 And you've based the case on, even though he had a motive, even though he met the elements,

00:20:57.480 you've said, no, this just this overrides everything else.

00:21:00.640 We don't recommend charges.

00:21:02.400 We think we should get all the evidence, not only the interview you had with Joe Biden,

00:21:06.900 but also the interview with the ghostwriter himself, Mr. Zwanitzer,

00:21:11.120 the guy who wrote the book that Joe Biden got the $8 million advance.

00:21:14.780 Finally, I would say this.

00:21:16.480 We know the White House has altered transcripts because the White House and the Justice Department say you've got the transcript committee.

00:21:22.520 You don't need the audio tape.

00:21:24.000 Well, we have caught the White House altering what's said and what actually appears in the transcript.

00:21:30.180 Because if you remember a few weeks ago, Joe Biden was reading from the teleprompter.

00:21:34.280 And as he's reading, he actually inserts the word, says the word pause.

00:21:38.020 Right.

00:21:38.460 And when you get the transcript, the word pause is not in the transcript.

00:21:42.560 So someone has altered what was communicated and what was in the transcript.
