00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs. Welcome to The Great America Show. Thank you for being
00:00:08.100 with us. The arraignments in Fulton County have begun. Two of President Trump's co-defendants
00:00:14.120 turned themselves in yesterday afternoon at the Fulton County Jail. Scott Hall, an Atlanta
00:00:20.280 bail bondsman, and former Trump attorney John Eastman. Marx's prosecutor, Fannie Willis,
00:00:27.000 is accusing Eastman in a 10-count indictment of advising President Trump that then-Vice
00:00:33.400 President Mike Pence could reject electors from states where they believed there was fraud.
00:00:40.300 Eastman talked with reporters after being arraigned and was asked about
00:00:44.080 whether he still believed the 2020 election was stolen. My legal team and I will vigorously contest
00:00:51.240 every count of the indictment in which I have been named and also every count in which
00:00:56.720 others are named, for which my knowledge of the relevant facts, law, and constitutional
00:01:02.700 provisions may prove helpful. I am confident that when the law is faithfully applied in
00:01:08.740 this proceeding, all of my co-defendants and I will be fully vindicated. Thank you all,
00:01:14.740 ladies and gentlemen, very much.
00:01:15.880 Dr. Eason, what about the false statements that were made during those subcommittee hearings
00:01:19.260 about 130,000 illegal votes cast when every investigation shows that there wasn't.
00:01:24.380 I'm not taking any questions and answers, but my attorney can answer anything.
00:01:27.880 I know that we're referring questions to your attorney, but do you still think the election
00:01:31.200 was stolen? Absolutely.
00:01:33.600 Absolutely. Still.
00:01:35.120 No question. No question in my mind.
00:01:37.600 Eastman made his view very clear following the 2020 election when he spoke at the Capitol rally
00:01:44.120 on January 6th. Here is Eastman on that day.
00:01:48.960 We know there was fraud, traditional fraud that occurred. We know that dead people voted,
00:01:54.140 but we now know because we caught it live last time in real time, how the machines contributed
00:02:00.520 to that fraud. And let me as simply as I can explain it. You know, the old way was to have
00:02:07.280 a bunch of ballots sitting in a box under the floor. And when you needed more, you pulled them
00:02:11.780 out in the dark of night. They put those ballots in a secret folder in the machines, sitting
00:02:18.160 there waiting until they know how many they need. And then the machine, after the close
00:02:23.800 of polls, we now know who's voted and we know who hasn't. And I can now in that machine match
00:02:30.720 those unvoted ballots with an unvoted voter and put them together in the machine. And how
00:02:38.480 do we know that happened last night in real time? You saw when it got to 99% of the vote
00:02:43.860 total and then it stopped. The percentage stopped, but the votes didn't stop. What happened, and
00:02:50.340 you don't see this on Fox or any other stations, but the data shows that the denominator, how
00:02:56.300 many ballots remain to be counted? How else do you figure out the percentage that you have?
00:03:00.720 How many remain to be counted? That number started moving up. That means they were unloading
00:03:06.460 the ballots from that secret folder, matching them, matching them to the unvoted voter and
00:03:12.340 voila, we have enough votes to barely get over the finish line. We saw it happen in real time
00:03:18.540 last night and it happened on November 3rd as well. And all we are demanding of Vice President
00:03:26.020 Pence is this afternoon at one o'clock. He let the legislators of the state look into this
00:03:33.220 so we get to the bottom of it. And the American people know whether we have control of the
00:03:38.040 direction of our government or not. We no longer live in a self-governing republic if we can't get
00:03:51.140 the answer to this question. This is bigger than President Trump. It is the very essence of our
00:03:57.140 republican form of government and it has to be done. And anybody that is not willing to stand up to do it
00:04:02.880 does not deserve to be in the office. It is that simple.
00:04:08.600 Asking for a review of a rigged election gets you indicted in this day and age,
00:04:13.800 at least if the Marxist stems are in charge, and they are. It's a true Marxist stem led banana
00:04:20.320 republic, isn't it? President Trump is set to turn himself in tomorrow afternoon at the Fulton County
00:04:26.360 jail. We'll be talking in just moments with Georgia State Senator Colton Moore, who's calling for a
00:04:32.980 special session of the Georgia legislature to investigate Fulton County D.A. Willis and her
00:04:39.560 targeting of President Trump. And tonight the 2024 Republican debates kick off. Eight candidates,
00:04:47.600 but one main presence won't be on that stage, and that of course is President Donald Trump.
00:04:52.940 His absence means a lot fewer viewers for the networks and millions of dollars less in advertising
00:05:00.320 money for the networks and not likely a lot of entertainment or excitement. Trump, you might
00:05:06.800 remember, was a firecracker in the 2016 Republican primary debates when he started clearing out a field
00:05:14.040 of 16 establishment Republicans for the GOP nomination. I'm not sure some of them have ever recovered
00:05:22.380 from the Trump treatment that night. We thought you might enjoy just a little reminiscence about what
00:05:29.020 President Trump brings to a debate stage. Let's take a trip down memory lane and listen to some of
00:05:35.620 President Trump's debate highlight moments. We need energy, we need quickness, and we need brain in this
00:05:44.040 country to turn it around. Mexico is sending many killings, murders, crime, drugs pouring across the
00:05:51.160 border. Our money going out and the drugs coming in. And I said, we need to build a wall. And it has to be
00:05:59.040 built quickly. And I don't mind having a big, beautiful door in that wall so that people can come into this
00:06:06.300 country legally because our leaders are stupid. Our politicians are stupid. And the Mexican government is
00:06:13.680 much smarter, much sharper, much more cunning. And they send the bad ones over because they don't
00:06:19.720 want to pay for them. They don't want to take care of them. Why should they when the stupid leaders of the
00:06:25.160 United States will do it for them? And that's what's happening whether you like it or not.
00:06:29.620 As far as a single payer, it works in Canada. It works incredibly well in Scotland.
00:06:34.440 One second. I got a newsflash. I know. Hold on.
00:06:37.600 Newsflash. The Republican Party's been fighting against a single payer system for a decade.
00:06:42.980 So I think you're on the wrong side of this if you're still arguing for a single payer system.
00:06:46.380 I'm not. I'm not. I don't think you heard me. You're having a hard time tonight.
00:06:49.920 All right. Mr. Trump, you talk a lot about how you are the person on this stage to grow the economy.
00:06:55.760 I want to ask you about your business record. Trump corporations, Trump corporations,
00:07:00.920 casinos and hotels have declared bankruptcy four times over the last quarter century.
00:07:07.580 In 2011, you told Forbes magazine this. I've used the laws of the country to my advantage.
00:07:14.660 But at the same time, financial experts involved in those bankruptcies say that lenders to your
00:07:20.200 companies lost billions of dollars. First of all, these lenders aren't babies.
00:07:24.980 These are total killers. These are not the nice, sweet little people that you think.
00:07:28.780 OK, you know, I mean, you're living in a world of the make believe, Chris.
00:07:32.400 You want to know the truth. This country right now owes 19 trillion dollars.
00:07:37.800 And they need somebody like me to straighten out that mess.
00:07:42.300 President Trump says in light of his record high poll numbers, he sees no reason to go to a debate
00:07:48.440 where he would presumably be attacked by the moderators, whose corporate bosses are all in
00:07:54.660 for Ron DeSantis or Glenn Youngkin or some rhino.
00:07:58.660 President Trump posted this message on True Social for his supporters.
00:08:03.860 Quote,
00:08:04.780 Public knows who I am and what a successful presidency I had.
00:08:09.160 I will therefore not be doing the debates.
00:08:12.700 End quote.
00:08:13.860 I believe President Trump did exactly the right thing in not going to these debates.
00:08:18.360 He's the presumptive Republican nominee.
00:08:21.160 He's ahead of everyone on that stage by a mile.
00:08:24.660 And let's face it, he doesn't need to be there.
00:08:28.840 Let's bring in now our guest today to take up the Georgia indictments and much more.
00:08:33.780 Joining us is Georgia State Senator Colton Moore.
00:08:37.260 Colton, great to have you with us on The Great America Show.
00:08:39.820 Delight to have you with us.
00:08:41.780 Lou, appreciate you having me on.
00:08:43.460 Well, you are raising all sorts of hackles down there in Georgia, going after Fannie Willis.
00:08:54.700 Give us a sense of what's going on and how you're progressing on calling for a special session.
00:09:01.120 Well, Lou, I'm just doing my job.
00:09:04.120 The people of Northwest Georgia elected me to serve as their state senator,
00:09:08.640 and they do not want their hard-earned tax dollars going to fund a political persecution.
00:09:16.340 And that's what we have with Fannie Willis.
00:09:18.260 She's indicted 19 people on political nonsense,
00:09:22.240 charging some people for making false statements, and her only evidence is a tweet.
00:09:27.620 We have a fellow senator in my caucus who's also in that indictment.
00:09:31.540 She tried going after our lieutenant governor,
00:09:33.980 and regardless of whether you like Donald Trump or not,
00:09:38.340 we should never have a judiciary going after their political opponents with absolute nonsense charges.
00:09:46.300 Well, I couldn't agree with you more.
00:09:48.580 And people, I think, are realizing that this has been going on for eight years.
00:09:52.780 We're in the eighth year of the political persecution by the Marxist Dems
00:09:57.660 in the deep state of President Donald Trump.
00:10:01.100 And it goes on and on, and now we add to it Fannie Willis, her prosecution.
00:10:09.260 I mean, I don't know what in the world she thinks she's doing down there,
00:10:12.060 but then again, I didn't know what Alvin Bragg was doing.
00:10:15.060 I don't know for that matter what David Weiss, the special prosecutor for Hunter Biden, is doing.
00:10:20.040 They are just kicking up a lot of dust and dirt,
00:10:23.120 and I guess with the obvious intention of trying to deflect from the massive corruption of the Biden regime and the deep state.
00:10:34.240 What do you think?
00:10:35.280 Absolutely.
00:10:36.220 I mean, I think I'll go further.
00:10:38.460 I think she is a domestic threat to the United States Constitution, the Republic of Georgia.
00:10:43.760 If you're going to try to suspend a potential senator from doing their job,
00:10:49.180 if you're going to go after our lieutenant governor and you're going to make a big fundraiser page set up to go after your political opponents.
00:10:56.660 Meanwhile, her local jail, the ACLU, reports that half of the inmates there have yet to be charged with a crime.
00:11:04.160 And I just read a report.
00:11:05.000 Roughly 60 percent of burglaries are up, homicides.
00:11:09.520 It's an absolute disaster in Fulton County.
00:11:12.520 You've got RICO charges against young thug and young slime.
00:11:17.120 They haven't even been able to pick a jury now in a year.
00:11:20.740 So you would think if she was taking taxpayer dollars, she would be working for the taxpayers.
00:11:26.260 Instead, she's working for her own communist agenda.
00:11:30.180 Legislators in Georgia have a choice.
00:11:31.920 They can either side with the communist rogue district attorney or they can side with the rule of law and the Constitution and do our job and defund this district attorney.
00:11:43.720 Well, just to is she one of these George Soros acolytes?
00:11:49.340 Is she she sounds suspiciously Marxist to me?
00:11:53.500 Well, I think she certainly is based on her actions and her past political motives.
00:11:58.980 The action she's taking, right, go back to even the old Chinese saying Ling Qing, which would mean death by a thousand cuts.
00:12:08.840 And she's certainly participating in that with all of the other charges across the country.
00:12:13.600 The only difference is she's taken it to a greater extreme than anyone else by adding the RICO charges.
00:12:20.320 These gentlemen and ladies could spend the rest of their life in jail.
00:12:24.160 It's astounding what is happening, not only in Georgia, but around the country and in certainly the D.C. swamp.
00:12:33.980 These charges, all of them amount to more than 700 years in prison for Donald Trump if he were to be convicted of all of them.
00:12:43.320 My judgment is he won't be convicted very long for any of them.
00:12:48.800 This is, on its face, a political persecution, as you said at the outset.
00:12:54.740 And I hope the people of Georgia fully understand that.
00:12:58.960 But that's a state that is hard to call red when it's been voting blue.
00:13:05.480 Lou, I don't know what I'm more surprised by, what you just said or the fact that legislators in Georgia aren't pushing for an emergency special session.
00:13:16.080 Again, that's what's so mind boggling.
00:13:18.460 I mean, we have a GOP controlled legislature, but yet all of these elected officials want to sit on their hands and do nothing.
00:13:27.600 It's time to take action, Lou.
00:13:29.720 A Facebook post isn't going to get the job done.
00:13:32.760 I couldn't agree with you more.
00:13:34.220 And I don't understand why the U.S. Congress, by the way, isn't in special session right now with an impeachment inquiry of Joe Biden.
00:13:41.800 This country has become filled with passive beta individuals in our elected offices, whether it be federal, state or local.
00:13:56.280 It's an extraordinary moment in time.
00:13:58.620 That is all with the exception of the Marxist Dems themselves, of course.
00:14:04.640 Lou, I would encourage all of your listeners today to get on the phone with your state representative and your state senator and ask them, why aren't they doing anything?
00:14:14.780 If they tell you we don't have the numbers, you ask them, why aren't they a number?
00:14:20.160 Take action.
00:14:21.320 Take a stand.
00:14:22.260 That's what they should be doing.
00:14:23.480 No question about it.
00:14:26.040 Let's go to Willis and her role in all of this.
00:14:30.980 The reports were this from Newt Gingrich, a Georgian himself.
00:14:35.940 He heard from what he described as a reliable source that Fannie Willis had gotten a call from the Department of Justice,
00:14:43.620 obviously one of the top officials, saying indict Trump Monday, period.
00:14:48.620 And she said she couldn't do that because they weren't going to be in session.
00:14:55.620 But he's in the and the person on the other end of the line said, well, I don't think you heard me correctly.
00:15:02.460 It has to be done Monday.
00:15:04.720 Well, the Trump has got the message.
00:15:07.380 Yeah, they sure did.
00:15:09.080 They put it out a little early.
00:15:10.780 They jumped the gun just a little.
00:15:12.600 But I mean, this is this is ridiculous, a state, a state of Georgia that is so proud and so independent, typically and historically sitting there with a D.A.
00:15:26.440 taking orders from the Department of Justice like I don't know what.
00:15:30.960 Lou, I'm 29 years old and I refuse to live the rest of my life worried about some tyrannical authoritarian district attorney telling me to be quiet.
00:15:41.180 And that's why I'm continuing to push.
00:15:43.780 And I would just encourage those older senators to have a little courage and do the same.
00:15:49.080 I think that you're a shining example for them.
00:15:52.540 We're talking with Georgia State Senator Colton Moore, and we're coming right back.
00:15:57.640 Stay with us.
00:16:04.040 We're back now with Georgia State Senator Colton Moore.
00:16:07.460 And Colton, I want to start with Governor Brian Kemp making a big splash, saying that he hasn't seen evidence that you've got three fifths of both bodies to proceed with a special session.
00:16:19.980 Give us your reaction to the governor's statement.
00:16:24.420 Well, the governor and his staff, Lou, need to stop watching CNN and realize that I am encouraging legislators to sign on.
00:16:33.700 I've been on 25 different news appearances in the past 48 hours.
00:16:38.000 I mean, I couldn't be more disappointed in this governor.
00:16:41.100 I mean, I even drove the big trucks for Kemp dump truck for him across this state, was a big, adamant supporter of the governor.
00:16:48.200 And all he can do is send out a tweet and talk about the 2020 election and how safe and secure it is.
00:16:54.220 Lou, it took 19 days to certify the election results.
00:16:57.700 Now, the governor could make that statement if it only took 19 hours, but this caused the entire mess we're in today.
00:17:06.000 19 days to certify the results.
00:17:08.180 These 19 individuals were using their First Amendment right to question the integrity of this election.
00:17:13.780 And now they're being politically persecuted for it.
00:17:16.500 And there was even a study done by Alex Halderman, a Michigan professor, which was kept under seal up until June.
00:17:26.600 I mean, we're talking about, what was it, almost two years under seal by a federal judge when that would have been a very interesting study to have been released when it was ready.
00:17:38.420 This politics in Georgia getting awful Chicago-like.
00:17:42.600 Absolutely.
00:17:43.320 There's no doubt about it.
00:17:44.280 You couldn't have said it more perfectly.
00:17:45.500 But the problem is, my constituents here in northwest Georgia, the Chicago-style politics scares them none.
00:17:55.060 Well, I wouldn't expect a Georgian to be scared of it, but I would expect them to be more than just a little annoyed about it.
00:18:02.500 Speaking of their fellow legislators, what do you think the odds are that you can get a special session called and start?
00:18:11.280 And I have to commend you.
00:18:14.060 I think this is exactly the correct response by any state legislature when you have DAs like Fannie Willis proceeding like this.
00:18:24.600 Lou, I haven't heard not one other suggestion from any other legislator as to how to proceed with what is going on right now.
00:18:32.880 Taking a special session and using our powers as a legislature to defund is what our job is.
00:18:40.140 That's why the legislature was created to be a check and a balance on the executive and judicial branches.
00:18:45.360 That's our job.
00:18:46.360 That's what we have to do.
00:18:48.600 And for legislators to sit around and literally do nothing, they're not even suggesting what else we should do.
00:18:56.460 It's mind-boggling to me.
00:18:58.340 And, you know, the governor himself, he could call a special session today if he wanted to, just with a stroke of his pen.
00:19:05.340 But yet he's, the best thing he can say to the news is, well, I haven't seen the signatures yet.
00:19:11.460 Are you kidding me?
00:19:13.440 Yeah.
00:19:13.760 How far along are you in getting those signatures?
00:19:17.740 How long do you think it'll take?
00:19:19.180 Because obviously he's not going to be of any help or use.
00:19:22.520 Lou, I'm not going to stop until the day before we go into session in January.
00:19:27.120 This is the most urgent thing that could be done in our state right now.
00:19:31.280 State tax dollars being used to politically persecute individuals.
00:19:36.700 This isn't about the 2020 election.
00:19:39.020 This is about 2024 and every election thereafter.
00:19:43.020 We cannot worry as political figures whether we're going to be judged or prosecuted for something we say.
00:19:51.980 I mean, what happened to attorney-client privilege?
00:19:54.480 Some of these indicted are simply attorneys to the president, right?
00:19:57.980 It's unconstitutional, and we all swore an oath to the Constitution.
00:20:04.100 It's time to hold up our end of the bargain to the people.
00:20:07.000 Colton, you know, the fact is we've got a lot of people responsible here for stopping the outrage against President Trump.
00:20:16.000 What you're doing is exemplary.
00:20:18.100 What the Supreme Court is doing is not exemplary.
00:20:21.460 What the Republicans in Congress and the Senate are doing is not exemplary, to say the very least.
00:20:29.440 They are afraid, paralyzed, for whatever the reason, political reasons, I'm sure all.
00:20:37.360 But it is just disgusting to see what has become of the U.S. Congress and the U.S. Senate,
00:20:44.600 the U.S. Senate Republicans led by Mitch McConnell, and the House of Representatives,
00:20:50.440 the 118th Congress is doing things never imagined by a modern Congress investigating Joe Biden and his crime family.
00:20:58.900 But Kevin McCarthy, the Speaker of the House, refuses to call for the impeachment of Joe Biden,
00:21:05.440 despite all of the obvious corruption that pervades his White House and, indeed, most of the federal government.
00:21:13.300 Yeah, I tell some of my fellow Republicans, you know, first they're going to come after your enemies,
00:21:18.840 then they're going to come after your friends, and then they're going to come after you.
00:21:23.000 But there's not going to be anyone left to speak up for you.
00:21:26.160 And it certainly makes them sober up for 15 or 20 seconds before they go back into their shade tree, I suppose.
00:21:33.760 I don't understand these Republicans.
00:21:35.140 Well, you know, Republicans are hard to understand right now,
00:21:40.180 all but a handful who are sitting on those committees and chairing those committees.
00:21:44.960 It's pretty outrageous when you think about they have permitted Mitch McConnell, Kevin McCarthy, Paul Ryan.
00:21:53.320 They sat on their hands and just watched and clucked as the Marxist Dems just devastated President Trump's first candidacy,
00:22:05.300 then trying to overthrow his presidency.
00:22:08.660 It's outrageous what they have done.
00:22:10.980 We're talking with Colton Moore.
00:22:12.600 We're going to continue this conversation in just one minute.
00:22:15.620 We'll be right back after these messages.
00:22:18.200 We're back with Colton Moore, state senator for the great state of Georgia.
00:22:29.960 Colton, give us your sense.
00:22:32.100 You've been in office a few years.
00:22:34.800 You're a young man with obviously terrific judgment and values.
00:22:41.940 Give us your sense of what what you think this country is doing and where we're headed.
00:22:49.460 Well, I mean, I personally think it's very much a tyrannical, authoritarian, far left push to see how much they can get by with.
00:23:00.860 And right now they're winning.
00:23:02.960 And unfortunately, my fellow Republicans seem not to have the courage to take action and demand something be done.
00:23:14.340 They are legislators.
00:23:15.980 They are elected to do a job to provide a check and balance.
00:23:20.100 And, you know, I'm I'm struck.
00:23:23.700 I'm confused.
00:23:25.280 I'm who would have ever thought these types of charges would ever come against some someone.
00:23:30.340 In our country and then to see no one taking action and doing anything about it.
00:23:36.060 It's just it's perplexing.
00:23:38.140 Yeah, perplexing.
00:23:39.460 I have to tell you, I've been covering government at all levels over the course of my career.
00:23:45.680 It spans almost a half century.
00:23:48.200 And I have to say, I've never, ever have seen anything approaching this.
00:23:52.080 And I've been around a few crooked elements of government in that period.
00:23:56.920 And they they were a target of government, not the American people.
00:24:02.960 Right.
00:24:03.680 It's it's stunning to see.
00:24:05.460 And when I think of the good people who are who go to church every every weekend, the good people who are working with their hands every day, who were working the jobs that are tough, the middle class in this country, the middle class working people and their families.
00:24:25.740 They've been told basically to go to hell.
00:24:28.780 We're going to bring in as many illegal immigrants as we want.
00:24:32.500 We're going to run your wages down.
00:24:35.620 And by the way, wages once again are down to 35 year lows once again.
00:24:43.280 It's it's extraordinary what we have watched our government turn into Jim Jordan, the chairman of the Judiciary Committee, his weaponization committee.
00:24:51.940 What they're revealing is is unthinkable.
00:24:55.940 The government at every level.
00:24:58.640 And I'm talking about the federal government all the way from the Department of Justice over to the health agencies.
00:25:06.240 They're they're politically compromised and they are doing the bidding, the bidding of I.
00:25:11.700 I think probably I know, but I won't say right now the Marxist Dems have just taken hold of the Democratic Party and turned them into something absolutely salacious and disgusting and anti-American.
00:25:27.400 Absolutely anti-American and fellow Republicans in the state of Georgia and I'm sure elsewhere.
00:25:34.200 It's as if they have such a beef with Donald Trump that they just ignore the fact that his constitutional rights are completely being ignored.
00:25:43.400 You know, they're they're so worried about their opinion of Donald Trump that they don't realize how much bigger this is than the former president.
00:25:51.960 With this type of precedent being set into the future, I mean, we become a third world country.
00:25:58.060 I think there's no doubt about it.
00:25:59.940 And we have the J6 political prisoners, hundreds of them still and incarcerated in the D.C. gulags.
00:26:06.900 We have no one standing up to say we've got to stop this.
00:26:13.480 Stop those left wing judges in the District of Columbia.
00:26:17.260 D.C. is a it's just a it's an alien space within our within our country where there are no rules and the Marxist Dems have absolute power.
00:26:31.740 And the result is their persecution of hundreds of people who whose major crime, 90 percent of them, their major crime was supporting Donald Trump.
00:26:41.320 And they're paying onerous penalties.
00:26:44.660 Yeah, very, very sad.
00:26:45.780 I hope your listeners will take that passion, though, and they'll take action on it by calling their legislators, call them up every morning.
00:26:54.900 They don't answer the phone, call them the next day.
00:26:56.760 It's very simple.
00:26:58.000 Just take the cell phone, call your representatives, your senators, and just tell them, please do your job.
00:27:05.500 Well, it would be refreshing to see.
00:27:07.480 Indeed, Colton Moore, we have enjoyed talking with you.
00:27:10.680 We appreciate your time.
00:27:11.840 We appreciate what you're doing for the state of Georgia and also for President Trump.
00:27:18.300 You're doing more than 95 percent of the legislators in the country.
00:27:23.280 And you should be proud of that.
00:27:25.500 And I think that your your your counsel is correct.
00:27:29.340 Folks, let's get on those phones.
00:27:31.240 Let's call from whatever state you're in, call into Georgia's Senate and let them know, first and foremost, what you want them to do.
00:27:42.140 And they've got a good leader in Colton Moore, for sure.
