00:00:15.600 always where you're tuned in from and uh if you're enjoying the great america show let's get this chat
00:00:20.140 fired up we're getting all your questions your comments concerns all of that good stuff uh before
00:00:24.800 we wrap up tonight's show and there's a little bit of news to get to it's not as busy as a normal
00:00:29.420 news day under the trump administration but there is a decent amount of news to get to today
00:00:35.400 uh and we're getting to it all so we appreciate like i said you joining us live tonight
00:00:39.200 uh and be sure uh to drop in the um chat where you're tuned in from and any comments questions
00:00:46.400 concerns as we always try to get to them uh before the end of the show so big news today
00:00:53.440 was coming out of the House of Representatives moments ago,
00:00:57.860 Speaker Mike Johnson deciding that he was going to let
00:01:01.660 the members of Congress head out on vacation a little bit earlier.
00:01:08.020 Thursday's schedule of votes tomorrow have been canceled.
00:01:11.500 Lawmakers will now wrap up tonight's votes and leave Washington
00:01:14.460 for recess lasting until the November midterm elections.
00:01:19.120 So last I checked, the only time you got out amount of time off like that was really if you're a schoolteacher, you get off the summers.
00:01:26.960 Well, members of Congress, it turns out, have it a little bit better.
00:01:30.860 They make less than schoolteachers, do less work than schoolteachers, get more time off than schoolteachers, and make more money than schoolteachers.
00:01:40.340 So who has it better than these people?
00:01:44.220 It's pretty crazy.
00:01:45.260 Bill Belugian over at Fox News is the first one to report the announcement saying Mike Johnson has canceled these votes and they'll head off on their research.
00:01:52.280 Now it comes after more than 100 Democrats called on Johnson to scrap the recess and stay over the A.I. crisis.
00:01:58.980 Now, as we talked about yesterday, this is the Democrats in their latest scam hoax.
00:02:04.960 President Trump will say hoax and then the media goes crazy.
00:02:07.940 People go crazy.
00:02:08.620 You're always calling it a hoax again, but it is a hoax because these people didn't care about AI until it seems like a few weeks ago because they have absolutely no plan to run on.
00:02:17.700 This is typical Democrat playbook stuff, right?
00:02:21.440 We have nothing to run on, so let's manufacture a crisis, and then we'll run on that crisis.
00:02:26.380 They used COVID, inflate, I mean, everything.
00:02:30.820 So this is their latest thing.
00:02:32.300 So they want to stay in Congress now to work on AI because now all of a sudden they give a damn about AI.
00:02:40.560 They care about America. By the way, half of these people, I would say, don't even know what AI is.
00:02:45.520 So kind of funny, kind of right. Now, the House already has slashed its September schedule earlier this month,
00:02:51.200 canceling the weeks of September 21st, September 28th.
00:02:54.440 After a brief return this week, following the long August break, members now get another vacation.
00:03:00.880 The last voting day before the election day will be tonight.
00:03:05.720 The House is scheduled to return to Washington, D.C. on Monday, November 9th, the week following election day, which is on November 3rd this year.
00:03:14.680 Now, with the CR in place, Congress is scheduled to take this break and just do nothing.
00:03:24.680 It's where they say they go home.
00:03:26.460 They go home to their home districts and they do work, but we know what they do.
00:03:29.960 I mean, I've worked in Congress, so I can tell you their district days are absolutely nothing.
00:03:37.580 It's a joke. This is essentially a vacation.
00:03:41.200 Now, between November 9th and December 11th, lawmakers are going to have to pass either all 12 remaining fiscal year 2027 spending bills,
00:03:50.120 which they can be working on right now instead of on a vacation for all the federal programs or enact another CR temporarily extending the federal programs again,
00:03:58.480 or risk yet another government shutdown so it's the 11th hour bullshit that they continue to do
00:04:03.900 let's take a vacation and then we'll uh we'll punt and we'll deal with this i don't know when
00:04:09.180 it comes back around and and uh we'll just do another continuing resolution because we're not
00:04:13.680 capable of doing uh individual spending bills by the way which every speaker of the house candidate
00:04:18.340 ran on that they were going to do individual crs of course they didn't now the path congress
00:04:23.580 pursues moving forward may depend on whether control of the house and the senate chambers
00:04:27.460 changes after the election. Congress might pass all 12 fiscal year 2027 spending bills before the
00:04:34.300 year ends to give the incoming Congress a clean slate to start their work. But if the control of
00:04:39.760 both the House and the Senate flip, lawmakers may hold off on finalizing that 2027 spending bills
00:04:45.400 to give Congress the opportunity to rewrite the spending bills in the new year. In other words,
00:04:49.120 let the Democrats, I don't know, call the shots. Should they win the House? And by the looks of it
00:04:56.560 right now, it's like, really, what are the Republicans doing? Now, regardless of their
00:05:02.280 little vacation that they'll be taking after having the whole summer off, American taxpayers
00:05:06.080 are still paying these members their full salaries, base pay of 174 grand a year, plus
00:05:11.540 leadership stipend, generous benefits, good health care, usual perks that help many of them get
00:05:17.960 richer while in office. Meanwhile, ordinary Americans punch a clock, get two weeks of
00:05:22.300 vacation and if they're lucky maybe get a bonus at the end of the year maybe it's a total joke
00:05:31.360 folks that we continue to see this go on in congress a total joke now i did a little bit of
00:05:39.760 math before the show because i'm just curious because i wanted to see what a day day rate would
00:05:45.080 be for these members of Congress. So, so far, they've been in session, so in Washington, D.C.,
00:05:53.260 88 days so far this year. Now, after they come back from recess November 9th, they'll do about
00:05:59.400 20. It'll probably be cut down to even less, but we'll use the conservative number of 20,
00:06:04.240 20 total days. So that puts it at 108 days for the year that they work. I think the average
00:06:11.080 American works like 220 days a year, something like that. So 108 days, now they're already
00:06:19.200 less than half that 220. Okay. So if you take those 108 days and you get divided by the $174,000
00:06:27.840 a year that they make, they make about 1600 bucks a day for working in Washington, DC.
00:06:34.740 Now, I don't know about you guys, but I think that's a pretty darn good day rate to sit on your rear end all day and meet lobbyists and go out to nice dinners and expensive dinners and not have to do a darn thing.
00:06:49.420 I think that's a pretty darn good deal.
00:06:53.420 And these people wonder, they wonder why they have the lowest approval rating of any political chamber in Washington, D.C.
00:07:03.540 They wonder why they're hated by each and every American.
00:07:07.040 They wonder why.
00:07:10.640 We despise them.
00:07:14.060 108 working days in the year.
00:07:16.920 But we pay their salaries.
00:07:18.620 And guess what?
00:07:19.200 If you want to get a hold of one of them, you can't.
00:07:21.820 Call their office, you write a letter, constituent.
00:07:24.340 Even if you're your own member of Congress, you can't get a hold of them.
00:07:29.140 Now, I refuse to call them or text them because I don't care to talk to them.
00:07:32.500 It's the reason why you haven't seen them on this show in months.
00:07:36.180 I've gotten totally sick of them.
00:07:37.940 And even before that, I didn't want them on this show.
00:07:41.880 There's a handful of them, maybe five, who I'd bring on here.
00:07:45.740 But in the last six months or so, I'd say, you haven't seen any of them
00:07:49.380 because I can't stand them all. 0.98
00:07:52.900 One's a bigger liar than the next, so it's a bigger liar than the next. 0.99
00:07:57.460 And we pay for their lies. 0.99
00:07:59.500 And dare you challenge them?
00:08:01.680 Forget about it.
00:08:02.480 You end up on the next watch list.
00:08:04.540 You end up in a gulag in Washington, D.C. somewhere.
00:08:11.700 You end up on an FBI most wanted list.
00:08:15.080 Or even worse, a deep state wanted list from the FBI.
00:08:20.880 These are the people, folks, that we pay their salaries.
00:08:23.760 These are the people that are supposed to be running our country.
00:08:28.320 We're live tonight from the Great America Show, folks.
00:08:30.060 So be sure to let's get this chat fired up.
00:08:32.180 They're joining us on Rumble, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook.
00:08:35.260 Let's get this chat fired up.
00:08:36.980 We're taking a quick break here, less than 60 seconds.
00:08:39.300 When we return, J.D. Vance is making his final pitch.
00:08:44.160 I guess you can call it an elevator pitch on why the Republicans need to hold control.
00:08:49.940 I'd be happy if, I don't know, they all went away somewhere and stayed on a permanent vacation.
00:08:56.040 We're also going to take up the House resolution that was passed this afternoon about President Trump.
00:09:02.220 They're still coming after him. The House has also voted to hold a billionaire in contempt of Congress.
00:09:07.920 We've got some latest poll, latest polling for 2028 and what the numbers are showing there on who the American people are looking for.
00:09:16.020 Charlie Kirk's family making some moves. We're going to tell you all about that and much, much more on the other side of this quick break.
00:09:22.980 So please stay with us. The Great America Show continues in just moments.
00:09:25.920 We'll be right back in less than 60 seconds.
00:09:33.520 Thanks, everybody, for staying with us here live tonight for The Great America Show.
00:09:36.260 That's right. We're live. So let's get this chat fired up.
00:09:39.020 Let us know where you're tuned in from. Any comments, questions, concerns, throw them in there.
00:09:42.920 We're getting to them before the end of the show. I've got some time allotted for us, as always.
00:09:47.300 So be sure to toss them in there and we'll get to them.
00:09:51.660 So the House this afternoon, before they go on their nice little vacation, has rebuked President Trump over the Iran war. 0.53
00:09:58.720 Once again, a large number of GOPers joining on with the Marxist Dems because they're tired of it. 0.53
00:10:08.240 The legislation was introduced by far-left Marxist Rep. Seth Moulton, co-sponsored by 14 of his fellow Marxist Dems, passed by a vote of 220 to 204 with seven Republicans, joining on with 213 Democrats.
00:10:24.740 The other opponent was independent congressman Kevin Reilly, who caucuses with the GOP.
00:10:29.540 Eight GOPers were absent for Tuesday's vote, as the New York Post has pointed out to us.
00:10:34.500 It's likely the last congressional action that will get voted on unless they decide to add some votes tonight and maybe impeach, what's his name, Pete Hegseth before they go on vacation.
00:10:48.060 Who knows? Who knows what these people, they're the most impossible people to gauge.
00:10:52.860 Those seven GOP-ers, Tom Barrett of Michigan, Warren Davidson of Ohio,
00:10:57.440 Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania, who, by the way, is married to,
00:11:01.060 Julie Heinrich at Fox News, who hates President Trump, never a Trumper,
00:11:06.300 Thomas Massey of Kentucky, as you expected, Nancy May, South Carolina,
00:11:10.760 Marionette Miller-Meeks of Iowa, and Zach Nunn of Iowa are those who voted.
00:11:17.240 Now, four of these GOP-ers, Miller-Meeks, Nunn, Fitzpatrick, and Barrett
00:11:20.520 are in competitive races two of them are rebels from iowa so that's i guess a little bit
00:11:24.920 understandable um massey mason davidson all well known for bucking trump and gop house leadership
00:11:30.900 on a variety of critical issues um but i i think the general consensus and by the way they may be
00:11:37.900 doing trump a favor uh by doing this vote the american people want this thing wrapped up i mean
00:11:43.800 it's not just Democrats and Republicans. It's no secret that it's been horrible for President
00:11:50.680 Trump's poll numbers. It's no secret that this war has been horrible for America.
00:11:55.060 Now, whether it needed to be done or didn't need to be done, that's a different story.
00:12:00.900 If you're going to go in and get it done, you go in, you do the job and you get out. 0.71
00:12:05.760 Not the long war doctrine. So it does have to be wrapped up. 0.73
00:12:13.800 Irrespective of a vote, whatever Congress wants to do, it does need to be wrapped up.
00:12:19.100 And it's for the country and it's for President Trump and it's for 2028 and it's for 2026.
00:12:29.200 It's, you know, for the betterment of this country.
00:12:33.020 So they may have been doing President Trump a favor by pushing through that vote.
00:12:37.600 Now, the House also this afternoon voted to hold billionaire Leon Black in contempt of Congress for defying his subpoena from the House Oversight Committee.
00:12:45.400 Department of Justice will now mull whether they pursue criminal prosecution.
00:12:49.340 The oversight panel had sought testimony as part of his investigation and their investigation into Jeffrey Epstein under the Biden administration.
00:12:56.900 The DOJ secured the convictions of Peter Navarro and Stephen Bannon, excuse me, who refused to testify for the House January 6th committee.
00:13:06.360 Both of them spent time in prison over the matter.
00:13:11.180 So that was under Merrick Garland.
00:13:14.320 Now I think it's time that we hold these people to the same standard.
00:13:22.320 You don't want to show up for your testimony.
00:13:25.080 You will be held in contempt of Congress.
00:13:28.500 You will follow the same set of laws that each and every American is afforded.
00:13:34.580 The amount of money you have in your bank account, the amount of money you have in your network should not dictate how you were treated in the eyes of the law when you break the law, Leon Black.
00:13:47.840 And we all want to know about Jeffrey Epstein.
00:13:49.860 We all want to know what took place.
00:13:53.820 So this can be a big move, I think, for Todd Blanch.
00:13:58.200 This can be a big moment for Todd Blanch to show that he means business.
00:14:04.580 and that he wants to get to the bottom of business.
00:14:07.660 And I think he could probably help President Trump a little bit, too,
00:14:10.700 because he's gotten a little bit of a bad rap from the whole Epstein debacle,
00:14:14.280 thanks to Pam Blondie.
00:14:17.500 So I think it could be a win-win for everybody.
00:14:20.400 We'll see how they decide to play it.
00:14:22.620 Now, Congress may be going on vacation,
00:14:26.040 but J.D. Vance, who I think has done a phenomenal job,
00:14:30.860 I think he's done an admirable job busting his rear end, stomping and stomping everywhere and making pitches everywhere he could.
00:14:41.640 He said in his latest pitch this morning, give us another chance, give the Republicans another chance.
00:14:47.580 We'll show you what we're going to do. There is a lot of good that we've done over the past 18 months.
00:14:51.800 We cut taxes bigly. We cut taxes on overtime, Social Security and tips.
00:14:56.040 Those are tax cuts for middle American workers, not just for the elites in Washington and New York City.
00:15:03.320 We've had an amazing success with the border, with immigration. 0.60
00:15:07.100 We've pursued H-1B reform that prioritizes American workers over foreign nationals.
00:15:12.560 There's a lot of good that's been done, but there's a lot of work left to do. 0.97
00:15:16.280 Don't give power to the people who cause the problems that we're fixing.
00:15:20.300 Give us another chance or give us another couple of years to continue to work on the amazing things
00:15:24.680 that we've been doing for the past two years.
00:15:26.800 And the second argument I'd make is,
00:15:28.420 even if you don't agree with us on every issue,
00:15:30.600 the other party is consumed by craziness.
00:15:34.080 They're consumed by people who want to steal everything,
00:15:37.560 who want to give the country over 0.99
00:15:38.800 to illegal aliens and criminals. 0.98
00:15:40.360 They actively brag about it.
00:15:42.440 I mean, I've heard a lot of crazy stuff, guys,
00:15:44.440 over the past few years in politics.
00:15:47.180 But when I heard somebody running for Congress in New York
00:15:49.720 say that July 4th was about the liberation
00:15:51.960 of Puerto Rico and Palestine,
00:15:53.340 I thought to myself, this person needs to be checked into a mental hospital, not given a seat in Congress. 0.95
00:15:59.800 So to the American people, I'd say send these people packing, put them in the mental hospital.
00:16:04.500 Do not put them in Congress, because even if you don't agree with us on every policy issue, at least we're motivated by common sense and American interests. 0.67
00:16:12.660 They're just motivated by left wing interest groups and radicalism.
00:16:16.640 And they're going to do a very bad job if we give them power.
00:16:19.360 mental institution i think is far too kind these people need to be um put in solitary confinement
00:16:26.880 like they did to the january sixers now dance well like i said i've done i think he's done an
00:16:32.680 admiral job uh has been put in charge of president trump's task force to fight the fraud
00:16:38.740 the waste fraud and abuse he's having a little bit of a hard time though with this
00:16:43.600 because the Democrats just so happens where the fraud is most rampant won't help them fight the
00:16:49.820 fraud. The biggest problem with finding fraud is is actually that the states where it's worst
00:16:55.500 are also the states that have the least willingness to cooperate with what we're doing.
00:17:00.140 So when you look at some of the bigger ticket items for fraud, you know, you're looking at
00:17:03.740 Medicare fraud in California, people who are illegal, people who aren't even like human
00:17:09.780 beings. They're just like a completely made up shell of a person. But unfortunately, the state
00:17:17.480 of California is not actually helping us fight back against that particular fraud. Or we know
00:17:22.020 that there are hundreds of thousands, maybe more illegal aliens in Illinois, New York and California
00:17:28.380 who are on Medicaid. That obviously is billions and billions of dollars to provide health care
00:17:34.100 to those people. So the basic fraud that exists is the big programs in states that have allowed
00:17:42.940 themselves to be overrun by illegal immigration. Another very good example, and this was shocking
00:17:47.840 to me when we came in and started doing this work, is the way the SNAP program, this is the
00:17:53.380 food stamp program that ensures that low-income Americans have access to food that they need.
00:17:57.780 Obviously, one of the most important things that we do in the federal government is make sure that
00:18:02.240 you know, poor kids can eat. But that program is rife with fraud in part because the way it works
00:18:08.360 is, you know, California bills us once a month for the cost of their SNAP program. It's seven
00:18:15.120 or eight or nine billion dollars, depending on the month that we're talking about. So what happens
00:18:19.020 is the federal government wires nine billion dollars to California, no questions asked.
00:18:24.220 So it's not an exaggeration to say that we have no ability to know who is even on the SNAP program,
00:18:30.240 whether they're a real human being, whether they're a legal resident of the United States
00:18:34.280 of America. And when we go to the big blue states and say, why don't you help us just
00:18:38.700 confirm basic eligibility? We get totally pushback. We get no cooperation on this basic
00:18:45.000 fact of good governance confirming eligibility for federal programs. So my guess is that if
00:18:50.640 the number is $700 billion, a few hundred billion of that is in the blue states and
00:18:56.460 we could deal with it just by checking eligibility criteria. We're working on innovative ways to
00:19:01.440 force that, but it's actually legally much harder than it should be to force the blue states to
00:19:06.500 comply with some basic anti-fraud initiatives. Would you look at that? The Democrats don't want
00:19:14.660 to help get to the bottom of fraud. I wouldn't believe it if it wasn't coming out of his mouth
00:19:19.080 directly and it wasn't on record. We're live tonight for the Great America Show, folks. Please
00:19:24.120 Be sure to tap into that chat section, the comment section.
00:19:27.360 We're getting to it after this quick break.
00:19:29.300 We got a lot more to get to before we wrap up tonight.
00:19:32.020 So stay with us and fire up this chat.
00:19:34.180 We're coming right to it after this quick break.
00:19:36.180 We're coming right back.
00:19:42.800 Thanks, everybody, for staying with us here live tonight for The Great America Show.
00:19:45.480 We're getting to your chats in just a moment.
00:19:47.720 So please stay with us, hang tight, and fire up this chat.
00:19:51.180 We're coming to it in just a moment.
00:19:52.400 We're going to get a few more stories in here, a little bit more of the news of the day. 0.99
00:19:56.480 So new polling out, former Vice President Kamala Harris leads the Marxist Dempact for the 2028 presidential race,
00:20:04.520 according to a new survey out by our friend Mark Mitchell at the Honest Poll.
00:20:10.080 Why can we not believe him? He's honest.
00:20:12.480 The Republican field, Vice President J.D. Vance leads by nearly 20 points over his closest rival,
00:20:17.480 who is not Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Imagine that.
00:20:22.400 Now, the Democrats shake away. Among likely voters, Kamala enjoys a 32 percent support link.
00:20:29.900 Next in line is failed California gubernatorial candidate and governor, Gavin Newsom, with 21 percent,
00:20:37.680 who says he will not run in an interview the other day if Kamala decides to run.
00:20:43.240 And in third place is former failed Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg at 13 percent.
00:20:48.600 New York Congresswoman AOC wins 9% of support.
00:20:53.380 John Ossoff in Pennsylvania, Governor Josh Shapiro at 6% and 5% respectively.
00:20:58.360 Now, on the Republican side, Vance enjoys a healthy 41% support, followed by Donald Trump Jr. at 22%.
00:21:06.260 Next up is Marco Rubio at 17%.
00:21:08.780 Ron DeSantis hits at just 7%.
00:21:11.040 And Ted Cruz, just 2%.
00:21:13.620 Nikki Haley also at 2%.
00:21:15.960 Now, Ted Cruz has been making some waves lately.
00:21:18.600 throwing some jabs at J.D. Vance so we don't have a clear frontrunner for the nomination.
00:21:23.440 I tell that idiot to take a look at this. 1.00
00:21:29.280 Take a look at the numbers that are coming out. 1.00
00:21:31.980 That's all he needs to know.
00:21:33.320 Now, the Kennedy Center voted this afternoon to shut down the center after a Marxist left
00:21:38.700 as judge barred President Trump's name from being on the facade.
00:21:42.060 Judge Christopher Cooper, an Obama appointee, ruled that returning or adding President Trump's
00:21:47.400 named the recognition of his renovation efforts
00:21:51.180 would violate an earlier injunction of federal law,
00:21:53.860 which limits memorials and institutions strictly
00:21:56.860 towards President John F. Kennedy,
00:22:00.900 another radical Obama judge.
00:22:02.820 Imagine that.
00:22:03.360 Now, President Trump has raised nearly $20 million
00:22:05.920 for the much-needed restoration of the center.
00:22:09.500 Now, the center may not reopen at all,
00:22:11.300 thanks to the Marxist left,
00:22:13.800 who hate President Trump
00:22:15.300 and couldn't care to see the thing.
00:22:18.800 I don't know, look better.
00:22:19.700 You see the ceiling falling out in the rain.
00:22:22.720 The whole place is just a total mess, but whatever.
00:22:25.420 They don't want to fix it.
00:22:26.760 It is what it is.
00:22:27.600 Charlie Kirk's family has taken the first steps towards following a lawsuit
00:22:31.160 against Utah Valley University in the state of Utah
00:22:33.440 for their security failures that they sat and left them exposed
00:22:37.320 to a rooftop assassin.
00:22:39.200 Attorneys for Erica Kirk and their two young children
00:22:41.700 filed a notice claimed on September 9th, one day before the anniversary of his death.
00:22:47.180 Document is required under Utah law before a wrongful death suit can be filed against a public
00:22:51.740 university or the state. So this is the first sign that Erica Kirk may be looking to bring suit
00:23:00.500 against the state of Utah and Utah University for what they're saying and their lack of protecting
00:23:07.360 him a lack of security towards him nearly all political donations from employees inside the
00:23:14.920 national institute of health have gone to marxist dem candidates or marxist dem aligned political
00:23:21.120 action committees according to a new analysis done by an organization called college fix
00:23:26.800 conservative leading non-for-profit reviewed nearly 5 500 donations totaling roughly 320 grand
00:23:32.160 from the FEC database from roughly 2023 through mid-August of
00:23:37.500 2026, which covers about two election cycles. During the
00:23:41.500 2023 and 2024 election cycles, 96% of the donations
00:23:45.340 went to Marxist M candidates or aligned groups. Only 3.5%
00:23:49.400 went to Republicans or Republican-aligned PACs.
00:23:54.220 Half percent went to groups without clear
00:23:56.760 ideological leaning or party.
00:24:01.480 For the current midterm cycle,
00:24:03.440 99% of all donations went to the Democrats,
00:24:05.860 less than 0.3% went to Republicans,
00:24:08.480 according to the analysis done.
00:24:10.580 Now this is the same NIH that was headed up
00:24:13.240 by none other than which,
00:24:15.980 I don't even want to call him doctor, 1.00
00:24:17.440 but Anthony Fauci, the scum. 1.00
00:24:20.400 Imagine that. 1.00
00:24:22.200 Good afternoon, patriots,
00:24:23.560 from beautiful San Diego,
00:24:25.140 from our friend GW5-2.
00:24:26.280 Thanks for joining us.
00:24:27.280 Our friend Jim Seelers here from Peaceful Southeast Texas.
00:24:30.300 I feel like you're taking a jab at me somehow, Jim.
00:24:33.800 You got to let us know it's peaceful.
00:24:35.280 It's like you're telling me New York's not peaceful.
00:24:36.980 Like, I don't already know.
00:24:38.900 It's good to have you with us.
00:24:40.000 Thanks, as always, for joining us.
00:24:41.920 Chris Holmes is tuned in from Summers Point, New Jersey, as she is each and every night.
00:24:47.100 Congress is definitely a joke.
00:24:48.420 They do absolutely nothing on both sides of the aisle.
00:24:51.000 Yeah, it's the reason why they're literally hated by everybody.
00:24:55.040 Barbara says at least the Senate will not get paid if they shut down.
00:24:58.300 Should have been the House, too. 0.98
00:24:59.580 They should be able to vote about their own raises.
00:25:02.660 Yeah, but it's always a joke.
00:25:04.380 It doesn't matter, like, if they get paid or not.
00:25:06.600 You ever see when the government's shutting down and they send their letters to the, I guess, whatever, the Treasurer Department, whatever it is, the Accounting Department at Congress?
00:25:16.660 Please withhold my paycheck.
00:25:18.240 I will not take it while Americans are not getting paid because the government shut down as they're like stock portfolios trading at 150% on the year, making Warren Buffett look like a homeless guy.
00:25:32.060 I mean, come on. 0.75
00:25:33.660 Who the hell are you guys fooling? 0.92
00:25:34.860 Take the paycheck. 1.00
00:25:36.620 It's better than you being a fraud.
00:25:39.980 Pat says, quite the gig. 1.00
00:25:41.440 All the taxpayer money is ridiculous.
00:25:43.700 We should all do it.
00:25:46.360 Pretty good job.
00:25:47.740 Mitch McConnell has returned to the Senate to promote his new movie,
00:25:50.460 Weekend at Bernie's.
00:25:51.360 Yeah, Mitch is back.
00:25:52.360 I knew he wasn't dead.
00:25:53.280 I told you guys.
00:25:55.820 How much of his brain is left, I'm not entirely sure, but he's back.
00:26:00.240 And I guess the good news about him being back is Thomas Massey couldn't
00:26:03.600 attempt to steal that seat.
00:26:05.780 Shout out to our buddy RBKK.
00:26:08.660 That's tuned in from the great nation across the pond.
00:26:14.340 one of the great nations across the pond fall girl is with us they just don't care corner's
00:26:19.780 office was against every text against texas constituent i can tell you from experience yeah
00:26:24.540 they don't care these members of congress don't know what's going on you know one of the members
00:26:28.220 of congress i used to work for um mike grim you guys probably seen him on newsmax but what he used
00:26:34.440 to do is every time he would come to dc on his trip home he'd have us write down constituents
00:26:43.640 numbers he gave his phone number out to everybody he'd have us write down constituents phone numbers
00:26:48.280 issues that reached out over the week and on his whatever it was three-hour drive home from dc to
00:26:53.620 new york he would call these people let them know that he knows about their issue let them know that
00:26:59.440 he cares for someone who's making 1600 bucks a day to go to washington dc i think that's probably
00:27:04.120 the bare minimum of what you can do maybe johnson will give them all a 20 raise to paddle inflation
00:27:11.140 Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised.
00:27:13.700 Dennis says, I have a bad feeling that we will lose everything in the midterms.
00:27:16.640 This Iran issue is not helping, along with the price of gas.
00:27:19.340 Yeah, you're not going to get an argument from me, and I've been saying it all along.
00:27:23.300 It doesn't make me anti-Trump.
00:27:24.520 It doesn't make me anti-American.
00:27:25.860 It doesn't make me anti-MAGA.
00:27:27.300 The thing needs to be wrapped up.
00:27:28.980 It is what it is.
00:27:30.080 It needs to be done.
00:27:31.420 Finish the job or get out.
00:27:33.260 There's two solutions.
00:27:35.220 You obliterate the place, or you pack up now and you leave.
00:27:38.780 That's it.
00:27:40.660 They're hanging around and doing it.
00:27:42.900 It's not good for the country.
00:27:44.460 It's not good for your poll numbers.
00:27:45.760 It's not good for anybody.
00:27:48.700 And, I mean, the gas price.
00:27:50.220 I drive a Jeep Wrangler, right?
00:27:53.280 Nice Jeep Wrangler.
00:27:54.620 Takes regular gas.
00:27:56.540 85 bucks the other day to fill up.
00:28:00.580 A year ago, I was paying 50-something, 60 bucks.
00:28:05.280 I mean, 80 bucks to fill up a Wrangler with regular fuel is criminal.
00:28:10.660 that's me saying it you know i'm fortunate enough where you know i could
00:28:15.860 afford to pay for gas but there's people out there who aren't
00:28:19.920 and that's the people that we have to think about who have to drive to work every day
00:28:26.400 so i you know people could say oh you're anti-trump you're this well no i'm not but you
00:28:33.440 know what when push comes to shove at the end of the day people vote with their wallets when they
00:28:38.660 go to the gas pump and they're paying 85 bucks to fill up their Jeep Wrangler that's what matters
00:28:44.500 to them that's what matters to them I knew Brian Fitzpatrick's brother Congressman Mike Fitzpatrick
00:28:52.440 he's rolling in the grave with the opposition Brian has against President Trump Brian is around
00:28:56.420 Brian is a rhino and so is Jackie Heinrich anybody who watches her I got myself in a little trouble
00:29:03.360 at Fox News early on and I'm going to tell you guys the story because it's kind of funny and
00:29:08.400 And Lou Dobbs was just enthralled with it.
00:29:10.880 And he thought it was the funniest thing in the world.
00:29:12.640 And he thought I was the craziest SOB in the world.
00:29:18.360 I was at Fox and the Hunter Biden laptop thing came out.
00:29:21.820 And how it works inside the newsroom is you get emails,
00:29:25.520 you know, email chains or whatever.
00:29:27.240 So it was around the time of the Hunter Biden laptop.
00:29:29.440 Tony Bobulinski came out about the laptop.
00:29:31.780 Anyway, the email comes out that's 10% for the big guy.
00:29:36.440 And Jackie Heyrick replies, I think the email is from Mike Emanuel, replies to the email and says, I can confirm that the big guy is not Joe Biden.
00:29:51.620 Now, without talking to anybody, my boss, Lou, anybody, I respond back to this email because this was something I followed for a while and absolutely obliterated this woman, asking her what the hell she was talking about.
00:30:02.300 She didn't know what she was talking about.
00:30:03.860 Tony Bobulinski had just done a press conference where he confirmed 10% was the big guy.
00:30:09.080 And now, prior to that, we had no other idea who the big guy was.
00:30:13.900 But Jackie Einrich wanted to be the savior of the day and exonerate Joe Biden when she wasn't. 1.00
00:30:20.780 The woman was just a total fool and a liar and a Democrat and a Trump hater. 1.00
00:30:26.740 And by the way, I sent it into President Trump. 1.00
00:30:30.340 i sent him the emails that i still have to let him know who she is and i sent him to will
00:30:37.260 scharf when he was there with president trump give me a break president trump did a great job
00:30:42.580 as the iranian ayatollah is now 72 with 72 virgin goats in the lake of fire i mean finish the job
00:30:49.480 or get out that's that's where we've got to be with this ali khan says midterm concerns i feel
00:30:57.840 like there's sabotage others there's way more than that alley michael babcock huge blue wave
00:31:04.620 coming to the iran debacle and bad economy here at home gas groceries mortgage rates so many more
00:31:09.660 all going up no good yeah the the the mortgage rates is something that's uh something that's
00:31:16.480 not going to get done overnight and that's um you know something from years of fixing that needs to
00:31:24.560 be done but the gas prices absolutely and the grocery prices absolutely and and you know many
00:31:29.880 other prices that have gone up um electrical you know plummet whatever absolutely right i think
00:31:37.220 the people and this is just me looking from the outside
00:31:39.860 this is just me looking at it from the outside
00:31:44.860 uh joke is you
00:31:48.860 all right let's see what do we got here
00:31:54.560 uh charlie kirk's family may be suing uvu over the security issues yeah that's what they're
00:32:01.440 saying there's no doubt the uvu did not provide proper security during charlie kirk's speaking
00:32:06.360 engagement um yeah but you know what's also crazy is that's charlie kirk a private citizen
00:32:12.800 how about the security that president trump was afforded
00:32:16.180 uh in butler pennsylvania as a leading candidate for president united states and former president
00:32:22.240 of the united states that one i think is probably a little bit more concerning to me
00:32:28.720 as secret service is supposed to be like the premier agency of the world so
00:32:36.800 you know it's a messed up society 0.88
00:32:41.860 i'm a foreigner and now a citizen i love this country democrats need to be in mental hospitals
00:32:51.220 Yeah, I think that's saying it too nice. 0.92
00:32:55.140 72 Virgin Goats.
00:32:56.520 They like that one, GW Fight 2. 0.99
00:32:58.080 Yeah, that Ayatollah. 0.99
00:33:02.940 He's where he belongs. 1.00
00:33:04.640 He's in the barrels of hell, rotting, hopefully rotting scumbag. 1.00
00:33:15.280 But, yeah, the midterms are going to be tough. 0.99
00:33:17.620 They're not going to be easy.
00:33:18.900 It's not going to be a shoo-in. 1.00
00:33:19.840 And I don't know. 0.90
00:33:21.720 I mean, I hope the Republicans hold, but it's a hard case to make.
00:33:28.160 It's a really hard case to make when you've got to justify Iran, when you've got to justify gas prices, when you've got to justify the price of everyday needs.
00:33:37.660 You know, when you ran just months earlier or years earlier, I should say, uncutting these costs.
00:33:43.540 So not easy, folks. It's not easy, but we can only do what we can do at this point.
00:33:50.980 I think people are going to vote the way they vote, and they're going to go one way or they're going to go the other.
00:33:59.020 And I don't think there's really much more of the needle to be moved at this point.
00:34:06.160 That's just my two cents. That's my take on it. I don't know.
00:34:09.360 hopefully it is and hopefully the Republicans
00:34:11.840 can hold on but you know the end of the
00:34:13.920 day they deserve
00:34:16.020 to and
00:34:17.200 it's going to be a choice that's up to the voters
00:34:19.840 in
00:34:20.840 you know a month and a few weeks
00:34:24.100 so we will see what happens
00:34:26.100 more importantly we will see you back
