00:03:49.600 House and lifted the block as the lawsuit makes its way through the courts. Judge McFadden clarified

00:03:55.360 the ruling that the government can choose which journalists participate in specific interviews.

00:04:02.720 However, as expected, the D.C. Court of Appeals ruled 2-1 that President Trump can ban AP from the Oval Office.
