00:05:06.560I want to start with the number of illegal immigrants that you and Governor Greg Abbott are transferring to Washington, D.C. and New York City.
00:05:38.360They've never complained about the president, whose causes.
00:05:41.860They complain that they don't have enough resources, that they're overwhelmed, and that it's somehow the fault of Texas, which is pretty hard for me to accept.
00:05:50.540That is astonishing as you lay it out that way.
00:05:54.000The precious mayor of New York City, Eric Adams, being bellicose about it all, is going to campaign against Republicans.
00:06:07.500He's going to show you what for, New York style.
00:06:12.500Well, look, in some ways, I'm glad this happened.
00:06:30.880You're experiencing what I call a drop in the ocean compared to what we're experiencing.
00:06:35.580And it's affecting you in a very negative way.
00:06:38.240You would think he'd have a little compassion for our state, who has to deal with 10 times the number that he's gotten total in one day.

00:06:50.600And I think that's clear for all to comprehend when comparing the scale of the problems that New York's dealing with and the great state of Texas is dealing with.
00:07:03.560And what are you doing with all of those people crossing your border every day?

00:07:14.520Well, look, this is a, this is, I'm just going to say what we've really got going on here.
00:07:19.980We have a partnership between the cartels, organized crime, who are trafficking literally thousands of people every day at a cost of $8,000 to $12,000.
00:07:29.160The Biden administration has told them, you bring as many people here as you can, no matter what their background.

00:07:37.940All they have to do is come to the border patrol and say the secret word, which is not so secret anymore, asylum.

00:12:26.640I don't know that it is in such an affirmative way as it is simply expedient politics on the part of the Biden administration and the Marxist Dems, who are running both that party and the federal government.

00:12:53.120We're not even hearing any statement from the federal government, whether it be the White House, whether it be the DEA.

00:13:10.260I think the Biden administration will do this as long as we let them get away with it, as long as they're allowed to control the levers of government, as long as American people aren't speaking out, as long as the Republican Party is not speaking out.

00:13:45.680We're more worried about logistics and getting as many illegals, so you can make money many, many ways at the border if you're the cartels, and the Biden administration has told them, as blatantly open as you can, here's what you can do, here's how you can make a lot of money, and we're okay with what happens as a result.

00:14:12.940It's impossible, I would think, for the state of Texas to be able to do that on a sustained basis month after month and certainly over the course of a year or so.
00:14:25.420But having done so, you're also clearly agitating the cartels because they're raising the level of violence in northern Mexico, and there are a number of reasons for that.
00:14:39.220But certainly amongst those reasons, I would guess, would be the response of Texas and a couple of other states to firmly responding to the cartels and the drugs and the illegals and the sex trafficking that's reaching their states.
00:15:14.420They're given transportation, and they're given a place to go.
00:15:17.120So we can't stop them unless we want to have a war, which is – we're not – it's not going to happen.
00:15:22.740So we can't stop the federal government from violating the law, but we are capturing other people that don't want to go through Border Patrol, and we have captured cartel members who have been bringing in smuggling fentanyl.
00:15:38.120I think we've gotten enough fentanyl had it been distributed enough to kill every single American.
00:16:09.080And the media will not cover it in any significant way, the left-wing corporate media, all owned by American corporations, by the way.

00:16:29.640I think we're going to have to hope that something happens with Congress, and they can start having an impact, start investigating the Biden administration and showing what they are causing, what they are purposely causing.
00:16:43.180I would put this story together, and then I would tell the American people, say, this is your president, and here's what he's doing, here are the facts, here's what they've been trying to do, here's what their purposes are, and now it's in the open.
00:16:54.300And you guys get to decide, we get to decide two years later, whether we want to keep this type of cartel activity and organized crime activity, or whether we're going to, as America, say, enough is enough, you can stop ruining our country, because by then we're going to have 10 million people here on the low end, and we're going to have a lot of dead kids.

00:17:54.080This administration just seems to be indifferent to the consequences, and we have Republicans like Mitch McConnell leading the Senate who will not even address the issue themselves.

00:18:08.900The Republican Party has to step up to the plate and fight this, speak out on it every possible chance they get, talk to their constituents about it, make the American people aware of it.

00:18:35.640So we're trying to do everything that we know to do, and our people are still frustrated because they want us to take another step, and those next steps are really challenging because they would involve a direct conflict with the federal government.

00:18:54.340Well, we – the federal government is now in conflict with the American people.
00:18:58.460I take your point, Attorney General, but the reality is we saw in the raid on Mar-a-Lago, the president's home, under such silly and absolutely absurd pretext.
00:19:14.120It's just – we're watching right now something this country could not even have imagined, let alone experience, and it's an unprecedented act on the part of Attorney General Garland and this White House, this Marxist-Dem White House, led by an impaired president.
00:19:43.620We've never seen the Department of Justice and the FBI go this far.
00:19:47.260We know that the FBI just – and the Department of Justice, there's a lot of corruption and that they do politically target parents who speak out at school board meetings.
00:20:06.860The reality is we have a very weaponized FBI and DOJ, and they're pretty confident that they can do whatever they want, and no one will stop them.
00:20:17.220And I know for a fact, just having tried to do it myself, investigate the FBI and Department of Justice, they turn the tables on you, and suddenly you end up in trouble.

00:20:27.720That's why it's so challenging, because they know that they can get away with anything, and there's really – unless Congress steps in and starts investigating this, and then we have a new president that goes in and cleans house, we're going to have real problems.

00:20:48.100We're getting very close, and China seems to be the model here, the alignment, if you will, between Biden and Xi Jinping is very real.

00:21:06.260But this president is shipping a million barrels of oil to the communist Chinese when prices are sky high for gasoline, and he's pulling it right out of the strategic petroleum reserves of the United States and does so in broad daylight, fully in everyone's face.
00:21:25.100It's extraordinary that he gives exemptions to certain oligarchs that just happen to have done business with a Biden crime family, and no one says a word in the national media.

00:21:55.100Because it's literally the entire federal government arrayed against the citizens of this country.

00:22:16.680And we're also going to see a massive change on middle class of America when they double the size of the IRS and they send more agents to basically sick the American people and create a huge problem for the middle class.
00:22:30.960That is going to be another devastating thing for Americans who are used to their freedom and not being investigated the rest of their lives.

00:23:01.520And, by the way, I don't know how many other law enforcement agencies there are sprinkled throughout the federal government, but it's a huge number.

00:24:21.920And you, I believe, are absolutely right, Mr. Attorney General, when you say that this is all of this, the outcome rides on these upcoming midterm elections.

00:24:37.000I know you're in a battle there in Texas.
00:24:40.480Give us a sense of your campaign and what you expect to be the result for the Republican Party come November.
00:24:50.040Look, I think, you know, basically we've got a race between Beto O'Rourke and Governor Abbott that the governor should handily win, especially given how unpopular Joe Biden is.
00:24:59.840But I'm still not convinced, especially given the fact that our own Court of Criminal Appeals has struck down the laws that have been around since 1951, authorizing the attorney general to go after voter fraud.
00:25:10.660I'm not convinced that we're not going to be dealing with voter fraud in Texas and a lot of other places.
00:25:15.980I know for a fact that they tried to do in Texas what they did in Georgia and what they did in Pennsylvania.
00:25:21.400We fought it off with 12 lawsuits, but now they've disabled me, and they've done it geniusly with a Republican Court of Appeals that no one knows that has a final say on criminal matters in Texas.
00:25:33.180So we've got some severe risk going into the election, but I do know this.
00:26:16.300They did it December 15th, two days after their filing deadline, to follow a run against any of them, to put in place something that had never been put in place by the legislature, but striking down a statute put in place by the legislature 70 years ago with lots of precedents.
00:26:30.340It said, I don't have the authority as attorney general because I'm in the executive branch.
00:26:34.140I'm not allowed to go into court, according to them, because it's a violation of separation of powers, which means the attorney general can't go into court anymore on criminal matters because they say it's illegal now.
00:27:01.240I was completely unaware of that decision by the criminal appellate court.
00:27:08.460It's stunning to me that they have the power to do that.
00:27:11.880Well, so we should have fixed this a long time ago.
00:27:14.540We should have given concurrent jurisdiction to the attorney general to do all prosecutions.
00:27:20.040The only concurrent jurisdiction I have was election fraud.
00:27:23.720And it was a genius move because if you're George Soros, you fund these races for a court of criminal appeals.
00:27:31.400You put, quote, Republicans in that nobody knows.
00:27:34.540I mean, I could ask 100 Republicans to name one member of the court of criminal appeals, and I would get maybe 0.1% that can name one or two.
00:27:43.400So who knows who they really are, where they came from, who put them there?
00:27:50.520They're doing something very dangerous in this state, and they are setting us up to lose elections.
00:27:56.220And unless the legislature fixes it, which now it's too late to fix before this election, they need to fix it in the upcoming session and hope that we don't lose elections in the fall as a result of this really smart move by George Soros.

00:28:14.440He has now some 75 Soros pro-criminal prosecutors in place.
00:28:22.000And having never even considered the thought, we find out apparently he controls a criminal appeals court, the criminal appeals court in the state of Texas.

00:28:49.160We've got this bifurcated court, and most people don't think they'll ever have to deal with criminal court of appeals because they're not going to be criminals.
00:28:57.300They're not going to have criminal charges brought against them.
00:28:59.040So these guys get elected mostly by the district attorneys.
00:29:03.240They're the ones that fund the races for court of criminal appeals.
00:29:05.700They're the ones that know what is going on.
00:29:07.920And the reality is the district attorneys have gotten more and more liberal, and the big counties are more and more controlled by George Soros, and you can pick almost every big county in the state of Texas is controlled by George Soros.
00:29:18.440And now it's supposedly their responsibility to prosecute voter fraud.
00:29:27.340I don't think it's going to happen in Houston, Dallas.
00:29:29.020It doesn't take that many votes in these big counties to change our state, and all they have to do is they have to do it one time, and we lose.

00:35:25.780And what I worry about is just the intelligence of the left, because they've decided that we're dumb enough, we're going to put up with their annex and buy into it.

00:36:43.940And he told me a couple of years ago, he said, when we have porous borders, it's doing a disservice to these illegal immigrants.
00:36:51.780They are being tempted to make a very dangerous journey from Central America to the United States.
00:36:57.900Many times women and children are abused or even killed along the way.

00:37:05.400And, you know, in law, we have what we call a creative nuisance, a nuisance of convenience, in which if you build a swimming pool and you don't have a fence around it and a child dies, you can be sued because you created this attractive nuisance that lured them in.

00:39:33.060You know, we're watching President Biden say one thing at the United Nations or on 60 Minutes, and then shortly thereafter, out comes some lowly staffer to say, well, the president didn't really mean to say that we'll defend Taiwan.

00:40:02.060Biden is an unmitigated disaster for our country, and I think we have a great chance to elect somebody who embraces biblical principles, and I think if President Trump chooses to run, I think he's got just a tremendous record to run on.
00:40:22.060And the record is not just his record when he was elected in 2016, but I hope he'll run on Joe Biden's record.
00:40:28.680We need a president like President Trump again who will protect the sanctity of life, who will protect religious liberty, who will protect our citizens as God ordained our citizens to be protected.
