Former Director of ICE Tom Holman joins us from the border in El Paso, Texas to talk about the impact of the Biden administration handing over control of the border with Mexico to the drug cartels and the resulting surge in illegal immigration.

00:03:22.040I have a question, though, about Title 42, the health law that allowed the Border Patrol to push back those who would claim refugee status and cross the border.

00:03:39.560But how much difference will there be with Title 42?
00:03:45.320Well, look, it's not going to be 20,000 a day, because if you look at what exactly Biden has actually did, what he's done, they've released more people in the United States than returned under Title 42.
00:05:22.080And to think that we have a Department of Homeland Security secretary who is saying to everyone, I don't know how many are listening, but he's saying it to everyone, that this border is secure.
00:05:35.740And surely he sees at least some of the video that every network, every news outlet has, at least those who deign to cover it, of what's happening at that border.
00:05:49.120How in the world can the man with a straight face say that border is secure?
00:06:42.900Border Patrol has arrested people from 171 different countries.
00:06:46.420Some of these countries are sponsors of terrorism.
00:06:49.180Border Patrol's arrest is just short of 200 people on the terrorist watch list.

00:08:48.740So, you know, taxpaying U.S. citizens couldn't have a baby at this hospital, because it's full of illegal aliens having babies, which will be U.S. citizens.

00:08:59.660There's trauma centers shutting down. Schools being overcrowded.
00:09:05.420I mean, the Catholic social services, I talked to one guy here yesterday in El Paso, the Catholic charities, he went there to get some help.
00:09:12.500They wouldn't let them in, because they're making so much money from the U.S. government taking care of illegal aliens, they're not about to take care of a United States citizen.
00:09:22.240And I heard this downtown El Paso from a guy.
00:09:28.080And what people need to understand, don't fall for this where they're asylum seekers, they have a right to claim asylum, they have a right to see a judge.
00:09:38.780Here's what people need to know. Based on immigration court data outcomes of the last 10 years, immigration court, 9 out of 10 people who claim asylum at our border never get relief from U.S. courts, because they either don't show up or they don't qualify.
00:09:53.340Now, people think, well, if they don't qualify, the secretary says they will be sat home.
00:09:58.320If you look at the Homeland Security LifeSec report, which is the secretary's own report, if you're in ICE detention, you get order removal, which 9 out of 10 will.
00:10:11.180However, if you're not in detention and you're released, like this administration is doing, and you get order removal, you leave 6% of the time.
00:15:40.500We're pushing for an amnesty bill and Medicare for all.
00:15:43.520When you make those type of promises to the world, the most vulnerable people will put themselves in hands of criminal cartels that come to this, the greatest country on earth, which has resulted in record deaths of migrants and U.S. citizens.
00:16:00.020It's outrageous in point of fact, and that we have a president in the White House, and it's arguable whether or not he should be in the White House, in my opinion.
00:16:09.620But there he is, and what he's doing to this country, he has to know full well the impact, the fact that the middle class is being destroyed by these policies, working men and women having to fight with these illegal immigrants.
00:16:26.600And meanwhile, the Democratic Party used to be the party of working people.

00:16:37.260Well, look, I think the Chamber of Commerce is corrupt, that they don't want border security.
00:16:42.320And you're right, they want lower wages, they want more cheap labor, illegal alien labor.
00:16:46.360I'll tell you a quick story real quick.
00:16:47.720I put a roof in my house two years ago, damaged that roof, so I called five different companies until I found a company that actually would guarantee me a legal workforce.
00:16:57.180In the meantime, one of the companies responded, they didn't want to stop by, see if they could fix it, right, or replace it.
00:17:02.200It was a U.S. citizen, father and son, who used to employ over 20 United States citizens.
00:17:07.660Well, he looked at the roof and said, I can't replace the entire roof, I don't have the staff to do it.
00:17:12.980And I asked him why he gave up that big company he had.
00:18:50.600And so I was sending a message to these millions of people who think they beat the system, these millions of people who will lose their immigration case and become fugitives because they won't leave the country.
00:19:02.100Because in a Trump administration, we're going to come looking for you.
00:19:05.140In a Trump administration, we're going to secure the border once again like we did before, or this time we'll finish the job.
00:19:09.940And hopefully the rhinos on the Hill, and there's a lot of them, they've learned their lesson.
00:19:15.360The first time we go around, when we had the House, the Senate, in the White House, they failed to support this president and his immigration actions.

00:19:28.040Bottom line, no one had more effect on this border than President Trump.
