00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs, and this is The Great America Show.
00:00:05.240 There's little doubt the country's in deeper trouble by the day.
00:00:09.180 I know we're all gutsick about what's happened to our country.
00:00:12.800 We're all feeling the weight of this government on our public spirit.
00:00:16.760 I hear some of us are turning off the news altogether,
00:00:20.640 sick and tired of the left-wing corporate media,
00:00:23.440 and I certainly don't blame anyone for doing so.
00:00:26.400 The outright lies, the shame of it all, is those networks, cable and broadcast,
00:00:32.420 push propaganda rather than objective news.
00:00:35.580 It's hard to put up with, and as I say, I don't blame anyone for not putting up with it,
00:00:40.720 for turning it all off.
00:00:42.480 Certainly, left-wing newspapers and websites aren't any better,
00:00:46.040 and we know now that President Biden lied again and again.
00:00:51.940 The White House told us he didn't know about the Mar-a-Lago raid.
00:00:55.600 He did, of course, and now we know for sure.
00:00:59.740 He had to be lying.
00:01:01.200 He authorized the raid on Mar-a-Lago
00:01:03.380 and changed America to a place we no longer recognize as our country.
00:01:09.260 We have to be honest about all of this.
00:01:12.260 It is no longer the America we knew.
00:01:15.120 It's not a nation of laws.
00:01:17.280 We can't honestly claim it's a constitutional republic.
00:01:20.280 Not when we have an FBI that frames national security advisors as they did with General Michael Flynn.
00:01:28.620 An FBI that conspires with the Marxist dims in the deep state to overthrow a president.
00:01:35.060 An FBI that manufactured false statistics that they report to the American people.
00:01:40.660 Entrapped citizens and put them on trial because of the plot manufactured by the FBI,
00:01:47.160 as they did in Michigan in the Governor Whitmer kidnapping case,
00:01:51.040 and in league with the Justice Department and the White House
00:01:54.240 and intelligence agencies and the Marxist dims
00:01:57.500 who carried out a six-year-long political persecution of President Trump.
00:02:02.900 This is no longer the America that we once knew, is it?
00:02:08.620 And none of us blame those fellow citizens who say they can't take any more of the attacks,
00:02:14.180 any more of the Marxist-left propaganda,
00:02:16.660 and the raging evil that has overwhelmed Washington, D.C.,
00:02:21.040 and almost the entirety of our federal government.
00:02:24.360 And there's no doubt corporate America is complicit
00:02:27.580 and a full conspirator in all of this.
00:02:30.920 Whether the refusal of their media, the media they own,
00:02:35.080 to cover news honestly, to be fair and balanced, to stick to the facts,
00:02:40.280 no, those days are long gone.
00:02:42.760 And it's hard to see how we fight our way to a free press,
00:02:47.420 a free press that is independent and intent on seeking and reporting the truth,
00:02:53.140 no matter what, in keeping our citizens informed,
00:02:56.820 not beaten down with left-wing propaganda.
00:02:59.500 The FBI's raid on Mar-a-Lago was the stuff of Soviet-era KGB secret police,
00:03:07.080 an act that demonstrated clearly to all that the Marxist dims
00:03:10.920 and the deep state own the FBI and DOJ,
00:03:15.040 and most of what was once our federal government.
00:03:18.180 A clear statement that corruption of the Biden White House,
00:03:21.760 Department of Justice, and the FBI is pervasive and profound.
00:03:26.460 Now the question is, will it be lasting?
00:03:30.160 That will be up to you and me.
00:03:33.620 Witnessing the FBI raid Mar-a-Lago,
00:03:36.580 the Judicial Watch attorneys immediately filed a motion
00:03:39.500 to unseal the search warrant's affidavit.
00:03:43.100 Our guest today is Judicial Watch's Director of Investigations and Research,
00:03:48.020 Chris Farrell.
00:03:49.120 Chris, it's great to have you here with us.
00:03:51.080 So far, the magistrate judge has said he doesn't agree with the DOJ arguments,
00:03:56.720 but the affidavit, unsealed or not, can still be, he says, redacted,
00:04:02.980 which will deny the public meaningful information.
00:04:06.500 My colleagues and I were watching what was going on and felt compelled to take action.
00:04:14.240 There's a whole lot of people rightfully upset and concerned and a lot of soundbites,
00:04:19.860 and the leadership wasn't doing anything.
00:04:23.760 They were just kind of waving their arms and wringing their hands as per usual.
00:04:27.340 So we decided it was up to us, that the impetus, the onus was on us to take action
00:04:33.860 because the American public was owed straight answers.
00:04:36.820 And they clearly were not coming from the Department of Justice or the FBI.
00:04:41.280 So we were going to do our best to seek the release of the underlying affidavit,
00:04:47.200 the sworn statement by the FBI special agent that formed the predicate for the warrant and the search.
00:04:54.640 It's going to be fascinating.
00:04:56.260 If you can successfully receive that document in a timely fashion,
00:05:03.640 it's going to be fascinating to see what pretext they use.
00:05:08.260 Because one thing we do know about the FBI, they have persecuted this president for six years.
00:05:13.700 Not a single one of their charges has amounted to a hill of beans.
00:05:17.720 And the only liars and the only transgressors and crimes have been committed by the FBI
00:05:25.960 in the Department of Justice.
00:05:27.780 So it'll be interesting to see what the pretext is.
00:05:31.020 Do you have any idea what it might be?
00:05:32.780 Well, purportedly, there's a reported issue of NARA, National Archives and Records Administration,
00:05:47.060 documents, papers, folders, et cetera, that are actually covered under the Presidential Records Act,
00:05:53.540 the P.R.A., which I have a disgustingly detailed amount of knowledge firsthand on, unfortunately.
00:06:00.860 The P.R.A. governs presidential records at the point where the president is about to say goodbye
00:06:07.080 and leave the office and what happens to him afterwards.
00:06:10.460 And every president since F.E.R. in 1939, when he turned over his records to the government,
00:06:17.280 every president has had a push me, pull you, shove and push back and forth over what was going to be kept,
00:06:26.220 what was going to be given to a library, what was going to go to the archives, what was going to be sealed.
00:06:32.360 And that back and forth is something that's been negotiated with every president.
00:06:35.780 I have literally sat in the Clinton Archive in Little Rock and looked through a glass dividing wall piece
00:06:45.020 at Bruce Lindsay, Bill Clinton's personal representative, as he was reviewing records
00:06:52.060 and deciding whether I could see them, and I was one room away.
00:06:56.800 So I am very familiar with this process, and I can tell you that what the FBI did a couple days ago
00:07:03.380 is completely off the charts, totally out of control, and really just an effort to once again
00:07:10.000 try to smear and dirty up the former president.
00:07:15.100 Yeah, we're getting a report that John Solomon said on Breitbart,
00:07:22.440 the FBI office behind the Mar-a-Lago raid, which is the Washington, D.C. field office,
00:07:29.660 has a big problem with political manipulation as they're styling it as they conducted that raid.
00:07:40.880 It's, as John Solomon put it, Chris Wray, the director of the FBI, is not taking whistleblowers seriously,
00:07:50.480 and so now they've got another problem in addition to all the transgressions that they have committed,
00:07:59.380 and frankly, I think the laws they've broken, certainly, in this.
00:08:05.840 This is a politically motivated office.
00:08:08.940 There should be no surprise to anyone about that.
00:08:11.200 But at this level, Chris, your thoughts about the level of just a rogue FBI
00:08:21.280 following their Marxist-dim masters and the deep state into committing this kind of an act
00:08:30.620 going against a president, former president of the United States?
00:08:35.520 Well, the repercussions, unfortunately, in the next few months are probably, you know, zero.
00:08:48.160 I want to point out, though, that the headquarters of the FBI is a wildly politicized place.
00:08:53.940 It has virtually nothing to do with rank-and-file FBI agents around the country,
00:08:58.300 although there's a number of places where the FBI is out of control around the country.
00:09:01.840 I'm not saying every FBI agent is a dirtball.
00:09:05.060 That's not my intention at all.
00:09:07.180 But the headquarters is essentially the enforcement arm of the Democratic National Committee.
00:09:15.260 And the Washington field office, the Washington field office, remember,
00:09:19.220 the new chief of the Washington field office, a guy named D'Antuono,
00:09:24.480 it's D-apostrophe-capital-A-T-U-O-N-O, D'Antuono.
00:09:29.700 He was previously the special agent in charge of the Detroit office of the FBI.
00:09:37.760 And you remember, those are the guys that dreamed up the crazy kidnap Gretchen Whitmer case.
00:09:45.560 And so this guy is clearly, he's a piece of work.
00:09:48.700 I mean, this is the guy who manufactures a kidnap plot and then conveniently moves to Washington, D.C.
00:09:55.440 The two months later, you have the Ray Epps cheerleading section at the January 6th event.
00:10:01.760 And now you've got a raid on Mar-a-Lago.
00:10:04.160 So the Washington field office needs to be put under a microscope, especially this guy, D'Antuono.
00:10:10.400 Well, as you have basically said, the entire management of the FBI right now, in my opinion,
00:10:20.620 should be forced to resign, fired, however you want to style it.
00:10:24.920 They should be frog-marched out of the FBI headquarters.
00:10:30.100 This is a corrupt and toxic organization.
00:10:33.140 Think about this, too, Chris.
00:10:36.880 Four directors of the FBI since the advent of the crossfire hurricane and the Russia hoax,
00:10:47.680 the Russia collusion disinformation campaign by Hillary Clinton's campaign,
00:10:54.140 that four of them have been caught lying to the Congress, lying to the American people,
00:11:01.860 and without accountability, without any consequence whatsoever.
00:11:09.000 I think you will recall, when I said it on air on your television show probably six years ago,
00:11:17.820 it was a little shocking at the time.
00:11:20.200 But you will recall that I early, early advocated for the disillusion of the FBI,
00:11:26.400 that it should be eliminated as a law enforcement agency.
00:11:29.920 At the time I said it, some people kind of scratched their heads and said,
00:11:32.720 hey, you know, aren't you going a little far here?
00:11:35.840 And I said, no, not far enough.
00:11:37.820 And now it's taken a few years, but now everyone's finally catching on to what I warned about years ago,
00:11:44.280 the utter corruption of the organization.
00:11:46.940 And, you know, the fish rots from the head down.
00:11:49.240 And this is a perfect example of it.
00:11:52.820 Unfortunately, it is.
00:11:54.100 And it's an example that just keeps replicating itself.
00:11:57.660 We think of all of the instances in which the FBI has lied,
00:12:03.180 the plots they've been involved in,
00:12:05.160 the orchestrated Marxist Dems campaign against the candidate Donald Trump,
00:12:13.220 the president Donald Trump,
00:12:14.780 their attempts to overthrow him,
00:12:16.760 two impeachments,
00:12:17.620 a special counsel,
00:12:18.680 three years of FBI investigation,
00:12:21.280 the countless charges against him,
00:12:23.420 and the slurs and the insults,
00:12:25.780 the accusations,
00:12:26.840 and not one of them proved to be true.
00:12:29.860 But the accusers,
00:12:31.660 that is,
00:12:32.320 the FBI,
00:12:33.400 the Department of Justice,
00:12:35.120 the House Intel
00:12:36.800 Committee under Adam Schiff,
00:12:39.580 as we go through,
00:12:41.620 they're all liars.
00:12:43.460 They all manufactured,
00:12:45.300 and not only charges,
00:12:48.580 but they tried to frame the president of the United States.
00:12:51.920 They successfully framed General Michael Flynn.
00:12:55.160 They tried to frame,
00:12:57.880 you know,
00:12:58.340 we can,
00:12:58.900 Carter Page,
00:12:59.820 you can go through the list,
00:13:01.100 George Papadopoulos.
00:13:02.540 They tried,
00:13:04.160 and almost succeeded.
00:13:07.520 It's,
00:13:08.140 it's just disgusting.
00:13:09.240 Here we go.
00:13:10.260 Here we go again.
00:13:12.140 As you well know,
00:13:13.620 the process is the punishment,
00:13:15.520 right?
00:13:16.460 So when they go after these people,
00:13:18.360 and they grind them up,
00:13:19.620 and they cost them attorney's fees,
00:13:22.960 and they,
00:13:23.220 and accountants,
00:13:24.120 and lawyers,
00:13:25.060 and heartburn,
00:13:26.860 you know,
00:13:27.340 they've been smeared in the press.
00:13:30.840 Where do you go to get your reputation back?
00:13:33.480 Where do you go to get back the house you had to sell,
00:13:36.820 or take a second mortgage on,
00:13:38.500 or whatever?
00:13:39.360 And this is just the payoff.
00:13:41.400 This is just to survive the process of eventually being vindicated.
00:13:46.260 You know,
00:13:46.580 for example,
00:13:47.580 Mike Flynn is one example,
00:13:48.860 but there's a,
00:13:49.400 like you said,
00:13:49.920 there's a bunch of other ones.
00:13:51.780 Yeah,
00:13:51.920 and Michael Flynn has had support of a lot of people in this country,
00:13:56.600 patriots,
00:13:57.520 who have donated money to,
00:14:00.300 for his defense,
00:14:01.560 who are doing so.
00:14:02.920 The same thing is happening,
00:14:04.400 but not at a large enough scale,
00:14:06.040 in my opinion.
00:14:06.820 We should all be doing more for all of those caught up in the January 6th
00:14:14.500 iniquity that they call the January 6th committee.
00:14:18.080 All of those people should have our support.
00:14:20.560 I,
00:14:20.580 and not GoFundMe,
00:14:22.240 but there's the conservative version of that we should be using to,
00:14:26.940 to support them.
00:14:27.880 And now we've got Navarro,
00:14:31.140 you know,
00:14:31.440 Peter Navarro,
00:14:32.340 the former aide to the president Trump caught up in it.
00:14:35.280 It just goes on and on.
00:14:37.800 But you know,
00:14:38.380 I sent an investigator out,
00:14:43.260 one of my investigators to Texas,
00:14:44.940 to talk to a couple,
00:14:46.440 retired couple,
00:14:47.340 who had their farm raided by the FBI.
00:14:51.560 And the only thing they did was hang around DC on January 6th and then go
00:14:55.920 home.
00:14:56.740 They didn't do anything.
00:14:57.680 They weren't near anything.
00:14:58.780 They didn't take any action,
00:15:00.160 nothing.
00:15:01.140 But they somehow,
00:15:02.400 I guess through cell phone tracking,
00:15:03.940 they showed them in the city.
00:15:06.140 They went after this couple.
00:15:08.240 They're shell shocked.
00:15:09.520 I mean,
00:15:09.700 they had flashbang grenades thrown in their house.
00:15:12.620 This is a retired couple in their seventies.
00:15:16.780 I'm sorry.
00:15:17.820 The FBI actually attacked their house.
00:15:23.320 Correct.
00:15:24.180 That is a hundred percent correct.
00:15:26.160 And they did nothing.
00:15:28.660 And,
00:15:28.700 and,
00:15:29.000 and look,
00:15:30.420 they don't have $10,000 to throw down as a,
00:15:36.180 as a,
00:15:37.180 you know,
00:15:37.540 a retainer for an attorney to then spend another 20 or $30,000.
00:15:43.180 to,
00:15:43.480 to fight off or to find out,
00:15:45.560 you know,
00:15:45.860 how they even came on the FBI radar screen.
00:15:50.160 Can they sue the FBI?
00:15:52.340 Good Lord.
00:15:53.100 They ought to be able to sue the FBI.
00:15:56.580 Yeah.
00:15:57.060 I mean,
00:15:57.280 one of the things we're looking at is the same thing with Trump.
00:15:59.620 We're trying to get to the underlying affidavit from the special agent who
00:16:04.840 went before a judge.
00:16:06.460 And here's the deal.
00:16:07.060 This was a,
00:16:07.660 a,
00:16:08.080 a,
00:16:08.500 a no knock middle of the night warrant.
00:16:11.760 So in order to get one of those,
00:16:13.980 yet,
00:16:14.200 yet the agent has to swear that either a,
00:16:17.640 they're violent felons or B their flight risks.
00:16:22.860 They're not.
00:16:23.820 Then they're neither of those things,
00:16:25.340 but that didn't stop them from blowing through the gate on their ranch and
00:16:30.140 making the poor husband stand in his underwear for two and a half hours in
00:16:34.640 the pre-dawn cold,
00:16:35.860 you know,
00:16:37.320 humiliating him out by the side of the road.
00:16:40.500 This,
00:16:40.740 this is,
00:16:41.320 you know,
00:16:41.620 this is your federal law enforcement in action.
00:16:44.080 This is,
00:16:44.620 this is a little people get ground up,
00:16:47.260 you know,
00:16:47.560 damn their hides.
00:16:48.480 I'm telling you,
00:16:50.040 this is out of control.
00:16:51.600 This has gone too far.
00:16:53.640 And you know what?
00:16:55.660 These,
00:16:56.400 these ignorant,
00:16:58.800 pitiful excuses for federal G men,
00:17:02.580 you know,
00:17:02.820 this is just silly.
00:17:03.960 They're silly.
00:17:05.080 They're cowardly.
00:17:05.940 And how dare them not have the courage and the principle to stand up and tell
00:17:10.880 their superiors that they will not participate in something like a pre-dawn
00:17:15.140 raid with SWAT tactics and nonsense going after a,
00:17:19.920 you know,
00:17:20.280 I,
00:17:20.680 the innocence,
00:17:21.780 they knew what they were doing.
00:17:23.560 This is disgusting.
00:17:25.040 It's,
00:17:25.340 it's intimidation.
00:17:26.740 It's an,
00:17:27.640 it's an effort.
00:17:29.080 It's just simply to create fear in the entire American public.
00:17:33.900 And you know what?
00:17:34.980 In some quarters that'll work.
00:17:36.780 But in most parts of America,
00:17:38.560 I still believe this intimidation nonsense from the part of the FBI will blow up in
00:17:44.560 their faces.
00:17:45.500 Absolutely.
00:17:47.260 It has to at this point,
00:17:48.740 because,
00:17:49.300 you know,
00:17:50.820 the more they push the envelope,
00:17:52.620 the more they're going to take it,
00:17:53.780 the more they're going to keep trying more and more and more.
00:17:56.920 And,
00:17:57.440 you know,
00:17:58.820 it emboldens them.
00:18:00.360 They,
00:18:00.840 they want to keep the American public in a state of,
00:18:04.980 of acute neurotic anxiety.
00:18:06.860 They want them constantly fearful that they're going to be blamed.
00:18:11.140 They're going to be caught up in something.
00:18:13.080 They're going to be associated with something because they want you to keep your head down and shut up.
00:18:18.500 That's what they want.
00:18:20.000 And they'll do anything to get it.
00:18:22.160 And the lesson is,
00:18:23.340 if they can do it to the former president,
00:18:25.040 they can do it to you.
00:18:26.320 Oh,
00:18:26.720 there's no doubt what they can do.
00:18:28.200 They can do whatever they want,
00:18:29.180 because right now there is no countervailing force of decency and,
00:18:34.620 and respect in this country to put against them other than the will of the American people.
00:18:40.500 And it has not taken shape.
00:18:42.520 Yeah,
00:18:42.720 because it's a leadership.
00:18:43.880 The so-called,
00:18:44.500 the so-called leadership on the Republican side of the equation is a joke.
00:18:49.980 Yes.
00:18:50.540 No one's willing to step up or do anything.
00:18:52.360 Well,
00:18:53.400 damn their hides as well,
00:18:54.960 because there,
00:18:56.520 there has to be a response to this kind of ignorance,
00:19:02.320 this shameless flaunting of the Constitution.
00:19:06.140 And these are federal authorities,
00:19:09.120 ladies and gentlemen.
00:19:10.520 They are operating our government.
00:19:13.400 They are functioning supposedly in support of this,
00:19:18.260 of this country and its citizens.
00:19:20.680 And they are at war with us.
00:19:22.940 They have declared war on all of America that isn't a Marxist dem following in lockstep to their woke ideology and utter Marxist devastating destructive ideology.
00:19:42.220 You know,
00:19:43.120 Lou,
00:19:43.400 for the record on this whole issue about the president and his records,
00:19:47.040 this is normally handled by,
00:19:51.300 you know,
00:19:52.100 sharply worded letters between two different sets of attorneys.
00:19:55.920 If that doesn't work,
00:19:57.880 then they can ask for a civil subpoena to produce the records by court process.
00:20:04.240 If that doesn't work,
00:20:05.560 you then file for some sort of contempt motion to get the marshals to come out and collect the records.
00:20:11.720 If that doesn't work,
00:20:14.100 you know,
00:20:15.000 there's,
00:20:15.660 what I'm trying to get across is there is an escalated,
00:20:18.980 tiered,
00:20:20.080 rational system,
00:20:21.900 none of which consists of FBI agents conducting,
00:20:27.280 you know,
00:20:27.880 an armed raid at the president's home.
00:20:31.100 And for those of you who think,
00:20:33.840 well,
00:20:34.900 you know,
00:20:35.860 he may have had something bad or something he wasn't supposed to have,
00:20:40.440 and maybe he took something unlawfully.
00:20:43.180 Okay,
00:20:43.660 great.
00:20:44.420 Well,
00:20:45.360 there were records that were under lock and key on a presidential compound that's guarded by secret service agents.
00:20:53.180 Now,
00:20:53.420 you tell me if those records are secure or not.
00:20:57.240 Right.
00:20:57.340 Well,
00:20:58.380 and,
00:20:58.760 and President Trump himself has said point blank,
00:21:03.540 he had ordered his attorneys to give them whatever it is that they,
00:21:07.240 they wanted.
00:21:08.600 This,
00:21:09.560 this was a process that was underway with the,
00:21:13.240 the archives.
00:21:15.980 And,
00:21:16.820 and without,
00:21:18.120 and,
00:21:18.440 and the president was generally just shocked that this,
00:21:22.440 this occurred given the fact that there was full cooperation.
00:21:26.160 And it was a process that had been underway for months.
00:21:30.540 This is,
00:21:31.020 this is,
00:21:32.740 this stinks to high heaven and heads should roll.
00:21:38.060 Give me,
00:21:39.080 give me an idea of what you think the,
00:21:44.460 the national security issue is around this,
00:21:47.420 because right now we have a government that no one respects.
00:21:52.340 You can't respect this government.
00:21:54.580 You can't take this FBI seriously.
00:21:57.720 Attorney General Merrick Garland is a cowardly cretin.
00:22:03.600 Christopher Wray.
00:22:04.820 I mean,
00:22:05.020 they look like they came out of the same finishing schools for bureaucratic
00:22:10.400 non-entities.
00:22:12.460 And yet there they are.
00:22:15.120 It's hard to imagine what the national security claim would be.
00:22:20.080 And here's why.
00:22:22.080 You know,
00:22:22.280 these are purportedly record documents that would have a creation date of at
00:22:27.300 the latest sometime in January of 2021.
00:22:33.000 Uh,
00:22:33.380 you're right at the very end of the president's term.
00:22:35.900 And,
00:22:36.400 and that's,
00:22:36.900 that's the most aggressive position you could take.
00:22:40.620 So we are now in,
00:22:42.880 you know,
00:22:43.300 August of 22.
00:22:46.000 So whatever information there was is now actually quite dated.
00:22:51.820 Uh,
00:22:52.300 certainly the Biden administration and their national security strategy,
00:22:56.400 if they have one is radically different from the,
00:23:00.120 uh,
00:23:01.140 from the Trump strategy.
00:23:02.420 So,
00:23:03.100 I mean,
00:23:03.300 the whole world has changed and we're two years down the road.
00:23:07.240 So how in the world can any record or document that president Trump might
00:23:12.260 have what would be the urgent,
00:23:14.980 compelling life and limb threshold,
00:23:17.780 uh,
00:23:19.280 that would mandate any kind of law enforcement action,
00:23:22.480 like a raid.
00:23:23.300 It's,
00:23:23.580 it's very tough to conjure up any sort of excuse.
00:23:27.680 You know,
00:23:28.440 one speculation that does resonate with me is that for whatever reason,
00:23:35.640 the FBI and the justice department and the Biden white house,
00:23:40.280 for some reason thought that they might,
00:23:42.920 there might be documents relating to spy gate and the culpability of this
00:23:48.700 administration,
00:23:50.180 the deep state,
00:23:51.940 including the,
00:23:52.820 of course,
00:23:53.060 the FBI and the department of justice.
00:23:55.800 And they wanted those documents that would add to the urgency.
00:23:59.760 And it is also,
00:24:01.200 uh,
00:24:01.740 that brings us to the point that,
00:24:03.800 uh,
00:24:04.700 very clearly judicial watches sued the department of justice for the Russia
00:24:09.560 hoax records that were declassified and ordered released by president
00:24:13.980 Trump.
00:24:14.760 This actually looks to me like it could be connected to your lawsuit against
00:24:20.180 president Trump for those very records.
00:24:24.000 It could be because we know that the president ordered the declassification
00:24:28.020 and immediate release of a set of documents.
00:24:30.200 And that,
00:24:31.700 uh,
00:24:33.000 you know,
00:24:33.420 somewhere along the line,
00:24:34.960 the national archives either didn't cooperate or only partially
00:24:39.500 cooperated.
00:24:40.380 So there could be an issue where the,
00:24:42.700 the subject records that you just described are something that they are
00:24:46.820 frantically trying to get a hold of,
00:24:48.740 or,
00:24:49.120 or somehow try to reel them back in under their control,
00:24:53.420 despite the president's order that they'd be declassified and released.
00:24:58.500 Yeah.
00:24:59.060 The fact that they were not,
00:25:00.380 uh,
00:25:01.160 and by the way,
00:25:02.160 I was very,
00:25:03.460 uh,
00:25:04.660 skeptical,
00:25:05.260 uh,
00:25:06.280 is on the 19th,
00:25:08.080 uh,
00:25:08.620 the day before the president of course was leaving office,
00:25:11.700 uh,
00:25:12.700 as he insisted on this release,
00:25:15.180 this declassification,
00:25:16.560 he of course is the ultimate authority on declassification.
00:25:19.820 And for the justice department,
00:25:22.520 the FBI,
00:25:23.620 for this,
00:25:24.220 the intelligence community,
00:25:25.940 not to respond and carry out his lawful presidential order.
00:25:30.980 And it's been all that time.
00:25:33.580 And not until this raid and your lawsuit has this been on the front pages,
00:25:39.820 uh,
00:25:40.580 of,
00:25:41.000 uh,
00:25:41.980 of the public consciousness.
00:25:43.660 I'll put it that way.
00:25:45.400 Yeah.
00:25:46.140 You know,
00:25:46.460 you,
00:25:46.600 you'll remember that the FBI went over and threatened,
00:25:50.540 president Trump and,
00:25:52.220 uh,
00:25:53.300 his chief of staff over the Nunez memo.
00:25:56.300 You remember that little bit of drama,
00:25:58.920 David Nunez,
00:25:59.660 his memo,
00:26:00.460 how he wanted to release what his findings were based on reviewing
00:26:03.580 materials.
00:26:04.740 Oh,
00:26:04.980 absolutely.
00:26:05.480 He was head of the intelligence and that went over to the white house and
00:26:09.620 they tried to threaten them.
00:26:10.740 They tried to say,
00:26:11.440 don't you dare release it.
00:26:13.500 And they did anyway.
00:26:14.800 And all it showed was that,
00:26:16.520 uh,
00:26:17.460 you know,
00:26:17.700 Democrats were making up this long twisted tale of Russia,
00:26:21.240 Russia,
00:26:21.560 Russia hoax.
00:26:23.280 Well,
00:26:24.280 there's still the documents that are retained within the,
00:26:29.180 uh,
00:26:29.760 uh,
00:26:30.100 the box,
00:26:31.160 uh,
00:26:31.620 at,
00:26:32.100 uh,
00:26:32.600 at the CIA headquarters,
00:26:34.380 uh,
00:26:35.180 that we still haven't seen.
00:26:36.340 Uh,
00:26:36.740 that would be part of these,
00:26:38.080 uh,
00:26:38.360 that should be,
00:26:39.000 they should be part of this.
00:26:40.580 I don't know whether they are,
00:26:41.860 but there's so much here,
00:26:43.740 but we know that this was a twisted and torturous,
00:26:47.700 uh,
00:26:48.460 conspiracy on the part of the intelligence community,
00:26:51.140 uh,
00:26:51.800 which involves,
00:26:52.640 of course,
00:26:53.000 the national security division of the FBI.
00:26:55.840 Oh,
00:26:56.300 let's be honest.
00:26:57.080 It also includes,
00:26:58.040 uh,
00:26:58.640 the law enforcement,
00:26:59.720 uh,
00:27:00.060 uh,
00:27:01.240 side of the,
00:27:02.060 uh,
00:27:02.800 the FBI as well.
00:27:04.900 This is,
00:27:06.320 this is,
00:27:07.440 uh,
00:27:08.160 this is,
00:27:09.200 you know,
00:27:10.900 this could be,
00:27:11.920 I,
00:27:12.220 I,
00:27:12.720 I don't know.
00:27:13.280 I,
00:27:13.420 I don't know if it'll be a constitutional crisis,
00:27:15.540 but I will say point blank,
00:27:17.620 this is a crisis for America.
00:27:20.160 And we as citizens have got to engage and make sure that we,
00:27:25.060 we help shape,
00:27:27.200 uh,
00:27:28.240 the outcome because nothing less than the future of the country is at stake.
00:27:34.900 Well,
00:27:35.360 when people go in and go to a cast their ballot this coming November,
00:27:39.860 uh,
00:27:41.140 this event should be at the very forefront of their mind and should be the
00:27:46.320 tipping point for deciding which way they're going to vote.
00:27:50.120 I mean,
00:27:50.840 this is the defining moment.
00:27:53.180 I agree.
00:27:54.220 Uh,
00:27:54.660 if this country has to move to the ballot box,
00:27:58.180 uh,
00:27:58.620 Republicans and dependents,
00:28:00.800 uh,
00:28:01.360 anyone in this country,
00:28:02.700 Democrat or whatever,
00:28:03.860 uh,
00:28:04.840 if you care about this Republican law and order,
00:28:08.080 the heritage and the,
00:28:09.800 and the future of the nation,
00:28:11.080 it's,
00:28:12.520 it's time to stand up.
00:28:14.020 And,
00:28:14.760 uh,
00:28:15.140 if we don't,
00:28:16.480 uh,
00:28:17.940 it's over there,
00:28:19.040 there won't be a 2024 election.
00:28:20.960 I'll guarantee you that,
00:28:22.100 uh,
00:28:23.080 if this,
00:28:23.800 if the,
00:28:24.420 if we can't prevail,
00:28:26.000 uh,
00:28:26.660 in this election on November 8th and bring this,
00:28:29.780 this evil force within our government,
00:28:32.180 uh,
00:28:33.020 to heal,
00:28:33.740 uh,
00:28:34.240 we're going to be in,
00:28:35.740 in existential trouble,
00:28:37.900 I believe.
00:28:38.440 What do you think?
00:28:39.000 I agree with you.
00:28:41.240 And,
00:28:41.560 and that's why it's so important to have new leadership.
00:28:44.300 Um,
00:28:45.180 whatever happens,
00:28:46.240 whatever the precise outcome of the election,
00:28:49.680 um,
00:28:50.860 uh,
00:28:51.520 you know,
00:28:52.060 if you keep doing what you're doing,
00:28:53.860 you're going to keep getting what you're getting.
00:28:55.620 And,
00:28:56.120 uh,
00:28:56.460 and what we've gotten so far is a lot of lip service and double talk and
00:29:01.380 people that never missed an opportunity to miss an opportunity and,
00:29:05.960 uh,
00:29:06.440 you know,
00:29:06.980 bold finger wagging with zero follow-up.
00:29:10.540 And frankly,
00:29:11.780 uh,
00:29:12.200 I know you're with me on this one.
00:29:13.840 I'm set up.
00:29:14.680 I'm done with that.
00:29:15.740 I'm not going to put up with another,
00:29:17.400 you know,
00:29:18.380 posturing and gesturing and then running off to the country club for a
00:29:23.000 pitcher of whiskey sours,
00:29:24.920 you know,
00:29:25.640 enough.
00:29:26.460 We need real change with real leaders.
00:29:29.860 By the way,
00:29:30.600 that last week,
00:29:31.620 uh,
00:29:31.780 Christopher Ray left,
00:29:32.980 uh,
00:29:33.200 his hearing,
00:29:34.100 uh,
00:29:34.780 telling me,
00:29:35.880 telling them that they,
00:29:37.000 that he had,
00:29:38.220 uh,
00:29:38.760 had a plane waiting.
00:29:39.980 I had to go and it,
00:29:42.240 it was,
00:29:42.880 it was waiting and he went off to vacation.
00:29:45.140 We find out today after,
00:29:47.260 uh,
00:29:47.740 uh,
00:29:48.420 extended stay in his Delaware home after recovering from COVID,
00:29:52.620 President Biden has taken a family vacation of,
00:29:55.980 uh,
00:29:56.300 undetermined duration in South Carolina,
00:29:58.920 uh,
00:29:59.880 leaving poor Merrick Garland alone in Washington,
00:30:03.700 D.C.
00:30:04.140 to avoid,
00:30:05.040 uh,
00:30:05.760 uh,
00:30:06.260 avoid,
00:30:07.080 uh,
00:30:07.880 the,
00:30:08.360 uh,
00:30:08.880 the accountability that is due.
00:30:11.080 Uh,
00:30:11.720 he should make at least some lame explanation,
00:30:15.420 but all of the explanations the FBI offers are lies.
00:30:19.400 I,
00:30:19.680 I can't think of a time when they have said anything that made any sense or held up over the course of time as truth.
00:30:25.860 Can you?
00:30:27.980 No.
00:30:28.540 And,
00:30:29.000 uh,
00:30:29.280 they're remarkably arrogant in their stonewalling.
00:30:32.260 Um,
00:30:33.360 they will look straight into the camera and tell you to drop dead.
00:30:36.280 And,
00:30:36.760 and,
00:30:36.840 and sadly,
00:30:37.720 they get away with it over and over again.
00:30:39.360 I mean,
00:30:39.780 uh,
00:30:40.440 Ted Cruz asking the national security,
00:30:43.180 uh,
00:30:44.400 deputy director of the FBI,
00:30:45.920 you know,
00:30:46.420 10 different ways about FBI participation in,
00:30:51.080 uh,
00:30:51.560 the January 6th violence with undercover operatives and,
00:30:56.160 uh,
00:30:57.200 you know,
00:30:57.580 confidential human sources and what they were doing,
00:31:01.340 whether they were actively planning to create the unrest.
00:31:05.180 And the woman sat there and what,
00:31:07.120 10,
00:31:07.380 12 times over said,
00:31:08.660 you know,
00:31:09.060 I can't discuss it.
00:31:10.200 I can't discuss it.
00:31:11.080 I won't discuss it.
00:31:12.520 I'm not able to discuss it.
00:31:14.340 I mean,
00:31:14.720 and so they,
00:31:15.740 they,
00:31:16.080 they,
00:31:16.360 they are looking you straight in the eye and telling you to drop dead.
00:31:19.760 I mean,
00:31:19.960 that that's what their position is.
00:31:21.560 But you know,
00:31:22.640 also,
00:31:23.280 and this is to your earlier point,
00:31:26.520 uh,
00:31:26.880 about being fed up,
00:31:28.520 uh,
00:31:29.680 Ted Cruz,
00:31:30.740 I,
00:31:31.000 I,
00:31:31.300 I commend him for,
00:31:32.420 uh,
00:31:33.180 speaking up.
00:31:34.400 Uh,
00:31:35.320 but at the same time,
00:31:36.460 he knew who he was talking to.
00:31:38.660 He knew what he was talking to.
00:31:41.720 She is nothing more than a,
00:31:44.120 than a tool.
00:31:45.440 Uh,
00:31:45.920 she is not responsive and that committee doesn't make any part of the deep
00:31:51.340 state,
00:31:51.780 the administrative state have to be responsive.
00:31:55.620 There is no consequence.
00:31:57.400 There is no depth.
00:31:58.920 Uh,
00:31:59.280 there is no,
00:32:00.300 if you will,
00:32:01.980 authentic,
00:32:02.700 uh,
00:32:03.860 element to their,
00:32:05.500 their hearings.
00:32:07.180 It's all theater and nonsense.
00:32:09.480 And everybody gets to make a,
00:32:11.200 a point on the record and,
00:32:13.680 and the deep state goes,
00:32:15.700 it's Mary way doing exactly what the Marxist Dems tell them.
00:32:19.200 That's why,
00:32:21.380 uh,
00:32:21.680 that's why judicial watch goes into the Southern district of Florida and
00:32:25.500 files a motion to unseal because,
00:32:27.620 uh,
00:32:28.320 they're either unwilling or unable.
00:32:30.540 And we'll get that,
00:32:31.760 uh,
00:32:32.180 affidavit unsealed and make it public.
00:32:34.540 And,
00:32:35.220 uh,
00:32:35.520 we'll get some kind of accountability for the American people.
00:32:38.680 Well,
00:32:39.560 we thank you for everything that you do,
00:32:41.960 Chris,
00:32:42.300 and,
00:32:42.680 uh,
00:32:42.940 and everything that judicial watch does for this country.
00:32:46.100 Uh,
00:32:46.900 it is a,
00:32:48.140 a terrible time in this country.
00:32:50.700 I do want to,
00:32:51.960 uh,
00:32:52.340 give you the last word as we do all our guests.
00:32:55.920 Uh,
00:32:56.780 but I do want to ask you before that,
00:32:58.920 uh,
00:32:59.700 do you have any idea of how soon,
00:33:02.260 uh,
00:33:03.020 with good fortune you could get that,
00:33:05.460 uh,
00:33:06.000 that warrant unsealed?
00:33:08.740 Uh,
00:33:09.420 the,
00:33:09.860 the process,
00:33:11.100 uh,
00:33:12.060 I think people understanding,
00:33:13.140 uh,
00:33:13.740 the,
00:33:14.140 the warrant process is important.
00:33:15.740 And I'll just take a second here in order to get a warrant to go to a
00:33:19.520 search like that,
00:33:21.280 a special agent and normally a supervisory special agent of the FBI has to
00:33:26.280 write out or make a declaration,
00:33:28.240 a sworn affidavit under oath of the,
00:33:31.760 all the reasons and circumstances,
00:33:34.480 the facts,
00:33:35.860 the date,
00:33:36.360 time,
00:33:36.780 place,
00:33:37.280 all the who,
00:33:37.980 what,
00:33:38.240 when,
00:33:38.460 where,
00:33:38.700 how,
00:33:38.980 and why describing why there's a compelling and urgent need under,
00:33:44.660 or under order of the court to,
00:33:47.580 uh,
00:33:48.320 use every law enforcement tool to be,
00:33:51.460 to be brought to bear,
00:33:52.780 to,
00:33:53.880 uh,
00:33:54.420 to violate someone's privacy,
00:33:57.160 right?
00:33:57.420 To violate their,
00:33:58.520 their,
00:33:59.080 their right to own land and be secure in their homes.
00:34:02.120 We're going to take the fourth amendment.
00:34:04.520 And in the,
00:34:05.260 in this instance,
00:34:06.100 we're going to smash the fourth amendment and we're going to do it knowingly,
00:34:10.940 but we're doing it with the approval of the court.
00:34:13.800 So it's a pretty heavy duty,
00:34:15.360 heavy handed thing.
00:34:17.180 That affidavit then goes forward with a sort of a letter on top,
00:34:22.020 describing why,
00:34:23.100 what they're asking for and pointing at the affidavit saying,
00:34:27.340 Hey,
00:34:27.460 this agent knows firsthand about criminality.
00:34:30.360 We got to act now,
00:34:31.920 or we could lose it.
00:34:33.420 If we don't act urgently,
00:34:35.360 the evidence could disappear that that's the foundation for this kind of
00:34:40.400 activity.
00:34:41.120 And so that's brought before a judge in this case,
00:34:45.120 a magistrate judge who reviews all the information.
00:34:49.100 And then normally he gets a briefing as well.
00:34:52.180 And once he's convinced that it's absolutely urgent,
00:34:55.580 he'll sign off on it.
00:34:56.700 And at that point,
00:34:58.400 the FBI is off to the races and they can do pretty much anything they damn
00:35:03.120 well please.
00:35:03.760 So when they go into a building like that at Mar-a-Lago,
00:35:07.720 they're not just looking,
00:35:09.040 they're supposed to look for what's in the warrant,
00:35:11.380 but really in reality,
00:35:13.040 they're vacuuming up every single thing they can put their hands on.
00:35:16.340 And that's really the other sort of violation of this thing is I can
00:35:20.560 virtually guarantee you that their activities exceeded the scope of the
00:35:24.880 warrant.
00:35:25.380 And they were looking for every piece of paper,
00:35:28.860 file,
00:35:29.460 folder,
00:35:30.140 pencil,
00:35:30.800 you name it.
00:35:31.420 And they grabbed it and scooped it up and took off with it.
00:35:35.280 That's the summary.
00:35:37.300 Yeah.
00:35:37.860 There was some 15 boxes,
00:35:40.060 although that number that we've heard various claims,
00:35:42.660 but at least 15 boxes.
00:35:44.940 And also apparently cocktail napkins and,
00:35:49.880 and letters taken from the Trump residents in a,
00:35:53.940 in a previous search.
00:35:55.940 We,
00:35:56.820 you know,
00:35:57.640 what you're describing sounds very,
00:36:00.300 I guess,
00:36:03.620 as you say,
00:36:04.120 a very heavy process,
00:36:05.340 but we also know how lightly they take their obligations under law,
00:36:09.860 because this is reminiscent of,
00:36:13.800 let's start with four FISA warrants that were fraudulent.
00:36:18.240 Let's talk about two 302 documents by the FBI that were fraudulent.
00:36:26.580 I,
00:36:26.740 I,
00:36:27.180 we,
00:36:27.620 and the list goes on and on.
00:36:30.160 Yeah.
00:36:30.700 My,
00:36:31.020 my description was the sort of by the book,
00:36:33.780 idealized explanation.
00:36:36.000 In reality.
00:36:37.680 Now the reality is something different.
00:36:39.960 So my explanation,
00:36:40.940 as we've worked over six years.
00:36:43.160 Yeah.
00:36:44.800 And so my explanation was sort of the by the book,
00:36:47.080 how you would do it.
00:36:47.860 If you were not a crooked,
00:36:49.800 you know,
00:36:50.820 SOB.
00:36:52.660 Now,
00:36:53.240 in reality,
00:36:54.060 what goes on is the FBI will say and do virtually anything at once to get
00:37:02.880 you.
00:37:03.160 If you're in their crosshairs and they're after you,
00:37:07.340 they will,
00:37:07.940 there's no length to which they will not go to twist and distort and double
00:37:12.660 talk and,
00:37:14.080 and manufacture any document they need or want in order to,
00:37:18.560 to get what they want on you.
00:37:20.740 And then they normally,
00:37:22.080 I don't know the circumstances in this case,
00:37:25.640 but it is not uncommon for them to find a,
00:37:29.820 let's just say cooperative and compliant.
00:37:32.860 They,
00:37:33.340 they,
00:37:33.600 they forum shop just like a lot of attorneys do.
00:37:36.460 They find somebody who's ready,
00:37:39.020 willing and able,
00:37:40.140 a reliable person who just happens to be on duty and is,
00:37:44.680 you know,
00:37:45.100 can be relied upon to fully support them without asking too many questions.
00:37:51.580 And,
00:37:51.920 you know,
00:37:52.660 perhaps that's,
00:37:53.460 that's the case with this magistrate judge.
00:37:55.940 I don't know.
00:37:57.340 I know he has a very curious background.
00:37:59.600 He,
00:38:00.420 he worked for Jeffrey Epstein.
00:38:02.340 He changed jobs working for the,
00:38:05.220 the justice department,
00:38:09.000 the U S attorney's office in Florida and switch jobs.
00:38:13.660 He's literally walked out of the,
00:38:17.040 if you will,
00:38:18.360 the justice department and straight into the Epstein manner to,
00:38:23.620 to protect his employees and represent them.
00:38:29.340 It's,
00:38:30.020 it's quite a breathtaking little extravaganza that I,
00:38:36.000 we're going to learn a lot of more about in the days,
00:38:38.500 days forward.
00:38:40.640 Let,
00:38:41.080 let's,
00:38:41.520 let's,
00:38:42.480 let's close out as we always do with the concluding thoughts of our
00:38:46.420 guests.
00:38:47.140 Chris,
00:38:47.640 we appreciate you being here and the time is yours.
00:38:52.040 It's a great opportunity to be on with you,
00:38:54.220 Lou.
00:38:54.440 I just want folks who are interested in what we've been talking about to
00:38:58.220 go to our website,
00:39:00.120 which is judicial watch altogether.
00:39:02.100 One word,
00:39:03.180 judicial watch.org.
00:39:05.760 And you can see all the stuff we've been talking about.
00:39:08.280 You can see our motion to unseal the warrant.
00:39:10.300 You can see both written and video clips of myself and my,
00:39:14.560 my colleague,
00:39:15.900 Tom Sitton talking about the case.
00:39:17.900 You can see our other work on a host of other ponies up,
00:39:22.180 you know,
00:39:23.140 Trump dossier efforts.
00:39:25.300 You can go and read about the 411 flights that,
00:39:30.640 that the president's son Hunter Biden made with his father,
00:39:35.920 while his father was vice president.
00:39:37.980 And on those 411 flights,
00:39:40.220 they went to 26 different countries and visited China five times.
00:39:44.240 That's just in the first five and a half years of the,
00:39:47.320 of the Obama Biden administration.
00:39:49.640 So if you need a Hunter Biden travel log,
00:39:52.580 you can,
00:39:53.060 you can look at that.
00:39:54.180 There's just tons of material on our website.
00:39:56.540 You can see the work that we do.
00:39:58.880 Judicialwatch.org.
00:40:00.240 O-R-G.
00:40:01.020 And thank you for the chance to be on and to talk about this,
00:40:03.680 Lou.
00:40:05.040 Well,
00:40:05.500 we're just pleased to have you,
00:40:06.800 Chris.
00:40:07.040 And again,
00:40:07.460 thank you for all that you and judicial watch do.
00:40:10.500 We appreciate it.
00:40:11.840 Thanks for being with us,
00:40:12.820 Chris.
00:40:13.080 God bless you.
00:40:15.360 Thank you,
00:40:15.960 Lou.
00:40:16.080 God bless you.

00:40:27.680 a great president,
00:40:28.700 and this nation never needed him more than now.
00:40:33.600 Please join us here tomorrow for president Trump.
00:40:36.820 Until then,
00:40:38.100 God bless you.
00:40:39.760 God bless president Trump and God bless.
00:40:43.200 America.
