00:00:07.020 you so much and happy friday the weekend is here you can all relax have a drink at the end of the
00:00:12.640 day don't pull kamala harris and have a drink while you're at work if you're watching us earlier
00:00:15.980 on in the day um and relax and uh just know christmas is just uh over two just under two
00:00:21.900 weeks away and president trump will be back in the white house in just over a month it feels
00:00:26.080 like forever but it's coming the holiday season will come and it will go and shortly after
00:00:31.520 president trump will be our 47th president once again uh president trump yesterday getting the
00:00:38.000 time magazine man of the year award we've all been waiting for it it's nice to see time magazine get
00:00:44.420 in line with the american people for once for once and for all uh getting in line with the american
00:00:50.680 people and what's what matters to america and what makes america great president trump also at
00:00:56.660 the new york stock exchange first president to do so since ronald reagan since the mid 1980s
00:01:02.160 and uh you got to see the reaction from the traders on the floor the people on the floor
00:01:07.040 uh people like jim kramer running up to him trying to get an interview uh the man is as popular as ever
00:01:12.500 in my opinion he's the most popular man on this planet um and you can go ahead and check out the
00:01:17.840 reaction from some of the people even the marxists left running to run to president trump's side uh at
00:01:23.340 this point everyone wants to be in good graces but i think president trump sees through the bs of
00:01:28.220 who the good people are who the manipulators are and who the bad folks still are folks our guest today
00:01:34.940 is the great roger stone weekly guest here on the great america show great american host of the
00:01:40.920 stone zone podcast you catch him each and every night on rumble or the stone zone dot com
00:01:46.020 roger it's great to have you i feel like i say this every single week it's great to have you back
00:01:50.540 with us on the great america show um i sometimes often think that we're gonna run out of things to
00:01:55.540 talk about but it seems we're just getting started president trump yesterday at the new york stock
00:02:01.160 exchange ringing in the bell i mean everything's so monumental time magazine person of the year roger
00:02:06.300 the thing that just keeps coming to my mind and i tweeted this out because it's so i think relevant as
00:02:11.900 for right now the folks who called him hitler roger for the last nine years for the last six years the
00:02:17.340 last four years are now the same ones parading him as a hero mark zuckerberg giving him a million bucks
00:02:23.320 do you think they really believed he was hitler or do you think they were just catering to a marxist
00:02:28.960 audience of people who wanted to hear that well first of all zuckerberg is 449 million dollars
00:02:35.600 because that's what he spent to to heist the 2020 election and nobody should be fooled by these
00:02:44.420 silicon valley corporate media frauds who are now sucking up to the man they tried desperately to
00:02:52.620 destroy but look we are entering the age of trump when they put him back on time magazine the only
00:03:00.720 previous president uh and he opens the stock exchange the only previous president having
00:03:06.900 done so being the great ronald reagan because he has such confidence in the trumpified economy uh and
00:03:14.960 this is not like it's pie in the sky he proved in his first term that he knew knew how to build
00:03:20.300 what was up until that time the most robust economy we had ever had and he and he can do it again uh and
00:03:29.040 this is uh this has caused a new optimism in the country i mean what a great time to be alive where
00:03:35.940 you can see actually see uh not only us destroy the marxist left to just erase the u.s constitution
00:03:43.280 particularly our free speech but to foment uh the ideas of freedom and the conservative values
00:03:49.740 that will make america enter a golden age of peace and prosperity and security and justice under
00:03:58.200 down on trump you know it's it's amazing to me roger because if i hated somebody and i didn't like
00:04:03.000 them i wouldn't want anything to do with them i would cover them as i cover them but i wouldn't
00:04:06.500 want to speak with them i wouldn't want to meet them but you see i mean we obviously saw joe and
00:04:10.800 mika brzezinski but you look at now at the stock exchange yesterday uh kramer jim kramer running up to
00:04:17.240 trump trying to get an interview with him this is a man who went on tv every night he's gonna lose
00:04:21.140 he's bad for the markets this that blah blah blah all total bullshit we know him to be an idiot
00:04:25.320 but these people now are trying to get into his inner circle i think it's a day late a dollar short
00:04:31.120 uh do you think president trump and we constantly talk about this on the show roger he's far too nice
00:04:36.660 of a man um but don't take him for a fool do you think he's going to be um fooled by the smoke and
00:04:44.720 mirrors of people like zuckerberg like these tv uh talking heads who really hate him but are just
00:04:51.480 trying to save themselves now uh i doubt it look he's a cold-eyed realist and uh just because he
00:04:58.040 says something nice to kramer doesn't mean he's going to sit down and do his show uh and uh if these
00:05:05.340 people want to give millions of dollars to help donald trump beat them i think that'd probably be okay
00:05:11.740 with him trump's uh is uh you know he's a pretty shrewd negotiator uh and he is does intend of course
00:05:18.980 to be president of all the people right that includes the marxist dems who don't renounce
00:05:24.480 their citizenship robert de niro said he would leave the country if trump was elected i just want to
00:05:30.180 remind him if he needs a lift to the airport i am available i'm not sure he'd get in the car roger
00:05:36.980 stone uh it wouldn't be too much fun for him uh you know it's it's sad it's sad to see i see rosie
00:05:43.440 o'donnell going out there every single day and uh i don't know what she's got going on but she's
00:05:48.040 constantly got open wounds on her face and things she doesn't look like she's doing well
00:05:51.680 you look at these people on the view can they go another four years of trump derangement syndrome
00:05:56.460 i feel like roger you know at the beginning i thought it was just like an act that these people
00:06:00.520 hated trump but it seems like it's actually affecting their health can they go another four
00:06:05.180 years with this hatred in their bones well it's not getting any views there's no market for this
00:06:11.000 last week i looked at the ratings uh and ari melber who is a great roger stone hater
00:06:18.100 had 26 000 views i did five times that on the stone zone just on rumble alone never mind
00:06:25.540 the other platforms where my show can be seen it's over and i'm not not a big fish in in this podcast or
00:06:33.920 this netcast world uh but uh one thing is for sure and that is power has shifted to the independent
00:06:41.420 media you see people like james van der hei who was a founder of politico now owns axios
00:06:48.260 grumbling about the fact that he has competition we're real journalists you can't be a journalist
00:06:54.140 only we can be journalists uh which is like you know is like an old man yelling at the wind
00:06:59.920 uh it is over for the the the numbers at cnn were down already they're down further the numbers at
00:07:07.120 msnbc have taken a nosedive there is no market for the trump hate people want like this new sense of
00:07:14.100 optimism they realize the country has serious problems uh but i think this new alliance of trump
00:07:21.100 and kennedy is vitally important i really think not only is robert kennedy going to focus on
00:07:27.180 uh our health uh including childhood disease uh including uh the crap that they're putting into
00:07:35.360 our foods to increase their profits uh the process by which pharmaceutical drugs are approved to ensure
00:07:42.720 that they're truly safe and effective but he's also hopefully going to look at the question of
00:07:47.620 the assassination of his his uncle uh his father a presidential candidate uh pardon me
00:07:56.160 president ronald reagan president donald trump all of these assassinations uh need to be examined
00:08:03.580 i think more closely uh robert kennedy has been mentioned as potentially heading a commission to do that
00:08:10.080 declassifying all the documents on all those cases so we can find out what we what the american
00:08:16.760 people deserve to know you know a lot of a lot to unpack there you mentioned the word journalist
00:08:22.220 obviously by trade i'm not a journalist um but lou dobbs made me one and i'm thankful that i didn't
00:08:27.440 go to school to get a journalism degree because it would have been a waste of money i'll never forget
00:08:31.540 one of the the fierce days i was at fox news lou came out to our little work area at fox there was
00:08:35.980 about seven or eight of us and he went around asking everybody what they went to school for and
00:08:40.340 nine out of ten people it was journalism that one person was poli sci and he comes up to me he said
00:08:44.800 what's your degree and and i said aeronautical engineering and lou in front of everybody goes
00:08:49.760 john's the only one here with a real degree and it's i mean it's true you go to school for journalism
00:08:54.620 roger to learn what to learn how to write i never learned how to write i learned how to write in
00:08:58.420 college and lou taught me how to be an excellent writer i learned what you learn in journalism school
00:09:04.140 same thing you learn in the mainstream media which is carl bernstein and bob woodward are two of the
00:09:09.500 greatest investigative reporters that ever lived right then you begin to look more closely at the
00:09:14.800 great bob woodster bob woodward robert woodward of the formerly the washington post and you realize
00:09:20.900 he lies about the identity of deep throat and watergate he omits uh substantial facts about
00:09:26.920 watergate including the fact that he himself is a naval intelligence officer who briefed general
00:09:32.500 alexander haig in the trump in the nixon white house he leaves that part out uh we find that he
00:09:39.300 lies in his book about former cia director bill casey claiming that casey that he snuck into casey's
00:09:46.400 uh hotel but pardon me hospital room when casey was in the hospital for uh a uh for a uh a brain tumor
00:09:55.440 uh and that he spoke to casey it appeared that casey's doctor and his wife say
00:09:59.920 the director had no capacity for speech and the cia uh supplied security showed no breach of the room
00:10:08.760 he just made the whole thing up uh the family john belushi he did a hit job book on him they have all
00:10:14.720 complained about the inaccuracy so the great bob woodward that who they tell you in the journalism
00:10:18.980 schools is this great journalist one who said that donald trump had been had multiple communications
00:10:24.020 with putin since leaving office which turned out to be false that bob woodward is who they lionize
00:10:29.880 in the journalism schools you know you mentioned bob woodward i haven't heard his name in a long
00:10:34.820 time i'm on a plane in uh from lidsman portugal two weeks ago i see a guy reading a book and i was
00:10:39.860 trying to see if this man was american or spanish to see what he was reading and he didn't have the
00:10:43.640 cover on the book roger so i i look at the binding of the book and it was i think it's called war the
00:10:48.620 war bob woodward's latest book on trump and i sit and i go these people are even embarrassed to be
00:10:52.920 reading it he had to take the cover off the book because you don't want anyone to know to know what
00:10:56.480 you're reading i mean woodward's written a bunch of books they all belong in the fiction section of
00:11:01.460 barnes and noble i'm gonna grab a book that that deserves a little i have a few of them here the
00:11:08.900 trump century by the great lou dobbs i helped lou write that book some years ago um it's still on
00:11:14.380 sale you can go ahead and get your copies of it but uh you know you you have so many people now just
00:11:19.180 able to write books roger able to put out whatever the hell they want and they're getting mad that
00:11:23.900 elon musk gives us all a platform to be citizen journalists is what we are you know we're obviously
00:11:28.960 not journalists by trade um but we have bigger audiences roger than some of these folks paul
00:11:34.220 krugman uh one of the great new york times columnist economist announcing calling quits after
00:11:40.040 25 years putting out his last article this week his last opinion piece titled finding hope in the age
00:11:45.600 of resentment my last column it's nice to see some of these people roger are heading off into the
00:11:50.960 sunset and hopefully we never see or hear from them again but we're still going to have these
00:11:55.280 numbskulls on cnn caitlin collins i you know i don't know if you saw but two weeks ago caitlin
00:12:00.300 collins out to out to lunch with one of president trump's lawyers uh todd blanche yeah what was your
00:12:05.780 thoughts on that i was a little confused uh i i'm not sure what mr blanche uh thought could be gained
00:12:12.160 from a meeting with a jackal like uh like caitlin collins i knew her when she was at fox
00:12:18.080 uh she's uh she's she's uh basically on the make and trump made very short work of her in that town
00:12:25.560 hall it was one of the great moments of american television where he didn't put up with any of her
00:12:30.580 uh on-air crap uh but uh look it is a mistake to think that you can get any of these people to be
00:12:37.400 reasonable yeah clearly there she's a knife artist and uh she tried to do a job on trump and trump ended
00:12:44.040 up doing a job on her uh i'm not sure what todd blanche uh thought was to be gained yeah i'm not
00:12:52.620 sure if todd blanche knew he was having lunch with caitlin uh uh what's her name dylan mulvaney i
00:12:57.120 often call caitlin collins dylan mulvaney because she looks just like the bud light transgender but
00:13:01.060 that's for a different story um there's so much to uncover roger we're going to take a quick break
00:13:05.180 we're talking with the great roger stone when we come back i want to talk about joe biden uh last week
00:13:10.640 yesterday issuing the largest day of pardons in history but he won't tell us who he pardoned he's
00:13:16.080 saving that now roger is a recipient of a pardon i want to get his thoughts on that i also wanted to
00:13:20.520 get his thoughts on christopher ray a man who has done so much damage to an institution who roger has
00:13:27.220 also fallen victim to imagine that folks you have these institutions that are supposed to be uh providing
00:13:34.120 truth justice and the american way instead um they've done nothing but the opposite and destroying
00:13:39.980 democracy we're coming right back with the great roger stone stay with us because of your overwhelming

00:14:44.440 we're back folks we're talking with the great roger stone our favorite weekly guest here on the great
00:14:51.620 america show roger i want to get to first joe biden yesterday issuing a thousand clement over a thousand
00:14:58.000 clemencies and 39 pardons but the white house won't tell us who he's pardoning now for someone
00:15:03.420 who is chastised for receiving a pardon as yourself for doing absolutely nothing wrong we spoke about
00:15:08.260 this last week um what do you think about that why is joe biden trying to hide who he's pardoning
00:15:14.160 well he won't ultimately be able to do that because there is a legal process under which documents have
00:15:20.240 to be filed i also if you're given a pardon must accept the pardon uh and in writing and that'll all be a
00:15:26.320 public document uh look as you may recall after january 6th i wrote a letter to the president which
00:15:33.860 i said prophetically the left is going to claim anyone who questions the outcome of this election
00:15:40.160 has committed a crime when we all understand we have a first amendment right to say that
00:15:44.480 therefore i suggested a blanket pardon for every republican member of congress every member of his
00:15:50.020 staff every one of his surrogates every one of his strong supporters uh and so on he chose not to do
00:15:56.040 that i turned out to be prophetically right the prosecutions in georgia the prosecutions in arizona
00:16:01.300 the prosecutions uh in washington dc uh so and clearly the idea has been floated on the left of a
00:16:09.080 pardon for liz cheney and adam schiff and uh and uh and jamie raskin uh and uh and the rest of the
00:16:18.980 retinue maybe even dr fauci perhaps james comey or even john brennan uh i would not be shocked to
00:16:26.920 see some sweeping blanket pardon you do not have to be formally charged with a crime to be pardoned
00:16:33.260 if you think about it richard nixon had not been charged with any crime when general ford issued his
00:16:38.660 binding blanket pardon for quote any crime he may have committed that that as long as it is past tense
00:16:46.000 that is perfectly legal so i expect that you'll see a round of pardons some of them political some
00:16:52.000 of them may be actually worthy people who have been discriminated against uh look thanks to the bill
00:16:58.120 that joe biden signed uh pardon bill joe biden wrote the 1994 crime bill and bill clinton signed
00:17:04.920 hundreds of thousands of african americans have been unfairly uh incarcerated over the the first
00:17:12.000 time non-violent crime of small amounts of drugs for personal use these people belong in drug treatment
00:17:18.780 programs not in taxpayer financed incarceration they have no previous criminal record they're not
00:17:25.540 a danger really to anyone but themselves but thanks to those policies there are people who have served
00:17:30.800 an unfair prison sentence they they ought to be pardoned or their sentence is commuted so until we
00:17:37.000 actually see what biden has done uh we won't know one thing that i am going to urge the president
00:17:43.020 uh to do uh is uh uh is to uh follow through on his commitment to pardon the january 6 detainees
00:17:52.360 if they want in the end to just pardon those convicted of non-violent crimes and commute the sentences of
00:17:58.440 those convicted but paying but but uh unduly longly sentenced and horrifically punished for violent crimes
00:18:06.840 if they want to just commute those sentences that too would be justice but i think this is
00:18:11.780 very important you'll recall the president said that he would pardon ross albrecht the inventor of the
00:18:17.700 dark net when he spoke to the national libertarian convention i expect him to keep that commitment
00:18:23.280 so uh but clearly biden will set the precedent for what the president has pledged just the other day
00:18:30.440 again to do which is a pardon for those involved in the january 6th fiasco yeah yeah you know i'd even
00:18:37.800 quibble you on the violent crimes because these people were so overcharged you don't really know if it
00:18:42.180 was a violent crime anyway how do you categorize a violent crime roger climbing over a gate
00:18:46.740 i don't disagree i thought yeah for me i would pardon all of them but look i'm not a lawyer and the
00:18:53.300 president's lawyers will advise him he'll do the right thing the key thing is to get people out of
00:18:57.600 this mold infested filthy sewage stinking gulag in dc that they're in that is far worse than the
00:19:04.880 conditions in any british or russian prison this makes rikers island look like uh uh like a dream
00:19:11.720 so the key is to get them out of that horrific facility you know there's a reporting that the
00:19:17.960 justice department has declared that january 6th political prisoners who accept the pardon from
00:19:22.040 donald trump are making a quote confession of guilt in a court filing on wednesday federal
00:19:26.480 prosecutors argued that pardons do not erase convictions as historical facts but rather
00:19:31.700 necessitate an admission of guilt by the recipients so does that stand true for hunter biden is that
00:19:37.100 going to stand true when he eventually pardons jim biden it actually stands true for everyone that's
00:19:42.540 why you have to accept the part uh your your alternative is an unfair prison sentence so it's still an act of
00:19:49.960 mercy justice uh in my case we now know that my trial judge hid exculpatory evidence from my attorneys
00:19:58.900 that absolutely proved my innocence we know this uh because of a lawsuit by buzzfeed who sued the justice
00:20:06.480 department for the release of the documents that prove that so uh it is uh i think each one of these
00:20:12.000 things had to be asked to be viewed in vigil i'm sick of reading hunter biden uh and roger stone
00:20:17.800 roger stone and his wife evaded two and a half million dollars in taxes but they weren't prosecuted
00:20:23.120 and hunter biden is false not even apples and oranges i reported every penny my wife and i that
00:20:30.000 we ever made and accurately reported our assets we simply ran out of money hunter biden failed to
00:20:35.800 report tens of millions of dollars worth of income at all to the irs that's tax evasion
00:20:41.300 three quarters of what i owe the irs two million dollars john 75 percent of it is interest and
00:20:48.240 penalties the actual amount of past due tax from 2006 is i think less than four hundred thousand
00:20:54.020 dollars i made payments on it for every year since 2006 12 months a year tell me about tax evasion
00:21:01.640 it's a joke yeah you know we were someone we were talking about before the show a friend of both of
00:21:06.080 ours michael grimm former congressman the first and only person roger indicted in new york city for
00:21:10.800 hiring illegal immigrants at his business hiring off the books uh dishwashers and bus boys i don't
00:21:16.520 agree with it i don't think it was right what he did but he was the only person ever indicted in new
00:21:20.660 york city for it a week prior to his indictment bill de blasio came out and said everyone hiring
00:21:26.060 everyone in new york hiring should hire illegals michael owed i think 75 000 or 90 000 in taxes
00:21:32.580 on unreported payrolls he wound up owing a half a million dollars in in taxes and penalties and fees
00:21:38.920 what people don't realize is that when they hear two million dollars how much money was roger making
00:21:43.300 it's total nonsense what these people do going back to the january 6th party and grim was targeted
00:21:49.240 because he was a conservative republican congressman from new york city the only one to meet that
00:21:53.860 description right and he went after john baner and he stepped on his toes and baner didn't like it
00:21:58.600 uh they didn't like the fact that grim could work both sides of the aisle he was able to get new
00:22:02.740 yorkers a lot of money for hurricane sandy which the republicans weren't in favor of because they
00:22:07.440 didn't care about new york well grim cared about new york and it was why he won re-election so many
00:22:11.460 times it's why he run one re-election under federal indictment um that's a different story but uh going
00:22:17.400 back to the january 6th court pardons the mainstream media it seems like they'll do everything they can
00:22:21.640 to try to push trump away from this newsweek put out a piece this week trump pardoning january 6th
00:22:26.760 rioters would be unpopular according to a poll where have these people been roger for the last nine years
00:22:32.500 do you think they give a damn do you think donald trump gives a damn what these people
00:22:35.880 think in their marxist left fake polls president trump won over 50 percent of the votes he told
00:22:41.940 us roger on the stage of the debate that he was going to look at pardoning these people
00:22:46.520 do you think they think trump gives a damn what they say uh no i uh clearly not the sad part is
00:22:53.940 that despite uh everything we have learned since then uh and that we now know that the january 6th
00:23:00.580 committee hearings were a kabuki theater which utilized a perjury uh coaching witnesses hiding
00:23:07.500 videos uh hiding some witnesses uh uh ramping up the volume on on audios using ai to make audio and
00:23:17.580 video tracks this was a made for television special all the evidence of that of course has been destroyed
00:23:23.260 by democrats but their narrative has fallen apart most americans understand uh that this was indeed a
00:23:29.560 fed surrection uh as uh dr darren baity i think the brilliant reporting of the revolver has proven
00:23:36.060 most americans don't buy this that this was the most violent attack on america since pearl harbor
00:23:42.240 except for and they don't believe that a bunch of police officers died that day because that's another
00:23:47.900 lie as you know uh and most americans uh don't know the full story of ashley babbitt yep a decorated
00:23:55.300 air force veteran unarmed harming no one shot and killed without warning for no reason whatsoever
00:24:02.480 for trespassing yep yeah going on pardons to two other people i would love to see pardons and i want
00:24:08.660 to get your opinion on this because it's it's either very popular it's very unpopular i don't think
00:24:13.100 there's like really any in between and it's two people that i think know a lot of information
00:24:17.680 that i would like to know and i'd like them to come to america and tell congress what exactly they
00:24:23.160 knew and what was happening behind the scenes julian assange and edward snowden what's your
00:24:28.080 thoughts on both of them roger i i totally agree with you julian assange is a great uh crime as being
00:24:34.120 a truth teller yes he established the he embarrassed the american political establishment both republicans
00:24:40.760 democrats he he embarrassed the deep state he embarrassed the neocons he showed us uh the the
00:24:47.820 the falsity and the corruption of their wars their conduct of government and for that he has paid a
00:24:55.120 horrific price uh he no he's not a russian agent there's never been any evidence of that uh the left
00:25:01.420 loves julian assange when it was george w bush's hump he was busting but when he started exposing
00:25:08.120 the uh clintons and the obamas uh his truth telling became too tough for them so they destroyed him yes
00:25:15.860 uh he has been horrifically uh punished for being for practicing journalism you know he publishes
00:25:23.160 uh uh uh classified documents really the washington post does that maybe you've heard of the pentagon
00:25:29.280 papers case right with the washington post or maybe you're familiar with the some of the
00:25:35.220 publishings of the new york times and the wall street journal that's what that's what real news
00:25:39.480 organizations do uh and of course uh snowden proves to us that that that our own nsa director uh general
00:25:47.660 clapper is lying clapper says no no under oath there's no there's no uh metadata collection uh program
00:25:55.020 going on against u.s citizens uh but uh but uh that is disproved uh as you know yeah so so had
00:26:03.920 had snowden not come forward but we would not know that now clapper is not prosecuted they prosecute me
00:26:10.820 when i actually didn't say anything that hit any underlying crime in other words to violate the false
00:26:17.360 statements act uh while testifying before congress what you say has to be not only willful but material
00:26:23.980 my case uh there's no there is no underlying crime to hide there is no russian collusion there is no
00:26:30.320 wikileaks collaboration the government doesn't produce any proof at trial that there is uh but
00:26:35.580 but in this case clapper is not prosecuted john brennan lies to a senate committee about spying on a
00:26:43.780 senate committee that is investigating his illegal use of torture but he is not prosecuted right so uh when
00:26:50.880 they say oh this is about retribution no it is about uh about readjusting the scales of justice
00:26:57.900 rebalancing the scales of justice you know what the double standard that's so crazy and
00:27:03.660 this stuff roger it doesn't take a genius to figure it out it's all boils down to common sense
00:27:08.160 if i'm aware of a murder roger we'll use that for example if i'm aware of a friend of mine who
00:27:12.420 committed a murder and i'm giving evidence on it and i have this evidence that my friend committed a
00:27:16.900 murder and i don't say a word about it and the government finds out after they catch him that i knew
00:27:20.720 about it i go to jail for aiding and abetting a murderer correct yes when the federal government
00:27:26.260 breaks the law roger whether you're collecting metadata or whatever you want you're all of a
00:27:31.660 sudden uh you're a criminal if you come out and speak out against the government i don't know if
00:27:36.020 you're familiar with a man named russ ticey we have him on the show very often he was the man who blew
00:27:40.040 the whistle on the patriot act and and told us he was a former nsa senior intel analyst he's a good
00:27:44.920 friend of this show and i would love to see him in the trump administration um he he was the one who
00:27:49.460 blew the whistle on the patriot act and they came out roger and guess what they said they said he's a
00:27:54.000 russian asset he's an alcoholic this guy's a drug addict he's it it's the same nonsense over and over
00:28:00.920 again when it comes to the federal government uh you're you're uh committing treason because you're
00:28:05.980 speaking out against the federal government isn't that a dictatorship that these democrats all talk
00:28:10.860 about that they say donald trump is trying to do but it seems like it always is against our favor
00:28:16.120 yeah look look the the we have a two-tiered system of justice i've been a victim of it general
00:28:23.280 flint has been a victim of it donald trump has been a victim of it uh there are certain individuals
00:28:28.880 they set out to destroy uh one of the inventors of cryptocurrency roger ver uh they they're trying
00:28:36.940 to extradite to this country uh to prosecute for failure to pay taxes that he doesn't really owe
00:28:43.140 and they hate him because he's a long-time supporter of libertarian and free-thinking ideas as
00:28:49.660 well as uh uh cryptocurrency uh and so on so yeah people get targeted uh the way they targeted ross
00:28:57.200 albrecht the inventor of the dark web uh so uh yes unfortunately this is why we have to end this
00:29:04.300 weaponization of our criminal justice system the idea that that cash patel who i think is uniquely
00:29:11.440 qualified to clean up a troubled agency with a history of violating people's civil liberties and rights
00:29:17.760 the fbi to say that uh you know that uh that cash patel is going to harm the institution is laughable
00:29:24.940 andrew mccabe a man who never even served as a station chief who became deputy director says cash
00:29:31.840 patel a veteran federal prosecutor of intelligence crimes uh a former member of the nsa staff a former
00:29:39.480 chief of staff of the defense department that's a pretty big management job is not qualified to be the
00:29:45.120 head of the oh and the chief counsel to the house intelligence committee is not qualified to head
00:29:50.360 the agency is laughable and when he says we'll take it back it would take the agency back to its pre
00:29:56.000 watergate days this is this is just to point out this is the fbi of james comey who launched an off
00:30:04.520 the books operation to infiltrate uh donald trump's campaign with two good-looking women in a honeypot
00:30:10.860 operation i would have fell for it roger cheated uh the opening of of uh crossfire hurricane for which
00:30:19.020 there is no legal predicate because they know the steel dossiers of fraud they know that the russians
00:30:24.860 did not hack the dnc so they had this is the greatest dirty trick in american political history this is
00:30:31.600 nothing less than an abuse of power in which obama and biden who's in the room uh along with uh along with
00:30:39.600 susan rice and john brennan and james comey and others use the full authority of the united states
00:30:46.240 government and the extraordinary capability of our intelligence agencies to use what they know is
00:30:52.500 falsified evidence uh in an illegal effort to remove a duly elected president it's the great it makes
00:30:58.840 watergate look like small potatoes yep and now they argue no one should pay any penalty for these
00:31:04.940 for these treasonous crimes that would be retribution well that's for a grand jury to decide that's for
00:31:11.160 prosecutors to decide i i certainly read read enough evidence on the public record of egregious
00:31:17.640 treasonous crimes yeah my favorite thing by the way you're referring george papadopo was falling for
00:31:23.220 the two women i'm glad i wasn't in that position because i would have probably fell for it too um the
00:31:28.360 funniest thing about this whole thing is liz cheney comes out and says oh if you lawyers think you're
00:31:32.920 going to come after us on the january 6th committee just know there'll be penalties to pay what the
00:31:37.180 hell does that mean you have no power let's be very clear liz cheney went to one of the witnesses for
00:31:43.460 the committee behind that that witnesses lawyers back yep coach that witness that is she's a member of
00:31:50.360 the bar that is a sanctionable action right there you can't when someone is represented you cannot go
00:31:56.360 directly to them you must go to their attorney so speaking of sanctions there's somebody should be
00:32:00.740 sanctioned secondarily she coaches her in perjury so uh in this colloquy between liz cheney uh and
00:32:08.480 witness cassidy hutchison to the january 6th committee former i think assistant to mark meadows
00:32:14.200 the white house staff hutchison says the president ordered mark meadows to uh call roger stone and
00:32:21.760 general flynn on january 5th to find out what would happen on the 6th and those final words are
00:32:26.840 helpfully supplied by liz cheney in other words to find out what was going to happen on the 6th
00:32:31.460 there's never been any such call there's no record of a call there's never was such a call i've never
00:32:36.600 talked to mark meadows on the telephone or i don't think in any medium at all i met him once in a green
00:32:41.800 room general flynn didn't speak to him either so she perjured herself she later goes on hutchison says
00:32:47.740 that meadows the president's chief of staff was headed to a war room in the willard hotel
00:32:54.400 to game plan uh the electoral college certification i guess uh and that uh she persuaded him not to go
00:33:02.400 but he later called stone and flynn for a download false i was never in any war room i don't know
00:33:08.060 about one if there is one in the willard i was never there and unaware of it i checked the general
00:33:13.140 flynn either was he uh and no such phone call ever took place no download could take place for a meeting
00:33:19.660 we didn't attend and know nothing about so those are two examples of perjury uh uh both uh i would
00:33:26.900 argue at the behest of liz cheney the that you can take an ai uh an ai detection software and run
00:33:35.700 all of their videos through it you'll see that everything has been manipulated yeah they have
00:33:40.020 people including me saying things that we literally never said it's it's the playbook of the
00:33:45.980 left and we see it all the time speaking of perjury i can't wait to see someone who's going
00:33:49.540 to perjure himself because i don't think we're going to see the end of a former soon to be former
00:33:54.280 fbi director christopher ray we're going to take one more quick break here we're talking with roger
00:33:58.100 stone when we come back we're going to take up christopher ray is leaving the fbi but he's trying
00:34:02.300 to leave some uh some friends in place before he leaves we're also going to take up pete hegseth does he
00:34:07.800 have the final votes to come uh to become the head of the pentagon and uh we're also going to take up
00:34:13.240 a person of the right who the democrats say is a russian asset i want to get roger's take on that
00:34:19.720 when we return stay with us folks we're coming right back i'm excited to announce our christmas

00:35:21.000 ship absolutely free
00:35:23.360 folks we're back we're talking with the great roger stone while we were in break there i had
00:35:29.500 something pop up on my twitter one of the folks that joe biden reportedly uh glad to clemency to
00:35:34.860 was a ccp agent who had 47 000 files of child pornography on his phone uh the name is shanlin jin
00:35:41.540 so i i'm looking forward to this list of other folks that we're going to find out
00:35:45.160 we're on that list uh january sixers are a bunch of criminals roger stone's a criminal but uh 47 000
00:35:51.300 files of child pornography um in some countries that gets you the death sentence as it should
00:35:57.300 uh let me point that out uh roger i want to turn to christopher ray a man who's no friend of
00:36:02.320 you or this country uh sources within the fbi say that christopher ray has begun promoting employees
00:36:08.040 among senior executive service those who serve within the bureau's leadership so the people who
00:36:13.120 are the rot the fish uh the head rot had rots at the head these sources describe this as an effort
00:36:19.120 to burrow establishment figures deep within the fbi sources said a plan is being formulated to delay
00:36:24.820 new fbi director's entry into the agency for three to four months so that being cash patel
00:36:29.760 um with the uh acting director being one of uh christopher ray's good friends paul abate
00:36:36.120 what's your thoughts on christopher ray do you think we see the end of christopher ray or do you think
00:36:40.580 the republicans will actually do something for a change this time and hold these people accountable
00:36:45.660 uh this depends entirely on the senate confirming cash patel so here's the problem and that is those who
00:36:53.000 understand the institution and the government and its rules uh in the early days if whoever has authority
00:36:59.940 of them doesn't understand the system they can be thwarted they can be stalled the agenda can be
00:37:06.620 delayed derailed uh demolished uh but that won't happen with cash patel he's uniquely qualified he
00:37:14.740 understands exactly who the bad guys are and he knows what they did because he ran with john
00:37:19.960 ratcliffe he ran the russia collusion investigation so you have the cia director and the fbi director
00:37:26.240 completely aware of what the fbi has done uh including the illegal raid on mar-a-lago uh the
00:37:33.940 6 a.m raid on my home for a first-time non-violent white-collar crime when i could have simply turned
00:37:39.600 myself in that little extravaganza uh we remember that cnn was conveniently just 25 from the front door
00:37:46.440 how convenient uh nobody tipped them off no no it was they got an award for their intuitive uh
00:37:53.400 investigative reporting oh this is great so uh i was arrested at 606 at 6 11 a cnn producer
00:38:01.420 texts my lawyer and says your client has been arrested and he says for what she sends him my
00:38:06.980 sealed indictment wow wasn't it sealed until 11 30 that morning uh it has no court stampings or time
00:38:14.300 markings on it but does when you go to the metadata tags have the initials of the man who wrote it
00:38:19.160 andrew weissman the prosecutor who obviously therefore is the leaker leaking a uh an arrest
00:38:25.840 warrant or a search warrant is a felony but you know only the left is held only those on the right
00:38:31.800 are held responsible for things they may or may not have done uh on the left we have a two-tiered
00:38:37.840 justice system yeah i and i'm not sure what christopher ray thinks he's going to do with hiding
00:38:42.520 these people we know who they are it's you can look up any federal employee in some states even
00:38:47.260 state employee and see where they're at where their ranks are how much they're getting paid
00:38:50.300 i'm not entirely sure what he's going to do when he's playing games with the wrong person he's playing
00:38:53.800 games with cash patel cash patel is a young guy he's got plenty of energy to go through with these
00:38:58.480 folks and i know some of the people cash is is in tune with um uh work wise and they're all smart
00:39:05.380 people double triple digit iqs not double digit iqs like these folks who are in the fbi right now
00:39:11.140 i mean i really want to see christopher ray before a house committee and something done about it
00:39:16.060 because things like the raid on your house you know the christian welker asked president trump in
00:39:20.620 that interview on um to face the nation or meet the press it was rather meet the press um meet the
00:39:26.200 depressed is what it should be um or meet the marxist whatever you want to call it and she said
00:39:31.360 why are you going to fire christopher ray do you like christopher ray and trump answered so simply
00:39:35.780 the man broke into my home and raided my home and approved agents to go in there with guns or a
00:39:42.060 former u.s president leading candidate and what we all knew or at least you and i knew to be the next
00:39:47.460 president of the united states how does someone like get away with something like that roger
00:39:51.680 i mean uh look uh president trump said that he hired christopher ray because he looked the part
00:39:57.700 right i think the guy looks like he ought to be you know uh at the craps tables in atlantic city
00:40:03.060 as a dealer to be honest with you or maybe 21 if it's illegal there now uh this is this is a man
00:40:10.020 who who harassed parents for going to school board meetings to express their concerns about the
00:40:16.720 curriculum being taught to their children this is a man who harassed people uh for for peacefully
00:40:23.240 protesting the crime of abortion right the the outrage of abortion this is a man who called those
00:40:32.780 who choose to attend the latin mass uh domestic terrorists uh so the abuses in this agency uh to
00:40:41.580 say that that the agency would go back to its pre-watergate days i say it's much worse than its post-watergate
00:40:48.500 days uh and that's the sad truth uh the entire launch of of of uh crossfire hurricane right
00:40:56.480 it's comey trying to entrap the president united states rod rosentine agreeing to wear a wire
00:41:02.100 to entrap the president united states who do you think would have wired him up the fbi right so i
00:41:08.660 mean it is uh truly outrageous this agency is out of control uh the president has nominated precisely
00:41:16.340 the right guy to clean it up and this is why ray and his colleagues and so many others on the hard left
00:41:23.200 who know they have broken the law and thought that they would escape consequence forever beginning to
00:41:28.000 worry about well maybe i should be lawyering up right roger i don't think he's he's just the right
00:41:33.260 guy i think he was the only guy for the job and uh we were all sitting there worried when president
00:41:37.760 trump was maybe thinking about that rhino for michigan uh the guy who wears the wig mike rogers
00:41:42.720 i think that guy got romneyed in all honesty romneyed i'm hoping these stories about ron de santis
00:41:50.960 possibly first of all i don't think it's going to be necessary i think hegseth is going to make it
00:41:54.760 i'm 100 for him i admire his fight uh he he didn't wither under fire he is uh he's making the case
00:42:02.800 they're trying to do the full kavanaugh on him he doesn't seem to be working uh so i'm with pete but
00:42:08.220 if pete should have to withdraw which i don't foresee that someone said well the president should go to
00:42:13.440 ron de santis you know i don't i don't agree with that there are much much better candidates
00:42:19.620 i don't think you should reward treachery you should reward disloyalty i mean ron de santis
00:42:26.680 would never have been governor but for donald trump uh and at 42 years old he could have waited to run
00:42:31.740 for president instead he challenged the man who graciously made him and raised millions for him
00:42:37.260 and got dragged him over the finish line yeah secured him the republican nomination it's a it's a
00:42:43.240 stunning and disappointing act of disloyalty and i don't think it should be you know forgiven
00:42:48.280 uh when there are people like senator phil hagerty uh could serve in the cabinet uh for example but i
00:42:55.220 think i think the good news is hegseth is going to make it because he because he is a fighter this is
00:43:00.100 precisely why the president chose him uh i think cash is going to make it uh leads brings us to tulsi
00:43:06.700 gabbard the attacks on her are nauseating uh you know when they when they post him when kinzinger that
00:43:13.980 little midget her you know in stalinistic garb trying to claim she's not a loyal american that
00:43:21.480 she's not a patriotic american simply because she doesn't want to continue to ship billions of dollars
00:43:26.780 to ukraine this is a woman who served her country in combat in iraq in kuwait putting her life on the
00:43:34.700 line for her country this is someone who today is a lieutenant colonel in the u.s army reserve who
00:43:40.720 she's an accomplished athlete surfer shooter uh and uh she and she completely understands uh the the
00:43:49.800 surveillance state because when she criticized kamala harris she found herself on a secret domestic
00:43:57.320 terrorist tsa watch list and she was under surveillance whenever she traveled which was
00:44:02.920 pretty much every day how do you rationalize this for a four-term member of congress uh who served on
00:44:10.120 the house uh foreign affairs committee and the armed services committee and still serving their
00:44:15.520 country in the army national guard uh this is absolutely outrageous as is any questioning of
00:44:22.220 her patriotism yeah you're absolutely right you mentioned the terror the the uh it's called the
00:44:27.780 sss what they put you on the second service you know it's sort of interesting because when i found
00:44:32.280 out tulsi was on that i thought back some years ago while i was working at fox where i got on a flight
00:44:37.240 and i've worked in the airline industry before so i've passed background checks i'm a licensed pilot
00:44:41.940 roger i have faa certifications i passed background checks federally i go for a medical every year so
00:44:46.920 i passed that and one day i go to get on a flight and i got sss on the bottom of it and um it boiled
00:44:52.160 down to they told me that it was because me and my father have the same name which i knew not to be
00:44:56.960 true because i have the fourth after my name i'm john foster the fourth my father doesn't have that
00:45:01.840 we have two separate social security numbers and how many people in america have the same name as
00:45:05.840 their father and son i didn't think it was any coincidence i later find out that my phones were
00:45:11.200 maybe tapped as well it was all litany of things i don't know what they thought they were getting
00:45:15.500 out of me i'm a pretty law-abiding citizen aside from maybe speeding every now and then and you know
00:45:20.780 i'm not sure what they were wasting their time on me with uh tulsi gabbard you know it seems to be
00:45:25.660 the one that they've moved on to now because they know they're not getting headset we saw last week
00:45:29.620 roger they said you were never accepted into west point they gave him a problem about saying he was
00:45:35.040 accepted into west point we find out he was accepted into west point they never gave uh richard
00:45:40.460 dick bloomingthal any issues when he made up this whole story about being dene on dick i mean
00:45:45.840 the double standard roger is is just laughable at this point you're talking about people with stolen
00:45:51.180 valor as compared to a guy even if he did say roger he was accepted in there and he wasn't okay
00:45:56.860 it's a stupid lie we now know that's not the case he was accepted but it's a stupid lie
00:46:00.520 you have people pretending to be in combat war roger and it's okay like like i can't think of
00:46:07.760 anybody other than say oh i don't know tim walls right look and this is pretty obvious there's a
00:46:12.680 famous saying never send a letter and never throw one away and i think that is uh this is a perfect
00:46:18.260 example pete hegseth quickly producing proof that he not only applied to go to west point but he was
00:46:24.140 accepted right uh so the great smear machine paid for by our taxpayers by the way uh which is where
00:46:31.000 this particular smear comes from uh comes through pb uh through public broadcasting uh it turns out to
00:46:38.320 be yet another lie again it's the full kavanaugh uh because tulsi gabbert has expressed extreme
00:46:45.820 concern about the safety of hundreds of thousands of christians in syria right where we saw the mass
00:46:52.520 slaughter of christians uh including the crucifixion of five-year-old school girls uh the last time
00:47:00.060 islamic extremist controlled syria but that does not make her not a a patriotic uh american it is
00:47:08.400 outrageous the president is entitled to his cabinet positions she's highly qualified for this position
00:47:13.940 based on her uh her assignments in congress uh and her service to her country uh and at the end i'm
00:47:20.640 confident that she will be confirmed i i read a story i'm not sure this is accurate that uh bernie
00:47:26.920 sanders who is considering supporting her nomination she supported sanders over hillary clinton because
00:47:33.260 sanders was the anti-war candidate she didn't agree with bernie sanders about everything but when it came
00:47:38.220 to the most important issue in their party at the time uh hillary clinton was the neocon candidate
00:47:44.560 uh who took out uh qaddafi how well did that work out right now now the same forces the cia uh and
00:47:52.620 extremist elements with our funding have taken out uh the government in syria i'm not arguing that
00:47:58.900 assad was a great civil libertarian but i'm arguing that there are now hundreds of thousands of christians
00:48:05.960 whose lives are in danger at this moment and that does concern me yes yeah i i hear they're also starting
00:48:12.540 an airline in syria now too which is uh scares the hell out of me if you think about it um you know
00:48:18.120 you go down the list of things that are really bad i think the foreign policy neither of us are foreign
00:48:22.760 policy experts you're probably a little bit better than i am but i think the world stage is going to
00:48:26.840 be a lot different uh netanyahu put out a statement this week he's saying uh tyran you know i think peace
00:48:32.900 is coming a lot sooner than than you all expect and i think we will i think we will maybe see peace in the
00:48:38.240 at least uh for the first time in uh in my lifetime at least um you know i want to turn back to
00:48:44.660 politics real quickly as we wrap up here um as it comes to these appointments in 2026 there's no
00:48:51.480 excuses if these senators and i ask each and every one of you watching this show today to go look at
00:48:57.960 how many democrats voted against any of biden's nominees if you could find one shoot us an email
00:49:03.840 info lou dobbs.com because i'd love to see it because i haven't found one yet if any of these
00:49:08.740 damn republicans who are in the senate who are up for re-election in 2026 think they're going to vote
00:49:13.020 against this or use it as some sort of bargaining chip we need to hold them accountable because they
00:49:17.940 can't get away with this any longer roger i want to get your opinion on mitch mcconnell as he takes
00:49:22.540 another fall this week um in the capitol does he run for re-election uh let me say two things first of
00:49:29.320 all uh when biden became president democrats had 50 votes in the senate yeah it's voted overwhelmingly
00:49:35.500 to give biden his cabinet despite the fact that many nominees had blemishes to say the least but they
00:49:42.840 will not afford donald trump the same courtesy uh and our problem are not the democrats you expect this
00:49:48.980 kind of obstruction right but there are deluded republicans out there maybe three uh four it's all it
00:49:55.520 takes uh who are who somehow think that they can thwart the will of the people in the last election
00:50:02.420 yeah i think that that is an enormous error on their part first of all there's a new sheriff in town and
00:50:07.880 if a senator from i don't know let's take the state south dakota doesn't vote for the one of the
00:50:12.700 president's nominees cash patel tulsi gabbard robert kennedy whoever it may be well then they will face a
00:50:18.880 a stiff primary in 2026 when they come up for re-election this is not the old republican party
00:50:24.920 this is the new republican party of the middle class of middle america of the taxpayer the party
00:50:30.800 of peace the party of prosperity the party of security uh border security particularly and the
00:50:37.320 party of justice it is uh it's an entirely new day uh john yeah and we better hold it we better hold
00:50:45.740 them accountable roger we cannot allow this and even this shit that joni ernst is pulling it's like a
00:50:52.740 it's like a it's a it's a negotiating tactic but who the hell are you negotiating with who do you
00:50:57.020 think you are well these senators uh have a very inflated importance and of course this is her this
00:51:03.360 is her 15 minutes otherwise she's been in a national headline in a long time uh i think she'll be
00:51:09.320 committing political suicide if she doesn't support the president's nominees uh so i i look i've always
00:51:15.220 had respect for susan collins she does a lot of things that i disagree with but i've always found her to
00:51:19.900 be open-minded uh and uh i would hope that she would give all these nominees a good look uh murkowski i
00:51:26.920 think is hopeless i i don't think collins is necessarily hopeless uh she often does the right
00:51:33.220 thing uh she does study every issue i've known her for 30 years uh you can have a knee-jerk reaction
00:51:40.000 uh but i i would hope that she'll examine the nominations uh i don't see us uh i think in the end
00:51:46.860 the president will win but only through grassroots activism so when senator mark wayne mullen of
00:51:53.580 of oklahoma a state where donald trump carried 77 of 77 counties said that he may not vote for i
00:52:00.420 believe it was cash patel his constituents went out of their minds he was flooded with emails and text
00:52:06.420 messages and phone calls uh and this is what what maga people need to do contact your senators you go
00:52:12.800 online find out how to contact them their email is there their phone numbers for their district
00:52:17.680 offices their home state offices which is why i suggest you register your opinion do not use
00:52:24.220 obscenities do not yell uh politely but firmly tell these senators you expect them to support the
00:52:31.300 will of the people and support the president's nominees and if they don't that they'll be held
00:52:36.000 accountable at the polls in our system uh i think that kind of grassroots activism uh mark wayne mullen
00:52:43.820 now says he's voting for cash patel boy that was fast yeah so uh so i think those kind of things are
00:52:49.120 very important people need to do it right now do it for pete headset today do it for chosie yabber do it
00:52:55.780 for cash patel uh those are those are the hottest nominations out there hopefully some of the
00:53:01.840 president's better appointments uh at least stefanik who's a bulldog when it comes to fairness uh and
00:53:09.540 exposing the corruption of the fbi uh going to the u.n hopefully this nomination sails through it's one
00:53:15.780 of the president's best nominations yeah i agree with you roger and for everyone who doesn't want
00:53:20.860 to go online we'll make it easier for you 202-224-3121 202-224-3121 that's the capitol hill switchboard
00:53:29.920 you just have to speak to your senator and if you're in that state it makes a difference because
00:53:33.840 these senators offices see where the calls are coming in from so in other words if you're in
00:53:37.620 south dakota and you're calling they see that you're calling from south dakota it makes a difference and
00:53:42.020 it does uh i i think move the needle a little bit you look at these rhinos like mark wayne mullen
00:53:46.440 total rhino i think the guy's got a conservative record of like 51 percent disgusting absolutely
00:53:51.660 disgusting shouldn't even be there in the first place but it's a different it's a conversation for our
