00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody, and welcome to the Great America Show.
00:00:05.140 It's great to have you with us today.
00:00:06.440 Thank you so much for joining us.
00:00:08.560 It seems since November 5th, and I've been saying this every day on the show, it seems
00:00:11.800 since November 5th, a lot of good things have been happening in this country, and in particular
00:00:16.220 in the deep blue Marxist-run city of New York City.
00:00:20.900 Just yesterday, we had the acquittal of Daniel Penny, the U.S. Marine, who was just doing
00:00:27.220 a civic duty one day in 2022, when a man who was heavily intoxicated on narcotics got on
00:00:33.700 a train and decided he was going to tell everybody on that train that he would kill them one way
00:00:38.240 or another, and he didn't care about going to jail for the rest of his life.
00:00:41.400 Former Marine Daniel Penny took matters into his own hand as he looked around and saw kids
00:00:47.280 and women and children on the subway and newborn babies and apprehended this suspect until the
00:00:53.200 police got there.
00:00:54.340 Well, Alvin Bragg, the Marxist New York district attorney, decided he was going to go ahead
00:01:00.460 and prosecute him.
00:01:01.300 Now, for whatever reason, he decided to prosecute him.
00:01:04.640 I'm not sure.
00:01:05.340 I have my speculations, which I'll keep to myself, but there's been far worse crimes that
00:01:09.600 have happened in New York that Alvin Bragg declined to prosecute.
00:01:13.060 So on Friday, one of the charges against him was dismissed against Penny, and we find out
00:01:17.760 now today he's got a full acquittal.
00:01:20.360 Black Lives Matter is not having it.
00:01:22.800 As a matter of fact, they've already started to take to the streets.
00:01:25.760 Take a listen to some of these folks.
00:01:27.760 Because to be real, they didn't even try.
00:01:30.760 Once the lesser charge was removed, they came back an hour later and said it was deadlock.
00:01:36.180 Less than an hour and 20 minutes later, they said not guilty.
00:01:40.060 These wonderful white people, I hope they celebrate their Christmas while the Neely family is praying
00:01:45.660 and asking God for comfort.
00:01:48.180 God damn them and God damn America.
00:01:52.620 Hmm.
00:01:53.540 Those God damn white people.
00:01:55.700 Imagine that, to use such words.
00:01:58.760 What a disgrace.
00:02:00.000 And what color has to do with it.
00:02:02.800 Going back and listening to Mr. Penny in his depositions by police officer, didn't mention the man's color one time.
00:02:09.340 So I'm not sure why these folks constantly feel the need to bring color into it.
00:02:13.800 The founder, one of the founders of Black Lives Matter says he's tired of it.
00:02:17.800 We need some black vigilantes.
00:02:20.340 That's right.
00:02:21.500 People want to jump up and choke us and kill us for being loud.
00:02:29.520 How about we do the same when they attempt to oppress us?
00:02:34.340 Right.
00:02:35.160 I'm tired.
00:02:36.120 Tired.
00:02:36.560 It's truly remarkable, the brain power and brain capacity these people have.
00:02:43.420 It's always about color.
00:02:44.540 It always comes down to color to these folks at the end of the day because there's nothing else they can do.
00:02:48.860 It's clear the man, Mr. Neely, track record that's unmatched.
00:02:54.340 In 2015, Jordan Neely kidnapped a seven-year-old girl.
00:02:57.740 In 2019, Jordan Neely punched a 64-year-old man in the face.
00:03:01.500 In 2021, Jordan Neely slugged a 67-year-old woman in the face as she exited the subway, breaking her nose and fracturing her orbital bone.
00:03:10.120 Neely was arrested 44 times but never faced real justice for terrorizing New Yorkers.
00:03:15.220 So this is the man who just so happened to be African-American that was killed with the drugs in his system by U.S.
00:03:22.320 Marine Daniel Penny.
00:03:23.160 So a truly remarkable situation.
00:03:26.820 Also in New York, the police have a man in custody who allegedly killed that CEO of UnitedHealthcare.
00:03:34.900 That's developing.
00:03:35.700 They allegedly got him in Pennsylvania at a McDonald's.
00:03:38.720 As he was eating there, a bystander called it into the police, and they went ahead and apprehended him.
00:03:45.300 I want to bring in our guest today.
00:03:46.400 He's Mr. New York himself, a fellow New Yorker, Mark Simone.
00:03:49.680 Mark, let's turn to him first before we get to this verdict.
00:03:53.360 The alleged killer who reportedly shot down that CEO of UnitedHealthcare.
00:04:00.420 Now they're saying it's a ghost gun.
00:04:02.680 His name's Luigi Mangione.
00:04:04.320 They caught him in a McDonald's in Pennsylvania.
00:04:06.560 I guess I'll start with first.
00:04:07.940 Shouldn't he have used the drive-thru?
00:04:10.580 Well, the guy was so sloppy.
00:04:13.880 You know, he tried to dress and look like some sort of hitman, but a hitman's not supposed to go to Starbucks and leave DNA all over a cup, a water bottle.
00:04:21.640 In the hotel, you can see he placed his hands on the counter of the hotel desk, leaving DNA all over there.
00:04:28.920 Just an absolute mess as a hitman.
00:04:33.360 We still don't know the full reason, the motive, anything.
00:04:36.320 Obviously, he's a lunatic.
00:04:38.040 But I can't wait to get to the bottom of this.
00:04:41.400 It's hard to believe.
00:04:42.340 But, you know, it's funny, Mark.
00:04:43.880 You're in the media.
00:04:44.420 I'm in the media.
00:04:45.160 They wanted to paint this guy as such a professional.
00:04:47.660 And the only reason I maybe agreed with it in the inception that he could have been a professional was because he didn't stutter.
00:04:54.620 When his gun, when he shot those bullets, it was like nothing happened.
00:04:58.120 You know, a normal person who's not a professional assassin would have probably got spooked and ran.
00:05:02.940 And this man must have had some anger in his blood, cocking the damn gun back.
00:05:07.780 But, you know, then I looked at it as a gun owner myself.
00:05:10.560 I watched how he shot the gun and how he cocked it back.
00:05:12.680 And I said, that doesn't seem right.
00:05:13.900 But now they're saying he used a ghost gun, a homemade gun.
00:05:17.480 You know, it's unbelievable because we now know, Mark, he's not a known assassin.
00:05:21.120 He's not a professional assassin.
00:05:22.260 He's an Ivy League UPenn guy who graduated valedictorian from a $35,000 a year high school in Towson, Maryland.
00:05:29.100 And it took the New York Police Department and the FBI and these folks four days to get this guy.
00:05:35.880 I mean, this guy could have went around doing a lot more damage, doing whatever the hell he wanted.
00:05:40.180 He reported that a manifesto on him.
00:05:41.880 And these people couldn't catch him, Mark.
00:05:44.240 What the hell is our criminal justice system turned into?
00:05:47.440 Well, we've seen rich prep school sort of assassins before.
00:05:51.340 Hinkley went after Reagan.
00:05:52.940 Right.
00:05:53.780 But you've got to give the cops credit.
00:05:55.120 This guy was pretty good at alluding everything, but they caught him.
00:06:00.380 It's less than a week.
00:06:01.520 And they did catch the guy.
00:06:03.580 There's one part of that video where just before the shooting, he's on the phone with somebody.
00:06:08.800 I think that's what they're working on now.
00:06:10.360 Who was he talking to?
00:06:11.360 Did he have a co-conspirator?
00:06:12.880 How did he know exactly when that guy was going to leave his hotel?
00:06:16.460 How did he know to be ready then?
00:06:17.840 It was hours before the conference.
00:06:19.460 So there may be another person.
00:06:21.160 I think that's the next thing we're going to find out.
00:06:23.180 I can't wait to find out his motive, too.
00:06:25.540 It just doesn't make sense why someone who probably had a very bright future, you know,
00:06:30.700 that these guys will go to UPenn and go to $35,000 high schools probably aren't like bottom of the barrel guys.
00:06:36.460 So, you know, the anger and hatred in these people's blood, you know, I'd love to get to it.
00:06:40.480 But from all accounts, it seems like this fellow is a communist, a Marxist.
00:06:46.260 So we'll have to figure out what's going on now on a different front, Mark, happening in New York City.
00:06:51.400 Alvin Bragg has just been dealt defeat after defeat after defeat.
00:06:55.760 The other lady up in New York, Letitia James, put on about 150 pounds since Donald Trump has won re-election.
00:07:02.780 Also not having a good time.
00:07:04.360 But they bring this case against Daniel Penny, a U.S. Marine, Mark, a U.S. hero going to fight for the country.
00:07:12.120 And they bring charges against him for apprehending a criminal.
00:07:15.640 I read the charges off.
00:07:17.060 That's just some of them.
00:07:18.140 But arrested 44 times, Mark, 44 times.
00:07:22.080 Yet we've got Black Lives Matter out here saying he's just a victimized black gentleman.
00:07:27.100 What do you say to that?
00:07:28.280 Well, this whole thing, this whole incident was caused by Alvin Bragg, who on the first day in office put out that infamous memo to the staff.
00:07:36.560 We will not seek carceral sentences.
00:07:38.580 We won't put people in jail.
00:07:40.260 Let them roam the streets.
00:07:41.880 You talk to the NYPD, they'll tell you it's the same 2,700 criminals.
00:07:46.760 They know who they are.
00:07:47.840 They could round them up in two weeks if they wanted to.
00:07:50.140 But they keep getting released.
00:07:51.460 That's why this incident happened.
00:07:53.560 Penny rescued African-Americans on the train.
00:07:56.940 African-Americans helped restrain the guy with Daniel Penny.
00:08:01.580 The real problem, I've talked to a lot of police about this.
00:08:05.460 They taught these restraint holds, choke holds, whatever you want to call them, how to hold.
00:08:09.900 And they do it all the time.
00:08:10.940 Every cop said to do it a thousand times.
00:08:13.600 You know how to do it without really killing somebody.
00:08:15.760 The difference is Penny had military training.
00:08:18.660 They teach you a little differently in the military.
00:08:20.760 On a battlefield, you're not worried about whether they go or not go.
00:08:24.360 But it was Alvin Bragg that put him in this position.
00:08:27.600 The woman he assigned to the case, the prosecutor, is even more woke and crazy than Alvin Bragg.
00:08:33.740 So I'm glad the – and it's in the middle of Manhattan.
00:08:35.880 You weren't sure what could happen.
00:08:37.240 But I'm glad the jury showed some common sense.
00:08:40.320 Unlike the jury that was in the Trump hush money case.
00:08:43.480 That was a travesty of justice.
00:08:45.720 You know, Mark, you and I are both New Yorkers.
00:08:47.820 You probably don't take the subway as much as I do.
00:08:50.720 But there's been many times, Mark, where I've gotten on there and I've looked at situations
00:08:54.580 and I've seen situations where I might have to do something.
00:08:57.480 But it's always in the back of my mind that if I go ahead and do do something,
00:09:00.920 I'm a law-abiding, gun-owning citizen here in New York.
00:09:04.720 I don't carry my gun with me everywhere I am in New York.
00:09:07.360 But, you know, to be honest with you, I think about it in the back of my head, Mark, and I'm nervous.
00:09:11.080 I'm nervous to ever have to pull out my gun, even in my own home, if I have to, God forbid, shoot somebody.
00:09:16.420 I get nervous because I think about the repercussions of these woke DAs in New York City
00:09:22.380 where if you're the victim and you react, you're all of a sudden the perpetrator
00:09:27.960 and you're all of a sudden the criminal.
00:09:29.420 Do you think now we see an end put to this whole notion that the good guys are the bad guys
00:09:36.020 after Alvin Bragg has been fed defeat after defeat after defeat?
00:09:41.100 You know, the problem is, you know, we hope there's a good Samaritan on the train with us.
00:09:45.120 But if you're the good Samaritan, even though he was acquitted,
00:09:48.500 you see what he, no one wants to go through what he just went through.
00:09:51.140 He's now facing death threats from all over the place.
00:09:54.020 We don't know what's going to happen in New York.
00:09:55.560 I mean, there's protesters already.
00:09:57.600 We don't think they're organic.
00:09:59.020 We think they're those paid-for protesters.
00:10:01.440 But we're worried about the rioting and anything that could happen now.
00:10:04.960 So it's discouraging good Samaritans.
00:10:07.660 We don't have enough police.
00:10:10.340 And the ones we do have, we'll tell you, you know, they're going to arrest the guy,
00:10:14.600 but he'll be back on the train the next day.
00:10:16.320 You know, it used to be after a robbery, they'd get the surveillance video from the store
00:10:20.200 and then try to do some facial recognition and maybe they can figure it.
00:10:24.280 Now when they get it, they go, oh, we know who this guy is.
00:10:26.400 We've arrested him 12 times.
00:10:27.580 So it's just a ridiculous circle that they're going around in.
00:10:34.900 You know, the funny thing to me, and it's sad anyone's life is lost,
00:10:38.680 but you got this guy, Jordan Neely's dad coming out saying, you know,
00:10:42.540 he was just another victim.
00:10:44.340 Where was his dad when this guy was on drugs?
00:10:46.820 Where was his dad when this guy was arrested 44 times?
00:10:50.780 Where was his dad when he punched a 65-year-old lady, a 64-year-old man in the face,
00:10:55.480 or when he fractured the face of a 67-year-old woman?
00:10:58.000 Where are the parents then, Mark?
00:10:59.420 Where are the parents who care so much about their kids then?
00:11:02.120 Yeah, well, listen, they're suing.
00:11:04.140 It's a wrongful death suit.
00:11:05.200 But judges and attorneys tell me they're going to have a very, very tough case.
00:11:09.320 When you're talking about a homeless guy who didn't earn any income,
00:11:12.160 didn't contribute to the family in any way, wasn't even there,
00:11:15.400 the wrongful death suit, the judgment is going to be very, very hard to get.
00:11:19.000 He didn't contribute to society either.
00:11:21.960 The man's on a subway station threatening to kill people.
00:11:25.100 You know, I got to be honest.
00:11:26.540 If I'm in Daniel Penny's situation, I'm probably doing the same exact thing.
00:11:29.740 And like I said, I often see it.
00:11:32.280 But you had mentioned looting.
00:11:34.260 We're probably going to see it.
00:11:35.540 It's now Christmas time.
00:11:37.040 We're all in the Christmas spirit.
00:11:38.920 Louis Vuitton's got a brand new store.
00:11:40.500 What is it, on Fifth Avenue and 50th, something like that?
00:11:44.340 57th and 5th.
00:11:45.640 57th and 5th, right next to Trump Tower.
00:11:47.360 I have to assume they're going to go ahead and make their way up to the new Louis Vuitton store.
00:11:51.300 What do you think?
00:11:54.040 Listen, if you want to buy some stock, buy stock in a plywood company.
00:11:58.620 They're going to have a hell of a Christmas.
00:12:00.700 You know, I'm also worried about January 6th, because you've got to certify the election of Donald Trump.
00:12:06.740 I'm worried something could happen there.
00:12:09.380 And hopefully, you can't trust this administration, hopefully they have enough security on it.
00:12:14.800 Yeah, you know, we're going to take that.
00:12:17.960 We're going to take a quick break here.
00:12:19.060 We're going to take that up on the other side of the break.
00:12:21.280 President Trump, not back yet in the White House, but he certainly seems like he's the president of the United States, by all accounts.
00:12:27.540 He's spending the weekend over in France, meeting with some world leaders, yanking, what's his name, Macron's shoulder out of its place with that handshake that he does so well.
00:12:38.880 We're going to take all that up with Mark Simone, Mr. New York, a great radio host in New York City.
00:12:44.080 You catch him each and every day.
00:12:46.100 If you're not living in New York, you go ahead and catch him.
00:12:48.100 Where is it, Mark?
00:12:48.820 iHeartRadio.com?
00:12:49.800 Yeah, iHeartRadio, the iHeart app.
00:12:51.820 You can hear us everywhere.
00:12:53.260 There you go.

00:13:57.360 We're back, folks.
00:14:01.160 We're talking with Mr. New York himself, the great Mark Simone.
00:14:04.660 Mark, President Trump was over in France over the weekend with some of his folks, meeting with world leaders.
00:14:11.340 Just looking at the pictures, it seemed it only got better after he sat down with Jill Biden and Ashley Biden, smiling, laughing.
00:14:18.560 And President Trump coming out afterwards saying they're very nice people.
00:14:22.880 I beg to differ.
00:14:24.640 But then, you know, meeting with Macron, meeting with other world leaders, going to his house, making the place like his own.
00:14:31.580 Macron asked him, what do you want to drink?
00:14:32.900 Trump goes, give me a Coke.
00:14:34.040 And he goes and walks around, sits down, hangs around for a little bit.
00:14:37.480 Oh, while Joe Biden is nowhere to be found.
00:14:39.920 I mean, is Biden just giving up?
00:14:43.000 Well, in his defense, Joe Biden, they told him about Notre Dame.
00:14:47.920 He went, but it turned out he went to South Bend, Indiana.
00:14:50.300 A little confused, but he wanted to be there.
00:14:53.320 And nobody can figure out why Jill Biden is eyeing Donald Trump.
00:14:57.060 And he's really, really cozying up to him.
00:14:59.940 I don't know what that's all about, unless they know they're going to need some pardons at some point or something.
00:15:04.460 But Trump was clearly dominant in all of those gatherings with all of those world leaders.
00:15:09.540 I love the pictures because you see Macron not happy, Zelensky looking very unhappy, and Trump smiling, the only one smiling there.
00:15:18.260 So it's a good sign.
00:15:19.780 You know why?
00:15:20.120 Because they know the party's over.
00:15:21.520 They absolutely know the slush fund's over.
00:15:24.060 The funding games are over.
00:15:26.360 The free-for-all is over.
00:15:28.280 The piggy bank United States that gets stepped all over, it's over.
00:15:31.620 The days are over.
00:15:32.260 You saw people there.
00:15:34.060 And that's the way it should be.
00:15:35.020 These people were sitting there getting ready to kiss the ring.
00:15:37.660 Because the days of America being laughing stock are over.
00:15:41.560 But it seems Joe Biden, as lame duck as he is, Mark, he's trying to get one more world war in before he gets to leave the White House.
00:15:51.160 Bashar al-Assad fleeing Syria over the weekend, heading to Russia for a safe space.
00:15:57.340 And President Trump tweeted out on Truth Social, America should have nothing to do with it because it has absolutely nothing to do with us.
00:16:03.780 And what does Joe Biden do?
00:16:04.860 He goes ahead and bombs the hell out of the place, Mark.
00:16:07.660 Well, I don't know if anybody's really keeping track of Hunter's activities.
00:16:11.220 But if he's working with defense contractors, you know, why keep bombing?
00:16:15.940 Why increase military efforts in Ukraine?
00:16:18.560 It's defense contracts.
00:16:19.700 Every time you adopt a bomb, it's got to be replaced for $20 million.
00:16:23.700 So this may be the final push, the final payoff.
00:16:27.400 Defense contractors looking to use up a lot of weapons so they have to be replaced.
00:16:32.060 Yeah.
00:16:32.260 And you know what?
00:16:33.100 It'll be the blame will all be on President Trump.
00:16:35.700 If he gets this thing started up and he gets a war started.
00:16:38.300 I found a clip on Twitter this morning that I thought was so interesting.
00:16:42.140 It was back from 2022.
00:16:43.640 And it was back when we were getting ready for a government shutdown.
00:16:47.020 And it's Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer.
00:16:49.400 It's the most cringeworthy interview.
00:16:50.720 Seven minutes you'll ever see.
00:16:52.400 We have about a minute and a half of it that I'm going to play for the audience right now.
00:16:55.220 But just how they try to set up Trump.
00:16:57.580 I'm going to play in a way to discuss.
00:16:59.240 Take a listen.
00:16:59.820 Damn.
00:17:00.720 The first time.
00:17:02.400 And Nancy said something to him about he didn't understand about women.
00:17:07.640 Chuck was masterful.
00:17:09.280 He was masterful.
00:17:10.280 She set him up so I could go in for the kill.
00:17:12.900 He was masterful.
00:17:14.880 He's talking to him about the government shutdown and about immigrants and the rest.
00:17:21.220 And he says, I'll take ownership of the shutdown.
00:17:25.620 So, Mr. President, will you own the shutdown?
00:17:28.800 Yes, I will.
00:17:30.360 And that was, oh, thank you very much.
00:17:32.920 There are a series of moments that you saw firsthand.
00:17:37.960 There's the clap.
00:17:39.160 There's tearing up the speech.
00:17:41.420 And then there is the famous picture.
00:17:44.920 It's the meeting in the cabinet room where you stood up and confronted.
00:17:52.460 Looking back at those moments, what was going through your mind?
00:17:57.500 I said he doesn't stand a chance.
00:18:02.120 So, Mark, the best part about it all was the joke was on then.
00:18:05.140 Donald Trump was coming back.
00:18:06.580 And Schumer, you were with him at the, what was it, the Al Smith dinner?
00:18:09.920 Al Smithner.
00:18:10.480 And you saw Schumer sitting there, and this was before the election, sitting there like
00:18:14.560 a little puppy boy, because he knew Trump was going to clean the clock of the Democrats.
00:18:18.920 But that video, like I said, was back from 2020.
00:18:21.780 They thought it was all a joke.
00:18:23.000 We set him up.
00:18:24.280 The truth of the matter is, is the IQ of both of them, Mark, together doesn't equal 100.
00:18:28.880 And you look at Donald Trump's, and there's literally no match there.
00:18:33.460 But this is the mentality of the Democrats.
00:18:36.200 Do you think they're going to learn their lesson this time around?
00:18:38.320 No, and they kept, you know, the way they were talking is if a government shutdown would
00:18:42.060 terrify us.
00:18:43.340 We want to go.
00:18:44.300 We love these government shutdowns.
00:18:46.220 We've had 20, 30 of them in my lifetime.
00:18:48.520 It doesn't bother anybody.
00:18:49.760 We have it every year.
00:18:50.520 It doesn't mean a thing.
00:18:51.400 You know, they shut down the whole private sector for about eight months.
00:18:54.600 They shut us all down during the pandemic for eight months, and we didn't blink.
00:18:57.940 We could shut them down for eight days.
00:19:00.220 I was at that Al Smith dinner.
00:19:01.980 One thing I know about Chuck Schumer, he always calls ahead to every event to make sure he has
00:19:06.500 the right seat.
00:19:07.200 He wants to know who he's sitting next to, and I've seen him do this.
00:19:10.500 If it's going to be next to any Republican, he demands to go to another table.
00:19:14.120 He won't sit.
00:19:15.080 He had the seat next to Donald Trump, which means he asked for that.
00:19:18.600 He requested that.
00:19:19.780 And I was watching the whole night.
00:19:21.280 He was all over Donald Trump.
00:19:24.040 You know, they're like sick, sick people.
00:19:26.520 I sat next to Chuck on a plane one time.
00:19:29.400 You know, I thought it was interesting when I saw him pull out a flip phone.
00:19:32.020 Nobody has a flip phone anymore, Mark.
00:19:33.900 I don't care who you are.
00:19:35.560 Everyone's got one of these.
00:19:36.520 You got an iPhone.
00:19:37.180 You got an Android.
00:19:37.800 You got something.
00:19:38.780 Nobody's got a flip phone anymore.
00:19:39.920 So I see Chuck Schumer pull out this damn flip phone.
00:19:42.340 We got off the plane, and security's there waiting for him.
00:19:45.820 This is interesting.
00:19:46.900 Why the hell?
00:19:47.640 Turns out I got through security before he did, or customs before he did.
00:19:50.940 But, you know, I never trusted him ever since I saw him pick up that damn flip phone.
00:19:56.640 Well, you know, there's only two people who use flip phones, senior citizens and mob guys who are doing some dirty deal,
00:20:02.000 because it's hard to trace that flip phone.
00:20:04.560 There's no record in it.
00:20:05.500 So with Schumer, it could be a little of both.
00:20:07.780 Lindsey Graham apparently has one, too.
00:20:09.400 I don't know what he's using, but you mentioned military-industrial complex, and that's Lindsey Graham's people.
00:20:15.420 Mark, the Democrats, there's a report out on another other than the New York Post,
00:20:20.120 that the Democrats are fuming as cavalier and selfish Biden is ceding power to Trump,
00:20:24.960 despite some supporting transition agenda.
00:20:27.540 We saw the Democrats start to go after Matt Gaetz.
00:20:31.740 They succeeded.
00:20:32.440 Matt Gaetz stepped down, whatever the case was.
00:20:35.700 There's a lot of people who are saying he never anticipated to take the job in the first place.
00:20:38.980 It was just for other reasons.
00:20:41.560 You then had Pete Hegseth, who you and I, I think, probably both know from Fox News.
00:20:44.940 He was a pretty solidly decent guy.
00:20:48.160 They went after him for drinking alcohol.
00:20:51.780 Interesting, and having consensual relationships.
00:20:54.420 Another interesting thing I thought was pretty normal for people to drink alcohol and have consensual relationships.
00:21:00.540 It seems that's getting nowhere.
00:21:02.500 Their latest target now is Tulsi Gabbard.
00:21:05.740 Do you think they succeed?
00:21:06.940 Tom Cotton tells us that everyone's going to get appointed.
00:21:09.340 Everyone's going to get put through that President Trump put forward.
00:21:13.140 Do you think that's the case, or will you have an issue?
00:21:16.620 Absolutely.
00:21:17.280 You know, this is what they did to Kavanaugh.
00:21:19.600 They have a whole network of people that they can bring forward.
00:21:22.660 Women will claim this and that.
00:21:23.960 Right.
00:21:24.560 It sounds terrible.
00:21:25.920 It's a smear campaign in the paper and the media and websites.
00:21:29.040 It just sounds awful.
00:21:29.640 Once you get into the hearings and everybody gets to take the stand and really talk and speak at length, you know, this incident in San Francisco, once he's actually talking under oath and you point out the police thoroughly investigated, no charges.
00:21:42.740 Right.
00:21:42.840 And all they have are these anonymous sources supposedly worked at Fox News.
00:21:47.460 He's going to come in with 25 people from Fox News on the record by name, will testify under oath that there was no, they never saw him drinking.
00:21:56.120 I'm sure you could do that.
00:21:57.020 I could do that.
00:21:57.580 I worked a lot.
00:21:58.360 I never saw him.
00:21:59.320 Anything wrong with his behavior.
00:22:00.560 So once you get into the actual hearings, all that stuff goes away.
00:22:04.780 You know, but the crazy thing is, Mark, there's a lot of people, there's people who do far worse than if Pete did have a drink on the job after work at an office party.
00:22:14.320 If someone brought in a bottle of wine, there's far worse things, Mark, that people have done that are currently in our government.
00:22:20.160 I mean, we all read what Hunter Biden was doing.
00:22:22.640 We all read what Joe Biden was doing.
00:22:24.380 You can go through the laptop from hell, allegations of Joe Biden showering with his niece or with the kids.
00:22:34.560 I mean, all wild allegations inside that laptop, taking money from Hunter Biden, Hunter Biden smoking crack with prostitutes, the father knowing about it, Hunter Biden owning a gun illegally, the father knowing about knowing about all the far worse things that people do.
00:22:48.420 Yet Pete Hegseth is a bad guy for drinking alcohol and having consensual sex.
00:22:52.860 I mean, we're talking about adultery and drinking.
00:22:55.640 But if that's what he does, then he's got to be a Democrat.
00:22:58.240 He's in the wrong party.
00:23:00.940 He's absolutely right.
00:23:02.720 One of these folks who's a sick human being, I think you often hear retribution, Mark.
00:23:09.660 Liz Cheney.
00:23:10.840 Liz Cheney, after endorsing and losing on November 5th, has been very quiet.
00:23:15.700 But we hear from her this week.
00:23:18.040 She's accused of destroying 117 documents regarding January 6th.
00:23:21.860 January 6th, you know, that insurrection they had at the Capitol.
00:23:25.420 But she's now saying she should not go to jail.
00:23:30.600 Destruction of evidence.
00:23:31.640 But you went after President Trump for January 6th for doing absolutely nothing.
00:23:35.520 You had everything to say on the documents case when President Trump took documents back to Mar-a-Lago that he was able to declassify.
00:23:42.000 Yet now, all of a sudden, you shouldn't pay the price for being a criminal?
00:23:46.560 Well, you've got to give Liz Cheney a lot of credit.
00:23:48.420 For somebody who has absolutely no personality, no relevance whatsoever, she lost the biggest landslide in her own home state where she grew up.
00:23:56.560 It was like 99 to 1.
00:23:57.900 And for the biggest nobody in all the politics, she still managed to be in the news every day.
00:24:03.120 She's headlined news somehow, despite having absolutely no relevance.
00:24:08.180 Trump's not the type to go after people.
00:24:10.280 He didn't do it with Hillary Clinton.
00:24:11.840 I've known the guy for a million years.
00:24:13.660 One reason he doesn't go after anybody, people like that, billionaires like that, never look in the rearview mirror.
00:24:19.820 All they do is look forward.
00:24:20.920 They never look backwards on anything.
00:24:22.360 So I think he's got a lot of work to do.
00:24:24.620 And that's what he, as he said, the retribution will be huge success.
00:24:28.380 You know, it's funny.
00:24:29.380 I read an article about you fairly long ago.
00:24:32.860 And before I knew you, I really didn't know your political views.
00:24:36.220 I thought you were just an entertainment guy.
00:24:37.960 And that was it.
00:24:39.040 And I read this article one day, Mark Savone's a Trump sycophant.
00:24:42.620 And I'm sitting there thinking like, Mark, you know, as long as I know him, he doesn't go on air and just, you know, he's not that kind of person.
00:24:49.960 He tells the news and he makes some fun of it.
00:24:52.360 There's far worse people that you can go after for being sycophants of either party.
00:24:56.700 If they go after Mark Savone for being a sycophant, I think I look at you more of like as a socialite.
00:25:00.760 You know, everybody, you're friends with everybody, Democrats, Republicans.
00:25:04.240 You happen to be friends with more Republicans, which is why you're a pretty straight shooter and not in jail.
00:25:09.280 And then these guys are calling Mark a Trump sycophant.
00:25:13.100 You mentioned Hillary Clinton, and I got to get to that because Bill Clinton, speaking of irrelevance, Bill Clinton is blaming the mainstream media for Hillary Clinton losing in 2016 for the reporting on her emails.
00:25:28.820 I mean, we had James Comey come out, Mark, and exonerate this woman, even though he said she's a criminal.
00:25:33.080 Yet it's the mainstream media's fault.
00:25:35.680 Explain that one to me, Mark.
00:25:37.360 Well, he was able to say that because he was on MSNBC.
00:25:40.380 He says this to Joe Scarborough.
00:25:42.140 It was the bad publicity she got.
00:25:45.060 And Scarborough's nodding like a bobblehead.
00:25:47.840 Any normal person would say, wait a minute.
00:25:49.800 Trump got a thousand times more bad publicity than she did in the campaign.
00:25:53.380 He got the worst publicity ever.
00:25:56.020 Nobody ever took more incoming fire.
00:25:57.620 What she got was a millionth of what he got.
00:25:59.980 So that's typical bad reporting from Scarborough, that he didn't bring that up and then get Clinton's response.
00:26:06.040 You know, the Access Hollywood take came out.
00:26:09.180 And to Lou's credit, Lou is one of the only people who stuck by him.
00:26:12.460 A lot of people shut their mouths, didn't say a word.
00:26:14.760 Lou went further in and said, this is our man.
00:26:17.020 It is what it is.
00:26:19.120 Hillary Clinton strokes out outside her mystery machine, outside the 9-11 memorial, and you barely hear about it.
00:26:24.300 I don't wish a stroke on anybody, but the woman literally strokes out.
00:26:27.820 It's a lady who's going to become the president.
00:26:30.460 What would they say?
00:26:31.300 Ninety-nine to one.
00:26:32.240 What was it Peter Strzok and Lisa Page said?
00:26:33.740 Ninety-nine to one.
00:26:34.600 She strokes out, and the mainstream media doesn't cover it.
00:26:38.680 They're still stuck on the 11th hour Access Hollywood tapes.
00:26:42.600 Nobody has had more bad press covers than President Trump.
00:26:46.180 It seems this time around, though, Joe Biden was so bad that they couldn't just sit by and not cover it.
00:26:53.980 You mentioned on your show this week, Joe Scarborough had something to say a few months back.
00:26:59.960 Give the audience some fun, Mark, about what you were talking about today.
00:27:05.520 It was about six months ago when they were talking about how bad Joe Biden was.
00:27:08.020 He looked right in the camera, Joe Scarborough, and he said, listen, I've known this guy for years.
00:27:13.060 And he said, the Brzezinskis have known him for 50 years.
00:27:15.640 We've met with him.
00:27:16.760 This is the best Joe Biden we've ever seen.
00:27:19.040 He's better now than ever before.
00:27:21.100 Well, obviously, he's lying.
00:27:23.520 The fact that he would tell such a preposterous lie and get so hyperbolic about it tells you what kind of bad journalist this guy is.
00:27:32.540 He'll say anything on the air.
00:27:34.640 I think that's why he's lost half his audience, obviously the Republicans.
00:27:38.500 But his own Democratic viewers, I think they now realize this guy is misleading us all the time about everything.
00:27:45.740 Not that he ever did have an audience.
00:27:47.580 The thing that I've been talking about every day on this show is when it came to them after they met with President Trump.
00:27:54.900 Mark, if somebody calls somebody Hitler, if I called you Hitler, Mark, I would never associate with you again.
00:28:00.060 I wouldn't want to see your face.
00:28:01.100 I wouldn't text you.
00:28:01.800 I wouldn't call you.
00:28:02.560 I wouldn't want to see it.
00:28:03.980 Yet these folks went out, Mark, for nine years, eight years.
00:28:07.740 They called Donald Trump the biggest threat to democracy.
00:28:10.060 They called him Hitler.
00:28:11.080 They called him orange this, orange that.
00:28:13.400 They called him a criminal.
00:28:14.160 They called him a convicted felon.
00:28:15.500 You go down the list, a misogynist, a racist, a xenophobe.
00:28:18.620 You go down the list of things they called him.
00:28:20.180 Yet at the drop of a pin.
00:28:22.080 And by the way, they were the ones who asked for the meeting.
00:28:24.300 They run to Mar-a-Lago.
00:28:26.220 I mean, full speed down the road, run to Mar-a-Lago to meet with President Trump.
00:28:31.040 Does that like not tell you what kind of people the Brzezinski's and the Scarborough's are?
00:28:36.200 That at the drop of a pin, when they can get a little bit of power, they run for it.
00:28:41.160 And what I was told was, I read somewhere, Scarborough was terrified about Gates becoming the attorney general because there's some documents about a car crash that he had some years ago where a lady was deceased and it was never investigated.
00:28:57.680 Well, actually, the woman dropped dead in his office.
00:28:59.980 They found a dead body in his office.
00:29:02.460 She worked for him.
00:29:04.140 I was thinking of Kennedy.
00:29:05.060 Sorry, I've got a head cold.
00:29:08.220 It's common with Democrats.
00:29:09.560 Somebody's dead somewhere.
00:29:11.300 But he said it was investigated.
00:29:13.760 Clearly, it was a heart attack.
00:29:14.780 But he was the very powerful congressman from that district.
00:29:17.580 So the investigation was a little flimsy and heart attack.
00:29:23.780 You know, she was like 24 years old.
00:29:25.360 It just didn't make any sense.
00:29:27.220 He was worried that Trump would reopen that and do something about that.
00:29:30.800 And he and Mika, they're just so opportunistic.
00:29:35.300 They go to the Mar-a-Lago to beg forgiveness.
00:29:38.160 You know, and Democrats don't realize if you want to go after somebody, and I think that's why they're losing half their audience.
00:29:44.220 People realize there was probably a case to be made against Trump and his policies and on the issues.
00:29:50.160 But they made up all this hyperbolic, hysterical nonsense.
00:29:54.360 You know, if I want to get somebody in trouble at work, if I went into the boss and said, you know, he's been coming in late every day and he's not getting his work done.
00:30:00.500 Well, then he'll keep an eye on this guy.
00:30:02.180 If I went in and said, you know, the guy down there, Dan, he's Hitler.
00:30:05.620 He's a mess murderer.
00:30:07.000 He's going to wipe out everybody.
00:30:08.420 He's a threat to the whole.
00:30:09.860 He's going to think I'm nuts.
00:30:11.040 I'm going to be in trouble then.
00:30:12.060 You know, it's not even funny to laugh about it, but do they realize how many people Hitler killed?
00:30:17.940 Do they realize the destruction that Hitler killed?
00:30:21.300 You're comparing him to Donald Trump, a man who's tried to keep us out of any sort of international conflict possible,
00:30:27.740 tried to pull our troops out of any international grounds that we're not supposed to be in because it's a waste of our time.
00:30:33.280 And they're sitting there calling him Hitler as Joe Biden's now sitting in the Oval Office somewhere,
00:30:37.720 wherever his makeshift Oval Office is, and bombing the hell out of Syria.
00:30:42.900 The things just don't make any sense, Mark.
00:30:45.920 And it's usually the Democrats projecting what they're about to do onto the Republicans on what they're not about to do.
00:30:53.800 Do you think we're going to get some sort of retribution?
00:30:56.040 I say retribution because it pisses people off, and I like to say it.
00:30:59.640 We both know Donald Trump's far too nice of a guy.
00:31:02.200 Do you think we're going to get any sort of retribution?
00:31:05.840 And I'm not saying make up crimes like they did to him.
00:31:08.420 I'm saying go after these Democrats who have caused destruction to this justice system.
00:31:14.220 That's irreparable.
00:31:15.420 I mean, the fact that we have to scrub the FBI clean, Mark, the DOJ clean right now because of the destruction these people have done,
00:31:22.520 it's, I mean, it leaves a permanent stain, I think, on these institutions.
00:31:26.880 Do you think we're going to get any retribution out of them?
00:31:29.660 Yeah, but that's not retribution.
00:31:31.240 That's that's how it's got to say retribution because this is the Democrats.
00:31:34.600 Yeah, but the FBI, great men and women work there.
00:31:37.200 You've got to just clean up that eighth floor with the leadership.
00:31:40.200 And you're going to have to go to the Justice Department and clean out a lot of people that have been there for years.
00:31:44.420 Now, a lot of them are threatening to quit, which is great and save us the trouble.
00:31:47.640 But I don't think Matt Gaetz is out of it completely.
00:31:51.000 He could always be brought in as a special counsel or something like that.
00:31:54.980 You've got to clean all that.
00:31:56.880 That hornet's nest has to be cleaned out of there.
00:31:58.900 You know, this Doge thing, getting rid of the government waste fraud, they'll tell you it's impossible.
00:32:04.860 But tell that, you know, when you tell Steve Jobs or a guy like Elon Musk or something, something's impossible.
00:32:09.560 They light up and they go right to work.
00:32:11.280 Same thing with Trump.
00:32:12.120 They'll actually get this done.
00:32:14.200 Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
00:32:15.060 Those guys will have a challenge.
00:32:16.540 I say it all the time that people, the Democrats are going crazy that Trump's hanging around Elon Musk so much.
00:32:20.960 I think it's amazing.
00:32:21.800 It's the world's richest man, the world's smartest man, the smartest person to ever walk this earth.
00:32:25.680 And they're complaining that Donald Trump's hanging out with him.
00:32:27.840 You had mentioned cleaning out these institutions.
00:32:30.020 I want to take one more quick break here.
00:32:31.960 When we return, multiple DOJ and FBI officials way lawyering up as they're going to have to start defending themselves.
00:32:38.600 Joe Biden is also trying to complicate it and hide some people in these agencies so that Donald Trump can't purge them completely.
00:32:47.960 We're also going to take up the pardon of Hunter Biden and what it possibly means for the other Bidens.
00:32:53.200 And will Hunter Biden ever sit before Congress and answer some questions that I think we all have answers to?
00:32:58.700 We're coming right back with Mr. New York, Mark Simone.
00:33:00.640 Stay with us.

00:33:59.320 Plus, all orders over $75 or more.
00:34:02.520 Ship absolutely free.
00:34:07.080 Folks, we're back.
00:34:07.940 We're talking with Mr. New York himself, Mark Simone.
00:34:10.060 Mark, before we went to break, we had spoken a little bit about the DOJ and the FBI officials
00:34:15.240 getting ready to lawyer up.
00:34:16.800 If they did nothing wrong, Mark, what the hell are they so worried about?
00:34:20.440 If they did nothing wrong.
00:34:22.580 That's the biggest diff in the world.
00:34:24.220 I think even if the president doesn't do it, I think Congress will do it.
00:34:29.580 Congressional committee, put them all under oath, bring them in front of Congress.
00:34:32.680 I think that's one reason Jim Jordan remained behind to maybe be the head of that committee.
00:34:36.620 And really, even if you're not going to do anything as far as punishment, just get it all out in the open and just reveal what happened.
00:34:46.320 There's a lot of stuff that needs to be looked at.
00:34:48.320 And Hunter Biden, you don't even need to investigate.
00:34:51.920 You know what he did.
00:34:53.080 You know what Burisma paid him for.
00:34:55.160 You know what China paid him for.
00:34:56.460 Nobody in the world wanted a painting by Hunter Biden.
00:34:59.680 It's an old scheme that they used to use it in the old payola days in rock and roll when you couldn't take the check anymore from the record promoter.
00:35:07.780 This actually happened back then.
00:35:08.940 I'm sure that's where Hunter got the idea.
00:35:10.180 They all set up art galleries and you'd go in there and buy a junk painting for $10,000.
00:35:14.660 So it needs to be investigated by Congress.
00:35:19.660 Put some Democrats on the committee and bring it all out in the open.
00:35:24.300 Put some Democrats.
00:35:25.160 I don't know where you find any that have a brain cell, Mark.
00:35:27.980 If you're still a Democrat after what we've witnessed over the last four years, I say it.
00:35:32.460 And you voted for a Democrat.
00:35:33.780 You're just an idiot.
00:35:34.640 I mean, there's no nice way to say it, Mark.
00:35:37.320 If you voted for a Democrat after what we went through these last four years, whether it be gas prices, whether it be anything,
00:35:42.780 whether it be these endless wars that we're in, whether it be the foreign policy.
00:35:46.560 I mean, you could go down a list, a litany of things that you just have to check off.
00:35:50.800 You're an idiot.
00:35:51.400 I'm sorry.
00:35:51.880 There's no other way to put it.
00:35:53.300 Joe Biden is apparently looking to protect some of these folks in these agencies who are going to be shown the door.
00:35:59.320 According to Breitbart, the Biden administration appears to be working overtime within the federal agencies to put labor agreements in place before President-elect Donald Trump takes office in January.
00:36:08.340 The agreements are designed to complicate Trump's stated goal of civil service reform as he begins to purge the deep state.
00:36:15.920 The contract term can restrict federal agencies discretion over employee management.
00:36:19.980 So he's trying to bury these folks now for President Trump being able to get rid of them.
00:36:25.360 And this is the issues that Trump had the first time was he had these people deeply entrenched and buried in these agencies, and they were undermining him.
00:36:34.240 You look at that scum, Alexander Vindman, who sat there and recorded a phone call with Zelensky like he was some sort of hero.
00:36:42.440 It's guys like that who should never be in office again.
00:36:46.560 What do you say?
00:36:48.480 Well, they'll never learn, but don't ever try to con Donald Trump.
00:36:52.460 Don't ever try to outmaneuver Donald Trump.
00:36:54.360 It doesn't work.
00:36:55.600 He's not Pete Buttigieg.
00:36:56.620 This guy came from the toughest, roughest, most vicious place he could come from, the New York real estate world, where these killers in New York would put every booby trap into every agreement they ever made with him.
00:37:08.820 He was always able to figure it out.
00:37:10.900 And, you know, this Vindman, what's his name, Andrew Vindman?
00:37:15.960 Alexander.
00:37:16.620 And I think he's got a brother.
00:37:17.360 You know, Democrats are starting to realize they got conned by everybody.
00:37:22.460 They saw this Vindman on TV as if he was the expert on all of this.
00:37:25.700 He didn't even work in the White House.
00:37:27.420 He worked 17 buildings away.
00:37:29.420 He was an idiot in a cubicle with a meaningless job just because they put a bunch of medals on his uniform and paraded him around.
00:37:36.620 You know, they've been lying to Democrats.
00:37:38.040 They're not all idiots.
00:37:38.900 Some of them in real life are professors and lawyers.
00:37:41.420 And but they're watching MSNBC.
00:37:43.420 They really think there's a project 2025 that Trump has something to do with.
00:37:47.440 They think there was going to be a national abortion ban.
00:37:50.120 I think that's why they're turning off MSNBC.
00:37:52.480 They realize they got conned about everything.
00:37:54.520 Hey, Mark, you mentioned Project 25.
00:37:58.180 So many people who sit and try to troll me on Twitter and Instagram, they'll send me direct messages and stuff about Project 2025.
00:38:05.740 This is before the election.
00:38:07.340 And after the election, and he started when President Trump started bringing his people, I responded back to some of them.
00:38:13.760 I said, this is amazing.
00:38:14.880 Project 25 is hard at work and it's underway.
00:38:17.900 We fooled all you guys.
00:38:19.040 There was really such thing as Project 2025.
00:38:20.900 And we're all in on it.
00:38:22.320 And these people, Mark, absolutely went berserk.
00:38:24.840 But if you go look through it, the Democrats try to demonize.
00:38:27.600 I don't know if you had the chance to go look through Project 2025.
00:38:29.820 But there was literally things in it like a deportation plan, which President Trump has said he was going to do for years.
00:38:36.000 You know, fixing up the government reforms as to when it came to appropriations that make perfect sense.
00:38:45.280 But Democrats tried to like demonize it like it was this manifesto, like crazy plan that Donald Trump was coming in to take over the world.
00:38:53.200 But I think Donald Trump now has got a team around him like we've never seen before, that we didn't see in 2016.
00:39:01.600 You look at like Tom Holman.
00:39:03.860 I don't know if you ever had the honor to meet Tom Holman out of Fox, but he is just a funny guy.
00:39:09.040 What you see is what you get with that guy.
00:39:10.620 There's no bullshit about it, Mark.
00:39:12.840 Straight edge, straight to the line, and he doesn't feed you any BS.
00:39:16.720 Here's the point, and we'll get right to it.
00:39:18.940 And it seems like President Trump's cabinet he's got forming around him right now is no BS.
00:39:24.180 And these are all straight shooters.
00:39:26.000 What's your take on how he's been doing so far when it comes to the cabinet?
00:39:30.200 Yeah, you know, they've gotten so crazy, these Democrats.
00:39:31.860 They don't understand simple, plain, old-fashioned law enforcement.
00:39:34.480 They say to him, how are you going to ever round up and how are you ever going to deport?
00:39:38.420 How could you possibly put men on the moon?
00:39:41.440 It's not that complicated.
00:39:44.740 He'll do it.
00:39:45.460 He'll get it done.
00:39:46.140 And you're right, the president's got, you know, the best thing that ever happened was that he didn't win in 2020.
00:39:51.920 I agree.
00:39:52.240 Because he would have done a great job.
00:39:53.980 But you give a guy four years off to really think this through and figure it out.
00:39:58.700 You know, in the middle of the football game, you take a timeout, you've got 30 seconds to think.
00:40:02.440 Imagine if he had four years to study the game film.
00:40:04.980 So this is going to be the greatest second term ever.
00:40:08.080 He's got the smartest people.
00:40:10.000 Elon Musk, it's like when George Washington had Ben Franklin around.
00:40:13.180 Ben Franklin was the smartest guy around, the greatest inventor.
00:40:17.040 And that's the same thing now.
00:40:18.100 He's got Elon Musk around him all the time.
00:40:20.180 An incredible team.
00:40:21.960 He knows what to watch out for.
00:40:23.260 He knows everything to beware of in the swamp.
00:40:25.580 This will be 12 years of work in four years.
00:40:28.420 He'll get it done.
00:40:29.460 Yeah.
00:40:29.640 And, you know, the other issue with 2020 is he would have had no good first two years because he wouldn't have had the House.
00:40:35.080 So it would have been all nothing.
00:40:36.320 Now he's got everything.
00:40:37.220 He's got the Supreme Court.
00:40:38.500 He's got the Congress.
00:40:39.480 He's got the Senate and we can go ahead and enact Project 2025 like we've all planned to do the whole entire time.
00:40:47.160 You mentioned New York.
00:40:48.240 Obviously, we're both New Yorkers.
00:40:49.680 Eric Adams is finding himself in a really weird place.
00:40:53.100 And from what I understand, he's a friend of yours.
00:40:55.200 Is that correct?
00:40:56.360 I like the guy.
00:40:57.160 He's in real life.
00:40:57.840 He's a very cool guy.
00:40:59.180 A great guy.
00:40:59.800 He's a lot of fun to be around.
00:41:01.340 What's going on with him?
00:41:02.400 I mean, has he had a midlife crisis?
00:41:03.940 Is he terrified of going to jail?
00:41:05.280 Does he want to pardon?
00:41:06.120 I mean, every time, every day I open the New York Post, Mark, I think that he can't get any crazier.
00:41:13.420 And there he is, Eric Adams.
00:41:16.860 The most recent thing is he's open to joining the Republican Party again, possibly.
00:41:22.160 I mean, what's happening with him?
00:41:23.880 He had been a Republican years ago.
00:41:25.520 He's a cop for 14 years.
00:41:26.980 So they tend to be conservative.
00:41:28.540 But he wasn't out on the street patrolling.
00:41:31.700 You know, he makes it sound like that.
00:41:32.760 But he worked in personnel, which is an area where you have a lot of power and influence.
00:41:38.700 I think he's always been attracted to that.
00:41:41.440 He's facing two things.
00:41:42.700 One is this charge of getting upgrades in a hotel, the airline.
00:41:46.180 That will go absolutely no place.
00:41:47.920 Every politician gets that.
00:41:49.240 So that means nothing.
00:41:50.300 But the serious charge is foreign donations.
00:41:53.080 That's illegal.
00:41:54.060 And supposedly they were laundered through straw donors.
00:41:56.920 The good thing for him is the U.S. attorney that brought all this is gone now.
00:42:01.200 Damian Williams.
00:42:02.240 Yeah, Damian Williams.
00:42:03.080 Yeah, he quit early knowing Trump would throw him out.
00:42:05.260 Trump's named a replacement.
00:42:06.720 So he's got a good shot at that case being dropped.
00:42:09.580 And Trump could, you know, Trump's a great negotiator.
00:42:13.420 He could exchange that drop in the case.
00:42:15.960 You don't have to pardon him, just drop the case in exchange for total cooperation on the migrants and crime.
00:42:22.320 Yeah, I don't know.
00:42:23.000 I don't know.
00:42:23.300 I get some people on the show.
00:42:25.080 Roger Stone, one of them, was here often.
00:42:27.300 He thinks Mayor Adams is corrupt as hell and as crooked as can be.
00:42:32.060 You know, I don't know where I stand on it.
00:42:33.580 I'm not entirely sure.
00:42:35.340 I want Mayor Adams to do a good job.
00:42:37.240 I want Mayor Adams to get these illegals the hell out of our city.
00:42:40.280 I want him to allow, you know, so if a deal could be made where we clean up the city, you know, I'm all for looking at the possibilities of this case.
00:42:48.920 You know, eating too much turkey on Thanksgiving may or may not be a crime in my book.
00:42:55.540 But I want to wrap up with one more thing, and that's the overseas NATO.
00:43:02.360 President Trump not saying he'll pull us out of NATO.
00:43:07.580 You know, he's not giving us any reassurances.
00:43:10.100 Do you think Trump pulls out of NATO?
00:43:12.980 No, you know, he's right about what he said about NATO.
00:43:18.200 It's a lot of money to run NATO.
00:43:19.720 We put in like $400 million, and they put in $1.50, all the other countries.
00:43:23.520 It's got to stop.
00:43:24.840 They've got to put in their money.
00:43:25.820 There's rules.
00:43:26.480 It's supposed to be whatever percent of your GDP, and they're not kicking in the money.
00:43:30.740 You've got these organizations.
00:43:32.000 Nobody knows what the hell they do.
00:43:33.760 The UN is the most useless thing.
00:43:35.580 It's a VIP lounge for dictators.
00:43:37.680 Right.
00:43:37.920 And it's time somebody straightens out, the Climate Commission or whatever.
00:43:41.800 They don't do anything.
00:43:43.260 So Trump's got to put common sense into all of this.
00:43:46.520 You know, I don't want to see a war ever, Mark.
00:43:48.260 Hopefully in the rest of my lifetime, I'd never see a war again.
00:43:50.700 But I would be curious to see in my next life a war and see what NATO does for us.
00:43:57.280 See who's the first to come to the rescue when America's in trouble.
00:44:00.720 Because I can almost bet your bottom dollar that none of them would be anywhere to be found.
00:44:05.480 And you'd wind up getting a country like Russia helping us, you know, to top it all off, or China.
00:44:11.760 You know what I mean?
00:44:12.460 It's just, to me, it's completely asinine.
00:44:14.980 We go around giving out free money all along the world.
00:44:17.900 You and I, as I keep saying, we live in New York.
00:44:19.700 We see homeless people on the streets all day long.
00:44:22.460 A lot of them veterans.
00:44:23.420 A lot of them, the people who have been dealt raw hands, caught up in drugs.
00:44:28.240 You know, the whole nine yards.
00:44:29.580 Yet we're sitting over here giving billions and billions of dollars overseas for absolutely nothing.
00:44:34.660 We're fighting a war for Ukraine that's a losing war.
00:44:37.300 There's no way Ukraine ever wins that war.
00:44:39.320 Let's just be honest about it.
00:44:40.640 There's no possible way Ukraine ever wins that war.
00:44:44.540 The faster people start to realize that, I think we can get this thing toned down, I hope to God President Trump can get it done.
00:44:51.440 But if there's anybody who can, it's Donald Trump.
00:44:53.400 What do you think?
00:44:54.280 Absolutely.
00:44:55.360 You know, the same thing as Vietnam.
00:44:57.160 It was a stalemate that would just go forever.
00:44:59.040 You have to negotiate a settlement.
00:45:00.460 Most of these people don't want to do it because it's hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of billions in defense contracts, which they love.
00:45:07.240 But Trump will get it done.
00:45:08.200 That's one of the things he said about tariffs.
00:45:09.800 You can use them to stop wars.
00:45:11.680 Putin wants to end it.
00:45:12.620 He's lost 700,000 soldiers.
00:45:15.600 Trump will have it over.
00:45:16.380 I guarantee it by February 1st.
00:45:18.600 Yeah.
00:45:18.700 I've been saying it a lot on this show, and I'm going to clip it.
00:45:22.360 If it comes true, if it's not, I'm going to pretend like I never said it.
00:45:25.100 We just saw Bashar al-Assad flee Syria.
00:45:28.020 I have been saying on this show since I've started doing it in August, one day we're going to see Zelensky get on a plane with duffel bags and never be seen again.
00:45:37.040 Mark my words, it's going to happen.
00:45:39.320 And it's going to be a lot of American money in that suitcase.
