00:00:33.820
Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show.
00:00:39.020
President Trump started this week back in a New York City courtroom
00:00:43.780
as the Marxist Dems are hoping to do all the damage they can possibly do to him
00:00:51.660
Trump gave a statement before entering the courtroom.
00:01:00.860
I just want to say before we begin, these are all Biden trials.
00:01:08.120
I'm here instead of being able to be in Pennsylvania and Georgia
00:01:18.060
They've been going up because people understand what's going on.
00:01:21.240
This is a witch hunt, and it's a shame, and it comes out of Washington.
00:01:24.960
It's in coordination with Washington, everything, including the DA's office.
00:01:31.580
I just want people to understand that this is done for purposes of hurting the opponent
00:01:37.400
of the worst president in the history of our country.
00:01:40.700
It's a disgrace what these Marxist Dems are doing to President Trump, doing to our system
00:01:48.920
Over the weekend, Speaker Mike Johnson issued his latest betrayal of the Republican Party,
00:01:57.100
Johnson and his uniparty of 101 rhinos sending another gift to foreign nations, in particular,
00:02:03.720
Ukraine, $60 billion of it to Ukraine, $26 billion to Israel, and another $8 billion to Taiwan.
00:02:12.660
Not a single dollar of it going to secure our southern border, but $300 million of it
00:02:18.180
will go towards securing Ukraine's eastern border.
00:02:23.420
And Speaker Johnson, who has been nothing but a disgrace as Speaker,
00:02:27.140
talking to the press after passing the bill, he says this funding was needed because Russia
00:02:33.000
is a real threat to our prosperity and security, and this issue demands American leadership.
00:02:39.700
He's right, but America isn't getting that leadership.
00:02:46.620
The world is destabilized, and it's a tinderbox.
00:02:51.860
Three of our primary adversaries, Russia and Iran and China, are working together,
00:02:56.460
and they're being aggressors around the globe, and they're a global threat to our prosperity
00:03:03.440
Their advance threatens their free world, and it demands American leadership.
00:03:07.820
If we turn our backs right now, the consequences could be devastating.
00:03:11.520
It makes you wonder just who does Mike Johnson think he's fooling.
00:03:16.580
The military-industrial complex and the warmongers in Congress seem to own just about 100%
00:03:25.220
Well, after that bill was passed, one of Mike Johnson's mouthpieces, Congressman Tony
00:03:31.140
Gonzalez, ran to make an appearance on CNN, well, to kind of, I don't know, kiss up to,
00:03:40.060
I guess, Speaker Johnson, or maybe it was worse than that.
00:03:44.700
Rino Gonzalez took the opportunity not to call on the House to start working for America and
00:03:49.800
Americans, but to call out those great Republicans who stood up to this gross abuse of foreign
00:03:56.980
Even going so far as calling fellow Republicans members of the KKK.
00:04:10.680
Look, the House is a rough and rowdy place, but Mike Johnson is going to be just fine.
00:04:16.400
It's my absolute honor to be in Congress, but I served with some real scumbags.
00:04:20.560
Look, Matt Gaetz, he paid minors to have sex with him at drug parties.
00:04:26.080
Bob Goode endorsed my opponent, a known neo-Nazi.
00:04:29.520
These people used to walk around with white hoods at night.
00:04:32.420
Now they're walking around with white hoods in the daytime.
00:04:34.940
Gonzalez is not only a rhino, but as big a fool as Mike Johnson.
00:04:40.080
I don't even know why they waste their time calling themselves Republicans anymore.
00:04:47.940
And by the way, they're gutless wonders without principle.
00:04:55.180
He represents President Trump in many of President Trump's civil cases.
00:04:59.560
And he worked on the 2016 Trump campaign as a parliamentary procedure expert.
00:05:08.380
And Jesse, just great to have you with us here.
00:05:15.560
Letitia James having thrown back in her teeth that there was something about the bond that
00:05:23.740
just simply was inordinate and unjustified, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
00:05:30.560
It's good to see her just basically floundering as she should have been throughout.
00:05:41.500
It was a temper tantrum by an attorney general who thought that she could be able to destroy
00:05:47.700
Donald Trump's wealth in New York City without him getting full access to his appellate rights.
00:05:56.660
She believes very strongly that the process should be the punishment.
00:06:02.100
And so she found a judge that was willing to go along with almost everything that she
00:06:07.860
You know, this is the judge that thought Mar-a-Lago was only worth about $18 million, in which
00:06:12.780
case, you know, most people would say, oh, I'll take 10 of them.
00:06:14.620
Um, and, uh, so she threw this temper tantrum and said, well, President Trump was able to
00:06:25.620
You know, that's a huge number for almost every American to be able to come up with.
00:06:29.260
And she, and she said that just simply wasn't enough.
00:06:34.100
It was so preposterous that even Judge Angeron, who's no friend of Donald Trump, who's proven
00:06:38.480
himself to be a Trump hater, wouldn't even go along with her request.
00:06:43.540
It is stunning to see the hate, uh, the constancy of that hate, uh, over, over years and to campaign,
00:06:53.080
uh, to destroy the man, uh, and then, uh, to proceed in the new New York judiciary to do
00:07:03.580
Uh, it's just amazing to me that, that, that there's no one in the New York court system
00:07:09.900
who will bridle her back, at least bring her to heel, uh, and, and, and suddenly discover
00:07:18.100
perhaps that there is such a thing as law and order.
00:07:21.020
Yeah, that's exactly what should be happening right now.
00:07:25.120
That is what our justice system was designed, uh, for is for some is when you have a judge
00:07:30.620
that just goes so far out of left field as you have a judge anger on, or, you know, when
00:07:35.500
you have a prosecutor that is so aggressive, like Letitia James, you're supposed to have
00:07:40.640
a judicial system that, that brings them back in line, but in too many courthouses right
00:07:47.540
There's a poison that goes beyond just the judges on the bench.
00:07:51.320
It goes back to what's going on in their chambers.
00:07:53.680
And I've actually been back in judicial chambers when this happens, but these judges, they talk
00:07:59.400
They talk with their, their secretaries, their judicial assistants, their law clerks.
00:08:03.660
And in so many of these places in New York, there's such a fervor of hatred against Donald
00:08:09.440
Trump that none of them can, can withstand, uh, the, the social pressure that goes on in
00:08:15.500
their chambers, uh, to actually stand up for law and order when law and order supports Donald
00:08:21.220
And so that's a, a really, really difficult thing that is very much undermining the rule
00:08:28.220
Uh, it's certainly in America, certainly in New York state.
00:08:31.720
I think New York state now has proved itself to be, uh, the perhaps I'm going to, I haven't
00:08:38.040
sitting here thinking there is Illinois, there are other States, uh, there is California, but
00:08:44.300
in my experience and coverage, uh, there is no state, uh, worse than New York, uh, and
00:08:51.840
the only place in the United States more corrupt in its judiciary, uh, is, uh, the district of
00:08:59.840
I mean, those are two prize examples of just everything our, our system should not be about.
00:09:08.800
And it's no secret that that's the reason that, that, uh, you know, these, uh, the, the,
00:09:14.300
Biden white house, uh, these, uh, government bureaucrats that hate Donald Trump, and they're
00:09:20.100
doing everything they can to bring these cases against Trump in New York city and Washington,
00:09:26.920
And it's, it's a really sad thing because of course, most of New York state is a beautiful
00:09:34.400
That is this, this swamp, uh, just as bad as DC, where they are just absolutely have, uh,
00:09:40.380
so many people have this absolute hatred of Donald Trump.
00:09:43.520
And so between Washington DC and New York, you have these prosecutors and you have these
00:09:48.320
judges, and it's so sad to see judges be a part of this that are not, it's not good
00:09:55.080
enough for them to have their voices heard at the ballot box.
00:09:58.520
They want to use their judicial positions, their prosecutor positions to try to affect
00:10:04.520
the 2024 election and to try to take out Donald Trump and try to get Joe Biden reelected.
00:10:15.460
Uh, what is equally worrisome is that there is no countervailing influence against such
00:10:23.660
And, uh, in, in New York, uh, California, I don't know how many States on the either coast
00:10:31.220
actually are engaged in this, uh, lawfare, uh, through and through that is the judge, the
00:10:38.800
prosecutor, uh, the attorneys, uh, the legal system, uh, the associations in every state.
00:10:45.400
I mean, to see what happened to John Eastman in, in, in California, uh, what is happening
00:10:51.120
to Donald Trump and not one, not two, but three New York courts, uh, almost simultaneously
00:11:05.420
And it's, it's where, you know, the, the rule of law in America really does go to die
00:11:11.640
And it's, and you know, one thing that I think you said that's so important is there's not
00:11:17.820
Unfortunately, the other side, uh, feels free to play these games and to use their power, uh,
00:11:25.280
this power of lawfare to try to destroy Donald Trump because they know that Republicans would
00:11:30.100
never do the same thing at the shoe or on the other foot right now.
00:11:34.160
There's been unilateral disarmament and it's, it's one of the most dangerous things out
00:11:38.360
there because, uh, that every time Republicans seem to get control and, and we see this in
00:11:43.700
Congress, they decide that they're going to play nice when the, when the Democrats and
00:11:50.020
And so, um, you know, one of the things that's going to be critically important going forward
00:11:56.680
I, I truly, truly believe that these judges, these prosecutors are violating the law.
00:12:04.300
They are, they are compromising civil rights under color of law.
00:12:10.780
And if we are to put a stop to this once and for all, the only way to do that is for there
00:12:17.360
The next time that, uh, you know, when Donald Trump is in the white house, we need to have
00:12:22.040
a department of justice that actually goes after these, these people for their lawfare.
00:12:30.360
And this, by the way, is it resonates of something that, uh, in the 2016 election, uh, lock her
00:12:38.980
up became a chant across all of the rallies and you could see president Trump flinch.
00:12:44.720
Uh, he did not, uh, that did not suit him to, to even think about prosecuting her.
00:12:50.820
Uh, and he declined to prosecute her, even though it was very clear she had committed a
00:12:56.000
number of felonies, uh, and acts against the interests of the United States.
00:13:07.760
Uh, and if that, if the Republican party and the, and, and the Trump organization has not
00:13:14.180
learned that lesson, because it is a responsibility, I believe, uh, of this president, uh, Donald
00:13:20.860
Trump to make certain that there is the accountability that you are, uh, describing at this moment.
00:13:29.520
He is, uh, one of president Trump's leading attorneys, a great American, and we're coming right
00:13:37.760
Folks, you know, I beg everyone to get ready for the next crisis.
00:13:42.100
And when it comes, our lives will likely change overnight, whether it's natural disaster, war,
00:13:51.400
We saw what happened in 2020 when we found ourselves dependent on global supply chains.
00:13:56.360
We're still dependent on China and other countries for more than 90% of all our pharmaceuticals.
00:14:01.800
With clusters of respiratory illnesses popping up around the world and here, we need to be
00:14:07.720
And now is the time to make certain you have what your family needs when the next crisis

00:15:10.900
We're back and we're talking with Jesse Banal and Jesse, I just have to, let's turn to what
00:15:20.600
is going on at this very moment in New York and that is the outrageous prosecution of Donald
00:15:36.860
And, and your thoughts about why this case is, as was ever, how did it successfully come
00:15:47.620
about for the, for the Marxist left who actually mean it to, to be a pure election interference?
00:15:56.300
Um, and specifically what happened is they took the number three prosecutor at the Department
00:16:03.680
of Justice, the most, you know, big and powerful law firm in the world.
00:16:07.740
And they moved him to a county district attorney's office, you know, the, a big county, Manhattan,
00:16:14.400
but it's certainly a step down from the Department of Justice being the number three at the Department
00:16:20.960
of Justice, he was moved to go after and get Donald Trump using this preposterous legal
00:16:28.260
theory, uh, that was, uh, completely devoid not only of, uh, of a legal basis, but it had
00:16:37.720
It's based primarily on the word of Michael Cohen.
00:16:40.320
Um, you know, not exactly the most credible man in the world.
00:16:43.000
And so, uh, they take, and they move over this prosecutor from Biden's justice department
00:16:48.860
to the New York, uh, um, district attorney's office, and they bring this case and lo and
00:16:54.620
behold, it gets transferred to a Trump hating judge, somebody who is donated to Joe Biden.
00:17:01.840
And of course he was going to schedule it to have maximum political impact to try to take
00:17:09.960
So regardless of what happened at trial, he would be able to do everything he could to
00:17:14.780
hurt Donald Trump when he was running for election, uh, uh, as president of the United
00:17:19.300
And let me just say that I have never seen before a judge make political donations while
00:17:28.700
Uh, it's something that is just, uh, it is unheard of.
00:17:32.760
And this judge, not only has he made political donations, not only has he donated to Joe Biden,
00:17:38.740
but when he was called out for it, he refused to recuse himself.
00:17:45.560
This is the clearest example of why recusal is warranted of any case I've ever seen in
00:17:53.920
And, and, and, and not only is, is he conflicted himself because of this, but his daughter is
00:17:59.940
making money on this case and immediate family member.
00:18:05.140
This would be a bad B movie that wouldn't be believable if it was in Hollywood, just
00:18:09.080
because it's so preposterous to think that it would, it would happen this way.
00:18:13.240
And again, the American people know that what is happening in New York is not, uh, justice.
00:18:19.580
This judge is not dispensing justice from the bench.
00:18:22.840
He's using his courtroom for politics and it's disgusting.
00:18:30.000
It is so the hype, the hyperbolic, uh, partisanship of the Marxist Dems in New York.
00:18:38.880
Uh, as you said, uh, it's the, it's the feeding ground, uh, for all of this, uh, because it is
00:18:48.840
That is Manhattan, uh, New York, uh, go to Fulton County, uh, Georgia.
00:18:54.800
I mean, it's rancid with corruption, uh, at some point.
00:18:59.600
And then we, I don't want to let the, uh, federal judiciary off here.
00:19:07.280
It could be, this is not the, the, the nation's capital.
00:19:11.960
Uh, this could not be the nation's capital of the greatest constitutional republic in
00:19:17.460
Uh, it is a cesspool of corruption and political, uh, an attempt at political assassination.
00:19:30.200
And let's talk about why Washington DC is like this.
00:19:33.780
Washington DC was supposed to be a town where people came from across America for a small
00:19:39.880
amount of times to be able to represent the people in those, in those various states,
00:19:44.960
um, you know, from, from Florida to New York, uh, to, to Wisconsin.
00:19:53.500
But instead this permanent bureaucracy developed and this permanent bureaucracy that makes up
00:19:58.240
95% plus of the federal workforce is now what controls Washington DC.
00:20:04.720
And when Donald Trump became the first president in ages to push back on the power of the bureaucrats,
00:20:11.740
they decided they were going to have their, their revenge on him.
00:20:15.300
And so when you have these cases that are brought by DC prosecutors like Jack Smith in a DC courtroom
00:20:22.740
with a, with a DC judge who has made it very clear how much she hates Donald Trump, um,
00:20:29.340
then you, you know, what the result is going to be.
00:20:32.940
There's no doubt about what the result is going to be.
00:20:36.120
And that these people will do everything they possibly can to use, again, use their judicial
00:20:44.440
And that's why we need serious reforms in our judicial system in order to make sure this
00:20:49.780
It cannot be Washington DC bureaucrats and people that come up in that bureaucracy, including
00:20:55.080
Tonya Chutkin, who decide they're going to dictate the law to the American people.
00:21:01.240
It has to be, uh, back to our constitutional, uh, roots where America decides what Washington
00:21:08.960
It's not Washington DC deciding what America is going to do.
00:21:12.200
Tonya Chutkin, the federal judge, uh, in the Trump case, uh, is, as it seems to me backed
00:21:19.180
off a bit because the Supreme court is going to be ruling the appellate court, uh, uh, the
00:21:27.020
And, and while I'm not hopeful, I'm not optimistic.
00:21:31.000
I do reserve the possibility that, uh, that conscience could strike, uh, on any one of those,
00:21:39.780
Uh, I don't know what the odds of that are, but definitely, uh, we're it's, uh, there is
00:21:46.140
a reason to at least accept the, that there is a probability, a possibility, uh, that's
00:21:51.940
to somehow there will be a restoration of ethics.
00:21:55.660
And, uh, we're talking with Jesse Banal, uh, the president's attorney, and we're going
00:22:02.740
We're going to find out what's it going to take to straighten out this legal system because
00:22:15.800
I'm delighted to let you all know that the program Lou Dobbs tonight has returned to the
00:22:25.260
We're live each and every weeknight at 7 PM Eastern and 6 PM Central on rumble.com slash
00:22:38.060
I hope you'll be joining us for Lou Dobbs tonight as our fight to save this country
00:22:51.660
We're talking with Jesse Banal and Jesse, uh, the president's attorney.
00:22:55.460
And I want to just, there's one thing that just really just makes me furious because as
00:23:00.300
you might guess, I'm kind of interested in the public's right to know I'm interested in
00:23:03.840
free speech mightily, uh, and for this judge, uh, merchant to apply a gag order here, uh,
00:23:13.820
Uh, why do these, uh, why do these creeps, uh, think that they have to have a gag order?
00:23:21.020
Uh, what makes them think that they, they're so above the rest of us that they need special
00:23:27.500
protection from a former president of the United States, the, uh, presumptive nominee of
00:23:33.500
the, uh, of the Republican party for president, uh, the leading candidate for president, who,
00:23:44.760
Because the founders looked at these gag orders specifically when they drafted the
00:23:49.620
first amendment, this is one of the things the founders were particularly concerned about
00:23:53.120
is something called prior restraints on speech and injunction against you being able to say
00:23:58.240
what's on your mind, especially when it came to matters of policy and politics.
00:24:02.460
And that's why they gave us the first amendment is to protect us against that.
00:24:06.300
And the Supreme court has recognized that before the Supreme court has even said that the Washington
00:24:09.820
post, the New York times couldn't be prohibited by the government from, from publishing classified
00:24:15.880
information during a war because it would be a prior restraint on speech.
00:24:21.880
But there are a lot of these judges that believe that there's a Trump exception to the rule of law.
00:24:27.600
There's a Trump exception to the constitution and what they know and why this is so important
00:24:31.880
to them is because they, uh, they know that Donald Trump has been calling them out, calling
00:24:38.620
out their hypocrisy, calling out their partisan bias, and they want to do everything they can to put a
00:24:43.720
muzzle on him because they know that the American people are sick of this and they want to try to
00:24:49.160
stop this information from getting to the American people. And that's, you know, there's a famous quote
00:24:54.380
that, you know, violations of freedom of speech are, are a double sin because it affects not only the
00:24:59.840
rights of the speaker, it is, it affects the rights of the listener. It affects the rights of people to
00:25:05.040
get information. And that's why it's so, these gag orders are so incredibly dangerous, Liv.
00:25:09.840
Well, for example, right now, uh, I'm, uh, we've got, uh, Elon Musk parading around talking about
00:25:17.720
freedom of speech. Uh, it's a joke. Uh, what he is running is a, uh, operation in that platform now
00:25:24.980
that is starting to approach levels of prior restraint, uh, that are unimaginable, uh, until we saw the
00:25:33.560
people, you know, uh, Twitter suddenly align itself with the FBI, that apartment of justice and the
00:25:39.520
intelligence agencies. And I don't know whether or not Elon Musk has done, gone that far, but I can
00:25:45.020
tell you this, he is shadow banning me and he's shadow banning me because I have a particular point
00:25:50.240
of view that is, uh, well, I, a little different than his, for example, he wants, he wanted, uh,
00:25:56.320
TikTok, uh, to be as a matter of free speech, to be given free reign in the United States.
00:26:02.820
This is a foreign owned company. And by the way, it has responsibilities to the CCP, uh, to the PLA
00:26:11.720
and is, is the last I heard, uh, Xi Jinping still wanted to go to war with the United States somewhere
00:26:18.380
between 2025 and 2027. And he said it publicly. I mean, this is madness that we're watching.
00:26:25.180
It is, Lou. And, and, uh, as we see more and more attacks on freedom of speech right now, and,
00:26:31.400
and that includes, uh, freedom of speech. When you have these, these social media, uh, organizations
00:26:38.120
that have a, a near monopoly on the ability to get your message out and they're able to take
00:26:44.060
either directly shutting people out or like you, like you're saying, shadow banning. This is something
00:26:48.980
that I think is very, very concerning and something that we really need to push back on
00:26:53.580
as Americans because, uh, and, and I mean, luckily there's, uh, platforms out there like truth
00:26:59.740
social, which I think are, are excellent, uh, that, uh, that don't do that. And so one of the
00:27:06.120
things we can do as, as Americans right now, I think is to, uh, spend more time on, on some of those
00:27:11.700
platforms, uh, as well, but it's, there's gotta be accountability for anybody that tries to, to shut
00:27:17.080
up Americans, especially when you're doing it to the benefit of a foreign power.
00:27:21.200
Without question. And as we, as we look at the, the situation that we've now have in this country,
00:27:27.800
you talked about the pervasive and I did as well, the pervasive corrupt corruption of our judicial
00:27:33.360
system, our legal profession, the, the American banker associate American banker, the American
00:27:39.380
bar association, uh, will not, not step up, but where they do step up, they mean to destroy free
00:27:47.580
speech and the right to free expression and representation of anyone. I mean, I've never seen,
00:27:53.560
I've actually experienced this, uh, major big law as they're called major firms, the most prestigious
00:28:01.020
firms in the country, uh, absolutely carrying out a ban against anyone that was pro-Trump because
00:28:08.180
that's not good for their, uh, their, their corporate and globalist clientele. Uh, it's,
00:28:14.280
it is remarkable to me the degree to which we have descended in terms of, uh, of legal rights.
00:28:22.040
Yeah, that's exactly right. And this lack of access, access to justice, if you are a Trump
00:28:28.580
supporting American is something that's very, very dangerous. It's something that when, when lawyers
00:28:33.400
in this country have, uh, stopped being willing to represent people because of their political
00:28:38.700
beliefs, it's something that is extremely dangerous. Now it's something that I quite frankly
00:28:43.920
have taken advantage of because the fact that these big law firms are refusing to represent good
00:28:48.840
Americans, you know, made it so I could, I could go out and get some of the best legal talent, uh,
00:28:53.300
in the world. And, and we've been able to, uh, go and represent some people, um, and get some great
00:28:59.400
results. But the fact is we can't do it all on our own and we need to get back to, uh, you know,
00:29:04.720
something along the lines of, of what happens in the UK. And it's sad to say that the UK is better than
00:29:10.220
than we are, but they have something called the cab. I know. Right. Um, they have speaking of a place
00:29:17.120
where there's no free speech, right? Right. Um, but on this, on legal access, they're better
00:29:22.640
because they have something called the cab rank rule and they don't actually turn people away,
00:29:27.440
uh, because of, for instance, their political positions. They believe everyone is entitled
00:29:32.140
to legal representation. And that's critically important, uh, for our,
00:29:36.220
for our constitutional Republic to flourish. And I, I, you know, I'm somewhat older than you,
00:29:42.760
uh, but I think even as, uh, as young as you are, you will recall the days in which the, uh,
00:29:49.940
the progressive left, as they call them, that they're, they're Marxists now. Yeah. They,
00:29:55.100
they prided themselves on their tolerance. They call for greater tolerance in our society and they have
00:30:01.300
become, uh, the scorched earth party. Uh, and they mean to devastate anyone who dares to speak up,
00:30:08.460
uh, with values and views different than their own. And that is a sad, sad place. Uh, I have to tell
00:30:14.420
you, Jesse, we're delighted that you're representing the president. Uh, we wish you a continued great
00:30:20.040
success as you do so and, uh, and beyond and, uh, hope you'll come back here soon to talk. Appreciate it.
