00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody, and welcome to the Great America Show.
00:00:05.680 It's great to have you with us.
00:00:06.600 Happy Monday.
00:00:07.640 I hope you folks all had a great weekend, and your week's off to a great start.
00:00:11.960 I appreciate you guys spending part of your evening with us.
00:00:14.680 President Trump today, absolutely unloading on the Republicans.
00:00:19.420 He's had enough.
00:00:21.400 Are they pushing forward his agenda, or are they not?
00:00:24.700 If they're not, they need to come forward and tell us that they're not.
00:00:27.260 These members of Congress, these members of the Senate, and so on and so forth.
00:00:31.940 Enough's enough.
00:00:33.160 One of the big issues President Trump has been having is with getting federal judges appointed through
00:00:38.220 and getting U.S. attorneys appointed through.
00:00:40.680 President Trump spoke about that in a meeting earlier today.
00:00:44.100 Take a listen.
00:00:44.760 ...as U.S. attorney for the District of New Jersey after the courts disqualified her.
00:00:49.060 Do you have any comment on that?
00:00:50.380 Well, she's not disqualified.
00:00:51.600 You've got a blue slip thing that's horrible.
00:00:54.320 It's a horrible thing.
00:00:55.520 It makes it impossible to appoint a judge or a U.S. attorney, and it's a shame.
00:01:01.420 And the Republicans should be ashamed of themselves that they allow this to go on,
00:01:05.300 because I can't appoint a U.S. attorney that's not a Democrat, because they put a block on it.
00:01:10.940 So if you appoint in Virginia or in New Jersey or in California a U.S. attorney or a judge, I mean, a judge situation is ridiculous.
00:01:23.320 The only people that you can get by are Democrats, because they will put a hold on it.
00:01:28.140 If I put up George Washington and Abraham Lincoln to be U.S. attorney in New Jersey or to be U.S. attorney in Virginia,
00:01:38.360 we have Democrat senators, they will not approve them.
00:01:42.140 And this is a gentleman's agreement that's lasted for too long, and it doesn't make it possible, especially in light of what's going on today.
00:01:51.740 It means you can't appoint a Republican U.S. attorney, and we don't play the same game with them, but they do.
00:02:00.960 And I hope that somebody speaks to Senator Grassley about doing something about the blue slip, because I'm telling you, John,
00:02:10.620 I put up great people, top people, highest education, the best lawyers to be like U.S. attorney, and both senators.
00:02:19.600 It only takes one.
00:02:21.080 But if they're Democrat senators, they say we're not going to approve it.
00:02:25.360 I had a couple of them say, why don't you appoint Democrats?
00:02:28.220 All because Senator Grassley, with his blue slip stuff, will not let anybody go by.
00:02:35.220 By the way, the Democrats have violated the blue slip provision on numerous occasions, but we don't do it.
00:02:42.140 And what it means is, I guess I just have to keep appointing people for three months and then just appoint another one, another one.
00:02:48.680 And it's a very sad situation.
00:02:50.720 We're losing tremendous, we're losing a lot of great people.
00:02:53.960 We have about seven U.S. attorneys who are not going to be able to keep their jobs much longer because of the blue slip.
00:03:01.700 Because unless, I think I know why they did that, to protect their ass.
00:03:07.400 Okay, that's why they did that.
00:03:09.080 But it should be done away with.
00:03:13.120 I want to be able to appoint great, the most highly educated, the most respected people.
00:03:18.480 They can't keep their jobs because of the blue slips.
00:03:22.280 Terrible.
00:03:22.720 And there you have it, folks.
00:03:25.320 I mean, this is under Republican leadership in the Senate.
00:03:28.840 Now, President Trump Furious says today, Alina Habba had announced that she'd be stepping down from her role as U.S. attorney for the District of New Jersey after the Third Circuit Court of Appeals disqualified her.
00:03:39.280 Trump nominee said she would still serve in the Justice Department, just in another role.
00:03:44.080 Attorney General Pam Bondi said she will seek further review for the Third Circuit's ruling.
00:03:47.980 Alina Habba said in a statement that her fight now stretches across the country as we wait for the review for the court's ruling.
00:03:55.440 She will serve as U.S. Department of Justice as a senior advisor to the Attorney General for U.S. Attorneys.
00:04:01.540 Now, in August, U.S. District Judge Matthew Brown, an Obama appointee, said that Alina Habba is not lawfully holding the office of U.S. Attorney for New Jersey.
00:04:11.860 The Pennsylvania, take a guess of this, get a load of this.
00:04:15.400 The Pennsylvania-based attorney, a federal judge, rather, oversaw the challenge to Alina Habba's authority because the judges in New Jersey had a conflict of interest after they ousted her from the position as interim attorney the month prior.
00:04:30.160 A group of federal judges over the summer declined to extend Habba's term as interim U.S. attorney after Democrat minority leader, Hakeem Jeffries, launched a presser campaign to oust her.
00:04:40.800 Now, Habba previously resigned as interim U.S. attorney and became the acting U.S. attorney for New Jersey after Trump's DOJ outmaneuvered those judges.
00:04:50.140 However, last week, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals upheld that ruling that found Alina was serving unlawfully.
00:04:57.560 Now, this is all to the doing of, as you heard President Trump say that right there, of Chuck Grassley.
00:05:06.120 He's the one who controls this whole damn thing.
00:05:08.240 Now, for those of you who are not familiar with it, and most of you probably aren't because it's such a minute detail, I didn't even know about it until, you know, this whole thing started happening.
00:05:19.820 The blue slip policy, so pretty much what it is, is when you appoint a U.S. attorney to those states, you get a blue slip, each senator from those states get a blue slip, and they have to turn them back in.
00:05:30.480 If they don't turn them back in, if they don't return them at all, the U.S. attorney you put forth is disqualified, and if they return them with bad marks, it's almost like a report card, they're disqualified as well.
00:05:41.740 So what do you do in states like New Jersey where it's run by two Marxist Dems?
00:05:45.800 What do you do in states like Virginia where it's run by Marxist Dems?
00:05:49.920 What do you do in states like New York where it's run by two Marxist Dems?
00:05:56.600 This is what President Trump is faced with because Chuck Grassley simply doesn't want to do his job.
00:06:02.840 I just don't understand how much longer we're supposed to put up with this nonsense.
00:06:07.740 John Thune, what is John Thune doing about it?
00:06:10.640 Sitting on his hands doing absolutely nothing, hoping they lose the midterm elections so he doesn't have to worry about this?
00:06:16.920 What do you do in states like New York where it's run by two Marxist Dems?
00:06:19.920 Now, as of today, as of this afternoon, about 10 to 12 U.S. attorneys have been Senate confirmed during President Trump's second term.
00:06:31.280 I mean, that's just unacceptable.
00:06:35.060 We're coming up, we're just about a month away, a month and two weeks away from him being in office for one year.
00:06:44.780 And this is what we're dealing with.
00:06:47.200 Now, most of the other 93 positions are still filled by acting or interim appointees.
00:06:57.500 So how are any of these people supposed to get a job done, bring justice forth, when it's interim after interim after interim?
00:07:08.620 And if that's the case, then you know what President Trump should do?
00:07:12.680 President Trump should say the hell with you guys.
00:07:14.660 That's fine.
00:07:15.160 That's what you want.
00:07:15.780 I'm going to put in the most far-right radical U.S. attorneys I can possibly find who's going to make your lives miserable, living hell.
00:07:27.240 That's the game you want to play, Chuck Grassley, who's supposed to be a Republican?
00:07:33.600 Nothing more than a rhino.
00:07:36.060 The man can barely walk yet.
00:07:37.480 But somehow he's still a U.S. senator.
00:07:41.180 I mean, which brings you to the next thing of term limits, which I think is long overdue.
00:07:47.700 You've got Mitch McConnell who can't walk.
00:07:50.980 I mean, it's sad to see that we literally treat Congress as a retirement home.
00:07:56.980 We sit here and we pay these people $275,000 a year, $175,000 over a year over in the House to literally just be babysat by their staffers.
00:08:11.420 Mitch McConnell is walked with his staff, like carried by his staff to go to the Senate floor.
00:08:19.780 This is what we pay for as taxpayers.
00:08:21.880 If that's what they want, that's fine.
00:08:23.280 Then the government should be subsidizing everyone else who's in assisted living.
00:08:29.240 I mean, $175,000, $275,000, somewhere over $300,000 a year with their stipends if they're in leadership roles.
00:08:36.680 That's what we're paying for as U.S. taxpayers.
00:08:40.980 We're paying for guys like Grassley to not do their job.
00:08:43.720 And then, as I said, John Thune just sits there on his hands and does absolutely nothing about it.
00:08:50.320 We have midterm elections in less than a year, which, according to every poll out right now, the Republicans are getting creamed.
00:09:05.660 So maybe it is the case, and I've heard this from multiple people, that they like when the Democrats are in power.
00:09:12.720 They don't have to make any tough decisions.
00:09:15.180 Maybe it is the case that they want to lose the midterm elections.
00:09:18.360 They're certainly acting like it.
00:09:21.720 President Trump's agenda is gone.
00:09:24.780 If the Republicans lose, he'll get nothing through.
00:09:28.520 It'll just be executive orders.
00:09:30.480 And, I mean, as we've seen how well that's worked out with these radical judges just coming after him on everything.
00:09:37.420 I mean, his presidency will essentially be over, and it's just troubling to think that after what this man has went through, the hurdles and the hoops, the bullets that he's went through to get back where he is,
00:09:52.820 only for guys like John Thune and Mike Johnson to just sabotage it all.
00:09:59.240 It's sickening.
00:10:00.180 We're going to take a quick break here, folks.
00:10:01.860 If you're joining us on Rumble YouTube.
00:10:03.220 By the way, our YouTube numbers are going up.

00:10:15.040 I think we're at, like, 5,000 subscribers over there, which, when I started it, watched it grow from, like, 10 to 20 followers.
00:10:23.480 You know, it's great to watch.
00:10:25.340 So everyone joining us on YouTube, we appreciate it.
00:10:27.880 The OG Audio guys, we always appreciate you guys joining us.
00:10:30.620 And over on Rumble and Twitter, we appreciate you guys.
00:10:32.860 We're taking a quick break here.
00:10:34.040 On the other side of this quick break, I want to talk about the purge that's happening in Congress.
00:10:38.560 President Trump weighing in on it today.
00:10:40.580 Ilhan Omar running her big stupid mouth once again.
00:10:46.100 And did Joe Biden's FBI know about the January 6th pipe bomber and who he was just months after that bomb was placed?
00:10:56.120 We're going to tell you all about it on the other side of this quick break, folks.
00:10:58.780 We're going to be back in less than 60 seconds.
00:11:00.680 Please stay with us.
00:11:04.040 Thanks, everybody, for staying with us.
00:11:09.040 YouTube, Rumble, Twitter, we appreciate you guys joining us.
00:11:12.060 If you're not joining us on YouTube, just go over there and click that subscribe button.
00:11:16.380 Turn your notifications on.
00:11:17.600 You don't always have to join us on there, but at least give us the sub.
00:11:21.860 Help us grow our numbers over there.
00:11:23.260 YouTube, I've got to be honest with you, has been really great with not censoring us.
00:11:28.400 And, you know, very grateful with that, with what we've dealt with in the past with them, which we won't even go back down that rabbit hole.
00:11:36.680 But thankful to YouTube for trying to play it at least a little bit straight this time around.
00:11:42.700 So there's a purge happening in Congress.
00:11:45.500 Members are retiring both on the right and both on the left.
00:11:48.300 But the news story is, if you're, you know, listening to the mainstream media, legacy media, that there's a purge among Republicans.
00:11:57.440 Republicans are leaving at alarmingly high rates.
00:12:01.580 President Trump was asked about it earlier today.
00:12:03.280 Take a listen.
00:12:04.000 And I just have a quick question.
00:12:05.080 There's at least 20 House Republicans who have either said they're going to retire or not run again.
00:12:10.640 And Democrats also.
00:12:12.320 And Democrats.
00:12:13.360 Why don't you mention them?
00:12:14.920 How many Democrats are going to retire?
00:12:16.780 How many Democrats?
00:12:18.500 Well, that's what I was going to ask.
00:12:19.520 Why don't you tell me the number of Democrats, too?
00:12:21.840 Are you concerned about the narrow margins?
00:12:24.100 No, I'm not concerned.
00:12:25.220 I think we're going to do well.
00:12:27.260 We will have the greatest economy.
00:12:31.020 We're going to have the greatest economy in history.
00:12:33.620 How many Democrats are retiring?
00:12:37.040 How come you only know the Republicans but not the Democrats?
00:12:39.580 Because I came prepared to ask you a question about...
00:12:41.440 No, no, you're unprepared because you shouldn't know the Democrats.
00:12:44.100 You're totally unprepared.
00:12:45.220 Go ahead.
00:12:45.560 Well, can I ask a quick follow-up about...
00:12:46.700 Who are you with?
00:12:47.300 Who are you with?
00:12:47.660 I'm with New York News Day, and I also have a quick follow-up.
00:12:51.360 Congresswoman Elise Stefanik is among those who is running for New York governor.
00:12:58.040 She's great.
00:12:58.680 Bruce Blakeman, who you also know...
00:13:00.300 He's also great.
00:13:01.320 Are you planning on making any endorsements...
00:13:03.520 Well, I'll think about it, but he's great and she's great.
00:13:05.820 They're both great people.
00:13:06.740 We have a lot of great people in the Republican Party.
00:13:08.820 Go ahead.
00:13:09.580 So, President Trump absolutely annihilating this woman.
00:13:14.840 Now, there are Republicans leaving.
00:13:16.900 I think as the list sits right now, it's 31 who have left or who are leaving Congress in one capacity or another.
00:13:29.100 So, let's go down that list of some of these people that they're going crazy about.
00:13:34.080 So, you've got Matt Gaetz, and this is 31, as I said, for total for Congress.
00:13:38.380 So, it's people who have left already and people who will be leaving.
00:13:42.780 Matt Gaetz of Florida, obviously retiring, resigning as soon as the session started.
00:13:49.020 You've got Mark Green of Tennessee, resigned early.
00:13:51.700 Marjorie Tailgreen, that selfish lady from Georgia, resigning early.
00:13:56.820 I think someone announced today, someone pretty big, a state senator, Colton Moore, announced he's running for that seat.
00:14:04.280 Troy Nels has announced he's retiring, but he won't leave early.
00:14:07.580 Jody Arrington of Texas will be retiring.
00:14:10.580 Mike McCall of Texas, retiring.
00:14:12.200 Morgan Luttrell of Texas, also retiring.
00:14:15.860 Don Bacon of Nebraska, praise the Lord, retiring.
00:14:19.520 Senator Mitch McConnell, Republican allegedly retiring.
00:14:23.740 Joni Ernst of Iowa will be retiring.
00:14:26.020 Tom Tillis, North Carolina.
00:14:27.540 So, just going past it so far, I mean, of the 10 or 12 names that I've named, how many, five or six of them, are just like terrible rhinos who have done everything they can to try to stifle President Trump's agenda?
00:14:42.860 Wesley Hunt of Texas is running for the Senate, so he's resigning.
00:14:46.540 Ashley Hinson of Iowa is running for the Senate.
00:14:48.680 So, you've got some people who are seeking higher office.
00:14:51.300 Now, it's not necessarily that they're retiring and they won't come back.
00:14:54.860 We saw Marco Rubio, when he ran for president, said he would never run for Senate again, and he jumped in the race late.
00:15:01.500 So, you've got 31, maybe some of them come back after, you know, not winning their races.
00:15:06.680 Wesley Hunt of Texas is running for the Senate, you know, running against John Cornyn and Ken Paxton.
00:15:12.460 So, you know, likely not going to get the nomination when you're running up against two of those heavy hitters.
00:15:20.000 And I'm saying Wesley's a bad guy.
00:15:21.400 It's just, you know, how it is.
00:15:22.960 So, Ashley Hinson of Iowa is running for the Senate for Joni Ernst's seat.
00:15:27.160 Barry Moore of Alabama is running for the Senate, another one seeking higher office.
00:15:32.480 Mike Collins of Georgia is running for the Senate, seeking higher office.
00:15:36.380 Buddy Carter of Georgia, another one who's running for the Senate there.
00:15:39.340 Andy Barr of Kentucky is running for the Senate.
00:15:43.040 Demand is a total, total train wreck over there.
00:15:46.080 A few folks joining us from Kentucky, stay far and clear of that, man.
00:15:50.420 Marsha Blackburn is running for governor of Tennessee.
00:15:53.160 She'll likely be the next governor of Tennessee.
00:15:55.840 Tommy Tuberville is running for governor of Alabama.
00:15:58.760 By the way, going back to Tennessee with Marsha running there, I think it's possible, not letting out any inside information here,
00:16:07.560 but I think it's possible a friend of this show, a member of Congress from Tennessee, what you all see on this show pretty often,
00:16:15.760 something tells me I think he's going to run for that Senate seat in Tennessee, and we hope he does.
00:16:20.480 He's a terrific, terrific gentleman, an absolute stand-up man.
00:16:25.400 Tommy Tuberville, as I said, running for governor of Alabama, won't be re-seeking office there.
00:16:29.780 Elise Stefanik of New York is running for governor.
00:16:32.740 David Schwetwerk of Arizona running for governor there.
00:16:35.800 Tom Tiffany of Wisconsin running for governor.
00:16:38.480 Nancy Mace of California, South Carolina, rather, sorry about that, running for governor.
00:16:44.540 Ralph Norman of South Carolina is also running for governor, and so is Dusty Johnson.
00:16:48.520 He's of South Dakota who's running for governor.
00:16:50.940 So all people here now running for higher office.
00:16:55.240 Randy Fenster of Iowa is running for governor.
00:16:57.380 John James of Michigan is also running for governor.
00:17:00.560 John Rose of Tennessee running for governor.
00:17:02.620 Byron Donalds of Florida running for governor.
00:17:04.340 Andy Biggs of Arizona running for governor.
00:17:06.740 And Chip Roy of Texas is running for attorney general.
00:17:09.860 So you've got 31 people.
00:17:12.700 I say two-thirds of them are seeking higher office.
00:17:15.860 So as I said, a lot of times you see those people come back and run for their seat again because they're politicians.
00:17:23.440 And they're not necessarily qualified to hold any other jobs anywhere else.
00:17:28.680 They're politicians.
00:17:29.520 So I'm sure we'll see out of those 31, maybe 10 or 15 of them back.
00:17:34.280 So he wrote 10.
00:17:34.940 So that's why President Trump went so berserk on that reporter.
00:17:38.980 Because it's just fake news.
00:17:41.200 Democrats are leaving too.
00:17:43.680 And out of that 31, five or six of them are rhinos that got to go anyway.
00:17:50.160 So what are you mad about?
00:17:54.420 Nothing to be mad about.
00:17:55.840 I want to take one more quick break here, folks, on The Great America Show.
00:17:59.200 When we return, Zoram Mandani, he's already acting up and he hasn't even taken office yet.
00:18:06.240 Ilhan Omar, she's acting like a weirdo again.
00:18:09.320 And Jasmine Crockett announcing today she's seeking higher office as well.
00:18:15.260 What could she possibly be running for?
00:18:17.920 And did Joe Biden's administration know who the January 6th pipe bomber was just months after it happened?
00:18:25.360 Taking a quick break.
00:18:26.160 We're going to be back in less than 60 seconds, folks.
00:18:28.140 Please stay with us.
00:18:28.980 The Great America Show continues in just one moment.
00:18:31.180 If you're on Rumble or YouTube, please be sure to hit that like, subscribe, and follow button.
00:18:34.360 We'll be right back.
00:18:39.320 Thanks, everybody, for staying with us here on The Great America Show.
00:18:43.700 Happy Monday.
00:18:44.860 We appreciate you guys spending part of your day with us, as always.
00:18:49.980 So Jasmine Crockett, as we're speaking about office, is seeking higher office.
00:18:55.340 She's announced today that she's going to be running for, I guess, the Senate in Texas.
00:19:00.500 And she's got a brilliant idea.
00:19:03.040 She wants to get rid of taxes.
00:19:06.120 No, not on the entire state.
00:19:08.120 Not for everybody there.
00:19:11.280 Just a select group of people.
00:19:13.140 Take a listen.
00:19:14.000 Just this past week, I saw, I don't remember which celebrity, but it was actually a celebrity.
00:19:18.540 And I was like, I don't know that that's not necessarily a bad idea.
00:19:21.480 But I'd have to think through it a lot.
00:19:23.020 One of the things that they propose is Black folk not have to pay taxes for a certain amount of time.
00:19:27.420 Because then again, that puts money back in your pocket.
00:19:30.460 But at the same time, it may not be as objectionable to some people about actually giving out dollars.
00:19:37.840 But obviously, then you start dealing with the different tax brackets and things like that.
00:19:41.420 And that's one of the reasons that, you know, we argue the reparations make sense.
00:19:46.200 Because so many Black folk, not only do you owe for the labor that was stolen and killed and all the other things, right?
00:19:53.960 But the fact is, like, we end up being so far behind, right?
00:19:57.820 And so it's like, how do you bring forth people?
00:20:00.800 Exactly.
00:20:01.060 And so it's like, if you do the no tax thing, for people that are already, say, struggling and aren't really paying taxes in the first place, it doesn't really, exactly.
00:20:12.880 They may want those checks like they got.
00:20:15.700 Exactly.
00:20:17.740 Yep.
00:20:18.620 That's it.
00:20:19.020 No tax for the Blacks only.
00:20:21.280 That sounds like, right?
00:20:23.660 That sounds like American values.
00:20:25.840 And then, of course, she went to the reparations, you know, bullshit that we constantly hear.
00:20:32.000 That's the case.
00:20:32.720 I'd like reparations for the last four years under Joe Biden, as does every American deserve for what that man put us through.
00:20:40.320 I don't know what the Democrats game plan is.
00:20:42.080 I mean, how stupid are they?
00:20:46.360 Jasmine Crockett thinks she's going to win a Senate seat with rhetoric like that.
00:20:51.320 Reparations.
00:20:52.220 I'm sorry, not even the reparations.
00:20:53.960 But no tax is just for Black people.
00:20:56.560 So how do you explain that to the massive Hispanic population you have down in Texas?
00:21:01.880 Or how about the massive white population or Asian-American population or Jewish population?
00:21:09.820 It's mind-blowing to me that these people just blurt crap out of their mouth each and every day.
00:21:16.540 That literally disqualifies you from holding a job anywhere.
00:21:19.320 But no, in Congress or, you know, in the Senate, it's used as a promoter to help you get to the next level.
00:21:28.920 I wish I could tell you that Crockett's far from the only idiot in the Democratic Party.
00:21:34.140 But I strayed this weekend and I tuned on, turned on some CNN, as I usually do, to check out what propaganda they're spilling.
00:21:45.740 Congressman Seth Moulton.
00:21:48.300 He's got some wise words for President Trump.
00:21:51.160 He says, President Trump, after taking out these drug boats, he's next going to go on to kill Americans.
00:21:56.960 Yeah, here he is.
00:21:58.680 I mean, look, the President of the United States and his Secretary of Defense are conducting murder on the high seas.
00:22:05.720 They're committing murder and Americans should care.
00:22:08.240 Like, look, none of us like drug traffickers.
00:22:10.760 But we have laws that say that drug traffickers don't get summarily executed.
00:22:15.620 And if it's happening off the coast of America with people that we don't know, just give it time before Donald Trump starts doing this same kind of thing to people we do know right here at home.
00:22:28.220 It matters if the President of the United States breaks the law.
00:22:31.400 So those of you folks out there who question me when I go after Rand Paul, there's my example of why.
00:22:42.160 That's who Rand Paul is aligned with on these drug strikes.
00:22:46.380 And we saw one over the weekend.
00:22:48.240 I think it was out on the West Coast where the Coast Guard actually pulled up to it with machine gun gunners out on their choppers and started taking out the engines.
00:22:57.780 And I think they seized 20,000 pounds of cocaine.
00:23:03.120 So I went on Twitter to troll Rand Paul to ask him if there were mostly peaceful fishermen out there.
00:23:10.740 Were they using the cocaine as bait for the fish?
00:23:13.440 I don't know what else it would be used for.
00:23:17.420 But that's the kind of rhetoric that Rand Paul and Thomas Massey are behind.
00:23:22.620 That President Trump is killing innocent people.
00:23:27.780 But the innocent people who are killed each and every day from the illicit drugs on the streets, no, they're just chopped liver.
00:23:36.320 Nobody cares about them, right?
00:23:38.440 The people who are overdosing.
00:23:40.180 Why would anyone give a damn about them?
00:23:43.660 Speaking of streets, Zarin Madani is not yet taking the office, yet taking the yoke of office.
00:23:49.560 So I guess it sort of gives him free reign to say and do whatever he wants.
00:23:53.980 Put out a video over the weekend letting folks know just how they could evade ICE, urging people to stand up to the feds.
00:24:04.560 What does that mean, Zorhan?
00:24:05.940 Last weekend, ICE attempted to raid Canal Street and detain our immigrant neighbors.
00:24:09.500 As mayor, I'll protect the rights of every single New Yorker, and that includes the more than 3 million immigrants who call the city their home.
00:24:17.100 But we can all stand up to ICE if you know your rights.
00:24:20.980 If you encounter ICE, these are the things that every New Yorker should know.
00:24:24.380 First, ICE cannot enter into private spaces like your home, school, or a private area of your workplace without a judicial warrant signed by a judge.
00:24:32.200 That looks like this.
00:24:33.340 If ICE does not have a judicial warrant signed by a judge, you have the right to say, I do not consent to entry, and the right to keep your door closed.
00:24:45.740 Sometimes ICE will show you paperwork that looks like this, and tell you that they have the right to arrest you.
00:24:53.920 That is false.
00:24:55.840 ICE is legally allowed to lie to you, but you have the right to remain silent.
00:24:59.080 If you're being detained, you may always ask, am I free to go, repeatedly, until they answer you.
00:25:03.840 You are legally allowed to film ICE, as long as you do not interfere with an arrest.
00:25:07.740 It is important to remain calm during any interaction with ICE or law enforcement.
00:25:11.720 Do not impede their investigation, resist arrest, or run.
00:25:14.700 One last thing.
00:25:15.820 New Yorkers have a constitutional right to protest.
00:25:18.220 And when I'm mayor, we will protect that right.
00:25:20.640 New York will always welcome immigrants.
00:25:22.480 And I will fight each and every day to protect, support, and celebrate our immigrant brothers and sisters.
00:25:29.080 There he goes.
00:25:34.840 Not even in office yet.
00:25:36.640 And he's starting with his hateful rhetoric.
00:25:40.200 So, folks, did Joe Biden and his administration know who this pipe bomber was back in April of 2021?
00:25:49.540 He couldn't have, right?
00:25:52.840 Because Chris Ray and the good folks over there, they would have, I mean, they would have had to come out and tell us, right?
00:26:01.960 The Gateway Pundit, they do a great job, truth, justice, and the American way, they're always at the forefront, has this piece out today.
00:26:09.100 The January 6th Select Committee, chaired by GOP Rep. Barry Loudermilk, posted its pipe bomb report and compared it to the affidavit released by Patel's FBI.
00:26:19.160 In April of 2021, the case team identified, as a redacted user, who was in the area of the DNC at the time the suspect can be seen on the video footage using their phone.
00:26:31.920 The FBI requested and received the historical cell tower data.
00:26:36.600 And he, the user, as of April 2021, the case team was attempting to further analyze the user's movements.
00:26:46.580 It is ultimately unclear what happened with respect to this lead, the January 6th Committee pipe bomb report read.
00:26:53.460 The affidavit released by Kash Patel's revealed the FBI revealed Biden's FBI had to have known Brian Cole was the pipe bomb suspect back in April of 2021.
00:27:03.440 Quote, provider records show that Cole's cell phone connected with the provider's cell phone towers, consistent with Cole's cell phone being in the area of the RNC and DNC, on January 2nd of 2021.
00:27:18.820 Cole's cell phone engaged in approximately seven data session transactions with provider towers between 7.39 p.m. and 8.24 p.m.
00:27:28.580 Providers' historical cell site data shows that specific towers for each of the transactions, along with the select towers, that engage in the transaction with Cole's cell phone, according to the affidavit.
00:27:41.460 Now, Cole's family says that he has autistic recluse and a computer nerd who lived in the basement of his parents' Woodbridge, Virginia home.
00:27:50.320 Brian Cole's grandmother told the Daily Mail that her grandson has no party affiliation and that he is not a Trump supporter.
00:27:56.260 Brian Cole made his first appearance in court before a magistrate judge in D.C. on Friday.
00:28:03.520 Could it be, folks?
00:28:04.540 Could the Biden administration have hid that information from us?
00:28:09.300 I don't know.
00:28:10.460 Before we go, folks, we spoke a little bit about the House seats today and people retiring.
00:28:15.620 Suzy Wiles, President Trump's chief of staff, out today on a podcast.
00:28:19.540 And it's apparent, it seems apparent at least, that President Trump is once again going to bail out the rhinos and the people who can't carry their own weight, which drives me nuts.
00:28:30.200 Because I think President Trump works far too hard saving these people who don't even want to go out and campaign for themselves.
00:28:36.560 Suzy Wiles reiterating today, though, President Trump will be out there stomping for these folks.
00:28:40.860 He's going to have a fun next year, but we're going to put him on the campaign trail, too.
00:28:45.420 Typically, just a little bit of campaign speak, if I may.
00:28:48.540 Yeah.
00:28:49.360 Typically, in the midterms, it's not about who's sitting at the White House.
00:28:53.760 It's you localize the election and you keep the federal officials out of it.
00:28:59.480 We're actually going to turn that on its head.
00:29:01.500 Good.
00:29:02.180 And put him on the ballot because so many of those low propensity voters are Trump voters.
00:29:07.520 Yes, they are.
00:29:08.020 And we saw a week ago Tuesday what happens when he's not on the ballot and not active.
00:29:13.460 So I haven't quite broken it to him yet, but he's going to campaign like it's 2024 again for all these people that he helps.
00:29:21.940 He doesn't help everybody, but for those he does, he's a difference maker.
00:29:25.800 And he's certainly a turnout machine.
00:29:28.540 So the midterms will be very important to us.
00:29:30.900 He'll work very hard to keep the majority.
00:29:34.320 Yeah, we can't afford to have this stalled.
00:29:36.700 And one of the things I keep telling people, and I, okay, I'm sure we're going to talk politics.
00:29:40.540 I got to talk this.
00:29:41.860 I am so frustrated with all of the people that gave abundantly to organizations like ours and others over the last four years to make sure that we want.
00:29:51.220 And our objective was threefold.
00:29:53.300 We didn't just want the presidency.
00:29:54.740 We wanted the House.
00:29:55.760 We wanted the Senate.
00:29:56.340 And we were very strategic on where we went, how we focused to get those moms out.
00:30:01.640 And now it's like they're all sitting on their laurels and going, oh, we're good.
00:30:05.380 I'm like, I don't think you realize how good we aren't.
00:30:08.100 And this swipe of a pen and one election can change everything.
00:30:11.580 And the majority is in both houses.
00:30:12.700 This is a good Senate year for Republicans.
00:30:16.920 Every two years is what it is for House members.
00:30:19.240 So there's candidate recruitment.
00:30:21.380 The president started raising money for the midterms the day after the election.
00:30:25.280 And he's sitting on a huge war chest to help these people.
00:30:28.700 And he'll use it.
00:30:29.700 And he'll use himself.
00:30:30.980 And he'll use his money that he's raised.
00:30:34.520 Probably his money, too.
00:30:35.660 And nobody can outwork him.
00:30:39.740 So there's every reason to be confident.
00:30:42.240 But we have to actually get it done.
00:30:44.440 Yeah.
00:30:45.440 It pains me to know that President Trump will have to bail out these rhinos once again because they simply can't carry their own weight.
00:30:52.180 Folks, that's all for us tonight here on The Great America Show.
00:30:54.180 We'll see you back here tomorrow.
00:30:55.280 True justice and the American way.
00:30:57.480 Until then, may God bless you.
00:30:58.620 May God bless America.
00:30:59.820 And may God bless the great Lou Dobbs.
00:31:01.740 God bless you, folks.
00:31:02.400 We'll see you all tomorrow.
00:31:05.660 We'll see you all tomorrow.
