00:06:53.300 stupid, compromised, or both? And based on everything they're doing right now for the midterm elections,
00:07:05.040 it seems that they're both stupid and compromised and don't want to win. And we've heard this
00:07:10.140 from the likes of Mitch McConnell, that they don't want to win.

00:11:08.080 President Trump pardoned former Colorado elections clerk Tina Peters, who is serving a nine year sentence for allowing what they say unauthorized access to voting machines during the 2020 presidential election.
00:11:21.240 She was convicted last year on seven state charges, including three counts of attempting to influence public servants, one count of conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation.
00:11:32.820 Now, presidential powers to pardon apply what they say to federal crimes, not at the state level.
00:11:41.020 In a statement, Colorado attorney general, Phil Weisner said Trump's pardon has no legal precedent and will not hold up.
