00:05:47.220 not bowed down to him in any way. If Donald Trump had still been president because of Donald Trump's

00:05:54.500 unpredictable nature, I don't believe that the Russians would ever have invaded Ukraine. And

00:06:02.240 should Donald Trump return to the White House, I believe that there is a possible negotiated

00:06:08.600 settlement. We now know definitively that there were two peace agreements that were at hand, and

00:06:16.020 they were both scuttled not by the Ukrainians, but by the U.S. State Department. So hundreds of

00:06:22.220 thousands of people, both Russians and Ukrainians, dying at a war that could have been stopped some

00:06:28.040 time ago. And to the issue of President Trump's statement that Vladimir Putin is a smart man,

00:06:36.820 and the left-wing establishment media goes crazy. He said he's a smart man. Watching Tucker Carlson

00:06:45.240 interview Vladimir Putin, the CIA had been telling us for almost two years that he's dying.

00:06:51.760 That he had cancer. He was now near death. And we can't believe our own government because

00:06:58.520 these agencies are spending more time running disinformation at us than they are the rest of

00:07:04.380 the world or certainly the Russian population. Oh, by the way, her forgot to say. It was interesting. I

00:07:11.600 thought this was they should have been. I thought the Biden administration should should have been patting

00:07:16.420 him on the back because he forgot to say, as he mentioned, the mishandling and the retention of

00:07:23.780 those classified documents. He forgot to say those documents had to be stolen. He had no right to any of

00:07:36.300 or at least the preponderance of them. Yet that is in itself a crime, is it not?

00:07:42.540 No, I think you're exactly right. As a U.S. senator and vice president, he has no authority

00:07:49.800 to hold on to those documents. Now, he may have had the authority to see them in a secure

00:07:54.760 atmosphere. That's not what we're dealing with here. If you read Mr. Herr's report, it is kind of

00:08:00.820 self-contradictory. In one place, he says that he willfully retained these documents in violation of

00:08:06.740 law. Elsewhere, he says, well, because he's slipping, it's not clear that his transgressions

00:08:12.560 were willful. Why is he getting a pass? That's what I really don't understand. In other words,

00:08:18.440 Donald Trump faces prosecution for allegedly holding on to classified and top secret documents

00:08:25.740 after his presidency. Trump argues, I think correctly, although I'm not an attorney, but based on my own

00:08:31.520 research, that the 1997 Presidential Records Act entitles the president to decide what to keep,

00:08:38.320 what to return to the government. There is a famous case in D.C. in which Judge Amy Berman Jackson,

00:08:45.340 a D.C. judge appointed by Barack Obama, ruled that Bill Clinton could retain his presidential

00:08:53.160 documents any place he wanted. In fact, he kept them in his sock drawer. So, and Trump was president,

00:09:00.640 the presidential records act does not address vice presidents, does not give authority to vice

00:09:07.840 presidents. The other enormous lie, of course, is they continue to tell us, well, Trump's case is

00:09:14.280 different than Biden's because Trump did not cooperate with the authorities, whereas Biden did.

00:09:20.560 Yet, if you read Mr. Herr's report, the search of Biden's home, where additional documents and

00:09:26.660 notebooks were found was conducted without his cooperation. So, there's yet another liberal lie

00:11:51.000 rumblings about Michelle Obama. Suddenly, she's at 11 to 1 odds against, but that puts her in third

00:12:08.140 well over two years now that I thought she would ultimately be the Democratic nominee, 0.61

00:12:12.600 mostly because I think she's potentially the strongest person they could possibly nominate.

00:12:18.720 Now, I'm not saying that Michelle Obama is going to run for president. What I'm saying is,

00:12:24.480 I believe in the end she will give in to a draft to cause her to run for president when they appeal

00:12:31.340 to her as the only person they think has a chance to stop Donald Trump. That she famously says she

00:12:38.600 doesn't like politics. That's well known. The fact that David Axelrod, who was the architect of her

00:12:45.340 husband's two presidential campaigns, says she'll never run. To me, that is further proof that she'll 0.97

00:12:51.560 probably run. Again, I don't think she relishes this role, but the Democrats know two things for 0.84

00:12:58.420 sure. One is that Joe Biden cannot make it. Between the impact of his policies, gasoline prices,

00:13:06.660 inflation, the country being on the brink of the war, wide open borders, causing a migrant invasion 0.99

00:13:13.840 of the country, which in turn has given us a fentanyl crisis, a crime crisis, and with states and

00:13:21.520 cities and counties hemorrhaging money, being bankrupted because they're required by law to pay

00:13:28.060 for these social services for these illegals, combined, I think, with Biden's inability to perform

00:13:35.060 and the serious and legitimate questions about his mental deterioration and state and the fact that

00:13:41.800 despite their very best efforts, there is growing evidence of Biden family corruption, despite the

00:13:49.360 fact that one of the whistleblowers has been charged, which I find very interesting because

00:13:55.500 there's also physical evidence, bank records, and so on that have been made public by the House

00:14:01.040 Republican Oversight Committee that would tend to indicate that his claims were accurate. So I think

00:14:08.760 those three combined factors mean the Democrats know Joe can't make it. Now you look at Vice

00:14:15.860 President Kamala Harris. She doesn't have dementia, but she makes even less sense than Joe, and they know

00:14:23.420 that she would be a disaster. Polls show Donald Trump beating her even worse than he beats Joe Biden.

00:14:31.060 So in a normal circumstance, Lou, as you know, if the President decided not to run for reasons of health,

00:14:38.240 or if he were removed under the 25th Amendment because he was incapacitated, the sitting Vice President

00:14:45.240 would be next in line for the nomination. That idea also chills up the spines of Democrats. So in the end,

00:14:55.380 how do you solve this? Well, you can't, within the constraints of their party, I think, replace a woman 1.00

00:15:01.620 of color with, say, Gavin Newsom, a white guy. That's not going to work. But they could replace Vice

00:15:10.080 President Kamala Harris with the most popular Black woman Democrat, probably the most popular woman Democrat 0.98

00:15:17.400 in the country, Michelle Obama. What then to do about Kamala Harris? Well, I've said that the party leaders,

00:15:25.800 that would be Obama, will come to her with the promise of a Supreme Court nomination should they retain the 0.97

00:15:31.660 presidency and retain their current control of the Senate. She's a former member of the Senate. She's a former

00:15:37.780 Attorney General of California. She's a plausible, although I admit painful, potential nominee for

00:15:46.880 the U.S. Supreme Court. That's still what I think will happen. I can imagine those conservative

00:15:55.660 justices cringing at the very thought of that result, but so be it. Let's turn to President Trump.

00:16:04.840 Let's go through the fine, the confiscation of 350 million plus of his money by a judge that has called him

00:16:16.560 pathological. And I love the way the New York Post put their pictures side by side. And if you ever saw

00:16:24.020 pathology, it was the visage of Engeron, Judge Engeron. I mean, he's out of his ever-loving mind.

00:16:34.140 He's just, he's a rabid partisan. You know, I, as you know, I once worked for Richard Nixon,

00:16:42.200 who used to say, how's it playing in Peoria? Meaning, how does this look to the great middle

00:16:48.180 class, the people outside New York? And I think it is not playing well for the Democrats. Donald Trump

00:16:55.260 is seen across the country is exactly what he is, a victim, a victim of a criminalized and weaponized

00:17:02.580 justice system where he's being essentially prosecuted for a crime in which there are no

00:17:10.360 victims, a crime in which most people look at it and say, well, what did he do wrong? Now,

00:17:15.000 he borrowed millions of dollars from banks. The banks conducted their own due diligence,

00:17:21.860 looking at his underlying assets that he put up as collateral. They determined that collateral

00:17:27.760 was sufficient. They lent him a very substantial amount of money. He paid them back in full and on

00:17:35.080 time, in some cases, even early. The banks made about $40 million. Who is the victim here? Who

00:17:42.120 brought this complaint? Oh, the government brought the complaint. And he's being prosecuted under a New

00:17:48.380 York state law under which no one has ever been prosecuted before. So it smells to the people in

00:17:55.480 the country as exactly what it is, politically motivated persecution. And although that may not

00:18:03.220 help Donald Trump in New York state, I do think it is one of the answers as to why his poll numbers in the

00:18:10.760 country continue to surge, why he continues to not only build greater intensity into his level of

00:18:17.960 support, but his support continues to gain. People are on to this. They see it for exactly what it is. So

00:18:26.400 while liberals may be high-fiving each other about these potential fines, Trump will clearly appeal. The New

00:18:34.060 York state court of appeals is also an elected court, also dominated by liberal Democrats. Trump may have to

00:18:40.640 wait till he gets to the New York Supreme Court before he gets any modicum of justice. But in the

00:18:46.780 meantime, you know, I think it's probably benefiting him politically as painful as it may be.

00:20:50.100 the vaccines, the ultimate vaccines as countermeasures, not as vaccines. And we've lived under this military

00:20:55.720 regime for the last four years or so. And I don't know if you've read or seen the episode of Tucker

00:21:03.760 Carlson with Mike Benz, who talked about the whole military state of the country. This is only a part

00:21:09.160 of it. This is a part of it. But we're just basically stuck in the military coup of our government

00:21:14.800 that makes us think we're actually a democracy, but we're not.

00:21:18.380 Could I do this? Could I do this? Because you raised something very important. And I'd like this audience

00:21:22.460 to hear what Dr. Reese just said. It's episode 75 of Tucker Carlson and Mike Benz, who, as far as I'm

00:21:40.060 Dr. Reese just said, the United States military, for a variety of reasons, has taken control of

00:27:28.760 virulent than COVID. Why not a thousand times more virulent than COVID? Why not just ramp it

00:27:33.400 up all the way? You know, they must have done focus groups to see what people would actually believe

00:27:38.280 or not before they released all this theater. There is no disease X. If a disease X comes out,

00:27:46.200 we will know whether it's manmade or not. Like we know that COVID, the virus that causes COVID was

00:27:51.720 manmade. And we will know if it's manmade, that this will be an intentional release. COVID we can

00:27:57.960 believe was an accidental release, but a second time, in time for an election, in time for a treaty,

00:28:04.520 no one will believe that that was an accident. That will be an intentional release and a crime against

00:28:09.160 humanity. And there will be revolutions over the world if that happens. So basically,

00:28:15.400 we're warning them against disease X that you think that you're going to have a disease X that's

00:28:20.600 going to do this. And we're saying there is no disease X. And they're saying we're going to release

00:28:24.280 it just to show you that you're wrong. This would cause unmistakable harm to them and to the whole world

00:29:17.960 empirical data, that if locking down the population only pushes off to the future,

00:29:23.720 what will inevitably happen? And it does not prevent anything. And it does not end the pandemic. The
