The Great America Show - The Great America Saturday Show： June 21, 2025

00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show.

00:00:05.180 It's great to have you with us.

00:00:06.280 Happy Monday.

00:00:07.100 I hope you all had a great weekend.

00:00:09.560 Hopefully, some of you attended the No Kings rally, the No Kings peaceful protest.

00:00:16.040 I'm sure none of you did because probably 100% of you out there listening to the show

00:00:21.000 have a brain and wanted no part in the Marxist Dems shenanigans where they were declaring

00:00:27.980 President Trump a king over the weekend.

00:00:30.440 I don't know one king who's went through what Donald Trump has went through in the past

00:00:34.400 10 years from the Marxist Dems to assassination attempts, tried to destroy his family, tried

00:00:39.220 to destroy his business, tried to put him in jail for 1,000 years.

00:00:46.080 You could go down the list.

00:00:47.660 It doesn't seem like a king to me.

00:00:49.120 King to me sounds like someone who would have stayed in power from 2016 till now. 1.00

00:00:55.820 So Marxist Dems, total bunch of losers. 1.00

00:00:58.660 It's not like they had anything else to do over the weekend anyway. 0.99

00:01:01.940 Donald Trump paying them no mind, that military parade happening over the weekend.

00:01:06.420 100% chance of rain in D.C.

00:01:09.200 Somehow, it was not a drop of rain during the anniversary for the Army.

00:01:16.540 Absolutely beautiful display, except if you're Rand Paul.

00:01:21.700 Rand Paul, of course, taking issue with it, as he's taken issue with many things that Donald

00:01:26.560 Trump has done since coming back into office.

00:01:29.760 Let's take a listen to what Rand Paul's issue was with that military parade.

00:01:35.040 I'm all for the president appearing and doing enlistment ceremonies at military bases.

00:01:40.040 I've been with the president at Dover to receive home our dead soldiers.

00:01:45.040 And so those who have been killed in action and to mourn their loss.

00:01:48.680 But I just never liked the idea of the parade because I grew up in the 70s and 80s.

00:01:54.640 And the only parades I can remember are Soviet parades for the most part or North Korean parades.

00:01:59.240 And the parades I remember from our history were different.

00:02:02.320 You know, everybody remembers that famous scene of the soldier, you know, dipping the

00:02:06.360 girl and kissing the girl in New York in a ticker tape parade.

00:02:09.180 But we were rejoicing the end of war and we were rejoicing our soldiers coming home.

00:02:13.780 And that absolutely ought to be commemorated and discussed every year, Memorial Day, Veterans

00:02:19.380 Day.

00:02:20.180 But I just we never glorified weapons so much.

00:02:23.140 And I know he means well.

00:02:24.860 I don't think he means for any of this to be depicted in another fashion.

00:02:28.660 But I'm just not a big fan.

00:02:30.780 And then there is the cost.

00:02:31.880 I mean, we're two trillion dollars in the hole.

00:02:33.900 And just an additional cost like this, I just I have just I'm not for it.

00:02:39.180 I do want to get.

00:02:41.200 What is this man's deal?

00:02:43.040 Why doesn't he take up issue instead of that and something patriotic for this country?

00:02:48.660 Why doesn't he take up issue with Senator Lindsey Graham, also known as Lady G in D.C.?

00:02:54.940 Lindsey Graham over the weekend stoking, of course, the war, stoking the war.

00:03:01.520 Demanding President Trump send over U.S.

00:03:04.100 military equipment, maybe even troops to go obliterate Iran if Israel can't finish the job. 0.92

00:03:11.940 Why is Rand Paul not taking issue with this?

00:03:14.020 The worst possible outcome for the world is for the Iranian nuclear program to survive after all this. 1.00

00:03:20.680 How do you destroy their program through diplomacy?

00:03:24.280 I prefer that or through military action.

00:03:27.540 If diplomacy is not successful and we live with the option of force, I would urge President Trump to go all in to make sure that when this operation is over, there's nothing left standing in Iran regarding their nuclear program. 0.96

00:03:43.900 If that means providing bombs, provide bombs, if that means flying, busting bombs, whatever bombs, if it means flying with Israel, fly with Israel. 0.89

00:03:53.380 The worst possible outcome for the world is to take the Iranian nuclear program on and leave it standing. 0.99

00:04:01.540 That will be a disaster.

00:04:05.660 Israel's war that Lady G now wants America sounding awfully like he'd not be opposed to troops on the ground. 0.57

00:04:14.460 From a sitting U.S. Senator, imagine that Rand Paul should be taking issue with that.

00:04:22.960 That's who he should be taking issue with if he's so against this.

00:04:26.620 Not a military parade celebrating the men and women who risk it all each and every day for this country and for us to be free.

00:04:34.740 President Trump departing last night to Canada, Canada, to meet with the G7.

00:04:40.900 And as soon as President Trump got there, he started.

00:04:44.980 He started with Carney and he started naming names and called out the globalists.

00:04:50.980 And the reason for that Ukraine and Russia war that is still ongoing.

00:04:54.820 Take a listen.

00:04:55.620 I look forward to that.

00:04:56.820 The G7 used to be the G8.

00:04:59.540 Barack Obama and a person named Trudeau didn't want to have Russia in.

00:05:05.140 And I would say that that was a mistake because I think you wouldn't have a war right now if you had Russia in. 0.90

00:05:09.720 And you wouldn't have a war right now if Trump were president four years ago.

00:05:14.100 But it didn't work out that way.

00:05:16.060 But it used to be the G8.

00:05:18.400 And now it's, I guess, what's that, nine years ago, eight years ago it switched over.

00:05:23.060 They threw Russia out, which I claimed was a very big mistake, even though I wasn't in politics and I was very loud about it.

00:05:29.920 It was a mistake in that you spend so much time talking about Russia that he's no longer at the table.

00:05:35.400 So it makes life more complicated.

00:05:37.660 But you wouldn't have had the war.

00:05:39.960 And other than that, I think we're going to accomplish a lot.

00:05:44.660 Barack Hussein Obama is to blame for a lot of the destruction and problems that's gone on in this country over the last, I guess you can say, 20 years or so.

00:05:57.000 Been an absolute terrible guy.

00:05:58.320 President Trump was asked about a possible trade deal with Canada.

00:06:02.680 It's one that a lot of people have been waiting for.

00:06:05.000 Certainly the stock market.

00:06:06.280 Take a listen to what he had to say about that.

00:06:08.200 What is holding up a deal with Canada from your perspective?

00:06:12.280 It's not so much holding up.

00:06:13.800 I think we have different concepts.

00:06:15.200 I have a tariff concept.

00:06:17.020 Mark has a different concept, which is something that some people like.

00:06:21.660 But we're going to see if we can get to the bottom of it today.

00:06:24.840 I'm a tariff person.

00:06:26.740 I've always been a tariff. 0.65

00:06:27.920 Simple.

00:06:28.800 It's easy.

00:06:29.880 It's precise.

00:06:31.640 And it just goes very quickly.

00:06:33.340 And I think Mark has a more complex idea, but also very good.

00:06:40.160 So we're going to look at both and we're going to see what we're going to come out with something.

00:06:43.760 Mr. President, do you think a deal is achievable within days, within weeks?

00:06:50.120 Is there that kind of runway?

00:06:52.060 Yeah, it's achievable.

00:06:53.840 Both parties have to agree.

00:06:55.100 Yeah, sure.

00:06:56.820 So, tick tock, the clock is ticking.

00:07:00.280 Maybe we get a trade deal today.

00:07:01.600 Maybe we get it tomorrow.

00:07:02.420 Maybe we don't.

00:07:03.760 I guess we'll have to wait and see.

00:07:05.660 But nonetheless, President Trump is there to negotiate to make a deal.

00:07:08.260 He is the deal-making president.

00:07:10.080 President Trump also calling out the illegal immigration that's going on in this country.

00:07:15.800 It's part of that No Kings peaceful protest over the weekend because of the ICE raids taking place.

00:07:22.700 President Trump is not slowing them down by any stretch of the imagination.

00:07:25.920 In fact, he wants ICE to go even harder into these sanctuary cities.

00:07:31.740 Take a listen.

00:07:32.420 I want them to focus on the cities because the cities are where you really have what's called sanctuary cities, and that's where the people are.

00:07:39.320 I look at New York.

00:07:40.320 I look at Chicago.

00:07:41.760 I mean, you've got a really bad governor in Chicago and a bad mayor.

00:07:44.900 But the governor is probably the worst in the country, Pritzker.

00:07:48.220 But I look at how that city has been overrun by criminals.

00:07:52.420 And, you know, New York and L.A.

00:07:55.120 Look at L.A.

00:07:55.840 L.A.

00:07:56.180 Those people weren't from L.A.

00:07:58.300 They weren't from California.

00:07:59.380 Most of those people, many of those people.

00:08:01.380 And, yeah, that's that's that's a focus.

00:08:05.300 Biden allowed 21 million people to come into our country.

00:08:08.600 Of that, vast numbers of those people were murderers, killers, people from gangs, people from jails.

00:08:17.000 They emptied their jails out into the U.S.

00:08:18.980 Most of those people are in the cities, all blue cities, all Democrat run cities, and they think they're going to use them to vote.

00:08:27.160 It's not going to happen.

00:08:30.020 Got to love the men.

00:08:31.300 You've got to love them.

00:08:32.600 Our guest today is former supervisory special agent for ICE, Victor Avia, a great American, a man who knows just about everything that's going on right now with these ICE raids and everything that's going to happen in the coming days and weeks.

00:08:46.740 As President Trump ramps up these efforts with Tom Homan and the boys and Kristi Noem to deport these people from our country once and for all.

00:09:01.760 As promised, Victor Avia.

00:09:03.100 Victor, always a delight to talk to you.

00:09:05.160 I'm glad we could finally get back on the show.

00:09:06.740 A very busy man.

00:09:08.280 What were you doing over this weekend?

00:09:09.760 Were you at the protests?

00:09:10.980 Were you rallying for the no kings because Donald Trump's a king?

00:09:14.080 What were you doing?

00:09:14.760 I was not president at any of the rallies.

00:09:17.960 I had been to D.C. a couple of times in the last couple of weeks working on some other stuff.

00:09:23.600 But let me tell you, the atmosphere, I felt very, very different.

00:09:28.600 Not necessarily better, just different in the whole bureaucracy world of the federal government.

00:09:35.400 I think there's a lot of confusion.

00:09:37.280 I think there's a lot of the mission.

00:09:39.580 I come from law enforcement where your mission is very clear.

00:09:43.260 Your assignment, you know exactly what your assignment is.

00:09:46.180 You exactly know who the bad guy is.

00:09:48.420 And I think there's not that much clarity right now with certain departments across the government.

00:09:53.500 And so you have, that's not a good thing because then you have people guessing to do what is it that we actually do.

00:09:59.300 Well, we've got some good news.

00:10:00.520 And these are probably numbers that you've yet to see because they just came out.

00:10:03.240 The New York Post is reporting today that nearly 1 million immigrants have self-deported under this administration.

00:10:11.800 Now, this is under six months.

00:10:13.340 I think he was offering them like $1,000 or $1,500 because they said like the average number of deporting someone could go up to $100,000 if you go through the court proceedings and all that stuff.

00:10:23.200 So whatever they offered, $1,000, $1,500, these people, nearly a million people in under six months, Victor, have heeded the warning, packed up their stuff, and went back.

00:10:35.560 And let me tell you about that.

00:10:37.240 I wish we had more reliable numbers because one of my meetings, believe it or not, in D.C. was about this.

00:10:44.000 It was about counting the people that are going back.

00:10:47.760 Now, the easy ones to count are the ones that are actually going through this process the federal government set up.

00:10:53.620 I believe there's others that are not.

00:10:55.520 They're so afraid.

00:10:56.680 They think it's a trick, and they're not even informing anybody and actually self-repatriating themselves.

00:11:02.100 So we don't know.

00:11:04.140 A million sounds about right.

00:11:05.740 I think that might be pretty accurate, but it might be even more than that.

00:11:08.980 And part of the issue here is not being able to detect them.

00:11:12.720 Not just the people that are deporting, but we're supposed to be detecting everyone that leaves the country.

00:11:18.220 Every time you leave, just like you come in, we know exactly when you enter this country. 1.00

00:11:22.620 We should know exactly when you leave as well, and that way we know exactly what kind of travel arrangements you have,

00:11:28.480 especially because we're trying here to identify the person that has an awkward type of agenda where they might be coming to the U.S. to cause harm.

00:11:38.020 I'll never forget.

00:11:39.940 I took a trip a few years back to Korea, and I went up to the DMZ, and we got back.

00:11:43.800 And somehow we got through security, and they knew exactly where I was back here in America through global entry and all that good stuff.

00:11:51.380 And they're like, what were you doing up there?

00:11:52.520 And I'm like, who the hell are you to question me, number one, what I'm doing?

00:11:54.960 I'm an American citizen.

00:11:56.080 I'm back home now.

00:11:57.680 I took a trip to Korea.

00:11:58.920 I was down in Thailand.

00:11:59.840 And then we went up to the DMZ, and the guy's like, I'm from South Korea, and I've never even been there.

00:12:04.460 I said, well, that's on you. 0.97

00:12:05.540 It's not your damn business what I'm doing. 0.97

00:12:07.520 Because we've got, Victor, we've got tens of millions. 0.94

00:12:11.800 That's the next question I'm going to ask you is how many illegals are actually here?

00:12:15.380 You have that number.

00:12:16.400 I think it was Pew Research or one of the people where they put it at like 10 million.

00:12:20.340 And, Victor, it's been at 10, 11 million since like 2002.

00:12:24.360 We know Joe Biden has allowed millions on his own.

00:12:27.000 The number's got to be like 20 or 30 million at this point.

00:12:30.900 Absolutely.

00:12:31.780 So that 11 million number, you're right.

00:12:34.020 They've been saying that 11 million, even though before Biden, it was already 11 million.

00:12:39.200 So the official number under Biden apparently was about a little over 10 million.

00:12:43.860 The official number, not counting the gotaways.

00:12:47.520 Right.

00:12:47.920 And so we add the gotaways and known gotaways.

00:12:51.840 You're looking at a possibility 15 to 18 million under the Biden administration,

00:12:56.280 under four years at 11.

00:12:58.760 There you go.

00:12:59.380 We're in the upper 20s, low 30s of people, possibly even more because the others that

00:13:05.600 haven't been here, the other 11 that have been here for a long time have then brought

00:13:09.560 their family over.

00:13:11.500 Now, they might have done it legally or illegally, but either way, they have the chain migration 0.97

00:13:16.580 that we talk about has really occurred.

00:13:18.640 And so that's why I think DHS is a little frustrated because we know that you could reach your arm

00:13:26.040 out anywhere in this country and get an illegal alien. 0.53

00:13:28.460 And so why they're not doing that?

00:13:29.960 And now you got the push from the left saying, well, wait a minute.

00:13:33.340 You said that you were only going to pick up people with criminal histories and violent.

00:13:38.060 Yes and no.

00:13:39.080 They never said they weren't going to pick up the others that did not have criminal histories.

00:13:43.800 They only said that the focus initially was going to be on the criminal history ones.

00:13:48.680 Well, the difference here is that they are encountering a lot of illegal aliens that are

00:13:54.760 with those that do have criminal histories and are the targets.

00:13:59.520 And also the biggest one is worksite enforcement.

00:14:02.820 This is the big thing that I think right now people are like, what's going on and why are

00:14:06.020 you going on after at work?

00:14:07.480 It's always been like that.

00:14:09.080 When I worked, believe me, Obama's worksite enforcement was incredible.

00:14:14.700 That's why he deported over 3 million.

00:14:17.420 It was what that's when that's when the groups were actually established on the field level.

00:14:21.920 It's called a worksite enforcement group.

00:14:23.720 This group of 10 to 12 agents, all they do is put together the operational plan to hit

00:14:29.040 these employers, big employers, where they is known to hire illegal aliens.

00:14:33.860 Well, obviously, you didn't hear of any of that happening in the last four or five years.

00:14:38.660 So people think that this is something new.

00:14:41.100 It's not new.

00:14:42.160 Everything that you see happening right now, John, is under the law, legislatively passed

00:14:48.440 law.

00:14:49.080 There's nothing extraordinary happening here other than enforcement.

00:14:53.300 But, you know, people, because they hadn't seen in such a long time, they think that ICE

00:14:56.980 is inventing things.

00:14:58.300 Oh, you need a warrant for this.

00:14:59.560 No, we do not.

00:15:00.900 And they keep on spewing all these lies, and you don't have to talk to an ICE agent, and

00:15:05.300 you don't have to open the door, and all this nonsense, nonsense that for some reason,

00:15:09.680 John, and I have to say this, it really upsets me.

00:15:12.360 It only applies to immigration officials.

00:15:15.080 It doesn't apply to the local police department, to the sheriff, to the other federal agents or

00:15:19.440 state police.

00:15:20.040 But only if you're HSI or ICE, or if you're working in that task force, then all of a

00:15:26.360 sudden, we have no authority.

00:15:29.140 We have no jurisdiction.

00:15:30.620 ICE doesn't have any authority to be in the jail.

00:15:32.740 All these things come up.

00:15:34.300 And I keep on telling people, there is no difference.

00:15:36.820 It's just difference of jurisdictions, because the federal government is all about jurisdictions,

00:15:41.500 and it's about what laws are being enforced.

00:15:43.880 So, HSI and ICE enforce immigration laws.

00:15:47.740 But as soon as you attach immigration, all of a sudden, they get released quicker from 0.99

00:15:52.120 jail.

00:15:52.820 They don't notify the federal government.

00:15:54.780 All these protections follow the illegal alien, and it's uncalled for. 0.96

00:16:00.160 It's very hard to tolerate that, especially from the sanctuary cities. 1.00

00:16:03.960 I get for the longest time that the government's been run by the most inefficient idiots, Victor, 1.00

00:16:08.060 that you could possibly find. 1.00

00:16:09.120 And what better way than to arrest these people at somewhere you know they're at, you know

00:16:15.080 they're most likely not armed, you know they're not getting ready to hurt you when you come

00:16:19.800 through the door.

00:16:21.280 Okay, if you don't want to get them inside their workplace, you get them when they come 1.00

00:16:24.100 out of their workplace. 1.00

00:16:24.980 I mean, people are just absolutely so asinine and stupid. 1.00

00:16:30.340 You bring up a good point, and it's the workplace raids. 1.00

00:16:33.280 There was an article out yesterday morning at NBC News, and the headline is, I'm sure you've

00:16:41.460 seen and we've all seen, we covered it on the show last week, the largest workplace raid

00:16:45.600 in history over 100 people in Nebraska last week.

00:16:48.860 The article is titled, How a City of Nebraska is Recovering After the State's Largest Worksite

00:16:54.300 Immigration Raid.

00:16:55.800 Omaha is trying to forge ahead following the raid's chilling effect on the local workforce

00:17:00.740 and the community at large.

00:17:01.880 Okay, that's the headline.

00:17:03.280 This is the first sentence, Victor, in that article.

00:17:07.020 Every seat in the waiting area of Glen Valley Foods was occupied with people filling out

00:17:12.700 job applications early Thursday afternoon, two days after the meatpacking plant became

00:17:17.400 the center of the largest worksite immigration raid in the state of Nebraska so far this year.

00:17:22.620 This is, Victor, for years these people are telling us, you can't find legal people to

00:17:26.800 do the work.

00:17:27.580 You can't find Americans who are going to do the work. 1.00

00:17:30.000 That's total bullshit. 1.00

00:17:31.440 Give them the opportunity to do the work. 1.00

00:17:33.720 Pay them an extra little dollar, two, three dollars, whatever the heck the job is, and

00:17:38.820 minimize your profits a tiny bit instead of maybe 200%, 197%, and go to sleep at night

00:17:45.360 knowing you're not breaking the law.

00:17:47.140 That is very important.

00:17:49.680 I'm glad you brought that angle because it is on the employer, it is on their greed, and

00:17:54.880 it is on their exploitation because we've got to face it, the illegals are being exploited

00:18:00.840 on these.

00:18:01.800 A lot of them, when I say exploitation and the word trafficking comes in, I'm not going that

00:18:06.540 far because I have worked those cases.

00:18:08.520 It's very different.

00:18:09.160 I'm talking about cutting the wages, paying them very little, making it very profitable

00:18:13.780 for the employer.

00:18:15.280 Here's the other one that a lot of people don't think about.

00:18:18.180 A lot of these individuals are working under fraudulent documents.

00:18:22.860 My goodness, I worked so many cases that the illegal alien, by the way, the employer said,

00:18:28.000 I am going to use E-Verify, and here I come.

00:18:30.680 I'm Victor Avila, but I have Joe Blow's social security number, and he happens to be a U.S.

00:18:37.120 citizen that I stole, that I bought from a guy that sells passports, visas, and work permits

00:18:44.220 and all that.

00:18:45.540 So the employer is like, well, this guy is good to go.

00:18:47.640 He doesn't really check.

00:18:49.500 And here's the problem.

00:18:50.860 We have so much fraud.

00:18:52.740 We have so many other identity theft cases that affect a lot of Americans that you never

00:18:59.940 hear about that part.

00:19:01.160 So the illegal alien is committing a crime, not just only working illegally, but now because 0.97

00:19:06.980 of the false documents.

00:19:08.140 And let me tell you, that business is way out of control because there hasn't been enforcement

00:19:13.400 of that.

00:19:13.920 When you do worksite, you then are also identifying the individuals.

00:19:18.300 I hit houses and apartments with thousands of visas and driver's licenses.

00:19:23.900 That's what these guys do.

00:19:25.040 And they make passports, and they sell them to these illegal aliens. 0.96

00:19:27.820 That means that's where the crackdown has to happen as well.

00:19:30.980 Yeah, everyone's crying about E-Verify.

00:19:33.640 E-Verify is no good if the employer is not going to abide by the law.

00:19:37.620 Victor, that's like setting up signs on the side of the road that say the speed limit is

00:19:42.800 60, but you know for a fact that there's going to be no cops pulling anybody over.

00:19:47.480 You're not going 60 miles an hour.

00:19:49.000 You're going 70, 80, 90, 100, whatever the heck you're going because you know that there's

00:19:52.660 no enforcement.

00:19:53.640 And that's what it's come to.

00:19:54.560 These employers, they come in with the Social Security employees, they give it to the employer.

00:19:58.420 The employer says, I wash my hands of that.

00:20:01.380 As far as I'm concerned, this man from Mexico, this man from Venezuela, his name is John Smith.

00:20:09.000 He's good to go.

00:20:10.240 Get him to work.

00:20:11.220 He's paying taxes.

00:20:12.140 It's not the right way to do business.

00:20:14.640 And yes, we do need to.

00:20:16.360 This is a multifaceted system.

00:20:18.340 We need to deport these people out of the country. 1.00

00:20:20.060 But number two, we have to start making it criminal for these organizations and these

00:20:25.720 employers who are hiring these illegals knowingly and willingly and using them as slave labor. 0.85

00:20:31.700 Very, very few times do you actually see prosecutions.

00:20:35.740 You do see fines, sometimes fines that are not stiff enough to where it would hurt the

00:20:41.160 employer.

00:20:41.920 You know, it's a $50,000, $100,000, whatever, million dollar fine, boom, the employer pays

00:20:46.160 it and they're good to go and on the go with their business.

00:20:49.060 They need to be prosecuted.

00:20:50.340 But the problem here is this is, you said it before, the side of the law and the prosecution

00:20:55.440 is very difficult to prove knowledge.

00:20:58.340 And that's the number one, that's the standard.

00:21:00.280 You have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that this person had knowledge of hiring this

00:21:05.420 illegal and exactly what you just said.

00:21:08.160 The employer comes and says, well, hey, Joe Smith, it was a legal social security number.

00:21:13.500 I'm good to go.

00:21:14.600 And that's what, that's why you need right now.

00:21:17.020 I think you need to, ICE and DHS needs to go back and implement different types of enforcement

00:21:23.420 activities, especially when it comes to worksite.

00:21:26.460 I would rather, or even any location, a large location, I want to see them send in a couple

00:21:31.720 of undercover agents, you know, set up the, not, not, not do the raid, a cold raid, what

00:21:37.660 they call it, where they, you know, they do a couple of drive-bys or they're around here

00:21:41.140 and then boom, you know, back to 1978 with the board patrol used to do that and every runs.

00:21:45.780 No, no, no.

00:21:46.700 I wanted to see more of a methodical case where you send up, sending undercover agents,

00:21:52.260 you gather the intel from the undercover agents that are now going to be inside and gathering

00:21:59.100 all the information to them.

00:22:00.560 You actually go after the employer and then identify all the illegals and know when to 1.00

00:22:05.420 hit that place.

00:22:06.920 It takes a little bit more time, but I think the results would be greater.

00:22:10.140 I think what the American people want to see that.

00:22:12.040 We should hire, I don't know if you know, Lisa Page or Peter Strzok, the people who

00:22:16.540 tried to set up Trump.

00:22:17.620 We should hire these people back into government and tell them, well, give me your pension back.

00:22:21.340 We know what you did was criminal in 2016.

00:22:23.520 You tried to set up Donald Trump.

00:22:25.120 Why don't you do some of these cases and we'll get you your job back.

00:22:29.540 Victor, I very seldomly get my news from the ladies on The View, but they brought up a really

00:22:34.380 good point and I want to get your take on it.

00:22:36.220 Take a listen.

00:22:36.720 He agrees with not how he's doing it, but with what he's doing.

00:22:40.420 So there's misinformation out there.

00:22:41.800 I think the strategy here is he's leaning into a scene right now, creating a bigger thing

00:22:46.980 because it is the one thing that he remains supportive of.

00:22:49.900 Well, let's fix that right now because it is not illegal to be undocumented.

00:22:55.180 It is not a crime to be undocumented.

00:22:57.360 But what they're saying is the problem is that they are.

00:23:01.040 It's not illegal to be undocumented.

00:23:04.040 Victor, true or false?

00:23:04.960 That is absolutely false.

00:23:06.980 And they keep on saying, and I just saw this yesterday on social media, clips of all these

00:23:12.840 news networks talking about not only is it not illegal, that it's a civil offense.

00:23:18.800 Yeah, okay.

00:23:19.440 They keep on saying this, that for some, again, because it's dealing with immigration, all

00:23:24.240 of a sudden it's not that serious.

00:23:26.520 And I'm here to tell you, if you come into the country illegally, it's a violation. 0.99

00:23:30.660 It is the misdemeanor the first time, but it's a violation of the law under AUSC 1325.

00:23:37.640 If you come back, it's 1326.

00:23:39.900 And then on and on and on and on.

00:23:41.960 It's a crime.

00:23:43.080 What they're talking about, because there is a civil side to immigration, and we're talking

00:23:48.040 about the administrative side when we're talking about visas.

00:23:52.060 And it all depends as to how you came in.

00:23:55.400 Whether you came in with a visa and overstayed your visa, that would technically be a civil

00:24:00.440 forfeiture, right, of that person to be removed, because they didn't come in, what they call

00:24:06.840 entry without inspection, an e-week.

00:24:09.020 Okay, so there is a difference there.

00:24:10.820 But if you come into the country illegally, like millions of people did, that is a violation 0.97

00:24:16.420 of law that you would, by the way, the prosecutors right now, the U.S. attorneys around the country

00:24:22.180 are starting to go back to actually prosecute these cases.

00:24:26.040 I remember being on the field, and sometimes when the U.S. attorney would decline a smuggling

00:24:32.660 case of 1324, I was like, well, wait a minute.

00:24:37.020 Well, what's going to happen with all, you know, I have 18 bodies of illegal aliens that

00:24:40.020 were being smuggled.

00:24:40.840 And I got the smuggler, did it for some, whatever reason, the prosecutor didn't like it, and

00:24:46.480 they said, no, we're not going to prosecute 1324, Victor, cut them loose. 1.00

00:24:50.040 And I said, cut them loose, or can I do, can I 1325 them, meaning charge them with illegal

00:24:55.080 entry?

00:24:55.700 And then they would say, yes.

00:24:57.460 Border Patrol would get very upset because it's a lot of processing.

00:25:00.380 I understand it's a lot of work.

00:25:01.880 But I figured, listen, you're an illegal alien, you knew exactly what you were doing, and you 1.00

00:25:08.180 came into the country illegally, whether you did it with a coyote.

00:25:10.840 You're not, you have to be held responsible.

00:25:13.660 And so we would 1325, all of them, and the prosecutor, but they all get six months in

00:25:17.480 federal prison, that minimum.

00:25:19.160 Some would get more of that criminal history.

00:25:26.640 You know, I know the tides are turning.

00:25:28.080 I was talking to somebody over the weekend who's currently here on a visa from a Eastern

00:25:32.380 European country, not Russia, okay?

00:25:35.540 Not that it's Europe, but from an Eastern European country.

00:25:38.800 And he's here on a visa.

00:25:40.260 And I know the tides are turning because I said to him, when's your visa up?

00:25:45.160 And it was up, it's up in like a month or so.

00:25:47.340 And I said, what are you going to do?

00:25:48.680 He says, well, I want to stay.

00:25:49.920 I said, well, you know what happens if you overstay a visa.

00:25:53.240 I think it makes you permanently ineligible to ever come back to America again. 0.97

00:25:57.400 And he knew it.

00:25:58.540 He knew.

00:25:59.540 As soon as I said it, he knew.

00:26:00.520 And he says, no, you're absolutely right.

00:26:01.900 And I'm going to go back.

00:26:02.940 And I'm going to come back in the right way.

00:26:04.020 So I think it's starting to resonate with people all across the board.

00:26:09.380 I want to go over some other numbers that we've got out today from the DHS.

00:26:14.340 75% of ICE arrests in Trump's first 100 days were criminals with convictions or pending charges.

00:26:21.080 Yet you see these ICE protests all across the countries.

00:26:25.500 Let me ask you a question.

00:26:26.380 Number one, your thoughts on the 75% of those people being arrested.

00:26:29.820 Number two, why is ICE not checking these people at these riots and protests on the spot, seeing if they're illegal, seeing if they're criminals?

00:26:39.660 Because I bet you a big portion of them.

00:26:42.420 Victor, when you're a criminal, you commit a crime one time.

00:26:44.740 Usually the redundancy is high that you're going back and doing more crimes.

00:26:48.380 Why are they not checking these people on the spot?

00:26:50.140 Because that one, like the raids and what's been happening the last week and this past weekend, believe it or not, and I think most of the people out there are not illegal.

00:27:01.500 They're not the ones actually because they have their representative, their family, their friends doing it for them for the same reason that they think that they might get encountered by immigration officials.

00:27:12.060 You don't have to wait for a riot.

00:27:13.560 You don't have to wait for these type of organization activities to happen.

00:27:17.860 And believe me, the state and the locals know where they're at, what clubs they go to, where they do the shopping, where they live.

00:27:26.280 They know it's a matter of going and grabbing them.

00:27:29.420 And there's a lot of hesitation here because this is what it is.

00:27:34.300 You're going to have one that is going to be picked up based on what people think is profiling.

00:27:40.520 Well, he looks Hispanic, so I want to pick up.

00:27:42.460 Listen, I'm a Hispanic American.

00:27:44.200 I don't care.

00:27:45.440 I don't worry about it at all.

00:27:47.080 If an immigration official would approach me, let's say I'm in Southside, Dallas, Texas, and somebody, an immigration official approaches me, I have no problem.

00:27:56.080 I have no problem because I have nothing to fear.

00:27:57.860 If they ask me what my citizenship, I'm going to tell them I'm a citizen of the United States of America, and that's it.

00:28:03.640 And there's the conversation.

00:28:04.880 But because of the left's rhetoric, they have even instructed people, even like me, resident aliens and Hispanics, oh, don't you talk to them.

00:28:14.520 And so they make the encounter a very abrasive encounter that only makes the immigration officers think that maybe then you're not illegal to be here.

00:28:23.140 And then it escalates from there.

00:28:24.360 So as far as the percentage of 75%, it doesn't surprise me at all. 0.99

00:28:30.260 Every single day, illegal aliens are committing crimes against U.S. citizens and other illegals, by the way, as well.

00:28:38.500 They damage their own communities of where they live.

00:28:41.460 And the people that the other illegals that are not committing crimes can't stand the ones that are committing crimes because they ruin it for everybody.

00:28:48.460 And so it doesn't surprise me one bit about the activities that they're doing, because if one is too many, that's what I say.

00:28:58.940 One rape is too many.

00:29:00.100 One theft is too many because we have, you know, the left will say, well, they don't commit enough crimes, you know, to compare them to U.S. citizens.

00:29:06.480 I don't want to compare them to U.S. citizens.

00:29:08.480 They're not supposed to be here to begin with.

00:29:10.240 Well, that's one crime as a DUI, a theft, a robbery, a rape, a murder, whatever, an assault is one too many for me because we have to deal with so many of our own that I think that we have kind of shifted the focus.

00:29:27.900 And you would never treat the U.S. citizen the same way as they do the illegal. 0.91

00:29:33.620 Why does the illegal get all these extra protections, like I mentioned before?

00:29:37.640 Yeah, they're afforded more protections than I think American citizens, which is disgusting.

00:29:41.840 You bring up a funny point, you know, about being asked by a police officer or whatever if you're a citizen.

00:29:48.060 I guess as you get older and wiser, you know, when I was younger and I'd get pulled over, I'd talk to the cops like I was this big tough guy. 0.99

00:29:54.540 Little did I know I was not a tough guy and I was stupid.

00:29:58.080 And as I've gotten older, Victor, any time I get pulled over, I roll down all my windows because they're tinted. 0.99

00:30:04.400 I put my hands on the steering wheel.

00:30:05.920 I have my license and registration ready to go.

00:30:07.840 I give them my – we have these things called PBA cards in New York if you're family members or police officers.

00:30:12.960 It's an extended courtesy.

00:30:14.440 Hello, officer.

00:30:15.280 Not out of a sphere.

00:30:17.480 It's out of respect for the law.

00:30:19.420 Sure.

00:30:19.940 And I can't tell you, Victor, the last time I've gotten a ticket.

00:30:22.520 And the approach that I've taken now, I wish someone would have told me about it.

00:30:25.900 They told me.

00:30:26.500 But I wish I would have listened when I was 17 years old.

00:30:28.720 It's about respect for the law.

00:30:30.820 And things are – and guess what?

00:30:32.900 You're out of there, no problem, five minutes, done.

00:30:35.980 But, John, let me expand on that real quick because I think that's very important.

00:30:39.180 And this is about culture.

00:30:41.100 The illegals that are coming from all over the world, they start with Mexico, Central America, Venezuela, and all these other countries.

00:30:47.480 The number one biggest difference in our culture is exactly what you just described, is the respect for authority.

00:30:55.500 They grew up the opposite the way I grew up with my parents making me somewhat afraid of the police in a good way.

00:31:04.120 You respect authority, not just your police officers, but your teachers, the people behind the counter at the store.

00:31:11.360 You show respect to them.

00:31:13.060 And that's how I was brought up.

00:31:14.680 So, yes, I did stiffen up when I saw a uniformed police officer come up.

00:31:18.860 I did act a little bit different.

00:31:20.520 I was okay with that because that's how my parents trained me.

00:31:25.420 In other countries, they are trained the opposite.

00:31:29.380 You hate on them. 0.94

00:31:30.540 You spit on them. 0.99

00:31:31.700 And as a matter of fact, in some countries like Venezuela, you kill them just because they're wearing a uniform. 0.97

00:31:37.880 So, guess what happens?

00:31:39.120 Those people now come here, and that interaction that you just described, that the way it's supposed to go, it doesn't because it clashes.

00:31:48.540 So, what do you expect?

00:31:50.120 Well, violence is going to happen.

00:31:52.060 Reactions from police officers are going to happen.

00:31:55.240 Dually shootings, wrongful shooting, all the problems happen because of that interaction that they just don't mix like oil and water.

00:32:03.400 They don't.

00:32:04.360 And the illegal that's coming here doesn't want to assimilate, doesn't want to say, you know what, I'm just going to roll down my four windows. 0.97

00:32:10.800 I'm going to do that and I'm identifying.

00:32:12.000 No, no, no, no.

00:32:13.160 They're not going to do that.

00:32:14.400 They're not going to come here, and two days later, they're going to follow our laws and our constitution, and this is where we find ourselves.

00:32:20.140 I wrote about this in my book.

00:32:21.700 It's about assimilation.

00:32:23.320 They talk about, well, they just want to come to the United States. 0.95

00:32:25.360 No, a lot of them want to get all the benefits of the United States without assimilating them, and that's why you've seen waving the Mexican flag, which, excuse me, just upsets the crap out of me because you're sending the wrong message. 0.76

00:32:40.940 Well, I heard this guy in the news.

00:32:43.420 I'm a first-generation Mexican-American, like I am.

00:32:47.060 And he's up there waving the flag.

00:32:48.380 He's like, well, my parents are from Mexico.

00:32:50.380 Well, you're not.

00:32:51.520 You're not.

00:32:52.580 I'm in the same situation.

00:32:53.640 As a matter of fact, my parents are probably more patriotic than that kid because when my parents came over here, they did pay attention.

00:33:01.320 They did follow the laws.

00:33:02.840 They did assimilate to the community and their country and their state and their city, and they became members.

00:33:09.800 And guess what?

00:33:10.520 That made them Americans by working hard, by not being a public charge, by not committing crimes, by paying the emergency room service that they used because we didn't have insurance.

00:33:20.940 That's my parents.

00:33:21.980 I'm proud of that.

00:33:22.640 I'm okay with those people.

00:33:24.380 And then, of course, me, people say, well, you know, your heritage has nothing to do with my heritage.

00:33:29.080 I love my heritage.

00:33:30.140 Yeah.

00:33:30.320 But I'm born and raised here, Bubby, and my heart is my allegiance is here.

00:33:36.140 And these protests are showing the opposite of that, which I think if you have that type of confusion in your mind and your heart about what flag you're going to wave, go home.

00:33:46.060 Go home.

00:33:46.940 What are you doing here?

00:33:48.080 Yep.

00:33:48.480 It's so simple.

00:33:49.720 Just to riff off of what you said, you know, there is a big difference between the respect that I think we're taught here in America.

00:33:55.580 Respecting someone, Victor, doesn't require anything different than your ordinary day.

00:34:00.660 I can't tell you, you know, how many times I'll see a bathroom attendant and, you know, they'll smile at you and they'll say hello.

00:34:06.300 And you say hello, sir, to them or hello, ma'am, to them.

00:34:08.680 And the smile it puts on their face or you pull five bucks out of your pocket and you give it to these people.

00:34:12.480 Victor, the smile it puts on their face is probably something that lasts them the entire day or the week because everyone belittles them or treats them differently.

00:34:20.640 I'm no different than you, Victor.

00:34:22.200 We're the same on the inside.

00:34:24.360 I probably got a few more pounds on me than you.

00:34:26.520 But at the end of the day, you know, we're all the same.

00:34:28.640 We're all we all are afforded the same things.

00:34:31.780 We're born and we die.

00:34:33.360 And when we die, you know, we all go to the same place.

00:34:36.380 So it doesn't take much to just be respectful to people, regardless of if they're cutting your grass, if they're tending a bathroom, respect should be afforded to everyone.

00:34:46.080 And you're absolutely right.

00:34:47.140 These people who come from these other countries aren't afforded that same respect.

00:34:50.200 They spit on people.

00:34:51.220 They, you know, disgrace our society, which brings up our next topic.

00:34:55.780 Sean Duffy is saying that the federal government will not pay a single federal dollar for these people in these cities that are destroying, you know, breaking up concrete to throw at cops and stuff.

00:35:07.240 I mean, this is absolutely brilliant for states like California who are in financial ruins to begin with.

00:35:15.840 How much more money do we have to put into this?

00:35:18.940 I mean, you know, that's one of the reasons that they were kind of acting with impunity because of the money that came.

00:35:26.760 The taxpayer money, by the way, through these NGOs that some of the NGOs are upset because the flow of the money stopped because they were they were aiding and abetting the movement, illegal movement of people and many other things.

00:35:40.040 But this is what this is what this is what you have to cut off.

00:35:42.800 I mean, I think everybody understands financially.

00:35:44.940 You follow the money, you cut off the money because it's not in in accordance to what's going to help the the American people.

00:35:51.720 And I think it's you know, I brought this up in the in a newscast this past weekend that I did regarding because I think that these these all these riots and protests and all that.

00:36:04.940 I don't even think it's really about immigration or it's about the King's Day.

00:36:09.440 I think they use that as an excuse to dismantle, to break apart the fabric of this country.

00:36:19.500 They hate this country because we're a capitalist, God loving country.

00:36:23.380 They're socialists.

00:36:24.500 They're communists.

00:36:25.440 And that's the ideology that drives them to pick up that rock and throw it against a law enforcement officer.

00:36:32.780 That's actually more dangerous if you think about it, because you go down and talk to some of these kids.

00:36:37.000 They're so confused.

00:36:37.760 They have no idea what they're doing there.

00:36:39.360 They think they're fighting for a cause, but they really don't know.

00:36:41.920 But the cause is a bigger picture of destroying the fabric of our communities.

00:36:48.240 Excellent point there, because you know what?

00:36:49.900 Something I've been trying to figure out and I've Googled and researched and asked, you don't see BLM anymore, because how many of those people realize they were being duped into buying something, buying a mansion for the head of BLM or whatever?

00:37:04.160 They all realized, Victor, that the whole thing was smoke and mirrors.

00:37:07.820 Something else you brought up is the NGOs, the Catholic Charities and the Red Cross are two of the biggest criminal organizations, in my opinion, in this country.

00:37:15.540 They want to talk about human trafficking.

00:37:17.600 Those two organizations, and I'm sure there's plenty more out there, are so guilty of human trafficking.

00:37:23.200 You've got Diddy on human trafficking.

00:37:24.960 Why don't you go get these people as well?

00:37:26.480 And I'm not justifying Diddy at all. 1.00

00:37:28.560 The guy's a scumbag, low-life piece of crap. 1.00

00:37:30.760 But you've got him on human trafficking. 1.00

00:37:32.540 Why are you not going to get these people who have moved millions of people, human trafficked millions of people into our country? 0.59

00:37:39.540 I would have arrested so many of them.

00:37:41.820 I did arrest so many of them in my career for those type of charges.

00:37:46.680 First of all, just the smuggling for private financial gain.

00:37:50.180 That's 10 years in federal prison.

00:37:52.380 Believe me, a lot of these Catholic Charities, Endeavors, and other organizations definitely qualified to do that.

00:37:58.400 It kind of reminds me of like a dope dealer, right?

00:38:01.520 A lot of people think the dope dealer has to actually have possession of the brick of cocaine and transport it.

00:38:07.260 But there's so many people in the dope business, accountants, doctors, lawyers, and many other type of business people that never see the drug, but they're also a narco-trafficker.

00:38:18.680 That's where I think there shouldn't be a confusion when it comes to the NGO.

00:38:23.320 That NGO, so maybe they didn't actually physically, they did assist by setting up the system to move the people on behalf of the federal government, making Biden the biggest trafficker that ever existed in the history here in the United States.

00:38:38.980 And that's why we have hundreds of thousands of kids missing.

00:38:42.560 We have no idea where they're at.

00:38:43.820 They're starting to find some, by the way.

00:38:45.700 Talk to Tom.

00:38:46.420 They are grabbing some people.

00:38:47.740 They are finding.

00:38:48.160 These are the easy ones that actually were truthful, that actually had the actual address, and it was a good thing that they were going to go with the next of kin or family member.

00:38:56.980 But the majority, I'm telling you, I flew with these kids.

00:38:59.420 Where are they?

00:39:00.360 I flew with them on the airplane from San Antonio, from Dallas, from El Paso, into D.C., into other airports, and they're gone, man.

00:39:09.780 Florida, they're gone.

00:39:11.380 Who knows where they're at?

00:39:12.400 Now they're going to check, by the way, and they're going to that address.

00:39:15.460 Now ICE is going, and they go there, and they're like, oh, no, this is not the right place.

00:39:19.220 It's a wrong address.

00:39:20.260 Or the kid was there at one point, is now gone.

00:39:23.140 There is no trace of them.

00:39:25.040 This is very sad and very dangerous because we have no idea where they're at.

00:39:29.460 And what makes it so incredible is that they did it right under our noses.

00:39:34.920 They knew.

00:39:36.600 I wish I could describe to you the feeling that I felt sitting in an airplane because the airlines were also complicit.

00:39:42.320 TSA was also complicit in allowing them, first of all, to get on an airplane without an ID.

00:39:47.600 All these things, right?

00:39:48.540 It all came together.

00:39:49.880 They built this weld oil machine.

00:39:51.460 So what I want to see is the weld oil machine going the other way to kind of go backwards, re-identify where these kids are, find them, rescue them.

00:40:00.900 And then everybody that's guilty and everybody that's here illegally, let's build this weld oil machine to deport people. 0.95

00:40:08.380 And that machine still needs a lot of working right now.

00:40:10.560 It's still not functioning as well as it should.

00:40:13.240 It gives me chills.

00:40:14.400 You mentioned the kids.

00:40:15.380 Every time I see Cash Fertel or Pam Bondi put out a statement, we've recovered hundreds of kids.

00:40:19.980 And I'm like, how do the – and not even immigrants, American citizens.

00:40:25.040 How do your kids go missing?

00:40:27.260 How do you – and I'm like, it's so mind-blowing to me.

00:40:30.560 We could spend another hour talking about that.

00:40:33.140 Before we wrap up here, this is out of the Washington Post reporting today.

00:40:38.760 The U.S. could lose more immigrants than it gained for the first time, Victor, in 50 years. 0.79

00:40:44.020 Did you ever imagine that could be possible, given all that we've went through the last four years under Joseph Robinette Biden?

00:40:51.500 No.

00:40:52.160 And I'm going to be very honest.

00:40:54.020 I've worked at the border for over 20 years.

00:40:56.580 And, you know, illegal immigration always existed.

00:40:59.220 Obviously, we had never seen what happened under the Biden.

00:41:01.980 No one.

00:41:02.460 Not me, not Border Patrol, not anyone, because it had never happened that way before.

00:41:05.620 But to see it happening and not have the authority or the means to stop it was very frustrating.

00:41:15.780 I can only imagine the actual Border Patrol agent on the line every day having to put that uniform on and not being able to stop it.

00:41:24.420 It is remarkable.

00:41:25.640 But the shift that you talked about, it's actually what's happening is now the illegal alien – and this is what I've been saying for many years.

00:41:34.680 First, the messaging.

00:41:36.520 The messaging is not going to come from me and you, not even from the president, President Trump or anybody.

00:41:42.640 It's going to come from the illegal alien that he or her himself calls back home and says, I didn't make it, man.

00:41:50.440 I'm coming back.

00:41:51.540 I'm getting deported.

00:41:52.600 No, I did not make it to Indianapolis.

00:41:54.260 No, I did not make it to North Carolina.

00:41:55.920 As a matter of fact, I'm calling you from the jail cell.

00:41:58.500 And I'm having to do six months.

00:42:00.720 That's the one that matters because guess what?

00:42:03.000 They're going to say, don't do it, man.

00:42:04.480 You're going to lose the thousands of dollars and you're going to go to jail and you're going to be sent right back.

00:42:09.380 And now you're seeing the dramatic reduction at the border because of that.

00:42:14.620 That's the positive ripple effect of the messaging.

00:42:17.080 And it's because of enforcement.

00:42:19.140 Simple as that.

00:42:20.360 Yeah.

00:42:21.300 I went on a border ride along a few years ago and I'll never forget, I'm driving in the car with this guy and he's telling me, he's like, these guys will come over one fence and they'll be on the phone with their buddies on the other side saying, hey, I'll be there in 10 minutes.

00:42:35.320 Pick me up.

00:42:35.860 And I'm like, oh, dude, you got to climb another 50 foot wall.

00:42:38.480 And they get over, they get run.

00:42:40.160 It's the craziest thing.

00:42:41.780 And ghillie suits.

00:42:43.180 It's absolutely insane.

00:42:44.960 Victor Avila, a former supervisory special agent with ICE.

00:42:47.900 Nobody knows this better than you.
