The Great America Show - The Great America Saturday Show： May 10, 2025

00:00:00.000 hello everybody and welcome to the great america show it's great to have you with us on this

00:00:06.280 beautiful monday night in america cinco de mayo or as my friends in college used to call it cinco

00:00:11.680 de drinko that's not the case for me anymore i'm spending my monday night here with you folks

00:00:17.860 on the great america show there's no other place i'd rather spend it by the way than here with you

00:00:21.840 joining us here in america all around the world believe it or not we do have a lot of people who

00:00:27.560 tune in from around the world australia to russia to china to japan to mexico to canada

00:00:34.260 people in africa all over the world so we appreciate everyone joining us here wherever

00:00:42.340 you're tuning in for truly appreciate it over the weekend president trump making some news headlines

00:00:47.460 we're going to get to that in just a few moments but before we get to that i want to turn to something

00:00:52.200 to someone who just won't seem to go away someone who just won't seem to disappear someone would

00:00:58.880 describe it as a leech someone would describe it as a metaphorical hemorrhoid uh he just won't go

00:01:04.600 away now you're probably wondering who am i talking about some of you have probably already figured it

00:01:09.320 out none other than former vice president mike pence he received an award over the weekend for his great

00:01:15.960 courage it wasn't something he did in his personal life on his personal time what he did as a government

00:01:24.140 official for the community for you know for somebody it was for what he did on january 6th you all remember

00:01:31.380 what he did on january 6th he certified a stolen election but mike pence said he did it in the name of

00:01:38.740 god that's the guys he constantly uses to justify his actions for certifying a stolen election take

00:01:45.920 a listen to pence over the weekend i will always believe by god's grace i did my duty that day

00:01:54.420 to support the peaceful transfer of power under the constitution of the united states of america

00:02:02.000 god's grace is is the the way that mike pence justifies what he did on that day

00:02:11.360 truly sad because pence did indeed certify a stolen election so i'm not sure why pence won't just go off

00:02:23.440 into the sunset go get a lobbying job making a million bucks somewhere and just disappear i don't

00:02:29.800 want anything bad to happen to him but i just want him to disappear go off into the sunset you're very 0.80

00:02:35.560 irrelevant you will never be president you will never be governor you'll never be a senator

00:02:38.740 you will never step foot back in politics again you've let that ship sail when you decided to

00:02:44.840 let that stolen election stand president trump as i said over the weekend making some news headlines

00:02:51.320 one of them was uh the reopening of alcatraz that beautiful prison off the coast of california

00:02:58.260 um president trump spoke about it in the oval office today he was with mayor muriel bowser and nfl

00:03:05.160 commissioner roger goodell now when you watch this video folks i want you to just watch the faces of

00:03:11.060 roger goodell and mayor uh muriel bowser i mean it's absolutely absolutely brilliant at president

00:03:19.880 trump answering these questions in the oval office let's take a listen okay yes ma'am thank you

00:03:25.140 oh sorry rob i put up the wrong video uh here we go 330 here we go how did you decide to reopen

00:03:37.480 alcatraz can you walk us through that decision did i say what to reopen alcatraz how will you use it how

00:03:43.380 did you come up with the idea well i guess i was supposed to be a movie maker we're talking to we

00:03:48.220 started with the movie making it will end i mean it it represents something very strong very powerful

00:03:54.200 in terms of law and order our country needs law and order alcatraz is uh i would say the ultimate

00:04:00.780 right alcatraz sing sing and alcatraz the movies but uh it's right now a museum believe it or not a lot

00:04:09.040 of people go there it has the uh most violent criminals in the world and nobody ever escaped one person

00:04:17.180 almost got there but they as you know the story they found his clothing rather badly ripped up

00:04:23.240 and uh it was a lot of shark bites a lot of a lot of problems nobody's ever escaped from alcatraz and

00:04:30.420 just represented something uh strong having to do with law and order we need law and order in this

00:04:36.100 country and so we're going to uh look at it some of the people up here are going to be working very

00:04:42.300 hard on that and uh we had a little conversation i think it's going to be very interesting we'll see

00:04:47.440 if we can uh bring it back in large form add a lot but i think it represents something right now it's uh

00:04:55.160 a big hulk they're sitting there rusting and rotting uh very uh you look at it it's sort of an

00:05:02.620 you saw that picture that was put out it's sort of amazing but it sort of represents something that's

00:05:08.580 both horrible and beautiful and strong and miserable weak it's got a lot of it's got a lot

00:05:16.660 of qualities that are interesting and i think they they make a point okay are you there's only one

00:05:24.460 other person in the world who could host a press conference talking about alcatraz while standing

00:05:30.540 next to the mayor of washington dc who's a marxist and the commissioner of the nfl uh and that man is

00:05:36.960 donald j trump so president trump ordering his doj to look into the reopening of alcatraz

00:05:42.000 because he's tired of these marxist judges who are saying we can't deport people so instead of

00:05:47.440 sending them to el salvador some of them we'll send them off the coast of california and alcatraz 0.98

00:05:52.380 where it's essentially the same thing just a little bit more expensive but the democrats don't mind

00:05:57.100 about spending a little extra money right president trump also asked by a trump deranged reporter

00:06:04.660 for none other than fox news jackie heinrich you folks have heard me talk about her a little bit

00:06:09.060 on this show and about my time at fox news with her about her reporting very questionable reporting and

00:06:16.780 her favoritism towards joe biden but anyway she asked him about a picture that was posted of him

00:06:23.840 dressed as the pope take a listen to president trump's brilliant response okay yes ma'am thank

00:06:31.000 you mr president we're not so happy about the image of you looking like the pope oh i see you mean

00:06:37.980 they can't take a joke you don't mean the catholics you mean the fake news media not the catholics loved

00:06:43.960 it i had nothing to do with it somebody made up a picture of me dressed like the pope and they put it

00:06:49.560 out on the internet that's not me that did it i have no idea where it came from maybe it was ai but

00:06:55.960 uh i know nothing about it i just saw it uh last evening actually my wife thought it was cute

00:07:02.520 she said isn't that nice my question about actually i would not be able to be married though

00:07:07.840 that would be a lot i'd have to to the best of my knowledge popes aren't big on getting married

00:07:14.500 are they not that we know of no no i think it's a fake news media that you know they they're fakers

00:07:20.720 my question though sir was about the fact that it was put out on the white house account even though

00:07:25.500 it was ai generated it was a joke it was a meme does it at all diminish the substance of the

00:07:31.960 official white house account to have it go out on fact it was just somebody did it in fun

00:07:39.260 it's fine have to have a little fun don't you uh yeah please go ahead tell me about that

00:07:44.500 jackie heinrich is absolutely trump deranged and uh as i said you maybe heard me talk about her here 0.98

00:07:51.580 on this show before my time at fox news uh jackie heinrich went out on the whim to um talk about

00:07:59.300 hunter biden and when that story came out about holding 10 for the big guy she had come out and

00:08:04.300 sent an email out to fox guaranteeing us by the way within moments of this story coming out uh that

00:08:10.820 uh hunter biden and and joe biden joe biden that 10 health for the big guy was not joe biden she

00:08:16.420 guaranteed us that it was not him and um we now know that's not true um i've posted the uh screenshots

00:08:24.640 on my twitter but that's the fake news that we're faced with folks in the oval office every day jackie

00:08:29.980 heinrich a total trump hater fox news has gone so far left i don't know how they return it's truly

00:08:37.720 remarkable that anyone still tunes into that garbage um but it's not just jackie it's some

00:08:43.800 of their hosts trey gowdy one of them uh over the weekend had on carl rove who's a fox news contributor 0.74

00:08:50.380 man they pay probably high six figures to to be on their network talking about tariffs like they know

00:08:57.620 a damn thing about tariffs take listen to these two rhinos talking about it but if the president were

00:09:03.160 to call me i would say i want you to address the nation from the oval office on the issue of tariffs 0.99

00:09:08.200 no media no questions explain to them exactly what you're doing why you're doing it and why perhaps

00:09:14.340 a little bit of short-term pain is going to be worth it why not do that why not just go to the oval

00:09:19.940 office and speak directly to the american people yeah i wish he'd done it at the beginning of this

00:09:25.420 process i think he may be at a point where the american people say well great now you tell us

00:09:30.600 uh and but it would be better it would be better to give a formal address to the country than to

00:09:35.780 make these offhand comments i thought it was really problematic when he said well you know what

00:09:40.620 the kids that you know those little girls at christmas they don't need 30 dollars they can do 0.90

00:09:44.540 it too and if they have to pay a couple more bucks for them you know okay well it sounds like mr scrooge

00:09:49.460 and the ordinary american is like wait a minute i thought you were on my side i didn't think mr scrooge

00:09:56.360 what the hell does carl rove know about tariffs or anything this is the same carl rove who told us

00:10:05.740 months before donald trump won before the the primary was over how unpopular donald trump was

00:10:14.760 and how nikki haley needed to be the nominee don't take my word for it take his word for it here he is

00:10:21.380 well look these are the two most unpopular front runners for the major parties since we began polling

00:10:27.840 on that question in 1936 depending on what poll you look at as much as three quarters of the american

00:10:33.800 people do not want to see a biden trump rerun and uh and the party that figures out that a new face

00:10:39.580 gives them an advantage is the party that's going to win take the new wall street journal poll in which

00:10:43.860 donald trump is ahead of of joe biden by a couple of points nikki haley is ahead of of uh joe biden by

00:10:51.660 i think it's 17 points so you know there's a huge difference the american people want something new

00:10:57.020 for 32 years we were governed by men of the greatest generation for 32 years we've been governed by men 0.94

00:11:02.560 from the from the uh from the baby boomers or in the case of joe biden from the generation before the

00:11:07.640 baby boomers the american people want a younger attractive strong effective candidate in my opinion 1.00

00:11:13.020 nikki haley seems to be that focus for now we'll see what happens carl

00:11:16.980 how well did that work out for you carl rove in his opinion the american people wanted a strong young

00:11:25.120 candidate interesting carl is that why donald trump in 2024 and in 2020 2024 was a new record he said but

00:11:35.760 2020 got the most votes of any republican in the history of the country in my opinion it was the most votes

00:11:42.820 in history that 81 million votes that joe biden had got you folks all remember that right the 81

00:11:50.540 million votes that joe biden allegedly had gotten right so before that no democrat had ever gotten

00:11:57.400 more than 70 million votes including barack obama who i didn't particularly like but polled very well

00:12:03.800 the first black president so joe biden first democrat the most unpopular man probably in democrat

00:12:11.160 politics the first man to uh get over 70 million votes in fact over 80 million votes 81 million votes

00:12:17.840 so carl rove uh saying donald trump um greatly unpopular he promised us 74.2 million votes in 2020

00:12:29.380 when that election was stolen from him and 77.3 million votes in 2024 this last election he won

00:12:38.840 yet carl rove so he got more he got 3 million more votes this time around than in 2020 and carl rove

00:12:46.600 promised us that the american people wanted something different they didn't want donald trump anymore

00:12:52.120 but we're supposed to take carl rove's advice on tariffs are we right the man the lackey for

00:12:59.380 nikki haley we're supposed to take his advice on tariffs folks you can't make this stuff up

00:13:05.480 speaking of tariffs by the way uh india this is breaking news india has reportedly offered donald

00:13:10.640 trump zero for zero tariffs on auto parts steel and pharmaceuticals did you hear that carl rove

00:13:18.240 zero for zero tariffs with a nation like india it makes sense you've often heard me say uh nations

00:13:24.680 like vietnam cambodia doesn't make sense india most certainly makes sense so tell us more mr carl

00:13:33.340 rove about those dolls buying 30 dolls for your kids on christmas come down to reality for just a

00:13:39.720 second to where us normal americans live i don't know any american not even the richest of the rich

00:13:46.260 who are buying their kids 30 dolls on christmas carl so um it's best you take your right on this

00:13:51.960 keep it on fox news we don't want to hear about it i thought it was important to bring to you guys

00:13:55.920 to let you know what fox news the propaganda they're putting out so you guys don't have to

00:14:03.480 watch it uh there's something important happening folks uh you know i don't ask you guys for anything

00:14:08.040 on the show i appreciate you guys tuning in that's enough for me each and every night but there's

00:14:12.380 something big happening um and we have not much time to get it taken care of we've got just about two

00:14:18.660 weeks uh donald trump has appointed a man by the name of ed martin to be the u.s attorney for the

00:14:24.380 district of washington dc now there's some rhinos in the senate who are holding it up and it's

00:14:29.400 people that you probably could have figured out without me telling you um we'll give you the names

00:14:35.660 of them senators tom tillis of north carolina senator john corin of texas uh who's being primaried right

00:14:42.900 now by ken paxton u.s senator susan collins of maine and bill cassidy of louisiana also mitch

00:14:50.680 mcconnell's on there uh retiring uh so not sure what it means for him but uh these folks are

00:14:57.360 holding up the appointment of ed martin okay as you can see there on the bottom of the screen we've

00:15:02.020 got their phone numbers out there for their offices listed for you now ed martin is a is a

00:15:05.840 true trumper um president trump recently announcing that he's nominated ed he was originally just the

00:15:11.180 acting u.s attorney for dc he's nominated him uh ed martin's going after the dc dirty prosecutors

00:15:17.680 he's going after uh these marxists who are holding up doge who are going after doge he's

00:15:23.120 opened a formal inquiry into matthew graves the prosecutor for more than 1500 january 6 protesters

00:15:29.200 and he's specifically probing graves matthew graves u.s attorney for that 15 c2 charge that

00:15:36.300 obstruction charge which they use on all democrats there's one problem folks if he's not sworn in if

00:15:43.160 he's not confirmed by may 20th judge bosberg that's right judge bosberg is going to get to pick his

00:15:52.120 temporary replacement is that same marxist who's been going after trump for the illegal aliens but

00:16:01.100 you folks uh we talk about him each and every day here so the phone numbers are there i'm going to give

00:16:05.880 you the phone number for the white house i'm sorry for the capital switchboard if you want to give them

00:16:10.200 a call uh we encourage you to call those senators office and tell them we need ed martin as the u.s

00:16:16.600 attorney 202-224-3121 202-224-3121 tom tillis cassidy um susan collins um mitch mcconnell and john

00:16:30.480 cornyn we need you to call their offices and demand they confirm uh ed for uh dc u.s attorney

00:16:39.120 there's no other way to have it folks the the marxist dems if they get bosberg to put somebody

00:16:44.840 in there it's not going to be pretty for trump it's not going to be pretty for the administration

00:16:48.400 so please i don't ask you folks for much as i said you tuning in there's enough for me 202-224-3121

00:16:56.180 202-224-3121 uh and demand your senator confirm ed martin for uh u.s attorney at dc folks our guest

00:17:05.620 today uh is a man who much like donald trump was a political prisoner he was exiled from his own

00:17:11.220 country for speaking out against dictators he was exiled from the nba for speaking out against china 0.97

00:17:17.980 and the abuses his name is ennis canter freedom he actually changed his name in 2021 when he became a

00:17:24.220 u.s citizen legally by the way passing a citizenship test becoming a citizen in 2021 and his canter freedom

00:17:31.180 he played in the nba for 11 seasons and back in 2020 after the george floyd protest and covid during

00:17:38.720 covid but the summer of love colin kaepernick putting a target on cops backs canter felt the

00:17:44.920 need to come and speak out against china's abuse their slave labor their abuse of the uyghurs their 1.00

00:17:50.500 abuse of tibetans their abuse of christians he felt the need that he couldn't be quiet anymore 0.97

00:17:56.660 so he came out and he made a stand and he took a stand and since then he's been exiled to never play

00:18:03.800 in the nba again a man who had a very promising career he was drafted in the first round in a draft

00:18:10.440 class of all-stars kyrie irving uh jimmy butler some of the greatest players to ever play he was drafted

00:18:17.040 third so this isn't just some ordinary basketball player this is a man who played 11 seasons as a

00:18:23.600 very very good player who gave it all up to call out corruption to call out crimes against humanity

00:18:31.820 he's a great man he's a great american and he's a great friend

00:18:35.480 and it's it's great to have you on the great america show i really appreciate you joining us i want

00:18:45.340 to start with with explaining to you and telling you how much of a respect i have for you how much

00:18:49.920 you have given up a lot of people have heard your story don't realize what you gave up a first round

00:18:56.200 draft pick in a in a draft class of just nba stars jimmy butler kyrie irving you were the third pick 0.98

00:19:03.460 so you're not just some bullshit basketball player who started to run his mouth to get big you're a 0.91

00:19:08.280 number one draft pick in an all-star nba draft class okay but it's more than basketball for the audience 0.99

00:19:14.540 who's sitting here right now like what the hell are we doing talking about basketball it's the nba

00:19:17.600 playoffs but uh you gave up so much money you gave up uh going to back to your home country to see

00:19:23.900 your parent you gave up so much i want to start with first and it's you you were born in in switzerland

00:19:28.500 you moved to back to turkey where your family's originally from and then you came to america when

00:19:33.840 you came to america to start your basketball career things really started to go downhill for you

00:19:39.760 and your family let's start right there how it all started for the audience right first of all thank

00:19:45.720 you for having me man um it's a great pleasure for sure but you know i think you know my whole

00:19:51.780 activism started when i was a little kid because um especially you know um in turkey or middle east i

00:20:02.700 will say um if you're a politician and if you want to be elected again you do a couple things you know

00:20:08.500 you attack america you attack christian people and you attack jewish people this has nothing to do with 0.94

00:20:14.660 the with the religion islam or this has nothing to do with um the school system it's an easy way

00:20:22.400 to the top if you're a politician and many people use that so i remember growing up in turkey many

00:20:29.300 of my you know um politicians there was a hatred towards america jewish people christian people

00:20:36.960 and um i remember one day i was a little kid i went downstairs to play with my friends

00:20:42.300 and my friends which you know who are not even teenagers they were burning american flags

00:20:48.800 and i was like what are you guys doing they said well we should hate america we should hate the

00:20:54.820 christian people hate the jewish people i was like why they said well that's what we see on tv that's 0.93

00:21:00.300 what we see on the newspapers so they gave me a flag to burn it they gave me a flag they gave me a 0.89

00:21:06.100 lighter they said burn it i looked down i was like this is not a right thing to do i threw the flag

00:21:13.900 down i went upstairs to my mom i was like mom my friends are telling me to hate america hate christian

00:21:19.520 people hate jewish people like what do i do my mom said i'm not going to tell you what to do but do not

00:21:25.260 hate anyone before you meet them so that day i gave a promise to my mom

00:21:29.320 and the environment that i was growing up in was getting so toxic every day my dad is like enough

00:21:35.980 is enough you're going to america i even remember asking my dad you really want me to go to devil's

00:21:42.420 nest he's like go ahead and see yourself i mean i was so lucky because my parents were very well i mean

00:21:48.240 very well educated my dad was one of the biggest scientists in turkey

00:21:51.540 my mom was was so excited but nervous at the same time so i started meeting with my teammates

00:22:02.040 people on the streets and i remember two of my teammates which were christians you know i remember

00:22:10.980 i walked in a locker room and we had an amazing practice and then after the practice they said well

00:22:16.820 we know that you're muslim would you like to take you to a mosque would you like us to take you

00:22:22.580 to go get some halal food and at that

00:22:25.680 wait wait a second that's not what i learned for the last 17 years back in back at home so

00:22:37.560 and then after that slowly everything started to change i went to school in kentucky

00:22:45.340 and my teammates were really patient with me um i stayed with an american family and i remember i

00:22:52.500 walked into their house front of their house they had an american flag i'm like is this an embassy or

00:22:58.460 is it a house they said no it's a house like why do you guys have an american flag it's about we love

00:23:03.800 our country i was very confused um and then slowly i started to get to know people and then once i learned

00:23:12.220 that everything that they were teaching me back at home was just completely

00:23:17.860 a lie i was like now it's my mission to inspire and educate the youth back at home so that's

00:23:28.440 unbelievable no you know and it's uh we get a bad rap americans right but uh we're not half bad people

00:23:34.800 and you know only ignorant people uh talk about religion in a sense where it matters my best

00:23:40.920 friends are muslim my two best friends who i've known for the last 20 years who i can call on the 0.87

00:23:45.440 phone right now and it's regardless of where they are in the world and they'll be there to have my back

00:23:49.780 they're muslim okay uh i have a lot of jewish friends i have a lot of catholic friends you know 0.80

00:23:54.860 what it doesn't matter at the end of the day only ignorant people thinks thinks it matters about what

00:23:59.920 religion and what you believe in it really makes no difference i believe at the end of the day and

00:24:04.480 if you're religious or you're not if you're a good person that's how your destiny will be chosen and

00:24:09.780 uh you know you lived a career of uh and a life of of honesty and integrity so you're here in america

00:24:17.340 now you're living with an american family it comes time now to go into the nba you get into the nba and

00:24:23.300 i mean i'm a big nicks fan as i told you before the show 11 year career and you weren't putting up

00:24:29.240 bs numbers you're putting up double digit points a game for a center you're putting up high rebounds

00:24:34.100 near double doubles every game which is what you want out of a center like i said the number three

00:24:38.200 pick you get in the nba you have everything going for you you're on the utah jazz you're on the oklahoma

00:24:43.100 city thunder you're on the new york knicks you're on the boston celtics you're on the trail you're all

00:24:46.740 on the elite among elite teams okay everything is going great for you ennis and then something flips in

00:24:55.140 the back of your mind you say i can't be silent anymore and like i said this happened now towards

00:25:00.040 the end of where your career was but at the end of your career your statistics your numbers were still

00:25:04.760 really damn high for an nba player even after 11 years so tell me uh tell the audience because i know

00:25:12.140 the story tell the audience at what point you decided it's time to speak out against everything

00:25:17.260 and so i couldn't matter anymore so i've been speaking about some of the human rights violations

00:25:24.000 that have happened in my home country turkey for the last 11 years and that led them to put my dad

00:25:30.020 in jail um they put my name on interpol list they actually put a bounty on my head um they revoked my

00:25:36.860 passport uh they actually tried to deport me back to turkey but shout out to senator lankford if he

00:25:43.600 wasn't for him i would be in turkey in jail right now he was the one actually saved me when they

00:25:49.000 were about to deport me from romania back to turkey he made some calls so i've been talking about the

00:25:55.540 dictatorship in turkey for the last 10 11 years you know it all i think it all started during covet

00:26:02.820 so i'm sure i don't know if you watched it or not but during covet uh nba didn't want to lose any

00:26:08.840 more money so they put us in this thing called nba bubble yes i mean i remember having conversation

00:26:14.800 with many of the nba officials they're like well this is we are not here for basketball we are here

00:26:19.540 for social justice talk about the things that are happening in america so as a foreigner i was very

00:26:25.980 like confused you know i was like trying to learn i had so many conversations with my teammates and

00:26:31.700 stuff so i was just literally just watching because as an as a foreigner you're just like trying to

00:26:36.920 learn you know so nba it was all about social justice all the players were putting on their

00:26:43.840 shoes brianna taylor i can't breathe uh black revolution the nba put these all those that blm 0.62

00:26:51.480 logos on the floor nba put all these like phrases behind our jersey which was controlled by the nba

00:26:57.020 so if you wanted to pick like stand with hong kong you're not allowed to wear you only can only wear

00:27:03.420 like 20 something like word um so i was just like literally just getting to know like what was

00:27:11.760 happening so literally two years later right i decided to speak up about the problems are happening

00:27:21.000 in china because it's literally a genocide happening over there towards uigur people tibetans i mean

00:27:28.460 hong kongers i'm sure you see what's happening in hong kong uh taiwan has been getting um you know

00:27:34.220 threatened every day by the chinese communist party so i was like you know what why is no one talking

00:27:39.360 about this issue so i started to speak up right and i wanted to do it in a very unique way because

00:27:46.080 i could have just gone do an interview i could you know just tweet about it and stuff but

00:27:51.340 i really wanted to inspire the millions of young fans out there so i remember i grew up as a lakers

00:27:58.520 fan which Celtics people are going to hate that but i know i grew up as a lakers fan so whenever i

00:28:04.780 watched the lakers when i was a little kid whenever i watched kobe shack or whoever the first thing i

00:28:10.240 was like looking it was the shoes what color what brand if it's comfortable and the next day i was

00:28:16.220 waking up and telling my dad please buy those shoes for me so i'm playing for the Celtics

00:28:22.300 and our first game against the knicks at stepless center home opener for them games on espn literally

00:28:29.440 the whole world is there every celebrity you can't think of was at that game biggest rivalry for the

00:28:34.260 Celtics so i come up with this idea i was like you know what two years ago all the nba players was

00:28:41.660 putting on their shoes black lives matter george floyd i can't breathe and stuff so if they're 0.65

00:28:47.660 allowed to put that on their shoes i am i should be allowed to put free tibet free uigurs i don't 0.95

00:28:55.220 know like stand with hong kong stand with taiwan right so exactly those shoes so i started to like

00:29:02.680 wear that shoes and my first game right before the game we are in a huddle a minute before the game

00:29:10.400 two gentlemen who works for the nba what they were working for the Celtics as well came up to me and

00:29:15.520 say you got to take your shoes off i was like excuse me they said your shoes has been getting so much

00:29:21.660 attention internationally you got to take them off so it was the perfect moment for me because i was

00:29:28.680 just getting ready for my citizenship test so i closed my eyes i was like okay we have 27 amendments

00:29:35.740 our first amendment free more speech i opened my eyes i turned around i was like no i'm not taking

00:29:42.000 them off they're like what do you mean they said even if i get fine go tell your boss i'm not taking

00:29:48.460 them off they said buddy we're not talking about getting fine we're talking about getting banned

00:29:53.080 so they were literally threatening me to get banned just because i was wearing their shoes

00:29:57.700 so that half i played zero minutes i went back to locker room i looked at my phone there was thousands

00:30:05.940 of notifications i clicked on the one that my manager sent it to me he said every Celtics game

00:30:12.840 is banned in china dude it took them 24 minutes first quarter second quarter 24 minutes to cancel

00:30:22.260 every Celtics game rest of the season i went out there the second half i played zero minutes which

00:30:29.880 i played every game before that so after the game my manager called me i promise you by the way we lost

00:30:38.920 that game um play zero minutes we lost that to the knicks and in overtime yep um my manager was saying

00:30:46.120 we have immediate requests from all over the world what did we do i was like cancel everything because i

00:30:51.460 just don't want my teammates to think i'm doing this for attention so we cancel everything

00:30:55.160 after the game nbpa called me the player association which i paid thousands of dollars

00:31:01.900 every month to protect my rights against the nba they said listen man you know what you did exactly 0.98

00:31:08.640 you cannot wear those shoes ever again i was like am i breaking in rules they said no but you know

00:31:14.940 exactly what you did don't worry about breaking now this is supposed to be the union ennis this is the

00:31:19.620 union that's supposed to protect you right yeah sure i mean anyways i was like well what about two

00:31:27.360 years ago they were putting all these messages on their shoes when all the protests were happening

00:31:32.020 in america how are they were allowed and how am i not allowed yeah they said well it's a different

00:31:37.260 system so they pressured me so much they said nba is actually pressuring us so much you cannot wear them

00:31:44.780 ever again i was like my first shoes was free tibet i was like i promise i'm not gonna wear free tibet

00:31:52.460 shoes ever again they said promise i said promise i hang up so the second game it was our home opener

00:31:58.760 against some team whatever so i wore free uygur shoes so they called me after the game they said

00:32:05.760 you're a liar you lied to us blah blah we can never just no i'm just smarter than you exactly i was like 0.87

00:32:12.500 i never said i'm not gonna wear free uygur shoes i just said i'm just not gonna wear free tibet shoes 0.99

00:32:16.220 last one i'm gonna tell you the third game or the fourth game i can't remember was against

00:32:21.620 charlotte hornets and you own charlotte michael jordan so he he was at the game i wore

00:32:31.360 nike shoes which you know nike yep stands with black lives matter no asian hate lgbtq community

00:32:38.980 latino community in america but everybody knows knows about the sweatshops so i put that on the

00:32:44.980 michael jordan shoes made with slave labor i went on the court and wore that shoes in front of him

00:32:52.940 i remember still like he was his hand was on his face anyway he was just very frustrated

00:32:57.860 after the game many of my teammates woke up to me and say listen man you know you criticize nike

00:33:04.940 you criticize china this is your last year have fun just pray that we win a championship but you're

00:33:11.500 never gonna play basketball ever again in nba and that pretty much happened you know february came

00:33:16.780 before even the season ended and they traded me i got released and um that was the end

00:33:23.700 that's such a joke i mean it makes like zero zero sense i don't think uh i may be wrong on this but

00:33:30.960 i think i'm right that's kind of a weird saying i don't think nike makes one piece of clothing one

00:33:37.120 piece of apparel here in america now for a company that's consumed by almost every single american i

00:33:43.620 haven't met an american uh or anybody in this country who doesn't own some piece of nike anything 0.89

00:33:50.600 and it's uh and these people they they come here and they sell out america and it's so pathetic 0.71

00:33:57.240 because it's not just the nba teams you would think the owner of the nba who's it's a national 0.52

00:34:02.860 basketball association here in america would stand up for you but he didn't take a listen i want to

00:34:08.220 take a listen to an interview adam silver did in 2019 2020 just how two-faced this man is and how

00:34:14.760 big of a scum he is as the years have gone on the nba has increased its presence in china but always 1.00

00:34:22.200 until very recent history at the encouragement of the state department of of various administrations 0.99

00:34:30.000 again from both sides of the aisle that it was viewed as a really positive thing that we were

00:34:34.640 exporting american values to china through the nba now i could now there are definitely trade-offs

00:34:41.680 there and somebody could say you know given the system of government in china you the nba should

00:34:47.620 make a decision not to operate there i would only say that at the end of the day i think those are

00:34:52.960 decisions for our government in terms of where american business should operate i continue to believe

00:34:59.820 that the people the people exchanges we're seeing by playing in china are positive and it's helping

00:35:05.900 it helps cultures learn about each other again it allows us to export sort of american values to china

00:35:11.860 those those values came head you know came came to an abrupt stop in certain cases when when there was

00:35:19.560 a tweet by a general manager and losing track of seasons it's still i guess it was still this season

00:35:24.820 it was when when this season that we're still in began there was there was a tweet by a general

00:35:29.460 manager and as a result of that tweet we the nba were taken off cctv chinese central television in

00:35:37.460 china now we could have decided because they took us off chinese central television that we should

00:35:43.860 therefore in a sense take our ball and go home and stop operating there the fact is our games continued

00:35:50.280 to be streamed on a service called tencent in china and we've continued in there at least that's my

00:35:56.340 view that it's it's been net positive to to to not move to disengagement that that's not good for the

00:36:03.480 world and that superpowers like the nba and china i'm sorry like the u.s and china need to find ways 0.99

00:36:12.180 to continue to operate together i mean this man is a total fool and it's real quickly i want to get your 0.93

00:36:18.220 reaction to this but he mentions a few things the nba contract with the nba is worth 400 million 0.95

00:36:23.320 dollars it's about 10 of what the nba 10 of their salary he mentions a company called tencent tencent

00:36:29.580 is a 1.5 billion dollar deal with the nba first of all adam silver should have been out there

00:36:36.240 protecting you protecting americans and saying what really goes on he mentions american values

00:36:42.480 multiple times that man doesn't know american values and it's if it slapped him right across his 1.00

00:36:47.000 bald stupid head and i'm sorry i don't mean to offend anyone bald and stupid but that man is is a total 1.00

00:36:53.520 fool so here's my reaction you know uh let me just get this straight like i think our audience needs to 1.00

00:37:01.600 know 40 nba owners got tied up 10 billion with the b dollar in china more people watch america more 0.98

00:37:12.160 people watch nba games in china than american population last year so think about the jersey

00:37:18.900 sales shoe sales think about all the you know tv deals many players whenever their season is over

00:37:25.880 you know what do you do you gotta relax you go to vacation with your family and stuff right

00:37:30.600 they go to china why because millions of dollars so um after i got blackball by the nba i was actually

00:37:40.340 having this hearing uh in the congress and they were asking me obviously a lot of questions and stuff right

00:37:47.180 and it was democrats and republicans um i asked them one simple question i was like listen

00:37:53.260 how can we keep talking about our freedom in in america right how can the biggest dictatorship in the world

00:38:00.500 can control a hundred percent american made company organization like nba and fire a u.s citizen

00:38:10.180 and everyone is okay with it but we keep bragging about our freedom like enough is now we gotta do

00:38:18.440 some because nba just only got a small portion if you see what china is actually doing into america

00:38:23.760 it's it breaks my heart listen nba is not the only one you see wall street academias big tech congress

00:38:30.900 local congresses hollywood it's just they all farmland tiktok they all pretty much is controlled by

00:38:39.720 the chinese government pretty much so i mean we gotta stop man like this man adam silvers keep talking

00:38:48.420 about this americana and you know talking about the rights we have in this country but like you're

00:38:54.600 literally becoming a part of the genocide you know your biggest sponsor nike is literally

00:39:00.560 convicting and and you know be a part of the genocide happening in xinjiang area right now

00:39:10.160 so i think you know they have to take the right stand and i had a couple he was talking about

00:39:16.480 daryl mori i actually did have a conversation with daryl mori and he said listen when i put

00:39:23.020 stand with hong kong tweets the nba pressured me so much they made me took my tweet down they made me

00:39:30.420 make some comments that i wasn't comfortable with like oh i wasn't educated enough blah blah and stuff

00:39:36.400 he said you don't take your tweet down you keep doing what you're doing because no other athlete

00:39:41.640 will do what you're doing because they care too much about money and business and this is the thing

00:39:47.000 like this is not politics because many people after i started to talk about this they said well

00:39:52.080 the athletes should stay stay away from politics i was like this is not politics this is pure human

00:39:57.540 rights i don't care if you're from the right from the left you cheer for trump biden whoever you cheer

00:40:03.680 for you have to care about human rights you know and i was like put yourself in their shoes i actually

00:40:10.080 had this conversation with my teammates in a lot of them i was like put yourself in their shoes

00:40:13.640 if your mother if your sister or if your daughter was in those concentration camps getting torture and

00:40:20.040 rape every day would you still pick money and business over your morals values and principles 0.98

00:40:26.260 i really want adam silver to answer this question you know so yes you're making millions or maybe 0.80

00:40:32.720 billions of dollars um but at the same time what happened to stand with social justice what happened

00:40:40.320 to stand with democracy and freedom so you only stand up the things that you care about you know

00:40:46.120 until it hits your pocket yeah because you know you're not gonna lose any kind of money if you are

00:40:51.600 standing the things that are happening in america but china boom losing millions maybe billions yeah it

00:40:58.580 wasn't about politics and it's uh when george floyd got killed right it wasn't about politics when

00:41:03.900 colin kaepernick put a target on 750 000 cops across america by targeting police officers that they were 0.88

00:41:10.660 fine with that right they put those bullshit slogans which i think there's still some like you had said 0.96

00:41:15.360 on the back of the jerseys stop racism uh and this and hate there is none of that in america okay 0.98

00:41:21.120 there's individual cases and it's everywhere you're gonna find something everywhere or something

00:41:25.920 but the overwhelming majority and i'm talking about 99 of america is not racist like the

00:41:32.200 mainstream media wants you to believe it ennis so it's actually a very sad story because colin

00:41:38.200 actually was my good friend this dude used to send me gifts literally once every two months

00:41:45.540 i have this i slept i don't know i slept in jersey somewhere the day i started to criticize

00:41:51.340 nikki i never hear heard from i ever again what did you tell me like i want to give him a credit

00:41:56.520 because he actually helped me a lot with the all the turkish stuff because he was telling me okay

00:42:01.620 you should take this road and you should say this and that so me and him met before we even have

00:42:06.280 actually have a picture together on the internet so he was helping me with turkey and stuff but

00:42:10.900 did they are criticizing that i never heard from member again and that actually hurt because i really

00:42:15.840 cared i thought he was like he was the freedom guy and he was this and that guy but i'm like

00:42:20.620 what happened you know so um no i mean i mean people keep talking about america how i mean even 0.95

00:42:29.020 like some of my teammates like oh my god how terrible america is america is trash and blah blah

00:42:33.680 i remember i walked in a locker room one day and they were just bashing america right i was like guys 0.98

00:42:39.480 listen our season is about to be over whenever our season is over i'm gonna get your plane ticket it's

00:42:46.740 first class don't worry let's go to some of these countries out there let's go to iran let's go to

00:42:51.740 russia let's go to north korea let's go to china let's go to turkey forget about calling them trash

00:42:57.200 you criticize those governments or regimes whatever you call it you and your family members will be in 0.93

00:43:03.540 jail tortured to death so so sometimes people don't know how good we have in this country so

00:43:11.780 if someone goes out there and bash america calls them trash i know for facts that they don't travel

00:43:18.020 enough yeah and they take everything for granted and it's those same guys who are sitting in the

00:43:23.020 locker room bashing america have no problem taking a 10 million dollar check a year 15 million dollar

00:43:27.880 check a year yet you're a man who would have probably continued on making i don't know the end

00:43:33.920 of your career five six seven million dollars a year whatever you know you get after a veteran

00:43:38.140 middle before a veteran minimum that you gave up i mean that's real money and it's that's money that

00:43:43.120 people don't make in a lifetime like 99 of americans you know the day i started to criticize actually

00:43:49.900 mba my agent called me i was like listen man i vote for you i don't vote for them you so i gotta be

00:43:54.420 honest with you if you say another word you're 29 years old you can play another like you know six

00:44:01.580 seven years if you take care of your body if you make another like five six seven million a year

00:44:06.420 that's like what six times what um say like six million right that's 36 million that's literally

00:44:13.520 35 to 40 million dollar so you're not only throwing throwing away your mba career you're literally

00:44:18.740 throwing away 30 to 40 million dollars are you ready for it i hang up i never talk to them again

00:44:24.860 because like they need to understand while we are comfortably playing basketball in america

00:44:30.240 on the other side of the world man like people are losing their loved ones losing their lives and

00:44:35.440 losing their homes like i don't know if they're like looking at the news i don't know what come

00:44:42.220 where where which outlet they're getting their source at and stuff but like we are very lucky and

00:44:48.620 blessed to to live in a country like america you know i'm not saying america's perfect we got a lot

00:44:54.000 of things to of course work too but like go to iran please go to russia go to china go to turkey 0.60

00:45:00.500 and i promise you will crawl back to america 0.55

00:45:03.780 they take everything for granted in this those same guys who are sitting in the locker room bashing

00:45:14.000 america have no problem taking a 10 million dollar check a year 15 million dollar check a year yet

00:45:19.340 you're a man who would have probably continued on making i don't know the end of your career five six

00:45:25.080 seven million dollars a year whatever you know you get after a veteran middle before a veteran

00:45:29.440 minimum that you gave up i mean that's real money and it's that's money that people don't make in a

00:45:34.240 lifetime like 99 of americans you know the day i started to criticize actually mba my agent called

00:45:41.760 me i was like listen man i vote for you i don't vote for an mb so i gotta be honest with you

00:45:45.200 if you say another word you're 29 years old you can play another like you know six seven years if you

00:45:52.460 take care of your body if you make another like five six seven million a year that's like what

00:45:57.360 six times what uh say like six million right that's 36 million that's literally 35 to 40 million

00:46:05.300 dollar so you're not only torn torn away your mba career you're literally throwing away 30 to 40

00:46:10.680 million dollars are you ready for it i hang up i never talk to him again because like they need to

00:46:17.120 understand while we are comfortably playing basketball in america on the other side of the

00:46:22.080 world man like people are losing their loved ones losing their lives and losing their homes

00:46:26.460 like i don't know if they're like looking at the news i don't know what come where where which

00:46:33.960 outlet they're getting their source at and stuff but like we are very lucky and blessed to to live

00:46:40.080 in a country like america you know i'm not saying america's perfect we only got a lot of things to

00:46:44.540 work too but like go to iran please go to russia go to china go to turkey and i promise you will

00:46:53.000 crawl back to america yeah people like i said they take everything for granted you had mentioned before

00:46:57.340 and the reason is and i'm convinced that there are certain people i talk to politicians on a daily

00:47:02.900 basis i talk to people in hollywood i talk to a lot of famous people and it i'm not bragging about

00:47:08.360 it it's just what the job that i do right it's my job to speak to them and i'm convinced that once

00:47:13.700 you hit a certain point it's not everybody but it's an overwhelming majority of people

00:47:16.920 your conscience and your soul and your heart goes out the window and nothing else matters it's all

00:47:22.820 about the money it's all about what's coming into your door you mentioned uh 40 principal owners

00:47:27.760 with 10 billion dollars uh invested here in america joe sai who's the owner of the brooklyn nets

00:47:33.980 five almost five billion dollars in alibaba went crazy when the gm of the rockets uh he wanted

00:47:39.480 him to be fired uh went crazy mickey arison uh 400 billion uh 400 million dollars in carnival the

00:47:45.560 owner of i think that the heat michael jordan almost 100 million dollars in nike uh it's ridiculous

00:47:52.000 now to put it in perspective and it's there's 30 nba teams right uh between 50 and 75 owners now

00:47:59.680 the math doesn't add up people are saying but that's because 15 or or more teams have more than

00:48:04.960 two owners on each team so 40 owners 10 teams about 50 to 75 percent i mean it's over 50 of the

00:48:14.300 people have ties to china so now you do and you probably didn't know this before you went in and

00:48:19.300 i don't think by the sounds of it it would have mattered to you you wouldn't have given a damn if

00:48:22.940 99 of it because you had something in mind you believed in something and you took it and you ran with

00:48:28.520 it because you were tired you couldn't sit back anymore and watch as america burned down as as people

00:48:34.360 burned down cities in america over the death of george floyd as as uh cops were targeted because

00:48:39.820 of colin kaepernick and then overseas nobody wants to talk about china and what they've done to the 0.99

00:48:44.940 uyghurs what they do to the people over there what they do the tibetans what they do the christians 1.00

00:48:48.980 what they do to the jews it's not just it's literally everybody across the board and jenny you know

00:48:54.560 what you're talking about 2020 nobody wants to talk about china unleashing covet on the world how about 1.00

00:49:01.020 that one a million americans millions across the world nobody cares and it's why no one cares about 0.97

00:49:07.260 the fentanyl no one cares about what cares about you know no no one cares about no it's so sad man

00:49:15.220 i mean now i i'm hearing from many politicians that they started to buy lands around i guess like

00:49:20.900 military bases in america like we gotta stop we gotta stop like bringing it because we i think

00:49:28.180 the americans know now but i feel like we need to start taking actions against this like

00:49:32.280 the horrible things that they've been doing to our country because they know they know

00:49:36.760 i'm trying to know that they're not strong enough to invade america from the outside but they're trying

00:49:41.800 to invade america from the inside by taking over a lot yeah and and nobody has anything to say about

00:49:49.620 it and you know it's not the chinese people they're not bad people and i reiterate this all the time

00:49:54.040 and it's it's not the chinese people it's the ccp and everything that that's bought and owned and 0.72

00:49:59.440 it's is the ccp it's not the chinese people i mean i feel bad for them just as i feel bad for 1.00

00:50:04.260 everybody who's stuck in that tyranny in china right now so it's not the chinese people it's the ccp 1.00

00:50:10.040 i want to make that clear i want to get to your book you've got a new book and it's coming out on

00:50:14.240 october 7th sort of an interesting day i want to get your take on why october 7th uh the new book

00:50:20.560 like i said you can pre-order it now amazon.com in the name of freedom a political dissidence fight

00:50:25.900 for human rights in the nba and around the world uh the link for the book will be in the bio of this

00:50:30.880 episode if you're joining us on rumble youtube it'll be in the description uh pre-order your copies now

00:50:35.780 uh and it's what made you write the book you know what made you come to it and why october 7th

00:50:42.320 the reason i wanted to you know put a book out there to to wait millions of people around the world

00:50:50.040 millions of kids around the world because you know when i started to learn the things that are

00:50:56.860 happening in um around the world middle east or everywhere i was like you know what many people

00:51:03.220 is being brainwashed especially the kids because of the propaganda that coming from these politicians

00:51:08.600 so this book talks about a kid who was from east side of turkey grown up anti-america anti-west anti-semitic

00:51:18.680 right and um and coming to america taking a big risk coming to america and starting a new life

00:51:26.820 here and started to learn about freedom democracy started to learn about why we have why why are we

00:51:37.800 blessed to be in a country like america and then this at the same time obviously it talks about a lot

00:51:42.920 dictatorships i mean if you look at the shoes um that i put that on the cover um you know this i mean

00:51:49.720 obviously the biggest one is the chinese government because what they're doing to the world um it talks 1.00

00:51:55.620 about you know how the chinese government is actually exposing the chinese government um how they

00:52:02.200 are trying to invade from the uh america from the inside by taking over many entities companies and

00:52:07.980 organizations and the the reason actually is october 7 obviously everybody knows what happened in october

00:52:15.980 7 and um i my heart was shattered that day um so i wanted to inspire millions of uh you know muslim kids

00:52:27.740 in middle east and around the world and

00:52:30.140 and

00:52:33.020 and tell him that you know whatever you hear on tiktok whatever you hear on the news whatever you

00:52:41.260 hear on i don't know some of these cropped media outlets it is not true we are all human first it

00:52:48.060 doesn't matter you're jewish you're christian you we are all human first so we need to leave our 0.98

00:52:52.860 difference on the table and trying to find what we have in common you know um so i think this book is

00:52:59.580 going to bring a lot of noise and it is going to expose um obviously mba first uh and many entities

00:53:06.700 and organizations in around the world actually um but i'm really excited about this book actually if

00:53:13.820 you go on amazon right now so many governments well so many dictatorships i will say that is attacking

00:53:20.300 this book and creating this false uh photo cover of the book and trying to uh trick people so they don't

00:53:29.020 buy this book so no we've been getting so much attack on many dictatorships out there but um you

00:53:35.740 know i think you know as an american obviously i put that i put that flag around my shoulder for a

00:53:43.900 reason you know coming here as a legal immigrant waiting for years to get my green card and take my

00:53:52.140 citizenship test to become an american i'm picking up on something here ennis exactly to to do the

00:53:59.420 right thing i think it is important to show every immigrant out there you know so no i'm very excited 1.00

00:54:05.020 about the this book man this is going to bring a lot of noise um so it's it actually talks about i'm

00:54:11.900 the only thing i mean the biggest thing i care about i really want this book to transition every literally

00:54:17.660 every language in middle east and i want kids in middle east to read about it you know because

00:54:23.020 many of many of them are growing up anti-american anti-west anti-semitic just because of those hate

00:54:28.460 speeches come from the government so i hope this book will change a lot while we're on here ennis i just

00:54:33.580 went ahead and folks i just placed my order uh so to show you guys that i'm not that i'm not just out

00:54:39.900 here talking about things that i don't believe in that's my order that i just placed while i was on here

00:54:45.500 with ennis um folks amazon.com in the name of freedom the political dissidents fight for human

00:54:50.860 rights in the nba and around the world and as i really hope the book does well um because you

00:54:56.060 deserve it i mean you've been through so much upside down you have a massive social media presence

00:55:01.260 which you deserve because there needs to be more people out uh in in the realm like you and there's

00:55:07.820 been a few jonathan isaac of the um uh orlando magic another one coming out recently but it's 0.99

00:55:15.260 but it's it's just crazy to me to think that there's still people who kiss the kiss the asses 0.92

00:55:20.620 of the ccp kairi irving there's so many players who wear this brand anta a chinese like don't even 0.97

00:55:27.260 get me started but this is f you to the american people this isn't just hey i'm wearing nike i'm wearing

00:55:32.300 adidas i'm wearing puma they're made in china but it's american company just as equally bad

00:55:37.500 these are people like kairi irving a very sick man i think probably the only basketball player

00:55:42.220 besides dream on green to have cte somehow uh who's out there marketing representing for the ccp this

00:55:49.900 isn't just nike this is you're out here marketing for the ccp what is the chinese people what does 0.90

00:55:56.140 the ccp do to these people that has him so entangled money oh it's all about money man 0.98

00:56:02.460 but doesn't it as a man who's made a lot of money in his life and it's that's exactly what i'm like

00:56:08.940 dude that's exactly what i'm talking about like like for example lebron right he literally just

00:56:13.980 became a billionaire his network is like 1.23 billion dollar like what else do you want that's

00:56:21.420 actually what i wanted like my voice is big is sure well i think about if players like lebron james

00:56:27.900 um i don't know like other nike athletes or whoever joined me i promise you this will create

00:56:35.100 like a huge movement and many things that we are talking about right now will come to an end because

00:56:42.620 of the pressure that they will you know get from these athletes like what else do you want you're a

00:56:47.500 billionaire you made hundreds of millions of dollars in your career and you are set for life you and your

00:56:53.580 your generations you know yeah i'm just confused man and like what else do you want how much money

00:57:01.340 do you want like is it not enough to stand up for the right things you know so you'd mention lebron

00:57:07.980 james i don't think you want a man lebron the the only thing i can think about when i hear lebron james

00:57:12.940 is a video of him on a facetime saying there ain't no party like a diddy party and we all know what

00:57:19.020 happened at the diddy party so i don't think you really want lebron on your side but i think you will

00:57:23.420 maybe start to get some people who come over to the right side and it's before we wrap up i'd be

00:57:28.300 remiss if we didn't talk a little bit about turkey this is where your journey all started

00:57:32.140 about a month ago uh president erdogan i don't even know if you call him president uh president

00:57:37.100 erdogan decided to jail his political opponent okay now in america just about a year ago maybe a little

00:57:44.460 bit over a year ago we went through a very similar process they tried to put a president and a leading

00:57:49.820 contender in jail for 700 years over paying off a porn star um they they in down in brazil they're

00:57:57.020 trying to kill the former president of brazil in venezuela you had a stolen election where the other

00:58:02.220 guy won and maduro tries to exile and get him the hell out of there in russia the same exact thing so

00:58:09.820 now this is all we're seeing this all across the spectrum but these are countries that aren't like

00:58:15.020 america these are corrupt countries but in america we saw the same thing happen do you think america

00:58:21.580 set a bad precedent for the world not that it would have changed what erdogan did to jail his political

00:58:27.340 opponent but do you think america set a bad precedent for the world when they decided to go after a former

00:58:32.540 president and political front runner ennis i promise you it's like a playbook that all the dictators that

00:58:38.060 follow you know that that was a that was a show on netflix it's called like the playbook of like

00:58:44.060 tyrannies or something like that i promise you there's like i feel like it's like a playbook and

00:58:47.980 every dictator is follow the same playbook and like these dictators know doesn't want any kind of like

00:58:55.180 opponents who can actually have enough charisma to get go against like for example turkey right

00:59:01.580 finally it's been like erdogan i think erdogan and kim jong-un is the only

00:59:06.940 leader that has not lost an election ever erdogan has not lost an election over 20 years

00:59:14.460 like election election exactly so so and finally there was a leader who is charismatic enough who

00:59:23.580 is like who can go against them who can actually like can bring the country together what he somehow

00:59:30.620 like so to be able to run for presidency you have to elect this this like a degree from a university

00:59:36.380 this dude calls the university and say you've got to cancel his degree and what they do boom

00:59:42.780 they cancel his degree and now he puts on this like bogus like corruption charges or whatever

00:59:49.740 put him in jail and and now he has like there's no one can go against it i feel like hitler did the

00:59:56.620 same thing you know jail his opponents and kill him or something whatever so like you see like

01:00:01.900 every dictatorship literally following the same playbook but i feel like america needs to

01:00:07.580 take a stronger stand because america when you look at the world it's like a america's an example

01:00:12.860 you know if if things are happening in america the other countries like well if it happens in america

01:00:18.220 we can do it we can do it we're allowed to do it then let's do it so that's why america

01:00:24.140 needs to set it and a good example for the world so people can follow what america is doing yeah and

01:00:31.820 i and i haven't even asked you about your politics because quite frankly i don't care

01:00:35.500 um you know you believe what you believe in you support who you support you're an american citizen

01:00:40.140 now congratulations um but i'm convinced and it's you don't have to agree with me you can in fact

01:00:45.740 disagree with me if you want because this is america and i'm not going to tell you that you can't

01:00:49.660 disagree with me right um that's the right you have as an american that's the right you're afforded

01:00:54.940 here um i'm convinced if donald trump didn't win this last election and it's we'd be going down a

01:01:00.620 hole that i think would be irreversible the wars i think that would sprout out over in the middle east

01:01:08.380 donald trump's keeping in line right now israel and iran i'm not entirely sure israel's i mean going

01:01:13.980 buck wild to bomb iran they want to bring america into it donald trump says we want no part of this

01:01:18.620 yeah as a matter of fact he had people in his administration and it's two weeks ago who said 0.60

01:01:22.860 let's let's pull the trigger let's blow up their nuclear sites donald trump said now these are 0.85

01:01:26.780 people and it's these iranian people that the ayatollah khamenei said he would turn america to ash 0.94

01:01:31.980 to nuclear ashes i think what his exact words are and donald trump said no i want to negotiate with

01:01:37.100 this guy i want to get a deal that'll be lasting for the world that'll ensure world safety and so i'm

01:01:42.860 convinced dennis if this man didn't win on november 5th that we'd be looking at a way different world

01:01:48.460 right now now people can say you know the economy this that give the guy some time but on the world

01:01:52.860 stage people don't realize everything that goes on behind the scenes and it's to ensure that america

01:01:58.540 and the world are safe no for sure man america was a laughing stack was stuck for the last one

01:02:04.060 whatever years but i feel like america is back on the right track now i feel like we just you know

01:02:10.540 i mean sending iran six billion dollars and and negotiating with terror i don't know anyway i don't

01:02:16.860 want to get too much politics but america wasn't out what was a laughing stock but but i think you

01:02:21.340 know america's back on right track and i mean i mean listen but it's all about the world peace man

01:02:27.100 i mean we got to do whatever we can to somehow just stop um these crazy people who literally wants to

01:02:36.460 blow up the entire uh the people who doesn't agree with them you know so i'm excited that's all i can 0.50

01:02:46.380 say america is back on right track there's a joke shoot first ask questions later donald trump's the

01:02:52.060 absolute opposite ask questions first and shoot later and i'm you know i'm glad to see that uh

01:02:56.860 i like diplomacy and it says a man who's come from a country who's involved in uh conflicts around the 0.99

01:03:02.540 world i you know all i was when i got into politics and all i was used to was let's blow this damn thing 0.82

01:03:08.540 up blow this thing up blow this thing up and then i've looked because donald trump came in in 2016 and 0.92

01:03:13.660 said we shouldn't have done this we shouldn't have done that and i look and i look at what america

01:03:18.300 america is no saint dennis i look at what we did to uh iraq i look at what we did to afghanistan i look

01:03:24.540 at what we did to syria and what do we have to show for it we overthrew governments we overthrew

01:03:29.900 everything over there we ruined their society those people have every right to hate the american people

01:03:34.860 okay what we did to their societies and it's not the american people like i said to you before it's not

01:03:39.340 the chinese people it's what our government it's what our senators a lot of them still sitting there

01:03:43.820 lindsey graham john bolton former uh ambassador these people all they want is war because it's

01:03:49.740 money it goes right back into their pockets what america has done on the world stage is despicable

01:03:54.780 and nobody would have known about it ennis if donald trump didn't bring it to the mainstream in 2016 and

01:04:00.060 say we should have never been in iraq we should have never been in afghanistan there's a right and a wrong 1.00

01:04:05.980 way go ahead no no i agree with you man like i said again it's all about the peace uh it's all

01:04:11.980 about the world peace so uh like i said again i'm excited i'm definitely excited and it's i want

01:04:17.980 to give you the last word here the book again in the name of freedom a political dissonance fight

01:04:22.380 for human rights in the nba and around the world folks you can pre-order it now uh do it before the

01:04:37.660 just want to say thank you to america first you know because they gave me a home give me a big

01:04:42.540 family and then a lot of people reaching out to me and say listen man i'm not an nba player i don't

01:04:47.180 have millions of followers what do i do like it's literally that simple you know first buy the book

01:04:53.020 obviously second you pick up an item and it says made in china put it down it's literally that

01:04:58.380 simple so one can make a huge difference i don't care if you're an nba player or whoever you are but

01:05:04.380 um we only have one country to live in man america because if the thing to god put america aside if

01:05:10.220 the world's superpower is china instead of america oh my goodness you do not wanna hear or what i have

01:05:16.700 to say about that one so i feel like it's just um we have one country to live in and we gotta do

01:05:49.740 everything he's given up a lot of money to speak out against the abuses of the ccp and the turkish 1.00

01:05:56.940 government and even abuses here here in america we need more people like ennis on the world stage
