00:00:42.120 are off to a great start and you all had a great and blessed weekend a lot of news to get to today

00:00:47.100 in just a few moments we're going to be joined by a fan favorite the great roger stone pick up

00:00:53.220 everything that happened over the weekend everything that's happening this week but first i want to get

00:00:58.340 to a very touching sunday that happened uh in arizona the memorial for the great charlie kirk

00:01:04.960 attended to by president trump almost his whole entire cabinet if not the entire cabinet uh tens of

00:01:12.560 thousands of americans traveling from across the united states to pay tribute to a man who gave so much

00:01:18.740 to the maga movement gave so much to this country to ensure donald trump uh did the best he possibly

00:01:24.520 could uh in this past election and in 2020 so it was their duty to go pay tribute and pay respect

00:01:31.980 to charlie i want to bring you some of my favorite and much most touching moments that i think you are

00:01:37.560 all going to love if you didn't get the chance to to catch it over the weekend i started with jd vance

00:01:43.120 jd vice president jd vance reminding us all what charlie wanted from this movement and charlie wanted

00:01:48.220 for this country and what we must do now in charlie's honor i've seen so many of you say so many on

00:01:55.500 social media talk about for charlie we must do this for charlie for charlie we will speak the truth

00:02:03.440 every single day

00:02:04.640 for charlie for charlie we will rebuild this united states of america to greatness

00:02:18.220 for charlie we will never shrink we will never cower and we will never falter even when staring down the

00:02:31.100 barrel of a gun

00:02:32.100 for charlie we will remember that it is better to stand on our feet defending the united states of america

00:02:47.200 and defending the truth than it is to die on our knees

00:02:50.920 my friends for charlie we must remember that he is a hero to the united states of america

00:03:03.540 and he is a martyr for the christian faith may our heavenly father give us the courage to live

00:03:09.960 as charlie lived that is what we must do for charlie you ran a good race my friend i love you

00:03:17.460 we've got it from here thank you very touching message from vice president janey vance and it

00:03:23.740 only got more touching when secretary of state marco rubio uh got up on the stage and reminded us

00:03:29.860 what we all must remember one of the things he wants us to take away from this from all of this

00:03:35.840 is the following his deep belief that we were all created every single one of us before the beginning

00:03:43.660 of time by the hands of the god of the universe an all-powerful god who loved us and created us

00:03:50.240 for the purpose of living with him in eternity but then sin entered the world and separated us from

00:03:55.640 our creator and so god took on the form of a man and came down and lived among us and he suffered like

00:04:02.980 men and he died like a man but on the third day he rose unlike any mortal man and then

00:04:11.780 and to prove any doubters wrong he ate with his disciples so they could see and they touched his

00:04:20.140 wounds he didn't rise as a ghost or as a spirit but his flesh and then he rose to the heaven but he

00:04:26.620 promised he would return and he will and when he returns because he took on that death because he

00:04:33.320 carried that cross we were freed from the sin that separated us from him and when he returns there will

00:04:38.580 be a new heaven and a new earth and we will all be together and we are going to have a great reunion

00:04:44.520 there again with charlie and all the people we love thank you and god bless you

00:04:49.660 an absolutely touching speech from secretary of state marco rubio who i have to say has

00:04:59.800 just impressed me day after day after day in the job he's done the long way he's come since 2016

00:05:06.900 uh and all the shortcomings i mean i'm so beyond impressed with that man and who he's turned into

00:05:14.420 and i hope he keeps it up and he continues the great work that he's done lastly president

00:05:19.480 trump gave an absolutely rousing speech over 45 minutes long uh remembering his good friend

00:05:25.540 charlie and all the work uh and all the great things he did for this maga movement that

00:05:30.620 got president trump uh three victories in three different elections 2016 2020 and 2024 obviously

00:05:38.260 2020 was stolen from him but we call it three elections uh that were won on the on this uh in

00:05:44.860 this great country take a listen to president trump's trump's uh thoughts and words for charlie

00:05:49.620 every single american should take a long hard look at the twisted soul and dark spirit of anyone who 0.79

00:05:56.660 would want to kill a young man as good as charlie to kill anybody but to kill a man like this he didn't 0.95

00:06:04.340 deserve this he didn't deserve this our country didn't deserve this and anyone who would 0.98

00:06:08.920 make excuses for it are just out of their mind charlie's murder was not just an attack on

00:06:18.300 one man or one movement it was an attack on our entire nation that was a horrible attack on

00:06:26.440 the united states of america it was an assault on our most sacred liberties and god-given rights the gun

00:06:33.560 was pointed at him but the bullet was aimed at all of us that bullet was aimed at every one of us

00:06:39.380 indeed charlie was killed for expressing the very ideas that virtually everyone in this arena and

00:06:45.820 most other places throughout our country deeply believed in but the assassin failed in his quest

00:06:53.760 because charlie's message has not been silenced it now is bigger and better and stronger than ever

00:07:01.340 before and it's not even close president trump is absolutely correct that message is 100 percent

00:07:10.780 bigger and stronger than ever before turning point usa announcing this morning uh that there'll be a

00:07:17.500 tour continuing for turning point usa they'll be joined um on the campus tours by various uh political

00:07:24.720 figures tucker carlson megan kelly among others to continue on uh in charlie's mission in making

00:07:31.040 america great again and charlie's mission informing america about the marxist democrats and about the

00:07:37.580 left and their war on american and as president trump their war in america and as president trump so

00:07:43.020 eloquently put it their war on all of us that shot was taken at charlie but that shot is taken at all of

00:07:49.120 us uh in doing so so absolutely touching speeches uh throughout that entire event uh after president

00:07:57.380 trump departed that event he jumped on to um air force one to head back to washington dc

00:08:03.680 and of course as he always does because he's the most transparent president this country has ever seen

00:08:10.120 uh he gave a few words to the media about how deranged the marxist left really is so i asked you 0.96

00:08:20.300 what did the democrats stand for at this point i think chaos confusion anger they're losers

00:08:28.960 uh they don't even want to extend the you know the opening we have a very successful country 0.84

00:08:36.900 if we gave them everything they wanted they're deranged if we gave them everything they wanted

00:08:42.700 they wouldn't extend in my opinion you know they say oh they want to meet with me it's nonsense but

00:08:47.340 i'll meet with them but no they're uh angry and they took a big loss and they're doing worse now

00:08:55.580 than they were during the election so they're really they're doing very badly i don't i don't think

00:09:00.960 actually i think they stand for chaos they stand for nothing he's absolutely right and that's uh

00:09:09.120 one of the points i try to make here every day on this show the democrats really do stand for

00:09:13.600 nothing they have nothing going for them they have no new ideas uh they bring nothing new to the

00:09:18.900 table they haven't for as long as i can remember stolen ideas and lies and it's the reason i believe

00:09:29.480 the marxist democratic party uh is going to implode now if it happens in the next week or month or year

00:09:37.020 i'm not sure but with all these socialists now looking to take office as mom donnie zohan mondami

00:09:44.880 will be doing i as i believe in november just about a month and a few days away um the democratic

00:09:54.360 party it's on a collision course uh that i think eventually will come sooner rather than later

00:09:59.760 another point that happened over the weekend i think was one that wasn't really expected at least it

00:10:06.700 wasn't on my bingo card and it was president trump reuniting with a former friend turned foe

00:10:13.700 elon musk take a look at this the two uh chatting uh at the uh charlie kirk event

00:10:21.300 ladies and gentlemen please welcome secretary

00:10:29.400 pretty uh pretty interesting president trump is uh is elon back is america back is this relationship

00:10:38.160 repaired now uh it was reported according to someone who was at the meeting there that elon

00:10:43.960 musk went up to a few people after the event and said we must all unite paraphrasing of course what he

00:10:51.900 said we must all unite if we're divided this country's divided so it may seem elon musk is coming 0.99

00:10:58.700 back into the picture which i think is a good thing um i've said all along as long as he apologizes

00:11:04.580 to president trump a sincere apology for the things that he said to him publicly which he shouldn't have

00:11:09.080 done i think it's a relationship that should be repaired i think uh they complimented each other

00:11:14.840 great for the time they were together president trump i think uh really dearly loved his friendship

00:11:20.840 and the relationship they had and um it was a great one and it was one that i think like i said

00:11:27.600 should be repaired and uh it's for the betterment of america and it's i think what charlie kirk would

00:11:32.200 want president trump over the weekend also expressing his disdain in what appears to be a text message that

00:11:40.140 should have been sent to pam bondy but was posted on truth social by accident or was it really an accident

00:11:46.540 we're going to take that up with the great roger stone on the other side of this quick break folks

00:11:50.400 the great america show continues in just one moment happy monday folks please stay with us we're coming

00:11:54.760 right back i promise

00:11:55.720 roger happy monday there's no other way that i'd rather start my week than seeing your beautiful face

00:12:06.760 and having you here on the great america show uh roger as always a delight to see you we skipped last week

00:12:12.660 the first time and since i took over this podcast by the way over a year ago that you weren't on the show

00:12:18.040 so i was very upset i had a very rough weekend without you but we've got you here now so

00:12:22.520 i've gotta i've gotta get to the issues at hand president trump over the weekend uh posting something

00:12:28.060 interesting on truth social some are saying it was a text that was meant to be sent to pam bondy

00:12:32.520 i'm not entirely sure but it reads as follows for the folks who are joining us on audio

00:12:37.340 pam i have reviewed over 30 statements and posts saying that essentially the same old story

00:12:42.260 last time all talk no action nothing is being done what about comey adam shifty schiff letitia

00:12:49.280 they're all guilty as hell but nothing is going to be done then we almost put a democrat supported

00:12:55.140 u.s attorney in virginia with a really bad republican past a woke rhino who has never been going to do

00:13:02.340 never was going to do his job that's why the two of the worst dem senators pushed him so hard

00:13:07.700 he even lied to the media and said he quit and that we had no case no i fired him and there's a

00:13:13.920 great case and many lawyers and legal pundits say so lindsey halligan is a really good lawyer and likes

00:13:19.460 you a lot we can't delay any longer it's killing our reputation and credibility they impeached me

00:13:24.840 twice and indicted me five times over nothing justice must be served now president djt so roger

00:13:32.320 they say this was a text message meant to be sent to her maybe it was sent to her or maybe it's

00:13:36.060 donald trump being donald trump what do you think well it would not be the first time the president

00:13:42.100 has sent a message over true social uh for someone to get in this case i think we have to review the

00:13:49.620 situation but we now know finally definitively thanks to tulsi gabbard and the disclosures uh in her

00:13:58.300 role as director of national intelligence uh that the entire russian collusion hoax was born

00:14:05.040 in a july 2017 meeting uh in the oval office uh with barack obama running the meeting joe biden was

00:14:14.620 there susan rice the national security advisor was there james clapper then the director of national

00:14:22.360 national intelligence was there john brennan the cia director was there james comey the fbi director

00:14:29.200 was there there may be others i'm leaving out but those are the that's the that's the central cabal

00:14:35.460 and it was there that the entire russian collusion hoax was cooked up in order to rationalize it john

00:14:45.260 brennan pushed for the inclusion of the so-called steel dossier uh in president obama obama's intelligence

00:14:54.000 assessment uh he knew at the time that the steel dossier was a fraud he knew that the claim that

00:15:01.660 donald trump had dallied with russian prostitutes in moscow while visiting as a private businessman uh and 0.95

00:15:10.040 that uh the uh that they had watched these prostitutes allegedly urinate on a hotel room bed that barack 1.00

00:15:18.840 obama had once uh uh occupied the whole thing was a fraud it was a complete fugazi in fact uh it was

00:15:26.640 paid for by hillary clinton's campaign she tried to disguise those payments as legal fees she later paid 1.00

00:15:33.800 substantial fine to the federal election commission so what we have here is the greatest single dirty

00:15:41.200 trick in american politics it was an effort to undo the 2016 election uh the democrat establishment was

00:15:49.520 in shock over donald trump's election because it was so improbable wasn't supposed to happen here you

00:15:55.420 have bill and hillary clinton two of the most experienced presidential campaigners in history they had

00:16:01.500 worked together on george mcgovern's campaign they had run all of bill's successful campaigns including

00:16:08.220 his come from behind re-election campaign she had run for president uh once before losing to barack obama so

00:16:16.500 they knew more about this here you had this brash uh outspoken businessman from new york who they

00:16:24.260 foolishly regarded like a caricature they they never saw him coming and of course

00:16:31.140 the time was exactly right the american people were sick of dynasties whether it was the bush dynasty 0.98

00:16:37.080 or the clinton dynasty the american people were sick of politics as usual they were sick of politicians

00:16:43.540 they were really sick of both party establishments so donald trump comes on the scene with exactly the

00:16:50.320 right message at exactly the right time and with exactly the right amount of independence from this whole

00:16:57.440 swampy washington system wins a smashing victory which surprises the political media establishment

00:17:05.780 and surprises uh the democrat machine so they immediately begin to figure out two things one

00:17:13.420 how do they hide their own crimes because they know trump's about to take office and they know that the

00:17:19.320 circle around hillary clinton has made millions out of their relationships with the oligarchs around

00:17:25.940 putin speaking specifically of course uh particularly about the uranium deal the uranium one deal

00:17:32.560 so how do they cover their own crimes plus try to discredit and actually remove donald trump from office

00:17:40.920 and thus the russian collusion hoax is born now uh i end up being collateral damage in this so is my

00:17:48.320 good friend general michael flynn but their real goal is not us we're just trump supporters the real goal

00:17:54.380 is trump themselves for it's been many years now uh that you've had great investigative reporters like

00:18:02.180 lee smith and paul sperry uh and john solomon and others who have over time uncovered all the elements of

00:18:12.320 this also cash patel devin nunez when republicans were in the majority in the house intelligence committee

00:18:19.160 they uncovered it uh but the media continued to treat this as if it was a conspiracy theory

00:18:26.800 they continue to say oh no the russians definitely interfered ultimately the hoaxters uh in the russian

00:18:35.820 collusion hoax uh who use the rationale of the uh steel dossier which i addressed also the false claim

00:18:45.340 that the democrat national committee has been the target of an online hack uh by russian intelligence

00:18:51.960 they use that to run the greatest scam in american history now thanks to telsey gabbard we know

00:18:58.500 it is no longer investigative journalism it is no longer conjecture is no longer partisan speculation

00:19:05.980 it's a stone cold fact and now the president rightfully wants to know is anybody going to be punished for

00:19:14.120 this these people engaged in seditious conspiracy uh specifically seditious conspiracy to engage in

00:19:24.260 treason and john i thought this was one of the most effective parts of the memorial service for

00:19:31.120 charlie kirk yesterday when steven miller correctly said this isn't a conspiracy that ended in 2017

00:19:38.240 this is a conspiracy that continues to this day right on through the raid on mar-a-lago uh right on

00:19:47.060 through the most recent presidential election continues to this day uh and therefore we have to hope

00:19:53.960 uh that the attorney general pam bondy who i know well and who i like uh has in panel a grand jury

00:19:59.960 hopefully several and has uh empowered a prosecutor to begin taking the evidence which

00:20:07.380 tulsi gabbard has at her fingertips um start to present it to a grand jury so that there are

00:20:14.340 indictments for seditious conspiracy for at a minimum comey clapper brennan uh rice uh and i think

00:20:23.500 samantha powers as well you know the other thing i gotta add there's so much there to get unpacked and

00:20:28.400 we're gonna do it all uh to add it may still be going on inside the administration leo terrell tweeted

00:20:33.400 out over the weekend um that there's people right now inside the administration working to undermine

00:20:38.120 president trump he works for the doj in the civil rights division so for him to be saying that maybe

00:20:43.380 it's going on inside the doj i don't know i'm just going off of what he said so if that's the case and

00:20:48.680 what steven miller says is true till this second right now not just up to the mar-a-lago raid um back

00:20:55.700 to what you said about the dynasties of uh george and um george bush and and the clinton family

00:21:01.320 very interesting you say that i'll never forget i don't know if you remember brad parscale president

00:21:05.740 trump's initial campaign manager he came out and said something about uh dynasties and the trump

00:21:11.780 family being a dynasty roger i will never forget to this day lou dobbs came out to my desk and said

00:21:18.120 get me on the phone with brad parscale right now he got brad parscale on the phone and absolutely 1.00

00:21:23.360 leveled him he said you never speak something so stupid again the dynasties are dead in this country 0.99

00:21:28.100 there'll never be another dynasty dynasties are tied to exactly what you said the bush family and 1.00

00:21:32.720 the clinton family there's no trump dynasty here and brad parscale all six foot six of him crumbled

00:21:38.400 down into a little bowl and uh and couldn't take the heat from lou dobbs i just had to tell that story

00:21:43.220 because it was absolutely just amazing to see lou's fury and how he handled it um there is john this

00:21:50.600 crazy call it a narrative maybe a theory that if we hold the democrats accountable now 0.83

00:21:58.020 if we're mean to them when they get back to power bullshit they'll be mean to us this seems to 0.98

00:22:05.380 misunderstand that they have already tried to destroy us they've already tried to bankrupt 0.98

00:22:10.340 donald trump tried to keep him off the ballot in all 50 states tried to send him to jail tried to

00:22:15.960 send general flynn to jail tried to send me to jail uh succeeded in sending paul manafort to jail

00:22:22.560 so this idea that they will give quarter if quarter is now given is an absurdity the point is you have

00:22:30.340 them dead to rights let's take letitia james because the president mentioned her in his post on 1.00

00:22:36.380 hold on one second roger before we get to that i i want to spend time because you're one of the the

00:22:41.240 people who uncovered this whole letitia james thing so i do want to spend time on that before we get to

00:22:45.500 that i i want to talk about the accountability aspect that you just mentioned months ago we were told

00:22:51.220 about grand jury impanelment i did a show on it we we did a title on it i had people coming to me

00:22:55.720 writing and trolling me saying there's no grand jury you're a liar you're doing this for clickbait

00:23:00.240 this is months ago now there's no clickbait there we were told grand jury grand juries were impaneled

00:23:05.800 there's still absolutely nothing going on there was to your point about going easy on the democrats now

00:23:12.860 this is 10 years in the making the democrats have went on against the republicans okay so as you said

00:23:18.420 there's nothing there they're never going to relent they want us all dead that's a fact there's no

00:23:23.400 hyperbole about it they want us literally dead look at charlie kirk as an example he's a martyr for what

00:23:28.880 he stood for okay now that we've got that out of the way how can the republicans expect to win roger

00:23:34.440 when there is no accountability donald trump and one of his biggest demises this is one of the few

00:23:39.660 things i disagree with him on let hillary clinton free in 2016 and look at what he got in return

00:23:45.120 he got spit on in his face literally indicted five times 700 years in jail if he lost this election

00:23:52.120 you can bet your bottom dollar he'd be in jail right now well let's be very clear he's still facing jail

00:23:58.440 today and one of those georgia yeah one of those fraudulent new york cases and georgia in georgia if 0.85

00:24:04.540 those cases are not ultimately overturned uh or dismissed uh which is of course an absurdity in

00:24:12.000 new york case alvin bragg the manhattan prosecutor couldn't even delineate the underlying crime

00:24:18.700 so i mean that's a that's a farce uh yet it's still hanging out there i don't trust the new york

00:24:26.320 state court of appeals although they didn't come up with the correct uh judgment on the financial case

00:24:32.780 uh but it but did that i think kind of does lead us to letitia james let's be clear the very same week

00:24:39.940 that she has donald trump on trial in manhattan under a state law in which no one has ever been

00:24:46.920 charged in the history of the state claiming that he has overvalued his assets to make large real

00:24:55.100 estate development loans all of which he paid back with interest on time get garnering 40 million dollars

00:25:01.820 for the lender by the way uh she now says that the mortgage fraud that she engaged in the same week

00:25:10.380 where she basically said that a mortgage that she was obtaining in virginia would be her principal 0.76

00:25:18.080 legal residence this is not a fill in the blank form that she inadvertently signed by mistake this is a

00:25:25.520 this is a written sworn document witnessed by two people in the attorney general's office

00:25:30.500 two attorneys so three attorneys are involved in the uh in the signature but it's not it is not just

00:25:37.640 that one crime she's got a 43 year crime spree where virtually every mortgage that she's engaged in 1.00

00:25:46.440 had some fraudulent aspect in her very first mortgage she claimed that her father was her husband

00:25:52.780 in order to be able to use her father's balance sheet in order to qualify for the mortgage uh so

00:25:58.860 it's it shows on the the the deed correctly as father and daughter but it shows on the mortgage as

00:26:05.560 man and wife that's a fraud fraud that if you or i did john we'd go to jail then she she buys a a 1.00

00:26:13.460 a uh investment property she obtains a mortgage for an investment property but she qualifies for a

00:26:20.560 amp loan a specific loan that is designed for investment properties but they have to be four

00:26:26.120 units or less her property has five units but she says in the application in all the forms that it has

00:26:33.580 four units to illegally and improperly qualify for that mortgage she has additional mortgages that never 1.00

00:26:40.940 show up on her state required disclosure forms which she has to fill out as attorney general of the

00:26:47.800 state of new york and then this is just supposition on my part but it's pretty logical uh if in fact

00:26:54.780 her mortgage in virginia the one she took out i think the same week trump was on trial uh is indeed

00:27:01.580 fraudulent then you have the downstream crimes of how did she report that on her income taxes uh did she 1.00

00:27:08.440 engage in insurance fraud uh in insuring that property and then we learned that she's actually 1.00

00:27:14.900 harboring her niece who is a uh who is a fugitive from justice wanted on several criminal warrants

00:27:22.780 in north carolina in that home uh in virginia so here you have the highest law enforcement official

00:27:29.820 in the state of bjork harboring a known criminal in a property that i think she obtained the mortgage for

00:27:36.920 illegally and the media abc particularly but the washington post the new york times as well

00:27:42.740 continue to claim that there's no crime here and that this is an example of trump weaponizing uh the

00:27:49.560 judicial system against his political enemies this is rank alinskyism always accuse your political

00:27:57.720 opponents and enemies of doing exactly that which you yourself are doing that's what they're doing

00:28:03.680 okay you've just laid out one case against latisha james there's a case to be made against adam schiff i mean

00:28:16.200 i go all the way up to the to the level of treason for what this man has perpetrated

00:28:20.540 james comey clearly the same crimes uh if not worse john brennan james clapper you've got all these people roger

00:28:28.200 the cases were being built against these people trump's first time around because they committed

00:28:32.400 these crimes trump's first time around okay so now we're looking at 2016 to 2020 even if you want to

00:28:37.740 put the time on at the end of 2020 which is an ongoing conspiracy you're five years down the road

00:28:42.220 they've been looking into these cases for five plus years what is taking so long to bring charges or

00:28:48.320 indictments against these people either they did something wrong or they did nothing wrong if they did

00:28:52.460 nothing wrong i want pam bondier cash patel to come out and exonerate these people otherwise bring the 0.86

00:28:57.360 damn charges and get this thing over with well john i can't disagree with you although i think the

00:29:02.960 good news is from a legal perspective i'm not a lawyer but the lawyers i do respect god because this is an 0.99

00:29:09.760 ongoing conspiracy uh that this trial can ultimately be held uh in florida where the raid on mar-a-lago

00:29:17.720 is one of the most primary events uh involved in the conspiracy because we both know that any trial in dc

00:29:26.040 uh where the constitution uh where the constitution the rules the law the facts the evidence none of

00:29:32.200 these things matter we saw this recently uh in the case of dr lisa crook i mean dr lisa crook pardon me

00:29:40.680 uh the federal reserve board governor previously uh accused of plagiarism uh she did the exact same thing

00:29:49.060 so she said that a uh that a residence in ann arbor michigan was her principal legal residence

00:29:56.700 therefore she got a state tax reduction she got a lower mortgage rate she got a lower insurance rate

00:30:02.040 and then just two weeks later she claimed that a property in outside of atlanta was her principal

00:30:09.700 legal residence once again she got a state uh tax deduction uh or rate she got a lower mortgage rate

00:30:17.840 she got a lower insurance rate now these this happened two weeks apart so it's unlikely that

00:30:23.060 she forgot that she'd already declared declared the first property to her to be her principal legal

00:30:29.260 residence when she claimed that her second property was what outrages me is the president i think

00:30:36.560 correctly terminates her as a federal reserve board governor because under the law he can do so

00:30:42.760 for cause okay now it's interesting just from the point of view of precedent you've had past

00:30:49.280 federal reserve board governors who have resigned the position just when there are allegations against

00:30:55.120 them uh before there were any formal charges or a formal referral to the department of justice

00:31:01.620 they had the good sense to resign i believe there even one for federal reserve board governor uh

00:31:07.620 pardon me chairman resigned uh under investigation but dr crook i mean dr crook uh sued uh donald trump

00:31:16.920 claiming that he did not have the authority to terminate her that's very interesting of course she sued in the

00:31:22.780 district of columbia then the clerk of the courts one angela caesar referred this case to judge

00:31:31.260 jia cobb now judge jia cobb just raised ruled against donald trump in an in an immigration related case she's wrong

00:31:40.520 about that too that that ruling will be overturned but it turns out that judge cobb is a sorority sister

00:31:48.140 of dr cook's they're in the same black women's college sorority which to me is a stunning conflict of 0.78

00:31:57.780 interest and she should have recused herself what's disappointing to me is not just that she didn't

00:32:02.700 recuse herself by the way i don't think she would have uh in my case i removed i moved several times 0.63

00:32:09.300 my lawyers moved out the judge recuse herself based on biased comments she made against me before i've 0.99

00:32:15.060 been found guilty uh but she refused no surprise there uh would have been a would have been a major

00:32:21.080 major factor in my appeal if i'd not gotten a fall in unconditional pardon uh but in this case

00:32:28.600 i would have moved to recuse her even though she probably would not have recused herself just for 0.79

00:32:34.240 the public record to recognize that her not surprising ruling that the president didn't have

00:32:40.420 the authority to fire dr cook uh who then went on to vote uh on the federal reserve board meeting last

00:32:47.720 week where they cut interest rates a paltry quarter of a point when they should have cut it far more

00:32:55.080 substantially so um then of course the dc court of appeals that's the same court that upheld

00:33:01.740 essentially the illegal gag order on me uh placed by a trial court judge uh they upheld the ruling by

00:33:11.300 judge cobb which will now go to the u.s supreme court where i think the president's authority

00:33:16.580 to fire the federal reserve board governor will finally be properly upheld yeah as it should

00:33:23.280 roger it's always a delight to talk to you before we wrap up i want to get your take on

00:33:27.140 uh the uh the beautiful memorial we saw over the weekend for charlie and uh i guess the tribute that

00:33:32.680 was paid to a man who who was great to the maga movement well you know i didn't know charlie

00:33:38.680 kirk all that well uh he actually reached out to me after the fbi stunningly did their made for

00:33:45.700 cnn raid on my home at six o'clock in the morning he told me then he didn't believe there was any

00:33:51.040 russian collusion he knew that i was collateral damage that i was being prosecuted in order to

00:33:57.300 pressure me to testify falsely against the president and charlie became both a public and a private

00:34:03.320 advocate of for clemency in my case an advocate for the full pardon that the president ultimately

00:34:09.060 uh gave me uh and i spoke at his conferences uh and i think he was uh uh he was an amazing amazing

00:34:17.380 individual now he did uh confide me that he had political aspirations he was thinking about a race

00:34:24.100 for governor of arizona he was thinking ultimately about a potential race for governor uh for president

00:34:30.980 pardon me and i must tell you john now looking at it um it's very clear to me that he had the faith

00:34:37.900 uh and the courage and the principles and the drive and most importantly the discipline to be not just

00:34:45.900 a great presidential candidate but i think he could have been a great president on the other hand uh and

00:34:52.480 this is small solace at this moment i do think he's going to go down with with barry goldwater with

00:34:59.920 ronald reagan with donald trump as one of the absolute giants of the conservative movement and he's going

00:35:07.320 to go down as one of the key factors in the massive political realignment that's going on in this

00:35:13.300 country in which common sense democrats and independents are rallying to not the republican

00:35:20.020 party but to donald trump as a figure of incredible common sense charlie kirk poured money that he raised

00:35:28.840 into those swing states where they didn't use the money for television advertising or cable advertising or

00:35:36.220 or digital advertising they used it for door-to-door shoe leather door knocking old-fashioned turn out

00:35:44.860 the vote politics which i think made the crucial difference in the closing days of that race

00:35:50.280 you're absolutely right roger stone hosted the stone zone roger you got a great show i'm sure lined

00:36:15.200 from the weekend to cover we're going to be covering the great tributes to charlie kirk i must say by the

00:36:20.500 way uh it'd be very hard to say who gave the best speech when the president gave a truly great speech

00:36:26.440 secretary of state rubio gave a great great speech that's what i've ever heard of he's been my home

00:36:32.100 state senator for a number of years tulsi gabbard was also great but then i thought don jr gave one

00:36:39.380 of the lightest but also one of the best speeches of the entire event so if you haven't had a chance

00:36:44.100 to see it urge people to go do so it was a very tough night uh watching all that i mean i i know many

00:36:50.520 people in the arena were crying it brought a tear to my eye my wife was crying it was a was a poignant
