00:02:08.920 You've been through everything. Unimaginable circumstances, unimaginable situation. You're
00:02:15.020 only 22 years old. Let's talk a little bit about what you went through, the experience,
00:02:20.080 and where you're at right now in life.
00:02:21.760 Yeah, absolutely. So five years ago on August 25th, 2020, I was attacked violently by Antifa,
00:02:28.120 and they tried to kill me. I was put on trial by the entire political machine, and I got to see
00:02:33.580 the inside of the prosecution on how they will try to take somebody's life away from them after they
00:02:38.840 were brutally attacked on the street, and I was forced to defend myself. I had the full force of
00:02:44.360 the government coming after me, and I won. I beat the government. After that, I went on to promote
00:02:50.660 the Second Amendment, and I took a little bit of a hiatus, and now we're here.
00:02:55.040 So you went through everything, the Black Lives Matter movement. We saw, I mean, if any of these
00:03:01.440 people prosecuted for any of the crimes they committed, burning down police stations, looting,
00:03:07.860 lighting everything on fire that they got in their way.

00:03:12.120 Right. Yet you, they tried to make an example out of you, a kid, who was sitting there simply
00:03:18.480 protecting a friend's business. What do you say to the people who, like you, have been persecuted,
00:03:26.120 not prosecuted, persecuted, for doing nothing wrong, as you watch BLM walk the streets, still
00:03:33.280 continue to walk the streets, Antifa walk the streets, and there is no repercussions for
00:03:38.660 anything these people do?
00:03:41.140 I mean, you see no accountability with the left. Five years ago in 2020, Antifa was burning
00:03:46.780 our country down. In 2021, we saw January 6th on how the FBI attacked Americans and went
00:03:54.100 after Americans for peacefully protesting and going into our house, the Capitol, our house.
00:03:59.780 Yet nobody came after the people in the riots. We saw no persecutions. We saw no prosecutions
00:04:06.100 of anybody that was burning our American cities down, and that's the left for you, the violent, 0.81
00:04:10.800 extreme left.
00:04:12.220 Tell me what it does to a kid your age when you're going through that. I mean, you're a kid.

00:04:35.160 Well, I lost complete faith in our judicial system. I believe in our jury system. I do not believe
00:04:41.460 in our judicial system. I see what's happening today. I see how violent the left is now compared
00:04:48.500 to five years ago, and it's only gotten worse. And I'm just hoping to see accountability now with
00:04:53.660 the new DOJ and FBI, but I'm not hopeful because they are the ABC agencies.
00:04:59.760 Did you ever take or try to take civil action towards these folks who came after you,
00:05:04.520 towards the organizations who tried to destroy you beyond repair?
00:05:11.460 It was something we looked into, but we weren't able to pursue it because the court said I was a
00:05:17.660 public figure at the time just for being filmed of being attacked. They made me a limited purpose
00:05:22.540 public figure on August 25th, 2020. So I had no way of going after the media. And that's another
00:05:28.580 weapon that the left used against me with these sorrow funded judges and the sorrow funded media that
00:05:34.060 tried to take my life away from me, tried to destroy me in the court of public opinion and the court of
00:05:39.120 law. But hey, I won, and I came out in first place.
00:05:41.980 And we're thankful. We're thankful to God.

00:06:29.020 in prison right now. Jack Posobiec was right by my side through my entire trial, releasing all of the facts
00:06:34.860 and evidence because the fake news media refused to put out the videos of me being violently attacked,
00:06:40.620 refused to talk about me being ambushed, refused to talk about how the violent left Antifa criminals
00:06:47.340 tried to take my life away from me.
00:06:49.980 So you're now 22 years old, as I said, which when I was 22 years old, I can't even tell you what I was
00:06:56.500 doing. I probably wasn't doing anything honorable or right. I was just finishing college.

00:07:27.680 wife, the love of my life. And now on September 10th, when Charlie Kirk was murdered on live
00:07:34.300 TV, I made the decision to get back in the fight and pick up the mic for Charlie Kirk because
00:07:39.400 we are all Charlie Kirk.
00:07:41.820 You're absolutely right. And a big round of applause for Charlie Kirk and everything he's
00:07:46.100 done. This beautiful organization that he's formed. You know, you really don't realize what
00:07:52.120 you have until it's gone, Kyle. And we watched all of that happen to Kyle, as you said, live
00:07:57.720 right in front of our eyes. And you still have people on the left try to justify because
00:08:02.880 of his political beliefs. Last week, we saw this poor woman working in Target, an elderly 0.98
00:08:07.200 lady get chastised for wearing a Charlie Kirk shirt. What are we to do with this intolerant
00:08:14.100 left where they've made normalized killing people? They've normalized doxing people. They've normalized
00:08:21.060 trying to ruin people's lives. They've normalized trying to assassinate a president two times.
00:08:26.560 What are we to do as Americans? I mean, what more do we have to do?
00:08:32.120 We have seen how violent the left gets. It will not stop until we fight, fight, fight.

00:13:06.040 The interview landed like a political grenade inside the Democratic circles because Hunter Biden
00:13:10.760 openly contradicted the core immigration posture that his father's administration was responsible for.
00:13:19.580 Now, while Biden's White House spent four years insisting the border was secure,
00:13:25.480 Hunter acknowledged what millions of Americans have lived with.
00:13:29.120 Unchecked illegal immigration.
00:13:31.880 Immigration drains public resources, displaces priorities away from veterans and working-class citizens like you and I. 0.93
00:13:40.460 Now, during Joe Biden's presidency, you all know illegal immigration surged
00:13:44.320 to levels never seen before in U.S. history.
00:13:47.400 According to U.S. CBP numbers, during Joe Biden's administration,

00:13:59.240 from the fiscal year of 2021 to late in 2024.

00:14:09.580 The annual average is nearly 2 million encounters from the years of 21 to 23.

00:14:17.280 And a significant share of encounters involved repeat crossers undermining claims of one-time migration events.
00:14:25.580 Meanwhile, independent estimates of illegal alien population skyrocketed,

00:14:33.360 Now, Pew Research says it's 14 to 15 million from 2023 to 2024 alone.
00:14:42.820 And that figure exceeds the population of 36 to 41 states right here in America.
00:14:49.180 Now, within weeks of taking off the office, the administration dismantled Trump-era enforcement measures,
00:14:57.980 including the Remain in Mexico policy that they got rid of,

00:15:04.300 committing hundreds of thousands from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.
00:15:09.220 Let's not forget about Somalia, of course.
00:15:10.960 And weakening the interior enforcement and asylum integrity,
00:15:15.300 which has all went out the drain under the Biden administration.
00:15:21.040 And thank God that President Trump is back in power,
00:15:24.940 we'd still be in a little bit of trouble.
00:15:27.500 But when you think about those numbers and those figures, folks,
00:15:30.340 you think about why they wanted them in America and why they still want them in America.
00:15:34.060 When you have figures like 20 and 30 million illegals, rather, they vote.
00:15:44.060 Regardless of what the Democrats tell you, whether they can't vote,

00:19:10.840 targeting more than 100 money service businesses that are operating at the U.S. southern border.
00:19:20.020 The announcement came as the U.S. Department of Treasury Financial Crimes Enforcement Network
00:19:24.200 called multiple-tiered enforcement operations aimed at these people
00:19:30.160 who were down at the southern border doing businesses with criminal organizations.
00:19:35.460 And those criminal organizations aren't necessarily just the cartels,
00:19:39.280 but the American Red Cross, the Catholic Charities of America,
00:19:43.760 all these people who for the last 10 years have been harboring and importing
00:19:50.100 and sneaking illegals into this country.

00:19:57.720 At President Trump's direction, the Treasury Department is utilizing all tools
00:20:03.500 to stop terrorist cartels, drug smugglers, and human traffickers.
00:20:08.340 In line with that effort, I'm announcing a new data-driven border operation
00:20:13.220 to help root out potential cartel-related money laundering from the U.S. financial system.
00:20:19.680 Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, known as FinCEN,
00:20:24.060 is targeting over 100 money service businesses along the southwest border.
00:20:29.540 Specifically, FinCEN is issuing six notices of investigation,
00:20:35.300 dozens of examination referrals to the IRS,
00:20:38.320 and over 50 compliance outreach letters.
00:20:41.760 These businesses, which provide financial services outside of a formal bank,
00:20:46.860 face elevated exposure to illicit activity,
00:20:50.200 including money laundering related to drug smuggling and human trafficking.
00:20:54.580 Thanks to Treasury's push for technology modernization,
00:20:58.880 we are now able to implement data-driven approaches to identify potential bad actors.
00:21:05.300 And when malicious activity is identified,
00:21:07.940 make no mistake, we can and will take action to keep Americans safe.
00:21:13.040 President Trump has made clear his commitment to securing our border,
00:21:17.200 stopping the flow of deadly fentanyl,
00:21:19.300 and eliminating Mexico-based drug cartels to protect Americans.
00:21:23.120 Treasury will continue to use, expand, advance technology,
00:21:29.380 and every resource at its disposal to combat money laundering and make America.
00:21:35.140 Scott Besson, another one of President Trump's picks, is absolutely brilliant.
00:21:39.340 The guy takes no shit from anybody.

00:22:06.860 The second step is keeping them out and holding accountable the people who get them here.
00:22:13.280 These people don't just wake up one day and say, hey, we're going to go run to the southern border today and go to America.

00:22:26.220 And our own American institutions coordinate with these drug cartels,
00:22:31.740 because every single person that comes through the southern border passes through some sort of drug cartel.
00:22:39.200 There's not one single person that makes it across the southern border alive that does it on their own.
00:22:47.120 It just doesn't happen.
00:22:48.320 There's certain areas throughout the border that the cartels bring them through.
00:22:55.780 And there's certain areas that are just not habitable to even get through with terrain and mountains and conditions during the day,
00:23:04.660 scorching hot during night, freezing cold.
00:23:06.600 So you need the help of the cartels.
00:23:10.300 So the two that I gave you before that I know for a fact with firsthand knowledge of it,
00:23:17.000 who partake in this criminal acts are the Catholic Charities of America,
00:23:21.040 the Catholic Charities of New York, the Red Cross.
00:23:25.220 You can actually go on the Catholic Charities website,
00:23:29.140 and they'll tell you if you're illegal what you have to do and who you have to reach out to.
00:23:35.160 And they'll even help you get a lawyer.
00:23:41.240 So what Besson and Trump is doing is absolutely brilliant.
00:23:46.540 I mean, take away their 501c3.
00:23:48.260 If you take away their 501c3 charity and their tax deductibility,
00:23:53.400 these organizations can't exist.
00:23:57.440 I mean, they're overbloated as hell. 1.00
