00:03:13.680 first to the new allegations that the Treasury was flagging MAGA transactions looking for terms like

00:03:20.680 make America great, America first, and of course, Donald Trump himself. What's going on?

00:03:27.380 Yeah, no, it sure is. It looks like the government banks were at this suggestion, I use that term

00:03:33.940 lightly. At the suggestion of government, banks were monitoring transactions, searching for key

00:03:40.620 terms, key search terms, like as you described MAGA, Trump, Patriot, those kind of things. And also,

00:03:47.720 frankly, looking to see where their customers were shopping. They had these merchant category codes.

00:03:54.280 Were they shopping at a Cabela's, at a Bass Pro shop? Were they looking for religious tax? So

00:04:00.400 you step back and you say, they're doing all this. It looks like without any warrant, without any legal

00:04:06.100 process, pretty scary stuff. And we first kind of learned about this when an FBI whistleblower came

00:04:13.660 to us and said, showed us this email between the government and Bank of America, where Bank of

00:04:19.620 America was asked to go look at all debit and credit card purchases around January 6, 2021,

00:04:25.780 in the Washington, D.C. area, and then overlay that information with any gun purchase at any

00:04:33.960 time. Again, I think a real concern about First Amendment, Second Amendment, Fourth Amendment

00:04:39.760 liberties of Americans. So this is why we're digging into it. We're just on the front edge of

00:04:45.600 this, and we've got a lot of work to do, but pretty troubling what we've seen thus far.

00:04:49.700 The only gun that I'm aware of on the Capitol grounds on January 6 was an automatic pistol

00:04:59.020 fired by Lieutenant Michael Byrd. Am I wrong?

00:05:02.360 No, I think that's exactly right. And, you know, this stuff, these documents, these initial

00:05:09.180 documents that we've received, they actually sound a lot like, if you remember about a year

00:05:16.340 ago, that memorandum from the Richmond Field Office of the FBI, where they were saying,

00:05:21.020 if you're a pro-life traditional Catholic, you're a potential domestic violent extremist.

00:05:27.020 And it's the same kind of language, the same kind of feel in these initial documents we've

00:05:32.200 gotten. It sounds a lot like that memorandum put out by the FBI a year ago in Richmond.

00:05:39.460 And now we know from the U.S. Attorney in D.C. that they have widened their search for more

00:05:46.720 political prisoners in January 6, individuals who were just walking on the grounds, perhaps

00:05:53.420 hundreds of feet away from the Capitol. They're still looking to arrest more Americans. Your work 0.99

00:06:00.520 here is going to be exceptionally important, I think, for the Republic. I'm just curious,

00:06:08.020 did they include words like Biden or dementia or anything of that order?

00:06:15.060 Now, we do think there was some words, we've seen one document, where this is just as troubling,

00:06:22.280 where they, I think, referenced Antifa and I think BLM maybe. I'm not sure, but there were some

00:06:31.200 other words that were referenced. That should be just as troubling, because the government is not

00:06:35.560 supposed to be in the business of looking at people's political persuasion and political

00:06:42.300 beliefs. That, to me, again, is a direct attack on the First Amendment. And whether you're a

00:06:49.640 Republican, a Democrat, or independent, a liberal, conservative, whatever, we should all care about

00:06:54.520 First Amendment, Second Amendment, Fourth Amendment liberties that we enjoy under our great

00:06:59.080 constitution.

00:07:00.080 Yeah, no doubt about it. And let's turn to the Biden investigations. Your committee, prominent

00:07:07.460 amongst those committees, Hunter Biden, in the form of what's being styled in the popular media,

00:07:16.440 the sugar brother, Kevin Morris, the attorney, $5 million worth of loans. We don't know what really,

00:07:22.780 a lot more. He called them standard interest bearing notes. And it turns out, just coincidentally,

00:07:29.760 now that you're investigating that, the Congress is investigating it, that it's a standard interest

00:07:36.020 bearing note and just happens to prove that they have to demand interest at least once every year.

00:07:44.740 I mean, this is too cute for words, the game that they're playing.

00:07:48.660 Yeah. Well, the other thing that was interesting about this, Mr. Morris, is, you know, Hunter Biden

00:07:51.860 sold a million and a half dollars worth of art. Well, $875,000 of that million and a half dollars

00:07:56.600 over the last couple of years came from Kevin Morris. And when we interviewed the art gallerist,

00:08:02.640 Mr. Burgess, who handled these, Hunter Biden's art and displayed his art in his gallery, when

00:08:08.560 Kevin Morris bought Hunter Biden's art, it was the only art sale that was done different than

00:08:13.980 all the others. Typical art sale is the person purchasing the art piece will pay the gallery

00:08:21.200 the full price. The gallery keeps their percentage. And then the percentage that goes to the artist,

00:08:26.260 Hunter Biden, gets sent in a check with a $10.99 to the artist. Well, with Kevin Morris,

00:09:38.320 her original indictment several months ago, that she was actually looking at indicting three United

00:09:43.120 States senators, including the top Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee. So that's how

00:09:50.000 ridiculous this whole thing was and is. And now we find out that this Mr. Wade, this Nathan Wade,

00:09:57.400 who's never dealt with any kind of RICO statute, which is what the focus of this investigation is

00:10:02.060 about, never dealt with that, never handled these kind of cases, and he's been paid a ton of Georgia

00:10:09.500 state tax dollars and probably some federal money, too, because their office got $14 million in federal

00:10:14.460 grants that the Fulton County DA's office did. So we've written Mr. Wade and said, who'd you talk to at the

00:10:21.320 White House? Who'd you talk to in the Justice Department? What kind of communications did you have

00:10:25.260 with those entities? And the same with the January 6th committee. So we're awaiting a response from

00:10:30.940 Mr. Wade, but we continue to dig into this because we think this is highly unusual and a real concern

00:10:37.980 and just kind of underscores how ridiculous this whole operation has been by Ms. Wade and Ms. 0.85

00:11:45.480 He confirms that he owns now Hunter Biden's 10 percent stake in that Chinese state-backed investment

00:11:52.760 fund. Does that look to be a security for a $5 million loan? What does that appear to be?

00:12:02.440 Well, that's another thing that we're looking at. In particular, Chairman Comer and the Oversight

00:12:08.900 Committee has dug into this whole CEFC, this Chinese energy company, the money that flowed in

00:12:16.220 initially to one of the many entities that Hunter Biden had set up, this $5 million. So we're looking

00:12:26.000 at all that as part of this impeachment inquiry. Was this in any way this influence peddling,

00:12:34.900 this access to the brand as Hunter Biden's business partner, Devin Archer, told us? How did that all

00:12:40.140 play out? How did that all work? So those are the kind of questions we have. We have a number of

00:12:45.100 witnesses who are coming in. Rob Walker, Eric Schwerin, Tony Bobulinski, Jim Biden, and Hunter Biden over

00:12:52.260 the next four weeks. We'll be talking with all those individuals. And these are the kind of questions

00:12:58.580 we need answers to. A lot of investigation headed toward one purpose, and that is to see whether

00:13:05.700 you'll bring impeachment against the president of the United States. Where do you think the process

00:13:10.260 stands right now? When do you, and let me ask this, how supportive is the current speaker of the

00:13:18.860 House, Mike Johnson? Well, he's 100% in favor of us continuing this impeachment inquiry. And whether we

00:13:27.240 get to articles of impeachment, it'll be a decision that we'll make once we've done all the interviews

00:13:30.660 and we've got all the evidence. But I do think the case right now is pretty compelling, particularly

00:13:34.320 when you think about this Ukrainian energy company, Burisma, and the Biden family's involvement there,

00:13:40.140 and in particular, Joe Biden firing the prosecutor who was looking into the CEO of Burisma. And Hunter

00:13:46.280 Biden asked Washington to weigh in to relieve the pressure that they were under. And Joe Biden

00:13:51.680 looks like he did just that. So I think that's pretty compelling stuff that we have now.

00:13:57.240 And then you couple that with the way David Weiss has investigated Hunter Biden, in particular,

00:14:01.820 allowing the statute of limitations to expire for those key tax years where Hunter Biden was getting

00:14:09.260 all this income from Burisma. And he let that expire because, I mean, I don't know why, but it sure

00:14:14.680 looks like he let it expire because Burisma gets you back towards tied in with President Biden.

00:14:21.000 So those are the kind of things that I think are pretty compelling right now, but we got to finish up

00:14:25.160 these final interviews and then make a decision. And as you do make those decisions, and as you're

00:14:30.740 learning more, the country, obviously, you're investigating committees, your committee,

00:14:37.840 and Ways and Means, the House Oversight Committee, your weaponization subcommittee are having an impact.

00:14:44.220 In the most recent polling, we're seeing 60% of Americans believe that this administration is corrupt.

00:14:52.960 Your reaction to what is an interesting change of mood on the part of the American people?

00:15:00.860 Well, we don't do our oversight work for any type of political motive or anything like that. We do it

00:15:07.460 because it's our constitutional duty to conduct oversight of the executive branch. But I do understand,

00:15:13.300 like, you know, out in Iowa, a week ago, we were out there with President Trump, and he won the state

00:15:18.880 in a big way. One of the things that was on Iowans' mind, I think polling showed eight out of 10 Iowans

00:15:24.380 who were showing up to vote in the Republican primary believe that the government has been

00:15:28.520 weaponized against them. These agencies have been turned against we, the people, the taxpayers.

00:15:32.640 And they believe that they think that because it's true, because they have common sense, and they can

00:15:38.080 see whether it's a disinformation governance board that they try to set up at the Department of

00:15:42.780 Homeland Security, whether it's the Catholic memorandum, whether it's parents or terrorists,

00:15:46.080 according to the Department of Justice, and on and on, all the attacks on President Trump and his

00:15:50.980 family. And so I think Americans just have good common sense, and they see what's going on. And

00:15:57.680 that's why eight out of 10 say, we think the government's been weaponized against us. It's our

00:16:02.120 job as members of Congress to do the oversight so that we can stop this behavior and propose legislation

00:16:07.680 that will help make sure it doesn't happen in the future.

00:16:09.900 And now, still as current as when it was convened, the January 6th committee, the more we learned,

00:16:18.320 the more troubling the facts are. Obstruction of justice, an explosive report showing the Trump

00:16:26.580 hating January 6th committee deleted, deleted evidence pertinent to the prosecution of a number

00:16:36.140 of individuals, but an absolute breach of law to do so. Where does that stand? And in your estimation,

00:16:49.020 how severe is this issue?

00:16:53.840 Well, I know Chairman Stile and Representative Loudermilk on the House Administration Committee,

00:17:00.260 which has jurisdiction over those documents from the January 6th committee, are digging into that

00:17:06.240 issue. It looks like also that the committee, based on, I think, letters that former Chairman

00:17:12.560 Benny Thompson put out, that they sent information back to the White House. Instead of making it

00:17:19.900 available for the Congress to see, for Republicans to see, they sent it back to the Biden White House.

00:17:24.960 And I think that's problematic as well. So, these are the kind of things that I know Congressman

00:17:31.240 Loudermilk, in particular, is looking into a great member from the great state of Georgia.

00:18:21.940 installed on the U.S.-Mexico border. I have to tell you, Mike, I have never been so disgusted

00:18:27.980 with John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett.

00:18:31.040 Yeah, Lou, this is truly a head scratcher for me, because it's not only how they decided to get rid of this

00:18:39.620 injunction by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, but it's how they went about doing it. So it was both

00:18:45.600 substantively and procedurally wrong. You had the Chief Justice join all the women on the Supreme Court. 0.99

00:18:53.860 So four and a half women on the Supreme Court said that the said that the Biden administration can cut 1.00

00:19:02.940 open razor wire and allow the invasion of our southern border into Texas, including into the Texas

00:19:10.840 state park. So I'm not sure how that's I'm not sure that how that's even legally possible that this

00:19:18.920 could happen. There are people who say that the Congress and the federal government has supremacy

00:19:25.900 on immigration, which may be true, but they also have a constitutional duty to to to help prevent 0.99

00:19:35.000 invasions of our states. And that's specifically in the Constitution. So even if there is preemption

00:19:41.860 here on immigration, that there's still the separate issue of invasion, that the Biden administration is

00:20:25.520 and Justice Amy Coney Barrett did here. And what's particularly bad is just two years ago, Amy Coney Barrett put

00:20:33.380 out a an unusual statement saying that we need to stop using the Supreme Court's emergency docket or the

00:20:40.240 shadow docket, as Democrats call it, to make these rulings without briefings, without oral argument

00:20:47.420 through the regular process. Well, what did she do here? She used the shadow docket to grant the Biden

00:20:53.900 administration's request to allow the invasion of our southern border.

00:20:58.260 I will say right now that I if I were the governor of Texas, I would tell the Supreme Court to go to hell

00:21:05.820 because frankly, the invasion clause gives primacy to in my opinion, and you don't have to be a lawyer

00:21:15.000 to have an opinion. And I've got a strong one on this. Either you are in an emergency and a crisis

00:21:20.420 and the border is being invaded, which was anticipated in both the Constitution, the state

00:21:24.540 constitutions of most states, at least. And you have a responsibility to defend your people.

00:22:02.860 think that I think Greg Abbott has a responsibility to defy the Supreme Court and the ignorance that

00:22:17.180 who the hell do they think they are? And what do they think they're doing?

00:22:22.860 Well, I'll say this, Lou, that you're absolutely correct as a matter of law. Article four, section

00:22:28.640 four specifically says this, the United States shall guarantee to every state in this union,

00:22:35.740 a Republican form of government and shall protect each of them against invasion. And what President

00:22:42.840 Biden has done is allowed an invasion of our southern border of 10 million and counting illegal

00:22:50.340 economic migrants, people who are unvetted and unvettable coming from hell holes around the world. 1.00

00:22:56.520 We're going to have terrorist cells in America. And the federal government has a constitutional duty

00:23:03.140 to protect these states like Texas from this invasion. They are derelict in their duty.

00:23:56.260 compromised or she is obviously she and Robert share a family commonality. And that is they both have

00:24:06.820 two adopted children. Barrett, two from Haiti and Roberts, two from Ireland. Maybe they have a soft

00:24:16.340 place in their hearts for children. But the real issue here for the America is we're being invaded by

00:24:20.500 military age men predominantly coming across in caravans and vast groups being organized by the

00:24:29.060 Mexican drug cartels. And these idiots in the Supreme Court have just sided with the Mexican drug cartels

00:24:35.300 and the most corrupt president in American history. I would say this about the chief justice. He's a good

00:24:42.040 guy personally. I know him. But I would say this. His judicial philosophy is very problematic because he

00:24:48.780 thinks he's protecting the legitimacy of the Supreme Court by making these more political decisions that

00:24:56.620 he thinks will keep his left wing critics at bay. And all it does with these political decisions is it

00:25:03.340 invites this political terrorism by the left where they attack the courts. They protest outside of

00:25:10.780 Supreme Court justices homes. They threaten and intimidate justices outside of their homes. Obstruction of

00:25:16.700 justice under federal criminal law and 18 U.S.C. 1507. It's clearly obstruction of justice.

00:25:24.540 You don't have a First Amendment right to protest outside of anyone's home, let alone a federal judge's home,

00:25:30.860 especially when they're deciding a pending case. That's obstruction of justice. But when you make these

00:25:36.540 political decisions from the bench, you're supposed to have lifetime tenure. You have pay protection. You're

00:25:42.700 supposed to be insulated from the politics. But when you make these political decisions to appease your
