Rep. James Comer (D-Texas) joins us to talk about his investigation of the Biden crime family and the corruption uncovered by his team of investigators. Rep. Comer and Lou Dobbs talk about the Biden impeachment inquiry and how they plan to bring it to a head.

00:02:55.520They're not sending the ones that we know exist, that we've seen on the laptop and in some of our depositions where the president was using a pseudonym email to communicate with some of the Biden associates.
00:03:07.160So they're still sitting on those, and we're painfully going through the process of trying to obtain those.
00:03:14.460But it's my goal to wrap this up very soon.
00:03:17.820And, you know, as you know, there have been a lot of financial crimes committed by multiple Biden family members.
00:03:23.880You know, you're talking about over 3 million documents of one kind or another.
00:03:31.420How, and I'm going to ask a dumb question, but how in the world do you process that, organize it, and then prepare it for use in the hearing?
00:03:43.300There's a software program that we ordered that once you submit all that information, then you can submit keywords and pull out different data points.
00:03:55.540But just downloading that much information took over a week.
00:04:01.140And we've got several staffers pouring through this.
00:04:06.440I believe that Archer could have been a little more helpful in pinpointing the specific documents.
00:04:13.300He knows darn well what we're looking for.
00:04:16.720And it's just, it's like everything else, Lou.
00:04:19.200It's just been obstacle after obstacle after obstacle.
00:04:22.500But at the end of the day, I think the American people are going to be very pleased with the final results of this investigation.
00:04:29.520We've given the American people the truth, and that's something that they never had and never would have had without our investigation.
00:04:36.880And I believe we're going to take steps towards finally holding this family accountable for all the crimes they've committed for decades now.
00:04:44.800Well, I want to underline what you just said.
00:04:46.740I mean, I truly believe the American people are grateful, and I think there's a great sense of what you've done, despite the fact that national corporate media doesn't pay you much mind, as the saying goes in Texas.
00:05:02.060But there is a clear statement here, the evidence that you've produced, the whistleblowers, all of the, well, the cooperative, I'll put it that way, witnesses that you have introduced.
00:05:17.900It's really remarkable to see this inquiry really is coming down to just a revelation of just what a nasty bunch of people these Bidens are.
00:05:30.160I mean, you can talk about Jim, you can talk about Hunter, you pick your Biden, you're dealing with something I think most people didn't think possible, certainly before he was elected president.
00:05:45.320You're looking at a family that, what do they do, Lou?
00:05:49.500You know, through the course of this investigation, through looking at hundreds of thousands of pages of documents, through hours and hours of depositions and transcribed interviews, through bank statements, thousands and thousands of pages of bank statements.
00:06:05.140What legitimate business were the Bidens in?
00:06:09.620If so, why didn't they register as foreign agents?
00:06:12.340As foreign agents, because they're lobbying for foreign entities.
00:06:16.560I mean, this family has broken the law.
00:06:18.860And what we found through the course of this investigation is they were being investigated by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the IRS, the FBI, the Department of Justice in multiple jurisdictions.
00:06:28.140Yet every single time when it got to Joe Biden, they were told to stand down.
00:06:32.720So we found multiple crimes and we found multiple cover-ups by our federal government through at least three administrations.
00:06:43.860So I think that finally putting all the pieces together is what the American people want.
00:06:51.160And it's been a very difficult investigation, Lou.
00:06:53.400We fought the mainstream media, as you know.
00:08:09.960These members, and I'm going to use the Republicans, for example.
00:08:13.220They left here a week and a half ago patting themselves on the back because the media was praising them for giving Ukraine $100 billion of money we didn't have.
00:08:23.580And they went home and they realized, wait a minute, the people back home don't appreciate it as much as the mainstream media and the Washington swamp appreciated sending that money to Ukraine.
00:08:33.600It's the same way with this investigation.
00:08:35.380The media thinks, the American people think that this isn't a worthy investigation and nobody's keeping up with it.
00:08:42.620The American people are keeping up with it and they're sick and tired of public corruption.
00:08:46.400And they know the Bidens have been influx peddling and they want them held accountable.

00:13:28.220And obviously, those folks who approved it knew that it was just an installment on a 10-year plan defined by the geniuses of the Biden foreign policy apparatus.
00:13:40.800I think a bunch of Republicans got played last week, Lou.
00:13:46.300And I think when they went home, they realized the American people feel the same way as I do.
00:13:51.300So what I've been saying from day one with respect to this foreign aid is there's no transparency with where this money's actually going.
00:14:01.320And with respect to Ukraine, what's the plan?
00:14:04.060How is that $100 billion that Congress just appropriated last week, how is that going to end the war?
00:14:44.520And the people, every time the working men and women of America go to the grocery store, they have to pay more than they did the last time they were there.
00:14:52.040Because we have a Congress that the only thing they can unite on is spending money.
00:14:58.520And unfortunately, we're spending money in other countries.
00:15:01.440So there's no end in sight to this Ukraine debacle.
00:15:06.080And I don't understand why the United States has to pay for this war.
00:15:10.960I don't know why Ukraine doesn't pay more.
00:15:13.280I have questions as to where this money's going.
00:15:15.500And that's why I voted against the Ukraine funding.
00:16:15.720And that's by design, I assure you, as you well know.
00:16:19.680In this, you said the Republicans got played.
00:16:23.280Speaker Johnson is not building a huge record here with the American people of either being trustworthy, knowledgeable, sophisticated or effective.

00:16:39.220Well, I came into Congress with with Speaker Johnson.
00:16:41.940We're both relatively new by D.C. standards.
00:16:45.040We've been been around six or seven years.
00:16:49.600And at the end of the day, the he's a good man.
00:16:56.440And you go in these intelligence briefing and they tell you all this stuff.
00:17:02.620I remember the first intelligence briefing we had when Russia first invaded Ukraine.
00:17:07.120The intelligence community said that Russia would take Kiev in 72 hours.
00:17:22.380You know, I mean, the number of mistakes that the intelligence community has made or the number of things the intelligence community that told Congress over the past two decades that wasn't true has cost the American taxpayers billions and billions of dollars.
00:17:38.280And, you know, it's you have to go in somewhat skeptical.
00:17:44.860And I think that, you know, unfortunately, we have some Republicans and it's not a majority.
00:17:50.680But we have some Republicans that that really are gullible when they hear these these military industrial complex entities tell about the need for a necessity for more spending.
00:18:05.780And they hear these intelligence reports.
00:18:09.160But I understand the global significance of.
00:18:14.960Of the fact that we need Ukraine to be successful, we just can't continue to spend this money when we don't know where it's going, A and B, there's no end in sight to the spending.
00:18:28.980And as a matter of fact, the horizon now is 10 years out because of these revelations about what the Biden administration and the Republican leadership, both the House and the Senate, concurred with.
00:18:41.880And it is a little bit of the other thing they said, Afghanistan, that, you know, we were there for 20 years.
00:18:48.020It tells me, you said, when you pull out of Afghanistan, they're going to have a strong Democratic government.
00:18:52.160I mean, that didn't even last 24 hours.
00:18:55.360So you can go on forever about the mistakes our intelligence needs made.
00:19:00.660I've got to I've got to we've got to take a quick break here, but I've got to ask you when we come back, how is it there's no one in Congress?
00:19:09.580It seems, other than you and in a very small number of others who believe you're lying eyes, you know, you actually see what's happening.

00:23:17.140They won't work with inspectors general to do complete auditing because they know a significant amount of this money is being misspent.
00:23:28.000And it's just it's frustrating because, you know, I think when you go home and you talk to average working class people, they're frustrated.
00:23:36.140They don't want their tax dollars going over there or they want to know what they're where exactly they're being spent.
00:23:42.400And it doesn't seem like there's a lot of desire from from, you know, certain Republicans to look into that.
00:23:49.780Now, obviously, the Democrats, you know, you can't spend enough money for the Democrats.
00:23:52.920The money in Washington is like manna from heaven for the Democrats.
00:26:00.040It's time to issue the report, issue the criminal referrals and start taking steps to hold this family accountable and to hold the deep state accountable for the decades of cover ups of the Biden family corruption.
