00:00:13.440 Biden keeled over off his bike on his right side, unhurt, and the solicitous corporatist media marveling that an 80-year-old man could actually ride a bike to begin with.
00:00:24.120 And so it goes. The Biden White House exodus is astonishing. It looks more like a jailbreak as staffers at all levels are bailing on the puppet presidency.

00:00:45.000 It's easy to forget that Biden hasn't yet been in office a full year and a half, and he's screwed up every policy, every initiative that he's taken, none of which are in the national interest.

00:05:09.420 Let's begin with the January 6th committee itself,
00:05:12.020 delaying a hearing, an obvious split on that committee,
00:05:15.280 the chairman of which says there will be no criminal referrals of President Trump.
00:05:21.340 Well, it's unfortunate because I was actually looking forward to the testimony of Jeffrey Rosen,
00:05:27.640 the former acting attorney general, in the waning weeks or month or so of Trump's presidency.
00:05:34.480 It's interesting that he won't be testifying, and I wonder why they want to question Jeffrey Rosen about the attempts to overturn the election
00:05:46.140 and get the Justice Department involved in investigating election fraud, which, of course, William Barr refused to do,
00:05:51.640 and so did Jeffrey Rosen.
00:05:53.020 More importantly, I would like to pressure, see someone ask Jeffrey Rosen what he knew about FBI involvement on January 6th,
00:06:02.940 of course, as acting attorney general.
00:06:04.780 He oversees the FBI.
00:06:07.820 So it's a little bit curious that he begged off and that the committee won't be hearing his public testimony.
00:06:15.280 It doesn't look like anytime soon.
00:06:17.520 And then they tried to peddle, the committee and the staff,
00:06:20.660 tried to peddle the idea that it was a new development and it was something breaking and immensely important,
00:06:27.920 and then we find out none of the above.
00:06:32.660 This is really a committee that I think is coming.
00:06:35.620 I think there is this possibility, is what I should say, the possibility that they're coming to terms with their own absurdity.
00:06:43.220 I really believe they're so delusional that they really thought they could run this farce again,
00:06:49.420 as they have so many times, whether it be just an FBI investigation, the special counsel, two impeachments.
00:06:55.580 They thought they could just play that out again and the public would suck it up.

00:07:05.140 They're not willing consumers now.

00:07:10.200 Well, and I, you know, their primetime theater last Thursday certainly did not draw the attention of the American people,
00:07:17.400 that they thought that it would, no matter how hard they tried and met with all the network executives.
00:07:23.840 And, you know, of course, this was aired all across the country on major broadcast networks and cable, except for Fox.
00:07:31.940 And so then they had another hearing on Monday that completely bombed.
00:07:35.900 And so instead of continuing on this downward spiral, the American people are more worried about how to pay for filling up their gas tank
00:07:45.320 and what's happening at the southern border, what's happening in the major cities right next to them.
00:07:50.380 They see that this charade is a complete waste of time and money and certainly not producing the bombshells that this committee promised that it would.
00:08:02.160 And at the same time, you know, not really providing any new facts to the American people while they conceal evidence that would show exactly what happened that day.
00:08:12.220 And so I think that this is why perhaps they decided to delay this for a number of reasons, not that anything explosive was going, but they discovered because there's nothing there.
00:08:23.740 It seems possible to me again that what we're witnessing is the implosion of the committee itself, that it is melting down in a paroxysm of self-awareness suddenly about their absurdly low chances of bringing any kind of important development to the American public.

00:09:22.980 And they're reminding people that, yes, President Trump did offer the National Guard and Nancy Pelosi and the House leadership are the ones who chose not to have it there.
00:09:34.160 Those questions loom large and much bigger than anything that they even want to talk about, don't you think?

00:09:40.640 And, you know, if this were a fact-binding mission, we would have seen witness testimony clips from not Ivanka Trump, but we would have seen testimony from Christopher Wray explaining exactly what the FBI did before January 6th.
00:09:55.920 And on that day, not just FBI informants and agents, which, of course, the American people are definitely entitled to learn about, but also any intelligence that the FBI claimed to have had and why they didn't notify their law enforcement partners that there could be violence,
00:10:14.680 that there were going to be people there seeking to, what, attack the Capitol, storm the Capitol, that they were going to have weapons.
00:10:22.340 Why didn't the FBI have that intelligence?
00:10:24.460 And if they did, why didn't they share it with their partners?
00:10:27.280 Why did Nancy Pelosi and the Capitol Police Board, controlled by the Sergeant-at-Arms for both the House and Senate,
00:10:36.300 why did they reject numerous requests from the then Chief of Police, Stephen Sund,
00:10:42.540 who, starting on January 4th, asked the Capitol Police Board to allow him or to authorize the use of National Guardsmen?
00:10:50.520 They rejected that for two days, and even that afternoon, as the chaos was unfolding, Stephen Sund was desperately on the phone with Paul Irving,
00:11:00.160 the House Sergeant-at-Arms working for Nancy Pelosi, and Michael Stenger, the Sergeant-at-Arms for Mitch McConnell,
00:11:07.060 begging to find some sort of way to authorize the deployment of Guardsmen who had been at the Armory early that morning.
00:11:16.480 I actually talked to a D.C. Guardsman who said that he was at the D.C. Armory, or at the Armory, at 6 o'clock that morning, waiting to be deployed.
00:11:25.460 They weren't deployed until after 5 o'clock that afternoon, when most of the chaos had already subsided,
00:11:32.080 and most of the Capitol grounds, and, of course, the building had been evacuated.
00:11:36.580 So, why the delays?
00:11:38.600 Why can't we see the surveillance video?
00:11:40.740 Why is Nancy Pelosi's office, all of her records and communications and documents,
00:11:44.780 why are they off-limits, as Benny Thompson, the chairman of the committee, said?
00:11:50.440 There's more cover-up here than there is any sort of evidence, much like we saw with Russia collusion, right?
00:11:57.880 So, the whole idea of the Russia collusion public theater was to cover up exactly what happened behind the scenes.
00:12:05.360 That is precisely what's happening with this.
00:12:08.260 And there isn't a single image anywhere in the video that is as striking, as awful, as shocking,
00:12:19.260 as the Capitol Hill lieutenant firing a handgun at Ashley Babbitt, unarmed, as she comes through a window.
00:12:30.260 So, it's sickening, and we know that justice has not been done.
00:12:37.540 There's not even been an investigation, and he has been given a free pass in an era in which free passes are not handed out.

00:12:55.820 They have not mentioned the name of Roseanne Boylan or Kevin Greeson or Benjamin Phillips,

00:13:06.680 law enforcement, D.C. Metro and Capitol Police that day.
00:13:09.780 Not only have they shamefully ignored the deaths of four Trump supporters, four Americans,
00:13:17.740 they have misled the American people into believing that police officers died that day.
00:13:23.840 They continue to lie that Officer Brian Sicknick, age 42 years old, was killed by Trump supporters on January 6th.
00:13:32.300 He, unfortunately, suffered a stroke at the age of 42.
00:13:35.860 We found that out in April of 2021, but everyone from Joe Biden to Capitol Police to House Democrats on this committee
00:13:45.000 continue to lie that Brian Sicknick was killed that day.
00:13:48.720 His girlfriend sat behind the two witnesses on Thursday night, his ex-girlfriend, I should say,
00:13:56.560 to give away some sort of image or optics that Brian Sicknick died as a result of the protest that day.

00:14:08.280 So while they overlook and ignore the deaths, the execution of Ashley Babbitt, the deaths of three other Trump supporters,
00:14:15.080 three Americans, they lie that police officers died.
00:14:18.780 This is just one huge falsehood about what's coming out of this committee and even coming out of this White House.
00:14:26.720 And it's shameful that this level of disinformation would be carried out still by the Biden administration,

00:17:02.820 The outcome all but assured that it will be a landslide for Republicans, and these people on this committee are open to extraordinary levels of investigation and a return, if you will, of the favor of persecution for political purposes, should the Republicans so desire.

00:19:07.580 for either conspiracy or obstruction of an official proceeding sometime before Election Day in November.

00:19:18.000 And along with this indictment, the Democrats will then be able to accuse other Republican lawmakers, senators,
00:19:24.460 and, of course, every House member who's up for re-election, that they somehow aided and abetted either this conspiracy

00:22:25.820 So they have created, they've ginned up this expectation for almost seven years that Donald Trump is going to be in an orange jumpsuit at some point.

00:22:41.480 And if they don't deliver now, finally, they're going to pay political price from their own voters for not charging Donald Trump.

00:25:40.940 And so let's make sure we also lay blame on our countrymen who will stop at nothing to try to destroy the other side with whom they disagree.
00:25:52.920 And that means that we have to lay blame squarely on the corporations that own media outlets, whether it be ABC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, ABC News.

00:26:32.400 And the Democratic National Committee, the Clinton campaign, the deep state, the FBI has known from the outset that that dossier upon which they tried to base the – well, they did succeed in basing a persecution and a special counsel on that dossier.
00:26:51.400 I mean, all of that was hokum from the beginning, and everybody in the FBI leadership knew it, and I suspect most in middle management of the FBI and Department of Justice knew it.

00:30:24.100 what's happened January 6th, but also more shamefully, completely silent on the political persecution of members of their own party.

00:32:08.760 She has about six Republican House members, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Andy Biggs, Louie Gohmert, the same few who keep standing up to talk about the political prisoners and what's happening.
