00:02:10.660 I think this is the end of Merrick Garland, whether it happens in January when Republicans take control of the House and investigate,
00:02:18.800 or, you know, if you release this affidavit, it's one thing to release the subpoena.
00:02:22.860 The affidavit often runs 100 pages.
00:02:25.320 If there's a single lie in there, that's criminal.
00:02:28.420 So, and the statute of limitations on that is five years.
00:02:31.320 That could be a President Donald Trump going over that affidavit at some point.

00:02:38.820 If it was such a great affidavit, they could have got a top judge to sign off on it.
00:02:44.740 Instead, all they could get was this low-level Florida magistrate to sign it.
