00:11:44.460 One before the House has an election, which is last November, and one after.
00:11:51.220 Republicans argued, and were right, that lawmakers had improperly advanced the amendment after early voting for the 2025 House elections had already begun.

00:13:43.920 Do Commonwealth have any recourse or way to appeal the ruling? No, they do not. As I mentioned, the Virginia Supreme Court is the final authority on Virginia constitutional questions. This is the end, folks. You will have the same map in 2026 for the congressional elections that existed in 2024. That is now unchangeable and immutable.
