00:00:00.000 Hello everybody, I'm John Fawcett with this Great America Show midday update for Thursday, April 24th.
00:00:04.900 President Trump in the Oval Office just moments ago meeting with the Prime Minister of Norway
00:00:09.100 was asked about Ukraine and giving away some territory in order to make a peace deal,
00:00:16.240 namely Crimea, which was taken in 2014.
00:00:19.380 Take a listen to President Trump.
00:00:21.300 Well, it depends what territory. They've been fighting. They've lost a lot of territory.
00:00:25.240 Now, we'll do the best we can. Working with Ukraine, we'll do the best we can.
00:00:31.020 But they've lost a lot of territory. When you say Crimea, that was handed over during a president named Barack Hussein Obama.
00:00:39.240 That had nothing to do with me, Crimea. That was 11 years ago with Obama.
00:00:45.360 And they made a decision. There wasn't a bullet fire. There was no fighting. There was no anything.
00:00:51.080 They just handed it over. Now they say, well, can you get it back?
00:00:54.440 I think that's going to be a very difficult thing to do.
00:00:58.200 That was given by Barack Obama when he was president, not by Donald Trump.
00:01:03.220 Imagine that. President Trump cleaning up a mess from back in 2014 under Barack Hussein Obama.
00:01:09.800 Still cleaning up the mess, of course, from Joe Biden as well.
00:01:12.940 And a federal judge, another Marxist Dem, who means to hurt America, America last, 0.89
00:01:18.100 probably a Trump deranged federal judge as well,
00:01:20.740 has barred the Trump administration from denying federal funds to sanctuary cities that limit immigration cooperation.
00:01:28.260 That Marxist Dem judge, Judge William Orrick out of California.
00:01:32.920 He said in a preliminary injunction was appropriate because the executive orders were unconstitutional,
00:01:38.500 just as he says they were in 2017 when Donald Trump announced a similar order.
00:01:43.640 Orrick issued the injunction sought by San Francisco and more than a dozen other municipalities
00:01:49.180 that sued over a pair of executive orders that Donald Trump issued targeting local municipalities
00:01:55.020 that limit cooperation with federal immigration efforts.
00:01:59.220 In other words, the Marxist Dems are once again protecting the illegal aliens. 0.89
00:02:04.520 Also, President Trump asking the Supreme Court to intervene after a lower court temporarily blocked his ban on transgender troops.
00:02:12.660 The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, stacked with leftist judges, of course,
00:02:16.340 denied President Trump's administration's stay of an injunction on the transgender troop ban last Friday evening.
00:02:23.160 The three judges, Wallace Tamisha, who's a Clinton appointee,
00:02:27.060 John Owens, an Obama appointee,
00:02:29.000 and Rupali Desai, a Biden appointee, denied the request for stay.
00:02:34.580 President Trump now asking the Supreme Court to step in and get this thing under control.
00:02:40.280 Another federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to return yet another criminal illegal alien being held in El Salvador.
00:02:48.020 This Maryland judge, clearly a Marxist, Judge Stephanie Gallagher, 0.99
00:02:52.880 last night ordered the Trump administration to facilitate the return of a 20-year-old Venezuela man
00:02:57.900 who was deported to El Salvador.
00:03:00.200 Gallagher claimed in her ruling that the man's removal violated a previous court settlement.
00:03:05.280 The settlement in question is from a case filed in 2019 on behalf of illegal aliens who entered the U.S.
00:03:11.140 as, quote, unaccompanied minors and later sought asylum.
00:03:15.000 President Trump, in his quest for truth, justice in the American way, now taking a look at ActBlue.
00:03:20.260 Is that right? ActBlue is that major left, Marxist left online donation platform.
00:03:24.800 President Trump is planning to sign a memorandum this afternoon that he says will cast as a crackdown
00:03:30.600 on foreign contributions in American elections, according to a person familiar with the policy.
00:03:35.800 Attorney General Pam Bondi's office is expected to be involved in the effort,
00:03:39.840 though further details about the mechanisms she will use are not immediately available.
00:03:44.560 This presidential memorandum is expected to specifically target ActBlue.
00:03:48.840 Republicans have long claimed the platform could be exploited by foreign actors,
00:03:53.100 while Democrats have warned the action is an example of Trump's baseless targeting of political opponents.
00:03:59.660 Now, that couldn't be further from the truth.
00:04:01.620 You may recall James O'Keefe of O'Keefe Media Group did an investigation into ActBlue
00:04:06.880 because people were making donations they didn't even know existed.
00:04:10.600 So how is that even possible?
00:04:13.440 Marxist Dems always accusing the Republicans of what they are guilty of.
00:04:18.480 And George Clooney coming out of the woodwork.
00:04:21.560 Clooney this week acknowledging that the Democrats have a problem relating to the common man
00:04:25.980 and advised that they get a sense of humor in hopes of beating Donald J. Trump.
00:04:31.120 You may recall Clooney is the one who kicked Biden to the curb
00:04:35.020 and hailed Kamala Harris as a savior.
00:04:38.840 I'm not really sure Clooney knows what the heck he is doing.
