Well, Joe Biden is breaking his silence about that auto-Pen scandal.

President Trump in recent weeks directed his White House counsel, David Warrington,

in consultation with Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate, quote,

whether certain individuals conspired to deceive the public about Biden's mental health

and unconstitutionally exercise the authorities and responsibilities of the president.

Biden releasing a statement late last night saying that investigation by President Trump

was a major distraction in that he's made all of his own decisions.

Quote, I made the decisions about the pardons, executive orders, legislation, and proclamations.

And he's worried that the CIA and the FBI won't be apolitical under President Trump
