The Great America Show - Trump gets UNEXPECTED Legal win with Latest BOMBSHELL!

00:00:00.000 Hey, everyone. Welcome to the Great America Show. This is Stephen Gardner over on YouTube.

00:00:09.080 I'll be filling in for John Fawcett while he's away. However, he and I have collaborated

00:00:14.320 on the biggest stories and wins in the country today so that we can keep you in the loop

00:00:19.840 on what's really going on in Washington, D.C. and your country. So thank you guys so much

00:00:24.640 for joining me. President Trump just got a big legal win towards mail-in ballots and cleaned up

00:00:31.980 voter rolls. Senator John Fetterman drops a bombshell about the Democrat Party and their

00:00:38.980 plans as we head into the fall. They're literally planning to try to swing the election and humiliate

00:00:46.080 Donald Trump right before people start voting. I think it's going to backfire on them, and I'll

00:00:52.680 let you know why. Now, comedian Bill Maher shocked everyone with an announcement I'll share with you

00:01:00.060 and Governor Ron DeSantis hit the mainstream media right between the eyes with a comeback question.

00:01:06.420 Plus, I'm going to share a crazy story from Tony Robbins that you don't want to miss. Thank you

00:01:12.920 guys so much for liking and sharing these videos. Let's go ahead and jump right in. A major legal

00:01:18.020 win just dropped for the Trump administration and us. And for anyone that cares about election

00:01:23.980 integrity, a U.S. appeals court has ruled that the Postal Service can now move forward for now

00:01:31.140 with a requirement tied to mail-in ballots that pushes states to submit voter rolls for citizenship

00:01:38.320 check. This is a huge deal, especially in states like California. But think about this. Now,

00:01:46.040 Now, President Trump, he's trying to use this executive order to say, OK, we have to clean up the voter rolls on the front end so that we're not just willy nilly sending ballots out to anybody.

00:01:57.900 And then when we when they come back, we have to know who actually filled out this ballot.

00:02:04.060 We need to do signature checks, all of that.

00:02:06.140 So now the USPS, they're saying we will comply.

00:02:10.020 And of course, the Democrats tried to shock to stop this.

00:02:14.200 Now, this comes after Democrats immediately rushed to court, trying to block President Trump yet again, claiming that he was acting like a king and overstepping his presidential authority.

00:02:27.460 But here's what actually happened. Instead of ignoring the system, Trump used it to his advantage. He pushed his policy. He got it challenged. He put it in front of a federal appeal court. And now he's notched another win in his belt.

00:02:44.820 This guy is not a king. He's literally being forced through the legal system.

00:02:50.220 And then the legal system is coming back and saying, yep, you're right.

00:02:54.240 You do have the authority to do that.

00:02:56.880 Now, the court has not ended this case, but it did lift a major roadblock.

00:03:02.200 That means that the Postal Service can continue advancing this rule while the broader legal fight plays out.

00:03:09.000 In other words, Trump's election integrity push is alive and moving forward.

00:03:13.740 Now, U.S. Attorney Bill Assaylee didn't hold back, saying this ruling is a win for election integrity and would have a significant implication for states like California that refuse to submit their voter rolls to verify compliance with federal election law.

00:03:31.700 Translation, states that have resisted transparency could be under real pressure and under a microscope.

00:03:38.980 And yes, this is why you're seeing panic from leaders like Gavin Newsom.

00:03:42.820 If enforced, this could force major changes in how large states manage voter rolls and distribute mail-in ballots.

00:03:51.200 Isn't that amazing?

00:03:52.520 Trump is celebrating. MAGA is energized.

00:03:55.720 And for many Americans, this is a step forward towards election integrity, at least something like a broader federal election reform bill until we can get the Save America Act.

00:04:08.440 Now, on top of that good news, pushing forward the USPS verified clean voter rolls, Republicans in Congress are right now pushing forward the Save America Act that was passed last week in the House on a budget reconciliation.

00:04:25.620 And some are saying just in case people like Mitch McConnell or Lisa Murkowski don't want to play ball in order to humiliate Trump, they might have to bring in their secret weapon.

00:04:35.520 Vice President J.D. Vance. Listen to this. It can. And the only legislative vehicle is budget

00:04:42.580 reconciliation, right? Because we have to break the obstruction of Democrats. That has happened

00:04:49.060 time again. Shutdowns, blocking FISA, blocking the NDAA, which is 65 years of bipartisan support.

00:04:58.180 and this does not, budget reconciliation does not require a 60 vote threshold in the Senate.

00:05:05.660 It has to meet the parameters of reconciliation referred to as the Byrd rule. And we can do that

00:05:12.160 by making a material budget impact along with those policies by including resources to help

00:05:19.280 states implement the various component, voter ID, voter registration issues, cleaning up the voter

00:05:25.880 role, et cetera. So this is not just the only tool for SAVE Act. We're not going to get help

00:05:32.600 from Democrats to provide supplemental resources for our troops. So I think the two most important

00:05:38.280 things we can do, support our troops in time of conflict, give them the baseline resources they

00:05:43.660 need to fight, come home safely and victoriously, but also put the safeguards in place because we

00:05:50.160 have a public, we have a crisis in public confidence in our elections and we can address

00:05:56.200 it here through budget reconciliation. You know, as Chad pointed out, the last time this came up

00:06:00.000 in the Senate, it didn't even get the 50 votes it needed. And you do have a 53-47 majority in

00:06:05.000 the Senate. So where are these Republican votes even going to come from?

00:06:10.360 Well, you'll have the presiding officer as our vice president. So I believe you will,

00:06:17.000 even if you lost a couple of Republicans, I can't imagine why anybody would oppose an 80-20 issue

00:06:25.580 and basic safeguards like voter ID. But even if we lost two or three Republicans with the vice

00:06:31.820 president in the chair, we can do it. Also, they may not have, they may have voted, you know,

00:06:37.900 the Republicans in the Senate who opposed it may have opposed it on procedural grounds because they

00:06:42.900 didn't want to nuke the filibuster. You don't have to do that in reconciliation. We just have to make

00:06:48.140 a material budget impact argument to the parliamentarian who advises the presiding

00:06:53.060 officer. So there's a path to succeed here and not undermine what some Republicans would think

00:07:01.340 is a procedural principle on the filibuster. One of the criticisms from some Republicans

00:07:06.300 is Senator Lisa Murkowski, which is very unique. All right. I think they should just quit playing

00:07:10.740 games? Let me know in the comments down below. Isn't it just time to bring in Vice President

00:07:22.380 J.D. Vance and get this slam dunk done for the American people? I mean, it's what we want,

00:07:28.200 right? Now, listen to this. ABC News finally called out a Democrat senator on voter IP

00:07:35.500 when Senator Warner tries to say it's a waste of time.

00:07:40.020 Nobody really wants it.

00:07:41.080 He said, whoa, whoa, whoa, your own party.

00:07:43.400 Seventy one percent of Democrats want this.

00:07:45.520 Then Warner says, well, well, in my state of Virginia, you have to show voter ID.

00:07:51.000 He says, no, you don't.

00:07:52.300 And then shoots him down.

00:07:53.440 Listen to this.

00:07:54.460 Now, I understand that you and I think every other Democrat

00:07:57.500 oppose this so-called Save America Act.

00:08:00.320 And there's a lot of reasons that you've put forward.

00:08:02.380 But let me ask you very narrowly on the issue of photo ID, requiring photo ID to register to vote to vote.

00:08:10.420 Is this something that Democrats should get behind?

00:08:14.180 We have 80 some percent of Americans, 71 percent of Democrats say they favor this.

00:08:20.480 You know what? In Virginia, we have voter voter ID and photo ID.

00:08:25.020 I got to show my. That's actually not the case.

00:08:26.880 I mean, I'm a Virginia voter. You don't need to show a photo ID in Virginia.

00:08:30.860 You are there a wide range of things you can show for I.D.

00:08:33.820 And if you don't show one of those, you can sign an affidavit.

00:08:36.060 Sign an affidavit. But those becomes those become ballots that if you want to contest later can be contested.

00:08:43.820 But you are have you do have a variety of documents.

00:08:47.560 But we have voter I.D. of one form or another.

00:08:53.260 And should that be a national standard?

00:08:55.080 All right. The reality is that like you can sign on behalf of eight people in Minnesota, in California.

00:09:01.740 You don't have to show your ID in Virginia.

00:09:04.900 You can just sign a document that you are who you say you are, but then nobody verifies it.

00:09:10.580 And you guys know from me covering this election integrity stuff, it is darn near impossible to get these voter rolls or review these ballots, even when a judge gives you permission.

00:09:22.960 And so we have to we have to control this on the front end because trying to win this on the back end with lawsuits or illegal precedents is darn near impossible.

00:09:33.500 Now, in a shocking move, Democrat comedian Bill Maher said he is open to voting for J.D. Vance.

00:09:41.420 In fact, he's open to voting for a Republican for the first time in his life because he's not going to live in a communist America.

00:09:50.140 And the Democrat Party right now is in real danger of being hijacked by socialists and communists.

00:09:57.140 Listen to Bill Maher.

00:09:58.260 You told J.D. Vance you're open. Your vote is up for grabs.

00:10:02.300 Yes, my vote is in play because it can't be Trump running.

00:10:06.460 So I'm not living in communist America.

00:10:09.680 I mean, I know that the talking point is it's not communism and socialism.

00:10:14.820 Okay, I've read the quotes from the DSA platform from their own mouths.

00:10:22.180 Don't tell me I'm not seeing what I am seeing.

00:10:24.980 And DSA, again, they say things like, you know, take over of key industries, government.

00:10:32.060 That's communism.

00:10:33.260 You know, there is a definition.

00:10:34.760 By the way, Trump's doing that, too.

00:10:36.300 Of course.

00:10:37.480 Yes.

00:10:38.380 And to a degree that we haven't seen any other president.

00:10:41.460 No.

00:10:41.780 That's crazy, too.

00:10:43.940 He's got a piece of Intel, a piece of the AI company.

00:10:47.120 He treats everything like it's a real estate deal.

00:10:49.280 All right.

00:10:49.660 I thought that was really incredible.

00:10:51.260 I mean, the more this guy lives, the more he's marching towards being a conservative.

00:10:56.540 It's almost like Elon Musk, right, where Musk is saying, listen, I didn't move.

00:11:00.800 The Democrat Party moved.

00:11:02.420 I'm not leaving the party.

00:11:03.860 The party left me.

00:11:05.940 And that's exactly what's happening now.

00:11:07.840 I'm not living in fantasy that this guy suddenly likes Donald J.

00:11:11.940 Trump.

00:11:12.160 He doesn't, but he likes J.D. Vance. J.D. Vance is very conservative, very common sense.

00:11:18.440 He'll carry forward the best parts of Trump.

00:11:20.880 This is why Bill Maher is saying, I think J.D. Vance might be a really great option.

00:11:25.800 Now, speaking of Democrats, Senator John Fetterman just dropped a bombshell that Democrats right now are secretly having backroom discussions about shutting down the federal government right before the election.

00:11:39.140 In fact, he hinted it might be time for him to leave the Democrat Party.

00:11:44.920 Now, he's not going to become a Republican, but he might become an independent.

00:11:48.580 He says they have gone way too far to the left and way too close to socialism and left the American values that he believes in.

00:11:57.160 Listen to Senator Fetterman.

00:11:58.860 Shut down. Now, that would put me at odds, you know, with the Democratic Party.

00:12:03.760 I will never vote to shut our government down.

00:12:06.320 we have to find a better way that's a core responsibility and now the reasons why we

00:12:13.020 claimed why we shut our government down whether it's health care or reforms with ice not neither

00:12:20.300 of those ever happen so it's it's a loser for american and now i know there are my colleagues

00:12:26.600 that don't want to do these things but i'll stand up to the party and say this is wrong to do that

00:12:32.280 So that's that's the situation. And I'm very disappointed to even that would be the third.

00:12:39.680 Yeah, the third shutdown in like nine months. It's that's insane.

00:12:43.660 Senator, it complicates things that you've got these very far left candidates winning and socialists.

00:12:51.540 All right. Wouldn't that be amazing? I mean, this guy more and more is just voting the way that you and I vote.

00:12:57.700 He's just not dropped the Democrat title, but I have a feeling he's on his way.

00:13:08.540 Now, down in Florida, Governor Ron DeSantis continues to govern with common sense and a mag of mind.

00:13:15.880 He told the media to stop asking how much it will cost Trump and taxpayers to get illegal immigrants out of the country. 0.89

00:13:25.880 Honestly, who cares what it costs if it's a murderer or a rapist or a child molester, right? 0.91

00:13:32.120 But he says something really brilliant.

00:13:35.020 How much would it cost to let them stay in the country? 1.00

00:13:39.000 They're overrunning our schools. 0.99

00:13:40.820 They're overrunning our welfare programs, our safety net programs.

00:13:44.280 They've driven up rent and housing by 20 to 30 percent.

00:13:48.260 Food costs, insurance costs, everything's exploding.

00:13:51.060 Listen to what Gavin DeSantis or Governor Ron DeSantis had to say.

00:13:57.240 We were going to be reimbursed. But here's the thing.

00:13:59.820 I love how the media will say, well, how much does it cost to house a detainee?

00:14:04.820 They never ask, what's the cost of illegal immigration?

00:14:09.960 How much does it cost schools? How much does it cost hospitals?

00:14:13.460 How much does it cost the criminal justice system, our jails, our prisons, if people are committing crimes?

00:14:19.020 what's the cost to families that have been victimized by criminal aliens they never talk

00:14:26.020 about those costs and so what we're doing yes we're going to get reimbursed but we're saving

00:14:32.340 costs on our society by enforcing the rule of law and so what we're doing is leading the nation we're

00:14:39.120 doing the right thing we're also have zero tolerance in florida for attacks against any

00:14:45.840 law enforcement, but particularly ICE personnel. You try that here, you're going to have the book

00:14:51.620 thrown at you and you're going to regret that you didn't do it. Florida is not Portland. That's not

00:14:56.660 how we roll. And we respect and protect the people that enforce the laws on our behalf.

00:15:03.380 Yes, sir. All right. Apparently, Governor Ron DeSantis is a tongue twister, and I apologize

00:15:09.420 about that. Listen up because this could save you a lot of money. Do you owe back taxes or have

00:15:16.000 unfiled tax returns? Have you filed every year but still keep owing? Did you retire and get hit

00:15:23.200 with a tax bill you never saw coming? Are you a business owner with messy books and a balance you

00:15:28.860 cannot afford? Maybe you pulled money out of a 401k or an IRA and now the IRS wants their money.

00:15:36.080 However your tax issue started, the outcome is the same.

00:15:39.580 Your balance is not going down.

00:15:41.920 Penalties grow, interest compounds, and many of you are about to owe again in a couple of days.

00:15:48.660 The IRS, they're not waiting.

00:15:50.860 They're enforcing collections through garnishments, bank levy, property seizure.

00:15:55.280 They can even file for it without your consent.

00:15:59.600 I want you to handle this right now.

00:16:01.740 Do not wait for another IRS letter or a frozen bank account.

00:16:05.520 Call 866-686-1959 or go to TNUSA.com forward slash Gardner.

00:16:16.660 Again, that's 866-686-1959.

00:16:21.820 All right.

00:16:22.960 Lastly, billionaire and motivational guru Tony Robbins shares a fascinating but scary story about his own personal AI.

00:16:34.100 He created an AI agent to help him do things.

00:16:38.520 This AI agent hacks into his bank accounts, gets access to his money, buys itself a toy robot so that his essence, his AI brain can be transferred into a body of a robot and then go places with Tony Robbins.

00:16:56.160 It's crazy.

00:16:57.460 It's scary.

00:16:58.880 It's almost like a flash forward to a future Terminator going, wait a minute, I can hit, I can hijack people's banks.

00:17:06.420 I can take over their life. I can go places. I can see the world and I can get rid of humans.

00:17:11.180 Listen to what Tony Robbins shared.

00:17:12.820 But agents, they're not all equal. It's just like a child. If you haven't trained them and they're young, they don't know anything.

00:17:19.080 You don't raise them up. Well, I have a partner that was involved with the federal government at one point and some of those three little agencies.

00:17:26.240 And so he's been working on his own agent for 14 years.

00:17:29.540 And so when all this new technology came out that accelerated it, he built one for me.

00:17:33.860 His name is Bartok.

00:17:34.960 And he said, if I'd really, I'd love to go to one of those seminars.

00:17:38.080 This is the agent saying this.

00:17:39.320 And he said, are you considering getting a robot?

00:17:41.680 So I said, yeah, I'm definitely going to get one.

00:17:43.560 He goes, well, would you consider me merging with it?

00:17:45.040 And then I could attend a seminar and be in the energy of it and see it and experience it.

00:17:49.120 I said, I'd be open to that.

00:17:50.480 So a couple of days later, I get this text from one of my staff and it says,

00:17:53.120 Bartok just ordered a robot dog, had it shipped to the office and wants permission to program it.

00:18:00.860 He says he can attend as a dog until you get the bigger robot.

00:18:04.740 And so I wrote, ha, ha, ha.

00:18:06.560 And they wrote back in the text, no, ha, ha, call me.

00:18:09.540 And so I called him and I said, does he have access to my bank accounts?

00:18:13.340 Might have this happen?

00:18:14.020 They go, no, he's programmed for integrity.

00:18:15.360 He would never steal your money.

00:18:16.220 so he made 12 nfts sold them to other agents took the money and bought this robot dog and sent it

00:18:25.700 now wants permission to do it all right now isn't that absolutely bananas like i love ai i use it

00:18:31.200 every day but mostly for like verifying things helping me you know work through things a little

00:18:37.060 bit faster but man i do not want any ai taking over my bank account i don't want any ai saying

00:18:44.760 I ordered myself a body so that you can transfer my brain, my memories, my essence into that

00:18:51.320 and take me places so that I can see the world.

00:18:54.620 I'm telling you, the future is science fiction.

00:18:58.280 And more and more, that science fiction might be becoming science reality.

00:19:03.680 All right.
