00:01:17.720 Newly released footage from Lower Manhattan shows a man, a veteran, with a history of anti-ICE activism, setting off an incendiary device and starting a large fire outside the federal building at 26 Federal Plaza, which houses an immigration court, ICE offices, DHS and other agencies.

00:01:41.500 Now, the suspect is 43-year-old former U.S. Army soldier Andrew Arabaca, and he was quickly tackled and taken into custody by federal protective officers and is now being held while the FBI and the Joint Terrorism Task Force investigate.
00:01:58.680 Now, according to officials, Ara Baca poured what is believed to be gasoline on the steps before igniting it with a large firework and then brandishing an airsoft rifle, firing several pellets towards the building.

00:04:23.360 On that front, the Department of Justice announced the arrest or indictment of more than 400 fraudsters who had committed more than five billion dollars in Medicaid and Medicare fraud against the people of the United States.

00:04:40.100 Just two months ago, Director Cash Patel at the FBI, at the instruction of the vice president, created the top 10 fraudsters most wanted list.

00:07:55.380 on the voter rolls. So her new scheme starting last year was register them to vote, give them

00:08:06.080 you know, she was caught on video doing that. And so she pled guilty to that. That's happening
00:08:10.840 all over the place. I mean, she's not a solo freelancer. She works for a company that has
00:08:15.240 people doing it. How does she get paid? She gets paid per signature that she gathers. 1.00
00:08:19.920 And who's, what company pays her? Well, there are professional signature
00:08:23.740 gathering companies that do this. There are a few of them on both sides. And so, for example,
00:08:28.380 when you remember that we had the recall of Gavin Newsom, they were professional paid signature
00:08:32.880 gatherers to do that. So all these ballot measures to increase our taxes or to, you know,
00:08:39.480 do something with the homeless or school bonds or whatever, there's always people who are getting
00:08:45.160 paid to do that. It's a big business in California. You can get paid 20 bucks a valid signature,
00:08:50.740 but if the signature isn't valid, meaning they aren't on the voter rolls. But the other part
00:08:55.000 of this lady's scheme is, of course, these are homeless people. Where are they going to say that
00:08:57.620 they live? She gave them her old address. So she registered people on her old address. That's
00:09:02.780 voter fraud. That's what she pled guilty to. The reason that Democrats, frankly, it's only 1.00
00:09:08.520 Democrats who aren't cooperating with us at scale don't want us to have the voter rolls is because
00:09:14.320 the voter rolls are full of people who shouldn't be there. How do I know that? Los Angeles County
00:09:18.600 itself admitted in 2017 in a lawsuit with Judicial Watch that over one million people were on the
00:09:24.380 Los Angeles County voter rolls illegally, dead, had moved, or otherwise ineligible to vote in
00:09:31.540 California. That is a pretty wild claim there at the end to say that Los Angeles has over a million
00:09:37.680 ineligible voters that were identified by judicial watch so let's just fact check that
00:09:42.260 here's some information so yes judicial watch did highlight these issues in 2017
00:09:47.460 and here is the actual analysis so let's just take a look at this
00:09:53.380 ghost voters okay that's what we're looking for looks like at least 3.5 million more people
00:10:00.320 are on the election rolls than eligible voters but that's not california that looks more like
00:10:05.160 nationwide total. So let's just verify just what she's talking about, the California stuff. So
00:10:10.960 here we go. In California, San Diego County, which is a big county, it's below Los Angeles,
00:10:16.620 they have 138% voter registrations compared to their voters. That means they have 810,966
00:10:26.000 ghost voters. Los Angeles County has a 112% rate, which equals 707,475 over registrations.
00:10:35.160 And if we look at the state as a whole, here we go, 100, a whopping 144 percent total numbers of residents.
00:10:44.420 So they have 144 percent more registered voters than they have people that are eligible to vote in the state.
00:10:53.460 You cannot convince me that California Democrats are not rigging the votes.

00:12:50.940 Now, RFK Jr., one of my favorite people in the Trump administration, announced that CMS is turning off over one billion dollars in federal funding to California and Minnesota until they can prove that the rampant medical fraud has been rooted out.

00:13:40.460 First, CMS is pausing more than a billion dollars in federal Medicaid payments to California and to Minnesota because of suspected fraud and non-compliance.

00:14:02.560 If those states want that money, they need to provide documentation that these payments are legitimate.

00:14:34.780 I'm talking just before midnight dealt former President Joe Biden a serious blow and handed a major transparency win to President Trump's allies.
00:14:45.680 The D.C. Circuit, in a two to one decision, rejected Biden's attempts to hide his 2017 Ghost Rider interview tapes from the American people and cleared the way for their release after August 3rd, unless Biden can convince the chief justice to intervene on his behalf.

00:15:17.780 The D.C. Circuit ruled that Biden's privacy claims do not outweigh the public interest in hearing the audio and seeing the transcripts of his conversation with memoir ghostwriter Mark Zonderwitz.
00:15:32.540 The judge noted that redactions already protect truly personal details, while the remaining content goes directly to Biden's mental capacity and conduct during public office.
00:15:46.740 Release is paused until August 3rd to give Biden one last shot to appeal, but he already lost on appeal, so it's not looking good.
00:15:54.940 Now, the oversight project called calls Biden's auto pen presidency, arguing that his mental decline led to a presidency run by staff and mechanical signatures rather than a fully competent commander in chief.
00:16:11.140 They already forced out audio from Biden's interview with special counsel Robert Herr, which raised questions about his memory and mental fitness, and now say these Ghost Rider tapes will further cement a timeline of Biden's mental deterioration.
00:16:27.040 For Trump and conservative watchdogs, this ruling validates years of FOIA litigation to expose what they see as deliberate efforts by the Democrat Party and the D.C. establishment to ram Biden into office despite doubts about his mental competency.
00:16:46.640 If the tape clearly shows serious cognitive issues, critics argue it could fuel challenges to policies and even controversial auto pen pardons and commutations by reinforcing the case that Biden wasn't truly exercising independent judgment when these decisions were signed or auto pen signed.
