00:00:00.000 Welcome to the Great America Show.
00:00:05.960 This is Stephen Gardner from YouTube filling in for John Fawcett so that you guys can be
00:00:12.080 kept in the loop on what's really going on in Washington, D.C.
00:00:15.520 I have an incredible show that John and I put together while he's out to talk about the
00:00:21.540 arrests that are happening, the Medicaid that's being shut off to California and Minnesota.
00:00:26.280 Today's news update is about massive fraud being shut down by Trump's team and a lot of arrests.
00:00:33.800 I love telling you guys about these losers being hunted down and arrested for voter fraud,
00:00:39.480 Medicare fraud, sneaking into the country, trying to burn down federal buildings. 0.96
00:00:45.120 So a lot of big stories. So let's go ahead and jump right in.
00:00:48.460 By the way, thank you guys so much for liking and sharing these videos.
00:00:51.680 Some of you asked yesterday, hey, Stephen, let us know where you're at.
00:00:55.340 I'm actually on a much needed vacation with my entire family down in St. George, but I snuck away so that I could bring you guys these big updates yesterday and ice rioter tried to burn down or even blow up the DHS and ice building in New York City.
00:01:13.120 This is obviously illegal and could have caused significant damage.
00:01:17.720 Newly released footage from Lower Manhattan shows a man, a veteran, with a history of anti-ICE activism, setting off an incendiary device and starting a large fire outside the federal building at 26 Federal Plaza, which houses an immigration court, ICE offices, DHS and other agencies.
00:01:38.400 It's also right around the corner from where 9-11 happened.
00:01:41.500 Now, the suspect is 43-year-old former U.S. Army soldier Andrew Arabaca, and he was quickly tackled and taken into custody by federal protective officers and is now being held while the FBI and the Joint Terrorism Task Force investigate.
00:01:58.680 Now, according to officials, Ara Baca poured what is believed to be gasoline on the steps before igniting it with a large firework and then brandishing an airsoft rifle, firing several pellets towards the building.
00:02:12.640 DHS and the FBI have described him as an anti-ice rioter and anti-American anti-government extremist, saying he carried anti-ice signs and literature and shunted anti-ice anti-government statements during his attack.
00:02:28.680 Authorities say he explicitly admitted he was targeting the federal complex and was willing to injure or kill people entering or leaving the building, whether they were federal employees, civilians or other.
00:02:41.180 As of this morning, federal office officials say charges have not been publicly announced, but I will share those with you when they do come out.
00:02:49.440 Now, Trump is obviously furious about this borders are Tom Homan said this anti ice hate on the mainstream media is leading to injured ice officers, people being killed as they try to kill ice agents and now attacks on federal buildings.
00:03:07.380 Listen to what Tom Homan shared.
00:03:09.020 You know, guys, I say just to mom and dad's, too, they don't hang their heart on a hook every day to do this job.
00:03:16.920 And it's just not an attack on the ICE agents, it's an attack on their spouses and children.
00:03:21.300 And no one knows that better than me.
00:03:24.580 I can't even go get a quart of milk at a grocery store without a security detail.
00:03:27.940 Why? Because I'm enforcing all of this country.
00:03:30.220 It's pathetic and it's disgusting. 1.00
00:03:31.800 Bye, Steph. 0.99
00:03:32.700 Thank you very much, Mr. Allman.
00:03:33.740 All right. I hate that our federal ICE agents are being treated like this.
00:03:38.960 Like, the Democrats are doing such a great job of brainwashing their people
00:03:44.260 that this is like the Gestapo, Nazi agents, brown shirts, 0.90
00:03:48.700 that they're literally willing to try to kill our agents. 0.54
00:03:51.900 And then when something terrible happens, they blame it on the ICE agent.
00:03:55.640 Now, speaking of arrests, there was a major announcement on fraud today.
00:04:00.860 And over 400 people have been arrested for stealing our money. 1.00
00:04:04.700 Instead of chasing down J6 grannies, 1.00
00:04:07.840 The FBI is actually arresting tons of people every single month, and some of them, they're connected to over a billion dollars in fraud. 1.00
00:04:17.980 Listen to what was shared this morning to jail just last week or just a couple of weeks ago.
00:04:23.360 On that front, the Department of Justice announced the arrest or indictment of more than 400 fraudsters who had committed more than five billion dollars in Medicaid and Medicare fraud against the people of the United States.
00:04:35.540 The results on the enforcement front have been massive.
00:04:40.100 Just two months ago, Director Cash Patel at the FBI, at the instruction of the vice president, created the top 10 fraudsters most wanted list.
00:04:49.620 And just since its creation, we have extradited three of the top 10 from foreign countries, from Turkey, from Somalia, from the Philippines.
00:04:58.260 Just put that in context.
00:04:59.700 Four years ago, the FBI under the previous administration was arresting grandmothers for praying rosaries outside of abortion clinics.
00:05:07.360 And today, the FBI is chasing fraudsters who have built billions of dollars from American citizens to every corner of the world and bringing them back here to face justice at the hands of the people.
00:05:19.160 All right. Let me know in the comments. Do you guys love that they're actually that the FBI is actually hunting people down and arresting them?
00:05:28.760 I think it's amazing. They should have been doing this this whole time.
00:05:32.280 Instead, under Biden, hey, steal as much money as you want.
00:05:36.380 Hey, 20 million people come into the country and you can live off of taxpayers.
00:05:40.980 In fact, we'll make sure you live better than our veterans and seniors.
00:05:44.780 Well, no more. 0.99
00:05:50.140 All right. 0.94
00:05:52.260 There's been a major voter fraud arrest of a woman that's been helping rig California elections
00:05:57.760 elections for democrats for over 20 years they finally caught her on camera she's been arrested
00:06:04.080 she's going to jail for a long time but listen to what was shared on the adam carolla uh show
00:06:10.180 about what they were doing and why we have to clean up the voter rolls why we have to have
00:06:15.600 the save america act and why we need trump's executive uh uh uh oh my gosh uh order sorry
00:06:23.580 about that brain fart, his executive order that makes the U.S. Postal Service check names before
00:06:30.160 and after the election. Listen to this. I went to vote last time and I reflexively pulled out
00:06:36.340 my I.D. because I reflexively reach for my I.D. in almost all environments now because I travel
00:06:43.960 so much. So I'm voting and I'm just sort of reaching for my I.D. And the guy's like, you
00:06:49.040 got to put that away and I was like you don't need to see it he's like no I can't touch it you
00:06:54.860 know and then he starts asking me questions about my address and how do you spell that and what was
00:07:00.780 the number again on that and it keeps screwing it up and how do you spell your name and I said
00:07:04.960 why don't you just show you my ID and you can just get all this right off my ID and he's like I can't
00:07:12.080 look at you you got to put the I can't touch the ID that's right and I'm like it's the only place
00:07:18.940 left in society where they shun the ID everywhere else. You need the ID and here we shall shun you
00:07:28.260 and your ID. That's insane. It's crazy. And I mean, I'll tell you one of the things I'm here 0.95
00:07:33.740 for in California. Monday, we announced the indictment and conviction, a guilty plea of a
00:07:39.320 woman who was doing petition gathering in Los Angeles for 20 years. And she would go to Skid Row
00:07:45.400 and she would get people to sign these petitions like, you know, increase the taxes or whatever 0.94
00:07:49.800 it is. And some of these were getting rejected because the people she was signing up were not
00:07:55.380 on the voter rolls. So her new scheme starting last year was register them to vote, give them
00:08:00.300 some bucks for that or cigarettes or whatever, and then register them on this petition. And,
00:08:06.080 you know, she was caught on video doing that. And so she pled guilty to that. That's happening
00:08:10.840 all over the place. I mean, she's not a solo freelancer. She works for a company that has
00:08:15.240 people doing it. How does she get paid? She gets paid per signature that she gathers. 1.00
00:08:19.920 And who's, what company pays her? Well, there are professional signature
00:08:23.740 gathering companies that do this. There are a few of them on both sides. And so, for example,
00:08:28.380 when you remember that we had the recall of Gavin Newsom, they were professional paid signature
00:08:32.880 gatherers to do that. So all these ballot measures to increase our taxes or to, you know,
00:08:39.480 do something with the homeless or school bonds or whatever, there's always people who are getting
00:08:45.160 paid to do that. It's a big business in California. You can get paid 20 bucks a valid signature,
00:08:50.740 but if the signature isn't valid, meaning they aren't on the voter rolls. But the other part
00:08:55.000 of this lady's scheme is, of course, these are homeless people. Where are they going to say that
00:08:57.620 they live? She gave them her old address. So she registered people on her old address. That's
00:09:02.780 voter fraud. That's what she pled guilty to. The reason that Democrats, frankly, it's only 1.00
00:09:08.520 Democrats who aren't cooperating with us at scale don't want us to have the voter rolls is because
00:09:14.320 the voter rolls are full of people who shouldn't be there. How do I know that? Los Angeles County
00:09:18.600 itself admitted in 2017 in a lawsuit with Judicial Watch that over one million people were on the
00:09:24.380 Los Angeles County voter rolls illegally, dead, had moved, or otherwise ineligible to vote in
00:09:31.540 California. That is a pretty wild claim there at the end to say that Los Angeles has over a million
00:09:37.680 ineligible voters that were identified by judicial watch so let's just fact check that
00:09:42.260 here's some information so yes judicial watch did highlight these issues in 2017
00:09:47.460 and here is the actual analysis so let's just take a look at this
00:09:53.380 ghost voters okay that's what we're looking for looks like at least 3.5 million more people
00:10:00.320 are on the election rolls than eligible voters but that's not california that looks more like
00:10:05.160 nationwide total. So let's just verify just what she's talking about, the California stuff. So
00:10:10.960 here we go. In California, San Diego County, which is a big county, it's below Los Angeles,
00:10:16.620 they have 138% voter registrations compared to their voters. That means they have 810,966
00:10:26.000 ghost voters. Los Angeles County has a 112% rate, which equals 707,475 over registrations.
00:10:35.160 And if we look at the state as a whole, here we go, 100, a whopping 144 percent total numbers of residents.
00:10:44.420 So they have 144 percent more registered voters than they have people that are eligible to vote in the state.
00:10:53.460 You cannot convince me that California Democrats are not rigging the votes.
00:10:57.820 I mean, just think about this.
00:10:59.340 This is 2017.
00:11:01.320 This is a decade ago.
00:11:02.420 Just think of how much this has grown.
00:11:03.820 It's probably like 10 times this by now.
00:11:06.640 We need investigations from the federal government.
00:11:09.740 We need prison sentences for the people who have orchestrated this.
00:11:13.660 And just for fun, what did that whopping 144% of registered voters over the total equate to?
00:11:20.020 Almost 2 million ghost voters in California alone.
00:11:25.000 And again, this is a decade ago.
00:11:27.200 All right, a couple of things that really bother me and stuck out to me was Los Angeles voter rolls.
00:11:41.540 A hundred and forty four percent more people are registered to vote than are eligible to vote.
00:11:50.460 in san diego 138 percent more registered people than there are voters how does that happen if
00:12:00.980 you're not cheating just to give you an example with 138 percent in san diego county that means
00:12:08.780 that there are 810 966 ghost voters probably voting for democrats over 1.7 million ghost
00:12:20.400 voters in California. This is why Trump's lawyer and the assistant under the attorney general,
00:12:28.380 Harmeet Dillon, this is why she's fighting so hard to clean up voter rolls. This is why President
00:12:34.300 Trump is trying to get the USPS to only use clean voter rolls with mail-in ballots. I gave you that
00:12:41.040 update yesterday. We haven't won the war, but we won another battle. If you didn't see that,
00:12:46.120 Go watch that huge breaking news about a legal order.
00:12:50.940 Now, RFK Jr., one of my favorite people in the Trump administration, announced that CMS is turning off over one billion dollars in federal funding to California and Minnesota until they can prove that the rampant medical fraud has been rooted out.
00:13:09.020 Listen to what RFK shared.
00:13:10.460 Blood waste and abuse is a dollar stolen from American patients and from the American taxpayer as money that should be going to legitimate health care.
00:13:22.080 President Trump directed us to end this corruption after President Biden and my predecessor, Xavier Becerra, allowed it to flourish.
00:13:31.480 Our job is not just to catch the bad guys.
00:13:34.240 Our job is to stop the fraud before it happens.
00:13:37.560 Today, I have two major announcements.
00:13:40.460 First, CMS is pausing more than a billion dollars in federal Medicaid payments to California and to Minnesota because of suspected fraud and non-compliance.
00:13:53.800 That includes more than $867 million for California and over $200 million for Minnesota.
00:14:02.560 If those states want that money, they need to provide documentation that these payments are legitimate.
00:14:10.460 We use traditional financial verification.
00:14:14.540 We use the A.I.
00:14:16.320 All right. Isn't that amazing?
00:14:18.700 Like, I hate to pick on California and Minnesota, but if you're going to allow your people to steal our money, then there's got to be repercussions.
00:14:27.920 And now there are.
00:14:29.540 All right. Listen to this.
00:14:30.520 This is big. A late night federal appeal court ruling.
00:14:34.780 I'm talking just before midnight dealt former President Joe Biden a serious blow and handed a major transparency win to President Trump's allies.
00:14:45.680 The D.C. Circuit, in a two to one decision, rejected Biden's attempts to hide his 2017 Ghost Rider interview tapes from the American people and cleared the way for their release after August 3rd, unless Biden can convince the chief justice to intervene on his behalf.
00:15:06.720 Now, this is Mike Howell, who's been on my show many times from the Oversight Project.
00:15:14.300 They've been suing on your behalf and they won.
00:15:17.780 The D.C. Circuit ruled that Biden's privacy claims do not outweigh the public interest in hearing the audio and seeing the transcripts of his conversation with memoir ghostwriter Mark Zonderwitz.
00:15:32.540 The judge noted that redactions already protect truly personal details, while the remaining content goes directly to Biden's mental capacity and conduct during public office.
00:15:46.740 Release is paused until August 3rd to give Biden one last shot to appeal, but he already lost on appeal, so it's not looking good.
00:15:54.940 Now, the oversight project called calls Biden's auto pen presidency, arguing that his mental decline led to a presidency run by staff and mechanical signatures rather than a fully competent commander in chief.
00:16:11.140 They already forced out audio from Biden's interview with special counsel Robert Herr, which raised questions about his memory and mental fitness, and now say these Ghost Rider tapes will further cement a timeline of Biden's mental deterioration.
00:16:27.040 For Trump and conservative watchdogs, this ruling validates years of FOIA litigation to expose what they see as deliberate efforts by the Democrat Party and the D.C. establishment to ram Biden into office despite doubts about his mental competency.
00:16:46.640 If the tape clearly shows serious cognitive issues, critics argue it could fuel challenges to policies and even controversial auto pen pardons and commutations by reinforcing the case that Biden wasn't truly exercising independent judgment when these decisions were signed or auto pen signed.
00:17:10.400 This is just a first step, but it is a major win.
00:17:13.360 And when those tapes become public, I will definitely come on and tell you guys.
