00:00:22.780 it's a friday it's the summer and i know there's so many better things you could be doing than
00:00:26.940 catching up on the news, right? So we'll keep it quick, 20, 30 minutes here. Let's get through all
00:00:31.760 the big stories of the day, the big stories of the week in a big wrap-up. Among those stories,
00:00:38.840 President Trump issuing a massive crackdown on birthright citizenship and the scam of it
00:00:44.000 after, of course, the Supreme Court failed the American people just a few months ago
00:00:48.080 when they decided, yeah, you can come to this country as a migrant. You can come to this country,
00:00:53.940 have some babies even though you're illegal have some babies and they become citizens
00:00:57.880 or better yet you can come from china you come from mexico plan a little trip in america a
00:01:03.220 vacation if you will you know pay a few thousand dollars for somebody bring you over and guess
00:01:08.700 what boom you have a baby and they're a citizen side among the big stories tonight an appeals
00:01:14.080 court panel uh of course stacked with biden obama and uh marxist dem judges issuing a ruling on
00:01:22.900 president trump's construction of his white house ballroom it might be going to the supreme court
00:01:28.040 speaking of the supreme court justice samuel alito letting us know if he's gonna stay on or
00:01:34.280 if he's retiring we're gonna have that for you tonight todd blanche does he have the votes for
00:01:38.320 ag there's some rhinos who are showing their true colors but we'll let you know what happened and 0.90
00:01:44.560 amy klobuchar is lashing out at people lashing out at her constituents after claiming she's been a
00:01:50.380 strong border security advocate think about that and james talafrico who's running for the senate
00:01:58.600 down in texas caught headlining a gay pride event alongside an 11 year old child who's a drag queen
00:02:05.920 yeah folks that's the man who wants to be the next senator from the great state of texas imagine
00:02:12.860 that an 11 year old drag queen all those stories and much much more so let's get right into it
00:02:20.140 We begin tonight's show with the big story.
00:02:23.940 President Trump signing two massive executive orders, much narrower than his original 2025 executive order after the Supreme Court ruled that his broad attempt to end birthright citizenship violated the Constitution.
00:02:38.180 Imagine that. 0.51
00:02:39.820 Coming here illegally, having kids here, you're illegal. 1.00
00:02:44.000 You're not supposed to be here. 1.00
00:02:45.420 Somehow your kids are citizens.
00:02:46.640 Make it make sense, because just on the simple common sense aspect of it, it makes no sense.
00:02:54.140 Now, the administration says these new orders target specific inspections rather than eliminating birthright citizenship generally.
00:03:01.680 Now, this is what Justice Kavanaugh had alluded to when he made his point be heard.
00:03:10.200 There's a way around doing it, and this is maybe how you should target it.
00:03:14.780 So this is now, it seems, how the Trump administration is doing it.
00:03:18.160 So what were those two executive orders?
00:03:20.160 The executive order, the first one, which is limits on birthright citizenship,
00:03:24.280 this order says that certain children born in the United States
00:03:26.620 would not automatically receive U.S. citizenship
00:03:28.820 if they fall into one of these four categories,
00:03:33.500 which are children born to individuals classified as illegal enemies.
00:03:39.680 Think about that, illegal alien enemies, the wording there.
00:03:44.780 The wording there is very important. Children born to members of foreign terrorist organizations, to which the administration could designate, quite frankly, anybody they want as a terrorist organization. That's how it works.
00:03:57.440 Children born to agents or employees of foreign governments who are not otherwise entitled to automatic citizenship under existing laws.
00:04:04.400 The administration also says the order applies to some births resulting from commercial birth tourism surrogacy arrangements intended to primary to obtain U.S. citizenships for children.
00:04:17.320 now those if you remember seeing uh there were signs going up all over california all over the
00:04:23.960 place um where you know they were advertising you know a few thousand bucks and we'll take
00:04:32.320 you to america and you know have your baby and they're a citizen which to me is just so beyond
00:04:42.700 crazy that on its face, I couldn't believe the Supreme court struck that down on his face on
00:04:49.420 that one. So that's the executive order. The first one, the second executive order is cracking down
00:04:54.480 a little bit further on this birther tourism scam. And, uh, that executive order lays out 1.00
00:04:59.760 increased scrutiny of visa applicants suspected of planning to travel to the U S primarily to
00:05:05.360 give birth. So I guess there's probably a way for the government to be able to tell. And like I said,
00:05:10.260 you you know you'd be surprised we all think governments like this highly sophisticated
00:05:16.100 apparatus which it is in a sense but it also does boil down in a bit to um common sense
00:05:23.520 things that make sense so in other words if someone books a trip and then like two days
00:05:29.100 later they get to america we check their visa and boom they got a kid or seven days later they 1.00
00:05:33.860 get a kid because, I mean, any woman who cares about the life of her child is obviously not 0.99
00:05:40.420 going to run through a desert across the Rio Grande. I mean, maybe get on a 10 hour, 12 hour 1.00
00:05:47.200 long flight, risking the health and safety of that child to be born. So I guess there's ways
00:05:56.040 for the federal government that they'll be able to pick up on this. It also allows consular
00:05:59.600 officials to deny visas if they believe the applicant's primary purpose is birth tourism.
00:06:05.620 I guess we'll maybe have some CBP agents at the airport checking for those baby bumps.
00:06:11.420 It also permit visa revocations for people found to have misrepresented their purpose for traveling.
00:06:17.120 So if you figure out one of these scammers were here, you're gone. And some cases impose long-term
00:06:24.140 permanent bans on future visas for those who have found committed fraud in the visas. Now,
00:06:29.280 the important thing about what this did do, it didn't outright eliminate the birthright citizenship,
00:06:35.820 which is, as I said, what Kavanaugh had alluded to. It did, in a sense, but without the wording,
00:06:44.580 if that makes sense. The broader approach was an attempt at President Trump's original executive
00:06:50.360 As I said in 2025, that the Supreme Court reaffirmed the 14th Amendment guaranteed citizenship to nearly everyone born on U.S. soil struck down that broader effort, which is why President Trump and Stephen Miller are working on this new rewording, I guess, is probably the best way to say it.
00:07:08.480 The new orders focus on categories in the administration that the Trump administration argues fall outside the traditional understanding of the citizenship clause.
00:07:18.580 And I just want to go back to that saying that I had told you in the first executive order, the alien enemies, because President Trump will be able to designate foreign people coming to this country illegally as alien enemies, which falls right under that scope.
00:07:41.560 Now, the administration says these orders are different, of course, because they have to eventually go to the Supreme Court once again.
00:07:50.720 The White House is saying the Supreme Court's ruling left room for narrow exceptions to birthright citizenship, which, once again, is what Brett Kavanaugh had alluded to.
00:07:59.800 These orders target people who, in the administration's view, are not fully subject to the jurisdiction of the United States under the 14th Amendment to obtain entry through fraud.
00:08:09.100 Now, of course, we expect the legal fight to come, as it does with everything President Trump does.
00:08:15.600 I mean, he can cure cancer, and there'd be a judge somewhere with some sort of injunction.
00:08:21.840 That's just the way it is.
00:08:23.720 Opponents are arguing that the 14th Amendment has long been interpreted to grant citizenship to almost everyone born in the United States.
00:08:32.240 New executive orders are an attempt to accomplish indirectly what the Supreme Court already rejected,
00:08:37.000 and multiple lawsuits, of course, expected, and courts will likely decide whether these narrow
00:08:42.460 categories are constitutional. But as I said, folks, you all know how these federal judges who
00:08:50.700 want to play president and Congress and dictator at the same time, we know how they're going to
00:08:59.720 roll. And I expect probably in the next few hours, if not days or minutes, we'll get an
00:09:06.920 injunction from some judge out in maybe California, maybe right here in New York, who knows? But
00:09:13.360 it's of course expected, but that's expected with everything President Trump does. That's
00:09:21.000 just the way it is. And that's how President Trump's had to deal with this. We're going to
00:09:24.640 take a quick break here, folks. When we come back, we're going to go a little bit further into this
00:09:28.520 President Trump with some words on it from the Oval Office, along with Stephen Miller,
00:09:31.960 who's been a terrific architect of President Trump's policy when it does come to the border.
00:09:37.960 That hawkish border policy is, I'd say, probably 90% Stephen Miller. We're also going to talk
00:09:42.960 about that appeals court and what they're doing to President Trump in his ballroom. Todd Blanche,
00:09:48.640 does he have the votes to become AG? And of course, Supreme Court Justice Alito with the
00:09:54.180 decision if he's going to retire or not. All of that and much, much more, folks. So please stay
00:09:58.300 with us. We're coming right back. Don't turn that dial. We'll be back in less than 60. I promise.
00:10:08.740 Thanks, everybody, for staying with us here. So let's get back to what we were talking about
00:10:15.020 and this birthright citizenship scam, to which the Democrats, of course,
00:10:21.320 been playing for years. Stephen Miller, alongside President Trump as he signed these executive
00:10:25.980 orders had a few words to say. So today the president signed these two executive orders here
00:10:31.460 relating to birthright citizenship and birth tourism. As the president mentioned, the 14th
00:10:38.020 amendment was passed exclusively in the aftermath of the civil war to ensure that the children of
00:10:43.780 slaves would be citizens. It had no other meaning and purpose outside of that. And that's been clear
00:10:48.720 obviously since the day that it was passed. You can go back and you can read the congressional
00:10:52.480 debates. This is not something that's even seriously contested by anybody. The president
00:10:57.660 is using his authority as commander-in-chief to sign first an executive order using the new ruling
00:11:03.940 the Supreme Court issued to expand the definitions of people who are ineligible for birthright
00:11:08.780 citizenship. That includes, for example, alien enemies in the United States, members of foreign
00:11:14.340 terrorist organizations, and large categories of people who lobby and act on behalf of foreign
00:11:19.560 governments. And so with taking this action, it ensures that large numbers of people who wrongly
00:11:25.400 would be getting birthright citizenship will no longer be eligible for those benefits. The second
00:11:30.220 action that he's taking, which is especially historic, is for the first time ever in American
00:11:35.740 history to ban birth tourism. So I want you to really let that sink in. This has been something
00:11:42.800 that people have talked about not only for years, but for decades. The idea that people come here
00:11:47.800 pretending to be a tourist, pretending to be a visitor, saying they want to go to Disneyland,
00:11:52.920 they want to go visit a monument or go to a national park. But the real reason they're here
00:11:57.540 is to have a child, to make that child as an automatic citizen, leave our country, 0.79
00:12:03.420 and then have a U.S. citizen child. It gives them access under this broken system to welfare
00:12:08.740 benefits, ultimately to the voting booth, and all the other rights and privileges that belong
00:12:13.260 solely to americans so that practice of birth tourism is as of the signing of this order
00:12:20.140 hereby banned and what that means is that no one in the world is any more allowed to obtain a visa
00:12:28.460 for this fraudulent purpose it is probably and president trump has done many historic things
00:12:33.340 on immigration too many till this is now sealed the southern border shut record deportations
00:12:39.100 record integrity stopping foreign terrorist entry record reduction in drug seizures dismantling
00:12:45.180 criminal cartels dismantling the gangs right everything he's done that has been so unprecedented
00:12:50.380 i would put this in the top three in terms of importance because it ends what has been one of
00:12:55.340 the gravest and most egregious abuses of the american system and it keeps american citizenship
00:13:01.420 sacred thank you okay good stuff that's a big deal um thank you on the world tourism executive
00:13:12.540 order um what are the plans for enforcement these are cracking down on tourism hotels that's coming
00:13:17.980 so we're cracking down very big very big big crackdowns and this will give us the right to
00:13:24.220 do it in a much more forceful manner but they've taken birthright citizenship and they've made a
00:13:29.340 a joke out of it. And we're actually the only country of size, I think just about the only
00:13:35.860 country, period, that does birthright citizenship. I thought we were going to win it at the Supreme
00:13:40.540 Court. Unfortunately, we had a bad decision, very unfair decision. Our country suffers because of it.
00:13:46.880 And we're ending in a different way. And I think that's exactly what we need
00:13:52.760 from President Trump, especially as these, you know, we talk about every day here,
00:13:57.040 uh as the midterm elections loom you know the american people are asking for wins they want
00:14:03.340 to see wins they want to see victories uh and and this is one of the things that president trump
00:14:08.000 ran on now president trump said that this decision came because of an unfortunate decision from the
00:14:16.000 supreme court we had a very unfortunate decision in the supreme court concerning birthright was
00:14:21.780 close, but a very, very unfortunate decision. So we're making adjustments because it's very
00:14:29.860 unfair. This was done for a different reason. This was done right after the Civil War. This
00:14:35.000 was for the babies of slaves. And what's happening now, people are building businesses around it 0.82
00:14:43.500 from wealthy people are building businesses around birthright citizenship. That's not the
00:14:48.440 is supposed to work it's a disgrace they're buying their way in and we're not going to let it happen
00:14:54.600 it's not even that that's the only thing that it's a business but these people are here 1.00
00:15:02.840 the illegal aliens who come here and working and not paying taxes and so on and so forth 0.94
00:15:08.840 you know i i saw something the other day and it was from i believe it was axios and it pretty
00:15:15.080 much said you know don't quote me verbatim but this is you know along the lines of what it said
00:15:20.600 that it costs each individual american about i believe it's like 2800 bucks almost 2900 bucks
00:15:27.480 per deportation i said to myself okay you know it's we'll round up three grand
00:15:34.360 But why isn't Axios telling us how much it costs for us to house, to maintain, to school, to provide government programs, EBT if you're here in New York?
00:15:53.560 Or how about the schooling system that we pay for?
00:15:57.380 How about when you pick up the phone and you call 911 and we send an ambulance?
00:16:00.480 Or when you go into the hospital, the emergency room?
00:16:04.360 How much does that cost the taxpayer per year?
00:16:09.880 I'd have to assume, just using common sense, that it's probably far more than $3,000 per person.
00:16:22.920 If you look at schooling, public safety, if you break it down per capita, of course, per city.
00:16:27.960 schooling, safety, hospitals, food subsidies. Yet these left-wing organizations
00:16:40.340 want to paint this as, well, of course it's not going to be free. Nothing in life is free. Of
00:16:47.200 course, if you're a socialist, then you think it's free because you don't pay the bill.
00:16:51.260 But of course it's not going to be free.
00:16:54.880 so they want to you know put it on the the republicans as well
00:17:01.840 it's three thousand dollars a person i don't know about you folks but i'm happy 0.95
00:17:08.880 at that number three thousand dollars a person to get these illegals out of the country once
00:17:16.080 and for all i think is probably a pretty cheap price to pay in the grand scheme of things if
00:17:23.460 you do the math over the course of their life expectancy here or however long they decide to
00:17:29.520 stay in this country, whether it be five years, 10 years, 20 years, or lifetime. Not to even
00:17:37.180 mention the wages and real American wages being dragged down because of the scam. 0.79
00:17:53.460 because they're able to undercut wages by hiring illegals, by paying them cash off the books.
00:18:00.140 And right here in New York, it's a very big problem. We have them all over the place, 0.99
00:18:07.500 restaurants and labor jobs or day labor jobs. But these socialist communists who are running for
00:18:17.060 office, who, by the way, I don't think they're dumb and I'm not giving them any credit, but I 0.99
00:18:23.220 don't think they're dumb i just think they're extremely deceptive i think they're liars 0.99
00:18:27.920 you lie to the american people to get your votes are taking over this country 0.96
00:18:34.220 and the media of course is a darling to them cnn or msnbc and it's the reason why shows like this
00:18:42.540 shows like mine the great america show so shows like my my friend stephen gardner i'm filling in
00:18:48.600 for do so well people are tuning out the legacy media you know i the guy i watch all the time
00:18:58.200 joe rogan no i don't agree on politics 100 but that's fine we're americans right so it's healthy
00:19:02.780 has really taken a stance this is a guy who you know was a bernie sanders supporter but his eyes
00:19:08.420 have really opened and he's got a massive audience i think he's got like 10 or 11 million people
00:19:12.600 listen each show has picked up on the fact that these democrat socialists is what they call
00:19:19.860 themselves can't sustain here in this country and they think that this idea of democratic socialism
00:19:25.760 is a really good idea because there are some examples of socialist policies that do work like
00:19:30.700 the fire department and there's a bunch of stuff that makes sense but the problem with enforcing
00:19:36.780 any of this stuff that they don't understand is it always comes down to power you have to have
00:19:42.440 massive authority and usually guns because you can't just steal people's money they're not going
00:19:47.500 to let you they're not going to let you just come in and decide hey we just devised a new tax
00:19:52.180 where everybody who makes more than five hundred thousand dollars a year everything over that you
00:19:56.500 have to give a hundred percent to the state or 95 that's exactly what these democrats socialists
00:20:02.420 want folks and if it stays on the trajectory it's what they're going to get we see them popping up
00:20:08.420 all around this country. It started out in deep blue New York, but it's spreading out to the West
00:20:13.400 and it's a scary phenomena. It's a very scary phenomena. We're going to take a quick break
00:20:18.800 here, folks. We're coming right back. Less than 60 seconds. There's so much more to get to.
00:20:22.600 We got the James Tallarico story. We got Amy Klobuchar being booed, Justice Alito. We got
00:20:28.280 all that and much, much more. President Trump also voicing off Senator John Thune. So please
00:20:36.320 stay with us, folks. We are coming right back. Thanks, everybody, for staying with us. If you're
00:20:46.120 enjoying the show, please be sure to hit that like, subscribe and follow button. We appreciate
00:20:50.480 it. Give us a thumbs up if you're enjoying it. So that big, beautiful ballroom President Trump
00:20:56.080 is building. If it were any other president, I'm sure it would be no issue. Build the thing,
00:21:02.480 make it look beautiful, make the White House look beautiful, make it look more presentable.
00:21:06.320 It's a great thing, right? Great. Terrific. Yeah, that is if your name isn't President Trump.
00:21:12.200 So the Democrats have been fighting since he started building it and back and forth to court,
00:21:17.280 which ultimately looks like it's going to head to the Supreme Court. But this afternoon,
00:21:21.220 a federal appeals court blocked the construction of the White House ballroom. Two to one vote,
00:21:26.160 three judge panel in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that President Trump lacks the
00:21:30.940 authority to move forward with the construction without the approval from Congress, even though
00:21:36.420 it's being funded by donors, by big corporations in America, with the exception of the portions of
00:21:45.500 it that'll be used for national security, which, of course, we don't know. They're allegedly
00:21:49.340 building something in the basement that will be used for national security. Okay. And if you look
00:21:53.840 at the building of it, the construction of it right now, you can see it's not just a ballroom
00:21:58.140 with the little foundation. It's a serious, serious construction. You say, President Trump
00:22:02.960 lacks the authority to move forward without the construction approval from Congress.
00:22:10.440 Judge Patricia Millett, who's an Obama appointee, Bradley Garcia, who's a Biden appointee,
00:22:15.500 writing the majority opinion, whether or not the massive ballroom should be constructed is
00:22:19.720 for Congress to decide, not a matter of the executive help, whatever that means.
00:22:26.040 so there you have it now the appeals court state its ruling for 14 days to give trump
00:22:32.360 administration time to appeal to the u.s supreme court which they're working on right now a federal
00:22:37.840 judge earlier this year limited the construction of president trump's privately funded white house
00:22:41.700 ballroom last summer the trump administration announced this ballroom construction project
00:22:46.120 and from then it's been a war with these marxist democrats
00:22:51.040 to build this ballroom. In June, of course, the Senate voted on a proposal to block the
00:22:58.420 construction of the 90,000 square foot ballroom. The proposal, which needed 60 votes, failed 52
00:23:05.180 to 47. Six Republican senators voted with the Democrats to block the construction.
00:23:11.240 Should I give you guys a second to guess? I'll just tell you. Senators Collins, Husted, Moran,
00:23:17.660 Rakowski, Sullivan, and Tillis. Imagine that, folks. If President Trump wants it, it cannot be.
00:23:26.680 No ifs, ands, or buts about it. President Trump doing an interview this afternoon asked us some
00:23:33.180 pretty interesting questions. Midterms are around the corner, but in just over a month, we're facing
00:23:40.700 another government shutdown the end of September. Just in time for the election, folks. The timing
00:23:46.800 is always great. Here's what President
00:23:48.840 Trump had to say. So you have a government
00:23:50.880 funding fight coming up September 30th
00:23:52.940 which is just, you know, five, six weeks away
00:23:54.860 whatever it is. If it doesn't
00:23:56.940 get done now, do you want to push
00:23:58.800 forward? Look, I'm going to say whatever happens
00:24:00.860 happens. It was set
00:24:02.900 up so that it would be before the election
00:24:04.780 and you could very well have a
00:24:06.780 closed country because the Democrats are going to vote
00:24:08.960 entirely against it. They're going to vote
00:24:10.780 against it. It seems like they're
00:24:12.680 in favor of closing
00:24:15.020 down the country.
00:24:16.800 They're in favor of. Look, I'll go a step further. I'd like to see a termination of the filibuster.
00:24:22.420 You don't have the votes for that. Oh, that's one. I really can't.
00:24:25.220 But why? I mean, it's you say Democrats.
00:24:28.520 Well, because you don't have you don't have Democrat votes right now.
00:24:32.500 But if they get in office 100 percent, they'll terminate the filibuster. You know that.
00:24:37.960 Well, they tried. They weren't able to last.
00:24:39.600 Well, but those two people are now out of service.
00:24:42.680 That's true. They're doing other things and no longer politicians.
00:24:46.800 And they wouldn't have been able to get elected in that they couldn't have gotten the nomination.
00:24:51.780 But and look, it's incredible termination of the filibuster.
00:24:57.880 So good. And you have most Republicans in favor.
00:25:01.520 And then you have some old line people that they actually believe that some of the Republicans actually believe the Democrats won't do it.
00:25:10.380 And I was and I'm one I actually don't think that I think there are a lot more people who are against it than it seems.
00:25:15.520 I think the Democrats will do it in the first hour, day, and if they're really slow week, it'll be done.
00:25:24.700 And then you know what happens?
00:25:25.900 You have two more states, so to speak, right?
00:25:28.940 You have D.C. and you have Puerto Rico.
00:25:30.540 You have four more senators.
00:25:31.720 You have eight more congressmen.
00:25:34.360 You have 23 because the real number they want is 23 Supreme Court justices.
00:25:38.700 That's their real number.
00:25:41.480 Make no mistake about it, folks.
00:25:43.100 If the Democrats take control, they are nuking the filibuster.
00:25:47.800 It's a guarantee.
00:25:49.960 They've said it.
00:25:51.620 But John Thune, of course, doesn't care.
00:25:54.020 He doesn't whip the votes.
00:25:55.540 As a matter of fact, when they need something passed, he tells President Trump, go get the votes yourself.
00:26:01.100 President Trump was asked in that interview, does he want Thune gone?
00:26:06.140 Let's hear what he has to say.
00:26:07.600 Do you want Thune to serve another term as leader?
00:26:09.500 Do you think, would you support him?
00:26:10.400 Well, I don't want to get into that necessarily.
00:26:12.380 Why?
00:26:12.560 a lot of people are thinking about this is a big issue i get along with him it's unfortunate that
00:26:19.120 he doesn't have the vote but you actually get along with him uh i do but you clearly disagree
00:26:24.060 i mean you have big disagreements i do i do have disagreements i believe strongly in terminating
00:26:28.600 the filibuster and by the way getting save america act approved immediately and about 400 other things
00:26:35.880 in every hour of every day boom boom boom you get whatever you want you get democrats would do it
00:26:42.100 too, though, right? They'd get all they're going to do that. They're going to do that. If they get
00:26:45.660 in, they're going to do it very quickly. I mean, you're wrong on that. We'll see. They're going to
00:26:49.540 do that so fast. And I say, as long as we all know that they're going to do it, I'm so shocked
00:26:55.540 to hear you. But as long as I know that they're going to do that, you do it. I would do it whether
00:27:00.420 they did it or not. I would we would get in the next two and a half years, we would get things
00:27:05.100 that nobody ever dreamt of. We would be in office for the next hundred years. And I'll tell you
00:27:10.580 what if they get in i may be the last republican president make no mistake folks and i don't think
00:27:19.600 president trump is being hyperbolic about it at all the democrats want to take over this country
00:27:26.200 they want to take over the world they always talk about president trump being a dictator but they
00:27:31.440 truly are the party of dictators i mean look what they did to joe biden i couldn't stand joe biden
00:27:39.400 But he did win his primary.
00:27:43.340 Kamala Harris never received a vote from a voter. 1.00
00:27:46.340 Somehow takes over for Joe Biden.
00:27:49.420 That's the Democrat Party, folks, that wants to constantly school us and tell us what it is.
00:27:56.980 So, Todd Blanche, does he have the votes?
00:28:00.740 Does he not have the votes to become the next AG?
00:28:02.500 Well, this afternoon, Senator Bill Cassidy, who was, of course, ousted in his primary,
00:28:07.560 huge rhino announced he will vote yes to confirm todd blanche's attorney general
00:28:12.000 now has enough votes senate confirmation after cassidy made his announcement senate will vote
00:28:17.800 to confirm uh blanche any day now um it's a shame it's a shame because cassidy's announcement
00:28:25.920 came after rhino senators collins and murkowski announced that they would oppose blanche for
00:28:31.260 various reasons murkowski of course announced that she would oppose blanche because of
00:28:37.500 president trump's weaponization fund handling of the epstein files and sweeping immunity
00:28:43.400 protections for president trump and his family those are her reasons why she couldn't support
00:28:50.260 todd blanch senator collins who's up for re-election by the way um in november so i
00:29:00.800 hope the people of maine take that into consideration is is collins any better than a democrat
00:29:06.840 you know not entirely sure amy klobuchar having a very tough time she's running for uh what is 0.99
00:29:13.340 she running for governor that's right in minnesota a state that's filled with fraud 0.99
00:29:17.200 up to the eyeballs and amy klobuchar says that it's time for some ice reform
00:29:27.460 amy i've long believed and supported funding for order at the border and i have worked
00:29:35.960 well with law enforcement in minnesota for years but what i
00:29:40.840 quiet quiet i ran i ran the largest prosecutor's office in the state and was endorsed by police
00:29:50.200 many many times so don't so don't she says she's a strong advocate on border security
00:30:00.000 Amy, I've long believed and supported funding for order at the border, and I have worked well with law enforcement in Minnesota for years.
00:30:09.660 But what I am, quiet, quiet.
00:30:17.240 That's not a bold face lie, folks.
00:30:20.020 I don't know what is.
00:30:22.240 Amy Klobuchar believes in secure borders.
00:30:26.620 It's the first time hearing about that.
00:30:28.360 Well, I'm glad we, you know, we had those clips so we can all laugh together.
00:30:32.660 Well, folks, Justice Samuel Leto, one of the Supreme Court's staunch conservatives,
00:30:38.820 says he does not plan to retire before the court finishes its upcoming session,
00:30:43.380 telling the Wall Street Journal.
00:30:45.360 He says, obviously, I'm here for another term.
00:30:47.700 He said that calls for him to step down are unpleasant because they're a reminder of morality.
00:30:52.540 It's like, what are those vultures doing up there?
00:30:55.020 They're flying around, said Leto.
00:30:56.580 but it goes with your life tenure as comments put to rest for now the long-running question
00:31:02.340 about whether the 76 year old uh savior would step down and give president trump the opportunity to
00:31:09.960 appoint a another uh justice which after looking at amy coney barrett and some of the rulings from
00:31:16.940 Kavanaugh. I'm happy with Alito staying on. Certainly happy. That is all for us folks
