00:00:22.780it's a friday it's the summer and i know there's so many better things you could be doing than
00:00:26.940catching up on the news, right? So we'll keep it quick, 20, 30 minutes here. Let's get through all
00:00:31.760the big stories of the day, the big stories of the week in a big wrap-up. Among those stories,
00:00:38.840President Trump issuing a massive crackdown on birthright citizenship and the scam of it
00:00:44.000after, of course, the Supreme Court failed the American people just a few months ago
00:00:48.080when they decided, yeah, you can come to this country as a migrant. You can come to this country,
00:00:53.940have some babies even though you're illegal have some babies and they become citizens
00:00:57.880or better yet you can come from china you come from mexico plan a little trip in america a
00:01:03.220vacation if you will you know pay a few thousand dollars for somebody bring you over and guess
00:01:08.700what boom you have a baby and they're a citizen side among the big stories tonight an appeals
00:01:14.080court panel uh of course stacked with biden obama and uh marxist dem judges issuing a ruling on
00:01:22.900president trump's construction of his white house ballroom it might be going to the supreme court
00:01:28.040speaking of the supreme court justice samuel alito letting us know if he's gonna stay on or
00:01:34.280if he's retiring we're gonna have that for you tonight todd blanche does he have the votes for
00:01:38.320ag there's some rhinos who are showing their true colors but we'll let you know what happened and0.90
00:01:44.560amy klobuchar is lashing out at people lashing out at her constituents after claiming she's been a
00:01:50.380strong border security advocate think about that and james talafrico who's running for the senate
00:01:58.600down in texas caught headlining a gay pride event alongside an 11 year old child who's a drag queen
00:02:05.920yeah folks that's the man who wants to be the next senator from the great state of texas imagine
00:02:12.860that an 11 year old drag queen all those stories and much much more so let's get right into it
00:02:20.140We begin tonight's show with the big story.
00:02:23.940President Trump signing two massive executive orders, much narrower than his original 2025 executive order after the Supreme Court ruled that his broad attempt to end birthright citizenship violated the Constitution.
00:02:46.640Make it make sense, because just on the simple common sense aspect of it, it makes no sense.
00:02:54.140Now, the administration says these new orders target specific inspections rather than eliminating birthright citizenship generally.
00:03:01.680Now, this is what Justice Kavanaugh had alluded to when he made his point be heard.
00:03:10.200There's a way around doing it, and this is maybe how you should target it.
00:03:14.780So this is now, it seems, how the Trump administration is doing it.
00:03:18.160So what were those two executive orders?
00:03:20.160The executive order, the first one, which is limits on birthright citizenship,
00:03:24.280this order says that certain children born in the United States
00:03:26.620would not automatically receive U.S. citizenship
00:03:28.820if they fall into one of these four categories,
00:03:33.500which are children born to individuals classified as illegal enemies.
00:03:39.680Think about that, illegal alien enemies, the wording there.
00:03:44.780The wording there is very important. Children born to members of foreign terrorist organizations, to which the administration could designate, quite frankly, anybody they want as a terrorist organization. That's how it works.
00:03:57.440Children born to agents or employees of foreign governments who are not otherwise entitled to automatic citizenship under existing laws.
00:04:04.400The administration also says the order applies to some births resulting from commercial birth tourism surrogacy arrangements intended to primary to obtain U.S. citizenships for children.
00:04:17.320now those if you remember seeing uh there were signs going up all over california all over the
00:04:23.960place um where you know they were advertising you know a few thousand bucks and we'll take
00:04:32.320you to america and you know have your baby and they're a citizen which to me is just so beyond
00:04:42.700crazy that on its face, I couldn't believe the Supreme court struck that down on his face on
00:04:49.420that one. So that's the executive order. The first one, the second executive order is cracking down
00:04:54.480a little bit further on this birther tourism scam. And, uh, that executive order lays out1.00
00:04:59.760increased scrutiny of visa applicants suspected of planning to travel to the U S primarily to
00:05:05.360give birth. So I guess there's probably a way for the government to be able to tell. And like I said,
00:05:10.260you you know you'd be surprised we all think governments like this highly sophisticated
00:05:16.100apparatus which it is in a sense but it also does boil down in a bit to um common sense
00:05:23.520things that make sense so in other words if someone books a trip and then like two days
00:05:29.100later they get to america we check their visa and boom they got a kid or seven days later they1.00
00:05:33.860get a kid because, I mean, any woman who cares about the life of her child is obviously not0.99
00:05:40.420going to run through a desert across the Rio Grande. I mean, maybe get on a 10 hour, 12 hour1.00
00:05:47.200long flight, risking the health and safety of that child to be born. So I guess there's ways
00:05:56.040for the federal government that they'll be able to pick up on this. It also allows consular
00:05:59.600officials to deny visas if they believe the applicant's primary purpose is birth tourism.
00:06:05.620I guess we'll maybe have some CBP agents at the airport checking for those baby bumps.
00:06:11.420It also permit visa revocations for people found to have misrepresented their purpose for traveling.
00:06:17.120So if you figure out one of these scammers were here, you're gone. And some cases impose long-term
00:06:24.140permanent bans on future visas for those who have found committed fraud in the visas. Now,
00:06:29.280the important thing about what this did do, it didn't outright eliminate the birthright citizenship,
00:06:35.820which is, as I said, what Kavanaugh had alluded to. It did, in a sense, but without the wording,
00:06:44.580if that makes sense. The broader approach was an attempt at President Trump's original executive
00:06:50.360As I said in 2025, that the Supreme Court reaffirmed the 14th Amendment guaranteed citizenship to nearly everyone born on U.S. soil struck down that broader effort, which is why President Trump and Stephen Miller are working on this new rewording, I guess, is probably the best way to say it.
00:07:08.480The new orders focus on categories in the administration that the Trump administration argues fall outside the traditional understanding of the citizenship clause.
00:07:18.580And I just want to go back to that saying that I had told you in the first executive order, the alien enemies, because President Trump will be able to designate foreign people coming to this country illegally as alien enemies, which falls right under that scope.
00:07:41.560Now, the administration says these orders are different, of course, because they have to eventually go to the Supreme Court once again.
00:07:50.720The White House is saying the Supreme Court's ruling left room for narrow exceptions to birthright citizenship, which, once again, is what Brett Kavanaugh had alluded to.
00:07:59.800These orders target people who, in the administration's view, are not fully subject to the jurisdiction of the United States under the 14th Amendment to obtain entry through fraud.
00:08:09.100Now, of course, we expect the legal fight to come, as it does with everything President Trump does.
00:08:15.600I mean, he can cure cancer, and there'd be a judge somewhere with some sort of injunction.
00:08:23.720Opponents are arguing that the 14th Amendment has long been interpreted to grant citizenship to almost everyone born in the United States.
00:08:32.240New executive orders are an attempt to accomplish indirectly what the Supreme Court already rejected,
00:08:37.000and multiple lawsuits, of course, expected, and courts will likely decide whether these narrow
00:08:42.460categories are constitutional. But as I said, folks, you all know how these federal judges who
00:08:50.700want to play president and Congress and dictator at the same time, we know how they're going to
00:08:59.720roll. And I expect probably in the next few hours, if not days or minutes, we'll get an
00:09:06.920injunction from some judge out in maybe California, maybe right here in New York, who knows? But
00:09:13.360it's of course expected, but that's expected with everything President Trump does. That's
00:09:21.000just the way it is. And that's how President Trump's had to deal with this. We're going to
00:09:24.640take a quick break here, folks. When we come back, we're going to go a little bit further into this
00:09:28.520President Trump with some words on it from the Oval Office, along with Stephen Miller,
00:09:31.960who's been a terrific architect of President Trump's policy when it does come to the border.
00:09:37.960That hawkish border policy is, I'd say, probably 90% Stephen Miller. We're also going to talk
00:09:42.960about that appeals court and what they're doing to President Trump in his ballroom. Todd Blanche,
00:09:48.640does he have the votes to become AG? And of course, Supreme Court Justice Alito with the
00:09:54.180decision if he's going to retire or not. All of that and much, much more, folks. So please stay
00:09:58.300with us. We're coming right back. Don't turn that dial. We'll be back in less than 60. I promise.
00:10:08.740Thanks, everybody, for staying with us here. So let's get back to what we were talking about
00:10:15.020and this birthright citizenship scam, to which the Democrats, of course,
00:10:21.320been playing for years. Stephen Miller, alongside President Trump as he signed these executive
00:10:25.980orders had a few words to say. So today the president signed these two executive orders here
00:10:31.460relating to birthright citizenship and birth tourism. As the president mentioned, the 14th
00:10:38.020amendment was passed exclusively in the aftermath of the civil war to ensure that the children of
00:10:43.780slaves would be citizens. It had no other meaning and purpose outside of that. And that's been clear
00:10:48.720obviously since the day that it was passed. You can go back and you can read the congressional
00:10:52.480debates. This is not something that's even seriously contested by anybody. The president
00:10:57.660is using his authority as commander-in-chief to sign first an executive order using the new ruling
00:11:03.940the Supreme Court issued to expand the definitions of people who are ineligible for birthright
00:11:08.780citizenship. That includes, for example, alien enemies in the United States, members of foreign
00:11:14.340terrorist organizations, and large categories of people who lobby and act on behalf of foreign
00:11:19.560governments. And so with taking this action, it ensures that large numbers of people who wrongly
00:11:25.400would be getting birthright citizenship will no longer be eligible for those benefits. The second
00:11:30.220action that he's taking, which is especially historic, is for the first time ever in American
00:11:35.740history to ban birth tourism. So I want you to really let that sink in. This has been something
00:11:42.800that people have talked about not only for years, but for decades. The idea that people come here
00:11:47.800pretending to be a tourist, pretending to be a visitor, saying they want to go to Disneyland,
00:11:52.920they want to go visit a monument or go to a national park. But the real reason they're here
00:11:57.540is to have a child, to make that child as an automatic citizen, leave our country,0.79
00:12:03.420and then have a U.S. citizen child. It gives them access under this broken system to welfare
00:12:08.740benefits, ultimately to the voting booth, and all the other rights and privileges that belong
00:12:13.260solely to americans so that practice of birth tourism is as of the signing of this order
00:12:20.140hereby banned and what that means is that no one in the world is any more allowed to obtain a visa
00:12:28.460for this fraudulent purpose it is probably and president trump has done many historic things
00:12:33.340on immigration too many till this is now sealed the southern border shut record deportations
00:12:39.100record integrity stopping foreign terrorist entry record reduction in drug seizures dismantling
00:12:45.180criminal cartels dismantling the gangs right everything he's done that has been so unprecedented
00:12:50.380i would put this in the top three in terms of importance because it ends what has been one of
00:12:55.340the gravest and most egregious abuses of the american system and it keeps american citizenship
00:13:01.420sacred thank you okay good stuff that's a big deal um thank you on the world tourism executive
00:13:12.540order um what are the plans for enforcement these are cracking down on tourism hotels that's coming
00:13:17.980so we're cracking down very big very big big crackdowns and this will give us the right to
00:13:24.220do it in a much more forceful manner but they've taken birthright citizenship and they've made a
00:13:29.340a joke out of it. And we're actually the only country of size, I think just about the only
00:13:35.860country, period, that does birthright citizenship. I thought we were going to win it at the Supreme
00:13:40.540Court. Unfortunately, we had a bad decision, very unfair decision. Our country suffers because of it.
00:13:46.880And we're ending in a different way. And I think that's exactly what we need
00:13:52.760from President Trump, especially as these, you know, we talk about every day here,
00:13:57.040uh as the midterm elections loom you know the american people are asking for wins they want
00:14:03.340to see wins they want to see victories uh and and this is one of the things that president trump
00:14:08.000ran on now president trump said that this decision came because of an unfortunate decision from the
00:14:16.000supreme court we had a very unfortunate decision in the supreme court concerning birthright was
00:14:21.780close, but a very, very unfortunate decision. So we're making adjustments because it's very
00:14:29.860unfair. This was done for a different reason. This was done right after the Civil War. This
00:14:35.000was for the babies of slaves. And what's happening now, people are building businesses around it0.82
00:14:43.500from wealthy people are building businesses around birthright citizenship. That's not the
00:14:48.440is supposed to work it's a disgrace they're buying their way in and we're not going to let it happen
00:14:54.600it's not even that that's the only thing that it's a business but these people are here1.00
00:15:02.840the illegal aliens who come here and working and not paying taxes and so on and so forth0.94
00:15:08.840you know i i saw something the other day and it was from i believe it was axios and it pretty
00:15:15.080much said you know don't quote me verbatim but this is you know along the lines of what it said
00:15:20.600that it costs each individual american about i believe it's like 2800 bucks almost 2900 bucks
00:15:27.480per deportation i said to myself okay you know it's we'll round up three grand
00:15:34.360But why isn't Axios telling us how much it costs for us to house, to maintain, to school, to provide government programs, EBT if you're here in New York?
00:15:53.560Or how about the schooling system that we pay for?
00:15:57.380How about when you pick up the phone and you call 911 and we send an ambulance?
00:16:00.480Or when you go into the hospital, the emergency room?
00:16:04.360How much does that cost the taxpayer per year?
00:16:09.880I'd have to assume, just using common sense, that it's probably far more than $3,000 per person.
00:16:22.920If you look at schooling, public safety, if you break it down per capita, of course, per city.
00:16:27.960schooling, safety, hospitals, food subsidies. Yet these left-wing organizations
00:16:40.340want to paint this as, well, of course it's not going to be free. Nothing in life is free. Of
00:16:47.200course, if you're a socialist, then you think it's free because you don't pay the bill.
00:16:51.260But of course it's not going to be free.
00:16:54.880so they want to you know put it on the the republicans as well
00:17:01.840it's three thousand dollars a person i don't know about you folks but i'm happy0.95
00:17:08.880at that number three thousand dollars a person to get these illegals out of the country once
00:17:16.080and for all i think is probably a pretty cheap price to pay in the grand scheme of things if
00:17:23.460you do the math over the course of their life expectancy here or however long they decide to
00:17:29.520stay in this country, whether it be five years, 10 years, 20 years, or lifetime. Not to even
00:17:37.180mention the wages and real American wages being dragged down because of the scam.0.79
00:17:53.460because they're able to undercut wages by hiring illegals, by paying them cash off the books.
00:18:00.140And right here in New York, it's a very big problem. We have them all over the place,0.99
00:18:07.500restaurants and labor jobs or day labor jobs. But these socialist communists who are running for
00:18:17.060office, who, by the way, I don't think they're dumb and I'm not giving them any credit, but I0.99
00:18:23.220don't think they're dumb i just think they're extremely deceptive i think they're liars0.99
00:18:27.920you lie to the american people to get your votes are taking over this country0.96
00:18:34.220and the media of course is a darling to them cnn or msnbc and it's the reason why shows like this
00:18:42.540shows like mine the great america show so shows like my my friend stephen gardner i'm filling in
00:18:48.600for do so well people are tuning out the legacy media you know i the guy i watch all the time
00:18:58.200joe rogan no i don't agree on politics 100 but that's fine we're americans right so it's healthy
00:19:02.780has really taken a stance this is a guy who you know was a bernie sanders supporter but his eyes
00:19:08.420have really opened and he's got a massive audience i think he's got like 10 or 11 million people
00:19:12.600listen each show has picked up on the fact that these democrat socialists is what they call
00:19:19.860themselves can't sustain here in this country and they think that this idea of democratic socialism
00:19:25.760is a really good idea because there are some examples of socialist policies that do work like
00:19:30.700the fire department and there's a bunch of stuff that makes sense but the problem with enforcing
00:19:36.780any of this stuff that they don't understand is it always comes down to power you have to have
00:19:42.440massive authority and usually guns because you can't just steal people's money they're not going
00:19:47.500to let you they're not going to let you just come in and decide hey we just devised a new tax
00:19:52.180where everybody who makes more than five hundred thousand dollars a year everything over that you
00:19:56.500have to give a hundred percent to the state or 95 that's exactly what these democrats socialists
00:20:02.420want folks and if it stays on the trajectory it's what they're going to get we see them popping up
00:20:08.420all around this country. It started out in deep blue New York, but it's spreading out to the West
00:20:13.400and it's a scary phenomena. It's a very scary phenomena. We're going to take a quick break
00:20:18.800here, folks. We're coming right back. Less than 60 seconds. There's so much more to get to.
00:20:22.600We got the James Tallarico story. We got Amy Klobuchar being booed, Justice Alito. We got
00:20:28.280all that and much, much more. President Trump also voicing off Senator John Thune. So please
00:20:36.320stay with us, folks. We are coming right back. Thanks, everybody, for staying with us. If you're
00:20:46.120enjoying the show, please be sure to hit that like, subscribe and follow button. We appreciate
00:20:50.480it. Give us a thumbs up if you're enjoying it. So that big, beautiful ballroom President Trump
00:20:56.080is building. If it were any other president, I'm sure it would be no issue. Build the thing,
00:21:02.480make it look beautiful, make the White House look beautiful, make it look more presentable.
00:21:06.320It's a great thing, right? Great. Terrific. Yeah, that is if your name isn't President Trump.
00:21:12.200So the Democrats have been fighting since he started building it and back and forth to court,
00:21:17.280which ultimately looks like it's going to head to the Supreme Court. But this afternoon,
00:21:21.220a federal appeals court blocked the construction of the White House ballroom. Two to one vote,
00:21:26.160three judge panel in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that President Trump lacks the
00:21:30.940authority to move forward with the construction without the approval from Congress, even though
00:21:36.420it's being funded by donors, by big corporations in America, with the exception of the portions of
00:21:45.500it that'll be used for national security, which, of course, we don't know. They're allegedly
00:21:49.340building something in the basement that will be used for national security. Okay. And if you look
00:21:53.840at the building of it, the construction of it right now, you can see it's not just a ballroom
00:21:58.140with the little foundation. It's a serious, serious construction. You say, President Trump
00:22:02.960lacks the authority to move forward without the construction approval from Congress.
00:22:10.440Judge Patricia Millett, who's an Obama appointee, Bradley Garcia, who's a Biden appointee,
00:22:15.500writing the majority opinion, whether or not the massive ballroom should be constructed is
00:22:19.720for Congress to decide, not a matter of the executive help, whatever that means.
00:22:26.040so there you have it now the appeals court state its ruling for 14 days to give trump
00:22:32.360administration time to appeal to the u.s supreme court which they're working on right now a federal
00:22:37.840judge earlier this year limited the construction of president trump's privately funded white house
00:22:41.700ballroom last summer the trump administration announced this ballroom construction project
00:22:46.120and from then it's been a war with these marxist democrats
00:22:51.040to build this ballroom. In June, of course, the Senate voted on a proposal to block the
00:22:58.420construction of the 90,000 square foot ballroom. The proposal, which needed 60 votes, failed 52
00:23:05.180to 47. Six Republican senators voted with the Democrats to block the construction.
00:23:11.240Should I give you guys a second to guess? I'll just tell you. Senators Collins, Husted, Moran,
00:23:17.660Rakowski, Sullivan, and Tillis. Imagine that, folks. If President Trump wants it, it cannot be.
00:23:26.680No ifs, ands, or buts about it. President Trump doing an interview this afternoon asked us some
00:23:33.180pretty interesting questions. Midterms are around the corner, but in just over a month, we're facing
00:23:40.700another government shutdown the end of September. Just in time for the election, folks. The timing
00:23:46.800is always great. Here's what President
00:23:48.840Trump had to say. So you have a government
00:23:50.880funding fight coming up September 30th
00:23:52.940which is just, you know, five, six weeks away
