The Great America Show - Trump's REVENGE on Democrat Shutdown! BILLIONS in waste is being cut!

00:00:00.000 the government shutdown could mean a federal program that provides food assistance to low

00:00:07.220 income mothers and children could run out of money in days sources tell cnn white house budget 0.87

00:00:12.600 chief russ vote warned house republicans yesterday it could happen by next week the most recent

00:00:18.040 government data shows that nearly 7 million women infants and children were ineligible were eligible

00:00:22.840 i should say for wick benefits folks are really concerned about in the long run can they rely on

00:00:28.880 this program to get their needs met we know that for babies wick provides 100 of their nutritional

00:00:34.380 needs whether that's supporting their mom with lactation consulting if they're breastfeeding

00:00:39.020 or providing potentially medical specialty infant formula so that could be a real crisis

00:00:44.940 hello everybody welcome to the great america show it's great to have you with us on this beautiful

00:00:50.280 day in america it's another day of government shutdown uh the chuck schumer democrat-owned

00:00:55.960 government shutdown as you just heard there cnn deciding uh they want to start covering the news

00:01:02.220 imagine that by the way folks we're live tonight we're going to be joined in just a few moments by

00:01:06.460 congressman mike herodopoulos of the great state of florida uh he also sits on the republican study

00:01:12.460 committee so we're going to get his take on uh just how long this thing's going to go can we expect it

00:01:17.260 to shut down soon can we expect schumer to cave soon because he's eventually going to have to the

00:01:23.220 republicans to have nothing to cave on uh what the democrats don't realize is the mainstream media is

00:01:29.840 actually helping the republicans get this message across and the message across is that this

00:01:35.000 continuing resolution now we don't always agree with continuing resolutions as a matter of fact

00:01:38.880 most of the time don't agree with the continuing resolution but this continuing resolution extends

00:01:44.020 to government funding for just over a month and it continues spending at the same levels that

00:01:49.140 were voted on by the democrats under joe biden that's how you know the whole thing is just a

00:01:54.940 charade and a lie on behalf of chuck schumer and the democrats the same levels folks of funding

00:02:03.420 as were voted on by the democrats take a listen to hakeem jeffries try to dodge the question from

00:02:11.280 jake tapper the mainstream media cnn here he is the partisan spending bill is that the one big beautiful

00:02:16.540 bill or the continuing resolution because this continuing resolution just funds the government

00:02:20.040 at the current level well actually the continuing resolution that they have presented to the congress

00:02:25.020 is a partisan bill house democrats voted against it in march because it hurt veterans hurt seniors hurt

00:02:31.660 children hurt child care affordability hurt housing affordability and hurt health care which is why we

00:02:38.440 opposed it you're saying that chuck schumer then voted for a republican partisan bill because he voted for

00:02:43.080 that so did nine other democrats in the march no it is just caught absolutely flat-footed there because 0.99

00:02:52.140 he's a liar hakeem jeffries is a liar chuck schumer is a liar they're both known liars it comes down to 0.99

00:03:01.020 them not being able to give donald trump a win and needless to say this is not a win for donald trump and 1.00

00:03:06.520 it's not a win for the republicans the continued level of spending is no win for anybody

00:03:11.200 it's merely just a stopgap measure for them to be able to push this thing through so that they have

00:03:18.340 a little extra time to be able to to get something more concrete done but the democrats they don't care

00:03:24.860 they they want to frame this in any way possible that this is a win for donald trump and it's not

00:03:29.940 there's no cuts there's nothing it's a continuing resolution which as i said most of the time we're

00:03:35.600 against um to to get them to a point where they can get through some appropriations bills the 12

00:03:42.700 that they had promised they were going to get us through in just a few moments as i said we're going

00:03:46.240 to be joined by congressman mike herodopoulos of the great state of florida sits on the republican

00:03:50.820 study committee so he's privy to all uh discussions on this thing and he's studied the budget and he studied

00:03:57.500 what we need and he also sat on the florida uh legislator in the florida senate so he knows a little

00:04:02.980 something about passing budgets and the democrats stonewalling so what are the democrats stonewalling

00:04:10.460 about you may ask well they were exposed in part today and i think the white house messaging on this

00:04:16.360 by the way has been absolutely absolutely brilliant donald trump mike johnson even john thune who i

00:04:24.800 don't really care for the messaging on it has been absolutely brilliant so the white house released a

00:04:32.400 memo today that's absolutely blown the lid off of the latest betrayal from the democrats i mean

00:04:37.600 should be no surprise to us these people betray the american people each and every day but buried

00:04:43.280 inside of their continuing resolution is a demand to repeal president trump's historic america first

00:04:48.340 health care reforms the very safeguards that protect u.s citizens from footing the bill for illegal aliens 1.00

00:04:55.080 and their medicare scam that they've been running for years now according to the memo of democrats

00:05:01.500 succeed taxpayers will be on the hook for nearly 200 billion dollars in health care benefits for

00:05:07.000 illegal aliens and non-citizens over the next decade that's folks get ready for this that's almost 0.96

00:05:13.480 enough to fund the entire children's health insurance program also known as chip for the same period of

00:05:21.280 time don't take my word for it here's the chart right in front of you 193 billion dollars which is what

00:05:31.040 the democrats want um for non-citizens for illegal aliens for illegal whatever you want to call them

00:05:39.060 people who are not part of this country whereas over the same 10 period 10 year period 195 billion

00:05:46.520 dollars towards uh chip children's health insurance program now of course you're not going to hear

00:05:52.800 chuck schumer talking about that on cnn you're not going to hear jake tapper talking about that but like i

00:05:58.560 said we are getting a little bit out of the mainstream media i think which is healthy calling out these

00:06:05.140 democrats for the destruction they're doing to america

00:06:09.280 they want to spend as much money on illegal aliens over 10 years as they do our children 0.88

00:06:17.280 who votes for these people how could anyone with a conscience say that it's acceptable

00:06:26.100 to spend even a dollar on illegal aliens who don't belong to this country 1.00

00:06:31.320 and spend the same amount of money that we're spending on our children the future of this country

00:06:37.960 the backbone of what this country is going to be built on that's what the democrats want and that's

00:06:45.400 what the democrats are trying to somehow shield their way around but it's great like i said on the

00:06:52.120 white house for the messaging uh that they've been getting forward and getting through to the american

00:06:57.400 people on just what they are trying to sell

00:07:01.020 so the working families tax cut act which was wftca which was signed into law by president trump

00:07:09.980 was designed to end taxpayer subsidies for illegal aliens health care and redirect these resources to

00:07:16.180 the most vulnerable americans it ended medicaid and medicare funding for most non-citizens should have 1.00

00:07:23.420 ended it for all it shut down the california loophole that allowed liberal states to siphon federal dollars

00:07:29.000 for illegal alien health care it blocked emergency medicare expansions

00:07:33.880 that reimbursed hospitals for more treating illegals than caring for american children and seniors

00:07:40.560 our most vulnerable folks the elderly and the children and it repealed the obamacare special rule

00:07:48.960 that gave subsidies to immigrants earning below poverty line while denying the poor american citizens

00:07:55.380 any sort of help think about that one think about that one think about that one leaving americans high and dry how many

00:08:14.260 homeless veterans do we see on the street corners how many homeless people do you see in your city

00:08:32.140 drugged out or cracked out or whatever they're on i mean i had dinner last night in manhattan and over

00:08:43.400 the course of about eight blocks that i walked i must have seen eight or nine homeless people

00:08:49.360 in the greatest city in the world in new york city eight or nine homeless people

00:08:55.620 one of them peeing on themselves another one in a wheelchair with no legs 0.99

00:09:02.280 panhandling begging for money i mean this is what america's come to 0.65

00:09:08.400 yet the democrats are willing to go out and die on a sword protecting illegals 0.84

00:09:15.160 when we have our own american citizens

00:09:18.260 who are living out on the street living in squalor disrupting the peace

00:09:24.960 people can't get on a subways because they have to be worried about

00:09:30.860 someone making them uncomfortable or someone doing something to them

00:09:35.040 that's the new america that the democrats are happy to get behind

00:09:42.300 it's the new america that they're happy to sit and promote

00:09:47.300 now according to this white house memo the democrat proposal

00:09:51.840 would spend 193 billion dollars as i said on this 10-year

00:09:55.660 health care program for illegal aliens it would repeal safeguards against fraud 0.99

00:10:00.640 improper payments and abuse of federal programs it would cancel president trump's

00:10:05.720 50 billion dollar rural health care investment

00:10:09.520 now those of you who don't live in big cities and i only know about this because

00:10:14.300 i read obviously i live in a big city but the 50 billion dollars in rural health

00:10:19.120 care investments is massive with the amount of health cares

00:10:22.840 i'm sorry hospitals that are closing or hospitals that are being built and bought

00:10:28.000 up by private equity firms it's gonna be a big problem that we're

00:10:32.040 gonna see here in america you know living in middle america because

00:10:35.860 you don't want to deal with the the craziness of um

00:10:39.240 you know living in a big city some people are gonna have to drive an hour

00:10:43.880 to get to any sort of health clinic

00:10:47.260 to get to any sort of help

00:10:49.900 i mean how can you be an elderly person living in middle america

00:10:53.960 and have to worry about driving an hour or two hours or get an ambulance for two

00:10:58.320 hours or an hour traffic

00:10:59.620 to get to any kind of hospital

00:11:02.300 the democrats of course don't care about any of that stuff

00:11:08.100 so that's the cancellation of the 50 billion dollars in rural health care

00:11:12.220 investment

00:11:12.600 now they want to eliminate the expanded health savings accounts for 10 million

00:11:17.160 americans

00:11:17.760 that's just another added uh uh icing on the cake for them

00:11:24.700 and of course they want to gut the work requirements for able-bodied adults

00:11:28.920 reviving the failed welfare policies that got america

00:11:32.640 into this massive hole in the first place

00:11:35.880 they don't think that you should have to work or you don't have to 0.99

00:11:40.300 you shouldn't have to be able to perform or

00:11:43.520 provide for your family if you're an able-bodied adult

00:11:48.240 now this is all part of the democrats uh american welfare society

00:11:53.940 that they love so much

00:11:55.800 they want america in a welfare state

00:11:59.640 it's it's sort of like getting someone hooked on drugs

00:12:02.880 you get them hooked on drugs

00:12:05.600 and then they got to keep coming back to you for more

00:12:08.980 because they're hooked

00:12:09.840 they're addicted

00:12:10.960 so you give people free stuff

00:12:13.960 you get them addicted

00:12:15.320 and they keep coming back to the democratic party

00:12:17.320 it's the same concept

00:12:19.720 so they want to push this on you

00:12:23.420 they want to push this on the american people

00:12:25.020 so that you keep coming back for more

00:12:26.920 but the american people see through it all

00:12:29.340 and if they didn't see through it

00:12:32.100 donald trump would not have won as decisively as he did on november 5th

00:12:37.240 he wouldn't have won the popular vote

00:12:39.120 as resoundingly as he did

00:12:42.440 so you answer that one democrats

00:12:46.860 now this white house memo goes a little bit further

00:12:49.480 it breaks down how much spending

00:12:51.160 just how much spending

00:12:53.840 uh president trump plans to repeal and reforms

00:12:58.980 and what would it cost the the taxpayers

00:13:00.840 ninety one billion dollars on restoring obamacare's funding for non-citizens

00:13:08.300 thirty five billion dollars for reopening california's medicaid scam

00:13:13.460 twenty eight billion dollars on emergency care reimbursements for illegals

00:13:18.220 twenty seven billion dollars for obamacare's special rule subsidies for non-citizens

00:13:24.880 six and a half billion dollars for medicaid for non-citizens

00:13:29.220 and five billion dollars for medicare for non-citizens

00:13:32.440 which brings that grand total bill to about

00:13:36.320 193 billion dollars

00:13:38.700 imagine that

00:13:41.600 so here's the points that i you you need to know

00:13:46.760 for when you want to talk to your to your liberal friends

00:13:49.920 or try to somehow reason with these people

00:13:52.280 that we should be funding

00:13:54.280 this stuff for illegals

00:13:57.080 it is a fact

00:13:58.720 that the democrats proposal would result in a nearly 200 billion dollar

00:14:02.440 spending spree

00:14:03.520 on health care for illegal immigrants

00:14:05.980 and other non-citizens over the next decade

00:14:08.940 enough to fund as i said the entire children's health insurance program

00:14:13.020 200 billion dollars

00:14:14.960 it is a fact that the democrats proposal would once again

00:14:18.640 allow these improperly granted asylum and parole claims under biden's open border scheme

00:14:24.600 to receive medicaid

00:14:26.180 it is a fact that democrats proposal would require medicaid to pay more for emergency care

00:14:32.380 provided to illegal aliens

00:14:34.360 than it does for american patients who are disabled elderly or children

00:14:38.920 in other words are most vulnerable in america

00:14:41.880 it is a fact that democrats proposal

00:14:44.500 would allow california to continue exploiting a loophole

00:14:47.560 to fund medicaid for illegal aliens

00:14:49.780 it's also a fact that democrats proposal would reinstate

00:14:53.640 a special obamacare subsidy

00:14:55.480 for non-citizens

00:14:56.840 for which low-income american citizens are not eligible

00:14:59.940 in other words take care of the illegals 0.96

00:15:01.840 and screw the americans

00:15:03.400 which is what the democrats have done for the last four years

00:15:05.920 it's also a fact that the democrats proposal would repeal a generational 50 billion dollar investment

00:15:11.600 in rural health care that we just spoke about

00:15:13.680 and lastly it's a fact that the democrats proposal would take the health

00:15:18.480 savings accounts away from 10 million american citizens

00:15:22.380 so what happened to the democrats all of a sudden

00:15:25.060 not caring about the health and the welfare of the american people 0.99

00:15:28.140 no the mainstream media doesn't want to call these scumbags out 0.99

00:15:32.360 because that's exactly what they are 1.00

00:15:33.940 they care more about illegals 0.99

00:15:36.540 and taking care of these illegal aliens who came to this country legally 0.96

00:15:40.000 than they care about you and i

00:15:41.780 and it's why

00:15:43.920 we resoundingly saw

00:15:45.920 what happened last election

00:15:47.200 folks we're going to take a quick break here

00:15:48.940 on the other side of this quick break

00:15:50.160 we're going to be joined by congressman mike haradopoulos

00:15:51.960 of the great state of florida

00:15:53.300 hopefully he's got some good news for us

00:15:55.200 and he's going to tell us that chuck schumer's caved

00:15:57.540 and uh he's ready to

00:15:59.760 take the best interest of americans lives again

00:16:02.760 that's just wishful thank you

00:16:04.460 we're going to be joined by him

00:16:05.200 on the other side of this quick break folks

00:16:06.620 please stay with us we're coming right back

00:16:07.960 thanks everybody for staying with us here on the great america show

00:16:16.000 now as promised we're going to be joined by congressman mike

00:16:18.260 haradopoulos of the great state of florida

00:16:20.000 congressman thanks so much uh for joining us back here again today

00:16:23.800 on this exciting day in america

00:16:25.660 uh i'm going to give you a free pass

00:16:28.100 last time we spoke you said you were coming back

00:16:30.060 and you were going to report back on the aliens

00:16:31.840 but in your defense the government's been shut down

00:16:35.300 and the skiff has probably been closed

00:16:37.040 tell us what's going on in dc

00:16:39.000 unfortunately that committee has not met

00:16:41.280 i am uh still negotiating with nicholas cage on that issue

00:16:44.880 we'll see how that goes

00:16:46.500 but uh it's been an interesting week to say the least

00:16:49.440 it's it's uh i you know sometimes you just wonder about the other side

00:16:53.700 uh but but i guess on a sour note to start

00:16:56.020 we almost came back and won the rider cup

00:16:58.440 i i mean that was a wild sunday

00:17:00.480 and had uh that one guy uh who was

00:17:03.600 who left two putts short for our team

00:17:05.960 uh it'd be uh won that race against uh

00:17:09.160 that uh match against lowry

00:17:10.840 we might be holding the the the rider cup

00:17:13.080 and the greatest greatest comeback in rider cup history

00:17:15.340 but so it's a case hurrah right

00:17:17.440 yeah you're you're right

00:17:19.160 no it's been an interesting day

00:17:20.780 uh and i'm calling the democrat party now

00:17:23.380 tuesday night football

00:17:24.380 uh they all came up here this week

00:17:27.100 all excited saying we're the republicans

00:17:29.100 i'm like hey uh we voted last week

00:17:31.160 i don't know why you're here this week

00:17:33.280 the big vote was on thursday

00:17:34.880 you guys voted to shut down the government

00:17:36.700 and here they are saying we should negotiate

00:17:38.440 open the government up

00:17:39.680 i mean yeah

00:17:40.280 it's just a unique place to work every day

00:17:42.660 i don't know if you saw this today but uh hakeem jeffries

00:17:45.680 uh your your your folks is genius leader over there

00:17:49.160 sat down with jake capper

00:17:50.280 and these guys can't congressmen

00:17:51.780 they can't stay away from the cameras

00:17:52.980 which is like as someone who's guided politicians

00:17:56.260 for 10 years of my life 0.99

00:17:57.500 i would tell the democrats to just shut up 0.92

00:17:59.600 stay away from the cameras 0.58

00:18:00.880 don't say a word

00:18:01.740 and let the republicans do all the talking 1.00

00:18:03.820 eventually someone will say something stupid 1.00

00:18:05.580 no no they can't help themselves 1.00

00:18:07.300 but to get in front of the cameras

00:18:08.360 i don't know if you saw this but

00:18:09.400 take a watch hakeem jeffries and jake ta

00:18:11.760 the partisan spending bill

00:18:12.760 is that the one big beautiful bill

00:18:14.220 or the continuing resolution

00:18:15.300 because it's continuing resolution

00:18:16.520 just funds the government

00:18:17.440 at the current level

00:18:18.460 well actually the continuing resolution

00:18:19.920 that they have presented to the congress

00:18:22.420 is a partisan bill

00:18:23.440 house democrats voted against it in march

00:18:25.860 because it hurt veterans

00:18:27.880 hurt seniors hurt children

00:18:29.540 hurt child care affordability

00:18:31.580 hurt housing affordability

00:18:33.800 and hurt health care

00:18:35.200 which is why we opposed it

00:18:36.400 you're saying that chuck schumer then voted

00:18:38.300 for a republican partisan bill

00:18:39.740 because he voted for that

00:18:40.640 so did nine other democrats

00:18:41.840 in the march

00:18:42.580 maybe hakeem jeffries

00:18:45.240 should just stick to

00:18:46.340 serving margaritas

00:18:47.420 at the local taco joint

00:18:48.740 i i you know

00:18:50.980 it's it's really interesting

00:18:52.380 watching even cnn

00:18:53.700 call out jeffries

00:18:54.840 i think the day before

00:18:55.900 they they show the videotape

00:18:58.100 of chuck schumer 1.00

00:18:58.760 called it idiocy 0.99

00:18:59.840 to shut down the government 0.99

00:19:01.200 and uh it's just a losing

00:19:03.940 set of cards for them

00:19:05.260 and every time they get

00:19:06.400 dealt some cards

00:19:07.160 they got they got some real stinkers

00:19:09.020 and it's because their policies

00:19:10.600 are really just going nowhere

00:19:11.940 and then they say

00:19:13.200 to open up the government

00:19:14.280 you've got to spend

00:19:15.000 1.5 trillion dollars

00:19:17.600 after they complained to us

00:19:19.500 saying that the big bill

00:19:20.520 that we passed

00:19:21.280 would increase the deficit

00:19:22.500 so they're okay

00:19:23.440 with adding another

00:19:24.120 1.5 trillion

00:19:25.160 they want to bring back

00:19:26.400 the usaid spending

00:19:27.740 they want to

00:19:28.580 allow people

00:19:29.660 who don't want to work

00:19:30.560 to get medicaid

00:19:31.500 they want people

00:19:32.480 who slide in their

00:19:33.840 application

00:19:34.340 to get medicaid

00:19:35.220 and of course

00:19:35.960 despite the the coverage

00:19:37.860 from the the left wing

00:19:39.300 we know full well

00:19:40.600 that the democrats

00:19:41.440 are paying for

00:19:42.920 illegals to get 1.00

00:19:44.160 health care

00:19:44.860 i mean here's the

00:19:45.940 here's the thing i have

00:19:46.860 you know from cnn

00:19:48.060 it says democrats

00:19:49.340 want to offer health care

00:19:50.680 to undocumented

00:19:51.420 and this is cnn

00:19:53.220 and then fact check

00:19:55.160 it says

00:19:56.140 trump falsely claims democrats

00:19:58.280 okay

00:19:58.620 then it says

00:19:59.200 minnesota allows

00:20:00.240 all documented residents

00:20:01.360 to enroll

00:20:01.960 undocumented residents

00:20:03.260 to enroll in

00:20:03.940 in their program

00:20:04.800 new health care

00:20:06.060 insurance option

00:20:06.780 for undocumented

00:20:07.840 in new york state

00:20:09.080 california's budget

00:20:10.680 being busted

00:20:11.400 by uh

00:20:13.260 all these things

00:20:14.040 it's just

00:20:14.680 they they wanted

00:20:16.440 that they all

00:20:17.040 raised their hand

00:20:17.600 you saw

00:20:17.940 everyone's seen

00:20:18.420 the video now

00:20:18.960 i think on internet

00:20:19.640 when all their

00:20:20.660 leading presidential

00:20:21.880 candidates

00:20:22.460 raised their hand

00:20:23.780 saying they want

00:20:24.460 to give undocum

00:20:25.220 i mean

00:20:25.420 let's let's play

00:20:26.300 we've got it

00:20:26.760 for the audience

00:20:27.100 we'll play it

00:20:27.880 for real

00:20:28.160 lawrence jones

00:20:29.120 called them out

00:20:29.620 today on fox

00:20:30.180 i don't watch

00:20:30.600 fox news

00:20:31.000 but i haven't heard

00:20:32.760 anybody in my party

00:20:33.840 saying that illegal

00:20:34.980 immigrants should get 1.00

00:20:35.840 access to the health

00:20:37.220 insurance marketplace

00:20:38.060 i'm so glad you said

00:20:39.220 that actually i have

00:20:40.320 some tape of of your

00:20:42.040 democratic party members

00:20:44.060 saying this on the

00:20:44.860 debate stage so they've

00:20:45.840 all said and let's play

00:20:46.800 the clip

00:20:47.260 a lot of you have been

00:20:49.460 talking tonight about

00:20:50.660 these government

00:20:51.480 health care plans that

00:20:52.720 you've proposed in one

00:20:53.720 form or another

00:20:54.380 this is a show of hands

00:20:55.640 question and hold them

00:20:56.840 up for a moment

00:20:57.440 so people can see

00:20:58.860 raise your hand if

00:21:00.660 government if your

00:21:01.260 government plan would

00:21:02.260 provide coverage for

00:21:03.260 undocumented immigrants 1.00

00:21:04.640 i mean are we the dumb 1.00

00:21:13.700 ones congressman or 0.99

00:21:14.660 i don't i'm at a loss

00:21:17.040 of words i don't even

00:21:18.000 know what to say

00:21:18.780 i mean it's like nothing

00:21:20.960 to see here

00:21:21.840 it's like a guy you

00:21:23.380 catch a guy red-handed

00:21:24.340 videotaped stealing

00:21:25.820 something i didn't steal

00:21:26.680 anything i mean it's

00:21:28.260 it's bizarre and and

00:21:29.840 they and they think that

00:21:30.880 they're i guess they're so

00:21:32.180 used to having the media

00:21:33.200 you know put on the

00:21:34.360 jersey for them that

00:21:35.480 they think they'll get

00:21:36.460 away with it but you

00:21:37.780 know and you're

00:21:38.860 watching when chuck

00:21:39.980 schumer used to be in

00:21:40.640 the house of

00:21:41.080 representatives i mean

00:21:42.660 the guy his entire

00:21:43.960 career has said

00:21:45.180 shutting down the 1.00

00:21:46.180 government is idiocy 1.00

00:21:47.200 his own words and now 1.00

00:21:48.700 is he just calling 1.00

00:21:49.540 himself an idiot and 1.00

00:21:51.120 then and then you have 1.00

00:21:51.980 jeffrey's not giving

00:21:52.960 him any cover and

00:21:53.840 saying what they they

00:21:54.820 did back in march was

00:21:56.040 anti-democrat

00:21:58.080 awareness i tell you

00:21:59.680 it's it makes you a

00:22:00.800 little stir crazy here

00:22:01.740 because you think

00:22:02.560 that these guys

00:22:03.820 literally as as the

00:22:04.720 speaker put it pretty

00:22:05.400 well they have no

00:22:06.060 shame sometimes

00:22:06.900 no and they've gotten

00:22:08.160 their hands stuck in

00:22:08.940 the cookie jar and

00:22:09.700 they're caught red-handed

00:22:11.060 with crumbs all over

00:22:12.620 their face and milk all

00:22:13.920 over their mustaches

00:22:15.020 because you know why

00:22:17.260 congressman you're you're

00:22:18.280 a freshman which means

00:22:19.540 you're one of the good

00:22:20.300 guys for right now you

00:22:21.960 haven't been corrupted

00:22:22.980 all right so what what

00:22:25.520 these people have done

00:22:26.320 for years what the

00:22:27.120 republicans have done

00:22:27.780 for years is they've

00:22:28.980 allowed the democrats to

00:22:30.500 win on messaging right

00:22:31.920 they've allowed them to

00:22:32.860 win on on the messaging

00:22:34.860 battle with this and for

00:22:36.380 the first time i've been

00:22:37.980 rough on on uh speaker

00:22:39.880 mike johnson i talked to

00:22:41.580 congressman tim birchard on

00:22:42.540 the show about it all the

00:22:43.260 time and he's been rough

00:22:44.260 on him i mean because we

00:22:45.720 didn't know really what to

00:22:46.460 expect from you know the

00:22:48.120 last term whether it's

00:22:49.340 faiza where he's allowed 0.98

00:22:50.380 the democrats to continue

00:22:51.380 with the spying on

00:22:52.300 americans or losing but

00:22:54.100 for the first time we've

00:22:55.280 watched a republican

00:22:56.260 party united where these

00:22:58.820 people are are winning on

00:23:01.540 the message and they're

00:23:02.400 winning on the message of

00:23:03.960 the american people all

00:23:05.040 the polling shows that

00:23:06.340 the american people wanted

00:23:07.600 to shut down 6.8 million

00:23:10.440 americans right now

00:23:11.860 congressman women and 0.99

00:23:13.340 children over the next few

00:23:14.600 days are going to lose

00:23:15.300 their wick which is their

00:23:17.140 food payments for you know

00:23:19.140 underprivileged families the

00:23:20.740 democrats don't give a damn 0.69

00:23:22.300 about it they don't care it's

00:23:23.620 it's the same government

00:23:25.260 their funding that was

00:23:26.440 passed by the democrats

00:23:27.440 months ago but they don't

00:23:29.220 care because it appears as

00:23:30.880 a win for donald trump this

00:23:32.520 is no win for donald trump

00:23:33.700 and this is not a win for

00:23:34.640 the republicans to continue

00:23:35.760 this wasteful spending just

00:23:37.500 between you and i and

00:23:38.660 nobody else look i i just

00:23:41.000 look at it and i'm amazed

00:23:43.120 that they just can't do

00:23:44.840 things right i mean i look at

00:23:46.800 their their requests they're

00:23:48.320 all the money they want it's 0.99

00:23:49.620 it's it's for things that

00:23:51.460 people have been i've shown

00:23:53.000 is just absolutely wasteful

00:23:54.380 spending and why would you

00:23:56.020 reward why reward somebody

00:23:57.560 doesn't want to work why

00:23:58.720 reward someone who's coming

00:23:59.880 here illegally why reward

00:24:01.540 someone who's actually lied

00:24:03.000 in their application to get

00:24:04.100 free health care i mean the

00:24:05.340 average americans prime for

00:24:06.800 a family of four is probably

00:24:07.840 paying around fifteen hundred

00:24:09.780 to two thousand dollars a

00:24:11.300 month for health insurance and

00:24:13.460 they're turning around and

00:24:14.400 saying that's all right we're

00:24:15.660 going to give it to all these

00:24:16.380 people who lied or came here

00:24:17.700 illegally or refused to work

00:24:19.200 they're going to give them

00:24:19.780 free health care when a

00:24:21.000 family's paid eighteen

00:24:22.080 thousand dollars a year it's

00:24:24.060 insulting and and then on top

00:24:26.600 of that to say no we're not

00:24:27.800 really doing that so they

00:24:29.740 kind of their credibility is

00:24:30.800 kind of lost at this point

00:24:31.920 my my theory has always been

00:24:34.080 they're going to call us one

00:24:35.060 anyway no matter what we do

00:24:36.200 they said we cut medicare in

00:24:38.000 the bill last uh earlier this

00:24:39.660 year we didn't even look at

00:24:40.500 medicare or social security

00:24:41.540 which still needs some

00:24:42.740 addressing but uh they they

00:24:44.520 said that we were going to

00:24:45.160 cut off disabled kids like that 0.96

00:24:47.060 and it's like what what is 0.90

00:24:49.100 this so um it is what it is i

00:24:51.720 i just it's just frustrating

00:24:52.820 that's why i've always said

00:24:53.820 do what's right and let the

00:24:55.600 politics take care of itself

00:24:56.980 if you if you worry about the

00:24:58.320 politics the democrats will

00:24:59.560 always beat you because

00:25:00.780 they're willing to spend more

00:25:01.840 and lie more yeah i i saw

00:25:03.980 something the other day about

00:25:04.860 health care and how health

00:25:06.160 care is through the roof now

00:25:07.180 it's through the roof now

00:25:08.320 because of obamacare and the

00:25:09.840 bidding on health care if i

00:25:11.400 told you you know what i'll

00:25:12.360 tell the audience i pay nearly

00:25:13.620 a thousand dollars a month for

00:25:15.420 my health care i mean i'm a

00:25:17.600 young adult in good health i

00:25:19.420 have no pre-exist nothing

00:25:20.580 nothing wrong with me that i

00:25:22.020 know about and uh i pay nine

00:25:24.800 nearly a thousand dollars a

00:25:26.540 month for health care in what

00:25:27.980 society does that make any

00:25:29.920 sense you know how many

00:25:30.520 podcasts i gotta do to make a

00:25:31.940 thousand bucks congressman i

00:25:33.540 get it that's what i'm saying

00:25:34.600 and and here are people again

00:25:36.540 this is a two it's a two-edged

00:25:38.280 sword for you because not only

00:25:39.600 are you paying 900 bucks a

00:25:40.920 month you're paying taxes to

00:25:43.100 subsidize someone along the way

00:25:45.680 on top of it that's the thing

00:25:47.120 that's just doubly irritates

00:25:48.840 me i mean we and again

00:25:50.400 despite what people say we

00:25:52.920 actually pay for our own

00:25:53.840 health care in the congress

00:25:54.800 it's 1500 bucks for our family

00:25:56.740 a month they may be almost

00:25:57.940 600 yeah and we it's not free

00:25:59.860 insurance so those people are

00:26:01.840 wondering about that's not the

00:26:02.880 case yeah and people think

00:26:05.160 that you guys get this crazy

00:26:06.280 pension after two years there's

00:26:08.020 a lot of misconceptions about

00:26:09.280 the members of congress and if

00:26:11.500 you guys had such good benefits

00:26:12.680 nancy polls you wouldn't be

00:26:13.760 doing her insider trading gigs

00:26:15.320 that she's doing over there

00:26:16.580 once again my words not yours

00:26:18.440 um but no people don't

00:26:20.700 realize it it's it really it's

00:26:23.420 a tough position to be in when

00:26:24.720 you've got to deal with this

00:26:25.540 you guys got to fly back and

00:26:26.680 forth every week to dc get a

00:26:28.200 place there either live in your

00:26:29.660 office or pay two or three

00:26:31.020 grand a month for rent and i mean

00:26:32.680 it's a crazy it's a crazy crazy

00:26:35.020 crazy situation not to mention

00:26:36.500 some of the staffers on capital

00:26:37.640 hill are making like 30 grand a

00:26:38.980 year i was one of them at one

00:26:40.460 point so it's it's not exactly a

00:26:42.860 good lifestyle um how much

00:26:45.300 longer could we expect chuck

00:26:46.740 schumer do you think to to hold

00:26:49.220 this thing up and continue to

00:26:51.180 play with the lives of the

00:26:52.980 american people oh my my take

00:26:55.620 i don't think schumer is gonna

00:26:56.960 fold i i think he is gonna if

00:26:59.760 they cut a deal it will be with

00:27:01.520 the four or five people i think

00:27:02.960 there's what three right now

00:27:04.040 that's always said they're gonna

00:27:05.380 vote with us keep the government

00:27:07.500 open and and then move on with

00:27:09.140 the negotiations i think you're

00:27:11.300 gonna find maybe some retiring

00:27:12.660 members maybe some quote

00:27:14.320 moderate members if there's any

00:27:15.580 left in the democrat party to

00:27:17.280 get to that 60 vote threshold i

00:27:19.100 think schumer will maybe even

00:27:21.000 orchestrate it but i don't think

00:27:22.220 he ever votes yes because he is

00:27:23.960 he has kind of sold his uh

00:27:25.900 uh capabilities here on on on

00:27:29.340 taking on trump and i think i

00:27:31.140 told you before the people i've

00:27:32.280 been debating on tv from the

00:27:34.160 democrat side when you ask them

00:27:35.820 why are you shutting down the

00:27:36.980 government they're saying to to

00:27:39.080 show their people they're

00:27:40.200 standing up to trump that's

00:27:41.960 that's that's their whole

00:27:42.860 excuse and again i just don't

00:27:44.760 get that excuse because in the

00:27:47.080 end you know we're there a lot

00:27:48.460 of politics up here john but

00:27:50.080 who's really getting hurt you

00:27:52.260 know the the person who's

00:27:53.600 actually has a job uh the person

00:27:55.640 who's trying to do their job

00:27:56.820 uh people who might need some of

00:27:58.400 these benefits like the wick

00:27:59.360 benefits you're talking about

00:28:00.420 i know right now the real estate

00:28:02.020 industry in florida could be

00:28:03.160 getting hit a little bit because

00:28:04.240 you can't get flood insurance

00:28:05.560 i mean these are real issues

00:28:07.600 and and for no consequence i

00:28:09.800 mean you you called it whether

00:28:11.060 you like or not what happened in

00:28:12.300 march democrats said yeah we're

00:28:14.380 going to continue on all we did

00:28:15.580 was continue on that spending i

00:28:16.900 hope it actually comes down from

00:28:18.540 that march number but my

00:28:20.280 obligation is to keep the

00:28:21.520 government open for no other

00:28:22.820 reason

00:28:23.260 people paid their taxes they

00:28:25.800 deserve to get something in

00:28:27.240 return for those tax payments

00:28:28.560 tell me if you will for the

00:28:29.980 audience who really who's not

00:28:31.800 getting paid during this

00:28:33.240 government shutdown ice by the

00:28:34.620 way as you said the democrats

00:28:36.060 are it's a show trial because

00:28:37.800 ice is still out there doing

00:28:39.680 their their arrest of illegal

00:28:41.220 aliens and gang members uh the

00:28:43.520 the fbi is still doing whatever

00:28:45.160 work they decide that they're

00:28:46.720 going to do on any given day

00:28:48.060 uh all of president trump's

00:28:50.140 agendas are going to be funded

00:28:51.380 what i understand is eight

00:28:53.720 billion dollars is being cut in

00:28:55.360 in uh you know oregon and new

00:28:58.000 york and all these green energy

00:28:59.180 places 18 billion dollars on hold

00:29:01.780 for all the union workers in

00:29:03.740 new york who are building a

00:29:04.740 subway line and a bridge i mean

00:29:06.200 who is not being paid who's

00:29:08.140 being screwed right now uh 0.71

00:29:10.060 well let me kind of walk you 0.98

00:29:12.300 through that that's a great

00:29:13.080 question john first and foremost

00:29:14.360 people understand that if you

00:29:16.080 work for the federal government

00:29:17.240 i mean you're a federal government

00:29:18.320 employee you were paid on

00:29:20.080 october 2 all right so that

00:29:22.860 paycheck was made all right

00:29:24.400 today's october 2 right yeah

00:29:26.020 yeah and so people got paid

00:29:27.840 today now the question is on

00:29:29.460 october 16th will they get

00:29:31.680 paid that's the question so if

00:29:34.020 you're showing up to work

00:29:35.440 you're um you you hope that the

00:29:37.900 the shutdown is done before

00:29:39.320 october 16 so you can get paid

00:29:41.560 for the work you did now if we go

00:29:43.540 beyond the 16th of october you

00:29:45.840 don't get paid that day but the

00:29:48.040 second the the government shutdown

00:29:49.820 ends you get your back pay but

00:29:52.300 here's the interesting part that

00:29:53.380 i've been talking about across the

00:29:54.640 country one is if you're at work

00:29:56.880 of course you should get paid but

00:29:58.120 here's the weird thing if you're a

00:29:59.460 non-essential employee you

00:30:01.260 actually go home you don't work

00:30:03.580 but you also get the back pay i

00:30:05.900 don't know if people know that

00:30:06.820 that's pretty wild to me i think

00:30:08.940 the way i look at it maybe i'm a

00:30:10.500 little off but i think that every

00:30:12.620 federal government worker should go

00:30:13.940 to work knowing full well that

00:30:15.780 whenever this government shutdowns

00:30:17.180 over they'll get paid those are

00:30:19.080 the rules so why why have a

00:30:21.100 essential versus non-essential if

00:30:23.240 everyone's going to get paid at the

00:30:24.360 end of the day anyway because

00:30:25.720 technically be paying people for

00:30:27.520 not working under this scheme

00:30:29.060 what about the faa do they feel i

00:30:32.180 mean last night we saw i don't

00:30:33.340 know if you followed but yeah air

00:30:34.700 traffic controllers they're working

00:30:36.080 now some of the people who do some

00:30:37.980 of the and uh you know um

00:30:40.820 inspections etc they're so a lot of

00:30:42.960 those are non-essential so they'll go

00:30:44.900 home that they won't work but they

00:30:46.940 will get paid when they go back to

00:30:48.700 work or when actually when we go back

00:30:50.940 to uh opening the government so it's

00:30:53.080 it's kind of a play where like the

00:30:55.100 military or like the faa um people 0.99

00:30:58.000 who were who work in um air traffic

00:31:00.120 control i think everybody should go

00:31:01.760 to work it's you know there's a lot

00:31:02.940 of benefits you know to being a

00:31:04.260 federal worker and this is one of the

00:31:06.020 downsides i guess you you have to go

00:31:08.120 to work even though it was just shut

00:31:09.640 down because you're going to get

00:31:10.680 paid on the backside regardless that's

00:31:12.760 why i think everybody should go to

00:31:13.700 work i'm at work right now i'm in

00:31:15.340 washington i've been talking to as

00:31:16.500 many people as i can and i'm

00:31:17.880 studying up on this big fight we're

00:31:19.800 going to have about the obamacare

00:31:21.040 subsidies so we can really go at it

00:31:23.120 so the democrats can't get away with

00:31:24.540 some of their uh unique statements

00:31:26.160 i wish someone called me this

00:31:27.540 morning told me i didn't have to get

00:31:28.560 out of bed and they'll pay me next 0.70

00:31:29.580 week i'd i'd still be watching jack

00:31:31.760 reacher um that's uh that's why

00:31:34.500 people i'm just i mean look john

00:31:36.100 that's just the truth man if you're a

00:31:37.880 non-essential employee and you get

00:31:39.380 furloughed you still get paid when the

00:31:41.980 government gets opened back up even

00:31:43.960 though you didn't go to work it's a

00:31:45.500 great deal i get a lot of these

00:31:46.740 people and i don't i mean i don't

00:31:48.840 want to demean these people they do

00:31:50.080 good work yeah and if they're told

00:31:52.120 to go home they have to do it and i

00:31:53.980 don't i don't i don't be uh be smirk

00:31:56.720 any of them it just i think we if

00:31:58.180 we're a federal gun employee go to

00:31:59.440 work every day i know our office is

00:32:01.260 open open back in the district our

00:32:02.740 office is open here right now in

00:32:04.240 washington dc we're taking calls we're

00:32:06.680 working and i think it's the right

00:32:08.460 thing to do yeah it's it's uh it's

00:32:10.580 uh 6 30 p.m on the east coast uh

00:32:13.040 thursday night and you're sitting in

00:32:14.720 your office unless you've got some sort

00:32:16.300 of green screen which i don't think

00:32:17.400 you do no i do this is the real deal

00:32:19.260 you've got here yeah you've got the

00:32:23.740 capitol hill echo going out of the

00:32:25.320 background so we know you're in your

00:32:26.720 office

00:32:27.060 so let me ask you this i haven't heard

00:32:34.800 much out of aoc or like the radical

00:32:37.900 left part of the party what what's the

00:32:41.120 deal with them are they all in on this

00:32:43.400 shutdown or are they just trying to be

00:32:45.460 backbenchers so that when chuck schumer

00:32:48.120 ultimately implodes uh on his way down

00:32:51.680 to the titanic um they're there to come

00:32:54.600 save the day

00:32:55.260 now i my take on that by the way is

00:32:58.420 what they're one of the reasons why we

00:33:00.700 had this government shut everyone talks

00:33:02.120 about schumer and aoc and will there be

00:33:04.300 a senate primary and so forth here's the

00:33:06.480 here's the reality i think you and i

00:33:07.760 talked about last week the biggest fear

00:33:09.480 that most democrats have because most

00:33:11.340 democrats live in very blue areas

00:33:13.280 i mean they're not afraid to lose to

00:33:14.980 republicans they're afraid to lose in a

00:33:17.180 primary yes and so that's why they're

00:33:19.060 standing up to donald trump that's what

00:33:21.280 they're most afraid of and so i think

00:33:23.100 they're going to take go down with the

00:33:24.240 shipness they're standing up to trump

00:33:25.820 they're the most liberal people out

00:33:27.220 there because there are some um democrats

00:33:29.420 in new york especially that are in a

00:33:32.000 very um difficult spot whether this this

00:33:34.660 however this thing works out like

00:33:35.820 goldman around new york city he's gonna

00:33:37.940 have a really hard primary supposedly

00:33:39.800 against one of the guys who ran for

00:33:41.160 mayor lost him on domi that the

00:33:42.840 communist so there's a lot of action

00:33:45.360 going on here and these people fear

00:33:47.320 losing in that democrat primary and so

00:33:50.120 i think they're going to vote even if

00:33:51.980 we go back in and that some democrats

00:33:54.060 are going to vote to open up the

00:33:55.000 government you're going to see a huge

00:33:56.460 swath i think of democrats voting no

00:33:58.600 regardless if there's a deal cut or not

00:34:00.900 yeah that's that's what seems to be the

00:34:02.980 big issue i was talking i was talking

00:34:04.220 with tim burgey yesterday and he said

00:34:05.560 you know it's this big fight between

00:34:06.920 aoc and schumer because she eventually 0.98

00:34:08.440 wants a primary which obviously that's

00:34:10.320 the case you know if you're a member

00:34:11.540 of congress you want to you know some

00:34:13.780 of them want to seek higher office and

00:34:15.060 go to the senate or go to governor i mean

00:34:16.880 i'd rather go to a governorship it's a

00:34:19.440 much better job you don't have to travel

00:34:21.280 and you get like a nice mansion and all

00:34:22.780 that good stuff but aoc nonetheless is

00:34:25.300 looking to upgrade herself this is a war 1.00

00:34:27.740 right now inside the democratic party and

00:34:29.620 i believe this is the only way congressman

00:34:31.420 that and one on this that we heal america

00:34:34.300 and it's to let the democratic party

00:34:36.540 implode let them continue when you've got

00:34:39.000 john fetterman who we all thought was a

00:34:41.440 socialist communist running against dr

00:34:43.900 oz somehow he beats out a brilliant dot

00:34:47.080 whatever that's you know in the past but

00:34:49.000 when you have this in fighting in the

00:34:51.580 party this is what i think the democratic

00:34:54.740 party and what america needs to ultimately 0.88

00:34:56.980 heal there's make no mistake mom domi's 0.98

00:34:59.640 gonna win in november in new york he's

00:35:01.540 gonna go full communist he's already said

00:35:03.220 he wants to take away power uh from the

00:35:05.740 police commissioner that's fine let him

00:35:07.700 turn the city upside down maybe it's what

00:35:09.600 they need in order to save ourselves from

00:35:12.460 this destruction this wrecking ball that's

00:35:15.500 coming towards america your thoughts

00:35:16.920 congressman well like i i think the

00:35:19.260 democratic party is being exposed for who

00:35:21.100 they are now i mean they are extremely far

00:35:24.420 left uh they are they are under the thumb of

00:35:26.980 this left-wing uh group schumer's feeling it

00:35:30.380 now and and aoc is is driving the train and

00:35:34.540 it's it's just a real contrast of of just

00:35:37.600 visions i mean you're not talking about

00:35:39.040 much broad what is the difference between

00:35:40.800 the republican and democrat and the

00:35:42.500 broadest scope is that democrats want to

00:35:44.720 consolidate power in washington dc they

00:35:48.120 want to take as much wealth from people as

00:35:50.480 they can because they want to be the

00:35:52.180 deciders of where the money goes my

00:35:54.540 philosophy i hope it's a republican

00:35:55.920 philosophy is we want to empower

00:35:57.760 individuals when taxes are low people can

00:36:00.500 have more responsibility and accountability

00:36:02.300 with their own money and they can spend the

00:36:04.440 money where they see uh best fit and and

00:36:07.940 beyond taking care of the basics like the

00:36:09.760 military and and making sure uh roads are

00:36:12.640 built and we have public safety let's let's

00:36:14.900 return power back to the states we don't

00:36:17.080 want to accumulate power here in washington

00:36:18.800 dc because florida is radically different

00:36:20.560 than new york and they have different needs and

00:36:22.600 so i believe in the federal idea of

00:36:24.900 government that the state's rights mean

00:36:26.320 something the 10th amendment but you're

00:36:28.200 seeing i mean they always use this term fascist

00:36:30.300 you know fascism i'm sorry they don't even

00:36:34.280 know what the hell it means what the word

00:36:35.780 means that's what i'm saying they don't

00:36:37.280 realize that fascism is confiscating guns

00:36:39.880 there was a fascism is is is really limiting

00:36:43.040 the media to only be on their team there

00:36:45.040 was that fascism is consolidating power in

00:36:47.640 places like washington dc and and that's

00:36:50.260 why i'm so frustrated when they don't even

00:36:51.760 do their homework as as a former college

00:36:53.740 professor might say yeah it's it's it's

00:36:56.440 unbelievable uh that's all for us

00:36:59.040 congressman i appreciate you joining us here

00:37:00.780 today i want to give you the last word

00:37:02.540 uh your final thoughts your message to the

00:37:04.460 democrats uh on on the politics of this

00:37:07.800 entire thing and and realizing to maybe

00:37:10.280 you know open up your scope to care about

00:37:13.200 the american people you guys ran obamacare

00:37:15.800 through everyone's back because you you

00:37:17.760 apparently cared about people's health care

00:37:19.320 and everyone getting health care even though

00:37:21.100 it completely destroyed the health care

00:37:22.380 system in america uh but now all of a sudden

00:37:24.940 when it comes to women and children and

00:37:26.840 elderly people who are the most vulnerable

00:37:28.680 people this country has to offer

00:37:30.380 they don't give a damn because you know 0.88

00:37:33.160 they they're they're self-serving people

00:37:35.360 you get the last word here congressman well

00:37:37.600 the last word is simple i think we should

00:37:39.360 reopen the government it's the right thing

00:37:40.800 to do let's have the policy debate i'm ready

00:37:43.120 and willing to have this policy debate and

00:37:44.700 understand the good and bad of the of the

00:37:46.800 health care system but what i do know is

00:37:48.760 that since we've had obamacare we've seen

00:37:50.500 a radical radical increase in the cost of

00:37:53.660 health care and it's and we need to have a

00:37:56.360 new way of doing things giving subsidies

00:37:58.520 to people and more and more government

00:38:00.840 dollars to people has not solved the

00:38:02.580 problem and now let's go in a new direction

00:38:04.720 let's have a debate about it this is what

00:38:06.280 america's about but to shut the government

00:38:07.840 down is not hurting politicians it's hurting

00:38:10.700 the people who paid their taxes and deserve

00:38:13.520 to get back from what they invested in taxes

00:38:16.120 no doubt about it you're absolutely right

00:38:18.040 congressman mike haradopoulos where can

00:38:19.340 people follow you instagram twitter what do

00:38:21.360 you use we use um rep herodopoulos on i think

00:38:24.820 most things and and again as you can find me

00:38:26.720 just type in the name h-a-r-i-d-o-p-o-l-o-s 0.96

00:38:30.420 and it's a very uh it's not irish in case you

00:38:33.660 didn't notice it's greek greek i do we love

00:38:37.420 getting comments we're on actually we did the i

00:38:39.560 don't know if you heard with the the liberal

00:38:41.060 pentathlon yesterday i was on pbs npr uh public

00:38:46.360 radio and cnn and cnn international it was

00:38:50.300 the pentathlon of liberal stations and it was

00:38:52.840 actually an interesting debate you know it was

00:38:54.560 kind of fun to be on there so thanks john for

00:38:56.580 all you do every day and uh this is how we win

00:38:58.960 the battle of ideas and we had good conversations

00:39:01.480 like this so thanks so much i'm sure it was fun

00:39:03.800 for you because you've got a significantly higher

00:39:05.640 iq than every single network you've you've just

00:39:08.380 named there once again it's my word not yours i

00:39:10.640 don't want to hurt anyone's feelings on your

00:39:12.360 behalf i don't know if it's like this down in

00:39:14.020 florida but we've got a huge greek population

00:39:15.940 up here and they own every single diner like

00:39:19.160 that's good food that's great food man i love it

00:39:22.320 it's awesome congressman mike herodopoulos we'll

00:39:24.700 talk to you soon my friend thanks so much for joining

00:39:26.240 us you gotta have a great day bye now

00:39:28.200 you too congressman mike herodopoulos uh we

00:39:30.980 appreciate him joining us here on the great

00:39:32.380 america show folks that's all for us tonight

00:39:34.060 uh here on the great america show we appreciate you

00:39:37.040 tuning in to us on this uh very important

00:39:39.680 day and um you know situation that we're we're going

00:39:44.220 through here with the democrats uh seemingly

00:39:47.100 wanting to destroy america before we go

00:39:50.420 i think i have to go through some of the comments and questions and concerns

00:39:53.980 because anytime we do a live show we appreciate

00:39:56.220 you joining us here so we'll do some shout outs and we'll try to run through as

00:39:59.900 many of these as we can finn bar hi john checking in from london uk

00:40:03.860 finn bar we always appreciate you joining us here on the great america show and we

00:40:06.920 appreciate you staying up late with us uh to get truth justice and the

00:40:11.560 american way terror attack in manchester on a synagogue today

00:40:15.780 rioting today in many cities the place is a tinderbox ready to blow yeah it's very

00:40:20.780 sad and we pray for everyone who's you know fallen victim uh to what's

00:40:27.540 happening out in the uk it's it's very sad but um just goes to show you

00:40:32.800 the democrats here want to talk about gun violence

00:40:35.520 where there's a will there's a way they'll get their hands on any weapons they

00:40:38.900 need there you go uk is the perfect example of that

00:40:41.780 kelly song welcome back we've missed you we appreciate you uh we've got a

00:40:46.900 comment in spanish which i'm not gonna i could speak decent spanish but i'm not

00:40:50.840 gonna to do it here i hope schumer sombrero

00:40:54.860 jeffries and the rest of the democratic party don't get paid while the

00:40:57.860 government is shutting down over jen on youtube

00:41:00.180 yeah it doesn't matter if they're getting paid or not jen because the truth of

00:41:03.640 matters is they got their nasty 401ks and their nasty stock accounts which uh

00:41:09.020 you know has millions of dollars and millions of dollars so they can they can

00:41:12.600 just live off the uh residuals there they don't they don't have to worry like

00:41:16.420 the average a hard-working normal american

00:41:18.940 um who's gotta pay 900 over 900 a month

00:41:23.700 for health care dems equals commies they hate the usa you are absolutely right and

00:41:29.840 for someone who's not even american to realize that you're a very very smart

00:41:33.660 man finn bar straford tapper had the opportunity right there to actually be a

00:41:38.600 journalist and he took the pass yeah he was uh i guess semi um he was semi

00:41:44.560 honest he just didn't he didn't pounce on him when he should have you're

00:41:47.760 absolutely right but at least he was sort of honest the fact that uh it's pre

00:41:52.760 uh trump level spending which they're passing in the cr

00:41:56.360 g wi-fi i get nervous when you put comments g wi-fi because i don't read them beforehand and

00:42:02.460 sometimes you write some pretty funny stuff that will get me in trouble jeffrey's will

00:42:06.940 probably be pulled over by the oklahoma highway patrol for

00:42:09.720 icde wearing a supremo while driving an 18 wheeler

00:42:14.900 oh boy that's great uh let's see over on facebook laurie and the people

00:42:21.400 who do this are commie wannabes something they will live to regret yeah

00:42:25.080 uh this is what we've been talking about um

00:42:28.600 with these democrats who are just going as far left as possible i believe they're

00:42:33.080 on an implosion mission but i think it's what's needed

00:42:35.000 in order to heal america for what the democrats have done to this country

00:42:39.660 hello maga people hey fall girl we appreciate you tuning in as always

00:42:44.080 i feel terrible for the homeless and the homeless vets jan over on youtube yes

00:42:47.780 it's sad that the democrats care more about taking care of illegals than they do our homeless people

00:42:55.320 very sad a lot of them veterans too by the way strafer interesting watching the democrats

00:43:00.420 aggressively defend something they told voters wasn't actually happening yeah

00:43:04.120 they said that there was no health care for the illegals or

00:43:07.560 this or that for the illegals or they were taken away from women and children

00:43:11.320 somehow um they've decided this is the hill uh that they're gonna go ahead and die on and

00:43:20.320 all the all the more to them we appreciate them continuing to give us more elections

00:43:26.820 roger over on facebook we the people are maga trump is got uh sorry a terrible vision

00:43:33.480 trump is god's trump card to relive the suffering of his people couldn't agree with you more

00:43:39.640 the drones in new jersey were not aliens that was chris christie ordering mcdonald's for breakfast

00:43:45.840 lunch and dinner do wi-fi told you you get me in trouble here man with some of these

00:43:52.500 oh it's great bill over on facebook democrats are thinking that making ice and other federal law

00:43:59.880 enforcement agents work without pay will affect their performance don't be fooled wanting to save

00:44:04.960 health care for everyone you're absolutely right and that's the point i think we tried to

00:44:09.020 get across to the people tonight ice is still working full force the democrats are going to lose and

00:44:16.400 they're losing on messaging i promise you i talked to mark mitchell every single day about the polling

00:44:21.660 republicans are losing on democrats are losing on the messaging they are absolutely losing on the 1.00

00:44:28.840 messaging wake up idiots from stefano over on facebook 1.00

00:44:33.980 uh let's see uh speaking of thieves in congress pelosi's net worth is over 300 million omar is a 30 1.00

00:44:47.120 million and aoc is now a 20 million all on the base salary of 170 000 a year yeah that's uh that's not

00:44:55.300 bad i would say that is really not bad i i i wish i knew how to do those returns on investments because

00:45:03.500 it's truly it's truly impressive some of the returns on investments uh that these democrats

00:45:09.960 are able to get i mean they even have hedge funds absolutely in all uh let's see

00:45:15.460 let's see here we go we've got an opposing view which we don't shy away from here on the great

00:45:22.180 american show lauren over on youtube republicans have the majority in every branch of the government

00:45:26.980 most people know the shutdown isn't the democrats fault well i'll get back to that but the gob should be

00:45:32.320 able to trick people who live in the sticks and the old folks homes that's not true lauren the fact

00:45:37.680 of the matter is is the republicans passed a continuing resolution they passed it overwhelmingly

00:45:42.980 in the house and they passed in the senate you have a 60 vote threshold over in the senate which means

00:45:50.220 you need seven democrats to come along they didn't get those seven democrats every republican with the 0.98

00:45:56.440 exception of rand paul voted in favor of and john fetterman jumped over to vote with the republicans

00:46:02.280 so it has nothing to do with that the republicans have pushed through these bills they push through

00:46:09.520 continuing resolution to fund this thing for another month or so to get the ducks in order to get

00:46:14.660 something finalized the democrats are the one so do we go nuclear here i guess we'll find out what

00:46:20.680 john thun wants to go or or how how much longer he wants to let chuck schumer implode

00:46:25.400 natural man king all congress fake wealth gains should be clawed back from them back to the 1980s

00:46:33.040 they got it by corruption yeah it's time to investigate the that's one thing that's really

00:46:39.460 like mind-blowing to me is how lenient members of congress and presidents both on the right and

00:46:46.220 the left have been on members of congress and their stock trades i mean you look at some of the trades

00:46:52.880 these people are doing and it's and it's on both sides dan crenshaw is one of the biggest

00:46:57.860 republican traders of of them all when it comes to stock trading and nancy pelosi on the democratic side

00:47:06.100 i mean you got so many democrats but um every member of congress and every you know president

00:47:14.280 has been like hesitant to look into these people i don't know what it is donald trump as far as i'm

00:47:19.940 concerned doesn't own any stocks i think he owns cryptocurrency and eric trump came out and said the reason

00:47:25.100 why they got so invested in cryptocurrency was because they got debanked back in 2020 when the

00:47:30.160 democrats went rogue on everything and i think it's a brilliant idea you can't debank somebody who's got

00:47:36.220 millions of dollars in cryptocurrency but i don't think donald trump i may be wrong but i'm pretty sure

00:47:42.420 donald trump does not own any stocks so maybe he'll be the first president to go after these people

00:47:49.280 gold went up 40 this year still rising yeah gold and silver have both been on tears finbar and uh

00:47:55.640 i think it's because it's a physical commodity that people could actually own and they can hold and

00:48:00.140 you know it'll always be work whatever it's worked uh gold's never going to go to zero and silver's

00:48:06.180 never going to go to zero so in the times of high inflation and all this government uncertainty i think

00:48:10.300 that's you know probably uh a good thing to to hold on to all right let's get to one or two more final

00:48:17.460 comments before we wrap up here folks and like i said i always appreciate you guys tuning in i hope

00:48:21.600 trump fires everyone of biden's dei hires he created fake positions for them so they can get paid for the 0.75

00:48:26.460 useless gender studies and ethnic studies crap degrees yeah president trump says those are the first 0.96

00:48:32.560 people that he's going to be going after so uh we look forward to it this is the government cleanup that 0.98

00:48:37.960 we've long long yearn for and we've long needed that's all for us folks tonight here on the great

00:49:19.960 much deserved we're playing the red socks so it's a it's a very very very uh big rival that a big

00:49:27.380 rivalry that we uh we need to uh we need to win and put to rest let's take two more here uh strafer thank

00:49:33.680 you john for pointing out the truth to the liberal all we can do is point them in the right direction

00:49:38.760 if they do their own research we might win them over that's exactly the mindset that i have every

00:49:43.260 day i want democrats to watch the show i want liberals to watch the show and no not to tell 0.94

00:49:47.660 them they're dumb not to hurt their feelings for them to open up their eyes which i think i've done 0.95

00:49:51.760 for you know a decent amount of people at least in my life who were close to me uh over my years of 0.98

00:49:57.800 being in politics and it's not been a strong arm operation it's been just me opening up

00:50:02.900 people's eyes to it i'll never forget i brought my best friend who's a lifelong democrat because of

00:50:07.500 his parents um my best friend since grade school i brought him with me to the trump rallied msg

00:50:12.440 and we're sitting there and you all remember tony hinchcliffe the comedian who came up and told us

00:50:17.480 about the floating pile of garbage puerto rico the whole joke within minutes of that coming out there 0.97

00:50:24.200 was a new york times headline trump's got a racist xenophobic anti-semitic blah blah blah going on 0.95

00:50:30.600 msg right now you're never going to believe it and i showed my buddy this headline i said

00:50:34.760 this is what we've been dealing with for the last eight nine years is fake fake news i said if you're

00:50:42.960 not sitting here right now knowing what's going on here you're going to read this headline and think

00:50:46.760 that this is like a clans meeting happening at msg meanwhile it was just all peace and love and

00:50:51.860 people were so happy to be there to watch president trump so back to your point straight for i've tried to

00:50:58.440 open up people's eyes and i hope i'm i'm doing a good job at it because uh you know all it takes

00:51:03.840 is one and then one and it compounds kelly song thank you john i may not be around tomorrow night
