00:01:32.120 Trump's administration suffered more at the hands of the dark forces that permeate our federal government

00:01:38.100 and the Democrat Party than General Flynn. General Flynn, of course, was President Trump's

00:01:43.860 National Security Advisor. He was National Security Advisor when he was set up by the FBI

00:01:49.480 and he was persecuted by the Justice Department for more than three years. Until finally, Attorney

00:01:56.320 General William Barr ordered the case dropped after newly discovered evidence proved that none of

00:02:02.320 General Flynn's statements were ever material to any FBI investigation. Remember, he was facing one

00:02:10.420 charge, lying to the FBI. And then Judge Emmett Sullivan broke with legal tradition and fought the

00:02:17.940 Department of Justice order to drop the criminal charges and didn't relent for months. And by then,

00:02:24.920 President Trump had pardoned General Flynn. Looking back over that history, I have to tell you,

00:02:30.700 I still don't understand how the United States of America could have permitted the persecution,

00:02:36.220 the ongoing persecution of a sitting president and his national security advisor. How a president was

00:02:43.480 forced to defend himself against two impeachments, a special counsel investigation, and an almost

00:02:49.740 year-long FBI investigation before all of that. General Flynn, I'm proud to tell you, preparing to have

00:02:56.300 his day in court, preparing to bring lawsuits against some of those who've wronged him, and this country

00:03:02.700 who've inflicted great pain on the general and his family. And it appears now that General Flynn

00:03:08.360 will have the reckoning that, in my opinion, he certainly is due for all that he has suffered.

00:03:54.720 Anyway, yeah, I mean, it's something. So, yes, and I've gotten a lot of really, really positive

00:04:00.340 feedback from many Americans around the country thanking me for taking this step. And essentially,

00:04:06.060 what I've done is I've put the Department of Justice on notice for all of the individuals who are now

00:04:12.900 private citizens, people like Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, you know, all of the hoodlums,

00:04:20.200 John Brennan, Jim Clapper, Joe Brandon Biden, and Barack Hussein Obama, all of them, because they are

00:04:28.340 now private citizens. And so I let the Department of Justice know that I intend to sue those individuals

00:04:38.380 who are former members of the FBI, the intelligence community, the Department of Justice, and including

00:04:44.080 the White House. And the claim that I'm, you know, I'm filing for is $50 million. The money

00:04:49.560 is, has zero consequence to me. You know, honestly, it's the principle, and it's the accountability.

00:04:56.740 And it is a civil action. It's a civil action. So it's not a criminal action that I can take. It's a

00:05:02.040 civil action. And it's certainly within my rights as a U.S. citizen, for the egregious,

00:05:07.340 an outrageous, you know, basically corrupt behavior that they took against not only me and my family,

00:05:16.080 but against, you know, the presidency of the United States and the country itself. And they,

00:05:52.040 reading all the filings and all that kind of stuff like I do, um, we now see that the Russia, Russia,

00:06:00.620 Russia gate against Donald Trump and against the American presidency and against the Donald Trump

00:06:06.680 presidency, uh, was a false fake. It was an attempted coup to take out a duly elected president

00:06:14.760 of the United States of America. And, you know, while there were others that, uh, that they did go

00:06:20.280 after, you know, the, the one, um, person, uh, and as described, as described in what, what is called

00:06:27.900 exculpatory information, which is, which is information that is, should be given to a, a defendant

00:06:34.940 and that, and namely me that was never given to me. One of the key pieces of exculpatory information

00:06:41.680 was something that Peter Strzok talking to his, his lover, uh, page, who was also a senior FBI

00:06:49.360 lawyer to the deputy director of the FBI. I don't want people to forget that. So these are very senior

00:06:54.420 people in the FBI and Peter Strzok, who used to run counterintelligence said we, uh, you know, he,

00:07:01.380 he described me as their insurance policy. So we know that now. And we also know one last comment on

00:07:08.120 this is that from Durham, from the Durham case, which I know is, is taking far too long for most

00:07:14.080 Americans, but this is the way our legal system plays out. We now know from a, a meeting that Andrew

00:07:21.380 McCabe was in, and I believe it was in his office, uh, that it was in March of 2017, where Andrew McCabe

00:07:28.780 said, we have to keep this thing going for at least another year. So they conspired after

00:07:34.720 president Trump took office. And it was right after I left and they, and in, and in their notes,

00:07:40.540 in their, in their notes, in that meeting that are now public in the Durham investigation or from

00:07:46.400 the Durham investigation, it says we have to keep this Russia thing going, even though they knew the

00:07:51.600 whole thing was false. So as excuse my Irish, but as pissed off as people are Lou in the country to

00:07:58.360 achieve accountability, I believe Durham will, will, uh, we'll find more accountability and back to what,

00:08:06.340 uh, what we're talking about. My, my means by which I am going to get accountability is to sue these

00:08:12.700 bastards again, excuse me, but to sue these bastards for, uh, and, and, and take them to court. And I believe

00:09:09.940 that these people, the steps that these people took, and I don't, these are not Americans. These are,

00:09:16.100 these are people who are anti-American. They, they are, as far as I'm concerned, they're,

00:09:20.840 you can call them whatever name, socialists, communists, Marxists, whatever, but they are

00:09:24.960 definitely not, uh, Americans as, as I would describe an American and they need to be held.

00:11:05.580 love our law enforcement professionals out there across this country, but there is a, there is a dark

00:11:12.160 pool of people in, particularly in Washington, DC, in, uh, in, in some of these institutions and some of these

00:11:20.460 headquarters and they've been there way too long and they have been allowed, allowed to get out of

00:11:26.260 control. And, uh, and I, I will tell you, because I served a many, many presidents, but I served in the,

00:11:33.960 in the, uh, Obama administration as a very senior, you know, what we call flag officer, a general officer.

00:11:39.420 In fact, Obama was the one that selected me to, to, uh, command the defense intelligence agency,

00:11:44.300 one of the largest intelligence agencies in the world. And then I had to get confirmed by the United States

00:11:49.460 Senate. I was 100% fully confirmed by the United States Senate for that job. So this, this dark

00:11:55.580 pool, uh, and we've learned that it's, that it's very deep. And this is when we talk about the deep

00:12:01.400 state, right? So this dark, deep pool that exists in, in the swirl of Washington, DC, uh, is a, is so

00:12:10.520 swampy and it's filled with these people. And they are now starting to feel, they're going to now start to

00:12:17.260 feel the pain. Some of it they're feeling through the Durham investigation. And I don't call it the

00:12:22.620 Durham report. I don't, you know, I don't want anybody to call it the Durham report. It's not a

00:12:26.120 report. I don't want to report out of, out of Durham. I want indictments and I want convictions.

00:12:32.280 And so I'm doing my part Lou by saying, you know, I fought this thing and you, you were one of those

00:12:38.300 stalwart champions who, who continued to just report the truth at all throughout the Russia gate.

00:12:51.300 persecuted and, uh, and no, but here we are having this great communication, having this great

00:12:56.620 conversation because we are continuing to fight in our own ways. And, uh, this is one of the battles

00:14:56.480 you a tremendous debt. Uh, and I've got to start with Barack Obama, if I may, for, for Obama to tell

00:15:05.140 Trump not to choose you, to warn him off you. Uh, why, why do you think he did that?

00:15:13.360 I know. I'll tell you exactly why he did it. He did it because of really a couple of reasons. One,

00:15:19.240 one of the reasons is because he knows that I know how they operate. Okay. And when I say they,

00:15:27.300 how the internal, uh, um, levers of the highest levels of government, particularly the intelligence

00:15:34.620 community, or, or what I now refer to as the security state complex. Okay. The security state

00:15:41.440 complex, which really, uh, emanates out of the, uh, of the central intelligence agency and,

00:15:48.440 and to a degree, the director of national intelligence and the office of the director

00:15:53.520 of national intelligence, but, but, uh, you know, Clapper was, was really just a figurehead

00:15:59.580 because even though he spent many, many years, in fact, decades in, in the intelligence business,

00:16:05.080 uh, he, uh, you know, I, I had conversations with him about, you know, what I, when I thought

00:16:11.360 he should have stepped away from government and he should have stepped away from government

00:16:15.080 probably five, maybe 10 years prior to when he did, but they kept him in the, in the office of

00:16:22.020 director of national intelligence. Cause he was, he was controllable, but the guys like Brennan were

00:16:27.300 not, and, uh, not necessarily controllable, but Brennan was part of the sort of the cabal,

00:16:32.960 if you will, of, of that close inner circle around Barack Obama. So I, so number one, I know how they,

00:16:40.060 I know how those levers function. The second thing is, is as the national security advisor,

00:16:45.620 which, which they, which they were, uh, desperately afraid of me going into that role

00:16:52.320 or, and staying there for any length of time, because one of the things that the national

00:16:56.300 security advisor has, uh, uh, the privilege of, and the access to is all FISAs related to the kinds

00:17:03.920 of things that we were, that I, that I was under. So the national security advisor will be in some

00:17:09.440 cases, in fact, many cases, the one who approves those or certainly can either approve or disapprove

00:17:16.260 of them. And we'll have a voice, a major voice in that. The third thing is that, you know, it's not

00:17:23.360 just how they, how the levers of, of the security state function and, uh, and, and certain tactical

00:17:30.540 things like, you know, knowing what FISAs are in play, but the, there is a, uh, uh, you know, and I,

00:17:38.460 and I, I would say that it's really an atonement for their sins, uh, for this security state that's,

00:17:44.780 that's grown well, well past its, uh, its authorities. And there is a, there, there is an extraordinary,

00:17:53.320 and when I, I use that word, probably, it's probably not the best word to use, but there's an

00:17:58.780 extraordinary amount of money involved in the security state that most Americans, uh, can't even

00:18:05.400 fathom and don't, and aren't aware of. And every single dollar comes out of the American people's

00:18:11.020 pockets. And I want, I want to make sure that there was an accounting for that because I, as the

00:18:17.280 national security advisor, I would have, uh, you know, certainly with the, with the, you know, with

00:18:23.060 the permission and the, and the, uh, given the responsibility by the president of the United States,

00:18:27.360 which he and I had talked about it, uh, I would have done some atonement for those, uh, structures

00:18:33.020 in the security state in the way that they were wasting or abusing their authorities, uh, and power

00:18:39.800 and particularly the amounts of money that we're talking about. I won't go into the amounts because

00:18:44.900 some of them are remain classified, but, but they're extraordinary. And, uh, and though they knew

00:18:51.500 that I was coming after those to essentially do an accounting and to make sure that we did what,

00:18:58.380 you know, in the, in the world of the IRS, let's say they call it auditing, right? They call it

00:19:03.120 auditing. Right. So that was one of the things that I was going to, uh, to do. And, um, and I think

00:19:10.280 the final thing was at the height of the cold war, which is roughly 1990, the, uh, national security

00:19:17.260 council. So we had, you know, we were facing off against the nuclear on nuclear forces. We had

00:19:22.780 massive amounts of troops in Europe. We had massive amounts of troops overseas. And in the Pacific,

00:19:28.020 we had the law, our largest military forces in the world, not only here in the United States,

00:19:33.340 but also overseas in 1990, there was about 40 people that were on the national security council.

00:19:40.060 The day that I took over, there were 400. Okay. Susan Rice, Susan Rice, she, you know, she never saw,

00:19:47.880 you know, something that she couldn't add more, more to her own little, uh, empire. Right. So 400

00:19:53.780 people on the national security council. And my goal was to get that back down to a reasonable number,

00:20:00.160 probably somewhere as around 40 or 50. And it doesn't mean that those people are fired. It just

00:20:06.160 means that they go back to their, to the agencies that they come from. Right. And because there's so,

00:20:12.080 as we learned, as you, as you saw, all of us saw the American public. So we saw nothing but spies inside

00:20:18.180 of the national security council that were usurping under undermining the president, uh, the presidency

00:20:25.140 and the, and president Trump constantly. And we needed to get rid of these people and shake things up a bit

00:20:31.880 because that's what Donald Trump really was elected to do was to shake things up. And he did.

00:20:37.220 And, uh, and I, you know, I, I feel bad that, that, uh, because he and I have a great relationship.

00:20:42.420 We still have a great relationship. I'm in touch with them all the time. And we've always had a

00:20:46.340 great relationship. It's just that it was undercut blue. And I'll, I'll shut up here and say it was

00:20:50.520 undercut by not only, not only people in the Obama camp, uh, but also people in the establishment

00:20:58.060 rhino camp who I actually see them as more dangerous. The rhinos have done more damage to

00:21:04.460 this country than I think, uh, the Republican party ever wants an audit of. I want to ask you

00:21:16.220 of us over the time. But when I found out you're talking about the staffing of the national security

00:21:21.400 council, when I learned that Colonel Vindman had a twin brother who was also in the white

00:21:29.440 house, both of them assigned by the United States military to their roles, which by the way, are

00:21:37.240 very suspect still to me to this day, I, it is still an inexplicable, uh, arrangement. Could

00:21:44.540 you shed any light on that? And does that, did that seem off to you, uh, as well?

00:21:49.620 Well, I, you know, the, the fact of two brothers serving in a, in a, uh, in, in a situation like

00:21:57.560 that, I don't, um, I don't see any issues with that. What I saw and what the American public saw

00:22:05.600 was a Lieutenant Colonel who, who went so over the top and outside of the chain of command.

00:22:12.980 And we're not talking about some Lieutenant Colonel who was griping about his brigade commander or the,

00:22:19.060 or some general in some, some, you know, two-star command or something. We're talking about a guy

00:22:24.780 who was undercutting the president of the United States of America and, and Vindman and his brother,

00:22:32.000 both are, they're talking about, you know, I mean, I, I won't, I won't use my Irish on you, but, um, that,

00:22:38.640 that, you know, the, the one that was talking about becoming the, you know, whatever, the defense

00:22:43.740 minister or, or, or the, I mean, it's just incredible. This guy, you know, again, it goes

00:22:49.720 back to the arrogance of these people when they, when somebody pats them on the head and says,

00:22:56.800 oh, you're, you're one of our guys, right? You're in our inner circle. And they brought this

00:23:02.340 Vindman in, but not because he was, he was, uh, you know, uh, he was a high quality officer. He is

00:23:11.960 not, they brought him in because he's a useful idiot, just like what, what communists typically

00:23:17.800 do. And he was useful for a period of time. And trust me, these people will, they'll, they'll,

00:23:23.960 they'll dump these people in a second. They'll, they'll throw them to the wayside in a second.

00:23:28.220 And they, and in many cases they do. And, you know, you see a guy like a, like a Vindman and

00:23:34.620 his, you know, and his brother, it's, it's like two people. And you start to say to yourself, man,

00:23:40.700 you know what, somebody ought to be doing a, a, uh, an investigation on these guys, because maybe

00:23:46.340 one or both are working for the other side. Maybe these guys are actually co-opted and have been,

00:23:54.220 and have been recruited by our enemy, uh, because they're acting in a way that is so anti-American

00:24:02.280 and for the, for the, uh, the uniform side of it, for, you know, where, where in the uniform,

00:24:08.620 you have a chain of command and you have a responsibility to go up that chain of command

00:24:13.980 and inform that chain of command that you disagree with something. And that guy proved that he never,

00:24:19.500 that that never happened. And instead, what did he do? He went, he goes right out to the public,

00:24:24.340 but not in a whistleblower way, in a very arrogant, very egregious way. And he tried to undercut

00:24:31.260 what, this is what everybody, this is what, where Americans are at with, with, uh, their sentiment,

00:24:37.020 but where a lot of people on the left think that they're going after Donald Trump, or they're going

00:24:42.300 after Mike Flynn, or they're going after, you know, some, some named person. No, they're not folks.

00:24:47.780 They're going after you. They're going after the American fabric. They are trying to tear down

00:24:54.480 the American fabric. They're trying to tear down our country. That's what these people are trying

00:32:16.160 people even down as, as, as far down in the, in the, in the structure and hierarchy that are members

00:32:22.980 of this democratic socialist party of America on school boards. And so there is this incursion

00:32:37.220 apparatus and the government structures, but it comes all the way down into the, into the very

00:32:42.540 deep fabric of American society. And it's very real. These people are very real. So there's not

00:32:49.320 just a small percentage of, of, uh, loose cannons in Washington, DC, this infiltration by these,

00:32:57.100 this socialist movement in America has gone all the way down into the, into our counties and our,

00:33:02.460 our cities. And, uh, so that, that exists. That's why it feels on a, on any given day that people

00:33:10.020 are, it's like, wow, they, they're really moving fast because Donald, what Donald Trump did was he

00:33:18.120 beat, he beat them at their own game, right? 2016, he became the president. They tried to undercut him.

00:34:26.800 of the cold war, there has been this infiltration by communist countries, China principally and Russia

00:34:34.260 into our country. Okay. And they've done it through coming into our education system. I mean, the Chinese

00:34:41.420 back in the late nineties, early two thousands, the Chinese were sending a hundred, 200,000 students

00:34:48.080 a year to our undergraduate and graduate level programs. Now that number is upwards of around

00:34:53.420 500,000 a year. And, uh, while, while, while, uh, Kerry was the secretary of state, he actually

00:35:01.940 allowed the Chinese students to say, to stay two years. So normally it was one year at a pop. They'd go

00:35:08.060 home in the, uh, in the summer and then they'd come back and, you know, and they, they're, they're

00:35:12.600 attending all of the best schools in the country. Right. And they're not taking liberal arts degrees.

00:35:17.440 They're taking all of this science, technology, engineering, and math, right. They're taking

00:35:21.920 all of the really hard sciences because that's what they're directed to do. And this is China

00:35:26.340 picking their best students and sending them here. And so, uh, under, under John Kerry's secretary

00:35:31.580 of state, he said, well, let's let them stay for two years. So a lot of these students started taking

00:35:35.860 up internships and guess where they would take internships. They take internships inside of our

00:35:40.920 government, in many cases, inside of those, those, those, uh, higher, those places of higher education,

00:35:46.840 right. That had labs and that had, uh, you know, defense department contracts and they took up, uh, uh,

00:35:54.920 uh, internships and jobs in some of our businesses around the country. So they, the Chinese since

00:36:02.440 really, let's just say 2000, but it goes even back further than that, but let's just say since 2000.

00:36:07.480 So for 22 years or 22 decades, they have been studying every aspect of us. This is really the

00:36:14.860 Chinese more so than the Russians. The Russians are, are sort of, you know, group force and ignorance

00:36:19.360 kind of style. Chinese are very sophisticated. And so that infiltration has also been occurring.

00:36:25.100 And so when we talk about, you know, cause I know we wanted to, we wanted to touch on people like

00:36:30.040 Mark Esper and some of his nonsense about his time is in this book that he put out. And we wanted to

00:36:35.040 talk about Jake Sullivan, the current national security advisor and mistakes being made. I mean,

00:36:40.240 we, we have an egregious level of behavior right now by, uh, this Biden quote unquote, this Biden

00:36:48.440 administration. Right. Um, and I, like I say, and I'm very, uh, uh, uh,

00:36:54.880 I'm very, uh, visible, I guess about this, you know, that, uh, that, uh, you know, this election

00:37:00.820 was, was so grotesquely, uh, stolen, uh, masterfully, I'll give him that credit. It was

00:37:07.480 masterfully done. It was, it was a masterful strategy, but it was, uh, but, you know, so we're

00:41:02.320 you put them there by your vote or your lack of getting involved in the campaign of something

00:41:06.760 that somebody that you did want. So people of this country have to get involved. This is a,

00:41:12.660 this is a Republic. This is a democracy. We still have a constitution and God help us. We're going to,
