00:00:33.680 Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs. Welcome to The Great America Show. Thanks for being with us.

00:00:39.040 President Biden, in an interview this week with Univision, warned that President Trump is a threat to illegal aliens.

00:00:46.440 It's simple, says Joe Biden. Donald Trump is America first and Biden is America last.

00:00:53.880 Who do you want? He asked the illegal aliens. 0.97

00:00:57.100 Biden, in the gaff-ridden interview, said if Donald Trump returns to office, he will end birthright citizenship.

00:01:03.740 And what happens then? And that Biden himself wouldn't be a citizen anymore.

00:01:08.960 Listen to this.

00:01:09.760 I call for Pathway for Citizens for Dreamers, and the other guys try to terminate DACA that wants the end of the birthright citizenship, which is ridiculous.

00:01:19.620 Look, the end of birthright citizenship, you and I wouldn't be citizens.

00:01:23.280 I wouldn't be a citizen.

00:01:24.900 So the point is that it's crazy what they're trying to do, but there's a lot we can do.

00:01:29.880 Now, as much as we would all benefit from Joe Biden being deported, it was only a gaffe, just another mistake.

00:01:36.860 He got a little confused, as he often does.

00:01:39.920 And Marxist-immed New York Attorney General Letitia James, in true Marxist fashion, has filed judgments in Westchester County against President Trump.

00:01:49.140 Preparing to try to seize Donald Trump's golf course, his private estate north of Manhattan, known as Seven Springs,

00:01:56.600 and entering a judgment is the first step any creditor would have to take to start the process of taking over a property or asset from anyone.

00:02:05.160 And President Trump has until Monday to post nearly a half-billion-dollar bond for his New York Trump Organization case. 0.98

00:02:13.480 We're truly living in a sick, demented society under these Marxist-immed scumbags. 0.98

00:02:20.300 Our guest today is Bernie Carrick. 0.98

00:02:22.340 He's the former New York Police Department Commissioner, and Bernie, great to have you with us on the show.

00:02:27.660 We're looking at such a mess in this country right now. 0.98

00:02:30.500 I mean, these Marxist-immed scumbags are the lowest life forms imaginable. 0.98

00:02:35.780 Running our government, running the administration, going after the former president, Rudy Giuliani, 0.99

00:02:41.540 anybody who stands up and speaks for the nation.

00:02:44.780 They're a sale.

00:02:46.180 You're thinking.

00:02:47.400 Listen, I think those two examples right there are two examples of two men that have dedicated their lives to their city,

00:02:58.660 to their country.

00:03:01.260 They've accomplished things that, you know, is unparalleled.

00:03:07.200 Donald Trump, his accomplishments in business, unparalleled.

00:03:12.420 Rudy Giuliani, whether it's reducing the levels of violent crime and murder in New York City to levels never seen before,

00:03:20.380 the oversight of the rescue recovery response, the investigation of September 11th,

00:03:29.940 representing the president of the United States, you know, to vindicate him from all these absurdities imposed by the left.

00:03:41.320 Both of these guys have done things and accomplished things unparalleled in this country,

00:03:48.460 and yet they are targets of radical left-wing Marxist communists who are trying to change the nation.

00:03:59.960 And you've got a set crew of a very solid crew of conservative Republicans that are in this battle led by Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani.

00:04:17.180 So, you know, it's insane to me.

00:04:19.960 I think it's insane to you.

00:04:21.420 But I think the American people better wake up and wake up fast, because if they don't, this is going to be a second China coming. 0.98

00:04:32.520 This will be a completely communist country within the next, I'd say, 8 to 10, 12 years.

00:04:40.040 I wish I could.

00:04:41.400 I wish I thought it would take that long, Bernie.

00:04:43.680 I really do.

00:04:44.720 I think that Elon Musk has said it.

00:04:48.040 I know Donald Trump said it.

00:04:50.200 But if there isn't a red wave on November 5th, this country is going to be rolled back into the Stone Age.

00:04:59.680 It's going to be a disaster, a further disaster.

00:05:05.020 This constitutional republic can't survive any more of this.

00:05:08.100 And any more of this means more Bidens, more Obamas, more Marxist Dems who are, you know, living off the flesh of people who are creators and who have built wealth and have accomplished something.

00:05:23.020 Think about Letitia James, for crying out loud. 0.88

00:05:25.820 What kind of a vicious creature is that? 1.00

00:05:29.820 She's a cretin. 1.00

00:05:31.320 And she is confiscating a half billion dollars in wealth from a man. 1.00

00:05:36.340 For what?

00:05:36.980 For what?

00:05:37.860 There's no crime.

00:05:38.940 There are no victims.

00:05:39.800 What in the world is going on where the country sits mootly, quietly, and watches this kind of evisceration of a political figure just because he's not popular with the Marxist left?

00:05:54.720 Hey, Lou, here's what I strongly believe this.

00:05:58.300 And I think you may agree with me here.

00:06:01.860 There is a national conspiracy in the United States.

00:06:06.240 And that conspiracy is within the Democratic Party.

00:06:10.560 It's within the Biden administration. 0.57

00:06:13.360 I think people like Letitia James and Fannie Willis in Georgia, Jack Smith, I believe, in my opinion, they are like thugs with law degrees.

00:06:27.500 And they were set forth by Joe Biden to annihilate Donald Trump before the next election because they knew.

00:06:35.840 They knew the chances of him winning, they knew the chances of him winning, especially given the failures of Biden, it would be a great possibility.

00:06:44.800 And here's my fear.

00:06:46.340 This is my fear, Lou.

00:06:49.020 Where are the Republicans in unity across the board?

00:06:54.900 We've got a lot of great Republicans, a lot of great conservatives.

00:06:59.140 But I'm telling you, based on what I saw in 2020, there's a lot of Republicans out there by name and name only that don't have the courage to stand up and fight.

00:07:10.560 You know, I tell people, you know, the Democrats and Joe Biden stole the election, but that's not the real reason Donald Trump's isn't sitting in the White House.

00:07:21.120 Donald Trump isn't sitting in the White House because people like Mike Pence and people like, you know, a lot of these Republicans that had the evidence of improprieties of voter fraud.

00:07:33.060 They allowed the certification of those states knowing that there should have been further investigations.

00:07:41.920 Those investigations would have led us to the conclusion that we have now, like in Arizona, in Georgia, in Michigan, in Pennsylvania, where Donald Trump won those states.

00:07:55.840 Giuliani and I knew back in 2020, the people in the legal team knew the problem is, you know, we didn't have the time to conduct a thorough investigation.

00:08:06.740 We didn't have subpoena power.

00:08:08.560 We didn't have the manpower. 0.59

00:08:09.920 But ever since they put it all together, there's many Republicans that knew what we knew, but they didn't have the balls to stand up and call it like it is and ask for further investigation.

00:08:22.760 Yeah. 0.98

00:08:23.400 Yeah, it's it's this judiciary is is sickening.

00:08:28.900 The federal judiciary, January six prisoners.

00:08:31.920 These are hostages and and people like Mike Pence complaining because we call them prisoners of war.

00:08:40.980 We call them hostages because they they were rolled by a corrupt judiciary, a corrupt FBI.

00:08:49.520 And everybody knows that, except apparently Mike Pence.

00:08:52.140 Mike Pence, a man who served Donald Trump until he didn't and now hasn't got the guts to say that he's going to vote for him.

00:09:03.360 He's going to vote for Biden to further destroy the republic. 0.99

00:09:07.160 What kind of an ignoramus is this? 0.99

00:09:09.700 This this this hollow shell of a man that is the remains of Mike Pence. 0.99

00:09:16.140 Mike Pence was a Christian.

00:09:17.660 And he was a he was a strong conservative. 0.81

00:09:21.680 He is a weak and divisive figure now all into himself.

00:09:27.340 That's and you call it. 0.95

00:09:28.960 It's one word.

00:09:30.220 It's one word. 1.00

00:09:30.940 Lou, he's a coward. 1.00

00:09:32.380 He is a stone cold coward. 1.00

00:09:35.220 That's what he is. 0.99

00:09:36.020 And for him or anyone else on the Republican side to basically support these political persecutions of these January six defendants.

00:09:48.660 Look, if somebody was involved in a violent attack on the Capitol or engaged in violent behavior, that's one thing.

00:09:57.580 But I can tell you that the majority of those people were not.

00:10:02.860 And I can tell you that there are people that have sat in solitary confinement for months on end without justification, without justification should have never happened.

00:10:14.840 There's I ran Rikers Island for six years.

00:10:17.680 I know all about jails and prisons.

00:10:20.040 I ran one of the largest in the country.

00:10:22.700 And I can tell you this.

00:10:24.460 There is a justification for putting people in solitary.

00:10:28.180 You're a national security threat.

00:10:30.260 You're a threat to the institution or you're an escape risk.

00:10:34.360 There are 95, 99 percent of those people do not fall into that category.

00:10:40.340 And if they don't, why did the judges and the Justice Department allow them, allow the Bureau of Prisons to stick them in solitary?

00:10:48.120 Yeah, well, that's one of the big questions of all is why federal judges in the D.C. Circuit, FBI agents prosecuting, overcharging, over sentencing, and not even so much as a peep from the legal profession of this country.

00:11:09.360 What squalor these lawyers and these courts are.

00:11:13.960 We're talking with Bernie Carrick.

00:11:15.680 We'll be right back after these quick words.

00:11:18.160 Please stay with us.

00:11:21.220 Folks, you know, I beg everyone to get ready for the next crisis.

00:11:25.080 And when it comes, our lives will likely change overnight, whether it's natural disaster, war or another disease.

00:11:32.360 We have to be ready as we can be.

00:11:34.240 We saw what happened in 2020 when we found ourselves dependent on global supply chains.

00:11:39.460 We're still dependent on China and other countries for more than 90 percent of all our pharmaceuticals.

00:11:44.880 With clusters of respiratory illnesses popping up around the world and here, we need to be prepared.

00:11:50.960 And now is the time to make certain you have what your family needs when the next crisis hits.

00:11:56.600 Our good friends, Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Drew Penske over at the Wellness Company have put together just what you and I need with the Wellness Company's medical emergency kit.

00:12:52.860 Be ready tomorrow.

00:12:56.460 We're back now.

00:12:57.600 We're talking with Bernie Kerik, former New York Police Department Commissioner.

00:13:01.700 And Bernie, the fact that this country right now is in this sordid mess.

00:13:09.560 I mean, we have a corrupt government.

00:13:11.620 We have corrupt individuals running it. 0.97

00:13:13.760 This regime is a complete farce. 0.99

00:13:19.080 And this president, cognitively impaired, politically corrupt. 0.98

00:13:25.080 He is compromised in every way from Sunday. 0.77

00:13:28.700 And yet the national media sits on their hands and they are silent through it all.

00:13:35.360 Oligarchs, billionaires in this country know what is happening and they say nothing.

00:13:40.380 There is no leadership, no character in the leadership of the nation that will speak out against the crimes that are being committed against Donald Trump, against Rudy Giuliani, against over a thousand political prisoners of the Marxist left, the January 6th hostages.

00:14:04.400 And it goes on, and yet it's incredible to me. 0.81

00:14:10.300 No one in the legal profession has the balls, as you put it earlier, to stand up and say this is wrong and we will not tolerate more of it. 0.56

00:14:20.060 We will not permit confiscation of wealth without due process. 0.94

00:14:25.120 We will not permit the destruction of a political figure for the hell of it because it's convenient to the so-called opposition party.

00:14:36.620 They are the enemy right now.

00:14:38.640 The Marxist Dems are a fifth column in this country, meaning full well to destroy the nation and its values.

00:14:48.060 Your thoughts?

00:14:50.060 And that's what they want.

00:14:52.400 They want the demise of the United States as it stands, as it was founded.

00:14:57.060 That's what they want.

00:14:58.680 And that's what they're doing.

00:15:00.180 I mean, think about it.

00:15:01.180 What they did to Rudy Giuliani and what they did to Donald Trump with regard to these bogus findings where they basically, you know, sucked up between the two of them three quarters of a billion dollars they want from Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani.

00:15:22.180 This is this is this is unheard of.

00:15:25.880 And I have to tell you, you know, when I listen to you talk and I think about the rest of the country, you know, all those all those billionaires out there in this country, in this nation, all those multimillionaires.

00:15:41.220 They better be paying attention because I don't give a damn if you're a Democrat or a Republican in times like this.

00:15:49.260 Once you become the enemy, you're next and they'll go after you just like they went after Trump, just like they went after Giuliani.

00:15:57.140 That's what they're going to do.

00:15:59.600 And I have to tell you, you know, when you say, Lou, you know, the media is quiet.

00:16:06.440 These these these oligarchs around the nation are quiet.

00:16:10.340 They're scared. 1.00

00:16:11.460 They're cowards. 0.98

00:16:12.660 They don't have the courage to stand up and call this stuff is or call out the people that are doing it. 0.99

00:16:18.680 You know, I remember years ago, 60 Minutes, Mike Wallace would.

00:16:24.740 Could you imagine this stuff going on 20, 25 years ago?

00:16:28.780 Mike Wallace wouldn't care about Joe Biden or or the Democratic Party or anybody else.

00:16:34.520 He would have been calling this stuff out, as would have many others.

00:16:39.000 Those people are long gone.

00:16:41.660 They're long gone.

00:16:42.660 And the people today, they focus on two things, you know, destroying Donald Trump and the America First movement.

00:16:52.260 And anybody, anybody that supports him, that includes his family, his friends, his supporters, and ironically, even his lawyers.

00:17:02.680 They will destroy you if you get in their way.

00:17:06.780 Yeah.

00:17:07.260 And they mean to do just that.

00:17:09.060 When I think about where we are right now, this moment with a 2,000 mile border wide open, we're watching millions of people pouring into this country just since Biden took over the Oval Office.

00:17:26.920 We're approaching something like 5 million illegal aliens into the country every year.

00:17:32.740 We're watching more than 100,000 Americans killed with fentanyl overdoses.

00:17:38.100 We're talking about almost half a million people just in the time that Biden has been in office dying, killed by the Mexican drug cartels and what they're peddling in this country.

00:17:51.460 Sex trafficking across the border that the cartels now control, thanks to Joe Biden.

00:17:56.400 And there isn't a peep out of the New York Times or the Washington Post or ABC News, NBC News, CBS News.

00:18:04.940 Every one of those outlets is silent, is church mice. 0.99

00:18:10.720 They are pathetic cowards and they know what they're a part of and what they're aiding and abetting. 0.99

00:18:17.100 And that is the destruction of the country and the leaders who could reverse this, given given the opportunity on November 5th. 1.00

00:18:27.700 Your thoughts about how do we get to where we need to be?

00:18:31.440 We've got something just over seven months now to make it happen.

00:18:35.840 Hey, Lou, you know, there's only one thing that's going to change this, and that is the American people wake up between now and Election Day, and they walk into the polls and they change the leadership.

00:18:47.540 That's the only way this is going to change.

00:18:49.180 And I'll tell you, I'm a bit optimistic, and I'm optimistic this time because the people in New York City, I have friends that have been stone liberals for years, you know, the entire time they've been living in New York.

00:19:09.460 They vote a Democrat, they're members of the Democratic Party, they're big liberal, you know, donors to the Democratic Party.

00:19:19.900 Even they, even they today are saying, OK, how do we stop this?

00:19:26.160 Enough is enough.

00:19:27.560 I paid $20 million for a brownstone in the Upper East Side, and I walk out every morning and there's people getting mugged,

00:19:36.080 people defecating on the sidewalk in front of my building.

00:19:39.960 I can't make it to the corner store without being harassed.

00:19:45.640 This is reverting back to the 90s and the 80s and the 70s prior to Giuliani, and it's only getting worse with all the illegals that's been allowed to come into the country and nobody's stopping it, 0.98

00:19:58.020 which I strongly believe this is all intentional.

00:20:01.780 It's absolutely intentional.

00:20:04.340 No question about it. 0.99

00:20:06.080 And Eric Adams, of all of the fools to ever hold that office for crying out loud. 0.97

00:20:12.240 I mean, I think of the beauties you and I both know about over the course of time. 0.98

00:20:18.920 But for Eric Adams to sit there and actually say with a straight face that what he needs is a new law to deal with the invasion of these illegal aliens across the sanctuary city of New York, 0.99

00:20:33.800 it's enough to make your stomach turn.

00:20:36.480 And we're talking with Bernie Kerrick.

00:20:38.580 We're coming right back after these quick words.

00:20:41.140 Please stay with us.

00:20:42.060 We'll be right back.

00:20:42.720 Lou Dobbs here.

00:20:45.560 I'm delighted to let you all know that the program Lou Dobbs Tonight has returned to the air.

00:20:51.920 That's right.

00:20:53.000 Lou Dobbs Tonight is back.

00:20:55.480 We're live each and every weeknight at 7 p.m. Eastern and 6 p.m. Central on Rumble.com slash Lou Dobbs.

00:21:04.720 That's Rumble.com slash Lou Dobbs.

00:21:08.060 I hope you'll be joining us for Lou Dobbs Tonight as our fight to save this country has only begun.

00:21:15.220 We're back.

00:21:21.560 We're talking with Bernie Kerrick, the former commissioner of the New York Police Department.

00:21:26.360 And Bernie, Eric Adams, let's talk about him.

00:21:29.580 Let's talk about the city government. 0.99

00:21:31.800 Let's talk about the fools who run the greatest city in this country. 1.00

00:21:37.860 It is now a rotting joke. 1.00

00:21:42.780 It is it's unlivable. 0.99

00:21:45.640 The quality of life in New York is pathetic and and the wealthy are trying to ignore it. 0.93

00:21:53.460 There have some protection so they can do that. 0.94

00:21:56.440 But the rest of the the rest of the city is in deep pain and and fighting for their lives.

00:22:04.320 Your thoughts about how bad it is right now in New York.

00:22:08.740 Well, listen, nothing's going to change in New York until they get a different mayor.

00:22:12.260 And a different governor.

00:22:14.760 The NYPD knows its job.

00:22:16.840 They know how to reduce crime better than any police department in the nation.

00:22:20.340 But they're not able to do it if they don't have the resources to do it.

00:22:24.480 If they don't have the backing of the mayor, the city council and the governor.

00:22:27.840 The governor has to get rid of bail reform, which he for some reason just refuses to do, which emboldens the thugs and the bad guys, prevents judges from putting them in jail and holding them.

00:22:41.880 It even prevents judges from knowing their pedigree.

00:22:45.760 In other words, when a guy walks into your courtroom and he's charged with harassment or aggravated assault or whatever the case may be, that judge can't look into his background to see what other charges he's had.

00:22:58.920 How many times has he been here before?

00:23:00.720 They took that they took that piece away from the judge to give him the inability to hold these guys.

00:23:08.220 And then you have a prosecutor like Alvin Bragg, who's so busy targeting Donald Trump and in that young man that stopped that attack in in the subway system.

00:23:19.780 Penny, he's so busy, focused on that, that he's not prosecuting violent crime and people that are engaged in violent crime in the city.

00:23:29.700 So as long as you have that kind of stuff going on, you have you have admitted communist and Marxist sitting on the New York City Council that are completely anti-cop, anti-city.

00:23:43.540 It's it's it's it's completely as backwards when you think of what's going on in New York today.

00:23:49.980 It's everything is backwards.

00:23:52.060 So till that changes, New York City is going to continue to decline.

00:23:57.300 You know, and and we know that right now the odds are that even if Donald Trump wins back the presidency on November 5th, if he doesn't have a Republican Senate and a Republican House with a bigger, far bigger majority, he's going to be hamstrung.

00:24:18.280 There's no doubt about it.

00:24:19.540 He's going to have to fight again, but with one arm behind his back. 0.99

00:24:23.220 And and and the Republican Party, Bernie, these are cowards. 0.99

00:24:29.540 These are they're delusional. 0.98

00:24:32.120 Who in the world invented these this party that has a speaker of the House who can't even speak straight and forthright and lead?

00:24:43.540 He's waiting to see what Joe Biden wants.

00:24:46.920 Chuck Schumer is running roughshod over Mitch McConnell, who's barely hanging on. 0.98

00:24:53.820 This is the most pathetic excuse for a political party I've ever seen. 0.97

00:24:58.760 And they're the ones who are supposed to be the saviors. 0.99

00:25:02.360 Are you kidding me? 1.00

00:25:03.120 Without Donald Trump, these fools would be wrapped up in a dumpster somewhere. 1.00

00:25:07.960 Well, listen, it's, you know, I first you're not the only one thinking this, but I will tell you this. 1.00

00:25:16.080 And this is another reason I'm a bit more optimistic.

00:25:19.340 Let's go around than the last.

00:25:21.940 I have to tell you, Lou, when you have black ministers and black business leaders out of the middle of Chicago calling to talk to Donald Trump.

00:25:30.620 And you have the same thing going on in Philadelphia and you have the same thing going on in Fulton County, Georgia.

00:25:40.080 You know, the tide is turning.

00:25:42.880 People are sick of it.

00:25:44.520 You know, eight million people or whatever the number is of illegals that they intentionally let into this country taking American jobs. 1.00

00:25:52.700 And then when they're not taking American jobs, they're engaged in violence, some of which we've never seen on the streets of our cities before.

00:26:02.000 So I think the American people have to wake up, wake up quick, get into the polls.

00:26:08.520 And I don't care. 0.60

00:26:09.760 I don't give a damn if you like Donald Trump or you don't like him or you think he's arrogant or obnoxious or whatever, whatever the issue is. 0.95

00:26:18.380 Take a step back. 0.95

00:26:19.580 Take a deep breath.

00:26:20.500 Are you better off today than you were four years ago?

00:26:24.840 No.

00:26:25.920 They need to vote for Donald Trump.

00:26:28.100 It is.

00:26:29.280 And it's an issue of the quality of life.

00:26:32.800 You know, I'm talking with someone today who I respect a great deal.

00:26:37.960 And frankly, talking about whether or not this all will influence her vote.

00:26:46.840 You know, it was hard for her to come to a conclusion as a lifelong liberal, whether or not it will influence her vote, whether she can bring herself to vote for Donald Trump.

00:26:59.440 And I have to tell you, I'm talking about bright people.

00:27:03.820 I'm talking about people who were once progressives, but now they're locked up in the same, you know, corral as they as the Marxist Dems who run their party.

00:27:15.200 And this is pervasive and the opportunity right now is not there for many of them to say, you know, this is this is madness and we've got to fix it.

00:27:27.300 But I'm seeing another side.

00:27:29.480 I'm seeing some movement, frankly, but not enough to change to change the outlook for this country in November.

00:27:37.140 I hope I'm wrong.

00:27:38.960 You get the concluding thoughts here today.

00:27:41.720 I think I don't think you're wrong.

00:27:44.940 I have the same questions that you have.

00:27:47.260 But people like that, people that you're talking about, these people have to take a serious look at themselves and the rest of the country.

00:27:58.680 And I'm telling you, put your thoughts, your personal thoughts on Donald Trump aside.

00:28:04.600 Think about his policies and then take a walk down the streets of New York City and come to the realization that Eric Adams and Joe Biden are responsible for what you're looking at.

00:28:17.640 Who do you want sitting in the White House? 1.00

00:28:19.640 Yeah.

00:28:20.500 Yeah.

00:28:21.060 And in a way, it's it's all about Trump.

00:28:24.260 And then again, it's not.

00:28:26.960 It's about do you really want to support what we have seen done to our nation in three short years?

00:28:35.260 Because it has been savage.

00:28:37.460 It has been vicious.

00:28:39.160 And it has been destructive as no other period in our lives outside of war itself.

00:28:47.760 And we just can't take any more of it.

00:28:50.200 So to your point, I think you're exactly right, Bernie.

00:28:52.880 People have to think about if they want to hold their nose or whatever the metaphor would be.

00:29:00.800 Vote for Donald Trump because he is the only one, in my opinion.

00:29:05.260 And I think I speak for you as well, Bernie.

00:29:07.380 I think he's the only one who's got the guts and the brains and the power to turn this thing around.

00:29:15.000 I couldn't agree more.

00:29:16.300 Well, Bernie, it's been great talking with you.
