Adams. Email Bovey, Trump's acting deputy attorney general, wrote in a letter to the U.S. Attorney's

Office in Manhattan. Adams, of course, was recently indicted on charges including wire fraud,

bribery, and conspiracy out of the Southern District of New York, becoming the first sitting New York City

mayor to face criminal prosecution. He says it's a persecution. Some of the guests we have on the

show says that's not quite the case. And Eric Adams isn't exactly as innocent as he says he is. But

And on Monday night, President Trump picked Director of National Intelligence, DNI, former Congresswoman,

Tulsi Gabbard, also a presidential candidate, you may recall. She passed through a key Senate vote

for her confirmation. The full Senate voted 52 to 46 to invoke closure and advance Gabbard's

confirmation as DNI to the final Senate vote. That can be coming any day now. We will also keep you

updated on that. This came after two potential GOP holdouts who could have derailed Gabbard's

nomination. Todd Young of Indiana and Susan Collins of Maine announced in the 11th hour they would be

supporting Gabbard. During the Senate's closure vote, Senator Bill Cassidy confirmed that he would also

vote for Gabbard's confirmation. It's nice to see some of these RINOs coming around. Maybe they saw

the writing on the wall and they didn't want to have to go get real jobs eventually one day.

Speaking of RINOs, GOP Senator Susan Collins, another one we constantly have to talk about,

key swing vote. Confirms she will vote yes to confirm RFK Jr. That's another big one.

Last week, the Senate Finance Committee voted 14 to 13 to advance RFK Jr.'s nomination

to a full Senate vote. The Senate is expected to vote to confirm him this week also. So it looks like
