Summary

In this episode I discuss the recent ruling by an appeals court judge who ruled that President Trump should not be allowed to deport the Venezuelan migrant criminals known as MS-13 under the Alien Enemy Act. I also discuss the fact that this is not the first time this has happened.

00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody. Welcome to the Great America Show. It's great to have you with us. I hope
00:00:06.280 you guys all had a terrific weekend and your Mondays are off to a great start. I apologize
00:00:11.240 in advance for my lack of voice thereof. I unfortunately had two weddings to attend
00:00:17.580 to over the weekend, did a bunch of traveling, and now I'm bearing the brunt of it. But we'll
00:00:21.760 get through it. It's Monday. We've got a long week ahead. We've got no other choice. Folks,
00:00:26.380 over the weekend, it was a busy one, a very, very, very busy one for the Trump administration
00:00:31.700 and for the Trump agenda, for everything President Trump is doing, for everything he's doing for
00:00:38.560 this country, for everything his administration is doing for this country. Just today, we find out
00:00:44.500 a federal U.S. appeals court judge who's working on that James Boesburg issue, where Boesburg came out
00:00:51.980 and said that Trump was not allowed to deport those Venezuelan MS-13 migrants. He had no right
00:00:59.940 to do so under the Alien Enemies Act. No jurisdiction wasn't allowed to do it. So we all thought it was
00:01:09.380 bad when this unelected bureaucratic Marxist judge came out and said that. But today, it got a little
00:01:16.080 bit more interesting. Another, of course, unelected bureaucrat out of D.C., Obama appointee,
00:01:24.120 I guess it should go without saying. It's either an Obama appointee or a Biden appointee,
00:01:32.220 or one of these people who were, none of them elected, of course, none of us voted for them,
00:01:36.640 but came out and said that these Venezuelan migrants who we've since deported back, not even back to
00:01:43.680 Venezuela, but to El Salvador, of all places, because President Trump worked a great deal with
00:01:49.100 them to send them over there because it's a lot cheaper to house them, and they're better off over
00:01:54.260 there. These are killers. Nonetheless, this judge, Patricia Mallett, a U.S. district judge,
00:02:01.720 a circuit judge, rather, said that these Venezuelan migrants were treated worse than,
00:02:07.740 get ready. Nazis, take a listen. Your Honor, I think that this court's decision,
00:02:14.020 IM versus CBP, is instructive on this. Am I wrong about anything I just said, factually?
00:02:21.460 Your Honor, I think it's incorrect that they couldn't have gone into court as the five
00:02:24.760 individual plaintiffs. No, but the point here was that there were plane loads of people. I mean,
00:02:30.000 it's a class action. There were plane loads of people. There were no procedures in place to
00:02:36.640 notify people. Nazis got better treatment under the Alien Enemy Act than has happened here,
00:02:43.080 where the proclamation required the promulgation of regulations, and they had hearing boards before
00:02:48.780 people were removed. And yet here, there's nothing in there about hearing boards. There's no
00:02:54.660 regulations, and nothing was adopted by the agency officials that were administering this. People
00:03:01.520 weren't given notice. They weren't told where they were going. And they were given, those people on
00:03:06.360 those planes on that Saturday had no opportunity to file habeas or any type of action to challenge
00:03:13.680 the removal under the AEA. And you've agreed that two of those airplanes, people were removed under the
00:03:20.340 AEA. Is that?
00:03:24.420 Hooks, you can't make this stuff up. And I know you hear me often say that expression, that phrase here on
00:03:29.860 the show, but the masks are off for these people. You heard that judge talk about habeas. Let me ask
00:03:36.060 you something, judge. Where was habeas when thousands of January Sixers were behind bars without trials
00:03:42.720 for years? They sat behind there. They rotted in hell. They were abused and tortured in rat-infested
00:03:49.340 prisons. Where was the habeas then? Where was the habeas for those American citizens who were
00:03:56.860 overcharged for simply walking through a Capitol? Where was the habeas then, judge? See, it's a
00:04:03.660 double standard, and these people live by it. And like I said, the masks are off. These people are
00:04:09.440 saying this stuff out loud. Before, for the last four years, for the last eight years, for the last
00:04:13.860 10 years, it was done in silence. These people were silent bullies. They went about their business
00:04:19.420 like little rats in the hallways of Congress, in the hallways of these judicial buildings. But now the
00:04:26.860 masks are off. They're out there telling us what they're about, what they stand for. They care more
00:04:31.960 about these Venezuelan migrants. They care more about illegal aliens. They care about anybody but the
00:04:37.260 American people. They care about everything else but the safety of the American people.
00:04:42.940 On Friday, President Trump doing something else very unprecedented, but I think right.
00:04:50.460 President Trump has ended the funding for the legal representation of 26,000 migrant children,
00:04:56.540 26,000 migrant children who come to America with no family members just by themselves. Now,
00:05:02.700 you tell me, how is that possible? How did 26,000 children get into America without a parent,
00:05:10.020 without a guardian? And how do we let that happen? People are more worried about President Trump
00:05:15.640 getting rid of their lawyers and their legal representation, which would allow us to send
00:05:18.980 them back to their country, to their families, to their homes. But people care more about President
00:05:24.860 Trump getting rid of their legal representation than asking the simple question, how did you get
00:05:29.640 here in the first place? Who brought you into this country as a minor? Were you sex trafficked? Were you
00:05:35.540 drug traffic? No, no, no. They don't care about any of that. They care more about their legal
00:05:40.620 representation as illegals in this country than the possibility of children being raped and exploited
00:05:46.700 at our southern border under our watch, under the watch of our Customs and Border Protection,
00:05:52.980 under the watch of our President of the United States. And it wasn't under Donald J. Trump. It was,
00:05:57.220 of course, under Joseph Robin F. Biden. But these are the questions that the Marxist Dems don't want you
00:06:02.760 to ask. Judge James Bosberg, the man who brought this whole Venezuelan thing front and center,
00:06:08.420 who went crazy about it, is now allowing these Tren de Agua migrants to appeal their alien enemies
00:06:16.180 deportations. These people came here illegally. They committed crimes illegally. But he's telling
00:06:23.780 them, come back to America and we'll give you due process. Whereas we saw for the last four years,
00:06:28.920 Americans, not even be afforded due process. Make that make sense. It feels like we're not even
00:06:36.580 living in America anymore. Like we're in some foreign country, like we're in Venezuela.
00:06:42.060 Speaking of Venezuela, President Trump announcing today that any country buying Venezuelan oil
00:06:46.920 will face a 25% tariff. President Trump putting out this social tweet, quote,
00:06:53.280 Donald J. Trump announced today that the United States of America will be putting what is known as
00:06:56.780 a secondary tariff on the country of Venezuela for numerous reasons, including the fact that
00:07:01.840 Venezuela has purposely and deceitfully sent the United States undercover tens of thousands of
00:07:07.020 high level and other criminals, many of whom are murderers and people of very violent nature.
00:07:12.820 Among the gangs they are sent to the United States is Tren de Agua, which has been given the
00:07:17.040 designation of the foreign terrorist organization, which is done, of course, by President Trump under Joe
00:07:21.920 Biden. They're allowed to flourish here. He continues, we are in the process of returning them to
00:07:25.980 Venezuela. It's a big task. In addition, Venezuela has been very hostile to the United States,
00:07:31.640 the freedoms which we espouse. Therefore, any country that purchases oil or gas from Venezuela
00:07:37.240 will be forced to pay a tariff of 25% to the United States on any trade they do with our country.
00:07:43.040 All documentation will be signed and registered, and the tariff will take place on April 2nd,
00:07:47.860 2025, Liberation Day in America. Please let this notification serve as the representation
00:07:53.880 that the Department of Homeland Security, Border Patrol, and other law enforcement agencies
00:07:58.100 within our countries have been so notified. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
00:08:05.880 What better way to end something like that? There's so much more to talk about, folks.
00:08:10.680 President Trump bringing trillions of dollars back into this country, onshoring jobs
00:08:14.940 and factories. Another big one today. We're going to talk about all of that.
00:08:19.740 I want to bring in our guest today, though. I'm tired of leaving him in the locker room.
00:08:23.340 He's a good friend of mine, a good friend of this show, a good friend of America,
00:08:27.960 the great Mark Mitchell. Mark, as always, it's terrific to have you on the show.
00:08:35.540 Great to be here. We always have a fun time, but I save this for after you brought me on.
00:08:40.160 Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no. I have been known to. But no, I just, you know,
00:09:10.160 I don't like government overreach. I love people to be able to purchase
00:09:13.780 the beverage of their choice with taxpayer dollars. And this is totally organic.
00:09:19.720 It's totally coming from something tells me you're going after those folks who are paid money by
00:09:25.540 some people talking about snap going towards soda. We're going to talk about that. I'm glad
00:09:30.860 that you reminded me. But before we get to that, him waltz. I don't know if you saw this clip of him
00:09:36.060 last week. We'll take a listen. The audience heard it, but we're going to play it again.
00:09:40.000 Saying on my phone, I know some of you know this on the iPhone,
00:09:42.300 they've got that little stock app. I added Tesla to it to give me a little boost during the day.
00:09:48.820 Two twenty five and dropping. So.
00:09:54.660 And if you own one, if you own one, we're not blaming you. You can you can take dental floss
00:10:02.300 and pull the Tesla thing off, you know, and take out just telling you.
00:10:06.480 Oh, I've got bad news for Mr. Tim Walsh, who happens to be our numbskull of the day.
00:10:10.580 Once again, Tesla stock has been up just about 20 percent in the 20 percent range
00:10:16.580 since Mr. Governor Tampon Tim came out and was rooting against Mark.
00:10:22.700 I don't know if you saw this, but the millions of dollars in pension fund money that's in Tesla
00:10:28.020 for his cops, his firemen, his teachers, his city employees, his state employees.
00:10:34.920 This idiot comes out and says, it makes me happy to see this thing crash.
00:10:39.820 Yeah. Forget about like 100 to 200,000 workers that, you know, not only work at Tesla, but like
00:10:45.840 probably supply things that get manufactured in the U.S. and all the upstream people.
00:10:50.500 It's absolutely ridiculous. These on the wrong side of history, again, because I'll tell you,
00:10:56.000 I'm going to break numbers here. These are just preview numbers, two out of three nights.
00:11:00.440 They're not complete yet. But check this out. Should the Democrat Party be more moderate or more liberal?
00:11:07.400 All U.S. likely voters say more moderate, 60 percent to 27 percent.
00:11:11.520 And Democrats say more moderate, 52 percent to 37 percent.
00:11:15.020 So he's out there like saying he's going to fight people.
00:11:17.880 He's going to give MAGA people a suplex or whatever the heck he said. Right.
00:11:21.840 He is. He's appealing to the noisy, retarded, ridiculous base.
00:11:27.980 And that's not where the party's going. They want something totally different.
00:11:31.700 My fighting days are long gone. But, you know, as a good old like, I don't know,
00:11:36.920 just to reminisce on the old days, I'd take him up on it any day, anywhere, any place he'd want it to.
00:11:41.600 So I'd love to suplex whatever whatever kind of move you want me to do on him.
00:11:45.640 I'll do it. And I'll have a fun time doing it.
00:11:48.560 All money go to charity, of course.
00:11:53.160 Now I've got a few pounds on him and probably six inches in height, but don't matter.
00:11:57.540 He's a tough guy. He wants to talk tough.
00:11:59.940 But you'd mentioned. So that's those are interesting numbers.
00:12:02.240 60 to 27, 52 to 37 about people moving for the left.
00:12:05.880 And it's interesting that you do that polling in this in this time that we're in, because Sandy Cortez,
00:12:11.960 as Tucker Carlson likes to call her from Westchester County, a good old Mercedes Benz Drive
00:12:17.040 and Bernie Sanders have been doing these little tours that they're doing lately where they're out trying to energize the base.
00:12:23.280 And now there's a Twitter page. I got to go find it.
00:12:25.920 They pretty much what they do is they run the data and numbers of people who are in the arena with cell phones.
00:12:30.500 And they they're able to find out which folks were at previous rallies, in what state they were at rallies, where they were.
00:12:39.560 So anyway, they're toting like 20,000 people are at these rallies, 50, probably a lie.
00:12:43.880 But it turns out only like 2000 of them are people who have been there for the first time.
00:12:50.240 Most of them have been registered at pro-Palestinian events.
00:12:53.680 Most of them have been registered at events in Washington, D.C.
00:12:56.800 What is your thoughts now, as as I argue with guests on this often?
00:13:02.640 I don't think the Democrats are saving themselves in the next four years or eight years.
00:13:07.520 I think they're on a rabbit hole bender.
00:13:10.960 That's just running, running, running with the ground on paving the way for them.
00:13:16.240 They're such a mess.
00:13:17.560 And I honestly don't see how they save themselves without evasive actions, like some kind of desperate play to flip the Wisconsin Supreme Court, re-gerrymander or whatever.
00:13:30.920 Like they have options, but I don't think any of them are good from an electoral standpoint.
00:13:36.160 They're an absolute mess because their coalition was all about winning.
00:13:39.760 And once they didn't win anymore, now it's fragmenting.
00:13:42.280 And you have, like we just said with those numbers, the vast majority of Democrats want the party to back off of this crazy brink.
00:13:49.160 But all of the all of the viral momentum in the party likes AOC.
00:13:54.600 They like Bernie.
00:13:55.420 They want to punch Nazis.
00:13:56.760 This is what they want.
00:13:57.680 And one of the things I saw is that particular little narrative about that that event they had and packing stadiums that so spoke to the left's being their soul that it had 150,000 likes on Blue Sky with AOC's profile that only has 2 million followers.
00:14:19.160 Like Barack Obama on Twitter doesn't even get that many likes.
00:14:22.260 Nothing on Reddit gets that many likes.
00:14:23.900 These people desperately want to have the moral authority back, and they're not going to get it keying Teslas.
00:14:30.700 But that's what they think is going to get it for them.
00:14:32.560 It's crazy.
00:14:33.540 This is why I love you, Mark.
00:14:35.160 You do all the work that I don't want to do.
00:14:37.540 Like go on Blue Sky, go on these Reddit pages and tell us all the information that we need to know that I just don't have the patience to do because these people are just so damn stupid.
00:14:47.680 And it's so embarrassing to think that this is the future of America.
00:14:51.380 This is the future that our kids are relying on.
00:14:53.480 And it's listening to people like the Tim Waltz's of the world, like the Sandy Cortez's of the world, like the Bernie Sanders of the world.
00:15:00.500 So hypocritical, Mark.
00:15:02.660 Bernie Sanders' wife has made millions of dollars in selling advertising for his campaigns.
00:15:07.580 Bernie Sanders has multiple houses.
00:15:09.420 Bernie Sanders drives a Mercedes Benz.
00:15:11.100 That's not the type of behavior that a man who's a socialist would put out.
00:15:19.040 I had a friend who was over in Cuba last week, and he told me, he said, the power went out for two days.
00:15:25.280 He said, why did they turn the power back on?
00:15:26.740 And he said, well, because the government didn't want to turn it back on.
00:15:29.460 They didn't feel like turning it back on.
00:15:30.800 And I thought to myself, if we let these people, and I don't mean we let them win.
00:15:35.920 I mean, we let them win in the sense that we didn't get out and vote.
00:15:38.980 But I don't want the conspiracy theorists to go crazy.
00:15:42.300 But if we let them win by doing that, Mark, that's what America could have went to in 2024, from immigration to schooling to everything down the line.
00:15:51.960 Your thoughts?
00:15:53.520 Oh, 100 percent.
00:15:54.680 Elon hit the nail on the head.
00:15:55.900 This is an existential election for the country, and it could have been way, way, way worse.
00:16:01.440 And I think the right is lucky that they won because it came pretty close.
00:16:06.840 But he was absolutely right.
00:16:08.420 Some of the charts about immigration are really crazy.
00:16:10.900 And we've all seen the one immigration chart that Trump puts up there.
00:16:13.760 But the one about just very specifically people from Venezuela, Haiti, Nicaragua, and all these other places,
00:16:20.960 they went from like zero to massive amounts immediately when Joe Biden's administration started.
00:16:27.460 And they were going like 90 to 10 into states that voted Republican.
00:16:31.940 So it very much was like we need to ensure one party rule right now because we barely squeaked by in 2020.
00:16:39.480 And that's just absolutely crazy.
00:16:41.740 But the problem they have now is it didn't work, and now they have a mental crisis on their hands.
00:16:46.320 And I think about this because everybody talks about civil war.
00:16:48.980 We've polled on civil war.
00:16:50.180 It's more likely than ever before in our polling, 42% say that it's likely in the next couple of years.
00:16:55.940 But what to me this is like, this is like the South said, yeah, rah, rah, rah, we need our slaves.
00:17:01.660 We need to rise up against the Union.
00:17:03.640 And then they lost their nerve.
00:17:05.860 The politicians are like, oh, we're going to lose.
00:17:08.340 And most of the people in the South are like, yeah, it's probably a bad idea.
00:17:11.520 We shouldn't do this.
00:17:12.400 But like all – like the inbred 5% down there just don't get the message.
00:17:18.600 They're the ones that stormed Ford Sumter.
00:17:20.940 Like that's the problem here is that like you got some people pushing, you know, AOC out there, Jasmine Crockett, pushing these crazies.
00:17:29.000 They want to burn things down.
00:17:30.880 They're putting firebombs in Tesla dealerships.
00:17:33.300 And then you have everybody else is just buttoned up.
00:17:36.380 They could come out and moderate this party if they wanted to too.
00:17:38.840 And that's a crazy thing.
00:17:40.420 If they wanted to, like Fetterman could just come out and say, yeah, we should probably impeach Bosberg.
00:17:44.420 It's not a good idea to take on these terrorists.
00:17:46.860 And that would help the country.
00:17:48.640 Like Gavin Newsom could do that.
00:17:49.760 Anybody could say like, hey, we shouldn't be firebombing and keying cars.
00:17:53.940 They can't.
00:17:54.420 Nothing.
00:17:55.120 They can't because then they lose their base.
00:17:56.720 Their base is Marxist.
00:17:58.120 There are very few Democrats left in America.
00:18:00.620 And I mentioned at the top of the show, I was at two weddings over the weekend.
00:18:03.780 And everyone always comes to me to talk politics.
00:18:06.460 Like when I'm away, when I'm on vacation, I don't want to talk politics.
00:18:10.380 You know, like I do this as a job.
00:18:12.080 I don't want to talk it on the weekends.
00:18:14.000 And everyone comes to pick my bones and they send the Democrats over to me to argue with me.
00:18:18.220 And I realized something, Mark.
00:18:21.140 Talking to one of my friend's fathers.
00:18:22.600 These people are so far gone that there's no bringing them back to the middle.
00:18:28.540 So one of them, I'm arguing with him about Doge.
00:18:31.840 And he's saying, well, there's waste, fraud and abuse.
00:18:34.640 And Trump keeps saying it's fraud.
00:18:37.080 So when are these people going to be prosecuted?
00:18:39.020 And I said, well, you're getting down to the nitty gritty of what he's categorizing it under.
00:18:43.740 What difference does it make if he says fraud or waste?
00:18:46.540 If a trillion dollars is being wasted on something, you know,
00:18:50.320 is it illegal for these people to have spent this money on circumcisions in Zambia or Sesame Street in Afghanistan?
00:18:57.720 No, it's not illegal.
00:18:59.180 But it's certainly stupid.
00:19:00.940 And, you know, that's where the waste and abuse comes in.
00:19:03.980 Now, I'm 99.9%.
00:19:06.920 I won't say 100%.
00:19:07.720 There's some sort of fraud in there.
00:19:09.900 Where will we find it?
00:19:11.100 I'm sure we'll find it.
00:19:11.960 I'm sure Elon will find it somewhere.
00:19:13.920 But that's what they've come down to now.
00:19:17.220 But it's the same playbook, Mark.
00:19:19.040 This is the same playbook we saw in 2016.
00:19:21.160 It's the same playbook we saw in 2017.
00:19:23.440 In 2016, Trump was a racist.
00:19:25.460 He was a Putin lover, whatever, a misogynist.
00:19:29.060 2020, they did the Summer of Love, BLM riots, where Trump was a racist once again.
00:19:35.100 Now it's the Nazi thing.
00:19:36.480 And it's like usually you learn from your mistakes.
00:19:40.760 As a kid, you learn when you touch the stove when it's hot, Mark.
00:19:43.900 You burn your finger and you don't go back to it.
00:19:47.040 But these idiots don't learn.
00:19:48.760 They think by calling people Nazis, which I'm not even sure where the whole Nazi thing came from.
00:19:55.820 Trump administration.
00:19:56.580 Well, I mean, Hitler has just been so thoroughly reviled that it's the strongest language they can use because you're not allowed to you're not allowed to have an openness and honest conversation about that, like the factual context of World War Two.
00:20:10.740 You're just not.
00:20:11.720 And they're relying on the lizard brain of people who've been conditioned for a certain response.
00:20:16.500 It's a Pavlovian response to the name Hitler.
00:20:19.900 And, you know, probably rightly so, but it's been weaponized and it's actually probably, you know, kind of sad the way they've overused it.
00:20:28.380 But they were looking.
00:20:29.300 They have learned in some aspects, I think.
00:20:31.980 It's like, well, they threw everything at Trump for eight years and it didn't stick.
00:20:35.960 And so they needed a new target.
00:20:37.860 So it's like Elon comes along and poor guy.
00:20:40.660 I don't even think they care about Elon that much.
00:20:42.920 It's just that I think they need a foil to organize against.
00:20:46.800 They need some target that will actually, like, yield.
00:20:51.240 And Elon's a better target than Trump, as we're finding out.
00:20:55.520 And I think it's counterproductive for them.
00:20:57.880 But they're a party that's not only addicted to winning, but addicted to winning a very certain way.
00:21:02.640 And that's convincing themselves that they're moral superiors.
00:21:06.560 And so they have to.
00:21:07.820 And it's all going to come crashing down.
00:21:09.940 Now, you know, I'm a fraud absolutist.
00:21:12.320 So you'll say, oh, like, some of this is waste.
00:21:14.640 I very much think that this is almost all fraud to the tune of $10 to $20 trillion.
00:21:20.720 And I'll just point out, Trump talked about it today.
00:21:24.600 There was a clip where he talked about $830 million contract that had gone to an organization
00:21:29.740 to do research, like we do, surveys, like you fill the survey out.
00:21:34.640 And I can tell you that the cost of all the polling we've done in our entire history is
00:21:39.480 probably less than $5 million, maybe 10, not $830 million.
00:21:44.800 And so that's the problem is it's like, okay, you talk about government waste, but it is criminal
00:21:49.240 waste.
00:21:49.680 Because if you gave me $830 and said, okay, build a venture fund.
00:21:54.040 I could fund 50 startups, not one group of people writing ridiculous surveys, apparently
00:22:02.540 on cocktail napkins or whatever happened.
00:22:05.020 So you and I were talking earlier today about what we said, and we were talking about things
00:22:10.480 that we can't simply talk about just in the sense of people going nuts and being canceled.
00:22:15.640 You can't.
00:22:16.040 There's certain things you can't talk about that put you on a trajectory for cancellation.
00:22:20.720 It shouldn't be like that.
00:22:21.740 This is America.
00:22:22.580 We need to talk facts.
00:22:24.140 There's a lot of facts that I, like we, we spoke about earlier that I wish that we can
00:22:28.040 talk about that.
00:22:28.720 We, that the American people could see, but it's like you, you risk being de-platformed,
00:22:33.580 you risk being canceled.
00:22:35.200 And you know, we wouldn't be the first ones.
00:22:36.840 It's, it's sad.
00:22:38.040 One of our, we were talking about trolls also today too.
00:22:41.040 We've got people in our Facebook chat, Republicans are Nazis.
00:22:45.580 I mean, these people don't even know what that means.
00:22:47.180 Another man, Phil Martin says every day is an IQ test for Democrats.
00:22:51.340 It's true because I don't think these people know many words and it's, they regurgitate
00:22:56.100 the same guy.
00:22:56.880 It's like a child, Mark.
00:22:58.380 You're, you're, you teach a kid like a curse word.
00:23:02.080 You tell him he can't say it.
00:23:03.420 And what does your kid keep doing?
00:23:04.820 You keep saying, regurgitating the same word you just told him he can't say because you
00:23:09.840 told him he can't say it.
00:23:11.040 They're like perpetual children.
00:23:13.420 These people.
00:23:13.920 Yeah, I mean, we're seeing this mental health crisis play out in real time.
00:23:19.280 And I think the trolls are anecdotal, but a very good example.
00:23:22.700 So I started Twitter last August and, you know, we have the main account.
00:23:27.920 And so it helped my account grow pretty fast.
00:23:29.780 And I attracted a lot of trolls.
00:23:31.540 Like, and cause I say some provocative stuff and I'll engage it in anybody because I think
00:23:36.720 it's like, it shouldn't be about your credentials.
00:23:38.520 It shouldn't be about your authority.
00:23:40.140 It should be, Hey, we're two humans exchanging information.
00:23:42.400 If you have a problem, like, let me help you solve it or I'll learn from you.
00:23:46.540 And so I found myself like saying, no, like this is what our polling actually said, or
00:23:50.640 no, this is what we did in 2018.
00:23:52.260 You might've misheard because, and all that's gone now.
00:23:56.340 It's completely gone.
00:23:57.540 I used to get trolls all the time with a much smaller account and they've all gone and screwed
00:24:01.520 off somewhere.
00:24:02.300 I don't know where it is.
00:24:03.300 And what I get now is like the equivalent of like a monkey throwing feces at me, basically.
00:24:08.180 Um, you know, like, and it, it doesn't happen very often, but let me find this most recent
00:24:14.020 one today.
00:24:14.580 Like I get maybe two or three trolls, but they don't want information.
00:24:17.480 They literally just want to do a drive by hit on you.
00:24:20.680 Um, like this, this one guy, where is it?
00:24:23.480 I mean, I get those two.
00:24:25.260 They're brilliant.
00:24:25.960 I, I love it.
00:24:27.200 It takes so much to get me pissed off, man.
00:24:29.120 I like very, very much to get me pissed off.
00:24:32.440 So I read through it and I like have these people, Mark, I'll click on it.
00:24:35.660 And it's like someone with no picture, someone with the picture of Trump dressed in the prison
00:24:40.340 suit.
00:24:41.040 Like, I come out here every single day and I show myself and I have no problem coming
00:24:47.320 out here and saying some of the things that they say to me.
00:24:49.200 Some of them I can't say.
00:24:50.400 They're so reprehensive, but I still think you're funny because, you know, I get a kick
00:24:55.640 out of it.
00:24:56.280 It's like, wow, you're really messed up.
00:24:57.900 Like, good for you.
00:24:58.660 I hope you're on your medication.
00:25:00.460 So this is Mr. Ethan Rouse, Ethan, R-O-U-S-E-E-E-E-E, a 13 year old account with 432 followers
00:25:08.200 in my DMs.
00:25:09.520 Do us all a favor and shut the F up.
00:25:11.360 Your worth is not even close to what you think it is.
00:25:13.480 Pack it up.
00:25:14.420 But what's crazy.
00:25:15.500 This is what I love about it is that they, they literally tweet that at me and block me
00:25:20.560 at the same time.
00:25:21.700 It's like, what are you doing?
00:25:24.880 Like, what's the, what's the point?
00:25:26.860 It's literally a drive by trolling and it's, you know, it's an emotional outburst.
00:25:32.200 And I, you know, the way I see it is like, maybe that one little tweet that the guy leveled
00:25:36.540 at me helped save one more Tesla.
00:25:39.760 Maybe there's one Tesla out there that didn't get keyed because some guy, some keyboard warrior
00:25:44.580 got it out of his system.
00:25:46.500 I love it, man.
00:25:47.960 You know what?
00:25:48.600 It honestly makes my day.
00:25:49.640 Cause it knows that it makes me know that I'm pissing people off.
00:25:53.140 I mean, there's a very dedicated audience of people and they're the people who tune into
00:25:57.060 the show, Mark.
00:25:57.660 They're not bottom feeders.
00:25:59.000 They're not people who are a thousand feet.
00:26:00.280 They're people who are at 10,000 feet because it was the audience that Lou Dobbs had.
00:26:04.200 They're very smart people.
00:26:05.580 The people that tune into the show, they're not idiots and they're not coming here to learn
00:26:09.300 anything.
00:26:09.600 They're coming here to get the opinions of ours and the expertise of some of me and some
00:26:14.120 of our guests, you know, on, on some of the issues.
00:26:16.940 So they see right through it.
00:26:18.540 And it's funny.
00:26:19.700 We'll have some of these chats and some of our supporters, they'll go, trolls will come
00:26:23.820 in and they'll start cursing at them back and forth.
00:26:25.660 And it's just, it makes my day in such a political climate that we're in with, with how divisive
00:26:32.280 these people are.
00:26:33.080 It makes my day to see people cursing at me.
00:26:34.820 So bring it on.
00:26:35.680 I want to, I want to take a quick break here.
00:26:38.900 Let Mark add a little vodka to his diet Pepsi.
00:26:42.100 We're coming right back.
00:26:43.520 There's so much to talk about.
00:26:46.220 I want to talk about the investments that President Trump is bringing to this country.
00:26:49.400 Trillions and trillions of dollars.
00:26:51.220 Nobody's talking about the snap money.
00:26:53.540 You mentioned snap money on sodas.
00:26:55.560 I want to talk about that.
00:26:56.880 I want to talk about the Canadian, the new Canadian PM Carney calling for a snap election because
00:27:02.040 Donald Trump has been the biggest existential threat to their nation.
00:27:07.560 It's very simple.
00:27:08.600 He just wants you to become the 51st state.
00:27:11.260 Abide and you shall be relieved.
00:27:14.620 We're coming right back with Mark Mitchell.
00:27:16.480 Folks, stay with us.

00:28:18.920 The great Mike Lindell.
00:28:23.260 Speaking of Nazis, they went after him on his pricing maybe six months ago at $14.98 or $14.88.
00:28:31.020 They came after him and said this $88 symbol.
00:28:33.240 It was $88 or $98.
00:28:34.880 It designates that you're a Nazi.
00:28:37.080 And Mike's like, no, man.
00:28:38.500 And there's like certain studies you can go see like Costco in their numbers on like when they put something for sale.
00:28:45.200 You can tell by the designator if it's 96 or 97, if the product's going to be discontinued, if it's on sale and things like that.
00:28:52.780 And Mike's like, no.
00:28:53.780 Like Mike's the greatest salesman of all times, maybe second to Billy Mays.
00:28:57.360 He's like, no, I've done my research.
00:28:58.820 And it's like certain numbers stick out of people to sell it.
00:29:02.140 And they're like, this man's a Nazi.
00:29:03.780 But no more ranting.
00:29:05.820 800-969-3077.
00:29:08.260 800-969-3077 if you want your MyPillows.
00:29:12.280 Mark, next time I come see you, I'm going to bring you a MyPillow and I'm going to get you sold on the brand.
00:29:17.420 Nice.
00:29:18.300 Maybe some MyCoffee as well.
00:29:20.180 I want to turn to some of the things that I discussed before going to break.
00:29:24.320 And among one of them is the U.S. investments that Donald Trump has gotten to come to this country.
00:29:29.900 And I'm going to go through all of them.
00:29:31.360 It may bore people, but I'm going to go through all of them because I think it's important.
00:29:34.980 Excuse me.
00:29:35.940 UAE has pledged $1.4 trillion.
00:29:38.040 Saudi Arabia, $600 billion.
00:29:40.060 Hyundai announcing a new one today.
00:29:42.360 What was it, $500 billion that they announced today, Mark?
00:29:45.240 Wow.
00:29:46.000 Go ahead and see it.
00:29:47.520 Apple, $500 billion.
00:29:48.940 NVIDIA, over $100 billion.
00:29:50.920 SoftBank, OpenAI, and Oracle, $100 billion.
00:29:54.120 One of these Taiwan semiconductor manufacturing companies, $100 billion.
00:29:57.940 Johnson & Johnson, $55 billion.
00:29:59.640 CMA, CGM Group, $20 billion.
00:30:02.780 Eli Lilly, $27 billion.
00:30:05.300 Merck, $1 billion.
00:30:06.520 GE Aerospace, $1 billion.
00:30:07.840 These are just the ones, Mark, that we're hearing about now.
00:30:12.620 There's going to be so many more to come once these tariffs – I'm sorry.
00:30:15.480 I want to issue a correction.
00:30:17.240 It's $5.8 billion from Hyundai on a new plant that they're going to build in Louisiana, but the total number is going to be $20 billion from Hyundai.
00:30:27.940 Okay, so these companies are going to be forced now to start coming back to America.
00:30:31.960 We hear today, too, Rolls-Royce is reportedly looking to come to America and start making their cars and some of their production because it's so simple.
00:30:40.240 And this is the thing that people who don't understand tariffs – and you don't have to be an economist to understand it, Mark.
00:30:45.360 Once it becomes unaffordable and it becomes more expensive for you to build something out of country, you're going to look to bring it back in country because we're going to give you incentives.
00:30:56.060 We're going to give you tax breaks.
00:30:57.680 It's so damn simple.
00:30:59.520 That's what tariffs are, folks.
00:31:01.340 That's the way Donald Trump is using the tariffs.
00:31:03.340 He wants to make it so expensive for you to produce it outside of this country that he wants you to come back in and bring it in this country.
00:31:08.840 That's simple.
00:31:09.660 Democrats don't get it.
00:31:10.700 Your thoughts, Mark?
00:31:12.100 Yeah, level the wage playing field.
00:31:13.840 The reason that Donald Trump won and there's a populist uprising is because the middle class has been squeezed.
00:31:19.040 The Democrats are just starting to realize that now.
00:31:22.400 And, of course, they have no path forward.
00:31:25.360 But there you are, and he's doing it really fast.
00:31:28.340 And there's going to probably be a lot of financial chaos, but I guess the market hit a good day today.
00:31:32.760 The thing I love about it, though, is that every one of those dollar figures you mentioned isn't just an amount of money coming to America.
00:31:39.500 It's an amount of money coming from other countries.
00:31:41.880 And that's the beautiful thing about it.
00:31:43.840 And so they're getting super histrionic.
00:31:45.800 There's a lot of people up in arms.
00:31:48.960 And I think it's going to get dark for these other countries.
00:31:51.560 And I hope America can be a shining beacon of what populism and putting your country's interests first can do.
00:31:58.380 But unfortunately, I don't know if that's going to be the case.
00:32:00.620 Now you have Germany put an article out today calling for about how they're probably going to have to militarize all their young men again.
00:32:07.160 And that's super sad.
00:32:08.120 I guess they're concerned about a land war in Russia.
00:32:10.540 They seem to, like, really want it.
00:32:12.480 They seem to want war in Europe.
00:32:15.440 And Donald Trump's doing the right things.
00:32:17.460 It's like, no, that's not our problem.
00:32:19.080 We're just going to reset the playing field.
00:32:20.740 We're not going to be your whipping boy anymore.
00:32:22.680 We're not going to fund Canada.
00:32:24.020 And Canada is an interesting case, too, because, hey, you know, they're weird.
00:32:28.240 They've been around for a while.
00:32:29.420 They're our neighbors.
00:32:30.220 You know, they've been powerful in the past.
00:32:32.860 But I think Trump, I looked at it.
00:32:35.040 I'm like, why is he doing all this?
00:32:36.800 And I think a lot of it was because he probably knows how much of a house of cards they are.
00:32:42.400 They're really in a bad place.
00:32:44.180 And I think our tariffs and rebalancing the trade agreement could be an existential problem for them.
00:32:49.300 And they might be begging to become a state after four years of Trump.
00:32:52.680 They have no military.
00:32:53.980 They have absolutely nothing.
00:32:55.100 Without America, what are they?
00:32:57.360 They're literally a top hat for America.
00:33:01.520 Well, Joy Reid was calling for war with Canada.
00:33:04.280 She said that they would beat us.
00:33:05.660 I don't know if you heard that.
00:33:07.100 But I looked it up.
00:33:08.160 And I said, OK, after she got fired.
00:33:10.980 Oh, after she was on Don Lemon Show.
00:33:13.280 And I think we'll probably do more views.
00:33:15.460 We'll probably do more.
00:33:16.600 I'll look it up.
00:33:17.320 It's like two or three days old.
00:33:18.240 We'll probably do more views tonight than Don Lemon and Joy Reid got together.
00:33:22.280 But I looked it up in Grok.
00:33:24.100 And Canada has between 40 and 50 functional Leopard tanks.
00:33:27.700 And we have something like 5,600 M1 Abrams.
00:33:30.840 So it's like I asked Grok how long it would play out.
00:33:35.060 I was like, give them like the best case scenario.
00:33:37.240 And they're like, yeah, all of their urban areas would be encircled within one to four weeks.
00:33:42.040 So it's like they would lose air superiority in four hours.
00:33:45.320 You know, it's sad because I like Canadian people for the most part, you know, that it's come to this.
00:33:53.420 But you know what?
00:33:53.900 They're a product of their environment.
00:33:55.560 They vote for this garbage.
00:33:57.500 So, you know, who are they?
00:33:59.060 I mean, they sit here and they blame us.
00:34:00.900 They boo us at the National Anthems on hockey tournaments.
00:34:04.180 They're barreling up our liquor in their liquor stores that they already paid for.
00:34:09.560 Duh.
00:34:11.180 But, you know, they have no right to blame us.
00:34:15.120 They vote for these socialist communists.
00:34:17.960 They put Trudeau in power.
00:34:19.760 They put Carney now.
00:34:20.780 They're going to put Carney in power, who's calling for a snap election because he says Donald Trump is the greatest existential threat that the nation of Canada has ever faced.
00:34:30.040 But they do this to themselves.
00:34:33.580 Why do you have such high tariffs on products for our farmers, for our builders, that you make it unaffordable?
00:34:41.300 You've done it to yourself.
00:34:43.300 He's not attacking you for no reason.
00:34:46.080 You know, he's not coming after you.
00:34:47.600 If you look at who he's going after, he's going after predominantly he's going after Mexico and China.
00:34:52.180 Well, both harbors of drug pushers across our borders, fentanyl, sex trafficking, migrants.
00:35:00.180 And he's going a little extra against Canada because of the tariffs that they have on our goods.
00:35:05.300 So who's the bad guy here, Mark?
00:35:07.420 Who's the bad guy?
00:35:09.300 To be honest with you, that's a good question.
00:35:11.580 Maybe the conservative politicians in these countries who aren't being honest with themselves about the current state and what needs to be fixed.
00:35:18.140 I guess, like, to be honest, you know, maybe these different cultures are more agreeable than others.
00:35:23.280 And maybe, you know, some of these people have been subjugated or cuckolded or whatever word you want to use.
00:35:29.700 Things got bad in America and American populism like stepped up and it says, you know what?
00:35:36.600 We're going to try and fix this.
00:35:37.920 And they had an opportunity themselves to do that in Canada like last month.
00:35:42.660 And they totally screwed it up because whoever leaders like Pierre Polyev or whatever, like knew Trump was coming.
00:35:49.640 They had a lot of time to prep.
00:35:50.780 They could have talked to him.
00:35:51.680 They could have, like, made a deal or figured out how to work with him.
00:35:54.480 And instead, they're doing the same saber-rattling as all the liberals in their country are.
00:35:59.700 And if you looked, the Canadian conservative parties completely tanked.
00:36:03.920 They did it to themselves.
00:36:04.960 They had no plan to work with Trump.
00:36:06.520 They could have been the heroes.
00:36:07.580 They could have said, oh, we'll go to Washington and sort this out.
00:36:10.360 And they could have won the election.
00:36:11.760 And instead, they destroyed their polling.
00:36:13.820 A snap election was called immediately.
00:36:16.260 And so what that tells me is that Canadians just aren't man enough to fix this yet.
00:36:20.080 And they got to suffer more.
00:36:21.280 Sorry, guys.
00:36:22.100 But that's not our problem.
00:36:24.260 Yeah, you're absolutely right.
00:36:26.440 I want to preface this with an apology for my friend Chris Pavlosky, who's the CEO of Rumble, happens to be Canadian.
00:36:32.320 And some of the folks that I work with over there in Rumble, most of them Canadian, good people.
00:36:36.260 And they're, I have to say, the exception to what I'm about to say.
00:36:40.660 But Canada doesn't raise men the same way America raises men.
00:36:45.440 It's just a total different, I don't even climb it.
00:36:50.980 I'm not even sure how I should say it.
00:36:52.960 But I think they're raised completely different than American men are raised here.
00:36:56.940 We're raised here to be fighters.
00:36:58.320 We're raised here to get ready to deploy at any point to go defend our country, other places.
00:37:02.580 Whereas the overwhelming majority of Canadian men are soy boys who go to Starbucks and order soybean lattes.
00:37:10.160 And it's not a slight of them, but that's just the culture of it.
00:37:12.940 And I think that goes to your point of how they cannot rally around a conservative politician.
00:37:23.000 They're all for these guys who say, we're going to do this for you.
00:37:26.120 We'll carry your coffee for you.
00:37:27.520 We're going to do this.
00:37:28.640 What do you think?
00:37:29.180 Well, the conservative politicians can't pack it into the right set of things that appeal to the people.
00:37:35.920 So, like, listen, I think one of the things that Trump has going for him is that he's a great branding person and understands, like, this stuff.
00:37:42.680 And he's not, I can tell you, he isn't necessarily using our polling for sure.
00:37:46.440 I don't think he spends much on it at all.
00:37:48.160 But he certainly didn't poll test the idea of, like, literally deporting everybody.
00:37:52.340 And guess what?
00:37:54.420 It was super popular because he understood that, well, this is tied to an economic signal of people losing their manufacturing jobs and having their wages taken away and having the social safety nets overwhelmed.
00:38:05.080 So Trump was out in front on that.
00:38:07.060 And it's like, OK, any one of them in the other countries could say, yeah, we probably shouldn't have a gang of 50 Muslim migrants hacking people apart in schools with machetes.
00:38:16.700 And none of their conservative politicians are going to really come out and attack that the way they should, which is like, this hasn't worked.
00:38:23.600 We got to roll it back.
00:38:25.240 And guess what?
00:38:26.860 You're going to get pilloried because they they called Trump a racist.
00:38:29.720 They tried to impeach him.
00:38:31.780 They tried to throw him in jail.
00:38:33.540 And I guess they're not willing to do that yet.
00:38:36.760 And listen, I think from raising masks, like we lost that, too.
00:38:40.640 I think we're rediscovering it.
00:38:41.940 I think Twitter is helping us.
00:38:43.120 But it's about the ability of saying, all right, well, you know, things aren't good here.
00:38:46.640 We kind of really need to be objective about truth.
00:38:49.480 Like we probably need to go through the tough self-discovery process of what we all believe and come to a consensus.
00:38:55.760 And I only think that happened, despite the fact that Trump's been on the field politically now for decades and was big in 2015.
00:39:04.680 I only think public opinion really got there in the last year or two.
00:39:08.360 And so, unfortunately for Canada, they might be 15, 20 years behind us.
00:39:12.880 And Europe looks like it's lost.
00:39:14.380 I don't know.
00:39:15.260 Yeah, you're absolutely right.
00:39:16.380 Before we get to that, I want to read a comment and get your thoughts on what this viewer said.
00:39:19.840 But I want to give a shout out to Kelly Song and Fall Girl.
00:39:22.900 They are Kelly Song, by the way, tunes into your show, I think, every night.
00:39:26.560 She comments and she's excited to join you.
00:39:29.060 But two of my most loyal viewers, I appreciate you ladies joining us each and every night here.
00:39:34.000 It means the world to me.
00:39:35.880 And I'm glad that you guys like Mark as much as I do.
00:39:39.340 He's become a good friend of mine in this business where there are no such thing as friends.
00:39:44.200 So I appreciate the friendship, Mark.
00:39:47.380 We've got a comment on that.
00:39:51.040 From Rachel Collins, I don't think most Canadians voted for these globalist leftists any more than we did.
00:39:56.940 Rigged elections are everywhere.
00:39:59.300 You and I spoke about this earlier today.
00:40:00.920 Hey, I agree.
00:40:02.800 And we had January 6th, and I think it was a referendum to tell these people, we're not going to put up with stolen elections.
00:40:11.580 We're done.
00:40:12.640 You want to steal another election?
00:40:14.240 This is just the beginning.
00:40:15.600 It's not a threat.
00:40:17.380 But how else do you deal with a government who's stealing elections from the majority of the people?
00:40:23.580 What else are you supposed to do?
00:40:26.340 Your thoughts, Mark?
00:40:27.360 I mean, this is a tough one to answer.
00:40:32.160 But let me first say that to me, the sign that the world is not ready to fix themselves is that they all hate Trump still.
00:40:40.740 And I don't think that – and listen, I have a poll on this, but I have a hankering that if we asked what do people think about Javier Millay, it'd be like, oh, I like that and I want that for me.
00:40:49.440 And that's what we have.
00:40:51.500 And so when people around the world can say, well, maybe I've been lied to about Trump and he's doing objectively the right things for America, and it would be good for us if America sorted itself, then maybe they'll be ready too, but they're not.
00:41:04.760 And maybe elections – I'll tell you, we got to – like we all know, 66% of voters said they think the outcome of this election was going to be fixed.
00:41:14.080 And so a high level of suspicion.
00:41:17.680 But in the discussions I've had, other people, except for like freaking Brazil, other people don't share that level of skepticism.
00:41:24.160 I talked to some Germans and they were horrified by the idea, like at CPAC, and the Canadians say, oh, no, our elections are pretty good too.
00:41:31.500 Some of them have better rules than us for sure, but like really the problem with Canada is just their conservative leaders suck.
00:41:38.220 Like that's really what it comes down to, and they are using Trump as a foil, not as like a paragon of what could happen here.
00:41:47.720 And that's really sad, and it's like, well, whether it's because of stolen elections or whether it's because of mainstream media or dark money or whatever these reasons, ultimately, people say they – what I've heard is – I talked about this on a stream, I think, Sunday.
00:42:06.080 Somebody says, well, the Constitution is the greatest thing we ever have, and everybody loves the Constitution, and isn't it awesome?
00:42:14.560 And I say, well, you know, it hasn't been working out for us now because we've had decades of people stealing $20 trillion working together and whatever, and so I don't necessarily revere the Constitution.
00:42:26.500 I revere the principles on which it was founded, which I think are the right set of principles, and we've lost that.
00:42:32.840 And if you look at history, somebody is like, well, nobody has ever done it better.
00:42:36.700 And I'd say, well, like look at Rome.
00:42:38.540 They objectively lasted a lot longer than us.
00:42:40.940 It was built on a different set of values, but there are some shared things, right?
00:42:44.560 And so when I look at America as a constitutional republic, it's like, well, we might have to go through some rough patches and redefine ourselves.
00:42:54.580 And if we have to and we're the best in the world, then everybody else has to have that in their calculation as well.
00:43:01.280 And what will it take?
00:43:02.920 I don't know, but you have young men fleeing Spain because all their jobs are getting taken by migrants.
00:43:08.180 You have people getting hacked apart in schools at Europe, and they're not taking it into their own hands yet.
00:43:14.760 So they're probably going to have to.
00:43:18.060 You know, back to the stolen elections thing.
00:43:20.180 It just makes me think what they did to Donald Trump for the last four years, how they tried to throw him in jail, how they tried to ruin his life, his family, take everything from him.
00:43:29.420 And it just makes you think you look at Russia.
00:43:33.440 What happened to Russia?
00:43:34.280 Navalny went to jail.
00:43:35.380 You look at Brazil.
00:43:36.440 Look what they've done to Bolsonaro.
00:43:39.140 You look at Venezuela.
00:43:40.580 Maduro stole an election.
00:43:42.480 Now we find out.
00:43:43.480 I don't know if you've been following this, but over in Turkey, people are revolting because the Erdogan has declared or whatever you'd call it, that the opposition party be jailed.
00:43:56.420 And to think, Mark, we narrowly escaped that here in America.
00:44:00.700 We narrowly escaped that.
00:44:03.560 But they were trying to do the same thing in this country.
00:44:06.200 What I want to know, what is your thoughts?
00:44:09.140 And let's keep this at a thousand feet.
00:44:12.860 What do you think the American people would have done if Donald Trump had been sentenced to jail?
00:44:20.440 That's a tough one.
00:44:22.200 Your personal opinion, not Rasmussen's view or anything.
00:44:24.980 Your personal opinion, what do you think the American people, knowing what we know, what happened in January 6th because people were tired of the government lying and stealing elections from us?
00:44:35.540 What's your what would it's not a no brainer?
00:44:40.360 First off, I would say that I'm actually surprised how contained subdued like conservatives have been, actually.
00:44:51.240 You know, there was a period where there was Proud Boys out there beating Antifa people and they've dialed back from that.
00:44:55.760 You know what I mean?
00:44:56.220 And so part of that could be that Trump won.
00:45:01.060 But there was actually like a pretty high degree of normalization to the idea, like 65 ish percent of people said, oh, the DOJ is weaponized.
00:45:09.600 And I get that.
00:45:11.000 Right.
00:45:11.160 This is a political witch hunt.
00:45:12.360 But then also a majority said, yeah, it's OK that Trump got indicted.
00:45:16.780 And I think part of that is maybe some of them trusted the courts to sort it out.
00:45:21.000 And even I think we had a number in the 40s said it was likely that Trump might do jail.
00:45:25.480 Don't quote me on that.
00:45:26.440 I don't have the time to bring it up.
00:45:28.660 And so it was kind of normalized.
00:45:30.320 You know what I mean?
00:45:30.800 Like some of the people might have popped off.
00:45:33.160 I don't know.
00:45:33.900 But what the trend that I've been seeing is that Democrats increasingly think the right is going to be violent.
00:45:40.660 So it was this aspect of projection because they overwhelmingly thought that if Kamala Harris won, that the MAGA people would rise up.
00:45:48.280 I think it was a 15 or 20 point difference.
00:45:50.840 And so we're in a situation where I think like the right was very determined and felt good about this election.
00:45:57.800 And the left had thought they had the moral high ground.
00:46:01.080 They thought that the right were the insane people.
00:46:02.900 And it turns out they're the ones.
00:46:05.440 So I think with the right, you know, you never know.
00:46:08.740 There's always a black swan or a spark.
00:46:10.940 And it isn't so much about whether they came to put Trump in jail.
00:46:15.240 It might more be like, OK, well, here's a photo.
00:46:18.160 Or it might be like, hey, this police officer tried to stop them and he got shot.
00:46:22.540 It's those like things that are like what swings public opinion rapidly.
00:46:28.740 And we might be in that situation now because I think we're it's like everybody's talking about constitutional crisis is now.
00:46:35.540 This is probably our 30th since 2016, to be honest with you.
00:46:39.240 But the left seems to be really focused on that.
00:46:41.480 So it's almost like they want one.
00:46:43.020 And it almost looks like they're praying for Trump to ignore a judge.
00:46:46.960 And I would I would hope the Supreme Court or Congress would step in and fix that issue to take it away from them.
00:46:54.320 But it looks like they're picking a fight and not all of them, not all of their leaders, but a lot of the crazies.
00:47:01.620 And I don't I don't know what would have ever happened to the right, but we'll never know.
00:47:07.620 Because now I think it's been given new invigoration based on what's been uncovered and how aggressive Trump's been in.
00:47:14.600 So we're in a whole new world that's scared the left and pushed them into crazy places that like we don't we haven't seen where the chips are going to fall yet.
00:47:21.260 I'll put it that way. And the Democrats, you hear them, Mark.
00:47:26.180 It's not the Republic. They have no premise and no basis, in my opinion, for saying the Republicans are all about violence.
00:47:32.800 It's not the Republicans who founded the KKK.
00:47:35.380 It's not the Republicans who who kept slaves in trap. Right.
00:47:39.860 It's not Republicans. It's not Democrats who freed them.
00:47:43.680 It's not Democrats who started a civil war over it.
00:47:47.520 It's not Republicans who were out with BLM and Antifa in the summer of love of 2020.
00:47:54.540 By the way, how many of the Democrats were on there on January 6th?
00:47:59.640 How do we know how many of the Republicans actually caused damage?
00:48:02.060 So you have no track record, no basis to say that Republicans or people who lean right ever caused any destruction or did anything.
00:48:10.520 Because statistically and historically, it is the Democrats who have for lifetimes caused dismay and distrust and destruction in this country, Mark.
00:48:21.980 No, I agree 100 percent. Ask Rock, how did the Confederates behave before the Civil War?
00:48:27.380 And I think we do a disservice necessarily. And I'm guilty of this, too, of calling it Republican and Democrat.
00:48:32.680 It's really not. It's people who believe in a different set of principles and the people who believe in like, hey, we have to win through moral authority.
00:48:40.780 And yet also the means justify the ends or vice versa. Right.
00:48:45.360 That set of people were the ones who are like, oh, you know, it's probably OK to like take down a country because we want our slaves.
00:48:51.860 And what did they do? Well, like for five or 10 years, they were bleeding Kansas.
00:48:55.340 They were like rabble rousing in the union.
00:48:58.480 They were they're behaving like like the left is now.
00:49:02.080 They're literally bleeding Tesla. It's like that's what they're doing right now.
00:49:05.120 And so here we are again. They they want to win at all costs and they'll burn it down to try and win.
00:49:13.940 They're not. We're going to take one more quick break here.
00:49:16.220 We've got about 10 minutes left of the show. We're going to come right back with Mark Mitchell and wrap up here.

00:50:34.860 Mark, I want to wrap up with something that we talked about earlier.
00:50:39.340 Probably not enough time, but we'll continue on another stream sometime.
00:50:42.660 The 2020 election, you and I were told by somebody, what was it, about a month ago,
00:50:49.040 that there'll be no re-litigating of the 2020 election.
00:50:52.000 You and I were both very disturbed by that.
00:50:54.940 How do you think we move forward?
00:50:56.260 I mean, I think the whole thing should be re-litigated because it'll vindicate.
00:50:59.600 Trump has been vindicated in my eyes, in your eyes, I'm sure too,
00:51:03.600 in the eyes of over 70 million Americans.
00:51:06.420 But there's a whole group of other people he hasn't been vindicated by.
00:51:10.260 And now there'll be a small majority who will never vindicate him.
00:51:13.480 But I think part of his legacy relies on him coming out,
00:51:18.920 showing the American people that the 2020 election was indeed stolen.
00:51:22.960 Yeah.
00:51:24.900 I trust that person.
00:51:26.400 I like that person.
00:51:27.380 I also think they're wrong.
00:51:28.380 I've heard from other people I trust that I think people are being heavily investigated now
00:51:35.280 and we will see arrests.
00:51:37.540 It's a question of how many.
00:51:39.080 But the problem is, it's not like everybody trusts the government.
00:51:42.040 And then there's just this one thing about elections.
00:51:44.180 This is like literally a broad spectrum lack of trust in the federal government.
00:51:47.780 And even if Donald Trump cleans up all the stuff that we're seeing,
00:51:51.200 the absolute horrible over-the-top theft of the kleptocrats,
00:51:55.300 somehow in four or eight years, we have to get into a place where people can trust the government again.
00:52:00.640 And you can't do that unless you get rid of these mechanisms.
00:52:04.120 All of the mechanisms are still in place.
00:52:06.400 The money laundering massively that distributes NGO money everywhere.
00:52:10.880 You know, all of the abuse in the 501c4s, literally the fact that our own DOD was probably involved in certain particular ways
00:52:20.660 and all of those people may or may not still be there.
00:52:23.300 The fact that it isn't just a federal government, it's a state and local level,
00:52:26.960 and there's all these laws that enable election fraud.
00:52:29.860 That has to get fixed for us to be a functioning representative democracy.
00:52:34.120 Yeah.
00:52:34.320 How do we do it, though?
00:52:35.380 That's the question.
00:52:36.160 And there's not enough people, Mark, out there like you and I who have the push and the power and the audience to do this.
00:52:43.360 Too many people are terrified.
00:52:44.800 They're terrified of losing their jobs, their pensions.
00:52:47.540 They're terrified of being called conspiracy theorists.
00:52:50.200 How do we get them on the right side of history to save this country, save this nation for what could possibly come in the future?
00:52:57.240 I don't think the Democrats are done stealing elections.
00:53:00.740 No, they tried to steal this one, in my opinion.
00:53:02.700 Peter Berninger told us how it was prevented in Wisconsin.
00:53:09.240 The signs on the wall are very dark for Democrats.
00:53:12.240 We've talked about how they're in crisis.
00:53:14.040 They have no platform.
00:53:15.680 The census in 2030 looks really bad for them.
00:53:19.380 The 2026 map for the Senate looks really bad for them.
00:53:22.660 They might be losing their act blue.
00:53:24.860 So, electorally, they're kind of screwed.
00:53:27.560 But the worst thing, I think, for this country is for everybody to get this complacency where it's like, oh, the Republicans are in power now for, you know, 10 or 20 years and they're just going to fix all this stuff.
00:53:36.860 I don't think that's true at all.
00:53:38.500 And I think Trump knows that as well.
00:53:40.060 And MAGA needs to figure out how to entrench itself, take over the Republican Party.
00:53:44.580 And there's just going to have to be a massive wave of accountability.
00:53:48.140 And we'll see if that happens or not.
00:53:50.040 But I even heard the words military tribunal thrown around today by somebody who I respect.
00:53:54.920 And you don't use those words unless you mean it, because that's to get us to that situation.
00:53:59.860 So, is that going to happen?
00:54:01.560 I don't know.
00:54:02.400 I think it would help for sure.
00:54:04.560 Yeah.
00:54:04.660 Before we wrap up, I want to get your opinion on something.
00:54:09.580 You mentioned two big elections coming up here, 2026 and, of course, 2028, the presidential election.
00:54:17.000 We're still looking for a front right around the Republican side.
00:54:19.560 It looks so far it's going to be J.D. Vance.
00:54:21.060 But we'll see.
00:54:22.020 As time plays out, I'm not completely sold.
00:54:24.800 And you and I have spoken about this on your show before that it's going to be J.D. Vance.
00:54:27.520 And I'm not.
00:54:28.400 The audience gets mad at me about this.
00:54:30.260 There's nothing to get mad at me about.
00:54:31.200 But I'm just saying it as a politico, as someone who's been in this business for a very long time,
00:54:35.600 with someone who's seen Mike Pence fall by the wayside, which I was happy to see.
00:54:39.900 But that's why I say I'm not sold on J.D. Vance.
00:54:42.620 I'm not saying my personal take on him.
00:54:44.960 I'm saying I'm not sold that the American people, the Republican Party, sold on him.
00:54:48.760 That's all I'm saying when I say I don't think it's J.D. Vance.
00:54:51.060 But that's not my question.
00:54:53.060 My question is, what are the Democrats going to run on in 2026?
00:54:57.360 What are the Democrats going to run on in 2028?
00:54:59.320 The border, they broke it.
00:55:01.400 We're fixing it.
00:55:02.520 Inflation, they broke it.
00:55:03.680 We're fixing it.
00:55:04.900 Illegal migrants, we broke it.
00:55:06.640 They broke it.
00:55:07.260 We're trying to fix it.
00:55:08.300 But they're coming out, Mark, telling us we want those migrants back in this country,
00:55:12.800 want those criminals back in their country.
00:55:14.660 So what can they possibly run on looking at 2026 first and then moving towards 2028?
00:55:20.860 Well, you have local races, you have Senate, you got House.
00:55:26.700 What's the message?
00:55:28.140 Well, they don't have one.
00:55:29.500 The message is a mix of Trump's Hitler.
00:55:32.680 We need to eat the rich.
00:55:34.520 Elon is going to take over the country with a tech broligarchy.
00:55:38.920 Or it's like, no, we'll fix the middle class.
00:55:41.600 Trust us.
00:55:42.580 And Gavin Newsom's got his fingers crossed behind his back.
00:55:46.360 But there is no unified message.
00:55:50.620 And obviously, they have, even if they came out and said, no, we messed up.
00:55:54.420 We need to fix America.
00:55:55.580 And we'll really do it this time.
00:55:57.140 I don't think they have the authority to do that.
00:56:00.180 And so they either have to run on Trump chaos or eat the rich.
00:56:04.640 And I think you're going to see a lot of local races and congressmen who are like, that's messed up.
00:56:09.660 I'm just going to run on local issues or maybe even suck up to Trump.
00:56:13.700 And it's just going to be a complete mess.
00:56:15.400 It's going to be a complete mess.
00:56:17.760 Now, listen, anything can happen, right?
00:56:20.560 There could be a mask off moment with J.D. Vance.
00:56:23.260 He is the frontrunner.
00:56:24.540 But as we've seen with kind of Vivek to some extent, like at any point in time, the hat could drop.
00:56:31.200 And all of a sudden, you're on the outs.
00:56:33.180 Because Trump is really good about navigating those problems.
00:56:38.880 And I don't think everybody else has a foregone conclusion yet.
00:56:42.120 J.D. Vance's favorability trails Trump a little bit.
00:56:44.500 And so if Trump I think Trump's still the kingmaker here and Democrats have an opportunity for somebody to come in who's can fill a vacuum and be charismatic.
00:56:55.140 And actually, it would have to be an outsider, probably.
00:56:58.860 I don't think that's going to happen, though.
00:57:01.120 Yeah.
00:57:01.760 Someone in the comments, Rachel Collins, they run on hate, fear, and chaos and violence.
00:57:06.520 It's absolutely true.
00:57:07.420 So that's all they know how to do, because there's nothing for them to run on, Mark.
00:57:11.340 There's absolutely nothing.
00:57:12.560 As we just laid out, these are sick, sick, sick people.
00:57:17.880 Folks, you can join Mark tonight and a few nights a week for Rasmussen Reports.
00:57:23.220 You go to Mark's YouTube page, Rasmussen Reports.
00:57:27.200 You can catch him there tonight.
00:57:28.440 He's got a very special guest.
00:57:30.460 Leo, the Lion Rhino Removal Project.
00:57:33.780 They're going after the Rhinos, which I think is rightfully gained.
00:57:39.240 Mark, what do you have coming up on the show for tonight for the people who are going to come join you there?
00:57:44.940 Yeah, we're going to find out more about the Republican Party and how they're dropping the ball.
00:57:48.320 They do time and time again.
00:57:50.440 And then, yeah, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9 o'clock, usually Eastern.
00:57:53.820 And Wednesday, I think what we're going to do is a big, long stream where I say all of the different ways that a scummy pollster could lie to you.
00:58:00.080 I think that one will be one not to miss.
00:58:02.760 Oh, no.
00:58:03.480 People are in trouble.
00:58:04.240 There are many, many ways.
00:58:07.320 You guys can also catch Mark on his Twitter.
00:58:10.760 Some call him Mark R. Mitchell.
00:58:12.480 Some call him now Honest Pollster.
00:58:14.380 I'm told I have something to do with that.
00:58:17.740 Mark's tweets are brilliant.
00:58:19.180 Very calculated, very smart, very targeted at the Marxist Dems.
00:58:25.240 Mark, you get the last word here as we wrap up.
00:58:28.420 No, that's it.
00:58:28.920 It's going to be a crazy year.
00:58:30.000 And we talk about political news from the context of public opinion.
00:58:32.920 And I think public opinion is going to decide how far Trump goes and how the next couple of years play out.
00:58:38.880 There's a lot at stake right now.
00:58:40.680 It's pretty existential.
00:58:42.220 And, you know, follow along if you want to hear about it.
00:58:45.160 Yeah, there's so much to follow along.
00:58:46.800 Mark, we appreciate you joining us here on The Great America Show.
00:58:49.440 Come back soon, brother.
00:58:50.860 All right, we'll do.
00:58:52.620 Mark Mitchell, a great friend, a great American.
00:58:55.080 He does a really good job.
00:58:56.580 Very few honest people in this industry.
00:58:58.540 Very few good people in this industry.
00:59:01.520 Mark is one of them.
00:59:03.080 As I said, a man I rely on, a man I can always call to talk the truth.
00:59:07.100 And we talk probably more than we should.
00:59:10.320 But a good man.
00:59:11.440 I hope you all enjoyed this episode.
00:59:13.360 We try to do these live streams as much as possible.
00:59:16.280 Not always the easiest with guests and everything.
00:59:18.220 But we try to bring them to you as much as possible where we can take your questions.

00:59:25.840 You can always reach out to me on Twitter, at John Fawcett NY, or on Truth Social, at John Fawcett.
00:59:32.820 Those are the best ways you can get to us.

00:59:44.600 May God bless America.
00:59:45.720 And may God bless the great Blue Dogs.
00:59:48.140 We'll see you tomorrow.
00:59:48.600 Thank you.
