00:05:07.460 Republican Senators Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson this week released two new records detailing the FBI and DOJ's sweeping investigation
00:05:14.740 that, of course, formed the basis of Jack Smith's D.C. case against President Trump.
00:05:20.100 Last month, Grassley and Johnson blew the lid off another sham investigation orchestrated by Biden's corrupt Department of Justice and the compromised FBI.
00:05:29.480 According to those documents released last month, the FBI and DOJ weaponized their power to target President Trump and former Vice President Mike Pence
00:05:37.180 and their allies through a probe dubbed, quote, Arctic Frost.
00:05:41.540 Operation Arctic Frost was a taxpayer-funded witch hunt that was launched in April of 2022
00:05:46.120 that seized government-issued cell phones belonging to Trump and Pence while conducting a barrage of interviews across the country.
00:05:53.680 The FBI, of course, did not require a warrant to take possession of government phones from the Biden White House.
00:05:58.560 However, after securing the devices, agents began preparing a search warrant to access their data,
00:06:04.480 sources were familiar with the investigation, telling Fox News.
00:06:08.360 The Senators claim anti-Trump FBI assistant special agent in charge, Timothy Tybalt,
00:06:13.200 violated FBI protocols, specifically the, quote, no self-approval rule, to kickstart the investigation,
00:06:19.800 which later, of course, turned into Special Counsel Jack Smith's bogus lawfare case against President Trump,
00:06:25.640 just like in Russia, Russia, Russia, relying on a fabricated justification,
00:06:31.080 including the absurd claim that Trump and his associates had engaged in, quote,
00:06:34.760 fraudulent activities related to the 2020 election.
